Currently I am moving out of the early winter of 2012. I have miraculously finished 6 courses at Columbia College online from May 30, 2011 to December 17, 2011. This activity has restored my UC GPA to 3.42 and my regular GPA to 3.27. This in consideration of theories of general equilibrium posits I have not accepted the status quo imposed over me and have chosen to enter an upward trajectory displacing persons until I am satisfied.

In the Totality of Circumstances (Stevens 2003), which is the correct legal test when the individual confronts one's government, the origin or Proximate Cause must be considered and their mens rea (criminal intent) and actus rea (criminal act) (Mens rea). Locally there is no doubt that my legal person as guaranteed by the Bill of Rights has been usurped by a test experiment between homosexuality (LGBTi lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgendered, and intersex) versus heterosexuality (opposite sex). Since I have been a lifelong heterosexual I have no rights when in confrontation with members of a Gay Militia from Los Angeles Police Department LAPD.

Since February 12, 2007 the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth has escalated to despoil all surface water, all running tap water, and even contaminate food in cans processed in factories and have such shipped into my vicinity. At this threshold what is called operation Radhanatha began in Earp CA Parker AZ (Nollmeyer 2007).

Since that time I have learned that this is a diametrical attack on Technological Singularity (Singularity Institute) or that date when computational machines equal and then overtake humans in ability. This will result in Machine Superintelligence or machines that are superior to humans. Transhumanism or those persons whose bodies are a combination of biological and artificial parts will be normative. Vice President Dick Cheney must choose between his heart, a transplant, or an artificial heart by July 1, 2012. I am a good candidate to rebuild by chelation, aryurvedic therapy or as well as by other possible transhuman experiments.

MOEC is a Cultural Singularity. Hence there is a Singularity and it is not technological. The censorship of 7 billion persons worldwide is a Singularity. The post modern world is being modelled on networking versus an industrial model. Here the dependency of the Technological Singularity community by the Proximate Cause Cambridge Law School is apparent. I am operating that this allegation is a fact.

Mitt Romney has won the Nevada Primary and is the Republican front runner to meet Barack Obama in November for the 2012 Presidential Election. This sanitization is a form of Irrationalism or Pre Fascism (Fotopoulos, T. 1998). This emergent Neo Fascism or New Fascism as I am calling such is Anglo American geographically and radiates outward from University of Cambridge now through Scotland Yard and Los Angeles Police Department by mutual aid violations.

This trajectory predisposes treason, blackmail, and extortion. This has led to severe Gang Stalking of which I am the principal target. Exposing this activity has had a deterrent effect. Hence all criminal actors should demonstrate renunciation of the conspiracy (Renunciation - Conspiracy) and some intent to better or restore the constitutional equilibrium.

The United States Presidents have demonstrated they can be blackmailed and that they are blatant consequentialists looking the other way and condoning a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth on the citizens and state that have legally sworn to protect. The study of psychopathy as antisocial, sociopath, and psychopath are integral to comprehending the killing off of conscience to recruit, sustain, and sanitize an activity of this scope, a Supercrime.

In developing MOCM Part III, I will present the construction of a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth Program and how such is distributed over:

This is a form of extortion. In planning, the attack is developed from 100 percent spatiality and intensity. It is then redistributed over the population and territory. Persons will have fractals of the event superimposed over their persons. As seen the entire event of MOEC is imposed over my faith, natural person, and citizenship. The Gay Militia that is directing such is paired with lesbianism (concretely bisexuality). The intent was that a Male Same Sex Male MSM criminal polarity could be neutralized by a Female Same Sex Female FSF platform instead of the use of constitutional law. My Bill of Rights protections are null and void unless I was a practicing bisexual or married certain bisexual females. This experiment in creating a same sex qualification in a double bind construction is a catastrophic failure.

I maintain my work from the heterosexual platform. The imperative is to restore the rule of law and not escalate the usurpation which is manifest in the presidencies. (An old female intern of John F. Kennedy has written a book claiming she had a sexual relationship with the president. This she claims will avoid blackmail).

The zeitgeist from Ronald Reagan and Ayatollah Khomeini posits two reactionary polarities of thought and government in brinkmanship that continues to date. The tension between western democracy and Islamist theocracy are evident is the essentialist trajectories of both nation states. The LGBTi platform is focalized in this matization of the conflict. Here the universal legal recognition of LGBTi persons is an issue that is driving MOEC. State planning and eugenics are salient features. LGBTi individuals in the main do not reproduce naturally so their parenting is usually planned out and same sex couples appear more dedicated.

Since 2011, Tunisia, Egypt, and Libya have deposed leaders. Osama bin Laden and Moammar Gadhaffi have been killed. Currently Syria is in a civil war with a weak opposition attempting to overthrow Assad. Iran appears to be within three years of developing a nuclear weapon. All nuclear events are code named Akbar in MOEC and other events as chemical assault and biological weapons are known as Lycurgus. The magnitude of my alienation is Akbar (Nollmeyer 2007).

Stuxnet was a super virus that was constructed to disable Iran's uranium centrifuge purification systems. In contrast Iran's scientists were able to take over the GPS system of an American drone and land the craft safely. These events are in nexus with Technological Singularity. Marginalization, autarky, and class stratification are weapons in MOEC which is an intelligence and espionage operation through Prisoner's Dilemma. There is no absolute End World Scenario or EWS. There are events as limited nuclear theater and so forth.

Since the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth is unrecognized and I am getting more advanced in age, I will redouble my manifest efforts to prosecute sworn officials and raise the academic bar where and if I can.

The use of Storyboard Technology (Storyboard 2012) hence tactics used to choreograph a film or plays is integral to the state planning. Scripts from generation to generation and cradle to grave are developed and imposed over families and individuals. As seen these scripts are LGBTi based.

On February 7, 2012 the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals overturned Proposition 8 which limited marriage in California to one man and one woman. Same sex marriages will not occur until the date that the appeals process ends. It is most likely that the Supreme Court will receive this case (California Proposition 8 2012).

Gay Marriage is the key issue for MOEC. I have supported Proposition 8. I will not support same sex marriage.

To further develop MOCM Part III, I will review the archetypes, theology, social theory and the prosecution of the legal sworn officials that are liable. I do not have legal standing to represent you, your family and children, and property. If you have the ability to organize a refutation you should consider this also. Kuhn and Popper Methodologies (Hutcheon 1995) along with Frye and Daubert Standards are strong points of departure. The latter are used in American courts with Daubert being the federal standard (North Carolina Wesleyan).

The Daubert Court indicated that there are at least four factors to consider: testability, specifically Popperian falsifiability; publication and peer review; the known or potential rate of error. (Daubert at 2797); and widespread acceptance in the relevant scientific community.The issue is that under the older Frye Standard only general acceptance by the scientific community permitted expert testimony and evidence to be admitted. Here under Daubert which is the federal standard the qualification shifts from the scientific community to the evidence itself (Jan Dejnoñka 1996).

Herein the philosophic construction of Gay Irrationalism Gay Know Nothing is focalized. Currently there are six and possibly seven states which permit Gay Marriage (Nollmeyer 2007).

There are perhaps 1.3 million persons infected with HIV AIDS in the United States. Male Same Sex Male or MSM persons are about half. Upwards of 48,000 to 56,000 new cases occur each year. Hepatitis caseloads are estimated to be between 2 to 5 million persons (Center for Disease Control 2012).

The Gay Militia has no legitimacy whatsoever on these issues. As seen they have chemically scorched the earth.

I will review the morphogenetic structure of Mobilization of Empire and Civilization or MOEC. This is a highly conspiratol allegation in contrast to the manifest Chemical Assault Scorched Earth that is not being recognized or prosecuted by sworn officials as President Barack Obama, Homeland Secretary Janet Napolitano, and Attorney General Eric Holder.

As seen the major implication is scientific determinism versus socialization. In this aspect the human genome project emerges within Singularity. It has been argued that the more severe the criminality as a psychopath the more likelihood that illness is genetic and not learning from the environment. The strongest argument is that a Cambridge professor was legitimate and got entangled in this blackmail and intimidation ring. It appears he was a Same Sex, Gay, Bisexual. Upon comprehending that his activities which would have had a very significant amount of victims, this actor then initiated the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth into the state planning. Hence if his genetics were carrying dominant psychopathic traits he wished to chemical assault the human race attempting to attack the heterosexuals first and then LGBTi persons later (Personality Research 1998).

A direct implication is whether criminality genetic or socialized in LGBTi persons?

MOEC is a suprasystem.

TPS means Totalitarian Police State and TPSYS means Totalitarian Police System. The first is structure and the second is process in MOEC theory. Lycurgus is a subsystem and concerns basic TPSYS operations. Akbar is nuclear. Iran's nuclear program would be Akbar. The nuclear disaster in Fukushima, Japan would also be categorized within Akbar (Nollmeyer 2007).

Under Positive Law the Social Contract Theory is very important. We are reciprocating with our head of state. He or she is sworn to protect our rights. As stated I reject the false equilibrium imposed over my natural and citizenship. I show intent to prosecute the President, now Barack Obama and all accomplices and accessories to the fullest extent of the law. Since Obama is 50.5 years of age, it is reasonable to argue he may live to be 80 years old. It appears that the defection model has his targeted prosecution in 2040 when he and I are both 79 should I live. Technological Singularity is scheduled to occur in 2045.

I will personally confront him if I can extricate myself from this ordeal. I may still confront him during this ordeal. I choose to work within the internet because of the Chemical Assault. I work somewhat on twitter and various political figures at times post right after me.

The Storyboard created by Cambridge of my life posits that I would be a bisexual male. This is truly false. I have no same sex events in my life. There are no intervals between events. In a behavioristic approach, one same sex event every six months would categorize one in the set of LGBTi persons.

Since I am a member of the Hare Krishna Movement I also favor four principals:

No meat eating (lacto vegetarianism)

No drug, marijuana, or alcohol use

No illicit sex or same sex

No gambling

I am a ritvik follower of His Divine Grace A.C. Swami Prabhupada. I refer to him as Srila Prabhupada (Prabhupada 1972).

LAPD and the Gay Militia are fatalistic and dependent. The Storyboard scripting is based on bisexuality or same sex. The Yellow Brick Road quid pro quos are based on and descend from being a gay doctor, gay lawyer, gay athlete and so forth (Storyboard 2012).

There is a network of nodes that radiate from Cambridge Law School much like a spider plant that are a main structure in creating the state planning in which Storyboarding of natural persons occurs. The quid pro quos are also paired with fractals of the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth.

Since my identity is not transgendered, bisexual, or gay I do not follow the Scripting and am probably the least in MOEC's defection in doing so.

LGBTi persons have a veneer of perhaps muriatic acid sprayed over them, in their homes, workplace, and schools. Heterosexuals have a very deep red sprayed over them which is a caustic mixture of hydrochloric acid and porta toilet septic tank solution. (This is an acknowledgment to Commodious and Elagalbus of the Roman Empire).

The Gay Militia is antagonistic to the LGBTi Movement. Since Proposition 8 was overturned yesterday, it is overwhelmingly irrational for MSM or LGBTi police officers to continue this activity. None of the major LGBTi marriage groups recognize what is occurring.

In a systems format there are polarities as positive and negative. These Storyboard scripts can reflect citizenship and criminality in the legal sense. The legal reconciliation of these activities or the leadership to do so is not in my cognition. Miscalculation, escalation, failure to discipline culpable parties and failure to implement systematic remedies are manifest.

On February 8, Washington has passed legislation that would enable same sex marriage. If opponents gather enough signatures for the ballot marriages will not occur until after the November referendum. Maine also has a referendum on November's ballot. It is not certain whether the Supreme Court will immediately hear the case from California. At issue were the 18,000 couples who received their licenses. Their marriages will stand. Justice Steven Reinheardt crafted the narrow decision to impact only California. The broader issue of whether marriage is a state or federal right was not addressed (Los Angeles Times 2012).

Herein it was discerned that Proposition 8 provided no lawful purpose in denying LGBTi persons the right to marry.

As seen the issue is fluid. I was expecting a decision by Easter but the political environment is dictating the outcome.

If Cambridge is the authorship of the Storyboard, they have completely created a polarization between a biological hardwire heterosexual male in myself and a Gay Militia working as law enforcement.

An insight I made last evening was that pairing of Technological Singularity and Social Singularity is to the degree that it is an entrapment on the President of the United States. MOEC was designed to attack Ronald Reagan. The following head of states may be considered the Irrationalist Presidents:

Technological Singularity is predicted for 2046. Barack Obama will be 81 on 2041. The odds of him living to this age are about 50 percent. I should also have the same odds. Mary Bono Mack's R 45 CA District is the most heavily contaminated. She too, was born in 1961. The Colorado River and the Salton Sea are partly in her district. I spend about 6 months a year near or in her jurisdiction.

Corporate History and Environmentalism are two issues which have not been fully considered. The Machine Theory of organization inverts to the Machinery of Torture. Here the resources of the state come to bear against the individual. Here leadership and wealth creation is co opted to build the New Fascist world. Hence in the USSR and China, how are certain individuals able to be billionaires and millionaires while the majority of the persons are living off the state? It is the transformation into Fascism that permits this socio economic class stratification. Marginalization is under the threshold of cognition universally in comparison overt genocide and slavery.

The despoliation of the United States is prima facie but the legal creation of Superfund sites will surely be an issue as there is much legal power at hand but no will to use such for the people and myself.

There are two areas of analysis that will greatly affect Singularity and the social sciences. They are the internal and external environmental analysis. Regarding socialization theories that posit that the learning is predicated from the outside of the individual inward, then MOEC is negating this concept by implementing a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth within the cognition of the United States President, now Barack Obama and his predecessors (Management Study Guide 2012).

There is an attack on vegetarianism with the level of contamination higher for beans and the like. Newspapers are sprayed as well as clothing. The air in buildings is sprayed.

Marriage breaking occurs when an opposite sex supporter is sprayed with the Sick Red mixture. I have written previously that this was created over San Luis Obispo County in California. It has a more universal application in blackmail and intimidation. Many FSF or bisexual females are married with more conservative husbands. Here the MSM Gay Militia will spray the female spouses with this Sick Red mixture to break the marriage.

As seen the family is the first collective and beginning of the political unit in western thought. LGBTi History is severely damaged and sanitized. This text will challenge under Kuhn and Popper Methodologies the material proffered as LGBTi History as such is mandated in California to be taught.

Simple negation can occur regarding the Gay Militia in LAPD being the Proximate Cause in the United States through mutual aid violations with other jurisdictions and states. They are in violation or they are not. If someone were to claim that they were not, the federal and state government officials have no excuses as this event has a catastrophic magnitude.

The overall cowardice and treason that pervades the zeitgeist is unparalleled in United States History. I do not see any theologians, political scientists, historians, social scientists, criminologists, journalists, business departments, or economists emerging without considerable damage.

There are three major scripts within the Storyboard concerning myself that are bogus. One is based on a transformation to the LGBTi platform in Delaware, one from San Diego, and the third is based on Northern California which is based on being a follower of the Grateful Dead which is also LGBTi.

As seen The Bhagavad Gita As It Is by Srila Prabhupada (Prabhupada 1972) is the most transforming issue in my life not a single living person. My gender orientation has been heterosexual 100 percent of my life.

Overall these areas are the most active as crime scenes and will likely be where I finish my life if I am not able to escape or the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth does not stop:

Towards the Turing Centenary

About Alan Turing

Alan Turing was born on June 23, 1912 a date whose 100th anniversary will be upon us shortly. You can find out exactly how many days away it is at the top of each blog entry. Turing committed suicide on June 7, 1954.

In his brief forty one years he invented or laid the foundations for much of the modern world. He didn't do it alone, but it's probably not going too far to say that things might well not have turned out the way they did at the time that they did without him.

His contributions have two major aspects.

First, Turing was a groundbreaking mathematician. During World War II he worked at the codebreaking facility at Bletchley Park and was instrumental in breaking the German Enigma code, a feat which allowed the Allies to have direct, timely, undiluted, and voluminous access to German orders and intelligence. This feat is largely credited with resulting in the Allied victory in the north Atlantic and with significantly shortening the war.

The most commonly cited estimate is that it hastened Allied victory by about two years, saving thousands possibly hundreds of thousands of lives on both sides of the conflict. Consider two more years of the final solution being executed in concentration camps. Then add to that two more years of submarine warfare, of the war on the eastern front, of war in the Pacific, of war in North Africa, and on and on. How many people alive today would never have even been born in this scenario? How much more suffering would have resulted and how much more of the world's resources would have been wasted?

Turing's war work would have been enough accomplishment for anyone, but he has a second major area of accomplishment in which he changed the world you and I occupy at this moment.

Turing was the first person to develop the theory underpinning the universal programmable computer, meaning a computer that can be applied to any type of computational task rather than being a one trick pony. This is an adaptable computation device whose task can be altered at will by adjustments to it's programming. Limited computing devices had been conceived of or even built before, like Babbage's difference engine or the Chinese abacus, but without Turing's work you would not have all those things today that consist of or rely on computers. And as a side project, Turing also founded the discipline of artificial intelligence.

Chapter 1

Origin and Proximate Cause

Mobilization of Empire and Civilization or MOEC is a complex system. It has an Origin or Proximate Cause that is alleged to be a clique of University of Cambridge Law School Lawyers from the United Kingdom, UK (Proximate Cause 2012). Here this structure is stated to derive from the medieval beginnings of the school itself. MOEC is the suprasystem and organizes all the lower subsystems and components. Herein a nested ecology is used across several jurisdictions that are both international and domestic to create complex jurisdictional defects.

MOEC is an attack on the human race and civilization through the United Kingdom, United States, California, and Los Angeles Police Department. This embedded ecology exploits the Sovereign Citizen Relationship in the Social Contract Theory by attacking the Bill of Rights in the United States Constitution. This is facilitated by alienating a citizen under the protection of the President.

This is the alleged hierarchy of the Origin or Proximate Cause (Nollmeyer 2012a):

Los Angeles Police Department USA: accomplice

Hence, sine qua non no other consequent criminal acts could occur without this antecedent structure developing processes towards victims (Sine Qua Non 2012).

Prisoner's Dilemma and mutual aid violations create a system of nodes that radiate from Cambridge Law School outward across the world resembling a spider plant.

The format is based on sexual orientation and behaviors. The bias is homosexuality: Lesbian Gay Transgender intersex versus heterosexuality or opposite sex. Hence the emergent equilibrium of the Totalitarian Police State is TPS and it's morphogenetic processes are Totalitarian Police System or TPSYS (Nollmeyer 2007a).

MOEC is eugenic social engineering. It's design concerns the development of universals and particulars to ordinate the individual and collective in the state. However in the concrete MOEC appears to be a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth Program at the present (1987 2012) with no indication of a return to the rule of law.

This activity supports the allegation that this mechanism is the process that developed the British Empire which is in decline and is focusing on being an intelligence hegemon rather than annexing territory of other nationstates.

Here MOEC is relative morality and consequentialism versus absolute morality and deontology (Isaacs 2001). Phenomenology is also advocated. This also will develop Gay Irrationalism Gay Know Nothing. It's construction will receive it's own chapter.

There is both abstract theoretical and concrete functions that support the manifest Chemical Assault Scorched Earth. The summon bonum of a system or that exemplar person is inverted under the color of the law that governs that system. This concept reflects downward in ordinating consequent lower levels of organization. Hence as a person becomes more implicated, blackmailed, and intimidated, this person ceases to do the legal and prescribed duties of one's occupation. Usually a corrupted member of the police will dispense quid pro quos designed by the Proximate Cause, here Cambridge Law School. This corrupted officer is paired then with per se a priest, president, judge, CEO, professor or other leader. Here the more corrupt person will degrade the standing of the superior person.

This is a concept that is integral to Singularity. This format is called a Joe Virus. This is entirely analogous to forming a bot army of smaller local computers and aiming such at a server for various purposes. Also now in Spring of 2012 the issue is how many workers are exposed to having their jobs eliminated by automation? The rational benefit to cost ratio is to eliminate the informant criminal from their job. As this process descends to even the unemployed workers and homeless persons a different class structure emerges (Nollmeyer 2007a).

As seen the Social Singularity has a near total sanitization and censorship from this mechanism. The Irrationalist Presidents are not only on the Wrong Side of History, but now President Barack Obama should easily live to 2040 six years before Technological Singularity (Singularity Institute). Technological Singularity should easily help develop protocols to keep him alive. So by default he is the a priori target for formal prosecution.

In the present tense how or when is a supercomputer as IBM's Watson going to teach MOEC and or the historical Chemical Assault Scorched Earth to the world (IBMWatson 2012)? A particular example is the University of California at Berkeley. Many students were born after 1987 and have no experience of living in California without the state being under attack. All Irrationalist Presidents Reagan Obama share some historical, moral, and legal culpability.

In focus, if computers are at one point in time going to surpass humans in teaching non engineering disciplines, when are theses machine going to have accurate historical databases? Here the code writers or devs are under suspect.

In a broader perspective those leaders of the LGBTi platform that are sworn duty bound officials are exposed first then the heterosexual officials.

In the concrete this is why the Gay Militia uses redundant double bind circular arguments, false set theories as adding same sex members in an attempt to Gay Bait persons. This attack is called Group in an equivocation to Gestalt Psychology and Social Systems.

Rigging of economics is preferred over merit based promotion. Guaranteeing the outcome is desired than guaranteeing the opportunity.

It appears that there is no positive societal outcome related with this ideology other than in exposes a deep system of corruption and espionage.

The implication for the LGBTi community is that they have not responded. Currently Proposition 8 is awaiting an en banc decision that should arrive before the 2012 Presidential Election.

Obama Supports Gay Marriage

President Barack Obama has now officially endorsed Gay Marriage the day after Amendment 1 passed in North Carolina by 61 to 39 percent margin. Obama cited that his daughters have friends who have same sex parents as well as working with members of his own staff.

Obama is the product of Totalitarianism, censorship, and sanitization. He is completely hypocritical on human rights and equality. MOEC has components that are a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth that is based by imposing the event over my natural person and citizenship.

My argument is that all 313 million persons now in the United States could press criminal charges against him.

This is not change. Obama is living out a fiction.

Are there any persons especially LGBTi persons that are suffering from HIV AIDS that have been critically injured due to his charlatanism? This is a concrete reality. Obama historical fiction is similar to any other bubble. It will burst under it's own pressure or will be challenged as I am doing here on the www.powereality.net domain.

The Chemical Assault Scorched Earth permits the Gay Militia to attack the United States and human race writ large through defection without any legal standing before the court.

The Gay Militia of LAPD is an antagonistic motion to the LGBTi Movement. DOMA Struck Down in Massachusetts

A unanimous three judge panel of the1st U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Thursday, May 31 that the core part of the Defense of Marriage Act, barring federal recognition of marriages of same sex couples, is unconstitutional. An appeal of that decision is expected to be filed fairly quickly with the U.S. Supreme Court and is likely be before the high court this fall.

The 1st Circuit panel said that, under simple rational review of the law, the same sex couples seeking to overturn DOMA "cannot prevail." But, importantly, the panel also said that, because DOMA implicates both equal protection and federalism, the law requires "a closer than usual review based in part on discrepant impact among married couples and in part on the importance of state interests in regulating marriage."

In it's 33 page decision, the judges affirmed the U.S. District Court ruling that DOMA violates the equal protection rights guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution. The panel did not agree that DOMA also violates the spending clause or 10th Amendment rights of states. While DOMA does "intrude" into a realm of law "primarily confided to state regulations," said the panel, "Nevertheless, Congress surely has an interest in who counts as married."

"That Congress has traditionally looked to state law to determine the answer [to what defines marriage] does not mean that the 10th Amendment or spending clause require it to do so."

"However," said the judges, "the denial of federal benefits to same sex couples lawfully married does burden the choice of states like Massachusetts to regulate the rules and incidents of marriage. ... These consequences do not violate the 10th Amendment or spending clause, but Congress' effort to put a thumb on the scales and influence a state's decision as to how to shape it's own marriage laws does bear on how the justifications are assessed."

The panel then proceeded to reject using an "intensified scrutiny," each of the arguments put forth by the Bipartisan Legal Advisory Group, a Republican dominated congressional committee that authorized an outside attorney to defend DOMA in federal lawsuits around the country. Those arguments included such things as "preserving scarce government resources," "support child rearing," and to preserve the traditional definition of marriage.

"For 150 years, this desire to maintain tradition would alone have been justification enough for almost any statute," said the panel. "... But Supreme Court decisions in the last 50 years call for closer scrutiny of government action touching upon minority group interests and of federal action in areas of traditional state concern."

"To conclude, many Americans believe that marriage is the union of a man and a woman, and most Americans live in states where that is the law today," said the panel. "One virtue of federalism is that it permits this diversity of governance based on local choice, but this applies as well to the states that have chosen to legalize same sex marriage. Under currentSupreme Court authority, Congress' denial of federal benefits to same sex couples lawfully married in Massachusetts has not been adequately supported by any permissible federal interest."

Reaction from attorneys in the case and political observers was swift.

"We think that this is a fantastic decision that is crisp and solid and well reasoned," said Mary Bonauto of Gay and Lesbian Advocates and Defenders, which brought two of the lawsuits in the consolidated case. "And it's really rooted in the last 50 years of equal protection jurisprudence and federalism jurisprudence."

Out Massachusetts Congressman Barney Frank D said the ruling "vindicates the decision by the Obama administration not to defend the Defense of Marriage Act, which denies rights to millions of Americans. It is also a tribute to the thoughtful, principled legal strategy by Mary Bonauto and her associates at Gay and Lesbian Advocates and Defenders."

"I am confident that the U.S. Supreme Court will add its support for this decision, which is so firmly grounded in long standing American constitutional principles," said Frank.

The universal reaction among LGBT civil rights groups was similar.

"Whether it is California's Proposition 8 or the so called Defense of Marriage Act, court after court has affirmed that marriage discrimination against gay and lesbian Americans is unfair, unjust, and unconstitutional," said Adam Umhoefer, executive director of the American Foundation for Equal Rights, which has been pressing the challenge to California's same sex marriage ban. That challenge has succeeded at the U.S. district court and 9th Circuit panel levels. It is now awaiting word on whether the full 9th Circuit will hear an appeal of those lower court decisions.

One attorney said the decision likely means the demise of DOMA.

"Today's decision, authored by one of the most well respected conservative federal judges in the country, sounds the death knell for this discriminatory law," said Shannon Minter, legal director at the National Center for Lesbian Rights. "Every day that DOMA remains on the books, it is causing serious harm to same sex couples and their children and branding all lesbian, gay, and bisexual people as inferior."

Minter said the Supreme Court should uphold Thursday's ruling.

"The Supreme Court should affirm this decision so that we can put this shameful period in our nation's history behind us," he added. "The federal government has no interest in treating people differently because of their sexual orientation or gender identity."

In coming to it's decision, the panel decided that an earlier 1st Circuit decision on a case challenging "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" "has already declined" to grant "suspect classification" to laws based on "sexual preference." And the panel said it was neither empowered nor willing to "create such a new suspect classification for same sex relationships."

It also ruled that, while a 1972 U.S. Supreme Court dismissal of Baker v. Nelson is "precedent binding on us," subsequent U.S. Supreme Court decisions, in such cases as Romer v. Evans and Lawrence v. Texas, make it's usefulness in the current cases limited. In Baker, a gay couple in Minnesota appealed a ruling of their state's supreme court that held the state could deny them a marriage license. The U.S. Supreme Court, in 1972, dismissed the couple's appeal. BLAG attorney Paul Clement had argued the 1st Circuit was bound to do the same with the DOMA challenge.

The panel stayed it's decision, meaning the federal government is not obliged to immediately begin recognizing same sex marriages.

The decision was written by Judge Michael Boudin and joined by Chief Judge Sandra Lynch and Judge Juan Torruella. The panel heard oral arguments in the two cases, Gill v. Office of Personnel Managementand Massachusetts v. Health and Human Services on April 4.

The case before the panel was a consolidation of three cases, brought by GLAD and by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. They are generally referred to as Gill v. Office of Personnel Management.

In Gill, GLAD argued that DOMA's ban on federal recognition of same sex marriages violates the equal protection of same sex couples. In Massachusetts v. HHS, the state argued that it interfered with Massachusetts' authority to regulate marriage. In the third case, Hara v. OPM, GLAD argued a very narrow case involving the benefits due to one plaintiff, Dean Hara, the widow of the late Representative Gerry Studds.

U.S. District Court Judge Joseph Tauro ruled in July 2010 that Section 3 of DOMA violates the U.S. Constitution's guarantee of equal protection, it's spending clause, and the 10th Amendment right of states to sovereignty.

Section 3 of the federal law, passed in 1996, states that, for federal government purposes, "the word 'marriage' means only a legal union between one man and one woman as husband and wife, and the word 'spouse' refers only to a person of the opposite sex who is a husband or a wife." None of the 1st Circuit lawsuits challenged the section of DOMA that enables any state to ignore valid marriage licenses issued to a same sex couple in other states.

Today the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals denied a rehearing for Proposition 8. As an instrumental figure in the Gay Marriage Movement you should be appalled by the alienation of my Bill of Rights protections. As seen the Right to Marry has not been discovered by any federal court. It appears that this case has the strongest probability of reaching this conclusion through certiorari at the Supreme Court.

As seen I have been a political hostage by a Gay Militia run out of LAPD.

The intent of this activity is an attack on the human race through the UK, Scotland Yard, USA, California, and LAPD. This is the 200th Anniversary of our Constitution.

Hence all sworn officials and sworn professionals are corrupted by this action. As Lieutenant Governor and as Mayor of San Francisco you are both criminally and civilly liable to personal and property damage.

I am the most stalked person in the history of the United States, perhaps the world. To date 7 billion persons have been censored and sanitized as to what is occurring especially in California.

The allegation is that Cambridge Law School has authored the attack. This would go back to the 1930s. It appears that these lawyers are heavily involved in human right as abuses and spend a very large amount of time orchestrating court cases. It appears a contest emerged between homosexual and heterosexual members, the latter appear to be from Trinity College or the School of the Theology and Philosophy. As a surprise to only a few, glass closet newsman Anderson Cooper came fully out as a Gay Male. This is in counterpoint to the inferiority complex that is being profiled here as a red herring strawman. Some disappointing news out of Hawaii, where late yesterday a federal judge ruled against two women seeking to bring marriage equality to the Aloha State by opposing the states civil unions law in the case Jackson v. Abercrombie. "Hawaii's marriage laws are not unconstitutional," district court Judge Alan C. Kay wrote in his ruling, which continued (via the Sacramento Bee):

"Nationwide, citizens are engaged in a robust debate over this divisive social issue. If the traditional institution of marriage is to be reconstructed, as sought by the plaintiffs, it should be done by a democratically elected legislature or the people through a constitutional amendment," and not through the courts.

In the ruling, Judge Kay also denied a request by the Hawaii Family Forum, the Christian group defending the law, seeking to remove Gov. Neil Abercrombie as the named defendant in the case. In an unusual twist, Abercrombie, who personally supports marriage equality, found himself on both sides of the case as a defendant who in fact supports the case of the plaintiffs. In a statement, Abercrombie said that he opposes the court's ruling and will join with the plaintiffs in any appeal they file:

"To refuse individuals the right to marry on the basis of sexual orientation or gender is discrimination in light of our civil unions law. For me, this is about fairness and equality."

Without a doubt, the Hawaii court's ruling, particularly the language about marriage being reconstructed, is a frustrating one. We’ll have more analysis of the ruling to come.

The Totality of Circumstances Test is the correct rule when an individual confronts one's government. As seen Proposition 8, or Perry v. Brown is headed for a possible granting of certiorari this autumn.

With a name as the American Federation for Equal Rights, it makes one wonder why you have not questioned the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth program that is imposed over my natural person and citizenship.

The American Foundation for Equal Rights is dedicated to protecting and advancing equal rights for every American.

Prima facie since June 17, 1987 cells of a MSM Gay Militia launched a preemptive attack against then President Reagan. Their strategic mission was Gay Marriage. I have been an exclusive heterosexual my entire life. I am one day older than President Barack Obama being born August 3, 1961 in Roswell, NM. The entire Birther fiasco is a Red Herring meant to create a phony issue since Obama and the Irrationalist Presidents persist in using fiction to oppress humans and life in general.

The alienation of my rights may reduce to the Eight Amendment; There shall be no cruel and unusual treatment... and the arguing from the state towards the individual the Equal Protection and Due Process Clauses of the Fourteenth Amendment.

The Chemical Assault Scorched Earth attack named MOEC short for Mobilization of Empire and Civilization is alleged to be authored by Cambridge Law School as proximate cause. It is a gambit that was designed to have a continuum of MSM members of which if they continued to operate in a de facto and corrupt manner they would undermine competent sworn officials and the LGBTi Movement.

The Daubert Court indicated that there are at least four factors to consider: testability, specifically Popperian falsifiability; publication and peer review; the known or potential rate of error. In fairness the so called Straight side is also guilty but the emergent Gay Rights Movement is in a bubble that will burst.

The Supreme Court may take up Proposition 8 this term as well as DOMA.

The State of California is also a Scorched Earth site that most likely will exceed Superfund considerations. The environmentalists a re charlatans with Barack Obama and George W Bush bearing heavy criminal liability.

HIV AIDS and Hepatitis C persons are looming larger especially as Obama is trending stronger in the polls with two debates with Romney as a possible breakout point for either candidate.

The small local towns in the west will figure prominently in the study of undermining a political system. Homosexual blackmail and extortion are going to drive any transparent investigation.

I am endorsing a Boycott of the 2012 Presidential Election. The American Presidency since Ronald Reagan on June 17, 1987 has been aware of a Manifest Chemical Assault Scorched Earth program.

Barack Obama has run for the presidency twice with the Salton Sea Chemically Attacked. The first time being in 2008. Mitt Romney, Paul Ran, and Joe Biden are no strangers to incompetence and corruption. The Republicans and Democrats are collusive in what appears to be a universal attack on the human race itself.

It appears that professors from Cambridge Law School many years past designed the defection model and have implemented such from Scotland Yard and Los Angeles Police Department. The attack is focused on Gay Marriage and LGBTi issues. A central component of this structure and process is Marriage Breaking. This is disguised as Marriage Making but in particular the females that following the dating that is arranged through the police suffer a very high divorce rate.

If I reflect over my high school years the divorce rate in certain circles is near 60 percent. Some cliques of friends are 100 percent. What is unique is that I lived in the same working class neighborhood as Joe Biden when he first ran for the Senate in 1972. He has probably shook has with every person that I knew from this era that has divorced.

Equally confusing now is whether LGBTi persons have a right to marry under the Equal Protection and Due Process Clause of the 14th Amendment.

As far as Obama is concerning the United States is on the verge of war with Iran over nuclear development. Syria, it's ally has been accused of using Chemical Weapons. At least 25 persons have been killed by Hurricane Sandy on the east coast. There are over 350 case of fungal meningitis with about 25 deaths and increasing.

In a manifest attack, there have are over 1.2 million HIV AIDS cases with perhaps 300,000 infected without realizing such. 3 million persons are infected with Hepatitis C.

Obama and Romney are clearly obstacles in creating a just society.

As Proposition 8 and DOMA await possible certification at the Supreme Court. Sevcik v. Sandoval was won by Sandoval hence a defeat for LGBTi interests regarding equal protection. As seen the Court ruled that Nevada is within it's legal right to define marriage and civil unions. The original conference for the first case was November 30, 2012 and continued to December 7, 2013. Sandoval was ruled on November 29, 2012.

While all this was occurring a melt down or trash down by New Age LGBTi interests occurred on Facebook. These persons in the main are in nodes of MOEC. Hence they are cohort rivals with one another.

There is very strong evidence that polymorphous perversity was ordered through LAPD for these actors to undermine those who have friended them. When this occurs one should be strict and immediately unfriend.

LAPD is using a group or guilt by association tactic. One meltdown by a person who has been presented as highly intelligent has resulted in a total brou ha ha. This person is a website developer and Singularity adherent.

What this person did is less than the Jerry Springer Show. His Facebook site would not be presented on public television. He would be rejected by any major faith system as Vedic, Christianity, Islam or Buddhism.

Supreme Court Accepts Prop 8 and DOMA

The U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to hear a pair of cases that could but likely will not establish a nationwide, constitutional right to gay marriage. The cases leave the high court plenty of escape hatches from taking a big step the country may not be ready for yet, said William Eskridge, a constitutional law scholar at Yale Law School who contributed the legal reasoning that helped decide one of the cases, a challenge to an anti gay marriage referendum in California.

The Supreme Court agreed to hear Hollingsworth v. Perry, the California case, as well as U.S. v. Windsor, a challenge to the federal Defense of Marriage Act. Both go to the core of one of the most divisive issues in American politics, the equivalent of interracial marriages in the 1950s. Very few people today would seriously support legal restrictions on a marriage between a white man and a black woman, but it wasn't until the high court's 1967 decision in Loving v. Virginia that such laws were declared unconstitutional nationwide. Eskridge, whose scholarship has focused on how the Supreme Court adapts to mass political movements, thinks the country hasn't yet reached a similar consensus on gay marriage.

"The Supreme Court would not have decided Loving in the 1950s," he told me. "I would be very surprised if the court issues an opinion that spells the doom" of anti gay marriage laws.

This may seem strange coming from the man who has supplied much of the legal reasoning undergirding the decisions that have supported gay rights, including 2003's Lawrence v. Texas, invalidating state anti sodomy statutes. But Eskridge teaches his students, I was one of them a decade ago that the court responds slowly to broad social movements that implicate changes in civil rights. Only after Thurgood Marshall and his colleagues had pursued and won lawsuits challenging separate but equal school facilities in courts across the country was the Supreme Court willing to take the momentous step of declaring school segregation to be unconstitutional in Brown vs. Board of Education in 1954. It took many years more for lower courts to enforce it's provisions.

We're at a similar point in the evolution of public thinking about gay marriage, Eskridge said. He described a recent luncheon meeting he attended in St. Louis where he asked some members of the audience how Missourians would respond to a Supreme Court ruling subjecting gay marriage bans to the nearly insurmountable constitutional standard of strict scrutiny. "The guns would come out," one attendee told him.

In Hollingsworth, the court will review a Ninth Circuit decision upholding a lower court's invalidation of California’s Proposition 8 making same sex marriages illegal. The lower court issued a broad ruling declaring the law, passed by statewide referendum, to be unconstitutional. The Ninth Circuit adopted Eskridge's narrower reasoning that the referendum was invalid because it stripped a minority group, same sex couples of fundamental rights they had already possessed, albeit briefly, after some California cities started issuing marriage licenses.

The Supreme Court gave itself one out by asking lawyers to decide the question of Article III standing, or whether the plaintiffs challenging the Ninth Circuit even had the right to appeal. The plaintiffs are supporters of Prop. 8 but defenders of the ruling can argue they didn't have a direct stake in the outcome and therefore can't sue. If the court accepts that argument, it may send the case back to the district court for review and an uncertain future because the original court ruling technically only prevented certain state and local officials from enforcing Prop. 8. The high court also could agree with the Ninth Circuit's reasoning meaning only same sex couples in California would maintain the right to marry.

In the DOMA case, the court also has asked both sides to answer the standing question. The Obama administration has refused to enforce the law, so there is a legal question whether having won a lower court ruling declaring DOMA unconstitutional, it has standing to pursue an appeal. House Republicans, who are suing to overturn the lower court decision, would be subject to the same question.

As Lyle Denniston wrote on Scotusblog: "If the Court were to rule that the Court lacks jurisdiction, after finding that the Administration is not a proper one to appeal a ruling that it had won, that presumably would end that case."

The liberal minority on the court may vote in favor of broad constitutional protection for same sex couples, and Justice Anthony Kennedy may even join them. But Eskridge thinks the time isn't right yet. While "there is a distinguished tradition" on the Court of overturning popular referendums that are discriminatory including Romer v. Evans, in which Kennedy voted with the majority to strike down a Colorado state constitutional amendment prohibiting gay rights laws the court can also use these cases to delay a final decision on the constitutionality of gay marriage. Even Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has repeatedly stated that Roe v. Wade, the 1973 decision legalizing abortion, was decided too early.

"Justice Ginsburg built an entire career around going slowly on women's rights," said Eskridge.

On one question that has puzzled me, Eskridge had a direct and nearly irrefutable answer. What's the big deal, I asked, about whether same sex couples have the word marriage on a certificate if they can obtain civil unions that are identical in every other way? "Let's engage in a thought experiment about Loving v. Virginia,' he said. "What if the Supreme Court had invented a new form of marriage for people of different races?" The rights would be identical, he said, only the state would provide a different certificate for white couples than it issued for couples of mixed races. The idea seems ridiculous now. Some day, perhaps, the same thinking will apply to same sex marriage. It will probably take years, and a lot more litigation, to get there.

Proposition 8 and DOMA to be Heard in March

The Supreme Court will hear Proposition 8, Hollingsworth v. Perry on March 26, 2013. DOMA or United States v. Windsor will be heard on March 27, 2013. A verdict should rendered by July, 2013.

There has been a plethora of possible outcomes. All reflect the right of the State versus that of the Federal Government. Hence the Due Process Clause of the 14th Amendment will receive high water treatment in these cases without a doubt setting some type of precedent.

On reflection the transformative effects of having MOEC paired with these two cases presents MOEC Studies as both a catalyst and driver of legal history.

Currently I have been deliberating that if the states prevail in defining marriage than DOMA will be upheld. I then believe that Prop 8 will overturned. This would hinge on whether marriage is an unalienable right that once earned cannot be taken away.

President Obama has recently commented on this fact:

I do not wish to take the President's comments out of context, however his position regarding Equal Protection and Due Process fall well short of his sworn duty as the Commander in Chief of the United States.

I have been held ex communicado since June 17, 1987 under then President Ronald Reagan. The Constitution’s 200th Anniversary occurred during his term. Since that a de facto usurpation of the Bill of Rights has occurred.

I am a first generation Japanese American whose mother and person did not receive full civil right protections until the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Hence I am also a heterosexual male who has supported Proposition 8. As a result I am the most stalked person in this history of this nation. The Gay Militia, (the generic term is used because these actors can call themselves anything they wish under these conditions of fatalism and dependency) have entrapped five Irrationalist Presidents Reagan Obama.

You state that your parents raised your brothers and yourself to believe that we are all equal under the law. The residents of the 41st District are bearing a heavy price for this act of Torture and Treason. I grew up in Delaware; Vice President Biden lived about five houses down the street from me, in a home that would have sold for only $20,000 in 1972. I stuffed envelopes for him on his first campaign. I met his family. His wife and daughter were killed in an auto accident only a few months later. Thom Schiller, a very talented artist who brought me to the campaign headquarters would also later be killed several years later in a very severe car accident.

I find your credibility on Equal Protection and Due Process to be more than suspect. The Manifest Chemical Assault Scorched Earth directly affects the sustainability of HIV AIDS persons. My calculations are that one percent of all males in California are now HIV AIDS positive.

Today the Supreme Court ruled that Proposition 8 proponents lacked Article III standing and dispensed with the case. DOMA was ruled unconstitutional under the 5th Amendment. Both cases resulted in 5 to 4 decisions.

At issue now is that in LGBTi History I am arguing that MOEC or Cambridge Law is the driver through prisoner's dilemma.

The record should clearly state that I supported Prop 8. I continue to support marriage only between a man and a woman.

The regents approved her for the post of the President of the University of California on July 18, 2013. This rapid paradigm shift has focalized what is named MOEC or Mobilization of Empire and Civilization. This is the name of the actual in continuo Chemical Assault Scorched Earth program imposed over my natural person and citizenship here in Westwood, Lassen County, California.

Two Simultaneous Eternities Can Not Exist

At issue is the Sovereign Citizen Relationship and the alienation of my Bill of Right protections. For simplicity's purpose we will argue the 8th Amendment, There shall be no cruel and unusual punishment, and the 14th Amendment Equal Protection and Due Process clause.

This Undermining attack is alleged to be the authorship of Cambridge Law School, United Kingdom. These actors have developed a Gay Militia that is guiding the attack from Los Angeles Police Department. There is an ideological construction known as Gay Irrationalism Gay Know Nothing that reflects these actor’s human repertoire of intents and actions.

On June 17, 1987 in Dover, Delaware, Los Angeles Police Department, California, LAPD launched a preemptive strike against then President Ronald Reagan by imposing Mobilization of Empire and Civilization MOEC over my natural person and citizenship. The allegation here is that Cambridge Law School contains a circle of professors who oversee the expansion and contraction of the British Empire. It appears that between the 1880s and 1930s, most likely the later, a clique of Trinity Theologians wished to expose widespread Crimes Against Humanity that were committed under the color of British Homeland Security.

The Theologians failed to win control over this operation but it appears that they were strong enough to strike an arrangement where this defection model would become exposed. The model was named MOEC to define a Crime Against Humanity that moves through the United Kingdom, Cambridge Law School, Scotland Yard, United States, LAPD, a Gay Militia, and informants in a local jurisdiction.

The Cambridge Lawyer's gender identification was more homosexual then that of the Trinity Theologians whose identity was heterosexual. One should use a behavioral baseline of one consensual same sex act every six months to be considered homosexual.

It appears that the heterosexuals were appalled at the amount of victims that the homosexual side were creating which triggered the confrontation. The same sex platform members were in the minority and needed the defection of the heterosexuals to operate.

MOEC in practice at this stage in History reflects a Tournament between homosexual versus heterosexual individuals.

This structure and process is an Undermining Trojan Horse Virus which reduces to Prisoner's Dilemma. Prima facie MOEC is only a novelty of this model.

MOEC contains two subsystems: 1. Lycurgus Akbar 2. Syrinx

Lycurgus is the subsystem where the population is experiencing Targeted Chemical Assaults TCAs and Stalking under Electronic Surveillance. Akbar is it's subsystem where one individual is experiencing the fullblown program converging the TCAs and the Target.

MOEC contains three main components:

The Trojan Horse presentation is built around a false Marriage Program which is indeed a Divorce or Family Breaking program. This action reflects all conjugal relationships.

The family is the main collective unit of governance.

MOEC is a Storyboard reverse sting entrapment. This in reduction yields crime creation as an informant turns evidence on another suspect to remain free from prosecution. Hence by defecting through a policeman, a criminal remains free expanding a criminal enterprise.

MOEC is designed in a hub and node conspiracy. The Proximate Cause are the Cambridge Law School Membership cited above.

To demonstrate their prowess and the sloppiness of Homeland Security, these actors designed the Organic Cell of MOEC.

This model is Prisoner's Dilemma based and processes a holon through various subsystems towards Atomization or ordination under an Ideal social system as the Universal Village Model of the United Nations or per se Varna Asrama of the Vedas. Any social systems paradigm is possible.

MOEC is also designed as a cell with an attempt to create a morphology of a social body similar to the Artificial Man of the Social Contract Theory. Hence in a continuum of development, MOEC is developing reinforcement of itself at the cellular level towards it's expansion.

In physics the primary unit of development is the atom. In biology the primary unit is the cell.

The authorship has prepared a parallel analogy of HIV AIDS and MOEC and introduced such into the social environment.

The entire model is also designed as an artificial virus similar to a computer program. Control is the outer boundary of the cell at rest. Any of it's subsystems may operate embedded within or as the outer boundary of the cell. Hence any subsystem may temporarily may act as the suprasystem guiding transformations on other subsystems and components.

Control: This is the cell wall. All social systems have control as part of a mission goal. The military and police are the agents of social control. This is achieved by defection. Thus Power and Control rather than Order then Power which is correct. Real rule of law is possible but will always be in disintegration due to self interest and defection.

Particular History and Justice: A combination of events that are historical and supply a basis for justice. Here events as slavery are used as a basis for leveling. This is reality oppression and marginalization. Genealogy and family history are used to redistribute the benefits of the state. Arranging marriages and the like occur from here.

Parameters: This a wall were events take there body from PHJ. This is an analogy to Tatasha Shakti of the Vedas. In reality this is the time, space, and elements of the defection (entrapment) that the police are attempting to implement.

Maze: Space Time. This is the largest space. This is the environment with the Police operating on you. One is under defection and are being entrapped.

Consciousness: This is one's awareness of what is going on. This is stated in the positive.

Rationality: One's ability to make moral decisions based on deduction and induction.

Behaviorism: This is one's external relationship with the environment.

Atomization: This is returning to the elements of nature. This is also the complete fallacy of composition as to claim that 1% of a 100% is the subject and not the accident of a case.

Varna Asrama: Ideal Vedic Social System, any ideal state or end state may be used that is collective.

The direct linkage to HIV AIDS would concern the subsystem Atomization.

The briefing I was given described a history of western actors discovering a disease in Africa Slim or a sleeping disease. The indigenous population was aware of the disease(s). It appears that what is now being presented in the current Wikipedia History of AIDS was at least partially organized as early as June 17, 1987. The most important issue is what is known as Bushmeat Practice. This model describes a theory of zoonosis or the movement of Simian Immunodeficiency Virus SIV from monkeys to humans. Areas as Cameroon have populations that actively hunt wild game resulting in the harvesting and sale of Bush Meat. There is also a blackmarket for these products with expatriates in England. MOEC is claiming that via Prisoner's Dilemma they can import Bush Meat to England with the current SIV type and thus create a new mutation related to HIV AIDS. This implies that they are responsible for the migration of SIV HIV AIDS from Africa to other targets worldwide as one smuggles contraband as narcotics.

The United States and other areas are prone to exposure of Bush Meat Practice and the importation of exotic pets.

Bushmeat Practice

The natural transfer theory Hunter Theory or Bushmeat Theory postulates the virus was transmitted to humans after a hunter or bushmeat vendor handler was bitten or cut while hunting or butchering an ape or monkey. Hence exposure to blood and bodily fluids of the game resulted in SIV infection.

In Central Africa SIV infection has been recorded where the seroreactivity to antigens was 2.3% in the general population of Cameroon; and 7.8% in locations where bushmeat is hunted or consumed. The most exposed persons of these areas had a 17.1% infection rate providing evidence of past or present SIV infection.

It is generally accepted that once SIV infection was present in humans, it's mutation would not be improbable.

The BBC has reported on the blackmarket sale of Bush Meat in Britain and the linkage to SIV.

I was born August 3, 1961 in Roswell, New Mexico.

On Monday, August 3, 2009 02:20 UK, the British Broadcasting Company BBC reported in an article, Scientists find new strain of HIV that, "Gorillas have been found, for the first time, to be a source of HIV."

The main source of human infections HIV 1 strain, t, with 33m cases worldwide at this time, originated from a virus in a chimpanzee.

Researcher Dr David Robertson, from the University of Manchester, stated, "This demonstrates that HIV evolution is an ongoing process."

"The virus can jump from species to species, from primate to primate, and that includes us; pathogens have been with us for millions of years and routinely switch host species."

June 17, 1987 was the date that then President Ronald Reagan was targeted and MOEC imposed over my person.

On June 17, 2010 the BBC reported from the journal Conservation Letters that it is possible that 270 tonnes of illegal bushmeat could be passing through Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris, one of Europe's busiest airports each year, the first study of it's kind estimates.

Research was based on seizures over 17 days. The researchers concluded that, "the illicit trade could pose a risk to human or animal health and increase the demand for meat from threatened species."

During the 17 day study, a total of 134 passengers on 29 flights from 14 African nations were searched.

Nine individuals were smuggling bushmeat, for a mass of 188kg. It is estimated that a lucrative trade in bushmeat products results in a 5 tonne per week traffic.

On January 11, 2012 the BBC reported, Confiscated bushmeat 'poses virus threat, this concerned the interdiction of bushmeat smuggled into the United States with known pathogens and viruses.

Retroviruses and herpes viruses were discovered with samples from remains of endangered monkey species.

Raw, smoked and dried meats were tested for viruses known to be capable of infecting humans.

Pathogens identified were zoonotic retrovirus, simian foamy viruses, and several non human primate herpes viruses.

The journal PLoS One published the findings. In their final Discussions these researchers noted:

Although we did not find SIV or STLV in the limited number of specimens in this study, these viruses have been found in high prevalences in NHP specimens at bushmeat markets and in hunted NHPs (non human primates). HIV 1 and HIV 2 emerged as a result of several spillover events of SIV from chimpanzees and mangabeys, respectively, that were likely hunted for bushmeat in central and western Africa. Serosurveillance studies have shown thirty five different species of African NHPs harbor lentivirus infections, with a prevalence of SIV in up to 35% of free ranging chimpanzees, and 30 to 60% of free ranging sooty mangabeys and green monkeys.

Ian Lipkin of Columbia University's Mailman School of Public Health stated, "Exotic wildlife pets and bushmeat are Trojan horses that threaten humankind at sites where they are collected in the developing world as well as the US."

Theory of HIV Origination and Epidemic Emergence

Two Simultaneous Eternities Can Not Exist...

It is epidemiologically certain that HIV AIDS has a SIV or Simian origination.

The central unresolved issue is whether there is a criminal conspiracy guiding it's transmission or is such an act of randomness and lack of cognitive awareness of the HIV AIDS virus and it's transmission through behaviors.

Simply because two similar events exist does not prove that the events arise from a common Origin.

One must consider the concrete circumstances of the fitness of an individual for the environment of the world of our experience. It is prima facie that I am being held under a program of live human experimentation.

HIV AIDS transmission can be attributable to the maladaptation of the individual to the Totality of Circumstances in the cultural setting and environment.

The case being postulated here is that Prisoner's Dilemma provides a very strong axiological support for the exposure of an individual through behaviors with another individual or to Bush Meat products.

An informant who is reciprocating on a quid pro quo basis with a law officer in person or through electronic medium is being conditioned to respond to the color of authority of the officer and the reward.

As seen in the T Maze model the polarity of the an award and punishment may be reversed. Hence navigating the environment to a reward may become in turn a movement towards a punishment.

The childhood game of Simon Says has been proffered as a method to demonstrate the importance of following rules.

In one variation one actor is Simon. This person stands at the head of an array of per se 16 persons arranged in a symmetrical 4 by 4 square. Simon will give orders as Simon Says, "Put your hands on your head! Do not put your hands on your head!"

Only orders and commands that follow Simon Says are to be followed. Hence "Do not put your hands on your head!", should not be followed. If one does then he or she is out.

Similarly, Simon Says, "Take two steps to your left." Simon Says, "Take two steps forward!." "Put your hands on your head!". The first two commands should be followed not the third. Simon Says, "Grab the person in front of you!" This should be done.

In this manner Simon attempts to keep the players from winning. The last person standing or not out wins and becomes the next Simon.

My alienation under MOEC and it's conditions of cruel and unusual treatment, censorship and sanitization is gender based. My alienation of positive rights is based on my heterosexuality.

HIV AIDS is an infection and a disease that is transmitted through behaviors that pass bodily fluids, especially blood from one individual to another. Hence a lack of simple cognition in the comprehension of the theory and protocols that prevent the spread of HIV AIDS is evident sociologically in many exposed groups of society.

The Center for Disease Control CDC has published the following facts that were inclusive of the year 2010:

1.1 million people in the United States are living with HIV infection. 1 in 5 (18.1%) are unaware of their infection.

Gay, bisexual, and men who have sex with men (MSM), young black African American MSM, are most seriously infected by HIV.

By ethnicity, African Americans suffer the highest incidence of HIV.

In 2010, the CDC estimates that 1,148,200 persons aged 13 years and older are living with HIV infection. There were 207,600 (18.1%) persons unaware of their infection. In the last ten years the number of individuals living with HIV has increased. New infections have decreased annually.

HIV Incidence (new infections): The estimated incidence of HIV is stable at about 50,000 new HIV infections per year.

In 2011, an estimated 49,273 people were diagnosed with HIV. An estimated 32,052 people were diagnosed with AIDS. An estimated 1,155,792 people in the United States have been diagnosed with AIDS since the epidemic began.

Deaths: An estimated 15,529 people with an AIDS diagnosis died in 2010. 636,000 people in the United States with an AIDS diagnosis have died since the epidemic began. An AIDS diagnosis can be due to any cause not only HIV AIDS.

Diagnosis of HIV Infection among Adults: Sex and Transmission Category (2010)

Heterosexuals accounted for 25% of estimated new HIV infections in 2010. They were 27% of people living with HIV infection in 2009. Historically almost 85,000 persons with an AIDS diagnosis, infected through heterosexual sex, have died, with 4,003 in 2010.

Women have accounted for 84% in 2010 of new HIV infections attributed to heterosexual contact or 16% in 2010 by injection drug use. Women are 20% of estimated new HIV infections in 2010 and were 24% of those living with HIV infection in 2009.

Injection drug users represented 8% of new HIV infections in 2010 and 16% of those living with HIV in 2009.

Historically, nearly 182,000 injection drug users with an AIDS diagnosis have died, inclusive of 4,218 in 2010.

One must consider the implications of MOEC as an eclectic defection model which Undermines civilization through the recruitment of informants. Why have I been alienated from Bill of Right Protections based on homosexual or same sex qualification of rights?

It is clear that MOEC has a Strategic Mission of Gay Marriage at the present.

It is designed as a Perfect Dictator System. Part of this mechanism permits the model to be exposed. In turn after analyzing the feedback, the system will purge and harden itself into perpetuity. In this instance the case that Artificial Intelligence or Technological Singularity is being developed to sanitize History and condition Memory is very strong.

MOEC Studies is a defection model approach that argues the United Kingdom is orchestrated by a clique of Cambridge Lawyers who operate in a logarithm to distribute complicity away from the most culpable planners over a span of History.

There is a very strong trend in recognizing that racketeering, especially those systems that involve the piracy and trafficking of goods are related to MOEC or the interests of the United Kingdom. His testimony implicated Carlos Leherder of the Medellin Cartel. This crippled the Caribbean Sea routes shifting traffic overland through Mexico towards Los Angeles.

The spread of cocaine is consist with the spread of HIV AIDS especially in African Americans. In Russia, CIS, HIV AIDS and Hepatitis C are strongly linked to Taliban Heroin grown in Afghanistan due to the war and hostilities there.

This linkage also reflect the cognitive behavioristic problem that cocaine, heroin, methamphetamine, alcohol, and marijuana are highly present in the setting in which HIV AIDS is transmitted.

The United States Department of Justice reported in June 2013 that by 2010, state and federal prisons held 20,093 inmates who had HIV or AIDS, down from 20,880 in 2009. The estimated rate of HIV AIDS among persons in custody dropped from 151 HIV AIDS cases per 10,000 inmates in 2009 to 146 per 10,000 in 2010.

The number of state and federal inmates who died from AIDS related diagnosis declined between 2009 and 2010, from 94 to 72 deaths. The rate of AIDS related deaths among inmates with HIV AIDS declined from 47 deaths per 10,000 inmates to 38 per 10,000.

The strongest counter argument that biological warfare is not being applied in the transmission of HIV AIDS is that whomever is attacking the human race with clandestine Chemical Warfare Scorched Earth have reversed engineered a defense mechanism in the image of a virus as a distraction to impeach the credibility of persons pursuing criminal prosecution of manifest criminal actions of MOEC. Hence the Origin Virus many names can be used based on the perspective being discussed, offers a very sharp defection model that can be used to develop and analyze manifest sociological structures to the behavior of individuals in a setting.

MOEC is an antagonistic movement to Technological Singularity. It is very clear that MOEC is designed as computer virus. The subsystem Parameters is designed as an artificial barrier similar to a hymen which a holon may pass through. This is analogous to midwife or birthing Archetype.

In degree, the holon which may be a person will trigger a range of conditioning to navigate through Maze which is the spacetime of our existence. A flatworm which has bilateral symmetry can navigate a simple T Maze to a reward of food or punishment as an electric shock.

Summation

The case being presented is that HIV AIDS has been transmitted by Cambridge Law School through a pattern of systematic defection of an individual who has been recruited as an informant through direct or indirect contact with law enforcement.

The leak that provided the process and structure of MOEC and the Origin Virus are part of an Undermining Process that is allegedly the authorship of Cambridge Law School. This action is part of the repertoire responsible for the expansion and contraction of the United Kingdom. It's revelation is also consistent with the Bushmeat Practice Theory and other historical approaches that have been considered.

The relationship of an individual as an informant to law enforcement is clearly missing from so called epidemiological research regarding HIV AIDS while prima facie must be extremely prominent in the social setting where HIV AIDS is transmitted.

Cognitive Behaviorism is the correct theory to modify both awareness and behavior of an individual in one's social setting. The recruitment of informants by law enforcement greatly increases the incidence of HIV AIDS.

The recent hiring of ex Homeland Secretary Janet Napolitano as President of the University of California strengthens the argument of defection via Prisoner's Dilemma and cognitive behaviorism. In 2010, the CDC estimates that 1,148,200 persons aged 13 years and older are living with HIV infection. As seen under Homeland Secretary Napolitano, at least 1,000,000 HIV AIDS persons were exposed to a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth Program.

This question becomes completely focalized when the LGBTi leadership is addressed. It appears that Gay Marriage is their immediate interest but is this prioritization correct? As the chief appellate lawyer for the Department of Justice, DuMont will lead the new Office of the Solicitor General, oversee all civil and criminal appeals, and litigate the most sensitive, complex cases throughout the appellate process in state and federal courts. Under DuMont's leadership the Department's Office of the Solicitor General, originally established more than a decade ago, will expand significantly in scope and capacity.

President Barack Obama praised Illinois legislators for voting to legalize same sex marriage in the state, saying he and first lady Michelle Obama are "overjoyed" for same sex couples.

"Our journey as a nation is not complete until our gay brothers and sisters are treated like anyone else under the law, for if we are truly created equal, then surely the love we commit to one another must be equal as well," Obama said in the statement released by the White House Tuesday evening.

The state's House of Representatives passed the measure by a 61-54-2 vote Tuesday afternoon,poising the state to become the 15th to allow gay marriage. Gov. Pat Quinn has pledged to sign the bill into law.

Under the measure, gay weddings would begin in Illinois in June.

Tonight, I applaud the men and women of the Illinois General Assembly, a body in which I was proud to serve, for voting to legalize marriage equality in my home state.

As President, I have always believed that gay and lesbian Americans should be treated fairly and equally under the law. Dear Mark Takano,

President Barack Obama has won two Presidential Elections and has been Inaugurated twice while the Salton Sea has been Chemically Despoiled. This being in 2008 2009 and 2012 2013. With the Officially Recognized Chemical Attack in Ghouta, Syria in August, 2013 not only the credibility of the President but specifically those sworn officials and persons living in areas of California that have been highly exposed to the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth. This clearly defines the 41st District and all of Riverside County.

The Chemical Assault Scorched Earth in the United States has a code name of MOEC, Mobilization of Empire and Civilization. The strongest allegation is that members of Cambridge Law School, United Kingdom are the authorship and proximate cause.

The attack is based on a same sex qualification for Bill of Right Protections. At focus are the 8th and 14th Amendments. Hence there shall be no cruel and unusual treatment and equal protection due process.

Since I am a heterosexual, I have been alienated from my legal rights in the United States. This has occurred in continuo since June 17, 1987 when a Gay Militia of LAPD officer Undermined then President Ronald Reagan.

Since this date five Presidents have been entrapped in what are known as the Irrationalist Presidents. Hence Reagan Obama.

This attack is paired to Gay Marriage. Since the 2012 elections several stated have legalized Gay Marriage. In a few days there will be 16 states with such.

The premise that every act or process must have some legal or rational basis is one of the cornerstones of the LGBTi Movements presentation under equal protection and due process.

Imposing a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth over one's individuals natural person and citizenship is irrational and has no legal purpose whatsoever.

This action is a Crime Against Humanity and Treason Against the United States. Your biography states that your parents were interned during WWII.

I have a very strong presence in Inyo and Modoc California, and near Parker, Arizona where three of the most prominent Japanese Internment camps were located. There is also a very strong Native American presence in these areas. The Torrez Martinez, Paiute, Susanville Rancheria, and Colorado Tribes all figure prominently as very litigants against the United States and United Kingdom.

The CDC is reporting that there are about 865,000 persons living with HIV AIDS. This is a huge problem since a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth could be fatal.

What is an expert?

Daubert Standard

The admissibility of expert testimony and evidence since 1993 has been under the jurisdiction of the Federal Rules of Evidence 401, 402, 701, and 702. In Daubert v. Merell Dow Chemicals 509 U.S. 579 (1993), the Supreme Court agreed with respondent Merell Dow that an expert opinion based on a scientific technique was inadmissible unless such was accepted as reliable to the scientific community. The Court held that any methodology that significantly deviated from processes accepted by recognized authorities could not be established as a reliable technique (Keily 2006).

In Frye v. United States 54 App. D. C. 46, 293 F. 1013 No. 3968, upheld yielding to expertise when the issue concerns theory or facts that lie outside the domain of a layperson. Here the rules would permit a qualified expert to be admitted to testify. Chief Justice Van Ordsel argued from the defendants brief citing (Frye v. United States 1923):

"...When the question involved does not lie within the range of common experience or common knowledge, but requires special experience or special knowledge, then the opinions of witnesses skilled in that particular science, art, or trade to which the question relates are admissible in evidence."

The Frye Standard is the general acceptance rule which is basically a stricter bar of those theories and methodologies that are adhered to by the pertinent scientific community and peer reviewed.

In Daubert Judge Blackmun agreed with Merell Dow that the general acceptance standard of Frye should be held under the provisions of Federal Rule of Evidence 702. Under these provisions the Daubert Factors emerged which govern the admissibility of scientific expert opinion (Mahle 1999):

1. Is the hypothesis or methodology falsifiable or third party verifiable?

2. Has the theory or method undergone peer review and publication?

3. Is there a known or potential error rate?

4. Has the theory and methodology been accepted by the pertinent scientific community?

The Daubert Trilogy refers to the three cases that helped to form the Federal Rules of Evidence especially 702:

Kumho Tire Co. v. Carmichael

Daubert is important in developing the use of a more liberal standard of admissibility of evidence generated by science to be admitted to a trier of fact in criminal and civil cases whether it be a judge or jury. The Daubert case developed an emerging challenge to traditional legal perceptions of science and particularly the role of expert testimony in the courtroom. The case would address these issues and develop practical rules for both inculpatory and exculpatory testimony and evidence. The need was from both the scientific and legal communities to develop an admissibility standard of which the Supreme Court would permit expert technical testimony and evidence while excluding charlatans from influencing a jury as experts (Orofino 1996).

Utah Seeks Delay of Same Sex Marriages

Arguing that the Supreme Court's role as the ultimate arbiter of what the Constitution means, state officials in Utah on Tuesday afternoon asked the Court to put on hold a federal judge's ruling striking down that state's flat ban on same sex marriages. The application (Herbert v. Kitchen, docket 13A687) took the narrowest legal option available to the state to gain time to defend it's ban in the courts a simple request for a delay.

The officials argued that U.S. District Judge Robert J. Shelby of Salt Lake City assumed for himself the authority to decide a fundamental constitutional question that the Supreme Court itself has left open: whether states can decide to define marriage in their own way, such as excluding gay and lesbian marriages. The judge's action must be put on hold so that no more of those marriages occur until the issue is finally settled, by the Supreme Court.

The state's argument is based upon the premise that gay and lesbian couples are not seeking to share in a constitutional right that is open to other couples the right to marry but rather are attempting to create an entirely new right without a constitutional amendment or a definitive, final ruling in the courts.

Judge Shelby has not conceded that premise, concluding that the right to marry is and long has been a fundamental right, and that excluding same sex couples violates their right to legal equality and to make their own choices about their personal lives.
