Nathan McQueen is New Superintendent

There is a new Superintendent of the Delaware State Police. 46 year old Major Nathaniel McQueen assumes the top post. He is a 24 year veteran and has most recently served as Major of Operations for all New Castle County troops. He is the first black trooper to be named Delaware State Police superintendent.

McQueen says the success of any police force depends on cooperation with other departments and the community at large.

"I think as police in general continue to be involved, it's certainly important that we continue to share intelligence not only with law enforcement, but with the public, and the thing that makes any agency successful in a community partnership," says McQueen.

MOEC Studies provides an interdisciplinary theoretical model that is consistent with Prisoner's Dilemma to provide a rational process and structure for both war as crime and with the local crime reporting. MOEC Studies clearly unifies the concrete history of the 1960s in continuo under a Political Science model that builds upon the entirety of the University system without major contradictions.

This concept is predicated on Undermining the space and time of both the individual and collective. MOEC is a Storyboard Reverse Sting Entrapment. Hence it will work at international, state, and local levels. If crime expands then the state must expand to remain sovereign or be replaced by another of it's own type.

The creation of imbalances between individuals and larger social and political groups creates drivers which can lead to watershed events.

There is an unrecognized Chemical Assault Scorched Earth in the United States.

Today it has been reported that Chemical Weapons have been used at the military level in Aleppo, Syria. This was an attack possibly with a Scud Missile delivery system.

The contradictions and between Obama and Assad are great. Obama is being sanitized by the media and academia while Assad has always been portrayed as a strong man.

I have had my Bill of Rights protections alienated. This action by the Gay Militia has pinned my rights against the Irrationalist Presidents Reagan Obama.

MOEC Studies is a particular study of the Prisoner's Dilemma defection model that creates and contracts the United Kingdom. MOEC Studies is proficient at developing perspectives from it's abstract patterns of defection and cooperation that can be used to analyze histories great empires. The main strategy is Undermining. This action bears a strong analogy to the idea used in the game of Chess. Marginalization is a very close secondary operation.

To date in the first instance, I have spent nearly 27 years under electronic surveillance, intense stalking, and Targeted Chemical Assaults (TCA) and nearly 26 years under a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth program that targeted then President Ronald Reagan on June 17, 1987. The attack has a Strategic Mission of Gay Marriage. It is allegedly authored by Cambridge Law School and implemented by Scotland Yard and Los Angeles Police Departments.

Totalitarianism Seeks to Isolate

The hare has lost it's spectacles. Since the inception of the manifest attack, there has been no Official Recognition by the United States, United Nations, any sovereign government, faith movement, human rights organization (NGO), or academic institution. If I am able to develop material that prosecutes the criminal actors to the proximate cause sine qua non, then I have performed to the best of my ability. This is an efficient operation satisfying my spiritual, moral and legal needs. This counterargument also develops my best contribution to the collective wellbeing of humanity.

In constructing MOEC within the perpetual association of the United Kingdom, Cambridge Law School, has criminally and civilly injured themselves and as well as other third parties. Their main target was President Ronald Reagan. As a result the Irrationalist Presidents have formed. It appears prima facie that the time period from June 17, 1987 to February 17, 2017 has been targeted to develop the Undermining of the United States Presidency. The grouping of Irrationalist Presidents has grown to have a roster of five members and hypothetically one new member after the 2016 Presidential Elections and 2017 Presidential Inauguration.

Any response to the Gay Militia is similar to cranking the handle of the box. The result is that a Clown will jump up intimidating one.

The Racketeered Influenced Corrupt Organization Act, RICO is TITLE 18, PART 1, CHAPTER 96, Section 1961. Certification of a conspiracy as a criminal enterprise is needed for a RICO prosecution. One may not participate in, guide, assist, contribute or receive and resource of the enterprise. Theory states that one may not use, manufacture or distribute a crime. At issue are Attorney General Exceptions as ordering executions of Al Qaeda leaders. Fast and Furious was a gun running entrapment where the government lost track of weapons which were used by Mexican drug cartel figures later to kill a law enforcement officer in Arizona.

The Department of Justice Criminal Resource Manual describes:

An "enterprise" is defined as including any individual, partnership, corporation, association, or other legal entity, and any union or group of individuals associated in fact although not a legal entity. 18 U.S.C.A. Section 1961(4) (West 1984). Many courts have noted that Congress mandated a liberal construction of the RICO statute in order to effectuate its remedial purposes by holding that the term "enterprise" has an expansive statutory definition. United States v. Delano, 825 F. Supp. 534, 538-39 (W.D.N.Y. 1993), aff'd in part, rev'd in part, 55 F. 3d 720 (2d Cir. 1995), cases cited therein. The prosecution in criminal cases must prove beyond a doubt that: (1) that an enterprise existed; (2) interstate commerce was effected; (3) the defendant was associated with or employed by the enterprise; (4) the defendant engaged in a pattern of racketeering activity; (5) the defendant conducted or participated in the conduct of the enterprise through a pattern of racketeering activity through the commission of at least two acts as set forth in the indictment. The focus of my work will deal mainly with RICO and Deprivation of Rights Under the Color of Law.

Section 242. Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law

Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or to different punishments, pains, or penalties, on account of such person being an alien, or by reason of his color, or race, than are prescribed for the punishment of citizens, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

Undermining the Paradigm of Laws requires two chief components: 1. Mens rea Criminal Intent 2.Actus Rea Criminal act. In following the Proximate Cause sin qua non or that actor to whom if removed would decapitate the act proving that he or she is the prime mover. It is then possible to form the 1. Principals 2. In cognitive behaviorism punishment is a short term solution to bad intent and behavior. Education is the long run solution. At issue is the alienation of one individual by Cambridge Law School through Scotland Yard, United Kingdom, Los Angeles Police Department, United States, California, Delaware State Police, and the LGBTi Movement. LAPD has undertaken a gambit line that alienates a heterosexual male from his Bill of Right and ICCPR protections before the court. This is a same sex qualification for rights. This attack consists of an escalation of crime creation through Prisoner's Dilemma which can be analyzed through FBI Universal Crime Reporting. The Center for Disease Control Surveillance reports are also strong resources. HIV AIDS and Hepatitis are strong factors to be considered. Tuberculosis is added internationally.

The USSR under Stalin is the standard model in the study of Modern Totalitarianism. An inductive event is abstracted to create the model so such can be applied to predict the behavior of similar structures and processes.

Hence police officers and other persons are recruited as gang stalkers to false imprison one in one's own residence by slamming car doors if one attempts to leave. Workplace harassment also consists of banging objects and other tortious behavior.

The Chemical Assault is tagged to various activities throughout history on a chosen date the attack is escalated to the cognition of the President. The Targeted Chemical Assaults evolve into Scorched Earth.

Obstruction of Justice will achieve virtually 100 percent censorship and sanitization.

The victim is the Singularity Experiment and the President is the Singularity Target.

The victim is briefed at the level of the President on MOEC and whatever education level he has amassed from 250 discipline in the University. His best resource is to attempt to prosecute all competent actors under the principal, accomplice, accessory methodology. Duty bound sworn officers are first then actors based on life, liberty and pursuit of happiness are next in consideration of negating one's Bill of Right protections and the Fourteenth Amendment's Equal Protection Due Process Clause. One should then confront the educational system based on skill and location.

This attack leaves the victim in the instant case the expert over his own experience. He should be a simple law abiding citizen. Over time if he can prevail he will be in the top 100, then the top one percentile until the fast second approach of academics recovers from the planned decadence with a renaissance. In this manner it is possible for the victim to create and help develop the Opposition to a Crime Against Humanity.

The Tournament Challenge is to decapitate the bellicose actors and educate while the event is in continuo lessening further miscalculation, escalation, victimization, destruction of the environment and wealth.

The standard hypothetical model posits that Cambridge Law School will terminate the activity unilaterally in February 2017 according to chronological scripting. This would after the inauguration of the 45th President on January 21, 2017. Hence Barack Obama would then have the worst criminal history and liabilities. A pathology of failure is a methodology that seeks to find and prove that an event is the work of one common ancestor. If one were to argue that WWII was the result of Neo Nazism and such was the result of Hitler, one would be attempting a pathology. In this light, a huge system as the Third Reich necessitates many workers. Goebbels is considered a major architect of Neo Nazism and his work is currently censored.

Hence The Fly through defection blackmail and extortion chose to launch the attack on June 17, 1987 from the LAPD stationhouse. I was in Dover, Delaware. Dodo inherited the intent to continue after the Radhanatha Attack developed scorching all surface water and durable goods in my vicinity. These actors irrationalized the benefits and costs of escalating the Undermining conspiracy. Unilaterally each actor could have terminated the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth but have not. The intent then continues to use the United States Presidency and his responsibilities to attack the human race by developing a Crime Against Humanity and Treason Against the United States.

Psychopathy concerns itself with three main personality disorders: 1. Antisocial 2. Sociopath 3. Psychopath. A conscience is the dimension of personality that dictates what is right or wrong in the individual. A person kills of one's conscience in the continuum from Antisocial to the psychopath. Displacement is a defense mechanism where one attacks secondary targets instead of the main mover. Instead of prosecuting the proximate cause to it's Origin the Gay Militia attacks me, the victim.

The Chemical Assault Scorched Earth is prima facie and should have resulted in criminal charges according to due process and equal protection. This has not occurred. In toto this has undermined Non Governmental Organizations NGO questioning if they are really independent. Three come to mind:

Amnesty International: The world's largest human rights organization with over 1 million members.

Human Rights Network: The world's second largest human rights organization.

The Norwegian Nobel Organization: The Nobel Peace Prize is the generally recognized by many to be the highest honor bestowed upon the individual whom in the previous year has worked the most thoroughly to help humanity achieve world peace. Vice President Gore won a Nobel Prize in 2004 for his work on Global Warming and President Barack Obama won the Nobel Peace Prize in 2009.

Geir Lundestad is in charge of researching and decision making on these issues. Geir Lundestad is being targeted as the focus of academic fraud and or incompetence. He claims to have researched Obama thoroughly before having the Nobel Organization reach their decision.

It is April, 2013 in Desert Shores, California. The Salton Sea is a Scorched Earth site. The Salton Sea is in Riverside and Imperial Counties in California.The Salton Sea was restored after an engineering mistake diverted water from the Colorado River east of here. The Salton Sea is below sea level and historically depended on the New River which runs north from Mexico to support it's existence.

Mark Takano D 41 December 10, 1960: Takano was born in Riverside, California. He is openly Gay. His family was interned to War Relocation Camps during World War II. He is Sansei, which means that he is the grandson of people born in Japan who immigrated to the US. Takano attended La Sierra High School. He was valedictorian. Takano graduated from Harvard University in 1983. He taught for 23 years, focusing on British literature.

The Gay Militia has postured themselves as equivalent performers to the leaders of the LGBTi Movement. I have clearly identified such as agent provocateurs and scapegoats. There is also the potential for these actors to be seated as hostile witnesses at future trial.

A great deal of emphasis in the live human experimentation that MOEC is concerns survival training. One has to defend against external threats from the environment. One has to negate one's weaknesses and develop one's skills.

In this instance it is incredulous that MSM law officers who have passed POST certification that licenses such to be police officers in California can be performing at such a poor level. Their defense mechanism posits a line that has a trajectory through San Francisco. This will be inclusive of sworn officials and the population. The geographic and cultural geographic locations are also to be considered.

Since I am officially representing myself and am the only living person to see the entirety of MOEC since it is imposed over my natural person, I have begun to close the texture. I don't think there was anything special in my games at all. The Croatian GMs made some horrible mistakes during our games. Of course I practiced a lot with the computer, and after beating Rybka and Houdini by 10-0 each, I was absolutely sure that no one was gonna stop me winning. After all the arbiters were kind of polite and intelligent, you know, the other players weren't though....

Did the arbiters make some mistakes during the chess tournament?

I don't think they made any mistakes at all in the last two rounds they stopped my live streaming because of the speculations, but of course that didn't affect my games much. The most disturbing thing happened on my birthday, the 21st of December! September 16, 2001: I arrived in Dover, DE September 9, 2001. On September 11, 2001, four passenger planes were hijacked and piloted into the World Trade Center, Pentagon, and Somerset Co., PA and thus attacked the United States. The bodies from the Pentagon site are here in Delaware. Similarly the bodies of the U.S.S. Cole were sent to Dover AFB in the last year. I argue that this event known as Akbar is 100% linked to the recent terrorist attacks.

September 11, 2001 may be rendered as 9-11-01; hence the emergency number for the police or fire department. To date Misc.99-100 and 99-101 are awaiting final orders in the Eastern District for CA (Fresno).

On August 27, 2001 I was in Fort Bragg, Mendocino CA. The situation here is one of the worst from a human rightsperspective in the history of the United States. I filed a criminal complaint against the Mendocino Co. Sheriff, District Attorney, and agents et al. The latter would include a total cross section that would be representative of the entire county.

The substance is one, I am awaiting the final orders in two federal lawsuits and while awaiting such I am still being alienated from my state rights. This is effected by isolating my person and proclaiming that I am a homosexual, bisexual, or transgender. In the previous years, although I do not vote, I worked very hard to ban civil unions and gay marriage. I do not support gay adoption in support of species life. The US federal court upheld the right to dissent from these issues as a private matter although they may be a protected right for the collective.

All these acts are malicious and frivolous. I do not cave in to the blackmail and extortion used by LAPD and their agents to facilitate torture. (Currently in 2004 Chief William Bratton is culpable for his department's disgrace).

In the afternoon as I was presenting the complaint, a drug lab was allegedly being set fire to by the chemist or cooks. The resulting fire in Ukiah caused two fire air tankers to collide in mid air. Both pilots were killed. In addition to the fire that is deemed responsible for the crash the general anarchy and sulfuric air mixture surrounding me must also be figured.

Due to reasons of health, I dropped school and took a Greyhound bus eastwards on September 7th. I arrived in Dover on September 9th. As stated what was originally part I of this paper was in my Army duffel bag. The last that I saw of the bag was in Chicago at the bus terminal.

Somewhere during the 8th 10th of the month I awoke and began to listen to National Public Radio. There was a piece on censorship is Singapore. It appears that this citystate and Islamic nation censors music out of fear of national security versus corrupt morals. I remembered from an earlier TV broadcast that I have seen that Singapore boasts the world's tallest buildings in two Islamic inspired office towers. An Islamic heavy metal group named Coffin Cancer was not yet censored and had recorded their version of Bob Marley's Get Up, Stand Up and had been interviewed.

The next day or so The Early Show on TV was interrupted. I was able to witness the crash of a jetliner into Building #2 of the World Trade Center live.

As is noted this manuscript is the discovery of a conspiratol act, also to be noted is it's classification of a system and it's name, MOEC. I argue that the events regarding David Nollmeyer and the World Trade Center are related. There is in my opinion a common authorship and abettor. This is University of Cambridge and the United Kingdom. The analysis argues higher structural levels of cognition. Hence, the terrorist cells may be in fact against MOEC, but do not realize their acts are scripted and abetted by a de facto intelligence system. Hence the terrorists are furthering an agenda with different mission goals or ends. This is also a problem of multilateralism. As dependent and lower level agents they are subject to de facto and de jure elimination.

The Chemical Attack in Ghouta on August 21, 2013 has converged trajectories here in the United States. The Salton Sea is contaminated once again. This is a one of a kind event in human history. It is a signature of Barack Obama.

The Organization for the Prevention of Chemical Weapons has won the 2013 Nobel Peace Prize.

This clearly sharpens the role that the president to citizen has assumed since June 17, 1987. The criminal intents and acts appear as fodder for future ad hominem attacks on the individual, family, and collective.

I am still deliberating over the effect these actions will have on the HIV AIDS positive population. With 1.3 million persons infected, 50,000 new cases per year with 80% MSM males it appears logical that a tipping point could occur.

Such a breaking point has not occurred. The resiliency of the system and it's cruelty reign over the day.

The Irrationalist President's siblings are emerging. They are the inglorious heirs to what may be a very contentious confrontation if the Russians, Chinese, Indians, and Muslims wish to receive compensation.

This article is well delivered. It focuses on the emergence of skills and apperception as per my concerns. Education and the skills we now have are static. What has occurred since June 17, 1987 is a watershed event. Many areas as Law, History, and Journalism should come under extreme scrutiny.

Robin Hanson is an associate professor of economics at George Mason University and a research associate at the Future of Humanity Institute of Oxford University. He is known as a founder of the field of prediction markets, and was a chief architect of the Foresight Exchange, DARPA's FutureMAP, IARPA's DAGGRE, SciCast, and is chief scientist at Consensus Point. He started the first internal corporate prediction market at Xanadu in 1990, and invented the widely used market scoring rules. He also studies signaling and information aggregation, and is writing a book on the social implications of brain emulations. He blogs at Overcoming Bias.

Hanson received a B.S. in physics from the University of California, Irvine in 1981, a M.S. in physics and a M.A. in Conceptual Foundations of Science from the University of Chicago in 1984, and a Ph.D. in social science from Caltech in 1997. Before getting his Ph.D he researched artificial intelligence, Bayesian statistics and hypertext publishing at Lockheed, NASA and elsewhere.

Luke Muehlhauser: In an earlier blog post, I wrote about the need for what I called AGI impact experts who "develop skills related to predicting technological development, predicting AGI's likely impact on society, and identifying which interventions are most likely to increase humanity's chances of safely navigating the creation of AGI."

In 2009, you gave a talk called, "How does society identify experts and when does it work?" Given the study that you've done and the expertise, what do you think of humanity’s prospects for developing these AGI impact experts? If they are developed, do you think society will be able to recognize who is an expert and who is not?

Robin Hanson: One set of issues has to do with existing institutions and what kinds of experts they tend to select, and what kinds of topics they tend to select. Another set of issues has to do with, if you have time and attention and interest, to what degree can you acquire expertise on any given subject, including AGI impacts, or tech forecasting more generally? A somewhat third subject which overlaps the first two is, if you did acquire such expertise, how would you convince anybody that you had it?

I think the easiest question to answer is the second one. Can you learn about this stuff?

I think some people have been brought up in a Popperian paradigm, where there's a limited scientific method and there's a limited range of topics it can apply to, and you turn the crank and if it can apply to those topics then you have science and you have truth, and you have something you've learned and otherwise everything else is opinion, equally undifferentiated opinion.

I think that's completely wrong. That is, we have a wide range of intellectual methods out there and a wide range of social institutions that coordinate efforts.

Some of those methods work better than others, and then there are some topics on which progress is easier than others, just by the nature of the topic. But honestly, there are very few topics on which you can't learn more if you just sit down and work at it.

Of course, that doesn’t mean you simply stare at a wall. Most topics are related to other topics on which people have learned some things. Whatever your topic is, figure out the related topics, learn about those related topics, learn as many different things as you can about what other people know about the related topic, and then start to intersect and connect them to your topic and work on it.

Just blood sweat work can get you a lot of way in a very wide range of topics. Of course, just because you can't learn about almost anything doesn't mean you should. It doesn't mean it's worth the effort to society or yourself, and it doesn’t mean that there are, for any subject, easy ways to convince other people that you've learned something.

There are methods that you can use, where it becomes easier to convince people of things, and you might prefer to focus on those topics or methods where it is easier to convince people that you know something. A related issue is, how impressed are people about you knowing something?

Many of the existing institutions like academic institutions or media institutions that identify and credential people as experts on a variety of topics function primarily as ways to distinguish and label people as impressive.

People want to associate with, connect with, read about, and hear talks from people who are acknowledged as impressive as part of a network of experts who co acknowledge each other as impressive. It's called status.

Some institutions are dominated by people who are mainly trying to acquire credentials as being impressive, so they can seem impressive, be hired for impressive jobs, have punditry positions that are reserved for impressive people, be on boards of directors, etc.

Also, there are standard procedures by which you would do things so people could say, "Yes, he knows the procedures," and "Yes, you can follow them," and "Yes, those are damn hard procedures. Anybody who can do that must be damn impressive."

But there are things you can learn about that it’s harder to become credentialed as impressive at.

Generically, when you just pick any topic in the world because it's interesting or important in some more basic way, it isn't necessarily well suited for being an impressiveness display.

What about futurism? For various aspects of the future, if you sit down and work at it, you can make progress. It's not very well suited for proving that you've made progress, because the future takes a while to get here. Of course, when it does get here, it will be too late for you to gain much advantage from finally having been proven as impressive on the subject.

I like to compare the future to history. History is also something we are uncertain about. We have to take a lot of little clues and put them together, to draw inferences about the past. We have a lot of very concrete artifacts that we focus on. We can at least demonstrate our impressive command of all those concrete artifacts, and their details, and locations, and their patterns. We don’t have something like that for the future. We will eventually, of course.

It's much harder to demonstrate your command of the future. You can study the future somewhat by using complicated statistical techniques that we've applied to other subjects. That’s possible. It still doesn't tend to demonstrate impressiveness in quite as dramatic a way as applying statistical techniques to something where you can get more data next week that verifies what you just showed in your statistical analysis.

I also think the future is where people project a lot of hopes. They're just less willing to be neutral about it. People are more willing to say, "Yes, sad and terrible things happened in the past, but we get it. We once believed that our founding fathers were great people, and now we can see they were shits." I guess that's so, but for the future their hopes are a little more hard to knock off.

You can't prove to them the future isn't the future they hope it is. They’ve got a lot emotion wrapped up in it. Often it's just easier to show you're being an impressive academic on subjects that most people don't have a very strong emotional commitment for, because that tends to get in the way.

Luke: I have some hunches about some types of scientific training that might give people different perspectives on how well we can do at medium to long term tech forecasting. I wanted to get your thoughts on whether you think my hunches match up with your experience.

One hunch is that, for example, if someone is raised in a Popperian paradigm, as opposed to maybe somebody younger who was raised in a Bayesian paradigm, the Popperian will have a strong falsificationist mindset, and because you don't get to falsify hypotheses about the future until the future comes, these kinds of people will be more skeptical of the idea that you can learn things about the future.

Or in the risk analysis community, there's a tradition there that's being trained in the idea that there is risk, which is something that you can attach a probability to, and then there’s uncertainty, which is something that you don’t know enough about to even attach a probability to. A lot of the things that are decades away would fall into that latter category. Whereas for me, as a Bayesian, uncertainty just collapses into risk. Because of this, maybe I'm more willing to try to think hard about the future.

My name is David Nollmeyer. Since June 17, 1987, the United States has condoned a de facto and corrupt Chemical Assault Scorched Earth. I was in Dover, Delaware on this date. This attack was designed with very strong poison in the well fallacies. Hence the 200th Anniversary of the United States Constitution. The original Delaware Day was December 7, 1787. As seen Pearl Harbor was attacked this date in 1941 bringing the United States into WWII.

The proximate cause sine qua non is Cambridge Law School. It is alleged that persons who legally researched the dropping of the Atomic Bomb also are behind the planning and obstruction of MOEC or Mobilization of Empire and Civilization. This synonym is derived from The Book of MOED and the logistical concept of mobilization or resources.

Historically, MOEC can definitively lay claim to a successful Crime Against Humanity and Treason Against the United States. The basic algorithm is designed to originate from (United Kingdom) Cambridge Law School, Scotland Yard, to the (United States) LAPD, California, Delaware, Delaware State Police, Maryland, Baltimore Police Department, and the Unnamed Baltimore Studio. In particularity of the subject there are two hubs in the conspiracy. Scotland Yard is the controlling hub and LAPD is the subordinate hub.

The authorship has created an Anglo American Oprichniki or secret police. As in Russia a majority of the population has become dependent on this de facto death squad.

This is the Wizard of Oz and the Yellow Brick Road. Cooperation is the adherence to the United States Constitution and the UDHR.

The American Oprichniki is a Gay Militia operating out of LAPD.

Historically I have lived only a few houses away from Vice President Biden. Beau Biden is now the Delaware Attorney General. VP Biden was a major catalyst in recognizing LGBTi marriage rights.

The Salton Sea has been despoiled was despoiled in 2008 and 2009 for the Presidential Election. Obama and Biden were sworn into office in 2009 and 2010 while such was in continuo.

This attack is based on the alienation of rights. Specifically this is a Same Sex sex qualification for legal inclusion before the Court.

MOEC in it's entirety is only imposed over my natural person. All other targets are fractals.

Since the August 19, 2013 Sarin attack in Ghouta Syria, the competency of the United States is further in question.

Technological Singularity, especially Machine Superintelligence is being developed to sanitize History.

The University of Delaware is responsible for the education of the State and particularly the Administration of Justice program which all code officers must have to be regular police officers.

The University of Delaware and Delaware Technical and Community College would correctly be brought in an Under the Color of Law trial.
