MOEC Studies argues as a fact that Cambridge is the Proximate Cause of Mobilization of Empire and Civilization. MOEC is the Organic Cell of the system. It is a Prisoner's Dilemma based. The two main polarities are 1. Same Sex LGBTi 2. Opposite Sex heterosexuality.

It is very certain that MSM actors were exposed in an attempt to eugenically engineer a LGBTi Culture. Why these actors used a Negative Reverse Sting or crime creation, defection reveals antisocial psychopathic tendencies leading to Mass destruction. This is clearly expressed as a Greek Gift of the God's Caveman Attack. This pits the bottom ten percent of Civilization versus the top ten percent.

All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) for Future Generations

A group of what appears to Black Swan Babies, those person born after June 17, 2018 have formed the All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) for Future Generations. The focus is on accounting for future generations in policymaking, and internalizing longterm considerations within today's political decision making systems, are urgent challenges. Over the 2016 17 academic year, a group of Cambridge students, in connection with the Future of Sentience Society, studied institutions designed to represent future generations in various domestic political systems worldwide. We looked at public sector bodies in Finland, Hungary, Wales, Scotland, Israel and Singapore, and explored how lessons learned from these institutions could inform a similar approach in Westminster.

Over the next 12 months and beyond, the APPG for Future Generations aims to raise the profile of longterm risks, combat short termism in British politics, and explore ways to internalize and institutionalize the representation of future generations in policymaking. It will do this through public events held in Parliament (including a formal launch event in December 2017), high level briefings, parliamentary debates, and strategic coalition building with other like minded parliamentary and civil society groups. Cambridge, as a focal point for academic expertise and forward thinking industry, is the ideal base for this work.

There research states that where future representing institutions have been successful, they have in general enjoyed a large degree of cross party and civil society support; have autonomy and some independence from government; and have had mandates to conduct research, scrutinize incoming legislation and make recommendations to policymakers. The Committee for the Future in Finland, which is structured similarly to a parliamentary select committee, is one such success story. Another to watch is the Future Generations Commissioner for Wales, which was created relatively recently. Institutions have tended to fail where, on the other hand, they have lacked structural independence or have had too much power to be politically sustainable.

Following this research, we have created an All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) for Future Generations supported by the Centre for the Study of Existential Risk (CSER). This APPG, a cross party group of parliamentarians from both the House of Commons and the House of Lords, held its inaugural meeting on 18 October 2017, and is chaired by Daniel Zeichner, the MP for Cambridge. The APPG is a step towards combating short termism and representing future generations in Parliament: although in itself it has relatively little formal power, it is a platform to take this mission forward.

The challenge to these students is Reality. The static posture and higher education is at least 50 behind. The zeitgeist is in cult mode. The damage from the Syrian Civil War appears extensive in Europe. It is small compared to MOEC.

Stephen Hawking Dies at 76

Friends and colleagues from the University of Cambridge have paid tribute to Professor Stephen Hawking, who died March 13. at the age of 76.

Widely regarded as one of the world's most brilliant minds, he was known throughout the world for his contributions to science, his books, his television appearances, his lectures and through biographical films. He leaves three children and three grandchildren.

Professor Hawking broke new ground on the basic laws which govern the universe, including the revelation that black holes have a temperature and produce radiation, now known as Hawking radiation. At the same time, he also sought to explain many of these complex scientific ideas to a wider audience through popular books, most notably his bestseller A Brief History of Time.

He was awarded the CBE in 1982, was made a Companion of Honour in 1989, and was awarded the US Presidential Medal of Freedom in 2009. He was the recipient of numerous awards, medals and prizes, including the Copley Medal of the Royal Society, the Albert Einstein Award, the Gold Medal of the Royal Astronomical Society, the Fundamental Physics Prize, and the BBVA Foundation Frontiers of Knowledge Award for Basic Sciences. He was a Fellow of The Royal Society, a Member of the Pontifical Academy of Sciences, and a Member of the US National Academy of Sciences.

He achieved all this despite a decades long battle with motor neuron disease, with which he was diagnosed while a student, and eventually led to him being confined to a wheelchair and to communicating via his instantly recognisable computerised voice. His determination in battling with his condition made him a champion for those with a disability around the world.

Professor Hawking came to Cambridge in 1962 as a PhD student, and rose to become the Lucasian Professor of Mathematics, a position once held by Isaac Newton, in 1979. In 2009, he retired from this position and was the Dennis Stanton Avery and Sally Tsui Wong Avery Director of Research in the Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics until his death. He was also a member of the University's Centre for Theoretical Cosmology, which he founded in 2007. He was active scientifically and in the media until the end of his life.

Professor Stephen Toope, Vice Chancellor of the University of Cambridge, paid tribute, saying, "Professor Hawking was a unique individual who will be remembered with warmth and affection not only in Cambridge but all over the world. His exceptional contributions to scientific knowledge and the popularisation of science and mathematics have left an indelible legacy. His character was an inspiration to millions. He will be much missed."

Stephen William Hawking CH, January 8, 1942 to March 14, 2018, famed University of Cambridge professor has died. An English theoretical physicist, cosmologist, author, and Director of Research at the Centre for Theoretical Cosmology within the University of Cambridge.

Hawking died from amyotrophic lateral sclerosis ALS or Lou Gehrig's disease.

Hawking had experienced increasing clumsiness during his final year at Oxford, including a fall on some stairs. The diagnosis of motor neurone disease came when Hawking was 21, in 1963. At the time, doctors gave him a life expectancy of two year.

In the late 1960s, Hawking's physical abilities declined: he began to use crutches and ceased lecturing regularly. As he slowly lost the ability to write, he developed compensatory visual methods, including seeing equations in terms of geometry. The physicist Werner Israel later compared the achievements to Mozart composing an entire symphony in his head.

Hawking spoke through a synthesizer attached to his cheek muscles and was confined to a wheelchair.

Two of his important works are the series are A Brief History of Time 1988 and Stephen Hawking and the Theory of Everything 2007.

Hawking is famous for elevating the theory that Singularities exist at the center of blackholes.

A solved game is a game whose outcome (win, lose or draw) can be correctly predicted from any position, assuming that both players play perfectly.

If reduced to two players above imperfect information exists as I attempt to expose MOEC. Barack Obama and I are cohorts separated by birth by one day.

Obama knowingly accepted running for Senator and President that a Chemical Assault was imposed over my person. This began in 1987. I argue that Obama is a War Criminal. Since Obama is the President of the State he is responsible for the citizen and for simplicity made the first move. He can not guarantee a victory even under conditions of Chemical Assault Scorched Earth imposed over my person. In essence both actors approach zugzwang or weakening move where any action taken lessens the equilibrium.

This is open textured and reinforces the no one can win Ecology of Despotism. Hence the Despot creates conditions as blackmail where he or she is able to injure their adversaries possibly creating Despots out of them.

The recent revelations support my thesis that University of Cambridge is the agent that expands and contracts the British Empire. With Prince Harry and Meghan Markle marrying on the about the same day the story broke adds intrigue although the wedding is clearly dominating the media. As Trump is pressing for action, it will be necessary to follow up if any issue of substance emerges.

A Cambridge professor with deep ties to American and British intelligence has been outed as an agent who snooped on the Trump Presidential Campaign for the FBI. Multiple media outlets have named Stefan Halper, 73, as the secret informant who met with Trump campaign advisers Carter Page and George Papadopoulos starting in the summer of 2016. The American academic previously served in the Nixon, Ford and Reagan administrations.

The revelation following recent reports in which FBI sources admitted sending an agent to snoop on the Trump camp, heightens suspicions that the FBI was seeking to entrap Trump campaign aides. Papadopoulos has pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI, while Page was the subject of a federal surveillance warrant. "If the FBI or DOJ was infiltrating a campaign for the benefit of another campaign, that is a really big deal," President Trump tweeted Saturday, calling for the FBI to release additional documents to Congress.

The Halper revelation also shows the Obama administration's FBI began prying into the opposing party's presidential nominee earlier than it previously admitted. Halper's sit downs with Page reportedly started in early July, 2016, undermining fired FBI Director James Comey's previous claim that the bureau's investigation into the Trump campaign began at the end of that month. Halper made his first overture when he met with Page at a British symposium. The two remained in regular contact for more than a year, meeting at Halper's Virginia farm and in Washington, DC, as well as exchanging emails.

The professor met with Trump campaign co chair Sam Clovis in late August, offering his services as a foreign policy adviser, The Washington Post reported Friday, without naming the academic. Clovis did not see the conversation as suspicious, his attorney told the paper, but is now "unsettled" that "the professor" never mentioned he'd struck up a relationship with Page.

Days later, Halper contacted Papadopoulos by email. The professor offered the young and inexperienced campaign aide $3,000 and an all expenses paid trip to London, ostensibly to write a paper about energy in the eastern Mediterranean region.

Sources close to Papadopoulos told NBC News that he now believes Halper was working for an intelligence agency.

Mobilization of Empire and Civilization or MOEC is a failed attempt by a Membership of University of Cambridge Law School Lawyers to social engineer a LGBTi Civilization. This attempt was based on a continuum of a British Fight Fire with Fire which results in no more than fight crime with crime.

It is evident that Cambridge orchestrates the expansion and contraction of the United Kingdom. It is also apparent that these activities are in part clandestine. Hence these Actors were able to conceive and implement their planning with or without formal approval or records.

The ontological and internal consistency model is highly important in analyzing a system's efficiency and sustainability.

MOEC in the present is a Tournament between Mechanism and Theism and LGBTi (homosexuality) and Opposite Sex (heterosexuality).

MOEC's social engineering embraces the tabula rasa. This is the concept that the mind is like a blank page on which one may write upon.

This concept in systems thinking gives rise to the replacement and interchangeability of components. Transhumanism is based on such. Other examples are genetically modified food GMO and transgenderism.

An ontological consideration is the discovery or creation of a Unified Field Theory that descends from Eternal Law or refutes such with Natural Law. This would also then reinforce Positive Law and concrete human governance.

What in modern times is known discussed as Prisoner's Dilemma and defection is the driver of MOEC. If you don't like things you see, you can't just close your eyes and long for something better. You've got to open them, embrace reality, and channel that hope into action.

America didn't become that shining city on the hill by wishing for it. We built it with clear eyes, righteous ambition, and unwavering determination.

I believe there were about 500,000 users then. www.powereality.net or it's direct predecessor went online in 2001. The year 2002 has been eliminated but the site has been online since then under some domain. Barack Obama is a one eyed Jack. This is not my adjective but University of Cambridge is the Author! Obama represents the See no evil, hear no evil, and speak no evil caricature. Donald Trump is the perfect foil for him. If we want policies that lift up the most vulnerable instead of politicians who put them down, we need to keep organizing.

If we want a more perfect union, we need to build it together, from the bottom up.

MOEC or Mobilization of Empire and Civilization is a Prisoner's Dilemma based Reverse Sting that I am alleging is has been Authored by Cambridge Law School. This would put a significant amount of legal and academic pressure on the United Kingdom for what are War Crimes. Since June 17, 1987 a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth has been imposed over my person. This tactic then creates a conflict with the Authorship. The system is LGBTi based. This also escalates the event as sexual emancipation has moved to the front of identity politics.

President Trump appears in legal jeopardy as his former lawyer Cohen awaits sentencing on campaign financing violations arising out of payments to Stormy Daniels. This event is a part of the Reverse Sting. As the year ends and the world lurches through 31 years of Censorship and Sanitization, I am quite confident of the factual basis of MOEC Studies. Waymo has begun it's driverless car program here in Arizona. Technological Singularity is not possible under these conditions. Hence any person perusing my material has a significant advantage. The equilibrium is held in check by Obstruction of Justice.

I am arguing that the manual, semimanual, and clerical class will come under increasing pressure as part of this attack.
