The following is a rough sketch of Fall of the Anglo American Paradigm Part IV. My perspective is that the Kurzwelian Singularity is off schedule with the development of AGI by 2029 unlikely. Where is a real Turing Test. Waymo is only testing it's AV with 100 persons in Phoenix. Conversely everyone wished to present their prototype of a full electric vehicle.

Chapter 4
Meritocracy
This chapter of Fall of the Anglo American Paradigm Part IV develops meritocracy as a theme over a holon. This holon is a miniature capstone that I was permitted to hear before Lycurgus Akbar occurred. My autobiographical memory was triggered by the naming of Dr. Kevin Fitzgerald, Superintendent of the Caesar Rodney School District, as the 2018 Superintendent of the Year by the National Association of School Superintendents. Also Dan Rigby, the head coach of the Caesar Rodney Wrestling Team lead the school to a state championship. Rigby won his position over Darell Gravatt, a childhood cohort whom I share a nephew, Kevin. This occurred during the summer of 2018 when I was in Lake Shastina during one of California's most prolific wildfire seasons.
As has been forcefully emphasized, MOEC reduces to Prisoner's Dilemma. We will present a mechanistic analysis that very closely reflects to what is Cambridge's analysis. An archetypal pattern that reflects the defectional model of MOEC's Lycurgus sweeps is Chapter 11 of the Bhagavad Gita As It Is or The Universal Form. Arjuna was delusioned by Maya before the Battle of Kurukestra when Krishna, his charioteer, drew him between the Pandus and Pandavas. After receiving instruction from Krishna, Arjuna's mental equilibrium was restored. Krishna then revealed his Universal Form as Garbhodakasayi Vishnu, the second Vishnu. Arjuna was permitted to see anything in creation he desired.
Cambridge fashions itself as a priesthood as needs be. Their design is a defection pattern that expands and contracts the British Empire. In their analysis Arjuna was permitted to hear the future and battle plans.
Rasa Lila is the dance that only Godhead can perform with gopis. No men are permitted in Rasa Lila. This dance is the epitome of Bhakti Yoga as preached by Caitanya. It can not be compared to the material dancing of humans.
In the Vedas, Krishna performs Rasa Lila first then went to kill the demons.
This is highly complicated theology. I am in no position to elaborate on these pastimes.
By reading these namittika (occasional) lilas or pastimes of killing the twenty demons mentioned in the Tenth Canto of Srimad Bhagavatam, the sadhaka or spiritual practitioner, purifies his heart of all the impediments, obstacles, anarthas and aparadhas, or offenses. Then one becomes eligible to read, reflect upon and taste the asta kaliya lilas of Radha Krishna (Knapp).
Cambridge considers Rasa Lila as a mating ritual that is designed to guarantee the procreation of a dynasty or population that is equivalent to social engineering.
In Plato's The Republic Book V it is ascertained that females will be reared and trained alongside males; thus receiving the same education and assuming the same political roles. Plato acknowledges that in many respects men and women have different natures. He believes that there are divisions among appetitive, spirited, and rational people. Women develop along the same natural lines as men. The ideal city will acknowledge these differences and make use of them as such.
Socrates argues for a requirement that all spouses and children be held in common. For guardians, sexual intercourse will only occur during certain fixed times of year, during festivals. Males and females will be made husband and wife at festivals for roughly the duration of sexual intercourse. The pairings will be determined by lot. Those persons whom are most admirable and thus whom we most wish to reproduce, may have up to four or five spouses at single festivals. All the children produced by these mating festivals will be removed from their parents and reared communally, so that no one knows the parentage of which children. I believe that Dr. Fitzgerald was present in the so called Pied Piper of Hamilton (Hamelin) ruse several times over my life.

In 1977 I was asked by the Delaware State Police to go to the lunchroom in Caesar Rodney High School. Karen Proudford, the future valedictorian of Class of 1979 would sometime study there. I found this interesting. I was asked to checkout George Orwell's 1984. Of interest I had a paperbook copy of Easy Journey to Other Planets by Srila Prabhupada of the Hare Krishna Movement. It centered on material and spiritual anti material particles and science. I carried the small book in the liner of my coat.
A few days later I was arrested and then expelled from the school for marijuana during one of the synchronicity sweeps which are named Lycurgus.
After I was expelled from Caesar Rodney High School my family moved to Southwood Acres outside of Magnolia. I believe Dr. Fitzgerald was present during another of the sweeps. The police, I believe Officer Darling possibly of Milford Police Department or Captain Robert Marvel of the Delaware State Police asked me to return the book and I did.
There has been one generation of Censorship and Sanitization. Hence individuals born since June 17, 1987 are Black Swan Babies. I have organized MOEC Studies as an interdisciplinary social science to an approach level. Part of the briefing I was given in 1987 proposed an organization from George Orwell to Franz Schubert, the German classical music composer whom died in poverty. He is famous for lieder or art song vocal music. This is primarily piano and female voice over male singing The song format is ABA which is the form of most popular music. Popular music is usually discussed in verse chorus terminology although there is no difference.
It is argued that Cambridge is the social engineer of George Orwell and Aldous Huxley.
In continuation, my friends Chris Dube, Greg Kirkwood, Ron Smith, Victor Ramage, and Mike Wiezoreck formed a band named Earthworks about 1979. What is unique is that we were all are loyal fans of the band Yes. The group's original drummer, Bill Bruford eventually would start a traditional jazz group of the same name. Bruford is now retired from professional drumming and has earned a PhD in philosophy.
Earthworks would rehearse at Greg's father's Geico insurance business in the storeroom.
The Ecology of MOEC alienates only one individual against the world's population. This proscribes this individual's legal rights. As seen the worldwide sweeps fan out over the population from LAPD and also considers the Authorship in roster although it is evident that they are all dead. I am the only person whom has the entirety of Lycurgus Akbar imposed over their person. The remaining population are Fractals of Kroni.
Hence we are experiencing MOEC in Impure Synchronicity. This reflects sibling cohort and longitudinal methodologies. We are being observed over a time interval; some as myself very heavily over their entire lives. In Pure Synchronicity sibling and cohorts do no know that they are being observed and studied. The pop group the Police have an album named Synchronicity. It was stated that the members did not interact with the composing of the album until it was near time to record such. I do not believe this is true. I was briefed at an ontological higher level than George Orwell or Aldous Huxley. This plus my rejection of the Yellow Brick Road is the reason that I surpass Orwell whom I argue is greater than Huxley in the discussion of Totalitarianism.
When subjects know that they are being observed and measured and perform better this known as the Hawthorne Effect.
Greg, the drummer was the most experienced musician. I believe he was personally able to hear the majority of MOEC as it unfolded. I am totally certain that Joe Purzycki, Larry Stith, Captain Marvel, and Officer Darling were next. The remaining population and students at the various school districts followed in roster. For the sake of simplicity Caesar Rodney and Capitol School Districts are the focus although far from exclusive.
Greg was interested in the Daevid Allen's Gong and improvised avante garde music.
When Earthworks began rehearsing I was invited to attend. At first only Greg, Ron, and Chris were practicing. Later Victor and Mike joined.
The main focus of the Lycurgus sweep was to demonstrate how broken the Constitution was due to Prisoner's Dilemma by Cambridge. This has compromised Democracy and the United States.
I will present content that I have recalled. This material has been organized under the Monalisa Perez Reverse Sting. I will present the prelude to this event in the next chapter.
It also permitted me to hear fragments of the possible future outcomes of MOEC.
I attended several of Earthworks rehearsals. Periander of LAPD was running the sweeps. At interest is pedagogy. The education and training of the individual and collective is at interest. Nature versus Nurture are of extreme importance and unstudied over the course of a lifetime. Periander and his officers were essentially entrapped and using a Red Herring Strawman presentation. This will clearly degrade Due Process and Equal Protection.
One perspective of MOEC is that it is a Defense Mechanism of Despotism.
Greg had played in high school band as well as Victor. I am not certain of other members. Hence we have formal education versus informal journeyman paths unfolding.
On one practice in question I believe Reese Rigby or another Rigby member appeared. Reese Rigby is now a Hall of Fame Ishynru Judo member. His sons and or relatives are heavily active in the Mixed Martial Arts community on the Delmarva Peninsula showed up, and I believe Fitzpatrick, Purzycki, and Stith. Many members of the Caesar Rodney and Capitol School Districts were being orchestrated outside of the small strip mall office.
(Dan Rigby was 27 in 2015 when he won the Caesar Rodney coaching job. It is interesting that his picture triggered my memory. This type of phenotype and genetic profiling has occurred in the Garrido episode in Berkeley. Later we may see the appearance of a young Kamala Harris or a look alike when Captain Marvel and Delaware State Police flew into Berkeley to conduct a Lycurgus sweep).
The figure of Periander would start the sweep. At times he would mention Sigmund Freud's Oedipal and Electra Complexes.

The Monalisa Perez Reverse Sting

Chapter 5
Cambridge has arranged a significant amount of material under the Monalisa Perez Reverse Sting.
On June 28, 2017 Monalisa Perez shot Pedro Ruiz III in the chest from about a foot away with a .50 caliber Desert Eagle pistol while they recorded a YouTube stunt with two cameras, according to court documents. Pedro was holding an encyclopedia in front of him.

In mathematics, an Apollonian Gasket or Apollonian Net is a fractal generated starting from a triple of circles, each tangent to the other two, and successively filling in more circles, each tangent to another three. It is named after Greek mathematician Apollonius of Perga.
The Apollonian Gasket is a packing problem.
In the consideration of a Unified Field Theory, Mobilization of Empire is a System of a Despot imposed over creation intending to even challenge Godhead in Heaven.

Today is the 32nd Anniversary of MOEC's Manifest Function. MOEC is clearly the Riemann Hypothesis of Social Science. It also clearly wishes to control any inductive accomplishments related to the N Versus NP problem. As I am not a mathematician or a computer scientist these problems should be left to experts or those with honest facts to contribute.
Aristotle claimed the Politics was the master science because governance controlled all the arts. The Riemann Zeta Function is believed to be a universal controlling all L Functions. In simplicity there exists a critical region with a critical line permitting to reflect the graph from positive to negative. Hence all the non trivial zeros of the function would exist in the complex plane on the critical line.
In the Riemann Zeta Function 1/2 is the critical point. 1 is a pole singularity that is undefined. By analytical continuation this points can be Trivial zeros exist on all positive negative integers. By analytical continuation this points can be reflected onto the negative quadrants. Srinivasa Ramunajan's L Function is also of interest as he as a Cambridge Trinity fellow.

The entangling of persons on a Yellow Brick Road through defection creates a severe entrapment. Many were called but few are chosen. The writing is on the wall. The United States and Democracy have collapsed as leaders but the nationstate is still viable as a power. The implication is greater for sworn legal officials. Members of the Sports and Entertainment Complex are not visible. There is a convergence to a future War Crimes Tribunal.
Barack Obama is the Singularity Target.

The Caveman styled attack is flushing more persons under the microscope. In the same trajectory Intelligence is accelerating while many persons are undereducated or trained.
The so called Tournament is a fraud as far it's accuracy and scoring is concerned. It however is concrete and will lead to formal and informal punishments. This asocialization is understudied and does help define the social equilibrium. Academic ritualism will lead to injury to many persons.
I am not a mathematician or a computer scientist. I am undergoing a small swell of accomplishment, a crystallization of the skill sets I need to develop MOEC Studies. These skills in math and descriptive computer science are synergistically working although they may not considered expertise in themselves. This type of unity is hoped for by all that are interested in Singularity.

The scripted irony of concrete discrete domains versus more inductive perceptions of humans and culture is becoming more polarized and acute as complexity and human migrations emerge. The technological divide and economic stratification are not simplifying the zeitgeist. There is no surprise that technology is accelerating. I am disappointed in the culture of incompetence and corruption that is driving conflict through Prisoner's Dilemma hence defection.
An intervention was needed by then American President Ronald Reagan on June 17, 1987. Since then the entire world has Censored and Sanitized a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth.
Political Science is Eugenics. One wishes to replicate civilization in one's image. The Reign of Virtue will begin when the last king is strangled with the entrails of the last priest. So it was said many reigns of virtue ago. The Reign of the Accuser.

Kurzweil: Turing Test by 2029

The following reprises Ray Kurzweil's prediction for a Turing Test or AI by 2029. This is needed for his Technological Singularity in 2045.
In 2017 Kurzweil stated,"By 2029, computers will have human level intelligence." Kurzweil's timeline for Singularity is consistent with other predictions, notably those of Softbank CEO Masayoshi Son, who recently predicts the Singularity in 2047. "That leads to computers having human intelligence, our putting them inside our brains, connecting them to the cloud, expanding who we are. Today, that's not just a future scenario, Kurzweil said, "it"s here, in part, and it's going to accelerate."
Driverless vehicles would solidify and AI predictions. 5G is rolling out now. 3D printing would revolutionize manufacturing. This can be linked to the rise in electric vehicles of which Tesla is the juggernaut.
Supercomputing should accelerate with the evolution of quantum computers near 2030. Currently the thrust of 100 petaflop machines has yet to emerge. There are five computers that have a peak at 100 petaflops: Summit, Sierra, Sunway TaihuLight, Tianhe-2A, and Frontera. These are either American or Chinese builds.
The commercialization and militarization of science are factors that are shaping the emergence of AI. The impacts of automation should take hold in the next five years.

A decade of pre AI has come and gone. My personal perspective as well as others is that Singularity has been well hyped. The corruption of science by business is one key factor. I believe it will be great if AV vehicles achieve Level 5 or fully autonomous hence driverless by 2025. I believe the development and disclosure of supercomputers superior to 100 petaflops will be an bellweather for any serious strides towards AI by 2029. Quantum computers should be at least 1000 petaflops.
It is clear that the hardware infrastructure is not in place. The internet speeds here are not even 3G quality. Tesla's system should help rural areas by years end if they can hit their schedule.
My work on MOEC Studies is instructive in the social sciences with direct implications across all domains especially within the University system. The other no traditional system also are affected as the emergence of machines takes hold. In this nexus I believe we are living in a Stockholm Syndrome of fatalism and dependency. This is acute as there are now six Irrationalist Presidents Reagan Trump. Donald Trump was impeached on December 18, 2019 about 10 years after Bill Clinton.
If a mechanistic scientist wishes to assert him or herself, she must reject and oppose the barbarism of the past 32 years. If machines achieve true AGI they will have to acknowledge the escalating casualties to life, injuries, and loss of prosperity with a legal plan to reconcile the injustice.

The COVID 19 virus has lead for the EU to ban all nonessential travel into Europe. The DOW has crashed over 2000 points to slightly above 20,000. This is clearly in bear territory. Trump has declared a National Emergency as of Friday 13, 2020. The San Francisco Bay Area is under a lockdown where persons should shelter in place with only essential movements undertaken.
The recession is almost a certainty at this point with Trump and the Republicans on board for a Universal Basic Income for the short term.
The Greek Gift of the God's Caveman Attack is a component that University of Cambridge have incorporated into this sting operation. It is quite possible that a Black Sox or sports cheating scandal is also a major part of the operation. This was discussed in 1987 when I was in Delaware. The Candidates Tournament is still scheduled for next week in Russia.
I have hit 1805 in chess on the Shredder App. I am playing about 1720 now. This is due to fatigue and attempting to play at night exhausted. There aer no excuses. Western Civilization has been based on Rationality and Great Books. This is clearly under attack from Irrationalism, Nativism, and Populism. What is an expert?
Daubert Standard
The admissibility of expert testimony and evidence since 1993 has been under the jurisdiction of the Federal Rules of Evidence 401, 402, 701, and 702. In Daubert v. Merell Dow Chemicals 509 U.S. 579 (1993), the Supreme Court agreed with respondent Merell Dow that an expert opinion based on a scientific technique was inadmissible unless such was accepted as reliable to the scientific community. The Court held that any methodology that significantly deviated from processes accepted by recognized authorities could not be established as a reliable technique (Keily 2006).
In Frye v. United States 54 App. D. C. 46, 293 F. 1013 No. 3968, upheld yielding to expertise when the issue concerns theory or facts that lie outside the domain of a layperson. Here the rules would permit a qualified expert to be admitted to testify. Chief Justice Van Ordsel argued from the defendants brief citing (Frye v. United States 1923):
"... When the question involved does not lie within the range of common experience or common knowledge, but requires special experience or special knowledge, then the opinions of witnesses skilled in that particular science, art, or trade to which the question relates are admissible in evidence."
The Frye Standard is the general acceptance rule which is basically a stricter bar of those theories and methodologies that are adhered to by the pertinent scientific community and peer reviewed.
Titled chess players should consider cross training in an interdisciplinary and training strong to weak across all domains. Many players who are peaking are going into sublines and spurious blitz level play that is unstudied for an advantage. This works in speedchess but not very well in longer time controls with titled players.
The world is heading into recession. At the same time Artificial Intelligence is accelerating. People whom attempt to teach are going to come under pressure with software and opensource freeware this decade. The Chess Brahs should standardized their programs or lose to the Alexa bots that will arrive across all domains.

There are over 2.4 million COVID 19 cases with 164,000 deaths internationally. The United States has about 750,000 cases with over 40,000 deaths. The concepts of emergence and complexity are certainly being tested. As seen technology as robots and automation are more robust than fragile humans. With millions out of work it is hard not to believe that the next innovation will add insult to injury.
I have to travel through Los Angeles soon and I am wondering what this will be like. The consideration of the Origin GUI as a virus certainly seems conspicuous. As most I am slightly under the weather but will do fine. I am near a sabbatical from full time work but will have to strive onward. Futurists enjoy using the term disruption and should be pleased to be undergoing one.
If Cambridge is behind MOEC and COVID 19 this would be devastating across all domains. I will be vindicated in the very least. I am all in on the Cambridge Membership as War Criminals. People as Boris Johnson are demanding payment from China. What about a Marshall Plan for Chemical Assault Scorched Earth?

The Authorship of MOEC whom I have openly proclaimed as the University of Cambridge should be deliberately scrutinized. Last year when I was writing Fall of the Anglo American Part IV, a chess GM by the name of Igor Rausis was caught cheating.
Dr. Kenneth Regan is an International Master, an associate professor of Computer Science at the University of Buffalo, and is one of the world's foremost experts on using predictive analytics to help detect computer assisted cheating in chess tournaments. He was an expert concerned about the alleged cheating of GM Igors Rausis.

By Fate I have usually been located at the Salton Sea for the Presidential Election. This season I am along the Colorado River which will share the ignominious fate of being Chemically Despoiled. The advance of technology appears to be disrupted by COVID 19. There should be about 235,000 deaths by days end. It was extremely difficult to arrive here. The high levels of deaths and wildfires in the region make travel a hazard.
Academia is static and Under the Color of Law. I have personally attempted to ontologically develop MOEC consistent across all domains. This is in total contrast to the Irrationalist Gay Militia. Of interest is that FIDE Titled players have been kibitzers for nearly two years. It is almost impossible to osmose chess or and field. I am arguing about 15,000 hours in ten years to be an expert.
I am stuck at about 1700 ELO in chess. I am basically playing Komodo 5 at 1850. I can beat the engine after the opening which means castling, moving my queen and connecting my rooks. This is mostly choosing lines and memorization. The middle and end game involves more calculating then rote memorization. I believe this is a factor of time and work more than any cognitive defect.

It is my argument that MOEC and my personal history will set the standard for Graph Theory. This will occur in a setting to define a Universal Field.In this consideration since the Manifest Function on June 17, 1987, I may have travelled across the United States 13 times or 26 times in one direction. I have been monitored under Electronic Surveillance intensely. MIRI has posted a clarification of AI Alignment terminology. This is unique in that I have a developed an Image of X which is a Composition of Functions that is basal which defines an intent to map human behaviors onto the population. In this manner this Image is negative and Antisocial to Psychopathic in repertoire. There is a very intense effort to model and map the Ecology of Human Behavior abstractly and over concrete maps. The Gay Militia is one such Antisocial informal group derived from the Image of X. There is an in continuo Chemical Assault Scorched Earth ongoing which is traitorous. We have a confrontation with FIDE Titled Chess Players. They are get beat badly over a two year challenge which will end January 1, 2021.
