HIV AIDS Positive Population May Be The Juggernaut

As I am contemplating who will have a constant and sustain presence in determining historic and legal liability, the HIV AIDS positive population appears quite formidable. There is estimated to have been 1.3 million HIV AIDS cases in the United States. This is about 600,000 living, 500,000 plus dead, and some 200,000 plus infected and yet to be diagnosed.

This will present major difficulties for the Gay Militia of LAPD, sworn officials as the president, homeland secretary, attorney general, governor and attorney general of California, and Chief of LAPD to name a few parties that are sworn officials.

These are three major LGBTi advocacy groups:

Their facade on HIV AIDS is under the color of moral and perhaps legal authority. The Salton Sea here in California is Chemically Despoiled. The environment in which we all live is in a state of deliberate degradation. The HIV AIDS advocacy that these persons lead behind these groups is a sham. This attack on civilization is being boxed in by the government now headed by Barack Obama in continuo from Ronald Reagan. New House Speaker R John Boehner as well as R Mary Bono Mack from Palm Springs are at this second attempting to dismantle healthcare.

I will close in on this facet as a minimax strategy. In counterpoint persons as stock investor Marc Faber have already cautioned against a Dirty War. This is occurring and the polarity between public health and wealth in tangible assets especially property is suspect. The national debt is 14 trillion USD. California is in debt 79 million USD up from 23 million USD in 2003.

A legal and historical comparison must be made and taught between the Gay Militia and the leaders of the LGBTi paradigm and the structural shift they are initiating. LAPD is attacking and claiming to be a positive factor for LGBTi concerns which the HIV AIDS positive population will falsify. Their legal claims appear to be quite formidable.

Any historical portrayal of my person must include my seva or duty to expose this contradiction. I am doing this as sva dharma under my Vedic Hare Krishna faith. Those that attack with chemical weapons are to be condemned. This is easily consistent with my United States Constitutional and International Rights under the ICCPR.

I personally believe that the attack was timed with Barack Obama's State of the Union speech on January 25, 2011. I will present my refutation supra. The hostility and fear that Mr. Kato stood up against is commendable. Homosexuality is against my Vedic Hare Krishna faith system. Currently I have been approaching out LGBTi persons in an attempt to sensitize everyone to perspectives of this very hellish ordeal here in the United States in attempt to build up some form of legitimate opposition.

Kampala Police in Uganda should urgently and impartially investigate the killing of the prominent human rights activist David Kato, Human Rights Watch said today. Kato had dedicated his life to fighting for the rights of lesbians, gays, bisexual, and transgender persons LGBT in Uganda, facing threats and risks to his personal safety.

The government should ensure that members of Uganda's LGBT community have adequate protection from violence and take prompt action against all threats or hate speech likely to incite violence, discrimination, or hostility toward them, Human Rights Watch said.

"David Kato's death is a tragic loss to the human rights community," said Maria Burnett, senior Africa researcher at Human Rights Watch. "David had faced the increased threats to Ugandan LGBT people bravely and will be sorely missed."

Witnesses told police that a man entered Kato's home in Mukono at around 1 p.m. on January 26, 2011, hit him twice in the head and departed in a vehicle. Kato died on his way to Kawolo hospital. Police told Kato's lawyer that they had the registration number of the vehicle and were looking for it.

Kato was the advocacy officer for the organization Sexual Minorities Uganda. He had been a leading voice in the fight against the Anti Homosexuality Bill, which has been before Uganda's parliament since October 15, 2009. While homosexual sex is already illegal in Uganda, the proposed law would criminalize all homosexuality, making it punishable by a fine and life imprisonment. "Repeat offenders" and those who are HIV positive would be subject to the death penalty. The bill would also oblige anyone with knowledge of someone who is or might be a homosexual to report that person to the police within 24 hours.

The bill has been widely condemned internationally, including by US President Barack Obama, who called the bill "odious." Kato had said the bill was "profoundly undemocratic and un African."

The fight against the bill has also pushed Ugandan activists to the fore, raising concern for their privacy and safety. These deepened in late 2010 when a local tabloid called Rolling Stone, unconnected to the US magazine, published pictures, names, and residence locations of some members of the LGBT community, along with a headline saying, "Hang Them." Kato's photo appeared on the cover, and inside another photo appeared with his name.

Three activists, including Kato, eventually sued the publication and won on January 3. The judge ruled that the publication had violated their constitutional rights to privacy and ordered compensation. He also issued an injunction prohibiting any further publication of the identities and home locations of individuals labelled homosexuals.

"The Anti Homosexuality bill has already generated hatred before it has even been enacted and it should immediately be withdrawn by it's author," Burnett said. "President Yoweri Museveni should categorically reject the hate that lies behind this bill, and instead encourage tolerance of divergent views of sexuality and protect vulnerable minorities."

On Tuesday, January 25, 2011 President Barack Obama gave his second State of the Union Speech. Unemployment nationwide is 9.4 percent. The long term debt is $14 trillion USD. The United States is borrowing 40 cents for every dollar received. The deficit for this year is projected at $1.5 trillion dollars. The United States is in wars in Iran and increasingly facing threats in Afghanistan.

President Obama has yet to recognize a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth Program that began during the year of the 200th Anniversary of the United States Constitution June 17, 1987 in Dover, Delaware home state of Vice President Joe Biden.

Currently the Salton Sea in California is a Scorched Earth. The air and tangible property are also being despoiled from the placing of chemicals in auto engines.

A Gay Militia from Los Angeles Police Department is operating a blackmail and extortion ring that has entrapped Barack Obama. Their strategic interest is Gay Marriage. The attack is based over my natural person and citizenship. I am a lifelong heterosexual. There are an estimated 600,000 HIV AIDS positive persons that are the next objectively identifiable victims 40 percent or 240,000 are Male Same Sex Male MSM persons. About 55,000 persons test positive for HIV AIDS. There are an estimated 1.3 million total cases in the United States.

Obama has stressed leadership, innovation, education and infrastructure to Win The Future, his theme for the State of the Union 2011.

Obama is not presenting himself nor the president as a knowledgeable leader. Persons should evaluate problems in the concrete. In spite of his Ivy League education and law degree, Obama is exampling a Do as I say and not as I do mentality. Any child born after June 17, 1987 in the United States has witnesses a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth codenamed Mobilization of Empire and Civilization or MOEC.

If Obama would make himself and his predecessors accountable then he would be both leading and teaching. This is not presidential behavior. I am waiting for the future’s teachers to study and explain why the Salton Sea is a Scorched Earth during his 2011 State of the Union speech.

Here we arrive to the most damaging part of his presentation. Obama is clearly demonstrating his character as a pathological liar. Obama states. "It's why our food is safe to eat, our water is safe to drink, and our air is safe to breathe." I have not had a drop of water to drink since February 12, 2007. This is when operation Radhanatha began. An epistemological based attack targeted all my five sense and objects that give rise to sensation. Hence there is no tap water in my vicinity. A Chemical Assault Scorched Earth is an efficient operation to despoil the external environment as life system are open to the their surroundings and must take in resources and return byproducts.

Perhaps Obama should take a biology or social systems based course.

He clearly is developing a hostile environment for life and investments. Gold is near $1300 per oz. Palladium has approached $800 per oz. and silver is near $30 per oz.

Work place standards are in real concrete terms are at their lowest with employees and products being contaminated in the factory. The Scorched Earth radiates from the Salton Sea towards Oregon and East across Arizona.

Obama's legacy achievement is Universal Health Care. It appears he can salvage this legislation unless the Senate can overturn a veto. Here he also has credits with the LGBTi platform which he does not address. As stated there are 600,000 estimated HIV AIDS positive patients. The HART cocktail of antiviral medications costs $30,000 per year.

This is just a part of how we're shaping a world that favors peace and prosperity. With our European allies, we revitalized NATO and increased our cooperation on everything from counterterrorism to missile defense. We've reset our relationship with Russia, strengthened Asian alliances, built new partnerships with nations like India.

The enemy for Obama is only one that is recognized Officially. The Reality of the objective concrete world escapes his intellectualizations. This is his downfall. He has an empirical record and a staggering record of abuse. His vis a vis diplomacy is a maker taker quid pro quo standard. Even our allies will have to purge Obama and the United States. The damage to the human race is real and Obama's speaks Green but by the hand is the epitome of a dirty bomb in this Dirty War.

The Republicans believe in preserving their own misdeeds. They too have three presidents that form a Perfect Dictatorship. None of these persons in the 112th Congress are upholding their sworn oaths. Whatever dream they are speaking of the future that has lost will have to judge.

Summary

President Obama is being crowded out by a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth that crowds out his economic rhetoric. Risk aversion is were the capital is at now. Precious metals are sturdier as tangible assets. "Do not lay your treasures across the earth," the Bible states. Also it is postulated, "By Me princes reign and decree just things." We must judge the tree by the fruit.

Winning the Future is not a strong branding of this time period. The benefit versus cost ratio reveals serious defects in Barack Obama's personal character.

If one has health problems or has lost prosperity to the misdeeds of this generation it is because the Present Was Lost.

MOEC As A Future Study

The Organic Cell of MOEC was originally described as Towards a Future Study of MOEC. Technological Singularity or Singularity has rapidly emerged as a discipline area that will constantly innovate itself for at least 50 years. Futurist Ray Kurzweil has predicted that Singularity will occur in 2045. This is the stage where a computer has obtained the complexity of a human. After this point machines will be better qualified to create produce themselves and other objects. At this point Applied Intelligence and or Artificial Intelligence will transform human civilization.

This will be then an era of super intelligence.

The movie 2001 highlighted a world where computers did the majority of thinking and monitoring of humanity.

The attack of MOEC is a symbiotic strike against Singularity. The position I have is that University of Cambridge has about 250 discipline areas in it’s catalog and teaches about 125 per academic cycle. What would super intelligence be in 2050?

Here MOEC is an event that is a live survival or fitness experiment. It is the invertebration of law in the abstract then reordering the population as informants under prisoner's dilemma. Hence MOEC is a challenge to Singularity.

Nano technology will drive an acceleration to Singularity.

The creation of a human Joe Virus typifies a culture that would infect the Singularity Culture which is a social movement. As Nietzsche has stated, "Somehow the herd man has surrounded the great man and was able to drag him down."

MOEC is the United Kingdom in decline. It reflects the individualism and usurpation of psychopaths in state planning. They have left me enough material to qualify or disqualify myself historically and legally. The have predicted that I will live through this event.

Under this consideration I am delivering on material that is superior to Wikileaks which is most likely under the control of MOEC. Wikileaks is exposing military abuse through leaked documents.

I am 49.5 years of age. I am doing well creating complaints and records against sworn officials. MOEC is biased against heterosexuals or opposite sex persons as myself. The alienation of my rights and the consequent Chemical Assault Scorched Earth is based on defection to same sex behaviors which I have zero.

The Salton Sea in California was recreated by an alleged accident in the 1930s. This does not appear to be true. It is most probable that it was created because the victim would live here part of the time in the winter. It is a Scorched Earth and an objective empirical event that is not falsifiable. It will be a showcase to demonstrate the power of MOEC in defection. This will implicate the Irrationalist Presidents of which Barack Obama is current.

The LGBTi movement will suffer setbacks to the Origin University of Cambridge and Law School.

Currently Japan has suffered an 8.9 magnitude earthquake and tsunami. A partial meltdown in a nuclear reactor is to believed to have occurred. The estimated number of fatalities is over 10,000.

The air is being contaminated 24/7 by vehicles burning chemicals in their engines. There is chemical contamination in the date, lemon, and grape fields. Plants are caustic to the touch. Refuse on the ground especially plastic is very harsh to the touch. Governor Brown, CA AG Kamala Harris, and Lt. Governor Newsom are aware that these Chemical Assaults are ongoing. I will make these claims under penalty of law. These sworn officials are criminally negligent in permitting this event to continue. There are perhaps 70,000 persons living in California who are HIV AIDS positive. This event is being claimed to exist in the entire Salton Sea California. It's impact are statewide. I will travel north through Bishop to McCloud in April. The same culture of incompetence and corruption has historically permitted these attacks to occur. The EPA should prosecute this prima facie abuse.

Here is a small outline of creating a crime multiplier where such becomes to large to manage arrives to be a Singularity. This can also be used to neutralize another Singularity. A Supercrime named MOEC has been developed to be an antagonistic movement to Technological Singularity. This later innovation is scheduled to occur in 2045 while MOEC is a structural shift now.

The Fallacy of a Super Crime

The creation of a Perfect Crime or a crime that is committed and not detected or a crime that is committed and not prosecuted is an intriguing notion. Here on it's face a naïve reality appears to posit some manner or criminal ingenuity that avoids the detection of the authorities. This does not at all appear likely under concrete world conditions of the 21st century. The most likely scenario is defection under prisoner's dilemma. This would entail that a very powerful interest would be sponsoring and or condoning such activity.

What is needed is a crime multiplier to implicate the majority of persons in supporting the crime and or the individuals involved in the criminal activity itself. Here the use of defection and quid pro quos are the modus operandi. Intimidation, extortion, and blackmail are also other instruments of racketeering.

Obstructing justice at the courts is integral. If there is no judge willing to sign an order the law is left up to vigilance of the citizenry if there is any to begin with. Here in this manner cells of de facto code enforcement officials are able to co op the judiciary and do the bidding of a state planner or other more traditional crime organizations.

The use of ad vericundium, or an appeal to a famous person, a president, pope, rabbi, guru, or imam is a likelihood. A red herring as appealing to a foreign invasion is the traditional choice of military usurpation. Entangling a majority of both important and average families always is a support. The more people under defection in the government and homeland security forces the more likely there will be a success.

These processes and structures were and are in place regarding a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth attack on the United States that began in the year of this country's 200th Anniversary on June 17, 1987. South Sudan Becomes Independent

NB: in the text which follows, The Republic of Sudan is referred to as the North and the Republic of South Sudan is the South. Sudan refers to the whole area.

On 9 July 2011 Sudan will split in two creating the world’s newest nation the Republic of South Sudan. South Sudan's independence was the final stage of a 6 year peace agreement ending decades of civil war.However, peace is not yet guaranteed. As the South gains statehood, crucial issues such as border demarcation remain unresolved and fighting in South Kordofan threatens the stability of the peace.

Problems are not confined to tensions only along the border. Both countries have significant internal conflicts to deal with. Decades of violence during the North South civil war followed by a fragile peace agreement mean that legacies of violence remain and numerous localized conflicts continue. Darfur has caught the world’s attention. While the South is facing multiple rebel groups in the border states of Unity, Jonglei, and Upper Nile.

Historical Context

Sudan was ruled under British Egyptian control between 1899 and1956 until they gained their independence, with Darfur joining the protectorate in 1916. The North and South were kept separate by their Anglo Egyptian rulers until 1946. During this period the majority of development was focused in the North, with the South and other peripheral regions, including Darfur, were both politically and economically marginalized.

Soldiers of the Sudanese People's Liberation Army (SPLA) redeploy to form a new Joint Integrated Unit (JIU) battalion with the Sudan Armed Forces (SAF), under the terms of the agreement of the Abyei road map.

North South Civil War

When North and South Sudan were merged in 1946 the majority of political and administrative power was allocated to the North, leaving many in the South resentful. In the lead up to independence in 1956 the South initiated a rebellion motivated by fears of further marginalization. This conflict was ended by a peace agreement made in 1972. Yet this fragile peace was soon ruptured by violations of the peace agreement, division of the regions, and the nationwide imposition of Sharia law leading to the outbreak of open conflict in 1983. This conflict lasted 22 years and is estimated to have killed 2 million people and rendered another 4 million homeless. In 2005 the Naivasha Agreement, or Comprehensive Peace Agreement (CPA), was signed by the Sudan Peoples' Liberation Movement (SPLM) and the National Congress Party (NCP) in Khartoum, bringing an official end to the conflict.

Southern Independence

In accordance with the CPA a referendum was held on 9 January 2011 to determine whether the South should remain part of Sudan or become independent. A similar referendum was to be held in the disputed border region of Abyei to decide whether it joined the North or South, but this has been postponed due to a failure to reach an agreement on the terms of the referendum.

The result of the 9 January referendum was almost unanimous. Over 99% opted for independence in a ballot which was widely accepted as free and fair. The vote, however, did not address many issues which remain unresolved even today. Border demarcation is particularly problematic as 20% of the new border has not been agreed upon. Tens of thousands of refugees have fled conflict areas and post independence citizenship complications have become a major issue with an estimated 2 million South Sudanese living in the North. Moreover the logistics of splitting oil revenues and the $38bn national debt have yet to be worked out.

The Three Areas

As well as the referendum for South Sudan, the CPA also included provisions for determining the future of Abyei, South Kordofan, and Blue Nile, collectively known as the Three Areas. Abyei is an oil producing region claimed by both the North and South. South Kordofan and Blue Nile were the front line during the civil war, being Muslim majority border states with many who fought alongside the Southern SPLM but lie on the Northern side of the 1956 border.

The CPA called for Abyei to hold a separate referendum coinciding with the vote for independence, on whether to become part of a future independent South or stay with the North. But failure to agree on important aspects of the vote meant the referendum did not go ahead as scheduled.

The main complication for Abyei is the status of the Misseriya tribe Arab nomads who migrate into Abyei for a few months each year. The Misseriya fear that if Abyei is included in the South they will loose crucial grazing rights. Khartoum insists that they be allowed to vote in any referendum. The South, on the other hand, believes that only the permanent residents of Abyei predominantly the Ngok Dinka tribe should be allowed to vote.

Just weeks before South became independent, under the pretext of self defence after SPLA attacked a convoy of SAF troops, the North seized Abyei by force and expelled the SPLM aligned administration. Negotiations have led to an agreement to demilitarize the region, and the deployment of 4,200 Ethiopian peacekeepers the United Nations Interim Security Force for Abyei (UNISFA).

Sudanese partake in "Citizen Hearings" in Musfa, Blue Nile State, on the border between northern and southern Sudan. The hearings are part of a 21 day process of popular consultations where residents can express whether the 2005 Comprehensive Peace Agreement (CPA) has met their expectations.

In South Kordofan and Blue Nile, the CPA called for holding "Popular Consultations" over whether the CPA itself was a satisfactory final settlement, or if the peace deal should be renegotiated in these areas. After significant delays these consultations began towards the end of 2010, but it is still not clear how the process should move forward.

Shortly before the South became independent, fighting erupted in South Kordofan as the North ordered all former SPLA fighters north of the border to give up their weapons. So far ceasefire negotiations have failed to end the violence and many fear fighting could spread into neighboring Blue Nile or further along the border.

The debilitated condition that the United States currently exists in demonstrates leadership failure and a check and balance against de facto and ommissive error. There has not been a correct intervention and remedy to serious violations of United States Federal and State Law.

The media, academia, and faith based organizations have yet to respond which for simplicities purpose we will call a linear problem. This is a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth designed as an attack on the human race through the United States, California, and Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD).

This criminal activity is irrationalist and has successfully defeated the current schools of western rational management which emerged around the 1700s. For this matter it is also defeating any other alternative approach or theory that may be attempting to redefine management and decision making.

Hence a post modern model stressing diversity and stakeholders has not stopped any illicit activity from proliferating.

Currently President Barack Obama is beginning his defense of his presidency. Governor Rick Perry will announce his intention to run for the presidency in 2012 today August 13, 2011. Neither the Democrats or Republicans can lay claim to protecting life, limb, or property successfully. Inertia, complicity in delivering blackmail and extortion are the process of destruction and incompetence.

Modelling solutions for the future is an Ivory Tower pursuit. What is needed is volition in the president, homeland security secretary, and attorney general.

There is a profound Stockholm Syndrome developed over fatalism and dependency. This game theory based defection pattern only created informants who are alienated antisocials, sociopaths, and psychopaths. The future inheritance of misleadership with no counterweight leaves a staggering amount of despoiled environment and tangible wealth.

The sustainability of culture and society has suffered tremendously from miscarriage of the administration of justice.

The Victims Rights Amendment is sponsored by Senators Dianne Feinstein of California and Jon Kyl of Arizona. The Senators introduced their proposal on January 7, 2003. It will provide under civil law eight specific rights (Feinstein 2006). The Victims' Right Amendment, or VRA, is a proposed constitutional amendment, currently being considered in Congress, that would enumerate various "rights" for crime victims. To become law, the proposed amendment would need two thirds vote in Congress and has to be ratified by two thirds of all of the states (ACLU). The basic rights are:

Be protected from the accused offender

Reasonable and timely notice of any public proceeding involving the crime, the release or escape of the defendant

Not be excluded from any public proceeding

Be heard at any public proceedings involving release, plea, sentencing, reprieve, and pardon

Confer with the Government attorney in the case

Be provided with full and timely restitution in law

Timely and accurate information about public proceedings involving the crime, the release or escape of the defendant

Be treated with fairness and with respect for the victim's dignity and privacy

A crime victim is defined as person who is directly and proximately harmed as a result of a criminal offense. If the victim is a minor of less than 18 years, incompetent, incapacitated, deceased, the legal guardians or representatives of that person's estate, family members or persons appointed by the court may assert the victim's right. The person accused may not be a guardian or representative (Feinstein 2006).

Other unique provisions of the proposed amendment are that if there are a large number of victims, "The court must fashion a procedure to provide for the rights of the victims, when the number of victims makes it impracticable to accord all them the rights outlined in the legislation" (Feinstein 2006). The Attorney General within one year of passage must establish regulations to enforce victim's rights and compliance (Feinstein 2006).

The Modern Crime Victims' Rights Movement began 30 years ago after the 1973 United States Supreme Court decision in Linda R.S. v. Richard D., 410 U.S. 614 (1972). The Supreme Court ruled on the issue if an unmarried woman could seek to the prosecutor's office from discriminatingly applying a statute regarding the non payment of child support. This was by refusing to prosecute fathers of children to unmarried women. The Court’s holding stated that Linda R.S. "could not demonstrate a nexus between the prosecutor’s alleged discriminatory enforcement of the child support statute and the woman's failure to secure child support payments, and as such, the victim did not have standing to seek the relief she requested”, in specification the Court stated, 'a private citizen lacks a judicially cognizable interest in the prosecution or non prosecution of another" (History). However in further consideration the court provided an outline for a remedy, that Congress could "enact statutes creating legal rights, the invasion of which creates standing, even though no injury would exist without the statute" (History).

On April 3, 1982, 22 year old Stephanie Roper accidentally veered off a dark rural road an evening in Washington, DC. Two men stopped. Stephanie was abducted and taken to an abandoned farmhouse in Maryland. Stephanie was tortured and raped. The two men killed Stephanie, dismembering and burning her body (Kyl 2011).

Stephanie's parents, Vince and Roberta were notified of the initial proceedings. However they were not notified of subsequent continuances. The defendant's defense counsel argued that the parents would be emotional, irrelevant, and would argue for probable cause for reversal if the parents were permitted to appear. The court agreed and Vince and Roberta were not permitted to speak at trial (Kyl 2011).

In congressional testimony in 2002, Roberta Roper stated how that court ruling affected her family: "Like countless other families then and now, we struggled not only with the devastating effects of the crimes committed against our loved ones, but the consequences... of being shut out of the criminal justice system we depended on and trusted" (Kyl 2011).

At the federal level Congress passed in the Victim and Witness Protection Act in 1982, the first of several pieces of crime victims' rights legislation. This was an impetus giving greater legislative recognition to the rights of crime victims. Since this time 33 states have amended their constitutions to create Victims Rights. Other states have passed crime victims' rights legislation that complements a constitutional amendment.

The victims' rights movement has increased it's presence in the last decade on the basis that if criminals are permitted to speak at trial than victims or their lawful representatives should also. Recently on September 6, 2011 Senator Kyl made reference to the Crime Victims Rights Act (CVRA), which was passed five years ago. The CVRA is the most comprehensive legislation ever passed to protect the rights of crime victims. "It established the rights to be reasonably protected and to be notified, present, and heard at critical stages of the legal process.... Most significantly, the new law provides victims with legal standing to enforce these rights, including access to federal appeals courts" (Kyl 2011). The CVRA also created crime victims' rights clinics nationwide that are dedicated to changing the legal culture with respect to victims' rights. This culture is concerned with providing direct representation to individual victims in criminal court and proceedings. Here the momentum and organization towards a Victims' Rights Amendment is growing (Kyl 2011).

In conclusion, in Payne v. Tennessee, the United States Supreme Court recognized that crime victims are not nameless or faceless in criminal justice system. In his concurring opinion, Justice Scalia stated, "a public sense of justice keen enough that it has found voice in a nationwide victims' rights movement" (History). What he referred to is the substance of the right enumerated in the introduction. These form the basis of the Victims' Rights Amendment.

"For too long, our court system has tilted in favor of accused criminals and has proven appallingly indifferent to the suffering of crime victims"(Kyl 2011).

For this day, we celebrate Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s return to the National Mall. In this place, he will stand for all time, among monuments to those who fathered this nation and those who defended it; a black preacher with no official rank or title who somehow gave voice to our deepest dreams and our most lasting ideals, a man who stirred our conscience and thereby helped make our union more perfect.

And Dr. King would be the first to remind us that this memorial is not for him alone. The movement of which he was a part depended on an entire generation of leaders. Many are here today, and for their service and their sacrifice, we owe them our everlasting gratitude. This is a monument to your collective achievement. (Applause.)

Some giants of the civil rights movement, like Rosa Parks and Dorothy Height, Benjamin Hooks, Reverend Fred Shuttlesworth, they've been taken from us these past few years. This monument attests to their strength and their courage, and while we miss them dearly, we know they rest in a better place.

Currently I am moving out of the early winter of 2012. I have miraculously finished 6 courses at Columbia College online from May 30, 2011 to December 17, 2011. This activity has restored my UC GPA to 3.42 and my regular GPA to 3.27. This in consideration of theories of general equilibrium posits I have not accepted the status quo imposed over me and have chosen to enter an upward trajectory displacing persons until I am satisfied.

In the Totality of Circumstances, which is the correct legal test when the individual confronts one's government, the origin or proximate cause must be considered and their mens rea (criminal intent) and actus rea (criminal act). Here there is no doubt that my legal person guaranteed by the Bill of Rights has been usurped by a test experiment between homosexuality (LGBTi lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgendered, and intersex) versus heterosexuality (opposite sex). Since I have been a lifelong heterosexual I have no rights when in confrontation with members of a Gay Militia from Los Angeles Police Department LAPD.

Since February 12, of 2007 the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth has escalated to despoil all surface water, all running tap water, and even contaminate food in cans and have such shipped into my vicinity. At this threshold what is called operation Radhanatha began in Earp CA Parker AZ.

Since that time I have learned that this is a diametrical attack on Technological Singularity or that date when computational machines equal and then overtake humans in ability. This will result in machine super intelligence or machines that are superior to humans. Transhumanism or those persons whose bodies are a combination of biological and artificial parts will be normative. Vice President Dick Cheney must choose between his heart, a transplant, or an artificial heart by July 1, 2012. I am a good candidate to rebuild by chelation or aryurvedic therapy as well as other possible transhuman experiments.

MOEC is a Social Singularity. Hence there is a Singularity and it is not technological. The censorship of 7 billion persons worldwide is a Singularity. The post modern world is being modelled on networking versus an industrial model. Here the dependency of the Technological Singularity community by the proximate cause Cambridge Law School is apparent. I am operating that this allegation is a fact.

Mitt Romney has won the Nevada Primary and is the Republican front runner to meet Barack Obama in November for the 2012 Presidential Election. This sanitization is a form of Irrationalism or pre Fascism. This emergent neo Fascism or New Fascism as I am calling such is Anglo American geographically and radiates outward from Cambridge University now through Scotland Yard and Los Angles Police Department through mutual aid violations.

This trajectory predisposes treason, blackmail, and extortion. This has lead to severe Gang Stalking of which I am the principal target. Exposing this activity has had a deterrent effect. Hence all criminal actors should demonstrate renunciation of the conspiracy and some intent to better or restore the constitutional equilibrium.

The United States Presidents have demonstrated they can be blackmailed and that they are blatant consequentialists looking the other way and condoning a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth on the citizens and state that have legally sworn to protect. The study of psychopathy as antisocial, sociopath, and psychopath are integral to comprehending the killing off of conscience to recruit, sustain, and sanitize an activity of this scope, a Supercrime.

In developing Myth of the Contemporary Man Part III, I will present the construction of a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth Program and how such is distributed over:

As an act of a third legislator this structure is a form of criminalization damning the individual and the collective from full participation in that law. This is a form of racketeering, intimidation and extortion. In planning, the attack is developed from 100 percent spatiality and intensity. It is then redistributed over the population and territory. Persons will have fractals of the event superimposed over their persons. As seen the entire event of MOEC is imposed over both my faith, natural person, and citizenship. Hence the Gay Militia that is directing such is paired with lesbianism (really bisexuality). The intent was that a MSM Male Same Sex Male criminal polarity could be neutralized by a FSF Female Same Sex Female platform instead of the use of constitutional law. My Bill of Rights protections are null and void unless I was a practicing bisexual or married certain bisexuals. This experiment in creating a same sex qualification in a double bind construction is a catastrophic failure.

I maintain my work from the heterosexual platform but am not exclusive. The imperative is to restore the rule of law and not escalate the usurpation which is manifest in the presidencies. (A old female intern of John F. Kennedy has wrote a book claiming she had a sexual relationship with the president. This she claims will avoid blackmail).

The zeitgeist from Ronald Reagan and Ayatollah Khomeini posits two reactionary polarities of thought and government in brinkmanship that continues to date. The tension between western democracy and Islamist theocracy are evident is the essentialist trajectories of both nationstates. The LGBTi platform is focal in this matization of the conflict. Here the universal legal recognition of LGBTi persons is an issue that is driving MOEC. Hence state planning and eugenics are salient features. LGBTi individuals in the main do not reproduce naturally so their parenting is usually planned out and same sex couples appear more dedicated.

Since 2011, Tunisia, Egypt, and Libya have deposed leaders. Osama bin Laden and Moammar Gadhaffi have been killed. Currently Syria is in a civil war with a weak opposition attempting to overthrow Assad. Iran appears to be within three years of developing a nuclear weapon. All nuclear events are codenamed Syrinx in MOEC and other events as chemical assault and biological weapons are known as Lycurgus.

Stuxnet was a super virus that was constructed to disable Iran's uranium centrifuge purification systems. In contrast Iran's scientists were able to take over the GPS system of an American drone and land the craft safely. These events are in nexus with Technological Singularity. Marginalization, autarky, and class stratification are weapons in MOEC which is an intelligence and espionage operation through prisoner's dilemma. There is no absolute End World Scenario or EWS. There are events as limited nuclear theater and so forth.

Since the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth is unrecognized and I am getting more advanced in age, I will redouble my manifest efforts to prosecute sworn officials and raise the academic bar where and if I can.

The use of Storyboard Technology, hence tactics used to choreograph a film or plays are integral to the state planning. Scripts from generation to generation and cradle to grave are developed and imposed over families and individuals. As seen these scripts are LGBTi based.

On February 7, 2012 the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals overturned Proposition 8 which limited marriage in California to one man and one woman. Same sex marriages will not occur until the date that the appeals process ends. It is most likely that the Supreme Court will receive this case.

Gay Marriage is the key issue for MOEC. I have supported Proposition 8. I will not support same sex marriage.

To further develop MOCM Part III, I will review the archetypes, theology, social theory and the prosecution of the legal sworn officials that are liable. I do not have legal standing to represent you, your family and children, and property. If you have the ability to organize a refutation you should consider this also. Kuhn and Popper standards along with Frye and Daubert Standards are strong points of departure. The latter are used in American courts with Daubert being the federal standard.

The Daubert Court indicated that there are at least four factors to consider: testability, specifically Popperian falsifiability; publication and peer review; the known or potential rate of error. (Daubert at 2797); and widespread acceptance in the relevant scientific community (Jan Dejnoñka 1996).

The issue is that under the older Frye Standard only general acceptance by the scientific community permitted expert testimony and evidence to be admitted. Here under Daubert which is the federal standard the qualification shifts from the scientific community to the evidence itself (Jan Dejnoñka 1996).

Herein the philosophic construction of Gay Irrationalism Gay Know Nothing is focalized. Currently there are six and soon seven states which permit Gay Marriage.

There are perhaps 1.3 million persons infected with HIV AIDS in the United States. MSM or Male Same Sex Male persons are about half. Upwards of 48,000 to 56,000 new cases occur each year. Hepatitis caseloads are estimated to be between 2 to 5 million persons.

Bush Torture Memo Emerges

WASHINGTON: A six year old memo from within the George W. Bush administration that came to light this week acknowledges that White House approved interrogation techniques amounted to "war crimes." The memo's release has called attention to what has changed since President Barack Obama took office, but it also raises questions about what hasn't.

The Bush White House tried to destroy every copy of the memo, written by then State Department counselor Philip Zelikow. Zelikow examined tactics like waterboarding which simulates drowning and concluded that there was no way they were legal, domestically or internationally."We are unaware of any precedent in World War II, the Korean War, the Vietnam War, or any subsequent conflict for authorized, systematic interrogation practices similar to those in question here," Zelikow wrote. The memo has been obtained by George Washington University's National Security Archive and Wired's Spencer Ackerman.

On his second full day in office, President Barack Obama formally disavowed torture, banning the types of techniques Zelikow had objected to so strongly in his memo. But while Democrats are using the memo as evidence of a new post torture era under Obama, human rights activists, civil libertarians and opponents of excessive secrecy say they see many ways in which the country's moral compass is still askew and in some ways even more so than before.

"If your baseline is the Bush years, it's night and day," said Tom Blanton, director of the National Security Archive. "If your baselines are a set of first principles, as the ACLU calls for, or as us openness advocates call for, then your situation is: Is the glass half full or the glass half empty?"

Obama has refused to pursue legal action against those who may have engaged in law breaking under his predecessor's watch saying he prefers to "look forward instead of looking backward." To some, this indicates there is little assurance that the U.S. won't torture again in the future. "The administration has clearly disavowed torture, and that is an important and welcome thing," said Jameel Jaffer, a national security expert at the American Civil Liberties Union.

"But they're steadily building a framework for impunity."

When it comes to issues like warrantless surveillance, "continuity is the rule and not the exception and in fact in some very important areas this administration has gone even farther than the Bush Administration did," Jaffer said.

Most alarming, says Jafeer, is the issue of the targeted killing of American citizens who are terrorism suspects. Jaffer said the idea that the government can mark an American for death without any judicial oversight is something the framers of the Constitution "would have found totally foreign to the project they were engaged in."

"I think there are many Democrats out there who are quiet because they trust President Obama," Jaffer said. But, he added, "there's no doubt that the power we're giving President Obama will be available to a future president."

Jaffer noted that another way things may be worse today than during the Bush era is that at least back then, many people thought things would change dramatically once Bush left office, and that his actions wouldn't establish legal precedents.

"We didn't worry so much about that because the Bush Administration was seen as an outlier and an aberration, and the Bush precedent wouldn't have been seen as weighty," Jaffer said. By contrast, "It's not at all difficult to imagine [future presidents] citing President Obama in their defense of carrying out more targeted killings of American citizens."

"Now we're making many of these emergency powers permanent... and bipartisan. We're enshrining these things into our permanent law."

Kate Martin, director of the Center for National Security Studies, sees some good and some bad in terms of where the government stands on national security issues today. "The Obama Administration has made significant and substantial changes to counterterrorism policy as it relates to human rights and civil liberties, for example, in their detention policies and their recognition of the limits of military power and the importance of following traditional laws of war in an armed conflict," she said.

And yet, she said: "The administration has done much less to fix the problems of too much surveillance, without enough good reasons, of too many people."

Transparency about what the administration is doing and why "is mixed," she said, with both "important disclosures and inexplicable withholdings."

Blanton, director of the National Security Archive, said he doesn't think it is all Obama's fault. He blames congressional Republicans for blocking Obama's attempts to close the Guantanamo prison, for instance, and the intelligence agencies for much of the rest.

"The intelligence agencies are at the front of the resistance," Blanton said. "They're resisting accountability for what they themselves did."

Ten months into Obama's presidency, White House Counsel Greg Craig resigned, a move some saw as a purge and grim sign for any hope that the president would keep fighting on these issues. Craig is known to have advocated strongly for Obama to hold fast to the principles that he has espoused in regards to dealing with torture suspects regardless of the immediate political consequences. Where does that leave us? "I wouldn't call us an outlaw nation," Blanton said, "but I don't think we've come to terms with our gang period."

Open Letter To Lt. Governor Gavin Newsom D California

Dear Lt. Governor Newsom,

Since being sworn into office after winning the 2010 election you have failed in your legal duties to protect Californians and other natural persons in the state.

There is an in continuo manifest Chemical Assault Scorched Earth ongoing in this state currently centered over my person in the Blythe CA Ehrenberg AZ area along the Colorado River. This attack against human life and the environment is designed to as a catalyst for LGBTi persons to decline or be first principals and accomplices as the criminal acts radiate away from a Gay Militia in LAPD. I am a lifelong heterosexual male who is being attacked because of my identity and sexual preferences.

As such the United States and president, California and governor, and LAPD will be a the driver in this crime as events are radiated through mutual aid violations throughout the United States and beyond the national boundaries. As seen the water in the Colorado River is despoiled and runs into Mexico. The air is contaminated by those accomplices driving in the vicinity with chemicals in their gas tanks, products are contaminated at factories and shipped to stories of which I have no choice to purchase from. Gang Stalking has elevated this attack by those laying in wait and slamming car doors as other pass by. Hence they sacrifice their citizenship to be criminals. This element is antisocial, sociopathic, and psychopathic depending on the number of victims these informants attackThere should be no cruel or unusual treatment in California in conformity with the 8th Amendment. I argue this activity in toto as treason, obstruction of justice, and intimidating a witness.

The strategic mission of this Gay Militia is Same Sex Marriage of which you are leader of considerable stature. This is attack is a Cultural Singularity. The censorship and sanitization of this attack is UNPRECEDENTED IN HUMAN HISTORY. President Barack Obama is the target of a convergent of Technological Singularity which is scheduled to occur in 2046 and the bursting of the censorship and sanitization which is part of the fiction of the United States since 1987.As as scene since you were born on October 10, 1967, you are also a very actor of interest.

The concrete reality in California as a Scorched Earth contradicts your strawman position on environmentalism. If one were to walk into a wheat field in Blythe or Inyo County the wheat would burn their hands. At the intellectual level the University of California is committing wholesale academic fraud by condoning this hatred while you are Lt. Governor.

Knobel, who was called to testify in Basson's defence, told the Health Professions' Council of SA's professional conduct committee that he had consulted the South African National Defence Force's legal services, as well as the state attorney, and that he was advised that section 104(7) of the Defence Act 42 of 2002 provides that no person shall without authority disclose classified information.

"If such disclosure is made, it is an offence. I have not been authorised to disclose any classified information. I may not lawfully disclose it. Please read my evidence in the light of the limitations imposed by these acts," he said.

This did not go down well with the prosecution's Salie Joubert SC, who had indicated that he would cross examine Knobel about his meeting with former president Nelson Mandela at which the fears of the Americans and the British about the lack of control on the activities of Basson after he was put on early pension in March 1993, were discussed

Joubert had earlier put it to Basson that he was reappointed as head of cardiology at 1Military Hospital in Pretoria so that he could be controlled because he was giving information to Libyans.

A visibly frustrated Joubert said he was "taken aback" when Knobel read the statement, lamenting that he was not provided with a copy.

The committee, chaired by Jannie Hugo, ruled that the matter should continue but Joubert said that Knobel had disqualified himself as a witness and that they were in a predicament having limited cross examination of "a witness who was factually involved."

But the defence's Jaap Cilliers SC said Knobel sought legal advice as he was worried about Joubert's intention to cross examine him on the meeting with Mandela, and the American and British ambassadors.

Knobel testified that in the 1980s the country was on the brink of a civil war and as a result of a real and potential deadly threat, Basson was approached by the chief of the defence force and surgeon general for the development of a defence chemical and biological capability.

He also said Basson was remarkably able to penetrate laboratories around the world and sourced vital information for South Africa.

As the Alan Turing Centennial approaches many disturbing events have emerged that cast doubt on the moral, legal, and historical basis of both science and political leadership. The allegation that forms the point of departure is that Cambridge Law School has authored a program named Mobilization of Empire and Civilization or MOEC. As seen this is no more than the core of academics who guide the expansion and specifically the war plans of the United Kingdom.

This program has launched an unrecognized Chemical Assault Scorched Earth over my natural person and United States Citizenship. This Manifest Function was discernible to then President Ronald Reagan on June 17, 1987. This preemptive attack on his legacy also attacked the United States Constitution and theories of democracy inclusive of the Social Contract Theory. The attack was designed on a theory of history creating a planned decadence around Ronald Reagan and a renaissance which is Singularity and Artificial Intelligence with the creation of Superintelligence. In reality I argue that AI is being developed to historically censor and sanitize this attack.

If Superintelligence is to be real, it must also act as a Moral Agent and recognize this Crime Against Humanity. Is Singularity and Artificial Intelligence Being Developed to Sanitize History?

The United States, United Nations, or any other sovereign have yet to recognize MOEC. Therefore the censorship and sanitization of 7 billion persons on this earth is a Cultural Singularity. Social Singularity is a concept stating that social media will be instrumental in alleviating social injustices. To date Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, and Google+ are devoid of anything remotely approaching recognition of this attack and if anything are supporting it.

Barack Obama was born on August 4, 1961 in Honolulu, Hawaii. I was born on August 3, 1961 in Roswell, New Mexico. We are therefore cohort rivals under an unseen father and mother figure. (In Freudian thought this would be Oedipal and Electra respectively). I would argue that all sworn officials in the United States born after 1955 are strong targets for prosecution. To date on April 16, 2012 the Colorado River is contaminated for the third time since February 12, 2007 when Operation Radhanatha began. This tactic encompasses the poisoning of surface water, contamination of canned foods, increased spraying of clothing, and having despoiled products sent into my vicinity.

The Colorado River runs into Mexico and is a source of drinking and agricultural water in both nationstates. This easily classifies as a crime against humanity.

Is Singularity a designed cover by a despotic authorship to censor a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth Program?

This attack on human life has been operating out of the United States since April 1986 as stalking and June 17, 1987 as a manifest Chemical Assault Scorched Earth isolating one natural person's (my citizenship) Bill of Right protection by pitting me in a conflict regarding the Sovereign Citizenship relationship. Hence equal protection and due process in the main have been violated by having a Gay Militia operating out of LAPD escalate the attack against the target Ronald Reagan. This attack has a trajectory through the Irrationalist Presidents to now President Obama.

Why would Singularity, Superintelligence, and supercomputers be a cover? There are many real and potential benefits from these technologies.

If a state planner has knowledge of an emergent technology it must seek to master that technology or lose a strategic and competitive advantage to others of it's type. A good example is nuclear weapons. It appears that the Germans were highly advanced in quantum physics and rocket science. Without the defection of Albert Einstein and Alfred Schrodinger the world we live in today could have been a very different society. In a thorough environmental analysis an actor has to seek out all the risks for those uncontrollable factors outside one's intent and actions. Here computer science is highly competitive. It appears that the United Kingdom was advancing in computer science and was concerned with the theory that machines would meet and then exceed the skill of humans. If this computer system would act as a superior moral agent it would have the capability of exposing Crimes Against Humanity.

(This statement predisposes that the United Kingdom and all nationstates have some criminal liability).

It appears that the authorship accepted the assumption as fact that at a future date that Superintelligence would be possible. Cambridge Law School then designed a preemptive attack that would expose the United States President in a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth blackmail and extortion ring.

Chen Guangcheng, the blind legal advocate who recently sought refuge in the American Embassy in Beijing, arrived in the heart of Greenwich Village on Saturday, holding the kind of open air news conference that he could have never imagined while under virtual house arrest in China.

Chen Guangcheng spoke to reporters in New York on Saturday, with Jerome A. Cohen, a New York University law professor.

After a daylong and hastily arranged flight from Beijing, Mr. Chen stood on crutches with a lawyer at his side and facing spectators cordoned off by the police and addressed a throng of reporters. He said he was grateful to the American Embassy and the Chinese government, which allowed him to leave China, and thanked Chinese officials for "dealing with the situation with restraint and calm."

"I hope to see that they continue to open discourse and earn the respect and trust of the people," said Mr. Chen, one of China's most prominent dissidents, who spoke through a translator near the New York University apartment tower that will become his home.

It was not clear weeks ago that China would permit Mr. Chen to leave, and the United States' role in his evading the authorities threatened to cause a diplomatic breach just as American officials were seeking China's cooperation on a range of economic and security issues it considers crucial.

Mr. Chen's departure from Beijing on Saturday, and the arduous negotiations that led up to it, appeared to reflect careful calculations in both countries that the episode was not worth jeopardizing relations. The Chinese, who were initially infuriated and complained bitterly about what they considered interference in their internal affairs, in the end quietly engaged with Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton and a team of diplomats to defuse the situation.

The trip to New York ended an improbable journey that began in late April, when despite his lack of sight, Mr. Chen scaled the walls around his house, sneaked past the guards who held him captive and was whisked to Beijing by a human rights activist. American officials agreed to provide at least temporary shelter, but the pickup almost went awry: Chinese security cars trailed their vehicle, forcing them to sweep Mr. Chen into their car from another vehicle and race through the streets of the capital to the embassy.

But the drama did not end there. Mr. Chen decided more than a week later to stay in China, only to change his mind several hours later when American officials left him at a hospital and friends expressed fears for his safety. That led to renewed negotiations and eventually to Saturday's release.

Now, after years of isolation his every move at his home recorded by surveillance cameras and serving time in a Chinese jail, Mr. Chen found himself at the center of a media frenzy generated by his release.

But the sudden ability to speak out was bittersweet, which he acknowledged in an interview on the plane. China has a pattern of allowing some especially vocal dissidents to leave the country in order to minimize the impact of their activism at home, and it is unclear if he will be able to effect change as easily from so far away, while he studies at New York University.

"I don’t really feel that happy, but rather sentimental," he said in the brief interview. "After all the suffering for years, I don’t have those tearful moments anymore, but I do feel something inside."

He looked calm, but his hands shook as he talked about leaving a country he has tried to change from within for years.

"I'm very clear what kind of role I'm playing right now,"he said. "Opportunity and risk exist at the same time."

In Washington, the State Department praised the Chinese government in a statement that reflected the United States' handling of the case from the start: understated and non confrontational, despite the emotions and high stakes involved for both countries. "We also express our appreciation for the manner in which we were able to resolve this matter and to support Mr. Chen’s desire to study in the U.S. and pursue his goals," the State Department's spokeswoman, Victoria Nuland, said.

Her statement referred to the complex understanding the Chinese were loath to call it a deal in which Mr. Chen will be allowed to attend law school on a fellowship rather than seek asylum, which the authorities in Beijing would have considered an affront. School officials said they had already stocked a faculty apartment with Chinese food and new furniture for him.

Gay Irrationalism Gay Know Nothing is an academically designed ideological platform that is alleged to have been authored by University of Cambridge. Prima facie there is an in continuo Chemical Assault Scorched Earth program ongoing in the United States since June 17, 1987. The Irrationalist Schools of Thought in the 1900s have been ideologically opposed by what are the Conservative and Liberal movements in the west. The former has been based in tradition, small government, and individualism and the latter has been more modern, uses the state to effect change, and has used collective and group perspectives to pursue pluralism.

The intent is to create a philosophical position that is as universal as possible to ordinate all three platforms of law under defection to the direction of Cambridge Law School. At the same instance this is also to negate a summon bonum of that particular system. Here it is clear that this activity is not stated in the positive. Hence it is a negation. It is a gradual marginalization of systems towards defection under Prisoner's Dilemma.

A brief overview of some of the structures and processes that develop the complexity of an emergent system will demonstrate the morphogenetic construction as the defection model penetrates and inverts other systems. These features help form it's adaptation to positive law models in place as governments. These processes and structures may be seen as facilitating other neo Irrationalist or Fascist models by using subjective content. Here the LGBTi orientation is the focal system driving this emergent ideology. As stated the platform is Prisoner's Dilemma and defection based. It is mainly espionage and it's homeostasis is a RICO construction with extensive blackmail and intimidation.

Gay Irrationalism (I will use this term and Know Nothing for brevity when needed) is designed to marginally alienate an individual or group either covertly or overtly while bearing the color of law from their full participation in society. In this context it is a gradual or convergent totalitarianism in process.

If the intellectual community becomes apologetic to Gay Irrationalism such will develop into Gay Fascism.

The territoriality and social setting are of the utmost importance to the ideology to analyze how it was created, adapts, and moves to sustain itself as a system.

The allegation is that MOEC or Mobilization of Empire and Civilization it's nom de guerra, was a collective act lead by Cambridge Law School lawyers who had final authority in it's implementation. Trinity School theologians and philosophers supposedly knew more of the construction of tyranny and logic, especially Greek despotism and provided the basic framework derived from the Greek city states. These actors were more heterosexual and if they would have prevailed the ongoing Chemical Assault Scorched Earth may not have occurred. This component is believed to have arisen from a MSM Cambridge lawyer.

The legitimate LGBTi movement from the 1930s is a reasonable point of departure. Here this will also coincide with Italian Fascism and German Neo Nazism. It is understood that Gay Irrationalism is a counter to such. Instead of eliminating these structures it replaces these Irrationalist Movements with one that has LGBTi interests as a driver. Hence polarities reverse and LGBTi interests are supporting hatred and alienation.

Mussolini is the founder of Fascism as a school. I would argue that fascism has always existed in some degree in human history although not systematized. Cambridge in my cognition does not have any direct written fascist manifesto or ideal state to my knowledge. This level of the staging of MOEC is symbiotic and designed to adapt with any political model creating LGBTi persons and defection to MOEC. In this instance I will again state this is not positive and does not act as a Moral Agent. The issue is to see if any future apologists publicly emerge. Most of the planning has been saved on old fashioned reel to reel or cassette tapes. These have been called Aural Cartographic Maps or ACM.

Here we can clearly discern the level of technology that was used to document and implement MOEC which itself is designed as a virus. It is near 100 percent that Technological Singularity and Artificial Intelligence is a front to cover Crimes Against Humanity developed by Cambridge Law School and the United Kingdom and proxies.

Implications for Sworn Officials and CEOs

As the damage from the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth escalates both sworn officials and CEOs are damaged. These actors are receiving the most benefit and are also at risk. The blackmail and intimidation necessary to maintain the censorship and sanitization is massive requiring a quantum of force. The bottom ten percent of the population is a serious risk. Employment is scarce, food, fuel, housing, medical care, and education are all real costs that are being born. A new recession could occur with a strike on Iran or normally after 2015. Bird Flu has been cited as having a risk for mutation. HIV AIDS, Hepatitis C, MDR Gonorrhea, Tuberculosis, Obesity, and Diabetes all are increasing risk factors. The inflationary cost while the attack is reflects the culture of corruption and incompetence in continuo.

I am similar to a hanging pawn in a chess match.

There is no doubt that historically I will win. The issue is that I desire to see legal justice in my lifetime. It is also curious to note that Singularity groups should realize that a forming part of the Machinery of Torture by not recognizing human rights abuses by the United States. Predicting a future where a world of Artificial Intelligence programs can help redesign the victims of a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth program is disingenuous.

Singularity has been developed in part from the White Lie or Nobel Fiction of Plato. I mention this because there is a dialectical line of thought that implicates University of Cambridge here.

Dear Paul Ryan,

As the Official Republican Vice Presidential candidate in the 2012 election you as a sworn official have placed yourself in the same category as President Barack Obama, California Lt. Governor Gavin Newsom, and Attorney General Kamala Harris.

There is an in continuo Chemical Assault Scorched Earth program imposed over my natural person and citizenship. This in essence is a homosexual blackmail and extortion ring. As seen you are 42 years old. I am 51 and was born one day earlier than Obama on August 3, 1961.

Newsom and Harris are both in their 40s.

I am in McCloud, California and the Bagley Fire is about 30,000 acres and is being fought with contaminated water.

During George W Bush a de facto program code named Operation Radhanatha contaminated all surface water, water in taps, contaminated food in all restaurants and even polluted agricultural fields starting along the Colorado River near Earp CA Parker AZ in February, 2007. Since that time the entire Salton Sea has become despoiled at least twice.
