Happy New Years!!! I am continuing www.powereality.net under duress. It is clear that I am still standing strong. I will complete three chapters of Fall of the Anglo American Part II by July 1, 2015. Equipment is crashing and I struggling outside of my means.

France has underwent a terror strike by individuals claiming to be connected to Al Qaeda and ISIS. My count has 16 dead. All the terrorists are dead.

The United States Supreme considered Gay Marriage cases today but did not order any certiorari.

It is not clear if this will effect the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth.

Food For Life Volunteer Kayla Mueller Is Killed

American aid worker Kayla Mueller, 26, from Prescott, Arizona, who had been held hostage by Islamic State militants for 18 months, had been killed on February 6th in Syria. She was also an active volunteer in Hare Krishna movement projects, with a deep interest in the practice of bhakti yoga.

According to international news agencies, Mueller's family received an email and photograph over the weekend from her captors that enabled American intelligence to determine that she had been killed, U.S. officials said.

The circumstances of Kayla's death are unclear, and U.S. President Barack Obama vowed to hunt down the culprits.

Islamic State claims that Mueller was killed when Jordanian fighter jets bombed a building where she was being held outside Raqqa, a stronghold in Syria of the Islamist militant group.

Jordan and U.S. officials have expressed doubt about Islamic State's account of her death.

Kayla loved helping children

According to a family spokesperson Kayla Mueller has been held by the terrorist group for nearly two years, and was abducted August 4, 2013, while serving on a humanitarian mission in the region. She was returning from a Doctors Without Borders facility at the time of her abduction.

She had been working primarily with women and children in the region, delivering humanitarian aid to those displaced by the Syrian conflict.

ISIS had previously demanded $6.6 million for her release, but the American and British governments have refused to pay ransoms for their citizens.

After graduating in 2010, she volunteered at Food For Life Vrindavan (FFLV) for 6 months. According to the tribute FFLV has put up on their website, at the beginning she was giving English classes and then the kindergarten kids stole her heart. She was very simple and humble. She loved the kids, without the fear that many foreigners have. She made many friendships with the parents of the children, used to visit them in the slum, even eat with them. After her time here, she went back to USA to make some money and went to Darfur, Sudan, into the civil war. After, again went back to USA to make more money and left for the Middle East. She loved those people. Our prayers go out to her family and friends, a wonderful soul who was making a real difference in many people's lives. Sure she has gone on to a better life in the spiritual realm.

Kayla Mueller's family quoted from a letter she sent her father on his birthday in 2011: "I will always seek God. Some people find God in church. Some people find God in nature. Some people find God in love; I find God in suffering. I've known for some time what my life's work is, using my hands as tools to relieve suffering."

Addendum: Kasparov on the Boris Nemtsov Murder

Just around midnight on Friday Boris Nemtsov, the Russian opposition leader and former First Deputy Prime Minister, now turned Vladimir Putin critic and one of the loudest voices condemning Russia's sharp turn toward confrontation with the West, was gunned down as he walked across a central Moscow bridge, less than 100 yards from the walls of the Kremlin and within sight of Red Square. His death came just hours after appealing for a Moscow march against the war in Ukraine. On February 10, while speaking to Russia's Sobesednik news website, Nemstov said: "I'm afraid Putin will kill me." The Russian President has condemned the murder, the Kremlin says. Nemtsov was 55.

Garry Kasparov, former world chess champion and Russian pro democracy activist, wrote this in response to Nemstov death: He always believed Russia could change from the inside and without violence; after 2012 I disagreed with this. The Surrender of the Confederacy 150 years ago at Appomattox, Virginia by General Robert E. Lee to General Ulysses S. Grant focalizes the argument of Treason. The Civil War where some 625,000 are estimated to have been killed is considered a symbolic uprising by the South. It appears that surrender was more desired by Abraham Lincoln who was killed four days later than charging Rebels as traitors.

Currently wave after wave after wave of scandals have rocked current events. FIFA, the international body that governs soccer, has been hit with a strike against seven officials alleging bribes of $150 million dollars USD over 25 years. Russia may loose it's World Cup as a result.

Chess has been hit with a scandal with 1500 amateur dueling a grandmaster with an arsenal of cell phones and an accomplice with Fritz. A 2600 level GM was caught with a cell phone in the toilet.

In my consideration, since I am the innovator of MOEC Studies, I have a dynamic advantage versus a static advantage even over PhDs. I am likely 50 years ahead of Cambridge or UC California. These actors are static.

Oxford has stated that in 20 years 47 percent of the jobs available may be eliminated by computers. This activity is scripted. Ethnic nationalists and localism are being conditioned to be static in an open texture. This is not merit based when computers are becoming more intelligent. The umpire at a sporting event is one of the most likely jobs to be eliminated.

The average 20 year old will face this transition head on.

I am the Simon Wiesenthal of MOEC. I am seeking legal justice and historic recognition. I do not believe that persons will pass the sixth grade if tested on the current concrete reality. Many chess GMs are in their 20s. They should be aware that people clamor for tyranny and justice.

The death of ex Attorney General Beau Biden has focalized the dynamics of the Sovereign Citizenship Relationship. The Biden family and I lived in Rodney Village, a working class subdivision in Delaware in 1972 when Biden first ran for Senator. I was sent over to his house were there was a Lycurgus event ongoing. This would approximate the Underdog cartoon. This is actually a no knock sweep in law enforcement.

Darell Gravatt whom I would eventually be brother in law was there. He was an excellent wrestler and eventual two time Delaware State High School champion and honorable mention Academic All American in his weight class. In Biden's backyard we wrestled. We were in the fifth or sixth grade. Darell showed me some of his moves that would lead to a successful career. Darell has returned to Caesar Rodney High School to teach History. He has been a Delaware State History Teacher of the year. He has been assistant coach on nine Delaware State Champion Wrestling teams and head coach on at least the same number of boys and girls Delaware State Soccer team champions. A true high school legend. At this point other persons appeared. Most notably Satsvarupa das goswami whom would eventually become an ISKCON diksa guru. He is in bad health in Mendocino, California.

I play chess. I am about 1500 1550 ELO. I have been playing since February, 2012. I can beat a 2000 ELO engine if given the time. I have 166 victories at this level. I would like to hit the 2000 or Expert level here in the USCF. I realize that I have to train 4 to 5 hours to do so. I train 1.5 hours per day.

The use of improvised weaponry abounds as it falls below what the State will recognize is occurring. Bosnia may be coming to Britain. MOEC is already here in the United States. The massacring of eight thousand unarmed Bosnian Muslim men in Sebrenica is no distant memory, and is full of lessons for Britain and it's Muslim minority, writes Jahangir Mohammed.

This week marks the 20th anniversary of the first European genocide against a religious minority since the Holocaust of the Second World War. It was a genocide against the former Yugoslavia's indigenous Muslim population starting in 1992, known as the Bosnia conflict. During a four day period between the 11th to 15th July 1995 eight thousand defenseless boys and men were slaughtered in cold blood and buried in fields of Srebenica, as the Dutch forces of the UN looked on.

The first point to recall is that at least two years prior to the outbreak of the conflict Slobodan Milosevic and the Yugoslav controlled media had launched an intense media drive against Muslims, not unlike the one being waged since 911 in the West; in which Muslims were presented as a threat, with their alien values not fitting in, taking over and trying to reestablish Ottoman rule. The Christian nationalists rallied the people to resurrect traditional values and history as pre Ottoman, pre Muslim against the Muslims. The policies, role and behaviour of state, politicians, in collusion with media were instrumental in fueling fear, hatred, and suspicion between communities and identifying an enemy within.

As for those of you that think that Bosnia can't come to Britain, don't be so sure. The era of Yugoslav style communist state repression of Muslim religious and political identity and expression came into force on the 1st of July. Look at the rhetoric and policies of our politicians and establishment; the campaign to establish fundamental British Values; a cover for enforcement of Judeo Christian values on Muslims; it is here. The rhetoric of British politicians is beginning to sound like pre conflict Milosevic, Mladic and Karadzic already.

Finally we must not allow a Government sponsored programme to create an official sanitized version of the Bosnian conflict devoid of genuine analysis and reality. We must take control of and write our own histories and sufferings, and we must remember the victims and tell the stories in our own way, just as the Jewish community has done.

Kasparov: Russia is a mafia state today, and Putin is it's top godfather. The regime is in trouble economically and can no longer offer anything to it's citizens. That's why Putin has to pursue an aggressive foreign policy, so he can serve his people the fairy tale of Russian pride and regaining it's strength as a major power. But he uses fascist propaganda to do so. From Ukraine to Syria, he is behaving like the world's new general and celebrating victories, while the American president sits on the sidelines and Europe sleeps. The West's behavior toward Putin is political and moral capitulation.

SPIEGEL: Now you're really exaggerating.

Kasparov: No, I'm not. People would have been shaking their heads in disbelief if someone had predicted, 15 months ago, that Putin would annex Crimea and grossly violate European postwar borders. Then came the expansion into eastern Ukraine, and now the direct military intervention in the Syrian war, on the side of mass murderer Bashar Assad. Putin needs wars to legitimize his position. It's the only move he has left. And his appearance before the United Nations General Assembly in late September is typical for action and counter reaction.

SPIEGEL: What do you mean?

Kasparov: Putin spoke unabashedly about the importance of national sovereignty in Syria, a concept apparently near and dear to his heart, unless it comes to the sovereignty of Georgia, Ukraine or any other country in which he intervenes. Then he offered his cooperation, but without making any concrete concessions at all. And he didn't have to, either. He knows what he can rely on. He has assets that are more valuable than words: He has tanks in Ukraine, fighter jets in Syria and Barack Obama in the White House. His speech before the UN only an hour earlier was completely toothless. The West can't come up with anything to deal with Moscow, except appeasement.

Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia Dead at 79

Antonin Scalia was found dead in Marfa, Texas Sunday the 14th. "We discovered the judge in bed, a pillow over his head. His bed clothes were unwrinkled," John Poindexter was quoted as saying. Presidio County Judge Cinderela Guevara said she had pronounced his death without seeing the body, which is permissible under Texas law. It had also reportedly taken some time to find a judge to rule on the death. She was reported to originally put the cause of death as a heart attack, but later changed it to natural causes explaining she had only meant that Mr Scalia's heart had stopped.

The family does not wish for an autopsy.

Scalia was a leading conservative thinker. At issue here personally is whether he voted for or against my writ of certiorari Cv 98 7015 NOLLMEYER, DAVID V. UNITED STATES, ET AL. This case would have ended the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth.

This is the biggest disaster in legal disaster in United States History.

Orlando Pulse Shooting: America's Worst Mass Murder

On June 12, 2016 at about 2:00 a terrorist entered the Pulse bar in Orlando, Florida, a LGBTi establishment. The shooter had called 911 and claimed allegiance to Islamic State. In all 49 persons are confirmed killed with at least 45 injured.

Omar Mateen of Ft. Pierce, Florida is the alleged shooter. The situation needs to be studied more deliberately. Many politicians as Hillary Clinton and Nancy Pelosi have made value based statements that clearly are a fallacy of separation without recognition of a Chemical Attack here in the United States.

A flurry of activity has occurred since last month. Many mass murders have occurred in Nice, France and Munich, Germany. At least 84 were shot in Nice and 8 in Munich. Donald Trump and Mike Pence are the officialRepublican candidates for President. Hillary Clinton has chosen Tim Kaine for her Vice President. The Democrats will hold their convention in the coming week to make the nominations official.

In this consideration I argue that these events supra are orchestrated. The emergence of both Clinton and specifically Trump are a scripted Black Swan. The actions also occur as Britain has chosen to leave the EuropeanUnion on June 23, 2016. Hence the inward looking postures of Nativism coincide with the rise of IslamicJihad. It is clear that the leader of the Islamic State al Baghdadhi makes a more formidable model for a Black Swan.

I have a preliminary sketch of the Appendix of Fall of the American Paradigm Part III online which is attempting to sort out the very fluid events that are occurring. The Appendix will be the last full chapter I will compose this year. It is very likely that the Appendix in whole or part will move up in the text. It appears rational to wait until the 2016 Presidential Election and the 2017 Inauguration to cap the text. I believe the Presidency of Barack Obama and the beginning of the next term clearly will define and end this selection.I am changing the format to about 25 pages per chapter to enable development and avoid redundancy.

It is very clear that Menticide or the killing off one's ability to think is created via the negation, relativity, and consequentialism. The longitudinal and crossectional sweeps comprising siblings and cohorts is more acute. In recollection I chose a liberal arts perspective in contrast to a maths and science worldview. It was stated that the data I received could place one above George Orwell and possible achieve the status of Franz Schubert. Hence it appears that briefing could support a masterpiece. I have been paired with Carla Hess thee Dean of Social Sciences at UC Berkeley. I am not sure if she is related to Rudolph Hess or Herman Hesse of German fame. I know for a fact that in Delaware there are persons whom are.

MOEC Studies implies at the minimum a computer application operating under the GUI. As seen Artificial Intelligence has considered a Turing Machine operating Prisoner's Dilemma or Decision Theory. Any form of leadership, if unchecked by controls, may gradually turn into dictatorship. Being a leader, carrying great power and responsibility for other people's lives, is a monumental test for the human psyche. The weak leader is the man who cannot meet it, who simply abdicates his responsibility. The dictator is the man who replaces the existing standards of justice and morality by more and more private prestige, by more and more power, and eventually isolates himself more and more from the rest of humanity. His suspicion grows, his isolation grows, and the vicious circle leading to a paranoid attitude begins to develop.

Existing literature reveals that leading authors, among them H.G. Wells, Huxley, and Orwell, grow more and more concerned about the ghastly future of the robotized man, trained as a machine on a standard of conformity. They translate for us the common fear of a mechanized civilization.

In Totalitaria, the citizen no longer knows the real core of his mind. He no longer feels himself an I, an ego, a person. He is only the object of official barrage and mental coercion. Having no personality of his own, he has no individual conscience, no personal morality, no capacity to think clearly and honestly. He learns by rote, he learns thousands of indoctrinated facts and inhales dogma and slogans with every breath he draws.

Official oversimplifications induce the captive audience into acceptance and indoctrination. Mass ecstasy and mass fanaticism are substituted for quiet individual thought and consideration.

Hitler taught his people to march and to do battle, and at the end they did not know wherefore they marched and battled. People become herds, indoctrinated and obsessed herds, intoxicated first with enthusiasm and happy expectations, then with terror and panic.

I am writing you today to express my concerns about the de facto and ommissive recognition, moral, and legal obligation to recognize an in continuo Chemical Assault Scorched Earth imposed over solely one natural person, my self, Bhakta David Nollmeyer. This action has transpired since June 17, 1987, or nearly one generation. The allegation or conjecture is that this operation that is named Mobilization of Empire and Civilization or MOEC is the mechanism that expands and contracts the British Empire. It is furthered argued as fact, that the Membership is composed mainly of Cambridge Law School Lawyers and Trinity Fellows. This accusation is not new and has it's own mythology which is partially true. The main support is the British at this time are an intelligence hegemon and have social engineered a prisoner's dilemma based defection model through every police stationhouse worldwide. The Sykes Picot Agreement, creation of Israel, and the creation of Bangladesh support this claim.

The interesting concern is that Francis MacDonald Cornford is figured as the Machiavelli and scapegoat of MOEC. I do not believe that he is the leader. The worst actor is figured to be the alleged lawyer whom authored the in continuo Chemical Assault Scorched Earth.

Below we posit the Graphical User Interface GUI of MOEC. Origin is the Organic Cell. It appears to be a variant of a Turing Machine. The implication is that there is an attempt control the machinations of a Turing Machine via prisoner's dilemma by a Supercomputer.

Organic and Mechanistic Solidarity is a new theme that I will be developing in the future especially in the Fall of the Anglo American series and beyond. In particularity I will argue descending from the Paradigm of Laws into various individual and collective social settings. In this instance the Theory of Extinction as a static role in open texture becomes relevant. More study is needed into Durkheim's approach. However it is obvious that MOEC is a static role. The population and technology are obsolete and we are heading into a recession.

Preparing for the Future of Artificial Intelligence is a new report from the Executive Office of the President National Science and Technology Council Committee on Technology in October, 2016. Below is an excerpt:

Machine Learning

Machine learning is one of the most important technical approaches to AI and the basis of many recent advances and commercial applications of AI. Modern machine learning is a statistical process that starts with a body of data and tries to derive a rule or procedure that explains the data or can predict future data. This approach of learning from data contrasts with the older expert system approach to AI, in which programmers sit down with human domain experts to learn the rules and criteria used to make decisions, and translate those rules into software code. An expert system aims to emulate the principles used by human experts, whereas machine learning relies on statistical methods to find a decision procedure that works well in practice.

The following is taken from The Division of Labor in Society by Emilie Durkheim. Compare such to the varna asrama system of four varnas: 1. Brahmins 2. Ksatriya 3. Vaisyas 4. Sudras. This model is more of appears reflective of Durkheim's perspectivism. It should taken into context with his work on Suicide of the individual and collective. Notice the conceptualization of adhikara or qualification. Durkheim typifies modern society based on the cohesion of between occupations and classes. Organic solidarity occurs in a setting when for example the farmers produce the milk which factory workers would need to complete their jobs.

Karjakin Versus Carlsen

The World Chess Championship begins tomorrow in New York with Sergey Karjakin versus Magnus Carlsen. It is obvious that Carlsen will play E4 often in white. Will Karjakin attempt to play Berlin or the closed Lopez? Carlsen has played the d.3 lines to avoid the Berlin. Either way the Lopez is the most obvious opening that will surface. Karjakin is an expert in hedgehog positions. He may play a Kan Sicilian to avoid the Rossilimo which Carlsen has played heavily. The Catalan and Queen's Indian may get some action with both players having used such. An English opening could add complexity. A Grunfeld may show up at this level of play. Carlsen has experimented with f.3 line in white as of late.

Most experts have Carlsen's end game skills giving him the edge. I will root for both. I hope to get some decent commentary pgns for my database. I am working on the Berlin, Archangels, Marshall, Nadjorf in E4. I am attempting to get a handle on the Catalan, QID, Grunfeld ML in D4 from both sides. I play the Grand Prix and BG5 Nadjorf in white E4 but I do not see this happening at this level.

The Nimzo Indian has all but disappeared from top level. I would not be surprised if the Italian pops up just to play through a game.

Fidel Castro Dies

Fidel Castro Cuban Revolutionary and Icon has died. Born August 13, 1926 Castro died November 25, 2016. He ruled the Republic of Cuba for 47 years as Prime Minister from 1959 to 1976 and became President from 1976 to 2006. Castro was a Marxist Leninist and Cuban nationalist. His adversary with Pope John Paul II and Ronald Reagan form an interesting political aperture that has been lost. As a result the impact that Fidel Castro has had on our world especially the South appears lost.

In the particularity of MOEC Studies now that Ronald Reagan, Pope John Paul II, and Fidel Castro are gone this yields an interesting grain of salt. Take Destiny Into Your Own Hands. Ultimately I believe the God controls are fate, however one must exercise one's volition while he or she is able. These three actors did Absolutely Nothing to prevent the lawless Over 1984 Totalitarianism that has convulsed the world since June 17, 1987. This topic is worthy of it's own website. I can only state their legacy is a mythology.
