The Educational Aspect of Presidential Campaigns

The Campaign for the Presidency of the United States usually is an educational experience in the style of democracy of the United States Constitution. Currently it has been co opted in proof of a Perfect Dictator. People will freely vote for a dictator and despotism. People will clamor for tyranny.

The damage to the University of California in my opinion is significant. The entire state has been by design engaged in a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth.

There is widespread academic, business, and political fraud. The students in California have a very poor reputation as stalkers. I am one of the strongest products to emerge from the California Junior College System.

The www.powereality.net and it's predecessors are proof. Much of the work was done while I was in junior college. In irony I do have a UC GPA of 3.42 with six classes to graduate.

Barack Obama appears to be a product of a Yellow Brick Road to power and financial security. In contrast more persons are in poverty now than when Bush was president. Unemployment has fallen to about 8.2 percent, the best in about 3 years.

The same manner of theatrical events that swept Obama to the presidency over John McCain appear to be in place against his re election. Israel is signaling that it may strike Iran if it's nuclear program enters a state of immunity where it would take action from America to penetrate hardened complexes.

The endgame scenarios posits many damaged and fraudulent academics in the United States and worldwide.

Davis Guggenheim Makes Obama Documentary

Davis Guggenheim is clearly not a legitimate documentary filmmaker. Academically I would put him in a category with Geir Lundestad of the Nobel Peace Prize for sanitizing Barack Obama. Neither of these individuals have engaged in serious research. It is clear that the University of California will be in serious jeopardy and economic liability for hoisting a fraud on paying students and especially victims as myself of the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth, Gang Stalking, and electronic police state that Obama and his predecessors have nurtured.

California especially the Salton Sea and Colorado River Valley are severely destroyed. I do not want to jump to hasty conclusions as I have not seen the film.

Piers Morgan was agog on Thursday when filmmaker Davis Guggenheim told him that he could not find a single thing wrong with President Obama. Guggenheim, who won an Oscar for An Inconvenient Truth has directed a 17 minute campaign film for Obama's reelection effort called The Road We Traveled. The movie, narrated by Tom Hanks, is, unsurprisingly, an extended tribute to Obama. Morgan asked Guggenheim if there was any other side to The Road We Traveled.

"Most documentary makers balance these movies with the negative as well as the positive," Morgan said. "What are the negatives in your movie about Barack Obama?"

"Well, I mean the negative for me was there were too many accomplishments," Guggenheim replied. "I had 17 minutes to put them all in there." Morgan scoffed at this idea. "Oh, come off it!" he said. "You can't say that with a straight face. Come on. The only negativity about Barack Obama is there are too many positives?" "That was the negative for me," Guggenheim said. "... There are negatives in terms of the opposition he had, in terms of the political climate in Washington."

"But where do you find fault in him, personally?" Morgan pressed. "I don't, frankly," Guggenheim responded.

Morgan then asked him how much the movie had cost, and who had paid him. Guggenheim said he had taken a pay cut to make it.

Here the post conflict polemics of organizing a regime to discipline genocidal attacks on sovereign populations hinges on theater of elite diplomacy. Hence these despot is able to organize a death squad bodyguard out of those competent security forces that should have remained loyal to the citizens and rule of law.

So far the indictment and prosecution of head of state actors has been directed at those abuses occurring in Africa and in Serbia. The United States has been given carte blanche while UN bodies and international law thinkers take a blind eye to attacks on civil populations in the United States under the presidential terms of Ronald Reagan and Barack Obama.

Chapter 1

Origin and Proximate Cause

Mobilization of Empire and Civilization or MOEC is a complex system. It has an Origin or Proximate Cause that is alleged to be a clique of University of Cambridge Law School Lawyers from the United Kingdom, UK (Proximate Cause 2012). Here this structure is stated to derive from the medieval beginnings of the school itself. MOEC is the suprasystem and organizes all the lower subsystems and components. Herein a nested ecology is used across several jurisdictions that are both international and domestic to create complex jurisdictional defects.

MOEC is an attack on the human race and civilization through the United Kingdom, United States, California, and Los Angeles Police Department. This embedded ecology exploits the Sovereign Citizen Relationship in the Social Contract Theory by attacking the Bill of Rights in the United States Constitution. This is facilitated by alienating a citizen under the protection of the President.

This is the alleged hierarchy of the Origin or Proximate Cause (Nollmeyer 2012a):

MOEC is eugenic social engineering. It's design concerns the development of universals and particulars to ordinate the individual and collective in the state. However in the concrete MOEC appears to be a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth Program at the present (1987 2012) with no indication of a return to the rule of law.

This activity supports the allegation that this mechanism is the process that developed the British Empire which is in decline and is focusing on being an intelligence hegemon rather than annexing territory of other nationstates.

There is both abstract theoretical and concrete functions that support the manifest Chemical Assault Scorched Earth. The summon bonum of a system or that exemplar person is inverted under the color of the law that governs that system. The manifest criminality evident in the United States since June 1987 at the minimum would severely impact the United States federal government, the states of California, Delaware, Maryland, Arizona, and New Mexico.

It is clearly apparent at this time that Singularity and Artificial Intelligence AI is a cover for human rights abuses. I am claiming that this proposition is not subject falsification under Kuhn Popper Methodologies.

Why have no major Singularity concern as Singularity University, Ted Talks, or Singularity Institute, MIT, or the University of California recognized the attack on my Constitutional Rights?

Today North Carolina votes on a Constitutional ban on Gay Marriage. I believe that marriage is between a man and a woman. Therefore I support the amendment. Proposition 8 in California is awaiting an en banc ruling in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. This ruling struck down legislation with the similar language. It appears the Court will affirm the appeal.

This could set the stage for a Supreme Court case. If this Court affirms that Gay Marriage is a federal right, hence legalizing Gay Marriage in the United States this event may terminate.

Prop 8 and DOMA Overturned

Proposition 8 was denied an en banc rehearing on June 5, 2012 and DOMA was ruled unconstitutional in the First Circuit Court of Appeals on May 31, 2012. This presents a final closure with or without the discovery of a universal right for Gay persons to marry by July 1, 2013. The Supreme Court will have discretion to accept these cases and craft a judgment and order or let them stand as is.

LAPD would not wish for a federal right binding on United States territories for same sex persons to marry. Oddly this would aid me and possibly shut this Crime against Humanity down. The immaturity and criminality displayed by the Gay Militia and informants on the streets in this country has been an embarrassment to the human race. The Irrationalist Presidents Reagan Obama are facing their day in history with Obama have a very strong probability of being legally charged. The same is true for Gavin Newsom and Kamala Harris.

As a young man Vice President Biden and I lived in the same housing development, Rodney Village in Delaware. I believe in history tapes will reveal the neighbor children and myself playing in his backyard and showing folkstyle wrestling moves to one another. This will be a result of mutual aid violations from LAPD and the Delaware State Police. This is the mechanism that is alleged in the Shepard murder. I eventually met Biden's first wife Neila and daughter Naomi at a envelop stuffing for his successful 1972 Senate Campaign. I do not remember meeting Beau, now Delaware Attorney General. I do however remember Hunter who was told at times to walk on his tippy toes by LAPD through the neighborhood during these mutual aid violations.

Here we have a serious unofficial live experiment between homosexuals and heterosexuals. The homosexuals are led by Cambridge Law School lawyers who have designed a defection model. The members of the Gay Militia in LAPD believe that they will be sanitized. This will not happen. They will be exposed. Their family surnames as well as those in the United Kingdom will also be revealed. These actors attack ad hominem and with crimes of blood without equal protection, due process, and rule of law.

The victim(s) have the right to know who the attackers are. What is unique is the betrayal between the British, Americans, and the human race writ large.

It appears state sponsored crime within the United Kingdom was so great in 1930s after WWI and the rise of Hitler that someone wished to expose tacit activities as the sinking of the Lusitania which many argue would implicate Winston Churchill in war crimes.

This type of activity is what lead to the confrontation between same sex and opposite sex males.

The integrity of your law, history, political science, and technology programs should be of great concern to you. Obama is facing very serious federal crimes under RICO statutes and as well as treason, obstruction of justice and intimidating a witness.

I have not transformed into an LGBTi person and straight. Here LGBTi Studies, Presidential Studies, and Administration of Justice are all heavily damaged. The civil damages to Harvard University may be catastrophic due to the amount of sworn and fiduciary officials who are alumnus.

The Democratic Party has officially endorsed Gay Marriage. The issue is compounded by the hypocritical performance for this argument in California. The ethnography that was attempted but not finished yet on this site was scripted to predict I would defect to a MSM male in the LGBTi paradigm. MOEC is a homosexual blackmail and extortion ring paired with an in continuo Chemical Assault Scorched Earth Program. Marriage breaking has been extensive in the United States especially for bisexual females that interacted with the Gay Militia of LAPD.

I will write an Origin II next year. I had wanted to work on the ethnography before July 1, 2013. Events near Vice President Joe Biden in Kent County which I exposed too will begin the development of the new text.

The Salton Sea is once again despoiled on the eve of a major presidential election. This is ignominy for Barack Obama and his mythology. Similarly George W Bush, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Jerry Brown are also criminally liable. The tactic of being a desperado undermining individuals and structures goes to Cambridge Law School. As seen they have seriously damaged UC and USC here in California.

The DOMA Windsor case has been won by the LGBTi side. It does not appear to be the knockout punch for federal Gay Marriage and may even be strengthening state rights to define marriage.

The collusion between Republicans and Democrats is no more evident than the mock debates being staged by Obama and Romney. With less than three weeks out the race is close.

The more false history that is created the greater the damage is to academia. I need to consider writing to the authors of Administration of Justice textbooks and curricula. There is overwhelming damage to the American policeman. The LGBTi Movement needs to consider such especially in areas of stalking and STD transmission.

The development of Singularity as tool of despotism to sanitize Crimes against Humanity is focalized especially in the areas related to rationality and Superintelligence.

I am exhausted from the summer wildfires and heat. I hope to write slightly larger prompts and small papers as I cap off my presentation.

I am endorsing a Boycott of the 2012 Presidential Election. The American Presidency since Ronald Reagan on June 17, 1987 has been aware of a Manifest Chemical Assault Scorched Earth Program.

Barack Obama has run for the presidency twice with the Salton Sea Chemically Attacked. The first time being in 2008. Mitt Romney, Paul Ran, and Joe Biden are no strangers to incompetence and corruption. The Republicans and Democrats are collusive in what appears to be a universal attack on the human race itself.

It appears that professors from Cambridge Law School many years past designed the defection model and have implemented such from Scotland Yard and Los Angeles Police Department. The attack is focused on Gay Marriage and LGBTi issues. A central component of this structure and process is Marriage Breaking. This is disguised as Marriage Making but in particular the females that following the dating that is arranged through the police suffer a very high divorce rate.

If I reflect over my high school years the divorce rate in certain circles is near 60 percent. Some cliques of friends are 100 percent. What is unique is that I lived in the same working class neighborhood as Joe Biden when he first ran for the Senate in 1972. He has probably shook has with every person that I knew from this era that has divorced.

Equally confusing now is whether LGBTi persons have a right to marry under the Equal Protection and Due Process Clause of the 14^th Amendment.

As far as Obama is concerning the United States is on the verge of war with Iran over nuclear development. Syria, it's ally has been accused of using Chemical Weapons. At least 25 persons have been killed by Hurricane Sandy on the east coast. There are over 400 case of fungal meningitis with about 30 deaths and increasing.

In a manifest attack, there are over 1.2 million HIV AIDS cases with perhaps 300,000 infected without realizing such. 3 million persons are infected with Hepatitis C.

Obama and Romney are clearly obstacles in creating a just society.

As per the United Kingdom they have either attacked the United States or they have not. They have also undermined LGBTi History or they have not. The United States has been attacked by actors pursuing a LGBTi Mission.

The University of California is nowhere to be seen.

Tel Aviv has been bombed from Gaza escalating tensions in the Mideast. With the Syrian War displacing over 400,000 persons an attack on Iran's nuclear complex while a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth is ongoing is a huge blunder.

While I support the non proliferation of nuclear weapons and would support a strike on Iran if weapons are being developed, it is irrational to believe that the interests of the human race, United States, United Kingdom and Israel are being served by a Chemical Warfare program targeting gay marriage.

The Supreme Court is conferencing on November 30, 2012. Prop 8 and DOMA cases are scheduled for consideration.

It is clear that UC Berkeley et al. have no volition to address these deplorable conditions to their own injury.

As the sun sets in winter I have always had to juggle my schedule.

As seen I will be sharper in my observations.

The undermining of the culture and leading persons has clearly created a class and generational confrontation. Overall defection to clandestine processes still defines the United States as an Informant Nation in a purge. On December 7, 2012 the Supreme Court certified Proposition 8 and Windsor (DOMA). Recreational Marijuana is now legal in Washington. These two items are part of the interests of MOEC. As such they solidify the blunder committed by the authorship, Cambridge Law School and their accomplices and accessories through history. It appears that Barack Obama is content as an individual to be blackmailed and extorted through his two terms. He has not made any official effort to end the conspiracy or it's manifest activities.

Hence it is quite possible for low level actors in LAPD to maintain escalation. If the damages mount, it is then possible for variations in the line to terminate the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth without any intent or act from Obama.

This would seal his historic legacy as incompetent and corrupt.

To date I would like to return in part on the ethnography as it is part of a challenge that LAPD is losing. The cohort rivals include the University of California. Since I have 151 UC transferable credits at a GPA of 3.42 this is a possibility. I would graduate from Columbia College then maybe apply to a UC Graduate Program.

The concept of undermining cannot be overstated. I have been using marginalization but combining both concepts from both law and the game of chess will provide very strong thinking close to the authorship.

I have been performing some basic research into MOEC. Holon 10 is supposed to be Neo Superstructure. It appears to be no more than Liberation Theory rehash as proposed by many South American thinkers. Who came first. If one reads Origin, MOCMand Lycurgus one can easily see the Freudo Marxist Outline. The reason I have not written Neo Superstructure is that I do not agree with a transition from the Mechanistic Materialism of Marx to a theistic based socialism. This socialism is also a LGBTi based model. I will state that culture is heterosexist. MOEC is Gay Irrationalist Gay Know Nothing. This could be a significant victory for Reich. This is also a defeat for the LGBTi Movement, the Irrationalist Presidents Reagan Obama, and Democracy.

Since June 17, 1987, there has been a Manifest Chemical Assault Scorched Earth being operated in continuo in the United States. This event has direct implications on Philosophy and the University of California. The event is alleged Cambridge Law School as the proximate cause or Origin. The authorship have named themselves Mobilization of Empire and Civilization or MOEC. Three other labels of their creation are the Irrationalist Presidents, Gay Irrationalism Gay Know Nothing, Joe Virus. Hence one person is alienated from one's natural and legal rights before his sovereign or head of state. This process is facilitated by mutual aid violations from Scotland Yard and Los Angeles Police Department. The mechanism reflects the membership that designs the expansion and contraction of the United Kingdom.

The Strategic Mission at this point of time is Gay Marriage. Cells of Male Same Sex Male officers have been formed in LAPD. There are alleged to be 250 to 500 officers at work in three shifts 24/7 352 days per year. The correct process for sworn officials who are duty bound reflects the proximate cause test to find and prosecute all the principal, accomplices, and accessories. The data I have posits that the 1930 era is the most culpable. This would harken back to the Bertrand Russell Ludwig Wittgenstein era. This would certainly be problematic for Cambridge. I have heard sound bites of what are reputed to be these two persons but it is not implicative. Undermining is the main focus of MOEC. Since a University has about 250 domains in it's catalog and teaches 125 in a cycle this directly affects UC Berkeley. President Ronald Reagan did not attempt to prosecute the proximate cause to the Origin and then permitted the attack to escalate to the next four presidents now with Barack Obama creating the Irrationalist Presidents. If this Irrationalist posture develops apologist then such forms Gay Fascism. Gay Irrationalism Gay Know Nothing is an architected virus against spirituality, morality, and political philosophy. It has been embedded in Consequentialism with an advantage for Deontology. This work appears to be the outcome between Gay Cambridge lawyers and actors from the Theology and Philosophy department from Trinity College. The identification of the actor who authored the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth is the most prominent feature and fatal mistake of the President of the United States. MOEC Studies is a particular study of the prisoner's dilemma defection model that creates and contracts the United Kingdom. The attack has a Strategic Mission of Gay Marriage. It is allegedly authored by Cambridge Law School and implemented by Scotland Yard and Los Angeles Police Departments.

The hare has lost it's spectacles. Since the inception of the manifest attack, there has been no official recognition by the United States, United Nations, any sovereign government, faith movement, human rights organization (NGO), or academic institution. The Garden of Enchiridion as Ethnography

Lycurgus II will function as an ethnography. I am writing within a storyboarding concept that is similar to crime scene re enactment programming. This is also autobiographical. Attempting to develop this style of writing will help recreate the activities of MOEC. Lycurgus II has only one chapter to date.

I am very tightly scheduled. I believe the crystallization of MOEC Studies is very dynamic while the academic world is ritualistic and static. The children of the world are the future. Their education and development are being corrupted by MOEC. They have a right to be informed concerning the conditions that are injuring them and why no one is doing anything about such.

It is likely that Proposition 8 will be ruled on in June. The Civil War in Syria appears to be an engagement of brinkmanship and diplomacy. Hezbollah has entered on Syria's side drawing Lebanon into the conflict. Lake Almanor is once again despoiled. This makes a mockery of environmentalism. The zeitgeist has not produced any credible figure to date. I am the only individual to DIRECTLY CONFRONT MOEC. UC California and other top flite institutions are a façade of their reputations.

There is no academic volition to confront the conditions of the real world of our experience. Tyranny thrives on the Good focusing on Abstracts. There is no direct challenge to their actions. I sincerely believe that Automation is going that to make persons obsolete in the workplace. The combination of being an informant stalker creates an external internal threat to a firm that outweighs any benefits from hiring more persons. I am slowly organizing MOEC Studies into a both a method and a historical record.

The children of the past, present, and future are not being taught the facts and moral arguments they need to know to base their intents and acts on the System of MOEC and it's Undermining. Currently I am writing you from Westwood, Lassen County California. The United States has conducted a de facto Chemical Assault Scorched Earth program since June 17, 1987. This event has resulted in a successful attack on the United States, the presidency, the Constitution, and the Social Contract Theory. The authorship has scripted a Gay Irrationalist Gay Know Nothing driver as a pre Fascist stage. In recent history every time an Irrationalist Fascist state has emerged Germany, Italy, Japan, and Spain the socialists have had an opportunity to rule. This was intended to occur at Reagan's expense but also has implicated what the authorship has called the Irrationalist Presidents Reagan Obama.

Janet Napolitano Nominated to Succeed As UC President

U.S. Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano has been nominated for appointment as the 20th president of the University of California, it was announced today (July 12).

Regent Sherry Lansing, chair of a 10 member special search committee, said Napolitano rose to the top from a large field of candidates and was recommended on a unanimous vote.

The full Board of Regents will act on the recommendation Thursday, July 18, during a special meeting following the board's regular bimonthly meeting in San Francisco.

"I am both honored and excited by the prospect of serving as president of the University of California, "Napolitano said in a statement." If appointed, I intend to reach out and listen to chancellors, to faculty, to students, to the state's political leaders, to regents, to the heads of the other public higher education systems and, of course, to President Yudof and his team, who have done so much to steer the University of California through some extremely rough waters."

Lansing called Napolitano, "a distinguished and dedicated public servant who has earned trust at the highest, most critical levels of our country's government. She has proven herself to be a dynamic, hard working and transformative leader."

"As governor of Arizona, she was an effective advocate for public education, and a champion for the life changing opportunities that education provides...Those who know her best say that a passion for education is in her DNA."

"As Secretary of Homeland Security," Lansing added, "she has been an ardent advocate for the federal Dream Act and the architect of a policy that protects from deportation young undocumented immigrants who are pursuing a college education."

Napolitano said she recognized she was a non traditional candidate to lead the University of California with its 10 campuses, five medical centers, three affiliated national laboratories and a statewide agriculture and natural resources programs.

Dear Attorney General Kamala Harris,

In the past week ex Homeland Secretary Janet Napolitano has resigned from the Obama Administration. The regents approved her for the post of the President of the University of California on July 18, 2013. This rapid paradigm shift has focalized what is named MOEC or Mobilization of Empire and Civilization. This is the name of the actual in continuo Chemical Assault Scorched Earth program imposed over my natural person and citizenship here in Westwood, Lassen County, California.

Two Simultaneous Eternities Can Not Exist

At issue is the Sovereign Citizen Relationship and the alienation of my Bill of Right protections. For simplicities purpose we will argue the 8th Amendment, There shall be no cruel and unusual punishment, and the 14th Amendment Equal Protection and Due Process clause.

This Undermining attack is alleged to be the authorship of Cambridge Law School, United Kingdom. These actors have developed a Gay Militia that is guiding the attack from Los Angeles Police Department. There is an ideological construction known as Gay Irrationalism Gay Know Nothing that reflects these actor’s human repertoire of intents and actions.

The attack is predicated on a Same Sex Qualification for Constitutional Rights. I am heterosexual.

If criminal and civil charges were filed against the Sheriff and District Attorney of Lassen, this County would go immediately into bankruptcy. Plumas alone is $1.5 behind on it's budget. The very first suit would push these rural counties over the edge. The insurance companies will not pay out on simple liability claims to criminals. There is a problem with 90 percent of the population. Lassen will attempt to press charges and counter sue LAPD, City of Los Angeles, County of Los Angeles, United States, Cambridge Law School and the United Kingdom.

You are correctly brought as the County can represent the State in all actions in California. Internationally you are also criminally and civilly liable as LAPD is responsible for many actions especially in Mexico.

Origin is also a structure and process in spacetime that desires to expose holons to it's defection processes. The model is reflective of 1930s classical conditioning or behaviorism. The human individual living in social society may be a holon. The Higgs Bosom particle may be a holon. The entire Cosmos or creation may also be the holon or focal target that is being operated on by the system Origin or MOEC.

As stated Origin is one of the names of the Organic Cell.

MOEC is already a prima facie Cultural Singularity with a censorship and sanitization of 7.1 billion persons worldwide in continuo.

These themes are very important to the development of Superintelligence and the development of Technological Singularity.

The Origin Model, is designed as a cell which is morphogenetic. It is also an attack of the emergent discipline area of Cognitive Science.

Origin was designed in a table with cells and is an apparent attempt to build a GUI interface for software. This is very important because many of it's materials reflect emergent 1930s era social science and behaviorism. It also appears that materials were modified at a later date but these acts are usually attributed to the 1930s and the Membership.

Origin reflects a universal Undermining Defection Model UDM. It has the abstract appearance of containing the possibility of having positive subsystems. However it's operations are not. The Ideal Model is useful for studying one system. This system may be non mechanistic or mechanistic. Modern social science argues that an Ideal State model should be in place first in the development of collective human repertoire. The model should then be systematically implemented.

These two models and Origin appear to have a very sharp focus on the Theory of Motility, how learning occurs, and ethology or the survival fitness of the individual. They appear to be prototypes in developing Origin.

There is a distinct feedback loop between the models. It does not seem likely that the Ideal State Model was completed first then Triangulated second and Origin third. This would argue a strict sequential research model.

It appears that the Authorship worked on versions of these models and back attributed such to the 1930s.

Origin, will be a Two Part presentation. Part I will focus on the Ideal State and touch upon the Triangulated Model. Part II will focus on Origin. The focal system in question will be the Vedas and it's social system varna asrama.
