Dear Senator Frist and Chairman Dean,

I am writing to draw attention to the following two cases plus that of David Nollmeyer, my self. In the first instance Yury Bandazhevsky prima facie appears to be oppressed as the results of his criticism of the Chernobyl Disaster. The contamination of the environment should be a focal concern regardless of our ideologies as we all share the same world.

In following James Henry Graf makes a claim that he is being denied access to medications and processes that could help him. He has appeared to have been stonewalled and has taken his case to the ICCPR which the United States has not ratified. Mr. Graf speaks of environmental contamination, which could be fatal for his health. Mr. Graf would like to point out that he has made his claim concerning Denmark.

As both of you are medical practitioners this issue should be of great concern as current environmental damage in the United States is not recognized.

The last issue is that of David Nollmeyer. On April 25, 2005 19 years of oppression will have transpired with much contamination of United States living space attacked from within. The universality of life is prima facie evident in my case. The caseload is available at:

I urge you in light that you have and will have an impact on the Presidency, which has been negligent and omissive in meeting the needs of the nation. I will press on quietly as the lifespan of this abuse appears to be reaching its peak although I do not believe letting such events drift hastens any positive resolution.

I am deeply concerned about the imprisonment of Yury Bandazhevsky, a respected medical specialist who was sentenced to eight years imprisonment in June 2001. Although he was convicted of receiving bribes from students seeking admission to the medical institute he led, the independent human rights organization Amnesty International concluded that he was jailed solely on account of his scientific research into the Chernobyl nuclear disaster and his criticism of the way in which state authorities responded to the crisis.

I am aware that after the Chernobyl nuclear reactor exploded in April 1986, the radioactive contamination led to serious health problems for people living in the areas affected by the fallout, displaced thousands from their homes, and devastated agricultural lands in the region. An expert in the field of radiation exposure, Professor Bandazhevsky examined the effects of the radioactive fallout on the health of the people living in southern Belarus, located only miles from the Chernobyl reactor across the Ukrainian border.

In late 2004, Professor Bandazhevsky became seriously ill and was transferred from a corrective labor facility in the Grodno region to Minsk, where he received medical treatment. However, in January 2005 authorities transferred him back to the Grodno labor facility, where he is assigned to work for a private agricultural enterprise in the village of Peskovtsy. Amnesty International considers Yury Bandazhevsky to be a prisoner of conscience.

Belarusian authorities have stated that Professor Bandazhevsky completed two thirds of his sentence on January 6, 2005, making him eligible for early release. I urge you to bring about his immediate release, and I thank you in advance for your kind assistance.

No, I haven't seen that report. Can you give me a specific reference?

In 1997, I tested negative for HIV and HTLV. I have had no high risk sex since 1973. From 1978 until 1991, I was married. My former wife has had no problems and has had a child with her second husband. They are also healthy. When lab technicians at the clinic draw my blood (prothrombin time), they don't even use rubber gloves.

If I had AIDS, it seems to me that my condition would have deteriorated much more rapidly than it has, especially in the absence of effective treatment. Remember, my CD4 test in 1997 was about 540. By 1998, it had actually risen to 670 (in that year, I started taking Echinacea capsules).

There are, however, certain persons in the world who would like to see others consider me an AIDS patient.

My UN complaints involve two specific committees that function under the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights. These committees are mandated to implement two specific treaties, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights with its Optional Protocol, which permits individual complaints against the nations that have ratified it, and the Convention Against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman, or Degrading Treatment or Punishment, which includes Article 22, a provision that likewise permits individual complaints against the nations that have ratified it. Dealing with individual complaints against certain nations, including Denmark and the Netherlands, is part of the official mandate of these committees. They have nothing to do with other situations or conditions, only with those nations that have ratified the treaties and with the very few nations that have recognized their competence in accepting and processing individual complaints. It is entirely reasonable, therefore, to expect that they will process my obscenely delayed complaints against Denmark and the Netherlands.

My UN complaints are the last, the only, hope for me, the only option remaining. Since the 1980s, I have tried by every means at my disposal not only to obtain justice under law, but also to gain the support of individuals and organizations that ought to care (see "A Nation in Denial" on my web site). Nothing, nothing, and more nothing.

Now I'm too sick to move, and since Federal personnel are involved in my situation, it probably wouldn't do me any good anyway.

What I'm doing on the Internet is trying to make people aware of the situation of which my fate is a part and trying to mobilize public support for my UN complaints, which, as I said above, are my only remaining hope.

I don't fight with people on the Internet (I presume you are referring to my newsgroup posts). When trolls attack me (which is most of the time), I generally use the opportunity to provide more information that I hope objective minded persons will read. You don't know, I don't know, the trolls don't know, the US Government doesn't know, how many persons in how many countries could be reading my posts. That element of uncertainty helps me keep going.

I am writing you to call your attention to the CONTINUED DIRE CIRCUMSTANCES CONCERNING THE CHEMICAL CONTAMINATION OF THE ENVIRONMENT.

THIS IS CONCERNING YOUR STATUS AS AN ARIZONA SENATOR AND 2008 PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE.

FROM FEBRUARY 12 ONWARD TO THE 20TH WATER AND OTHER CONSUMER GOODS IN STORES FROM LAKE HAVASU TO PARKER WERE CONTAMINATED.

I COULD NOT PURCHASE FOOD FROM A RESTAURANT NOR CLOTHING FROM A STORE. ALL MOTELS AND HOUSING WERE BEING SPRAYED.

THE SHERIFFS OF MOHAVE AND PIMA COUNTY SHOULD BE PROSECUTED. HOMELAND SECURITY SECRETARY CHERTOFF SHOULD BE CONTACTED AS WELL AS ATTORNEY GENERAL GONZALEZ.

The Colorado River and now the Sacramento area are seriously contaminated. One can not even use clean tap water at a public facility as restaurant or park.

The air in Parker Az and Earp Ca on 2-11-07 and 3-11-07 were the worst I have experienced in 20 years.

One would suffer minor chemical burns.

(The area of LAKE AND MENDOCINO ARE ALSO AFFECTED.)

I have no choice but to travel through Northern California. Besides the human cost,I would argue that Mendocino’s abalone fields and Sonoma's wineries will perish from their world class status.

I have attempted to wash my possessions of these chemicals and it is futile.

An interesting facet of this event is LAPD is attempting to portray me as gay bisexual.

THEY ARE THE MOST DAMAGING EVENT IN LGBT HISTORY.

THE COUNTRY HAS MARCHED OFF TO CULTURE WAR AS THE NAZIS DID TO THE JEWS.

I am writing you today to protest the systematic violation of my protected constitutional state rights.

I have entered Garberville at 3:55 pm 0n the 3rd of April. I was dropped adjacent to the Sherwood Motel. I walked the length Redwood Drive and proceeded west out of town.

The population is an antisocial deindividuated mob.

There is a prima facie chemical assault ongoing in Humboldt County.

This level of intensity began on 2-12-07 in Earp CA Parker AZ.

The Colorado River was contaminated up to Laughlin NV.

I am in the process of complaining to the authorities.

Clear Lake is despoiled. A diver has perished of the Mendocino Coast near where I was camping.

The aerial spraying from autos will cause low grade chemical burns on the skin.

I am arguing that LAPD members as "Gay Militia" are acting out of jurisdiction under the guise of mutual aid.

The situation in Northern CA is untenable. Yesterday on the other side of the country 33 persons were killed. Yesterday was also my father John Albert Nollmeyer's birthday now deceased.

I am writing to you out of deep concern due to the negligence/and or criminality in the contamination of the environment from 2-12-07 in Earp CA and Parker AZ.

The Colorado River was completely contaminated by an acidic mixture. This is no exaggeration.

By 2-21-07 I traveled through to Blythe CA and the Laughlin NV. The Colorado River was polluted.

From late February Sacramento was contaminated. I traveled north through Cache Creek. A deputy dropped me off at the Colusa County Line. The creek has been polluted and is ruined now.

Clear Lake was polluted to the touch. I traveled to Mendocino County. I camped out near Caspar Beach.

One day after I left a diver perished off the Mendocino headlands about three miles south of where I was. The Pacific Ocean was so polluted I would bath and still do without dunking my head.

The Eel River has been contaminated from 4-03-07 to my knowledge. I am now on such south Redway California.

THIS AGENCY IS DE FACTO OR CRIMINAL IN NOT INVESTIGATING AND PROSECUTING THESE EVENTS.

Senator Clinton, I am writing you to request in the simplest of terms that you resign from your Senate seat and the 2008 Presidential Campaign. Since June 17, 2007, exactly the 200th anniversary of the United States Constitution de facto law enforcement have engaged in an open Systematic Human Rights Event.

I have been held under SEVERE ELECTRONIC SURVEILLANCE, CHEMICAL ASSAULT, HARASSMENT BASICALLY BY INFORMANTS WHO LAY IN WAIT AND SLAM DOORS, AND OTHER FORMS OF BEHAVIOR THAT HAVE A VERY HIGH PROPENSITY TO SPREAD DISEASE.

Another component of this abuse is GAY BAITING AND THE USE OF RED HERRING/STRAWMAN ARGUMENTS. I AM A LIFELONG HETEROSEXUAL WHO HAS NEVER ENGAGED IN ANY FORM OF LGBT BEHAVIOR.

President Bush, since your election in November of 2000, your range of leadership has been continuation of a Perfect Dictator. On June 17, 1987, the 200th anniversary of the United States Constitution, a de facto system of electronic surveillance, chemical assaults (scorched earth) and intimidation of opposition began with then President Reagan.

This event was lead by a cell of Gay Militant Officers of Los Angeles Police Department California. They have further escalated the chemical assaults from February 13, 2007 from Parker, Arizona and Earp, California to chemical contaminate ALL SURFACE WATER AS RIVERS AND LAKES.

Your incompetence on issue as Human Rights has lead to a clear deterioration in your administration, the Republican Party, and the demonization of neo conservatism. Senator Clinton in comments made in Portsmouth, NH stated that one of her goals as president was to "work within the system"; and the other was not act like such does not exist. The system in question is the Constitution. Clinton is clearly signaling that she wishes to continue the White Lie begun by Reagan, continued by both Bush and her husband, and now highly escalated by President Bush.

The totalitarian isolation of myself clearly also is a successful attack on citizenship and the substantive rights actually contained the Bill of Rights. Number 8 clearly states that "There shall be no cruel and unusual treatment."

There is no rational manner to explain President Bush's misgivings or condone hers.

By using severe electronic surveillance, chemical assault, and arranging for the average person to harass me, this country is no more than clamoring for the tyrant.

Hillary Clinton and her propaganda machinery headed by Doctor Howard Dean, have to reexamine their push for Universal Health Care. Is this because by abusing the Constitutional Rights of everyone they will be so sick and congenitively injured the government will have no remedy but free health services?

Is Senator Clinton a legitimate candidate or a wolf in sheep's clothing?

Al Gore is now High Priest of the environmental movement. I don't believe that any participants in this cult have thought it prudent to question his activities in the destruction of the environment.

I am in Big Pine CA. There is no uncontaminated surface water. The Owens River is completely contaminated. The wheat field behind me is contaminated from the water.

The Republican Debate two days previous that was also the official entry for participation by Fred Thompson only demonstrates the corrupt nature of both International and American political culture.

The United States is undergoing catastrophic environmental despoliation. This is most severe in Inyo Mono Counties of CA, along the AZ CA border region of the Colorado River, and the entire coast from Oregon to at least Los Angeles.

I am a foil for this breach of Homeland Security which is being carried out by LAPD. This unit is collapsing with a Gay Militia that wishes to isolate and destroy the environment. I am a social conservative who advocates traditional heterosexual marriage. The original target appears to be Ronald Reagan.

Fred Thompson's appearance contrary to conventional media punditry, reveals that he like the other candidates are consistently abusing power to institutionalize the concrete destruction of natural persons and the environment.

For a sworn official Fred Thompson does not appear in the least to be concerned with upholding the Constitution.

America has been clamoring for tyranny. The human rights community and spiritual missions too, are content to be externalizing economic concerns over substantive moral and economic concerns which are necessities not luxuries.

Soon perhaps before it is too late someone or a group may emerge to restore order.

This someone or group is not Fred Thompson or the 2008 Candidates.

My name is David Nollmeyer. I am writing you today to critique the role of the University of California over the time period of June 17, 1987 in continuo. This period of history has witnessed the unfolding of a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth that has been imposed over my natural person and citizenship. Prima facie California is enduring the brunt of the environmental, cultural, and legal damage. Since February 12, 2007 the surface water in my vicinity has been chemically destroyed. This began with the Colorado River north of Blythe, California. Currently Lake Almanor and Clear Creek in Plumas County are destroyed.

Manifest Function: A LGBTi militancy is being conducted out of Los Angeles Police Department. They are attempting to avenge Gay History. They are a Joe Virus. They are irrationalist or pre fascist. Their lack of skill and dedication to being a homeland security officer will and has damaged the United States and the history of five presidents: Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush, William Clinton, George W. Bush, and Barack Obama. I am lifetime cradle to grave heterosexual. I do not support opposite sex marriage and have a legal and credible record over the time period in question to support this statement as fact.

Latent Function: The event appears to be authored by Cambridge Law School, United Kingdom. In doing so they have attacked the United States and the University of California.

The University of California has the legal responsibility of recording the history of this state. The History, Philosophy, Social Sciences (Sociology, Psychology, Political Science, Anthropology, and Economics) and Law appear to have the greatest damage.

LGBTi studies if they are undertaken at all here would be a sanitized and corrupt sham. This important as these persons are desiring to have LGBTi taught as African American or Native American History.

The aperture of Gay Irrationalism through LAPD is a SEVERE ANOMALY. Every minority group that has attempted to be code officers has done so with valor and with normative skill with the majority culture in the United States. If one were to examine the degradation of my external environment and my STATELESS CONDITION, I have over 26 federal lawsuits it is evident that the worldwide censorship not only needs the defection of the United States president and Homeland Security Department, but the corruption of the media and academics as well.

It is clearly evident that a diseconomy of legal duty and academic commitment at the University of California is damaging the school and is a THREAT TO WORLD PEACE. I am openly requesting that you resign immediately for de facto and negligent conduct in your role as president of the University of California.

Capstone of the Historical Presentation

An accurate discovery and validation of a crime without confounding is a cornerstone event. I have already have made legal documentation citing Cambridge Law School as the origin. These authors are psychopaths. They did not have any real concern over anyone's wellbeing and certainly not mine. What is unique is that these persons are appear to be LGBT orientated. I am spiritually orientated and heterosexual. They have attempted with LAPD to front me for their concerns which I have refuted. I have the legal records and memos that are not subject to falsification.

The present Cambridge University has not recognized this event preferring to kowtow to the United States. When are any academics going to publish on the event of the century for the United States?

Preliminary Description of Manifest and Latent Functions

The continuum of events from June 17, 1987 in continuo through 2009. The discovery will focus in degree on proving a basic dichotomy of manifest and latent functions.

Manifest Function: De facto and negligent activities are being ordered from Los Angeles Police Department, California through mutual aid violations with various law enforcement agencies to attack the United States, it's constitution, and presidency. This is facilitated by attacking my citizenship, international human rights, natural person, as a member of the natural species of homo sapiens. (David Nollmeyer).

LAPD is LGBTi orientated and I am a strict heterosexual. This in combination with my Japanese ancestry accounts for systematic torture. In degree, an epistemological attack on the natural five senses, mind, and environment have given way to a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth, 24/7 electronic surveillance, and systematic harassment by surrounding informant agents in my vicinity which constitute being an accomplice accessory to a hate crime. Treason is also a possibility.

This systematic activity is prosecutable under Title 18 of the United States Federal Code as a crime and the Convention Against Torture, CAT.

Latent Function: This systematic activity is alleged to have be designed as an act of war by Cambridge Law School. This event was alleged to have been designed to avenge LGBTi history.

Basic Research Framework and Goals

The entire entrapment can be reduced to prisoner's dilemma. It is also predicated in part on an interdisciplinary ethnographic model which will also be become a subject here. I have been deliberately entrapped ad hominem, hence alienated from my legal primary rights which would be under the Bill of Rights in the United States. The original model appears to be an extension of the activities that plan the expansion and contraction of the British Empire.

I am operating on this premise but focusing this forced participation observation experimentation on positive law to prosecute within the United States first.

Further Research Framework

A historical concept of laws: Eternal, Natural, and Positive Law is very prominent and was employed extensively with contrast to phenomenological perspectives.

The event reduces to prisoner's dilemma.

It has a formal name from the Origin and authorship as Mobilization of Empire and Civilization or the acronym MOEC.

This work appears to be state planning and eugenic in nature. LGBTi persons do not reproduce naturally. They need to recruit, adopt, or use artificial means to reproduce or replenish their ranks.

The systems and the ecology of systems model appears to be a template and will be used with interdisciplinary content.

The Social Contract Theory and the sovereign citizen relationship will be examined.

Since accepting your legal oath of office you have been de facto and negligent in recognizing the cruel, inhumane, and degrading circumstances that persist in the State of California and are radiating outward from Los Angeles Police Department towards the remaining states and world.

My name is Bhakta David Nollmeyer. I have been residing in Desert Shores, California and the Salton Sea is deliberately contaminated to alienate me from my state and federal constitutional rights.

This is a gender and faith based hate crime. I am alienated because I am an opposite sex (heterosexual male). LAPD has cell(s) of a Gay Militia. There is a sexual behavior based qualification through defection to have your rights guaranteed. I am 49.5 years of age and have zero same events or partners my entire life.

I, David Nollmeyer a legal resident of Desert Shores, California file a complaint against California Attorney General Kamala Harris for de facto and or negligent behavior that is under the color of law. Since assuming the sworn office of Attorney General of California AG Harris has not upheld her oath to protect the citizens and natural persons of this state since January 3, 2011.

The Salton Sea in South Eastern California has been deliberately chemically contaminated. This is a prima facie event. Air is contaminated by persons driving with caustic substances in their gas tanks. Food and tangible properties in stores are contaminated at factories and sent in this area to constrain and alienate me from my rights.

I am severely stalked by persons who lay in weight at locations as stores and the post office where I must be able to move freely to sustain my life. The most salient behavior is the slamming of a car door to impede and false imprison one.

I am a lifelong heterosexual male. I am also a ritvik Hare Krishna. I need access to clean vegetarian food. I have not drank water since February 12, 2007. I have to purchase other liquids to sustain my life.

Statement of Facts

This Chemical Assault Scorched Earth program has been imposed over my natural person and citizenship as a usurpation by a Gay Militia being carried out by a cell(s) in Los Angeles Police Department, LAPD. They are Male Same Sex Male or MSM. (CC Article 1, Section 17)

I state unambiguously that I am a heterosexual or opposite sex and continue to follow this identity and behavior under my California State Rights and faith. I am being used as a foil to attack the natural persons and citizens of California. The use of homosexual (same sex) values versus heterosexual (opposite sex) values is related to the core values and principles of Gaudiya Vaishnavism. In particularity I am following the teachings of Srila Prabhupada who taught against homosexuality or same sex although he was tolerant if his followers were obeying a prohibition on illicit sex. The magnitude of my alienation of rights and the quantum of force used to attack the majority, I would state that all 38 million persons in California are under a de facto Chemical Assault Scorched Earth is based on retaliation by MSM or Male Same Sex Male officers in LAPD against opposition to Gay Marriage. Summary

California Attorney General Kamala Harris is a de facto and negligent sworn official. She has violated her oath of office. She is therefore in violation of the California State Bar and her license to practice should be revoked.

The magnitude of the attack on the Salton Sea, California shocks the conscience.

Prima facie any individuals as per se HIV AIDS positive persons whose health is also predicated on exposure to chemical contaminants from the environment must also be considered when quantifying the de facto and negligent behavior of Attorney General Harris.

This is clearly an emergency situation and the right to due process to secure the persons and the state are not demonstrable by the legal behavior of Attorney General Harris.

The California Bar should suspend and revoke the license of Kamala Harris to practice law.

Today you celebrated the Fourth of July by presiding at a naturalization ceremony for active military personnel. I am totally in agreement with you on this issue.

I also affirm your following statements;

With this ceremony today, and ceremonies like it across our country, we affirm another truth: Our American journey, our success, would simply not be possible without the generations of immigrants who have come to our shores from every corner of the globe. We say it so often, we sometimes forget what it means, we are a nation of immigrants. Unless you are one of the first Americans, a Native American, we are all descended from folks who came from someplace else, whether they arrived on the Mayflower or on a slave ship, whether they came through Ellis Island or crossed the Rio Grande.

Immigrants signed their names to our Declaration and helped win our independence. Immigrants helped lay the railroads and build our cities, calloused hand by calloused hand. Immigrants took up arms to preserve our union, to defeat fascism, and to win a Cold War. Immigrants and their descendants helped pioneer new industries and fuel our Information Age, from Google to the iPhone. So the story of immigrants in America isn't a story of "them," it's a story of "us". It's who we are. And now, all of you get to write the next chapter.

Fact: My citizenship and natural person has been alienated by a de facto Gay Militia operating out of LAPD. I will also state that the Matthew Shepard (Matthew was a gay male murdered in Wyoming and Hate Prevention laws are presented in his honor) murder was ordered by the same actors that have blackmailed and extorted you and Homeland Secretary Napolitano.

As a young man Vice President Biden and I lived in the same housing development, Rodney Village in Delaware. I believe in history tapes will reveal the neighbor children and myself playing in his backyard and showing folkstyle wrestling moves to one another. This will be a result of mutual aid violations from LAPD and the Delaware State Police. This is the mechanism that is alleged in the Shepard murder. I eventually met Biden's first wife Neila and daughter Naomi at a envelop stuffing for his successful 1972 Senate Campaign. I do not remember meeting Beau, now Delaware Attorney General. I do however remember Hunter who was told at times to walk on his tippy toes by LAPD through the neighborhood during these mutual aid violations.

On December 18, 1972, a few weeks after the election, Biden's wife and one year old daughter were killed in an automobile accident while Christmas shopping in Hockessin, Delaware. As Barack Obama is an alumnus of Harvard University, and Mitt Romney as well, this issue should concern you as Obama is continuing to condone a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth program that is imposed over my natural person and citizenship.

Obama is clearly using a corrupt pattern of defection to maintain his fiction as President of the United States. Obama clearly knew before his presidential bid that these activities were in continuo since June 17, 1987 when Ronald Reagan was the president.

The integrity of your law, history, political science, and technology programs should be of great concern to you. Obama is facing very serious federal crimes under RICO statutes and as well as treason, obstruction of justice and intimidating a witness.

I am in McCloud, California and I can guarantee you that all 38 million residents of this state could press some form of criminal or civil action against Obama if justice was not obstructed based on the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth.

Dear Professor Eskridge,

I am writing you today because I have an understanding that you are interested in the transition effects between mass movements and the Supreme Court.

I have applied for a writ of certiorari in one case: Nollmeyer v. United States Government cv 98-7015. Certiorari was denied on January 19, 1999.

The case proceeded from the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals: Nollmeyer v. United States Government cv-97-2306.

The case of first instance was in the United States Federal District for New Mexico: Nollmeyer v. United States Government, Delaware State Police, et al. cv 95 0139.

In the case of first instance and the appeal the cases were pleaded pro se informa pauperus. The central issue was the lack of in personemm jurisdiction due to the lack of empirical presence of the Delaware State Police in New Mexico. Both cases were dismissed sua ponte by the jurist.

In the trial of first and second instance no discovery was permitted. The court was requested to seat a grand jury. This would have easily led to restraining orders and a strike against LAPD. The case was read as criminal by the judge(s).

Since there was no intervention by the court, the attack by the State against the Citizen has escalated to horrific proportions.

I am positing that cases supra as the worst catastrophe in History of the Supreme Court.

The application for certiorari was denied.

The strongest a fortiori premise is that the proximate cause Cambridge Law School has authored a Crime against Humanity, Treason against the United States, RICO violations, obstructing justice, mutilating evidence, and intimidating a witness.

As seen I am the United States citizen and natural person who has been alienated from his Bill of Right protections. This has been facilitated by a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth Program. As the Secretary of State you are the lead diplomat in representing the United States with other countries. Currently I am just west of the Salton Sea in Desert Shores, California. The Salton Sea is a Scorched Earth. The air is contaminated by cars driving with chemicals in their tanks. Mexico is less than 100 miles south.

The issue is if I am being attacked with this quantum of force, then Mexico is being attacked. There are many foreign national whose governments would claim jurisdiction over if there was a serious crime.

Currently the United States and Barack Obama are asserting that a use of Chemical Weapons by Assad in Syria would change the calculus. This is very hypocritical in it's own right as the calculus has been changed since then Ronald Reagan permitted this nonsense to escalate.

Barack Obama and I are both 51 years of age. His chances of being prosecuted are quite good.

The allegation is that the British are behind this Undermining Tactic.

Since June 17, 1987, there has been a Manifest Chemical Assault Scorched Earth being operated in continuo in the United States. Three other labels of their creation are the Irrationalist Presidents, Gay Irrationalism Gay Know Nothing, Joe Virus. Hence one person is alienated from one's natural and legal rights before his sovereign or head of state. This process is facilitated by mutual aid violations from Scotland Yard and Los Angeles Police Department. The Strategic Mission at this point of time is Gay Marriage. Cells of Male Same Sex Male officers have been formed in LAPD. There are alleged to be 250 to 500 officers at work in three shifts 24/7 352 days per year. Currently I am writing you from Westwood, Lassen County California. The United States has conducted a de facto Chemical Assault Scorched Earth program since June 17, 1987. There are many reasons why UC Berkeley should be interested. In researching this event, I discovered the syllabus for Phil 114: History of Political Philosophy. It appears this mechanism has and is responsible for the expansion of the British Empire. This information was revealed to me as a link. It has never been classified and has been developed clandestinely through prisoner's dilemma. This mechanism also is responsible for the two current leak scandals as metadata and Wikileaks.

MOEC is essentially am Undermining Campaign. It's Strategic Mission for this time period is Gay Marriage which is currently waiting for judgment in Proposition 8 at the Supreme Court. The attack targeted then President Ronald Reagan by alienating my natural person and citizenship from my Bill of Right and 14th Amendment equal right and due process protections. This is based on a Same Sex Qualification for rights. Since I am heterosexual and Japanese American I was attacked. In the past week ex Homeland Secretary Janet Napolitano has resigned from the Obama Administration. The regents approved her for the post of the President of the University of California on July 18, 2013. This rapid paradigm shift has focalized what is named MOEC or Mobilization of Empire and Civilization. This is the name of the actual in continuo Chemical Assault Scorched Earth program imposed over my natural person and citizenship here in Westwood, Lassen County, California.

President Obama can not legally reside or maintain a dwelling while the nearly the entire State of California is sprayed. I am writing you today to complain of the extrajudicial Chemical Assault Scorched Earth imposed over my person since June 17, 1987. I have alleged that Cambridge Law School is the Proximate Cause sin qua non. It is very clear that I am have been attacked based on a homosexual qualification for Bill of Rights recognition before the state. Since I am a heterosexual I have no rights. I believe that this design named Mobilization of Empire of Civilization or MOEC has only alienated one natural person myself. However this mechanism which is alleged to be a defection model of hub and nodes through every police stationhouse worldwide also has secondary and tertiary targets whom are subjected to Targeted Chemical Assaults TSA. They are the Fractals of Kroni. Kroni is a Vedic Antichrist whom is fragmented but will reorganize himself for a final battle with Mayon (Krishna).

The operation is stated to be operational from LAPD. It is argued that a Gay Militia as a hub orders MOEC worldwide. This places the State of California in criminal jeopardy worldwide.

I am stating that police credential standards and POST training are too low. If police officers were tested for Algebra 3 proficiency this would end the operation as the core members are not capable of more than a glorified Algebra I. There are 36 states that mandate Algebra 3 proficiency for high school graduation. The State of Arizona mandates 4 Algebras and two courses at Algebra 3.

The interesting concern is that Francis MacDonald Cornford is figured as the Machiavelli and scapegoat of MOEC. I do not believe that he is the leader. The worst actor is figured to be the alleged lawyer whom authored the in continuo Chemical Assault Scorched Earth.

The remainder of the 7.5 billion inhabitants of our earth are Fractals of Kroni. Kroni is an Antichrist figure in Ayyavazhi branch of Vedanta.

Platonism or the worship of Zeus comprises part of what is considered a cornerstone of Western Civilization along with Christianity. The Republic and the Bible are the two touchstone texts.

Hence the driver of MOEC and the Anglo American Irrationalist Era are heavily Scripted in a Theater of War. This is reflective of the Greek Drama which is a polarity of humor and pathos. In the instance it appears that Francis Macdonald Cornford is being presented as the Machiavelli who exacts revenge on the other traditions for allegations of extincting Platonism. In this instance Cornford is figured as avenging this defeat nearly single handedly versus Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Vedanta, and Buddhism.

In continuation, I am located in Weed, Siskiyou, California just north of Mt. Shasta. The Battle of Gaugamela is imposed over the area reflecting the Revelation of Krishna to Arjuna and the Angel Presenting a City to Gabriel.

The Battle of Gaugamela is the decisive battle of Alexander the Great's invasion of the Persian Achaemenid Empire. Alexander's army of the Hellenic League defeated the Persian army of Darius III at Gaugamela, near present day Mosul in Iraq. Alexander the Great is considered by many to the world's greatest general. In interest a mosaic of him was discovered in a Jewish temple. All of the other frescos were based on Jewish scripture save for Alexander.

This battle classically assumes almost mythical proportions with estimates of Darius having 300,000 soldiers to Alexander's 50,000. Modern estimates diminish to about a third.

The Western United States

The Battle of Gaugamela is imposed over Weed, California. Alexander would be facing north of Mt. Shasta and Darius facing south toward the mountain.

In chess the Vancura Position is a King, Rook Pawn endgame where white attempts to promote an outside passed pawn on the A file with the Rook on A 8. The Presidential Oath of Office:

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.

Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution requires that before presidents can assume their duties they must take the oath of office. The completion of this thirty five word oath ends one president's term and begins the next.

History is being driven by an American Vichy constructed by the Enemy. I am arguing that MOEC is the fourth war fought against Britain.
