I am writing you to call your attention to the CONTINUED DIRE CIRCUMSTANCES CONCERNING THE CHEMICAL CONTAMINATION OF THE ENVIRONMENT.

I am still claiming that the Delaware State Police are engaged in electronic surveillance out of jurisdiction.

The escalation that has occurred is the most severe than anything that has occurred in Delaware.

You are the chief authority regarding ordering the Delaware State Police. Not only is this agency engaged in surveillance there is a possibility that LAPD will attempt to frame Delaware State Police officers as the principals.

The possibility of death in these chemical attacks is real.

FROM FEBRUARY 12 ONWARD TO THE 20TH WATER AND OTHER CONSUMER GOODS IN STORES FROM LAKE HAVASU TO PARKER WERE CONTAMINATED.

I COULD NOT PURCHASE FOOD FROM A RESTAURANT NOR CLOTHING FROM A STORE. ALL MOTELS AND HOUSING WERE BEING SPRAYED.

THE SHERIFFS OF MOHAVE AND PIMA COUNTY SHOULD BE PROSECUTED. HOMELAND SECURITY SECRETARY CHERTOFF SHOULD BE CONTACTED AS WELL AS ATTORNEY GENERAL GONZALEZ.

The Colorado River and now the Sacramento area are seriously contaminated. One can not even use clean tap water at a public facility as restaurant or park.

The air in Parker AZ and Earp CA on 2-11-07 and 3-11-07 were the worst I have experienced in 20 years.

One would suffer minor chemical burns.

(The area of LAKE AND MENDOCINO ARE ALSO AFFECTED.)

I have no choice but to travel through Northern California. Besides the human cost, I would argue that Mendocino's abalone fields and Sonoma's wineries will perish from their world class status.

I have attempted to wash my possessions of these chemicals and it is futile.

An interesting facet of this event is LAPD is attempting to portray me as gay bisexual.

THEY ARE THE MOST DAMAGING EVENT IN LGBT HISTORY.

THE COUNTRY HAS MARCHED OFF TO CULTURE WAR AS THE NAZIS DID TO THE JEWS.

I ARGUE NO VIOLENCE BUT CRIMINAL AND CIVIL PROCEDURES TO REMEDY THE SANITIZATION OF HISTORY.

WITHIN DAYS OF THESE EVENT ACTS AS A CHILD PUTTING HAND SANITIZER IN A LIBRARIAN'S BEVERAGE HOLDER AND THE EXPLODING OF CHLORINE BOMBS HAS OCCURRED IN BAGHDAD.

THE LAST TIME I LIVED IN MENDOCINO WAS JUST BEFORE 9-11 OCCURRED.

All of these events forces me to reconsider if your candidacy and others as legitimate or just the emergence of a PERFECT DICTATOR.

I urge you to take IMMEDIATE ACTION.

I am also requesting that you immediately request a GANG LAW FOR THE STATE OF DELAWARE. ANY FELONY COMMITTED TO FURTHER THE INTEREST OF A GANG SHALL RESULT IN A SENTENCE OF DOUBLE TIME.

ANY SERIOUS THREAT TO HOMELAND SECURITY WOULD RESEMBLE A CONSPIRACY OF WHICH GANGS ARE STRUCTURED. IN ADDITION THE RECRUITMENT OF KNOWN GANGS IS LIKELY.

I AM BEING INTENSELY HARASSED BY LAPD BY QUESTIONS AS TO WHETHER I AM A BIKER.

I have written you several times over the years concerning totalitarianism, chemical assaults, and the alleged involvement of the Delaware State Police. As a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee one has to wonder why you did not initiate investigations into the Department of Justice at the federal level.

Since 2-12-07 environmental contamination has reached epic proportions. I have personally had to bathe in sulfuric water in the Colorado River from Parker AZ Earp CA to Laughlin NV.

Sacramento has seen all it's rivers despoiled that enter into San Francisco Bay.

Clear Lake as well as Sonoma Napa Wineries are despoiled. I am now adjacent to the Eel River in Redway in Humboldt, County CA.

If I enter a room or a store everything is contaminated. What is unique is that there is a parallel in Baghdad to almost every miscue here.

I am speaking of non military chemical weapons as Chlorine bombs.

I am stating that the Delaware State Police are using illegal surveillance to constrain me.

I know for a fact the escalation is being used to guarantee the destruction of President Clinton's reputation.

I perceive Hillary Clinton's candidacy as a means to save her husband and perhaps herself.

My name is David Nollmeyer. I am one of your constituents here in Big Pine California. I am appalled at the systematic abuse ongoing here as chemical assault and your current scrutiny by the federal government for corruption.

I have been coming to the High Sierras since 1992. Currently since about May 20, 2007 all surface water here as Crowley Lake, June Lake, and the Owens River are contaminated.

All products in stores are chemically sprayed.

If you still retain former Solicitor Olsen on your team you should show this memo to him. In the 1970s I ran away from home. I took my mother's car. I attempted to join the Hare Krishna Temple in West Virginia.

On the way it is alleged that the police broke my brake line. I crashed into three guard rails and then went over the last headfirst.

I went to sleep in a graveyard and the next morning returned to the car. A Delaware State Police Officer and a friend were present on the road. They stood there and then pulled rubber masked over their heads.

THIS WAS IN SOMERSET COUNTY. I THEN WENT TO THE Temple and then to Gainesville FL. At this temple the Jonestown Poisonings occurred.

I HAVE LITIGATED THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT IN FEDERAL COURT ALL THE WAY TO THE SUPREME COURT.

In cv -97-2306 writ of certiorari denied, I produced evidence that this chemical attack is code named AKBAR.

Since counselor Olsen's wife was on a 9-11 plane that crashed in Somerset County and the United States is being poisoned I feel a moral obligation to contact you.

In close I request that you resign your post in Congress as you are not capable of fighting for the rights of your constituents.

I am writing you today to call your attention to deplorable standards that occurred while I travelled by Greyhound through the state of Utah in early May. I have been under attack now for 20 years. There is no clean surface water.

In reality I am in INYO CA. There is a huge fire near Lake Tahoe. I know for a fact that lakes in MONO are chemically tainted. Store products are similarly despoiled.

I CALL ON YOU TO TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION TO REMEDY THIS CALLOUSNESS. I WILL BE EXPOSING AS MANY ACTS OF NEGLIGENCE AGAINST MYSELF AS POSSIBLE IN A CIVIL MANNER.

I am writing today to call your attention to the ongoing scorched earth program in the United States. This event began exactly on the 200th anniversary of the United States Constitution in Delaware on June 17, 2007. Currently I am writing from Inyo County where there is a 17,000 acre wildfire in 100 + heat.

All the surface water here is chemically contaminated. I have great reason to believe Lake Tahoe was at least partially comprised. All the lakes in Mono are ruined.

I continue to state that the Delaware State Police will be implicated in this traitorous event.I am being accused of being a LGBT member. This would have to have had same sex acts occur in Delaware.The Baltimore Studio, an agent of LAPD is most likely mutilating evidence.

My name is David Nollmeyer. I am writing you from Westwood, California in your District. I am asking as to why you have not fought for your constituents. We are suffering under HORRIBLE TOTALITARIAN CONDITIONS OF SCORCHED EARTH.

ALL THE GROUND WATER THAT I AM AWARE IN THE AREA IS CONTAMINATED. FOOD IN STORES IS ALTERED NO DOUBT FROM THE FACTORIES.

This is a serious lapse in Homeland Security. Our constitutional rights have been alienated.

This abuse has been henceforward since June 17, 1987, the 200th Anniversary of the United States Constitution.

The event is carried out by a Gay Militancy from LAPD which leaves such out of jurisdiction here. One of their main tactics is to frame a heterosexual as a LGBT individual. All surface water is highly contaminated to the touch. Any water extracted from these lakes is TOXIC. All bottled water and many products have been adulterated at the factory. My name is David Nollmeyer. As Delaware's new senator you must now deal with the involvement of the Delaware State Police in the ongoing Chemical Assault Scorched Earth. LAPD contains a cell of Gay Militants that are attempting to avenge LGBTi history.

I am a heterosexual supporter of Proposition 8 here in California that is under review.

The manifest chemical assault began in Dover on June 17, 1987. However the Delaware State Police continue to be involved. I am located near the Salton Sea in California and it is CONTAMINATED.

One time officer Captain Marvel of the Troop 3 has been a salient figure as he has continually travelled around the country presumably under LAPD's direction. This includes the inauguration of Carlos Salinas Gortari Mexico City.

After the ceremony in the Zocalo I was approached by a uniformed Mexico City policeman. Captain Marvel was then sent up to me asked what we spoke about.

The officer stated, "We can kill you here." He then walked off.

This event too was in Chemical Assault. In convergence there is credibility to believe that the same forces that helped support and kill Alderman Barry Seals are involved in some capacity. This would be other parts of LAPD.

Oliver North would come to be involved in Iran Contra events of which Barry Seals was a CIA operative. A Prentice Hall (Dover DE) shell corporation was involved in the ownership of one of the plane's that Barry Seals used in the Mena, Arkansas. It appears two youths stumbled across a transaction or some other event and were killed. William Clinton was the attorney general. In the interrogation of Oliver North Senator Biden was amongst the leaders.

The theory of independent discovery is at fore. I have long maintained that LAPD is a RICO structure as well as the Delaware State Police.

The courts are negligent to entertain reality. The Chemical Scorched Earth is REALITY. Soon the sunlight and fresh air may return.

I have continually claimed as I do now that the Delaware State Police are still involved in this attack. This now degrades Homeland Security as well as the constitution which you have sworn to uphold.

I am stating a fortiori that I AM THE MAIN OPPOSOTION THINKER AND LEADER OF THIS EVENT OF CHEMICAL ASSAULT SCORCHED EARTH.

Not only is the United States severely damaged but individual performers from Delaware and their families will most likely suffer adversity from the lack of courage in opposing in forces that seek to destroy and or damage this country.

Superintendent Ellingsworth and Captain Marvel are two figures from your years as Governor will be focalized.

I am stating that this is a Hate Crime based on religion and sexual orientation. I am a heterosexual ritvik follower of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada or a Hare Krishna. There is a reformation of sorts ongoing and lawsuits and allegations of de facto acts incurring on all sides. Your history as a public servant is mythology. LAPD has cells of officers who wish to avenge their LGBTi history but have done no more than attack such. The current Chemical Assault Scorched Earth has clearly emerged as the measure of your career. Not only is there a H1N1 flu pandemic emerging, a water emergency, and economic crisis emerging these Chemical Assaults arise with the LGBTi Gay Marriage movement.

I am part of the Hare Krishna Movement. Hridayananda Maharaj (Howard Resnick PhD) recently attempted a Gay Blessing in Santa Barbara. This was denounced by ISKCON the organization of which he is affiliated.

I am an independent ritvik of which a major lawsuit has also been won in India by ISKCON Bangalore. This gave this temple ownership of some 15 temple properties.

This is a religious hate crime. The reformation of the Gaudiya Sampradaya is similar to the Protestant Reformation.

I am somewhat orthodox in my philosophical adherence to my faith.

I am being continually harassed by LAPD Gay Militants while being chemically assaulted. This has destroyed huge areas of California.

I am espousing exclusive heterosexuality. This is a religious marriage between one man and one woman to procreate spiritual heterosexual offspring.

I support Carrie Prejean, Miss California in her defense of her Christian World View.

Since you are now a steward and guardian of American History, it is prudent for the citizen under your care to confront the concrete conditions under which he is forced to exist.

A Chemical Assault Scorched Earth has proliferated since June 17, 1987 from Dover, Delaware where you were once a senior senator.

My citizenship has been alienated under a Gay Militancy run out of LAPD.

In degree I have lived my entire life as heterosexual. Since I have a Japanese American Heritage, I was selected to have my citizenship abrogated. I am also a ritvik Hare Krishna. This means that I still accept that His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta instructions (vani) still have the power to emancipate one although his physical body (vapu) is no longer. This is also a religious hate crime. There are disturbing allegations that he was poisoned.

The Vedic practice stresses exclusive heterosexuality. I have taken shelter more deeply under my faith and have simultaneously supported Proposition 8 here in California to ban same sex marriage. Here in Big Pine, LAPD is attempting to aggrandize that I am supporting lesbianism. This is untrue. One will find that gay bisexual men will attack a heterosexual man by proposing a selection of all lesbian females. If one objects than this male is gay.

In degree I have been told that if I do not have a Gay Identity or practice same sex I will have no rights.

I am a committed heterosexual under the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita As It Is (pre 1977 edition).

Barack Obama and yourself are destroying American national security by permitting Chemical Assault. Iran will most certainly feel threatened as they depend on two main rivers for their water supply. All the surface water in the Owens Valley is chemically contaminated.

It is logical for them to pursue nuclear weapons against a country who assaults it's own citizens and censors the entire world to it's disgrace.

I write this letter to spur you and anyone who reads such to create a culture of leadership and attempt to rise against this oppressive system of torture. What has America produced in since the 200th Anniversary of the United States? This country has attacked my natural person despoiling a significant amount of territory. What has Gay History produced? This would be identical.

I have alleged that Cambridge Law School has designed this event. I am told that some of the lawyers that helped authorize the dropping of the Hiroshima Bomb on Japan also worked on this.

Today is June 17, 2009. This makes today the 22nd Anniversary of the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth attack on the United States. This has historical significance as this occurred when I was in Dover, Delaware. Then the 200th Anniversary of this country begins the advent of convergent totalitarianism in untold manners. All of primary rights as expounded in the Bill of Rights are null. I am essentially a stateless citizen in this country.

You are like President Reagan in this sense that your negligence to legally recognize and remedy this event has caused untold damage to life and property. I am in Westwood, California. All the near pristine lakes as Lake Almanor are ruined.

The entire concept of Homeland Security and deterrence are being redefined. I am concerned with the evolutionary biology of natural species as the human race.

This attack was lead by LGBTi militants who fight for this group of persons regardless of sovereign boundaries. They do not care who get hurt. They have betrayed their own cause as only a fool would publicly proclaim the Gay Triumphalism that they espouse.

I am still alleging that LAPD is running this event which was designed by Cambridge Law School. It is getting more interesting now that Queen Elizabeth II has honored Chief Bratton.

Regardless the legal restoration of the Bill Rights and due process in the courts is the correct solution. In the world zeitgeist is evident that the United States President can be blackmailed and extorted. This has clearly occurred under non military grade chemical weapons. Is President Obama or yourself prepared to negotiate with Iran over nuclear or biological weapons? This country only has two major rivers and almost all the clear water lakes in the Eastern High Sierras are ruined.

Open Letter to the Owens Valley

This site has been developed to facilitate the exposure of systematic human rights abuse that has been ongoing since June 17, 1987. It appears that Inyo County and Owens Valley was a focal target to implement this attack on the United States. The non military use of Chemical Assault is proliferated with impunity. I am using the term Chemical Assault Scorched Earth. The Owens Valley exists as a Scorched Earth.

If I was asked I would state that this region should be prosecuted in the TOP THREE for Crimes Against Humanity. This would be under United Federal Law. This strategic mission was to implement Gay or Opposite Sex Marriage.

I am clearly heterosexual and have supported Proposition 22 in 2000 and Proposition 8 in 2008. The recruitment of informants to facilitate these acts and perform harassment against myself and others in this setting constitutes treason and obstruction of justice.

LAPD wishes to use the racketeering of drug contraband to facilitate their agenda. I am a three strikes supporter. There are only 5000 plus persons living in Bishop and the persons that use crime as part of their livelihood won't be missed and it will not be hard to find you.

It is clearly obvious that prosecutions are designed with a future Truth and Reconciliation prosecution.

I am clearly focusing on complaints to the FBI who prosecute over 90% of the under the color of authority complaints in this country.

Barack Obama Wins Nobel Prize: FBI Complaint

My name is David Nollmeyer. I wish to file a complaint against President Barack Obama for violating my Constitutional Rights. This complaint is based from 10-5-2009. The Owens River Channel is CHEMICALLY DESPOILED FROM BISHOP PAST BIG PINE, CALIFORNIA. Air is also despoiled by persons driving automobiles with chemicals in their gas tanks. This damage has at least a fifty mile perimeter. This attack is focused over a natural person myself David William Nollmeyer it will therefore also attack all citizens and natural persons in the perimeter.

I state that Barack Obama is violating my civil rights under the 14th Amendment (Due Process), 4th Amendment (Abuse of electronic surveillance), 8th Amendment (No cruel and unusual treatment, and 42 28 USC (Civil Rights Acts of 1964).

I also state that Barack Obama is Under the Color of Law:

Section 242. Deprivation of rights under color of law

Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or to different punishments, pains, or penalties, on account of such person being an alien, or by reason of his color, or race, than are prescribed for the punishment of citizens, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

This complaint states at least three predicate acts. President Obama meets the criteria of a criminal enterprise under Title 18 1961 of the United States Federal Code or the Racketeered Influenced Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO).

The FBI should consider these activities as corrupt and a SERIOUS THREAT TO HOMELAND SECURITY WHICH THIS AGENCY HAS JURISDICTION.

The situation here in the Owens Valley continues defy rational conscience. The water in the Owens Canal is despoiled.

On October 9, 2009, President Barack Obama was awarded the Nobel Peace for his abstract gestures to decrease nuclear proliferation and increase human rights.

I do not believe that the Nobel Committee has any credibility.

This is an in continuo act. Stalking is also facilitated on cue from this agency in Ehrenberg and the Flying J Truckstop on I 10. I am a strict heterosexual. I am orthodox ritvik Hare Krishna who only supports opposite sex marriage.

Stalking is openly conducted under a conditions of Chemical Assault Scorched Earth. Persons are recruited to harass persons at the truckstop by slamming doors and other objects.

A federal trial concerning Gay Marriage began in San Francisco yesterday. I am remaining firm in my support for Proposition 8 in California. I am being deprived of my civil rights because of my Hare Krishna (Vedic) race (Japanese American) and political (socially conservative view).

If they are crossing state lines this is interstate stalking.

I am alleging that three officials supra are guilty of at least three predicate acts in continuo as the Colorado River is despoiled to debilitate me to death by attacking my citizenship. I am writing you today to complain of the involvement of the Delaware State Police in Chemical Assault Scorched Earth and Stalking. The Colorado River is Chemically Despoiled along the Blythe CA Ehrenberg AZ crossing heading into Mexico south of here.

Radhanatha has nothing to do with poisoning of the water here.

Stalking here by abuse of mutual aid from LAPD to the DSP and other agencies here is quite severe.

Recently three murders of Federal employees occurred in Juarez. I am constantly harassed by LAPD with threats concerning the eMe (Letter M, Mexican Mafia which runs out of the California Correctional System and has sub gangs in Los Angeles).

The real eMe is not the problem here. It is the wannabes. It is probably that elements in Juarez and LAPD want a SWEEP to occur. The largest gang sweeps in US and California have been occurring. A scenario is that the United States is poisoning a tremendous amount of property. LAPD is clearly running perhaps 60% of the cocaine in the United States directly through this city.

The territories of the Juarez Cartels are different then the remnants of the Arelllano Felix gangs in Tijuana somewhere south of here.

I am writing you from Bishop, California. This town in Inyo County has endured what is a CHEMICAL ASSAULT SCORCHED EARTH AGAINST HUMANITY since 1990. It therefore contains individuals who have witnessed directly the attack which is imposed over me. The Scorched Earth damages the environment and tangible property. I am writing you today to help define the ongoing stalking zeitgeist in the United States and here in Owens Valley in the Eastern High Sierra. Since first coming here in about 1981 after Bill Clinton won the presidency the small towns in Inyo County, Bishop, Big Pine, Independence, and Lone Pine have fiercely harassed me on cue from LAPD.

This is a gender based Hate Crime with serious Faith based repercussions. Identity is fueling a conflict that will surely destabilize the trajectory of this country. LAPD contains a Gay Militia, their choice of words. They are operating a RICO styled blackmail and extortion ring. They are Glass Closet Bisexuals. I am purely Heterosexual. During September when I was in Westwood in Lassen, LAPD made a very serious attempt to OUT me which failed. Since July about 5 LGBTi youths have committed suicide. Rep. Asburn R- Bakersfield was also OUTED successfully.

There is a noticeable Gay community in the Owens Valley. They if they are about 10 percent of the population are over represented in the Stalking of my person.

Laying in wait in cars to slam doors at the local markets, gas stations, and post office is their signature behavior. This is False Imprisonment and Torture. A unique facet of this behavior is that a 20 year old citizen in 2010 has a very strong likelihood in being subpoenaed under oath. This would result in one having to testify against one's family and friends. As you are aware of all the towns here are about 5000 persons or less.

Stalking is a serious crime that divides the unity a political body needs to sustain itself. As the LGBTi platform emerges and demands rights it must be made aware that not all of their community members wish to struggle within the law. The Outing situation leads to blackmail and extortion. Happy Holidays! Evan Wolfson the leader of Freedom to Marriage and myself are a good example of how the Gay Militia of LAPD operates. I have openly opposed Same Sex Marriage and still support Proposition 8 here in California. The Salton Sea has been subjected at least twice to these attacks and also is a legacy to Hate Crime.

President Barack Obama and I are separated by only one day of age. Vice President Joe Biden and I lived in Rodney Village a housing development in Kent County, Delaware. I can remember wrestling some of the neighborhood kids in his backyard. I can remember him peeking out of the window at us and seeing Hunter walking on his tiptoes through the street. I met his first wife at an envelope stuffing during his first senate campaign.

She and one of their children were killed in an auto accident that year.

Since being sworn into office after winning the 2010 election you have failed in your legal duties to protect Californians and other natural persons in the state.

I am writing you today to express my concern over the unrecognized Chemical Assault Scorched Earth in continuo in the United States. Dear Congresswoman Bono,

The Chemical Assault Scorched Earth that is in continuo and unrecognized in the United States and the 45th Congressional District of California has exposed several salient features over it's trajectory. The human race and biological life are being systematically and marginally attacked by extorting and blackmailing federal, state, and local sworn officials.

This usurpation is alleged to be authored by Cambridge Law School who is has orchestrated cell(s) of MSM or Male Same Sex Males in a Gay Militia in LAPD. Since I have been an exclusive heterosexual male all my life, I too was born in 1961, this rogue element has alienated my Bill of Right protections based on an LGBTi criteria of which I would have none.

LAPD officers in the Gay Militia are heavily blackmailed and delivering extortion due to homosexual and other racketeering conduct. Sheriff Babeau in Arizona was recently outed as Gay in his Congressional run just east of the 45th District.

These officers in LAPD are more ashamed of their same sex orientation and because will resort to violence as stalking my person. As seen I am easily the most stalked person in United States history. There is a major self defense case ongoing in Florida. I am confronting about 90 percent of the population of the town of Blythe.

I have the legal right under the First Amendment to think freely and move about. The Eight Amendment protects me from cruel and unusual treatment. The 14th Amendment guarantees me due process and equal protection.

As stated LAPD is operating outside of procedure and are criminal movers sine qua non as the proximate cause in the United States and the 45th District. Hence they can not order or give any quid pro quo as payment to attack or harass one.

As the Official Republican Vice Presidential candidate in the 2012 election you as a sworn official have placed yourself in the same category as President Barack Obama, California Lt. Governor Gavin Newsom, and Attorney General Kamala Harris.

The United States is facing severe criminal, civil actions, and humiliation. The same can be stated for the natural persons and incorporated businesses here.

In triangulation or convergence this action is paired with Gay Marriage. There are at least 13 states with suits at some level of jurisdiction. There are rumors that a favorable outcome would end this event. There is empirical evidence to prove that the United States is operating a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth Program. I first came to the Owens Valley in 1990 during the Clinton Administration.

The 25th district has been the site of an in continuo Chemical Assault Scorched Earth program since June 17, 1987 under then President Ronald Reagan. Since this time period there have been five successive Irrationalist Presidents now with Barack Obama in charge. I have a history in Inyo County and Owens Valley since about 1980. From 1997 Inyo County has been the most common jurisdiction in the United States to experience what is named Mobilization of Empire and Civilization or MOEC from when I returned to California from New Mexico. President Obama has no legal right to occupy the White House while obstructing justice for this attack to continue. He won two elections in 2008 and 2012 while the entire Salton Sea in Riverside was contaminated.

It is clear that this attack is a TITLE 18 - CHAPTER 96 § 1961 RACKETEER INFLUENCED AND CORRUPT ORGANIZATIONS or RICO Criminal Enterprise.

I do not believe that LAPD has the capabilities in house to plan this attack and continue to censor 7.5 billion persons. The Strategic Mission of MOEC was Gay Marriage which was achieved this year on June 26, 2015.

LAPD contains a Gay Militia. The allegation is that there are 250 to 500 officers involved in this operation. Gay Irrationalism Gay Know Nothing is an artificial ideology designed to drive the Anglo American Irrationalist Era. Hence it appears that a LAPD computer scientist and a line officer run the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth.

One should note that the LGBTi Movement is an Alter Ego to Islamic Jihadhi as exemplified by the Islamic State.

These two actors are fatalistically dependent on a Script designed by Cambridge. They do not think autonomously. Their repertoire over their entire lifespan is predictably by subjective defection. Hence these actors are cohort rivals to my self. I have a GPA of 3.27 with 160 credits for grades. I have a UC GPA of 3.42 with 151 credits. I am going to claim that I have a 130 IQ. This states that I have a standard deviation above the mean of 100 IQ of 2. This roughly states that I should be superior than 97 out of 100 persons. In the UC System I am probably equal to the average incoming freshman whom have a GPA of 3.67 from high school.

The disturbing point is that a genius is 140 IQ. I would argue that the majority of UC professors are over 130 IQ. Einstein may have been 160 to 180 IQ. If this is true, why I am I the only person out of 7.5 billion persons to work on what is MOEC Studies.

Common Core High School Standards average about Algebra III to graduate. The officers running this attack would by confrontation are in Pre Algebra and Algebras I. The Computer Scientist is alleged to have graduated from Cal State and his Calculus has collapsed to Algebra I which is what Minnesota recommends be taken in the 8th grade. California only requires such for graduation.

I am stating that about 19 to 20 persons are defected in a RICO Enterprise. I am arguing that all federal employees and all code enforcement officials be required to pass an Algebra III level course and maintain such with testing at least every three years.

Nativism is used as a target for Gay Irrationalism Gay Know Nothing. Inyo County has actually lost 2000 persons and Mammoth Lakes has went bankrupt as well as Riverside.

On November 8, 2016 the United States will elect the sixth president under the conditions of Chemical Assault Scorched Earth. The 8th Congressional District especially Inyo County has been the constant jurisdiction for the majority of the 29.5 years that have transpired. The allegation that Cambridge Law School, UK is the proximate cause is quite robust. It appears that these actors have organized a Gay Militia in Los Angeles Police Department to develop Mobilization of Empire and Civilization MOEC. Hence it is possible to create any nom de guerra to label this hub and node system of informants in every police stationhouse worldwide. LAPD has 9000 officers. This attack may cover significant parts of the United States.

There has been no direct effort made to decapitate the operation. I regard this as treason. There is no running tap water in my vicinity in buildings. The Owens River Canal is contaminated and a source of drinking water for Los Angeles as well as regional farming.

The creation of the Gay Militia proffers the dumbest officer against the president. There have been five Irrationalist Presidents to date:
