As Barack Obama ceremonially begins his second term of office on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, January 21, 2013, as the 44th President of the United States, I cannot help but stop to deliberate over the axiom that the people clamor for tyranny. Obama has won two elections while MOEC, Mobilization of Empire and Civilization was in his manifest cognition; first as an Illinois Senator in 2008, and in 2012 as a one term president.

MOEC or Mobilization of Empire and Civilization is the nom de guerra given to an operation that is alleged to be the work of Cambridge Lawyers and Oxbridge (Cambridge and Oxford staff) who architect the British Empire. (For further consideration I will provide a Website Update at the end that clarifies the case for this statement. The domain hub is www.powereality.org).

As I examine Obama's Inauguration speech I am just west of the Salton Sea, California which is Chemically Despoiled for Obama's second election victory and inauguration.

The empirical case against President Barack Obama is that he is acting under the color of law in the capacity of de facto and negligent acts in the capacity of his office.

As Obama has openly sworn to protect the citizens and the territory of the United States in front of 600,000 persons, it is clear that he is either acting lawfully or criminally within the Totality of Circumstances that have framed his year as President.

The manifest question placed to me as a citizen whom Obama has clearly neglected in protecting, escalating an attack on the human race and life itself is simple: Are you going to confront your attackers and how?

I have already been alienated from pressing criminal charges and have filed at least twenty six federal lawsuits. The United Nations has already stated that it has no jurisdiction over the United States. Currently they have not responded to my complaint against the United Kingdom which has ratified most of the UN Protocols as the ICCPR.

Psychology and logic are two important studies that work well with political philosophy and actual positive law. Since this attack is also an experiment on how the individual and collective responds to manifest and latent threats my resources at this point are long run.

In the theory of Cognitive Behaviorism punishment is the short term reinforcement and education is long term reinforcer in modifying intent and act.

I will attempt to promote my work on www.powereality.orgas much as possible. If Supercomputers are to become capable of equaling and surpassing human abilities they will have to Officially Recognize MOEC and this attack.

Cognitive Science is the nexus between technology and the Liberal Arts, especially History and the Social Sciences.

Obama is bound by law to decapitate this threat as Commander in Chief.

The United States and United Kingdom should recognize this attack, prosecute all actors to the fullest extent of the law, and compensate all victims.

My lifespan and resources are limited. However I intend to live as long as possible and as a citizen press both criminal and civil charges against aggressors.

The American people and the World must decide what role they wish to play as MOEC develops it's entrapments.

Obama in the thesis of his presentation confirms that God and human government must work within the diversity of persons that the nation of this country is in order to be a perpetual state for it's citizens.

Obama has ceremoniously re enacted his Oath of Office which by law must occur on January 20 the year after the election.

What is unique about America's Founding Documents is that this country made very strong intentions to define rights, duties, and consequences for violations.

During Barack Obama's first term he perpetuated a system that undermined the Declaration of Independence and Constitution. This was accomplished by considerable support by the previous four administrations. This was achieved by a Gay Militia cell(s) operating from Los Angeles Police Department, California with considerable support from the majority of Americans.

I stand on the position that it a battle of 90 percent on the Wrong Side of History and 10 percent of the Right Side of History.

While deliberating over Obama's moral ideals, one should Obama accountable to his legal sworn duties.

THE PRESIDENT: Vice President Biden, Mr. Chief Justice, members of the United States Congress, distinguished guests, and fellow citizens:

Each time we gather to inaugurate a President we bear witness to the enduring strength of our Constitution. We affirm the promise of our democracy. We recall that what binds this nation together is not the colors of our skin or the tenets of our faith or the origins of our names. What makes us exceptional, what makes us American, is our allegiance to an idea articulated in a declaration made more than two centuries ago:

"We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal; that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights; that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness."

Obama directs our indagnation to the Declaration of Independence, a manifesto of the Founding Founders which is greatly attributed to Thomas Jefferson. The brutal hypocrisy that I am asserting is that while Obama begins his thesis with Deontology; the concrete reality of his first term of office in continuo is a very sharp attack based on Consequentialism. Surely a Just God would have given us our life sustenance, our liberty, and some free will and discretion to develop our person. One must consider that Liberty is our greatest state of both intellectual and physical motility. Hence we are in Liberty when in an ideal relationship with the Creator and only in a state of Freedom under the rights provided by a mortal government.

Here there is a declination from a universal Deontology as Kant, an ordered system of rules which apply equally and fairly to everyone and contrasted with a very deadly trapped derived from Mill's On Liberty.

The Bill of Rights grants the Individual Substantive Protections from despotic governmental rule as stated in the Declaration of Independence and directed against the British.

Totalitarianism seeks to isolate the individual or group from the whole.

The idea which Obama espouses from the Declaration of Independence is inverted in the concrete realities of our time under the Irrationalist Presidents Reagan Obama. Sovereignty can only be represented by itself. Obama later rejects the rule of a mob of appetites but that is what he is in this in continuo strawman performance.

Today we continue a never ending journey to bridge the meaning of those words with the realities of our time. For history tells us that while these truths may be self evident, they've never been self executing; that while freedom is a gift from God, it must be secured by His people here on Earth. (Applause.) The patriots of 1776 did not fight to replace the tyranny of a king with the privileges of a few or the rule of a mob. They gave to us a republic, a government of, and by, and for the people, entrusting each generation to keep safe our founding creed.

And for more than two hundred years, we have.

Through blood drawn by lash and blood drawn by sword, we learned that no union founded on the principles of liberty and equality could survive half slave and half free. We made ourselves anew, and vowed to move forward together.

If the allegation that Cambridge Law School has orchestrated a homosexual blackmail and extortion ring that is paired to Gay Marriage than the agents of King George III may not have quit. The assertion is that planners from the War of 1812 overlapped the system of advisors near the Victorian Age, most likely near the Sheifflin Plan of the German Bismarck around the 1880s.

Regardless, Obama clearly demonstrates the fallacy of ad bacuulum and ad populum. Hence this is the appeal to force and to the people. My claim is that I am a natural person and citizen protected by the Bill of Rights in the United States Constitution. I have had my substantive Rights alienated and sold off. This has occurred with a flow chart or algorithm allegedly designed to entrap the United Kingdom, Cambridge Law School, Scotland Yard, The United States, and Los Angeles Police Department. This chain of accomplices to the proximate cause Cambridge Law School is also embedded in the LGBTi Movement. (As I write on January 22, 2013, the first briefs in Hollingsworth v. Perry (Proposition 8) and United States v. Windsor (DOMA Defense of Marriage Act are due at the Supreme Court).

MOEC at this stage of History contains a homosexual or same sex qualification for rights. Since I am a heterosexual male, my rights have been alienated by MSM or Male Same Sex officers.

The acts of 1. Chemical Assault Scorched Earth 2. Orwellian Electronic Surveillance 3. Stalking: are self evident.

Together, we determined that a modern economy requires railroads and highways to speed travel and commerce, schools and colleges to train our workers.

Together, we discovered that a free market only thrives when there are rules to ensure competition and fair play.

Together, we resolved that a great nation must care for the vulnerable, and protect it's people from life's worst hazards and misfortune.

Through it all, we have never relinquished our skepticism of central authority, nor have we succumbed to the fiction that all society's ills can be cured through government alone. Our celebration of initiative and enterprise, our insistence on hard work and personal responsibility, these are constants in our character.

But we have always understood that when times change, so must we; that fidelity to our founding principles requires new responses to new challenges; that preserving our individual freedoms ultimately requires collective action. For the American people can no more meet the demands of today's world by acting alone than American soldiers could have met the forces of fascism or communism with muskets and militias. No single person can train all the math and science teachers we'll need to equip our children for the future, or build the roads and networks and research labs that will bring new jobs and businesses to our shores. Now, more than ever, we must do these things together, as one nation and one people. (Applause.)

Obama uses the third personal plural We here to develop his exposition from founding principles which he has violated to defining legitimate interests of the State in the interest of the Nation or the People. The American soldiers who fought fascism and communism did not fight to establish MOEC or five Irrationalist Presidents who have created an American Vichy.

Obama appears to signal legitimate interests which he seeks to develop during his second term. Developing infrastructure for transportation is not contested. Defection to interests via prisoner's dilemma has destroyed the rules of fair play. Skewing who may enter the market independent of government interference and usurpation is contested. Why are certain products as vegetarian foods more contaminated From the Factory and transported in my vicinity?

We are not returning to our founding principles to insure the fidelity of America's Beginnings. As a collective we are moving to fascism. This is a mixed economic system where preferences to fair play and equal opportunity reign but rather rigging the outcome.

The worst substance of this claim is that a great nation must care for the vulnerable, and protect it's people from life's worst hazards and misfortune.

Internal incompetence and corruption is degrading the people of the United States.

This generation of Americans has been tested by crises that steeled our resolve and proved our resilience. A decade of war is now ending. (Applause.) An economic recovery has begun. (Applause.) America's possibilities are limitless, for we possess all the qualities that this world without boundaries demands: youth and drive; diversity and openness; an endless capacity for risk and a gift for reinvention. My fellow Americans, we are made for this moment, and we will seize it, so long as we seize it together. (Applause.)

For we, the people, understand that our country cannot succeed when a shrinking few do very and a growing many barely make it. (Applause.) We believe that America's prosperity must rest upon the broad shoulders of a rising middle class. We know that America thrives when every person can find independence and pride in their work; when the wages of honest labor liberate families from the brink of hardship. We are true to our creed when a little girl born into the bleakest poverty knows that she has the same chance to succeed as anybody else, because she is an American; she is free, and she is equal, not just in the eyes of God but also in our own. (Applause.)

Obama's idealism is hypocritical in the least and likely psychopathic. I will state that all 38 million persons in California can press criminal charges against Obama, the United States, California and likely the United Kingdom. I state this because I have travelled from Mount Shasta to Blythe and the Salton Sea regularly since Obama won his first term. Retrospectively, George W. Bush would be liable if a true chronology would develop then towards Ronald Reagan since June 17, 1987, the manifest beginning of MOEC.

What has been made for this moment is a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth Program. Obama should be informing the people what positive concrete actions he has undertaken to remedy this abuse.

We understand that outworn programs are inadequate to the needs of our time. So we must harness new ideas and technology to remake our government, revamp our tax code, reform our schools, and empower our citizens with the skills they need to work harder, learn more, reach higher. But while the means will change, our purpose endures: a nation that rewards the effort and determination of every single American. That is what this moment requires. That is what will give real meaning to our creed.

We, the people, still believe that every citizen deserves a basic measure of security and dignity. We must make the hard choices to reduce the cost of health care and the size of our deficit. But we reject the belief that America must choose between caring for the generation that built this country and investing in the generation that will build it's future. (Applause.) For we remember the lessons of our past, when twilight years were spent in poverty and parents of a child with a disability had nowhere to turn.

If as Obama states, "We, the people, still believe that every citizen deserves a basic measure of security and dignity," than MOEC would have been decapitated and he would be given credit for doing so. As History develops it appears that America as a Nation is passive, It is taken a dependent role and wishes for the Wizard of Oz to give the nation a brain and heart.

This staple of American Literature should be taken literally in nexus with prisoner's dilemma.

If Americans would rather have Cambridge Law School continue social engineering the United States, than Obama’s Inauguration Oath and Address become more absurd and frivolous.

Hence President Barack Obama is leading the undermining of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution.

Obama is again demonstrating ad bacuulum. He states, "We, the people, and still believes that every citizen deserves a basic measure of security and dignity." What would happen if his two children Sasha and Maila were held under a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth imposed over them to attack the Human Race through the United Kingdom and United States?

This demonstrates the expanse of his protective cocoon. We need to reach higher and understand who has designed this attack, why, decapitate this threat, and put in place a system and personnel that will prevent MOEC from rebuilding.

We do not believe that in this country freedom is reserved for the lucky, or happiness for the few. We recognize that no matter how responsibly we live our lives, any one of us at any time may face a job loss, or a sudden illness, or a home swept away in a terrible storm. The commitments we make to each other through Medicare and Medicaid and Social Security, these things do not sap our initiative, they strengthen us. (Applause.) They do not make us a nation of takers; they free us to take the risks that make this country great. (Applause.)

We, the people, still believe that our obligations as Americans are not just to ourselves, but to all posterity. We will respond to the threat of climate change, knowing that the failure to do so would betray our children and future generations. (Applause.) Some may still deny the overwhelming judgment of science, but none can avoid the devastating impact of raging fires and crippling drought and more powerful storms.

Obama confronts one of the manifest tensions in the so called officially recognized world of liberal versus conservative ideology. This is whether the government or private enterprise should provide social support and/or a safety net. In a study of Social Disorders, the issue has emerged in an American Centric perspective of whether government serves the interests of 1. Power Elites 2. Instrumentalist 3. Pluralists. The Power Elites are the President, CEOs, and the Pentagon generals. Instrumentalists are the college educated MA or professional degree holders. The Pluralist believes power is neutralized by the counter play between groups and will be shared equally.

Obama is guilty of shielding a group of academic Cambridge Lawyers who design the expansion and contraction of the United Kingdom. The Center for Disease control estimates there have been 1.3 million persons who have been infected with HIV AIDS. Obama's consequentialism in the concrete has thrown the future posterity under the bus. He, whoever is becoming wealthy enough to establish trust funds for his two daughters Sasha and Maila to degree that would not have to work if they so choose.

Obama asserts a duty to the Future's Futures. Permitting this event to escalate any further demonstrates a dereliction of duty to the office he had just momentarily sworn to uphold.

The path towards sustainable energy sources will be long and sometimes difficult. But America cannot resist this transition, we must lead it. We cannot cede to other nations the technology that will power new jobs and new industries, we must claim it's promise. That's how we will maintain our economic vitality and our national treasure, our forests and waterways, our crop lands and snow capped peaks. That is how we will preserve our planet, commanded to our care by God. That's what will lend meaning to the creed our fathers once declared.

We, the people, still believe that enduring security and lasting peace do not require perpetual war. (Applause.) Our brave men and women in uniform, tempered by the flames of battle, are unmatched in skill and courage. (Applause.) Our citizens, seared by the memory of those we have lost, know too well the price that is paid for liberty. The knowledge of their sacrifice will keep us forever vigilant against those who would do us harm. But we are also heirs to those who won the peace and not just the war; who turned sworn enemies into the surest of friends, and we must carry those lessons into this time as well.

The Chemical Assault Scorched Earth is a condescending insult to anyone who wishes to continue to exercise one's free will and his First Amendment right to confront one's government. Here the 600,000 plus persons who attended the Inauguration have to consider for themselves the consequences of Obama's use of the third person We in this address as well as the rest of Americans.

Obama is clearly no friend of the environment. Nor were his four predecessors who were elected to stewards of our resources.

Brave men and women do not fight for cowardice. The heritage bequeathed to us from those service personnel who fought and gave their lives to perpetuate the United States has been squandered by the Irrationalist Presidents Reagan Obama. The question of relevance is whether the United Kingdom our real friend.

England is the Mind, the United States is the Bodyguard

We will defend our people and uphold our values through strength of arms and rule of law. We will show the courage to try and resolve our differences with other nations peacefully, not because we are naïve about the dangers we face, but because engagement can more durably lift suspicion and fear. America will remain the anchor of strong alliances in every corner of the globe. And we will renew those institutions that extend our capacity to manage crisis abroad, for no one has a greater stake in a peaceful world than it's most powerful nation. We will support democracy from Asia to Africa, from the Americas to the Middle East, because our interests and our conscience compel us to act on behalf of those who long for freedom. And we must be a source of hope to the poor, the sick, the marginalized, the victims of prejudice, not out of mere charity, but because peace in our time requires the constant advance of those principles that our common creed describes: tolerance and opportunity, human dignity and justice.

Obama had fulfilled his sworn Oath of Office as President, there would be no reason for any sane person to question whether Obama is committing a Crime of a Depraved Heart... our common creed describes: tolerance and opportunity, human dignity and justice. The Irrationalist Presidents have confirmed the existence of a System of a Perfect Dictator. This is a democracy where the people legally vote for a dictatorship. The United States has easily surpassed the PRI in Mexico and any other leadership from the old Warsaw block. Vladimir Putin of Russia has been considered in this light.

The hypocrisy of proposing to use deadly force to external enemies while condoning the internal attack on America is clearly abusive.

The police are fatalistic and the people are dependent. The question here is whether the Nation of the United States has fully succumbed to a Stockholm Syndrome. There is very credible concrete history to state that America is the Orwellian alter ego to the Stalinist USSR.

We, the people, declare today that the most evident of truths, that all of us are created equal, is the star that guides us still; just as it guided our forebears through Seneca Falls, and Selma, and Stonewall; just as it guided all those men and women, sung and unsung, who left footprints along this great Mall, to hear a preacher say that we cannot walk alone; to hear a King proclaim that our individual freedom is inextricably bound to the freedom of every soul on Earth. (Applause.)

It is now our generation's task to carry on what those pioneers began. For our journey is not complete until our wives, our mothers and daughters can earn a living equal to their efforts. (Applause) Our journey is not complete until our gay brothers and sisters are treated like anyone else under the law, (applause) for if we are truly created equal, then surely the love we commit to one another must be equal as well. (Applause) Our journey is not complete until no citizen is forced to wait for hours to exercise the right to vote. (Applause) Our journey is not complete until we find a better way to welcome the striving, hopeful immigrants who still see America as a land of opportunity, (applause) until bright young students and engineers are enlisted in our workforce rather than expelled from our that they are cared for and cherished and always safe from harm.

Our journey is Quixotic. I have not chosen to quit fighting and one can easily trace my thoughts to the political philosophy that shaped our nation. I have even researched Martin Luther King Jr.'s work, who was a strong political philosopher.

Obama is an agent of fatalism. He needs the censorship and sanitization of Totalitarianism to burnish his Mythology.

Our Gay brothers and sisters need to respond as to why they are not taking up the fight against Chemical Assault Scorched Earth and Stalking. Conservatives need to question their character as to whether Homeland Security is tangible or another cash cow whether times are good or bad.

Obama addresses diversity and equality here in the ideal. How is a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth imposed over one persons supposed to be condoned over the backs of 313 million persons in the United States?

Obama has stated that the schoolhouse shooting in Newton that killed 32 persons, mostly children, was the worst day of his presidency.

Our children are not always safe from harm. It is question if their journey is not going to permit them to experience a United States free from terror of an Oprichniki, the political police of Ivan the Terrible that spawned the Russian Mafia and KGB.

That is our generation's task, to make these words, these rights, these values of life and liberty and the pursuit of happiness real for every American. Being true to our founding documents does not require us to agree on every contour of life. It does not mean we all define liberty in exactly the same way or follow the same precise path to happiness. Progress does not compel us to settle centuries long debates about the role of government for all time, but it does require us to act in our time. (Applause)

For now decisions are upon us and we cannot afford delay. We cannot mistake absolutism for principle, or substitute spectacle for politics, or treat name calling as reasoned debate. (Applause.) We must act, knowing that our work will be imperfect. We must act, knowing that today's victories will be only partial and that it will be up to those who stand here in four years and 40 years and 400 years hence to advance the timeless spirit once conferred to us in a spare Philadelphia hall.

Obama has signed into law the Mathew Shepard Hate Crime Act. If it remains for me as an individual to pursue the prosecution of Obama and the Irrationalist Presidents to the proximate cause and Origin, I choose to do so under my Bill of Right and 14th Amendment Equal Protection and Due Process protections.

The Spartans of Classical Greece used to Practice war on the Helots. Such was legal under their system.

The End Justifies, The End Condemns, The End is Sovereign

Just as Stalin could appear rational in his speeches with his knowledge of socialism, Obama has not been challenged as he leads the United States towards the Doomsday Hell Hole. I state this as it has been alleged that Iran has suffered an act of espionage sabotage at one of it's nuclear sites. Note that Obama does not even consider that the use of Chemical Weapons on his own people justifies Iran's development of Strategic Weapons.

Obama is becoming the master of the red herring or distraction from the merit's of demonstrable facts in his power play.

My fellow Americans, the oath I have sworn before you today, like the one recited by others who serve in this Capitol, was an oath to God and country, not party or faction. And we must faithfully execute that pledge during the duration of our service. But the words I spoke today are not so different from the oath that is taken each time a soldier signs up for duty or an immigrant realizes her dream. My oath is not so different from the pledge we all make to the flag that waves above and that fills our hearts with pride.

They are the words of citizens and they represent our greatest hope. You and I, as citizens, have the power to set this country's course. You and I, as citizens, have the obligation to shape the debates of our time, not only with the votes we cast, but with the voices we lift in defense of our most ancient values and enduring ideals. (Applause.)

Let us, each of us, now embrace with solemn duty and awesome joy what is our lasting birthright. With common effort and common purpose, with passion and dedication, let us answer the call of history and carry into an uncertain future that precious light of freedom.

America and the world has just witnessed a brutal apology of Consequentialism disguised as an order system of fulfillment of rules and laws. In the particularity of this case, Obama has twice broken his oath to fulfill the duties of the Office of the Presidency and to protect the Bill of Rights... Since Obama has confirmed that he is a man of faith, what God is Obama invoking? He claims to be a Christian. The founding fathers were Christians. This does not negate his statement that in the concrete the culture in our country reflects a creed and not the orthodoxy of one belief system. Regardless, no Omnipotent Deity would sanction the atomization of logic and reason that Obama has used to sanitize the absurdity and violence that characterizes his first term of office.

The damage to 1. Eternal Law 2. Natural Law 3. Positive Law is not to be understated in Obama's warping of Political Philosophy and Ethics. Hence any argument that presents a case for Obama's empirical presidency or any model of political science from a subject to a predicate is seriously damaged. I do not see any optimal equilibrium for any outcome concerning this president. Obama's concrete intent and acts TOTALLY CONTRADICT any reference to the Declaration of Independence or the United States Constitution.

Totalitarianism Seeks To Isolate

The Totality of Circumstances and the principal, accomplice, and accessory after the fact tests are defining this era of American and World History.
