The human law or positive law has emerged in the West from Greek, Roman Law, and common law to the Social Contract. The Social Contract Theory defines who the Sovereign is and who the Citizen is. It is the rights and duties that bind one to the collective. Supranational regimes as the United Nations and the nationstate define the rule of law in the modern world. Constitutions and their amendments organize the structure of the state and the amendments define rights then duties.

Rights are called Primary Law. Duties are named Secondary Law. The Homeland Security Officers, military, and police are the Secondary Law officers. They are duty bound to uphold one's primary rights.

This is not always the case.

To construct Technological Singularity, it will be difficult for software developers to code programs that cultures and individuals will respond to. This type of socialization is much different than designing a bridge, pharmaceuticals, or other computers. The convergence of culture and technology is not moving at an accelerating pace. It is quite the contrary. Social Disorders are rife. Technology is accelerating while the current zeitgeist is witnessing anomalies.

Prisoner's Dilemma

The use of fuzzy logic games as prisoner's dilemma has created an informant based culture where defection prevails over cooperation. This is an invertebration in itself. If argued properly, cooperation is following the rule of law or the constitution. It is readily seen that there is differentiation between what a head of state speaks and his behavior. As a citizen the basic protections apply to the sovereign and his subject. This lack of correspondence develops as a game of power and control. As actors defect to interests, the constitutional equilibrium loses homeostasis and the nationstate fails.

There has been a manifest defection worldwide since June 17, 1987 to censor and sanitize abuse originating from the United States and in the cognition of the president. It appears that the United Kingdom and particularly Cambridge Law School have authored the defection model. The anomaly of the alienation of rights by using a RICO styled blackmail and intimidation ring superimposed over Chemical Assaults has created a planned Cultural Singularity.

It is within this prima facie consideration that software developers or devs as they are known, must attempt to code programs that are historically accurate and contain correct intents and behaviors. Superintelligence or that knowledge that is directed from Artificial Intelligence to machines and humans is desired. It does not appear rational that this is possible by 2045, the projected date of Technological Singularity.

The culture of live experimentation unfortunately is expanding. Here there are many persons who are reconsidering Transhumanism, or the transition from biological life to machine human hybrids. Superintelligence and transhumanism are two future externalities to a manifest System of a Perfect Dictator. The antagonistic movement of a negative Cultural Singularity is competing with the projection of a more noble Technological Singularity.

The implications for the rise and fall of the Anglo American Trajectory through the Atlantic Group and NATO is profound. As the world's only true Super Power, the United States is an integral pillar to universal stability yet the Emperor has no clothes...

This is to state that the rule of law and the balance of power degrades as the homeostasis of MOEC as a system expands as the multiple nationstates as players do not eliminate such. MOEC is an analogy to a computer bot virus that will symbiotically integrate in an operating system intent on debilitating and mismanaging the system and it's peripheral applications and hardware.

I have no right to legal person to speak of in the United States. The surface water as the Pacific Ocean, rivers, lakes, and streams are poisoned when I am in the vicinity. The Pacific Ocean off the Mendocino, Humboldt, and Del Norte have been despoiled previously. The Salton Sea and the Colorado River in Eastern California are especially noteworthy. The Salton Sea was deliberately recreated by an engineering accident to facilitate the storyboarding of this entrapment. Flooding into the basin which is about 100ft below sea level in 1905 and for two consecutive years created the Salton Sea and damming the Colorado River in 1935 prevented flooding in the Imperial Valley. As seen manmade pollution to constrain me, as well as farming and evaporation have damaged the Sea.

There is very little doubt that the Salton Sea and Colorado River will be a showcase for internal conspiracy in the presidencies of George W Bush, Barack Obama, and Donald Trump. The dependent cultures of professionals as doctors, lawyers, and academics are also very suspect and injured in their condonement and hypocritical postures on human rights. Duplicity is the norm for comparison between the United States and other nationstates.

Osama bin Laden was killed in a Seal Mission in Abottattabad, Pakistan on May 1, 2011 in a forty minute strike with 24 commandos aka Seal Team Six. He was shot twice; once in the head and once in the chest. The killing was announce by the code name Geronimo E KIA (enemy killed in action). President Obama later that evening delivered a speech from the White House informing the world of Osama bin Laden's killing.

The zeitgeist and culture are a social formation reflective of an informant nationstate. Individualism is a major trait of the informant. There is no correct sense of moral or spiritual obligation to confront tyranny. The sworn secondary officers of the Homeland Security Office show no indication of remedying the conflict. This is also true of Congress and of the Governors and statehouses. The condition of life, limb, and property are valuable and the duty of these officials to protect the commonwealth. It is also clear that negating any spiritual based individual or group from preserving their posterity is a mission goal of the attack.

Technological Singularity has a great deal to accomplish before it's machines are able to transform human culture. The gentle abstractions and beauty of engineering or analytical philosophy of science are a shallow prize for the loss at hand. The culture is decapitated due to this lack of volition and apperception. The possible organizing of retaliation only escalates the trajectory to a Neo Fascist model of governance under Technology and a Subculture.
