The 101st Congress has been seated. Gov. Blagojevich has done an end around by appointing Ronald Burris to Obama's senate seat. He is a former prosecutor. It is alleged that the governor may be impeached by Lincoln's Birthday February 12.

In degree I have had some mechanical failures that have slowed me down.

Barack Obama and Joe Biden are in a very serious bubble that lacks concrete reality of the conditions that presidential mismanagement has placed citizens and life in. I will make a more integrated coherent presentation on this conspiracy that is rational and not fanatical by July 1, 2010.

There is legitimate debate about many of these decisions. But there can be little debate about the results. America has gone more than seven years without another terrorist attack on our soil. Since you are now a steward and guardian of American History, it is prudent for the citizen under your care to confront the concrete conditions under which he is forced to exist.

A Chemical Assault Scorched Earth has proliferated since June 17, 1987 from Dover, Delaware where you were once a senior senator.

My citizenship has been alienated under a Gay Militancy run out of LAPD.

Tomorrow will be the 22nd Anniversary of the manifest function of MOEC. Given the severity of conditions now here in Northern California, all the surface water is contaminated as well as drinking water from tap sources, this is generous.

The past five presidents have all proclaimed that the chief executive is not above the law. Reality contradicts these semantic presentations. The president has clearly lead the nation into peril, destroyed the credibility of the office and the state, and has placed the world community into uncertainty with the knowledge that the president is extortable. How can this individual negotiate nuclear, chemical, and biological weapons?

President Barack Obama is in this position as he deliberates alternatives with North Korea and Iran both of which are demonstrating more belligerent postures.

It is clear that I as the main victim should have been able to place a criminal complaint against then President Reagan in continuo to Barack Obama. All should have been impeached, removed from office and convicted.

In lieu of this, miscalculation and escalation has occurred where other indirect methods are being used with poor results to constrain the damage made by the indecision by the president. Retaliation by both Democrats and Republicans has reached a paralytic equilibrium that has momentarily ebbed with the Democratic victory in 2008.

Obama met with about 200 activists and made or reaffirmed his commitment to their agenda. Gene Robinson a Bishop with the Episcopal Church was a notable guest.

It is clear that the strategic mission of the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth was Gay Marriage. I am also a grassroots advocate for opposite sex or heterosexual marriage. I am doing such under my Hare Krishna faith which does not support any spiritual identity, svarupa siddhi which is LGBTi or would descend into such.

This would then be an authorized and part of the signature work from my perspective as attempt to break the corrupt pattern of defection that has destroyed Barack Obama's legacy and legal standing and as well as my life.

In our times we are raised to dream to become doctors, lawyers, engineers, athletes, musicians, and entertainers. What to think of as compared to the president of the United States? Currently President Barack Obama is setting a bad example by ignoring my status as a legal person here in the United States.

At the present time at the present time the body of a victim of a lynching in 1955, Emmett Louis Tillis is missing in Burk Oak Cemetery. His injuries were quite severe. He was originally buried in a glass top casket. This was to demonstrate the severity of his injuries to the public. His body was exhumed and reburied another casket.

His body is now lost in the graveyard. Just as Emmett became a symbol for the civil rights movement, it is plausible that my current circumstances will become a baseline for the impeachment and legal discredit for President Barack Obama and his predecessors.

The culture has failed because it could not produce true leaders. The folly of consequentialism and false security under tyranny is our graveyard. Our glass top casket without a body is the media which censors and sanitizes as an accomplice to human rights abuse.

Polarization and the Concrete Reality of Constitutional Rights

President Barack Obama won the 2008 Presidential Election under the banner of change. Barack Obama campaigned with full cognition that there was a chemical assault undergoing here in the United States. He would then take an oath of office, in January of 2009 swearing to uphold the Constitutional Rights of the citizens of this country.

Barack Obama, as all candidates, has to satisfy the interests that helped elect him. One of these interests is the LGBTi or lesbian gay, bisexual, transgender, and intersex platform. Here I will contrast Barack Obama's position with my own position and the guarantee of my Bill of Rights. The result is a polarization of values and concrete behavior in the exercise of the rule of law.

The manifest activity Chemical Assault Scorched Earth activity began on June 17, 1987 while I was in Dover, Delaware. This activity targeted my natural person which is protected by positive law under the Constitution. Under citizenship and the first amendment I am guaranteed the right to religion, to think freely, and move about.

In June of 2009, Barack Obama invited 200 LGBTi activists to the White House to commemorate the 40th Anniversary of the raid of the Stonewall nightclub in New York City on June 28, 1969.

A principal guest was Gene Robinson, the Bishop of the Episcopal Church in New Hampshire.

I have been a grass roots human rights activist since August of 1996. I am a member of Amnesty International which does support Gay Marriage and religious freedom. In degree however, I am opposing same sex marriage as Proposition 8 which was earlier overturned by a the court here in California. It won popular support in the 2008 Presidential Election. I have been an exclusive heterosexual all my life and spiritually Shave taken shelter as ritvik Gaudiya Vaishnava or Hare Krishna.

In this degree, I believe that I have to advocate my own position to secure my constitutional freedom here in the United States and worldwide. This opportunity in itself provides a clear contrast between the credibility between Barack Obama and myself.

From a historical standpoint I have made allegations that Los Angeles Police Department contains a cell of Gay Militants that are realizing the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth. I have stated that Cambridge Law School has designed the event. I claim that the parties above are Gay Militants that are attempting to avenge LGBTi history by alienating me from my constitutional rights.

I am clearly the opposition leader to this Gay Militancy which is intentionally engaging in Gay Irrationalism Gay Know Nothing to support the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth. This is a pre fascist platform. The most immediate result of such is censorship, sanitization, and degradation of spiritual, intellectual, and daily socioeconomic life. Are criminals genetically determined, socialized, or both? Are LGBTi persons genetically determined, socialized, or both?

I am navigating both the external and social environment against the impunity of a government lead by Irrational Presidents. I am forced to choose a repertoire of spiritual, moral, and behavioristic skills that will ensure my survival. All these activities are guaranteed by the Bill of Rights.

LGBTi At the White House

LGBTi activists have not been pleased with the pace of the Obama Administration and the implementation of the group's platform as was promised in the 2008 Presidential Campaign.

President Obama stated: "I will not only be your friend, I will continue to be an ally and a champion and a president who fights with you and for you."

Obama pleaded for patience: "I know many in this room don't believe that progress has come fast enough. And I understand that. I expect and hope to be judged not by words, not by promises I've made, but by promises that my administration keeps. "I think you guys will have pretty good feelings about the Obama administration."

Obama made reference that he has issued a presidential memorandum expanding some federal benefits to same sex partners. This is without health benefits.

Obama also stated that he has called on Congress to repeal the Defense of Marriage Act, which limits how state, local and federal bodies can recognize partnerships and determine benefits. "We have a duty to uphold existing law, but I believe we must do so in a way that does not exacerbate existing divides," Obama added.

Obama said he may support a repeal of the law.

The president also is working to pass an employee non discrimination bill, a hate crimes bill that includes protections for gays and lesbian, and is committed to rescinding a ban on entry to the United States based on HIV status.

He also reaffirmed his opposition against the Don't Ask, Don't Tell policy that allows gays and lesbians to serve in the military as long as they don't disclose their sexual orientation or act on it. Obama argued that the policy does not make the United State more secure. His administration is working with Congress to develop a frame work that will end the practice legislatively that ensures the new policy will be successful in the long run.

Concrete History and Realism

This meeting of LGBTi activists must be placed within the concrete historical context in which it has occurred. Chemical Assault Scorched Earth has alienated my person from my constitutional rights. Since the Chemical Assault is imposed over my natural person and citizenship, it also will contaminate other natural persons, life forms, and environment under United States federal jurisdiction. Many of the activists Obama invited to the White House are barred and sworn lawyers. Here we have a direct contrast in the Sovereign Citizen Relationship with direct legal implications under the Bill of Rights with sworn third parties.

I will present my position on the same issues that Barack Obama has pledged to his supporters.

Gay Marriage

Barack Obama supports the equivalent of domestic partnerships. He does not support full marriage rights. He has not supported Proposition 8 in California which banned opposite sex marriage.

I do not support domestic partnerships or opposite sex marriage. I have a 14 year record of written statements that argue against Gay Marriage. I continue to support Proposition 8 as it is being challenged here in California.

Federal Benefits

Barack Obama has granted some federal benefits to same sex partners.

I disagree with this civil remedy as it appears to conflict with the Defense of Marriage Act. While I believe this event to be a technical contractual construction that is legal, I support the traditional rendering of benefits to the direct family.

Defense of Marriage Act

In discussing the Defense of Marriage of Act, Barack Obama is arguing some sort of gradualism in conforming federal law to state rights where the right to marriage has been returned. The texture is open. He is not clear as to what the right of the federal government is to the state government.

Hence the states are going to attempt to discover a federal right. This is what I argue Massachusetts is attempting in their lawsuit over the DOMA. I argue that from a technical standpoint the federal government is separate from the state. The right of marriage has been returned to the state. The federal government as each state is free to determine whether opposite sex or same sex marriage shall be legal or domestic partnerships. Either the Proposition 8 or the DOMA case will decide this issue. I argue that the position that marriage is a state right is going to be upheld and that the federal government is separate. Marriage appears to be a right of democracy, not an absolute unalienable right under the United States Constitution.

HIV Status

Barack Obama supports admitting persons with HIV status into the United States.

Health officials concur that HIV status does constitute a national security threat. I have no opposition to admitting or granting visa status to HIV positive persons wishing to enter the United States.

Don't Ask, Don't Tell

Barack Obama supports ending the Don't Ask, Don't Tell policy in the military.

Law enforcement is a paramilitary structure and science. Every minority group that has attempted to become code enforcement officials has been successful; blacks, Asians, various European ethnic minorities have performed with equal courage in defending citizens from criminals. The Chemical Assault Scorched Earth is an Act of War. There is a de facto Gay Militia operating within Los Angeles Police Department. They have used non military chemical agents to attack me personally and the United States. They are also using LAPD property and technology to support this attack.

At this time I do not support LGBTi persons in the military. Real soldiers do not attack civilians. They only fight against armed soldiers. LAPD is actively recruiting LGBTi persons and others to align with them to attack my natural person and citizenship which degrades life and the Constitution.

Summary

This meeting could of been more substantial and valuable for these 200 LGBTi activists as well as Barack Obama himself. They should of positively acted to recognize the concrete history and the suffering that has actually occurred. There is a huge paradigm shift underway historically that will effect the manner in which constitutional law is written, upheld and taught.

It is in the cognition of this interdisciplinary group that systematic torture is ongoing here in the United States (I am writing from Westwood, CA). There is no way certification of lawyers and other sworn officials should be upheld to promote their agendas while being total cognizant of crime.

The embedding of a Gay Militancy who are fighting the United States with chemical weapons, electronic surveillance, the use of informants to harass and intimidate persons is a RICO construction. There are five presidents, Ronald Reagan, George H. W. Bush, William Clinton, George W. Bush, and now Barack Obama who have abused the office of the presidency to permit a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth to escalate to the injury of natural persons, life, and the Constitution of the United States of which the president has sworn to support.

Abnormal Behaviors

LAPD is Gay Irrationalist Gay Know Nothing. Two of their signature tactics will be explained. The first is contrarian logic. If one were to mechanically take a diametrically opposite position to every single case or argument an opponent presented, this tactic would only be rational if the opponent were less than 50 % accurate. It is not difficult for some one with an inferior high school education to keep LAPD in defeat. In degree, they are not intellectually competent. These defeats giver rise to retaliation as using chemical weapons, electronic surveillance, and the recruitment of informants to harass and intimidate persons and businesses.

The second tactic is gay baiting. LAPD is basically male same sex driven. Lesbians are used as a front or a foil. They may be hostaged against their will or be willing accomplices. If one is a heterosexual male and does not support lesbianism he is a homosexual. This is a conclusionary statement, double bind argument, and a fallacy of modus talons. If not A then B.

One of the most severe implications of an unrecognized systematic act of torture is the effect upon training and certification of code enforcement officers. Most law agencies in California require at least 60 credits. Some also require a degree, some specify that this must be Administration of Justice. There is also POST training to certify or license officers. The primary training facility for officers is the California Junior College and POST. The damage to this process is catastrophic. There is no credible explanation as to how a Gay Militancy could be recruited to launch a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth through this system. LAPD also must be cited for corruption, top to bottom for not filtering these anomalies. This agency should not be able to survive as is. I am not even sure if their building should remain as a police department. Only an informant based culture could shepherd the 200 or so officers that are alleged to be running this operation through two years of college POST, and LAPD itself. There are perhaps 20+ strictly LGBTi officers in three shifts that are directly managing the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth.

The system of checks and balances is destroyed. The City of Los Angeles, State of California, and the United States government has failed to uphold their sworn duties.

There is an ongoing paradigm shift beginning with history and then the particular content of various fields of study. The past twenty years has produced only sanitization and fraud. Persons are attending learning institutions and being conditioned by a false history and duplicit treatment of human rights.

There are many persons that should have stepped forward to prevent and remedy abuse. These LGBTi activists are conspicuous in their absence. Barack Obama and his previous four predecessors have illegally condoned systematic human rights abuses at the expense of the United States and it's citizens. These abuses should be transparently recognized and those that have obstructed justice or committed treason identified. These material facts should be prosecuted. It then should be part of educational curricula of our nation and be sound for certifying code officers.

The above chart is taken from the POST website. It is clear that this certification agency, whose 50th birthday is this year is aware of Chemical Assault Scorched Earth. I argue that LAPD and POST are under the color of authority. They are responsible for the certification of peace officers in California and their continued hire in LAPD. POST is a prestigious endeavor. This structural and process failure will have implications not only in the United States but worldwide.

The Owens River Channel is CHEMICALLY DESPOILED FROM BISHOP PAST BIG PINE, CALIFORNIA. Air is also despoiled by persons driving automobiles with chemicals in their gas tanks. This damage has at least a fifty mile perimeter. This attack is focused over a natural person myself David William Nollmeyer it will therefore also attack all citizens and natural persons in the perimeter.

I state that Barack Obama is violating my civil rights under the 14th Amendment (Due Process), 4th Amendment (Abuse of electronic surveillance), 8th Amendment (No cruel and unusual treatment, and 42 28 USC (Civil Rights Acts of 1964).

Title 18 Section 242. Deprivation of rights under color of law

This complaint states at least three predicate acts. President Obama meets the criteria of a criminal enterprise under Title 18 1961 of the United States Federal Code or the Racketeered Influenced Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO).

The FBI should consider these activities as corrupt and a SERIOUS THREAT TO HOMELAND SECURITY WHICH THIS AGENCY HAS JURISDICTION.

Tomorrow, Thanksgiving Day, Americans across the country will sit down together, count our blessings, and give thanks for our families and our loved ones.

American families reflect the diversity of this great nation. No two are exactly alike, but there is a common thread they each share.

Our families are bound together through times of joy and times of grief. They shape us, support us, instill the values that guide us as individuals, and make possible all that we achieve.

So tomorrow, I'll be giving thanks for my family, for all the wisdom, support, and love they have brought into my life.

But tomorrow is also a day to remember those who cannot sit down to break bread with those they love.

The soldier overseas holding down a lonely post and missing his kids. The sailor who left her home to serve a higher calling. The folks who must spend tomorrow apart from their families to work a second job, so they can keep food on the table or send a child to school.

We are grateful beyond words for the service and hard work of so many Americans who make our country great through their sacrifice. And this year, we know that far too many face a daily struggle that puts the comfort and security we all deserve painfully out of reach.

So when we gather tomorrow, let us also use the occasion to renew our commitment to building a more peaceful and prosperous future that every American family can enjoy.

It seems like a lifetime ago that a crowd met on a frigid February morning in Springfield, Illinois to set out on an improbable course to change our nation.

The End of the Decade

Without being fully cognizant of the passage of time it is the end of the DECADE. This awareness of time opportunities is double edge. I feel I deserve a rest after 10 years. There is no other public record available by competent authorities or so called experts.

My personal perspective is whether I can take the journals which are research and commentary and write a unified presentation.

There is pandemic leadership failure. The sanitization and creation of straw history pervades a totalitarian power grab. Certain families and groups are amassing fortunes in spite of blatant abuse while others are being marginalized towards genocide.

The myth over LGBTi figures will end. There is no credible person from this platform at present.

My challenge to the University of California will include this perspective. The school's reputation is damaged. They are most likely in the higher ranks for support for Barack Obama.

I will continue to work at a slower pace until February. When Spring breaks hopefully I will be rested and refocused.

Barack Obama Accepts the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize

In accepting his 2009 Nobel Peace Prize Barack Obama focused on his role as a leader in war, "But perhaps the most profound issue surrounding my receipt of this prize is the fact that I am the Commander in Chief of the military of a nation in the midst of two wars." In this role Obama is the world's most powerful person with the capabilities of projecting power over the world.

This act must be bound to some principle in law which he also addresses. "And over time, as codes of law sought to control violence within groups, so did philosophers and clerics and statesmen seek to regulate the destructive power of war. The concept of a just war emerged, suggesting that war is justified only when certain conditions were met: "if it is waged as a last resort or in selfdefense; if the force used is proportional; and if, whenever possible, civilians are spared from violence.", he continued.

Obama has the projection of a philosopher statesman but not the substance of a concrete actor. The real trajectory in the past year has been an escalation in the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth, which he nor the assembled parties, and the Nobel Organization have cared to realize.

To state that Obama has created an atmosphere for new dialog in the nuclear stalemate with Iran is folly.

This sanitization only will strengthen Achminejead's hard line to counter a bellicose aggressor who openly condones an attack on his own citizens in their sovereign state.

Barack Obama speaks of a gradual evolution of human institutions, "To begin with, I believe that all nations, strong and weak alike, must adhere to standards that govern the use of force. I, like any head of state, reserve the right to act unilaterally if necessary to defend my nation. Nevertheless, I am convinced that adhering to standards, international standards, strengthens those who do, and isolates and weakens those who don't."

Totalitarianism seeks to isolate. The fallacy of separation is evident as 22 years of direct Chemical Assault Scorched Earth do no factor into this strawman presentation of peace. How is the Nobel Organization or democracy going to remain erect under these concrete attacks on biological life?

These and other problems must be addressed and solved. This will negate these demeaning shows of peace and integrity.

President Barack Obama was the winner of the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize. The texture will remain open as to whether the interests of the Nobel Organization bear out in the history of the human race. The honor was rationalized on the belief that creating an environment for dialog concerning nuclear disarmament vis a vis with Mahmoud Achminejead of Iran justified the prize in spite of a lack of tangible accomplishments that usual accompany laureates.

The Nobel Committee has stated that it researched many qualified candidates from the past year and the winner was Obama.

I was camping in a field south of Big Pine, California on October 9 when news of the prize broke. I have been living under constant attack since April of 1986, with totalitarian electronic surveillance and Chemical Assault Scorched Earth since June 17, 1987, the 200th anniversary of the United States Constitution.

My alienation has engendered the most successful censorship and sanitization of history to date. My argument is that the manifest concrete condoning of my systematic torture will transform the thinking and methodologies of leadership and warfare.

I will end my preface on the panorama of the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize with closing statements of the president:

Somewhere today, in the here and now, in the world as it is, a soldier sees he's outgunned, but stands firm to keep the peace. Somewhere today, in this world, a young protester awaits the brutality of her government, but has the courage to march on. The Stone Unturned: A Critique of Obama’s Nobel Prize Acceptance Speech

After acknowledging his audience Obama spoke the following words:

I receive this honor with deep gratitude and great humility. It is an award that speaks to our highest aspirations, that for all the cruelty and hardship of our world, we are not mere prisoners of fate. Our actions matter, and can bend history in the direction of justice.

A centerpiece of Obama's speech is that he was awarded the prize while he is acting as Commander In Chief of a nation in war. He argued that this war was an act of collective security not just one nation defending itself in a unilateralist posture.

But perhaps the most profound issue surrounding my receipt of this prize is the fact that I am the Commander in Chief of the military of a nation in the midst of two wars. One of these wars is winding down. The other is a conflict that America did not seek; one in which we are joined by 42 other countries, including Norway, in an effort to defend ourselves and all nations from further attacks.

Obama then proceeded to discuss the basic concept of jus belle or just warfare. This also acknowledged the emergence of international law and human rights. Obama also began to foreshadow another key concept of his doctrine: the building of institutions to create peace. After recapitulating the past centuries failures of two world wars and the League Of Nations. The president also pointed out that war is not the conventional use of armies and alignment but now of terror. Here we have a convergence which begins to demonstrate the apperception and lack of volition of both the Nobel Organization and Barack Obama.

And yet, a decade into a new century, this old architecture is buckling under the weight of new threats. The world may no longer shudder at the prospect of war between two nuclear superpowers, but proliferation may increase the risk of catastrophe. Terrorism has long been a tactic, but modern technology allows a few small men with outsized rage to murder innocents on a horrific scale.

Presidents usually are evaluated on their skill on identifying and solving the nation's problems. This has lead to the first presidents being seen favorably as Washington, Jefferson, and Lincoln being seen favorably. This is due to state creation and human rights. Due process is a right. Persons often who plead in forma pauperus use the 14th Amendment, the due process clause, to civilly petition the government as a last resort if criminal actions are not recognized by the state itself on it’s citizen’s behalf. This amendment reflects the rise of Jim Crow Laws in the Deep South after the Civil War. Obama points out that he does not have solutions to war. Obama quotes Martin Luther King Jr. to reason that, "Violence never brings permanent peace. It solves no social problem: it merely creates new and more complicated ones."

Following this statement a crest of tension or arsis is presented:

But as a head of state sworn to protect and defend my nation, I cannot be guided by their examples alone. I face the world as it is, and cannot stand idle in the face of threats to the American people. For make no mistake: Evil does exist in the world. A non violent movement could not have halted Hitler's armies. Negotiations cannot convince al Qaeda's leaders to lay down their arms. To say that force may sometimes be necessary is not a call to cynicism, it is a recognition of history; the imperfections of man and the limits of reason.

Here I will state that Obama confirms his role as a sophist, he also introduces his apologetics, of a consequentialist nature, invoking a strongman posture derived from Plato’s Thrasymachus. Here I am not changing the subject. Obama speaks of al Qaeda. I am speaking of censored violence and EVIL here against myself in the United States and other living life.

Obama is correct in that self defense after exhausting resources against a recalcitrant enemy is justified. He is grossly in error in his axiology and duties as Head of State and Commander in Chief.

The Stone Unturned Part II

Obama then begins to build another arc of tension with his historical acknowledgment over structures and processes and the concrete position that the United States exists in at the present time.

I raise this point, I begin with this point because in many countries there is a deep ambivalence about military action today, no matter what the cause. And at times, this is joined by a reflexive suspicion of America, the world's sole military superpower.

The president seeks to then build consensus over the role the United States is performing by stressing that the sacrifices American service persons have made is in the collective interest. His statement that the future's children and grandchildren will be better if others offspring are secure is hypocritical. I am under severe CHEMICAL ASSAULT SCORCHED EARTH. I HAVE NEVER MARRIED AND HAVE NEVER HAD CHILDREN. This statement is simply an abstract straw man. There is severe fallacy of separation from this idealistic statement and the real world condition under which natural persons and citizens exist in the United States.

But the world must remember that it was not simply international institutions, not just treaties and declarations, that brought stability to a post World War II world. Whatever mistakes we have made, the plain fact is this: The United States of America has helped underwrite global security for more than six decades with the blood of our citizens and the strength of our arms. The service and sacrifice of our men and women in uniform has promoted peace and prosperity from Germany to Korea, and enabled democracy to take hold in places like the Balkans. We have borne this burden not because we seek to impose our will. We have done so out of enlightened self interest, because we seek a better future for our children and grandchildren, and we believe that their lives will be better if others' children and grandchildren can live in freedom and prosperity.

In the context of being a commander in chief Obama acknowledges what apparently seems counterintuitive that war is necessary and also a folly. Here there is a materialist self evident truth that human systems are differentiated and that the benefit to cost ratios determine correct leadership choices. Obama invokes a trajectory from Kennedy to make a concrete statement in the direction and goals in which he intends to lead the United States and the world.

So part of our challenge is reconciling these two seemingly irreconcilable truths, that war is sometimes necessary, and war at some level is an expression of human folly. Concretely, we must direct our effort to the task that President Kennedy called for long ago. "Let us focus," he said, "on a more practical, more attainable peace, based not on a sudden revolution in human nature but on a gradual evolution in human institutions." A gradual evolution of human institutions.

Before Obama clarifies this activity, he recapitulates his role as a sovereign head of state. This is centered on the unilateral right to use deadly force. This is an issue that deeply divides the United States and the majority of the world. He reasserts his position as Thrasymachus the sophist in Plato's The Republic. Hence that Justice is in the interest of the stronger, to help our friends and harm our enemies. Plato's Socrates' answer is that Justice is in the interest of the weaker. Here this means rights. Justice means that the good or the strong take up the argument for the weak and defenseless to see the good or truth. This is the Greek philosophic basis for human rights of the UDHR and the Bill of Rights of the United States.

Here my criticism is based on concrete objective empirical history. This is not stating a correct abstract principle. Obama and the analysis must not be totalitarian and isolate reality from perception. I am writing along the Colorado River near Blythe, California and Ehrenberg, Arizona and the river is despoiled.

To begin with, I believe that all nations, strong and weak alike, must adhere to standards that govern the use of force. I, like any head of state, reserve the right to act unilaterally if necessary to defend my nation. Nevertheless, I am convinced that adhering to standards, international standards, strengthens those who do, and isolates and weakens those who don't.

Furthermore, America, in fact, no nation, can insist that others follow the rules of the road if we refuse to follow them ourselves. For when we don't, our actions appear arbitrary and undercut the legitimacy of future interventions, no matter how justified.

The unattractive truth emerges. Barack Obama states in the affirmative that the use of deadly force is justified against a sovereign nationstate is culpable against attacks against it’s own citizens and natural persons living in it’s territory.

And this becomes particularly important when the purpose of military action extends beyond selfdefense or the defense of one nation against an aggressor. More and more, we all confront difficult questions about how to prevent the slaughter of civilians by their own government, or to stop a civil war whose violence and suffering can engulf an entire region.

I believe that force can be justified on humanitarian grounds, as it was in the Balkans, or in other places that have been scarred by war. Inaction tears at our conscience and can lead to more costly intervention later. That's why all responsible nations must embrace the role that militaries with a clear mandate can play to keep the peace.

Duplicity is the lack of respect of persons. Here the world is condoning the attack in the United States as most of the free world is dependent on the United States to maintain the peace and economic prosperity. This type of mass defection is irrational. It is however the main choice of action where the immediate short payoff is for everyone to defect to receive a payoff in prisoner's dilemma. Obama divides the argument. Unity is strength and fragmentation is weakness. The best efficient optimization is to uphold the Bill of Rights and stop the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth here. Then, international security of which the United States has lesser control and whose legal jurisdiction is more questionable will be STRONGER!

America's commitment to global security will never waver. But in a world in which threats are more diffuse, and missions more complex, America cannot act alone. America alone cannot secure the peace. This is true in Afghanistan. This is true in failed states like Somalia, where terrorism and piracy is joined by famine and human suffering. And sadly, it will continue to be true in unstable regions for years to come.

Obama is preparing to close his presentation. In doing so he clearly presents himself as hypocrite who states one thing and does the other. Obama exhorts a legal moral posture for other nationstates and natural persons while he looks the other way as a Prefect Dictator while secret police actions carry out abuse against his own citizens.

Let me make one final point about the use of force. Even as we make difficult decisions about going to war, we must also think clearly about how we fight it. The Nobel Committee recognized this truth in awarding it's first prize for peace to Henry Dunant, the founder of the Red Cross, and a driving force behind the Geneva Conventions.

Where force is necessary, we have a moral and strategic interest in binding ourselves to certain rules of conduct. And even as we confront a vicious adversary that abides by no rules, I believe the United States of America must remain a standard bearer in the conduct of war. That is what makes us different from those whom we fight. That is a source of our strength. That is why I prohibited torture. That is why I ordered the prison at Guantanamo Bay closed. And that is why I have reaffirmed America's commitment to abide by the Geneva Conventions. We lose ourselves when we compromise the very ideals that we fight to defend. (Applause.) And we honor, we honor those ideals by upholding them not when it's easy, but when it is hard.

The past era since June 17, 1987, the 200th Anniversary of the United States passes with concrete examples of the degradation of the leadership and culture. No faith based organization, human rights groups, academics, or journalists have emerged as opposition.

I am going to present one term which I will label. This is the Vamanadeva Baseline VB. I am generally not in favor of subject terms into this type of political or social science. This involves the ninth step of bhakti yoga or absolute surrender. I will raise the baseline of performance. The United States is borrowing 40 cents for every dollar received. The deficit for this year is projected at $1.5 trillion dollars. The United States is in wars in Iran and increasingly facing threats in Afghanistan.

President Obama has yet to recognize a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth program that began on the 200^th Anniversary of the United States Constitution June 17, 1987 in Dover, Delaware home state of Vice President Joe Biden.

Currently the Salton Sea in California is a Scorched Earth. The air and tangible property are also being despoiled from the placing of chemicals in auto engines.

A Gay Militia from Los Angeles Police Department is operating a blackmail and extortion ring that has entrapped Barack Obama. Their strategic interest is Gay Marriage. The attack is based over my natural person and citizenship. I am a lifelong heterosexual. There are am estimated 600,000 HIV AIDS positive persons that are the next objectively identifiable victims 40 percent or 240,000 are Male Same Sex Male MSM persons. This is just a part of how we're shaping a world that favors peace and prosperity. With our European allies, we revitalized NATO and increased our cooperation on everything from counterterrorism to missile defense. We've reset our relationship with Russia, strengthened Asian alliances, built new partnerships with nations like India.

The enemy for Obama is only one that is recognized Officially. The Reality of the objective concrete world escapes his intellectualizations. This is his downfall. In a historical continuum, the United States and the world has suffered from a planned decadence. What is needed is leadership for a restoration. America has underwent this type of modality after the American Civil War. There is no official recognition for Chemical Assault Scorched Earth. What is there to speak of as human rights abuses and prosecution and compensation for crimes against persons? Barack Obama is supporting Gay Marriage Rights as well as inclusiveness in the Armed Forces. He is demonstrating the strawman archetype by employing censorship and sanitization of the real constitutional malaise between himself and my rights.

This would have a simultaneous spillover into class actions as if one person's rights are abused as in this instance the whole suffers.

There has been a severe earthquake in Concepción, Chile as of February 27, 2010. This underlines the irrationalist stress that the United States president is putting on other nationstates to help sanitize a Dirty War. Haiti which has suffered a traumatic earthquake in January with near 250,000 dead and this event with 400 plus fatalities underscores the dependency in which global peace exists.

So the new title of the website is now Irrationalist Presidents: Censorship and Sanitization of a Dirty War.

All claims are empirical. The emergence of indirect actions of a few websites and comments demonstrates the cost that sustained incompetence and corruption will bear. This is true on natural wellbeing, positive rights, environmental degradation, and the creation and preservation of wealth.

The later seems to be the greatest concern. This is morally incorrect but reflects the hedonistic informant nature of the human condition. The Scorched Earth has created asset misallocation. The American President, now Barack Obama is leading what is very similar to a cult of personality. Here we have success individuals taking office at least every eight years. The cumulative toll of incompetency is bearing it's weight as externality on the poorer economic classes. This is ironic as Obama champions himself as advocate for Main Street. Even within this perspective this cult formation needs informants to defect outside of citizenship and rule of law to maintain it's homeostasis or equilibrium.

Here we will all witness that the herd of common less intelligent people were organized by academics to defeat the American President. We are discussing Gay Irrationalism at the present. If any apologists or any intellects appear you will have a similar construct along the lines of Italian Fascism. The allegation is that this is of British Origin.

I am fighting daily, almost by the minute circular low IQ arguments similar to computer virus scripts that are attempting to portray me as being a member or sympathizer within the Gay Militant Stalker paradigm.

Quite the contrary, I am their main victim and opponent. This does not exempt heterosexuals or members of my Hare Krishna Faith. They are similarly plagued by the defection of interests outside of norms of law to achieve goals.

The costs again are mounting. The current area has 25% unemployment rate. I am going to make a historic stand here legally. Mary Bono R Palm Springs, Barack Obama, and myself were all born in the latter half of 1961. Bono physically appears to be the healthiest, then most likely Obama.

I am going to be more vigorous in my academic pursuits.

We're doing this now because the politics we believe in does not start with expensive TV ads or extravaganzas, but with you with people organizing block by block, talking to neighbors, co workers, and friends. And that kind of campaign takes time to build.

So even though I'm focused on the job you elected me to do, and the race may not reach full speed for a year or more, the work of laying the foundation for our campaign must start today.

We've always known that lasting change wouldn't come quickly or easily. It never does. But as my administration and folks across the country fight to protect the progress we've made and make more we also need to begin mobilizing for 2012, long before the time comes for me to begin campaigning in earnest.

(CNN) Virginia's proclamation of Confederate History Month without any reference to slavery was unacceptable, President Obama said in an interview broadcast Friday.

"Well, you know, I'm a big history buff. And I think that understanding the history of the Confederacy and understanding the history of the Civil War is something that every American and every young American should be a part of," he told ABC in an interview taped Thursday.

"Now, I don't think you can understand the Confederacy and the Civil War unless you understand slavery. And so, I think that was an unacceptable omission. I think the governor's now acknowledged that."

Obama was referring to Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell, who apologized Wednesday for leaving out any reference to slavery in his recent proclamation designating April as Confederate History Month, calling it a "major omission."

McDonnell, a Republican, also said he would amend the proclamation.

ABC asked the nation's first African American president to weigh in on the controversy.

"I think it's just a reminder that when we talk about issues like slavery that are so fraught with pain and emotion, that we'd better do so thinking through how this is going to affect a lot of people, and their sense of whether they're part of a commonwealth or part of our broader society."

McDonnell's written apology said, "The failure to include any reference to slavery was a mistake, and for that I apologize to any fellow Virginian who has been offended or disappointed."

"The abomination of slavery divided our nation, deprived people of their God given inalienable rights, and led to the Civil War," the statement said. "Slavery was an evil, vicious and inhumane practice which degraded human beings to property, and it has left a stain on the soul of this state and nation."

The new language added to the proclamation says that "it is important for all Virginians to understand that the institution of slavery led to this war and was an evil and inhumane practice that deprived people of their God given inalienable rights."

It adds that "all Virginians are thankful for its permanent eradication from our orders."

McDonnell's statement noted that while Virginia was home to the capital of the Confederacy, it was also the first state in the nation to elect an African American governor, L. Douglas Wilder, whom McDonnell called "my friend."

In an interview with CNN on Wednesday, Wilder said McDonnell's apology and his introduction of additional proclamation language was "the right thing for him to have done."

"Most people recognize that slavery was the cause of the [Civil] war," Wilder said, noting that McDonnell had called him Wednesday. "The war was not a glorious thing in our past. It was something that we were able to withstand in terms of tearing the country apart. ...Thank God that war ended with the Confederacy losing."

Not all of Wilder's fellow Democrats were willing to forgive McDonnell so quickly Wednesday.

"He has a right to apologize," Virginia state Sen. Henry Marsh III, who is also African American, told CNN on Wednesday. "But I don't accept that as a good answer, because this is a pattern of this governor.

"He says the wrong thing, he sends a signal to his base, and then he makes an apology," Marsh said. "It's a question of whether or not he's sincere or not."

McDonnell is the first Virginia governor in eight years to issue a proclamation declaring April as Confederate History Month.

Two previous Democratic administrations refused to do so.

"It is important for all Virginians to reflect upon our Commonwealth's shared history, to understand the sacrifices of the Confederate leaders, soldiers and citizens during the period of the Civil War, and to recognize how our history has led to our present," the proclamation reads in part.

Former Virginia Gov. Tim Kaine, now the Democratic National Committee chairman, issued a statement Wednesday blasting the exclusion of slavery from the original proclamation.

"Governor McDonnell's decision to designate April as Confederate History Month without condemning, or even acknowledging, the pernicious stain of slavery or it's role in the war disregards history, is insensitive to the extraordinary efforts of Americans to eliminate slavery and bind the nation's wounds, and offends millions of Americans of all races and in all parts of our nation," Kaine wrote.

"A failure to acknowledge the central role of slavery in the Confederacy and deeming insignificant the reprehensible transgression of moral standards of liberty and equality that slavery represented is simply not acceptable in the America of the 21st century," he continued.

Things must either be or not be. If my rights are being alienated than Barack Obama is not fulfilling his sworn oath of office as the president. If I am losing my rights than you and your family have lost their rights too. There are tertiary targets and beyond in this Chemical Assault Scorched Earth. It is being slowly acknowledged they I have made the strongest effort to legally end this fiasco legally. Hence as such I am the baseline.

I have called this the Vamanadeva Baseline. I really am not enamored of having my name embedded into social science work. To many person's chagrin and mine also, if I am establishing the baseline all the so called sworn officers and academics cannot be doing their job.

California officials have public servants with family wealth over $50 million USD. Dianne Feinstein, Nancy Pelosi, and Arnold Schwarzenegger come to mind.

This is very poor. Many families are being wiped out by the culture of impunity. I wrote Nancy Pelosi once on this issue and she publicly mentioned this subject. Actions speak louder than words.

Presidential History is very important. The Invertebration of the status loci of the office is epic and a disaster.

Obama Becomes A Victim Of Fate

President Barack Obama has fallen victim to fate. The Gulf of Mexico Oilspill leaves his presidency and legacy in the hands of British Petroleum BP. The spill began on April 20, 2010. It is estimated to be 25,000 to 40,000 barrels per day. For nearly the past 24 years the United States has condoned an open attack on my natural person. I have travelled to Mexico on several occasions briefly. The majority of the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth has occurred in the United States especially California.

Obama is pressuring BP for liability for Gulf residents. He has not even recognized the superior event in which he will be defined and possibly prosecuted. The entrapment overwhelmingly appears to be chronological and lifespan driven in the perspective of time.

"In the same way that our view of our vulnerabilities and our foreign policy was shaped profoundly by 9/11, I think this disaster is going to shape how we think about the environment and energy for many years to come," he said in the Politico interview.

"One of the biggest leadership challenges for me going forward is going to be to make sure that we draw the right lessons from this disaster," he said.

If Obama lives another 30 years he will be near 79 years old as I will be. Other persons in this nation who are 20 now will be 50. Here we see a window for criminal prosecution. The other Irrationalist Presidents and their administrations will be well into their 80s. This appears to be the deviance that is being condoned and prosecuting one major individual.

In an interesting counterpoint Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden is another litigant who is 41 also a likely criminal prosecution.

It is clear that sworn officials, law enforcement, lawyers, academics et al. are not responding. It is the victims who have been stalked and marginalized that have stepped forward in this tyranny of the majority. This is an overt purge of informants within a system of class stratification. The LGBTi platform is also damaged as this attack is driven from their alignment. Other group based identities as patriotism nationalism are nowhere to be seen. The law enforcement informant structure is evident under prisoner's dilemma and is what is sustaining abuse.

It appears that those in power stay in power. The major individuals in groups supra who do not have tangible assets and cash to pass down are damaged. The University of California is a large abstract institution that is being driven into an inflated strawman organization. Their historians, environmentalists, and lawyers are damaged but are well paid. What the specific benefit to cost ratio is unseen at present.

The LGBTi militants have gained nothing but the lowest position in history. The are similar to suicide bombers in the concrete but do not wish to sacrifice themselves. Their accomplices are also in this concrete dilemma. It appears the authors where able to recruit blackmail and extort persons from the militants to the president to attack. Here the latent function of a foreign Origin as Cambridge Law School becomes stronger. They too are damaged with the same costs if this allegation is proven.

I Would Rather Be Wrong Than Be The President

California has decisively emerged as the focal target until the end of the Arnold Schwarzenegger governorship. Arnold at 63 may have legally blown down First Lady Maria Shriver. In this context this new perspective is a magnification of what has been occurring and is a good example of the theory of emergence.

This is a high profile state with arguably the most visible power couple. Maria Shriver is not adding her on cause. She should have reasoned her husband out of being governor if he had no intention of doing the job.

Conditions are catastrophic here as far as the environment is concerned. Lakes, rivers, and tangible property all ruined.

100 percent or 38 million people have been affected by these acts since Arnold became governor in 2003.

Maria Shriver stated on June 30, 2010:

"Just to become governor is a huge thing, and to do it twice is a huge accomplishment," Shriver told Pop Tarts at the Million Plates Campaign in Los Angeles on Monday. "I think he has so much to be proud of, certainly his work on the environment, job creation, selling California on all the reforms he's been able to institute. I think when all is said and done, people will look at him as a great performer."

BP Temporarily Caps the Macondo Spill

BP has at least temporarily cap the Macondo Field spill. The Methane gas has been escaping at upwards of 100,000 psi. A total rupture at the well could have caused a 200 foot tidal and released gas causing a mass extinction. If this were to happen engineers claim it would occur in the next six months.

Barack Obama does not seem in control. He appears at the mercy of fate and must take whatever such will deal him. This is not a great place to be considering the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth conditions.

The Accurate Methodology

It is perfectly clear that the attack on natural life, citizenship, and the United States is perpetuated by Same Sex Males who wish for Same Sex Females to front their attack.

My authorized methodology is to argue from eternal law downward (deduction) not from socialization theories (induction) upwards. Here in particularity my faith is Vedic (Hare Krishna Movement). I do not support that any LGBTi identity exists in the Vaikunthas or heaven. It is a conditioned state of material existence. I do support congregational participation of LGBTi persons in the temple.

I do not support Gay Monogamy, Same Sex Marriage or Blessings in the name of the Vedas. My position is that an opposite sex marriage to a Vaishnava woman is the only scripturally accurate position for a Gaudiya preacher to propose in conjugal relations.

I am also not supporting Jayadvaitya swami (Jay Israel, New Raman Reti FL) or Hridayananda Swami (Howard Resnick, New Raman Reti FL) in support of Gay Marriage. Substituting any other preacher yields a fallacy and fraud also.

What is occurring is that Gay Males are baiting straight men with lesbians. If they are not one's preference than one is baited as a Gay Male. A choice of heterosexual or opposite sex females who are desirable is never given. This is revealing a very severe inferiority complex in the authorship and the police who are leading the attack.

Proposition 8 was overturned August 8, 2010. I supported Proposition 8 and will continue to do so. I have been completely heterosexual for 100 PERCENT OF MY LIFE. I turned 49 on August 3, 2010.

Any other methodology which does not argue a refutation of same sex males from eternal law downwards is a fraud.

It's Getting Better?

I believe it is accurate for Obama to paint the colors in broad strokes regarding his support for bullied LGBTi kids. He is entirely serving up a red herring by not addressing the stalking committed against my person since July when at least five youths committed suicide.

I certainly show disdain for the intimidation of LGBTi youths. What needs to be legally addressed is that OUTING by LGBTi members helps foster the climate for stalking. This has occurred to me. Since I am straight the outing failed. Rep. R Asburn of Bakersfield came out while this wave of hatred escalated.

Morality and demonstrable behavior is not consistent with my persecution which is gender based LGBTi versus straight.

The Republicans Win Big

The Republicans have won control of the House of Representatives by capturing nearly 60 seats. Nancy Pelosi will not be House Speaker. In California Jerry Brown, Gavin Newsom, and Kamala Harris have won statewide offices.

The victories by Newsom and Harris give clarity to likely endgame scenarios. Both Newsom and Harris are from San Francisco and both have stellar records on LGBTi issues as mayor and district attorney. LAPD and their Gay Militia has severely damaged their legal standing. Both are mid age, in their 40s. They are likely targets for criminal prosecution.

My circumstances determine that creating memo style records that are court production quality implicating sworn officials to be my best strategy. I dearly would like to demonstrate more decisively my academic will as much as my resilience to a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth Program.

I believe I am within a mathematical limit between 99 to 100 percent as far as quantity is concerned. Kamala Harris is the new attorney general and Jerry Brown, the old attorney general is the governor.

The population has openly stalked me. The criminal activity guarantees that a purge of informants has occurred. It also is wrecking the emergence of LGBTi public persons at a decisive time period. The public especially here in California must realize that it is their person their families, and their prosperity that has been and will continue to be attacked. The only reason deals are being are offered is to create informants to be purged.

Obama swept into office two years ago well aware of usurpation. He and his family have prospered through book deals that will guarantee that his children will live well regardless of the outcome of corruption that is destroying life itself and the average person.

Prisoner's Dilemma guarantees that if the president and governors are informants than the population in their jurisdictions are dependent and in a certain degree supporting corruption. This predisposes the natural person and the property to spurious attacks. This has occurred in a manner that is not quantifiable at the present.

A tipping point has occurred where the Three Stooges can no longer pass through the door of history with all standing. The corruption of the population supports the censorship that is destroying them.

I am just short of 50 years old with no manifest tangible resources. I have openly created the strongest direct written history and have given a descriptive record and analysis that will give concrete explanations for what has occurred.

The Obama Era Is In Control

In California the likely election of Kamala Harris as Attorney General and the election of Gavin Newsom to Lt. Governor brings into office those born after 1960. Mary Bono Mack is the representative for the 51st District which covers Palm Springs to Blythe in California near where I spend about half the year. I plan to retire in the Salton Sea area which is technically the 41st District run by Bob Kilner.

LAPD is attempting an ad misericordium appeal to a very large LGBTi community here in Palm Springs and Cathedral City.

I have two Facebook sites where I do no unfriend or censor discussion LGBTi issues unless it is out of control.

A peculiar issue that will damage the LGBTi tradition here is the use of the Interloper Profile. The Right to Marry is currently in federal court as an appeal to overturn the striking down of Proposition 8 here in California.

I have been a heterosexual male all of my life. Every time I mention a female name as Mary or Dianne, LAPD attempts to posit this as a Gay Code referring to a homosexual male. This is misogyny as the females I am referring to are indeed real and men are never my sexual preference.

This is a deliberate miscalculation and escalation on Cambridge and LAPD's side. I will document this and present such to:
