As the world awaits the Inauguration of Donald Trump on January 20, 2017, the new buzz word is Disruption. The interruption of a system in engineering terms is affecting most notably the employment sector. With Amazon Go claiming to be able to eliminate cash registers at their upcoming stores, AV or automated vehicles replacing truck driving again Amazon, UPS, and FedEx are behind such, the closing of 100 Macy and Sears stores, the 20th century is going out of vogue. From a statistical perspective argue about 2050 to represent the beginning of the 21st century. The so called Singularity should have arrived.

What skills sets are survivable? What does one need to be capable of to keep employed? Mathematical Alignment posits as steep slope for those who are not going to hit Calculus. It is clear that high school graduation is Algebra 3 worldwide. I am watching to see how the folks at Macy and Sears exercise their preferences to stay employed or exit the market. Analysts state these big box icons need to shut 523 more stores. Sears appears to be headed into bankruptcy. They may emerge online. Limited, a clothing store shut all 250 of their stores but will remain online.

Hence we are experiencing the digital revolution. This end of the 1900s and the beginning of 2000s. Good Luck!!!

Disruption is clearly the new buzz word of the year. In this consideration, whom are the Authorship of MOEC? We are within months of a 30 year Anniversaryon June 17, 2017. This is clearly an embarrassment for the United States and world leadership. MOEC is clearly a disruption to every form human or machine activity. Is Artificial Intelligence capable of occurring or simply snake oil branding. The same would be true of Technological Singularity. The concrete history of MOEC and it's Chemical Assault Scorched Earth is a compelling test to any human or machine system. The thirty year Censorship and Sanitization supports my claim that MOEC Studies is 50 years ahead of academia.

I am 55.5 years of age. One should look for me to promote my ideas more vigorously. MOEC is not a zero sum game. There are winners and losers. Can computers solve the problem of governance and Prisoner's Dilemma.

The Presidency of Donald Trump also presents issues. Currently there is a tremendous amount of smoke and mirrors about how the right and left, liberal and conservative movements in all nationstates are able to adapt to Trump's economic nationalist policies. I have sections of Fascism on this sight supra.The quality is excellent. The contest between Irrational and Rational schools is heating up. This will clearly effect the machines these actors build.

The next 11 years will most likely result in the chemical assault ceasing. This will either have me dead and or members of LAPD retired or dead. Will these events see the light of day in a court room with OFFICIAL RECOGNITION? It is hard to gauge. Barack Obama is clearly guilty and not a friend to mankind and organic life. Here I believe that evolutionary biology is increasing in prominence. Other nations as Russia and China are indirectly calling the United States' bluff on this. They and their citizens have a considerable amount to lose by permitting a virulent strain of Gay Irrationalism to grow and thus become dependent resulting in blackmail and extortion.

The United States has lost it's prestige and is sustaining on necessity. It has adversaries and they will marginally increase their positions against this country.

The United States has been undergoing an in continuo Chemical Assault Scorched Earth since June 17, 1987 when I was in Dover, Delaware. 1987 is the year of the 200th Anniversary of the United States Constitution. The attack is alleged to be designed by Cambridge Law School, United Kingdom.

An interesting component of the System is that the entirety of the attack is imposed over only one natural person, myself, Bhakta David Nollmeyer. The remainder of the population are Fractals of Kroni. Kroni is an Antichrist figure.

In the Ayyavazhi faith, the Nadutheerpu is the Final Judgment from which Kroni, the primordial Manifestation of Evil was sentenced to hell. During this judgment his unlawful activities of all the seven previous Yugas are returned once again to him and he was finally thrown into the hell.

Ayyavazhi Mayon is Vishnu of the Vedas. Kroni was severed into asuras as six fragments: 1. Kuntomasali 2. Thillaimallalan and Mallosivakanan 3. Suraparppan Sinkamukasuran and Iraniyan 4. Ravanan 5. Thuriyothanan and the Ninety Nine Brothers 6. Kaliyan In Vedic Ayyavazhi tradition Kalki is the final avatar that deals with corrupt government at the end of the last Yuga or time period, Kali.

In this consideration, I was presented a briefing defining the event. As seen under then President Ronald Reagan my Sovereign Citizen positive rights were abrogated. This substantively figures on my Bill of Rights safeguards.

Essentially what is occurring is a duel under a Prisoner's Dilemma mutation named Mobilization of Empire and Civilization or MOEC by the Authorship. This is claimed to be a Membership of Cambridge Lawyers and Theologians. In it's construction as a System it appears that the Lawyers were placed on the Number Line. This is the same integer based system used from grade to graduate school.

It is argued that Cambridge Law School or MOEC as they wished to style themselves are the mechanism that expands and contracts the British Empire. This is facilitated by a hub and node system of Informants in every police stationhouse worldwide.

The GUI of the system is presented below. As the ontological ends of an implied computer system what is seen is a suprasystem controlling all the systems, subsystems, and components similar to an operating system.

Mobilization of Empire and Civilization MOEC is the name of this operation. It is Cambridge planning that expands and contracts the British Empire. MOEC is imposed over only one person in it's entirety. I am the only person to have these components over my natural person and citizenship:

MOEC has a Strategic Mission of Gay Marriage. This attack is based on a Homosexual Qualification of Rights before the court. MOEC is a Cultural Singularity versus Technological Singularity. The current theme is Organic and Mechanistic Solidarity. I believe about 15,000 to 30,000 persons were directly entrapped in MOEC's Reverse Sting. This is a Greek Gift of the Gods Caveman Attack. It has a polarity of homosexuality versus heterosexuality. Hence under a simple Chai Square Test are LGBTi persons or Opposite Sex persons more likely to be Atomized or create an Ideal State?

The engineering and math implied in MOEC are well beyond my capabilities. Whomever attacked the United States was well beyond a regular California State University computer science BS.

The people are being numbered and entered into Parameters. A very complex system of ANOVA based statistics is implied. This will merge the Schools of Math and Science and Liberal Arts.

This is not a zero sum game. There are winners and losers. An important social science concept is that persons are individually prepared and conditioned under a concept of expansion and contraction of an Empire.

Hence many persons at MIT and other schools are hubs and nodes under MOEC.

On June 17, 2017, an entire generation will have transpired. MOEC is a Scripted Black Swan and Runaway crushing Democracy under the United States.

I believe that the survival of Cambridge and many institutions and individuals that MOEC has entrapped is at stake.

The D Wave set of Quantum Chips is an interesting innovation compared to Classical Chips. According to their site "quantum computers tap directly into an unimaginably vast fabric of reality, the strange and counterintuitive world of quantum mechanics. Rather than store information using bits represented by 0s or 1s as conventional computers do, quantum computers use quantum bits, or qubits, to encode information as 0s, 1s, or both simultaneously. This superposition of states, along with the quantum effects of entanglement and quantum tunneling, enable quantum computers to consider and manipulate many combinations of bits simultaneously."

D-Wave systems implement a quantum annealing algorithm, which solves problems by searching for the global minimum of a function. User problems are mapped to a search for the lowest point in a vast landscape, which corresponds to the best possible outcome.

This min to max approach is unique. Consider Plato's axiom Justice is in the interest of the weaker. Plato argues a stable Republic is best built by securing those at risk. This has been considered an antecedent to Equal Protection and Due Process.

Quantum computers are probabilistic rather than deterministic, the computer returns many very good answers in a short amount of time: thousands of samples in one second. This provides not only the most accurate solution found but also provides other alternatives.

Classical algorithms work from one observation from the highest point towards the lowest. This may not yield a global minimum as the observer may become lost in the landscape of the problem.

Quantum annealing begins with the observer simultaneously occupying many coordinates due to the quantum phenomenon of superposition. The probability of being at any given coordinate smoothly evolves as annealing progresses. Quantum tunneling permits the observer to pass through hills rather than be forced to climb such reducing the chance of becoming trapped in valleys that are not the global minimum. Quantum entanglement improves the outcome by allowing the observer to discover correlations between the coordinates that lead to deep valleys.

The paradigm shift from Classical Computing to Quantum Computing will most certainly effect whether AI will be achievable by 2035.

Apple CEO Tim Cook: MIT Commencement

Interesting jokes. I will make comments at a future date. It is hard to believe but it is snowing here!

NEW YORK (CNNMoney) "I'm not worried about artificial intelligence giving computers the ability to think like humans; I'm more concerned about people thinking like computers, without values or compassion," Apple CEO Tim Cook told MIT grads Friday.

Consciousness is the final battleground in the Mechanism versus Theism polarization. Humans have Consciousness but are not omnipotent. Do computers think or solely manipulate symbols? Hence the ongoing debate between Kurzweil and Searle.

As the head of the world's largest publicly traded company, Cook is arguably the most important person in the tech industry.

But Cook's message to new graduates wasn't about how to strong arm your way to the top of a highly competitive business. Rather, he spoke of values and ethics and urged the grads to "embrace the mission" of serving humanity.

"Technology is capable of doing great things, but it doesn't want to do great things. It doesn't want to do anything. That part takes all of us," he said. He added that what the tech sector needs is "a belief that all of our fates are interconnected."

I wish to take issue with Cook's consequentialism. Volition and Apperception are rampant during an in continuo Chemical Assault Scorched Earth which has been imposed over my person since June 17, 1987 when I was in Dover, Delaware. Girlfriend Shoots Boyfriend Making YouTube Video

A Minnesota woman killed her boyfriend Monday by shooting at a book he was holding over his chest, in a YouTube video stunt gone wrong. Monalisa Perez, 19, was attempting to make a viral video with boyfriend Pedro Ruiz III, 22, to post to their YouTube account, according to a Norman County Sheriff's Department arrest report.

Original reports stated that a high caliber pistol was shot at an encyclopedia that Ruiz was holding in front of him. Origin was an encyclopedia I was asked to write near the beginning of Akbar. Such was the first book I had attempted. It was mainly written in two takes single spaced on spiral bound and composition notebooks about 1997 by hand in Ruidoso, New Mexico. I had just published such on Kindle on June 27, 2017.

It also worthy to note that 34.7 percent of persons over 25 years of age have a 4 year degree in the United States. I am predicting in 2025 about 45 percent of adults over 25 will have a 4 year degree or greater. This is a support of Organic and Mechanistic Solidarity.

Maryam Mirzakhani Dies at 40

The death of Maryam Mirzakhani continues a generation old trend of prominent spiritual leaders, politicians, and academics who have remained silent and passed on. In the long run we are all dead according to Keynes. In an exercise of utility this is not the greatest outcome. Mirzakhani as others whom left before will receive a 0 score. This is in line with a numbering of the people. Non parametric considerations are also highly likely. Overall I was impressed with her mathematical genius but the world is enduring an in continuo Chemical Assault Scorched Earth. If persons at this level ritualistically perform the human race is in for trouble.

Despite the breadth of applications of her work, Mirzakhani said she enjoyed pure mathematics because of the elegance and longevity of the questions she studied.

Currently I am advocating firing everyone who can not pass high school math which is Algebra 3. This is Geometry in 42 states. This means you will not have 40 full time hours. Target has announced that they will raise their pay to $15.00 by 2020. In this instance persons would only be able for 20 hours in the white market. This reflects a very formal structure. This is why I do advocate socialism. There are persons whom could work for mom and pops or friends or freelance if they are not math proficient.

I have my Precalculus text next to me now. I did not believe the attack would persist this long I am only doing one hour of math per day. I will still finish Calculus in 2020.

On the night of October 1, 2017, 59 people were killed and another 489 injured when a gunman opened fire on a large crowd of fans at the Route 91 Harvest music festival on the Las Vegas Strip in Nevada. The perpetrator was 64 year old Stephen Paddock of Mesquite, Nevada. Between 10:05 and 10:15 p.m. PDT, hundreds of rifle rounds were from his suite on the 32nd floor of the nearby Mandalay Bay hotel. About an hour after firing ceased, Paddock was found dead in his hotel room from a self inflicted gunshot wound. His motive remains unknown.

The incident is the deadliest mass shooting committed by a lone gunman in U.S. history. The crime reignited the debate about gun laws in the U.S., with attention focused on bump firing, a technique Paddock used to allow his semiautomatic weapons to fire at a rate similar to that of a fully automatic weapon.

Ray Kurzweil argues AI will occur in 2029 and the Singularity will happen in 2045. Louis Rosenberg Singularity is likely sometime in 2030. MIT's Patrick Winston would have you believe that it will likely be a little closer to Kurzweil's prediction, though he puts the date at 2040.

At the World Government Summit in Dubai, I spoke with Jürgen Schmidhuber, who is the CoFounder and Chief Scientist at AI company NNAISENSE, Director of the Swiss AI lab IDSIA, argues 30 years out.

In contrast to the optimism, there is no REAL Turing Test to prove AI. Without such Singularity is impossible. This leads me to argue that these persons know way more than we do. I am certain the military is 50 years ahead of the public. It is possible most of the work is done and needs only to be privatized.

The two main polarities are 1. Same Sex LGBTi and 2. Opposite Sex heterosexuality.

It is very certain that MSM actors were exposed in an attempt to eugenically engineer a LGBTi Culture. Why these actors used a Negative Reverse Sting or crime creation, defection reveals antisocial psychopathic tendencies leading to Mass destruction. This is clearly expressed as a Greek Gift of the God's Caveman Attack. This pit the bottom ten percent of Civilization versus the top ten percent.

Stephen Hawking is Dead

Stephen William Hawking CH (January 8, 1942 to March 14, 2018) famed University of Cambridge professor has died. an English theoretical physicist, cosmologist, author, and Director of Research at the Centre for Theoretical Cosmology within the University of Cambridge.

Hawking died from amyotrophic lateral sclerosis ALS or Lou Gehrig's disease.

Hawking had experienced increasing clumsiness during his final year at Oxford, including a fall on some stairs. The diagnosis of motor neuron disease came when Hawking was 21, in 1963. At the time, doctors gave him a life expectancy of two year.

In the late 1960s, Hawking's physical abilities declined: he began to use crutches and ceased lecturing regularly. As he slowly lost the ability to write, he developed compensatory visual methods, including seeing equations in terms of geometry. The physicist Werner Israel later compared the achievements to Mozart composing an entire symphony in his head.

Hawking spoke through a synthesizer attached to his cheek muscles and was confined to a wheelchair.

Two of his important works are the series are A Brief History of Time (1988) and Stephen Hawking and the Theory of Everything (2007).

Hawking is famous for elevating the theory that Singularities exist at the center of blackholes.

A Cambridge professor with deep ties to American and British intelligence has been outed as an agent who snooped on the Trump Presidential Campaign for the FBI. Multiple media outlets have named Stefan Halper, 73, as the secret informant who met with Trump campaign advisers Carter Page and George Papadopoulos starting in the summer of 2016. The American academic previously served in the Nixon, Ford and Reagan administrations.

The revelation following recent reports in which FBI sources admitted sending an agent to snoop on the Trump camp, heightens suspicions that the FBI was seeking to entrap Trump campaign aides. Papodopoulous has pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI, while Page was the subject of a federal surveillance warrant."If the FBI or DOJ was infiltrating a campaign for the benefit of another campaign, that is a really big deal," President Trump tweeted Saturday, calling for the FBI to release additional documents to Congress.

The Halper revelation also shows the Obama administration's FBI began prying into the opposing party's presidential nominee earlier than it previously admitted. Halper's sit downs with Page reportedly started in early July 2016, undermining fired FBI Director James Comey's previous claim that the bureau's investigation into the Trump campaign began at the end of that month. Halper made his first overture when he met with Page at a British symposium. The two remained in regular contact for more than a year, meeting at Halper's Virginia farm and in Washington DC, as well as exchanging emails.

The professor met with Trump campaign co chair Sam Clovis in late August, offering his services as a foreign policy adviser, The Washington Post reported Friday, without naming the academic. Clovis did not see the conversation as suspicious, his attorney told the paper, but is now "unsettled" that "the professor" never mentioned he’d struck up a relationship with Page.

Days later, Halper contacted Papadopoulos by email. The professor offered the young and inexperienced campaign aide $3,000 and an all expenses paid trip to London, ostensibly to write a paper about energy in the eastern Mediterranean region.

Sources close to Papadopoulos told NBC News that he now believes Halper was working for an intelligence agency.

United States has World's Fastest Supercomputer in Summit

The United States has returned to the lead in machine computation with Summit. The immediate implication appears to be an inflection towards AI. Summit will also work on astrophysics, materials, biology, and data. It is ironic, but not accidental that AI is slowly accelerating while Western Rationality is decaying. I believe this is due to individual and class stratification or purge. If developing nations or individuals due not have access to accelerating technologies various forms of conflict are likely to emerge. At 200 petaflops the world still exists under Censorship and Sanitization of MOEC.

The turn of the decade is upon us. My personal opinion is that AI is slightly off schedule. Waymo or Automated Vehicles appear as the biggest manifest technology on the horizon. In consequence the desertification of the West could be a game changer. The air quality in Northern California near Mt. Shasta has been hazardous at best since July 23, 2018 when the Carr fire near Redding erupted. The Delta Fire near Dunsmuir is still burning at over 50,000 acres. The possibility of Wildfire Migrants is real. Hurricane Florence has drenched the Carolinas at the same time.

I have slowly resurrected the compositional facet of my music career. One should be aware we are in the Franz Schubert George Orwell line of entrapment in MOEC. I am strongly claiming that MOEC Studies and it's texts are superior to Orwell. I do not claim that it is equal to Franz Schubert. Schubert is in many top ten lists of greatest composers. His unfinished 10th Symphony (The Great) is a target. Schubert died in relative poverty compared to others at his genius.
