Barack Obama is now president and it is clear that he is a strawman surrounded by sycophants as the previous four presidents. The discussion of treason take into account the reality principle. The mini max thing to do is directly confront the competent authorities in this manifest function. President Barack Obama, Vice President Biden, Attorney General Holder, Homeland Security Secretary Napolitano in Washington are guilty. Here in California at both the state and federal level, Governor Schwarzenegger, Attorney General Brown, House Speaker Pelosi, Senators Feinstein and Boxer, and Congressperson Capps all are under serious scrutiny.

There is a substantial amount of data in my journals to not only confront but defeat the academic and legal charlatans that have helped condone and cover up a very serious crime against humanity prosecutable by both federal and international law.

I am writing as a exclusive heterosexual. This means I have never engaged in same sex from cradle to grave. I am also working under my Vedic Hare Krishna faith which espouses such for procreation. Proposition 8, a ban on Gay Marriage won here in Lassen County with over 70 percent.

The culture here for LGBTi and heterosexual concerns has been poor on a human rights level and the environmental damage is beyond description.

On the bus ride up here a passenger had a text by modernist philosopher Jacques Derrida, Writing and Difference. The damage to the Gay Left thinkers is huge. As an independent spiritual conservative, I am undergraduate with senior standing (145.5 credits GPA 3.18), these journals could be taught by myself with a co professor who had at least a MA. This is to filter the data by academic methodologies and create testing for a PhD course. This emergent material. There is a great deal of conspiratol material that could lead to an attempt to falsification or confounding. The teaching of the presidency and history is so corrupt it is a formation of a cult of a Perfect Dictator. They operate on the premise that if they damaged the legal standing of Ronald Reagan than they will be heroes in LGBTi locations as San Francisco. I agree that this IS ACCURATE in part only.

THIS ALSO MEANS THAT GEORGE H.W. BUSH, WILLIAM CLINTON, GEORGE W. BUSH, AND BARACK OBAMA ARE ALSO GUILTY.

One has to consider misogyny on the side of LAPD. Officials Feinstein, Pelosi, Boxer, Bono, and yourself are all females who have contributions to the LGBTi community and you are all now in serious legal and historical jeopardy.

I have been accommodating and non intimidating to LGBTi individuals historically. There is extreme concern about the continuum between antisocial to psychopathic behavior in all groups but since the firewall is LGBTi, I am expecting that these persons are more likely to be incarcerated under normal procedures, higher than heterosexuals.

I will simply state that I view your performance as a sworn official in California as illegal and punishable by law. You have substantial contributions to the Gay Community that you undertook with peril to your own career.

What has a Gay Militancy run out of Homeland Security done for you? You should ask this of Janet Napolitano and William Bratton.

This is where Lassen and Plumas Counties figure prominently. This area was near pristine but is ruined due to the incompetence and de facto nature of a small group of persons.

I argue that all of the members of Congress, Judiciary Branch, and Executive Branch should face open accusations of treason.

The Hare Krishna Movement is based on total surrender. This means a priesthood (Brahmins) who are mortified to the flesh, hence celibate. I am taking spiritual shelter here and requesting criminal and civil prosecutions in the nation's court system.

This precludes Gay Triumphalism. I am not against LGBTi members celebrating their culture and history in parades in a civil and lawful manner. Gay Triumphalism is impossible during a scorched earth and which has to wait for official recognition and intellects to punishment members of their own corp.

This morning after going to the post office and for food in Westwood CA I decided to walk to Hamilton Branch to attempt to get clean and wash clothes. Previously I would DRINK WATER from this creek. IT IS ICE COLD.

The water was amongst the most caustic I have ever touched in my life. Lake Almanor is about two or three miles away. It is supposedly the third best fly fishing lake in the world.

I will call PETA tomorrow. The fish are destroyed. I am running low on minutes and they only play The Game anyway.

Complaint

I, David Nollmeyer file a criminal complaint against ex Governor Pete Wilson of California under Title 18 1961 RICO Act for two counts of breaking the 13th Amendment (due process), two counts of violating his oath of office, two counts of under the color of law. Pete Wilson was governor of California from 1991 to 1999. He inherited a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth which was targeted against my primary law protections under the Bill of Rights and the state constitution of which he swore to uphold.

The events cover the San Diego, Inyo, Los Angeles, San Luis Obispo counties.

Pete Wilson was inaugurated on January 7, 1991 and January 2, 1995.

The record in Lassen and Plumas County is substantial. I will defend a writ of certiorari against the United States government written in Plumas County in 1999. In these records I specify my position against gay militancy. Currently the issue of gay marriage has emerged locally and nationally. In this two county region same sex marriage has been defeated in referendum twice by at least a 60 to 40 percent percent margin. In Maine the issue is likely to appear on the ballot in November. I will support the proposition to reverse same sex marriage which is now legal in Maine.

In there is much propaganda that I am supporting the LGBTi platform. This type of slander is malicious and damages their cause. I will definitely attempt to research the history and biological support for heterosexuality. In this degree I will also proffer myself as an example of a person who is heterosexual and stood up to systematic torture. These activities have damaged of he United States as well as citizenship.

I will attempt direct prosecution first. Then I will present my work on the conspiracy which I believe is accountable for chemical assault and my isolation. Individuals and groups here need sworn records against competent authorities. Hearsay is malicious and frivolous.

This is why the heterosexual platform will have the advantage at first. I have almost 14 years of sworn records that I cannot change under penalty of law. It is clear that the LAPD which is embedded in the LGBTi encampment is still culturally wrecking within the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth. They are openly attempting to promote Gay same sex superiority. This is prima facie a hoax. I would attribute this to an inferiority complex. Every minority group that has attempted to become code enforcement officials has been successful. The LGBTi law enforcement is the only group to date to have failed. I am openly challenging the legal validity of POST training materials and certifications for code enforcement in California. Below are study manuals available from POST. This area is rural and also contains a major prison:Susanville State Prison. Correctional Officers are policeman and sworn. As seen POST is indirectly addressing a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth. The outline below taken from 43 study modules appears to indicate that peace officers should be competent at a minimum with some officers being positioned to become HIGHLY COMPETENT.

This has not happened.

Challenging the University of California

In degree I have found that it is compelling to challenge the University of California for de facto negligence in recording the history of this state. As a preeminent research institution their totally lack of participation reveals a total lack of commitment to the betterment of human society and learning writ large.

There is no mistake that the University of California has maintained a world class reputation. It's radicalism has also presented the opportunity for various challenges. Overall there has been a measurable decline in the performance of this system. Some of this activity may be attributable to other systems and schools becoming more competitive. In the instance of my persecution which simultaneously damages life and the Constitution of the United States, I find it compelling to direct a challenge at this institution that will legally and historically clarify what has happened directly from June 17, 1987 in continuo.

I will also be competent to add to the academic work in history, philosophy, and the social science where this school is now where to be found and conspicuous in it's absence.

FBI: Complaint Against California Governor Schwarzenegger R California

Dear FBI,

I, David Nollmeyer am filing a complaint against Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, California for under the color of law. I am also arguing that the Governor has violated my civil rights as US 42 28 USC, the Civil Rights Act and the 14th Amendment.

These allegations are based on a prima facie CHEMICAL ASSAULT SCORCHED EARTH. This event has persisted since June 17, 1987. I will focalize on events since February 12, 2007. The Colorado River in both California and Arizona, the river was contaminated. This was inclusive of drinking water in facilities as truck stops and stores. I can argue that contamination existed from Laughlin, Nevada to Blythe, California. Surface water has continually remained chemically contaminated since this time.

This event was code named Operation Radhanatha. This in reference to an ISKCON guru who has had allegations of complicity in a murder of a Hare Krishna devotee Sulochana dasa in Los Angeles in 1986. This is a poison in the well fallacy. To my knowledge the US attorneys involve in the case have exonerated Radhanatha swami of an guilt.

I am in Westwood, California. Clear Creek which runs into Lake Almanor is severely chemically degraded. I just had to clean in the creek on Sunday the 6th of October.

This is an event of such extraordinary magnitude that it has endangered the NATIONAL SECURITY OF THE UNITED STATES.

Open Letter to University of California President Mark Yudof

Dear President Yudof,

My name is David Nollmeyer. I am writing you today to critique the role of the University of California over the time period of June 17, 1987 in continuo. This period of history has witnessed the unfolding of a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth that has been imposed over my natural person and citizenship. Prima facie California is enduring the brunt of the environmental, cultural, and legal damage. Since February 12, 2007 the surface water in my vicinity has been chemically destroyed. This began with the Colorado River north of Blythe, California. Currently Lake Almanor and Clear Creek in Plumas County is destroyed.

Manifest Function: A LGBTi militancy is being conducted out of Los Angeles Police Department. They are attempting to avenge Gay History. They are a Joe Virus. They are irrationalist or pre fascist. Their lack of skill and dedication to being a homeland security officer will and has damaged the United States and the history of five presidents: Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush, William Clinton, George W. Bush, and Barack Obama. I am lifetime cradle to grave heterosexual. I do not support opposite sex marriage and have a legal and credible record over the time period in question to support this statement as fact.

Latent Function: The event appears to be authored by Cambridge Law School, United Kingdom. In doing so they have attacked the United States and the University of California.

The University of California has the legal responsibility of recording the history of this state. The History, Philosophy, Social Sciences (Sociology, Psychology, Political Science, Anthropology, and Economics) and Law appear to have the greatest damage.

LGBTi studies if they are undertaken at all here would be a sanitized and corrupt sham. This important as these persons are desiring to have LGBTi taught as African American or Native American History.

The aperture of Gay Irrationalism through LAPD is a SEVERE ANOMALY. Every minority group that has attempted to be code officers has done so with valor and with normative skill with the majority culture in the United States.

If one were to examine the degradation of my external environment and my STATELESS CONDITION, I have over 26 federal lawsuits it is evident that the worldwide censorship not only needs the defection of the United States president and Homeland Security Department, but the corruption of the media and academics as well.

It is clearly evident that a diseconomy of legal duty and academic commitment at the University of California is damaging the school and is a THREAT TO WORLD PEACE.

Open Letter to Friends of Human Rights

Dear Friends,

It is clearly time for me in this trajectory of de facto human rights abuse here in the United States to continue to advocate my legal rights against sworn competent authorities. In continuation of an unrecognized Chemical Assault Scorched Earth is the corruption of academia and learning.

Everything that exists in space and time is a phenomena, event, or permutation that has it's own unique history.

Manifest Function: There is a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth being developed out of Los Angeles Police Department, California. It is a Gay Militancy. The legal jurisdiction with the greatest damage is the State of California and the United States Federal District of California. This is implying guilt under the Bill of Rights, Amendments, Title 18 USC, and sworn treaties which the United States has ratified.

Latent Function: The event is designed as an act of war. This appears to be the work of Cambridge Law School. They appear to be LGBTi orientated. The 1930s era appears to have done most of the work. Such is designed as scientific determinism or nativism. In degree it is no more than socialization with external rewards and punishments. Most of these rewards are economic, career paths, and impunity from prosecution.

In light of the abuses stated supra, I have challenged the University of California. They are legally responsible for developing a public curricula based on scientific determinism and secular humanism. They are also obligated to record the history of California. It is prima facie that the University of California is de facto and or negligent. A full professor at this school is paid $180,000 per anum.

I have already confronted UC Mark Yudof over this degradation of the school's legal mission.

What is manifest is that the scripting that LAPD is following is a Joe Virus. This is similar to the using of a botnet of computers to stage a denial of service to a domain server. This recently happened to a Georgian economic professor's Twitter and Youtube accounts.

Here we have a manifest Gay Irrationalism Gay Know Nothing apparatus. Before deciding to undertake this legal confrontation with UC, a quantification of LAPD abilities was made verbally. They would test into pre algebra in the California Junior College System.

They are not able to identify integers and irrational numbers on a basic number line. They cannot understand what a constant and variable are. They are confused about basic elements on a Cartesian graph. A very intense argument over what is X2, hence a parabola that is a reflective symmetrical graph occurred which results in criminal harassment. A simple algebraic expression as 4x + 2y = 10 cannot be solved. If solved for y, x = 2, y = 1. This is basic algebra. This plus basic formulas are now on the high school exit exam. This state is attempting to mandate algebra 1 for completion of 8th grade.

It is impossible for a policeman who earns $50,000 a year or more to argue themselves a investors, businessmen, computer scientists and so forth.

The University of California is only one of a degree of systems that is being degraded by a pattern of systematic defection.

I have 149.5 units of college. I have a 3.19 GPA with a 3.8 over my last 60 credits. I should be applying for admission to a graduate school.

The History, Philosophy, and Law departments appear to be the most severely damaged in the short run. The Biology and Social Sciences appear to be damaged severely but is still to soon to know the degree.

In California, Governors George Deukmejian, Pete Wilson, Gray Davis, and Arnold Schwarzenegger have false and corrupt histories.

Senator Dianne Feinstein, Barbara Boxer, and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi are also maintaining fictitious qualifications.

It is therefore obvious that President Barack Obama, his administration, and his four predecessors re also corrupt.

I am writing from Westwood, California. This would place me in the Sacramento District of the FBI. Drew S. Parenti is the special agent who was just promoted this month. On the very same day I emailed a complaint against Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

All the surface water in major waterways in Northern California is contaminated. In particular concern is Lake Almanor and Clear Creek.

LAPD is attempting to aggrandize a Gay Militia. On degree legal warfare is conducted military against military. I am a civilian. These Gay Militants are criminals who are aiding and abetting this attack against humanity and the United States. I am specifying parties here in Lassen and Plumas counties now. How competent can LGBTi History and Studies be? Totalitarianism seeks to isolate the individual and collective from full social life.

I have stated that this Gay Militancy is pre fascist. It will become fascist if intellects come to defend it. This appears to be the University of California, Stanford, and the Ivy League.

Preliminary Description of Manifest and Latent Functions

The continuum of events from June 17, 1987 in continuo through 2009. The discovery will focus in degree on proving a basic dichotomy of manifest and latent functions.

It the present and future value of what has occurred in this region may lead to areas as Plumas, Lassen, and Siskiyou leading an important role in the prosecution and research over an important event in Human and American History. One of the first legal questions that arises that is undefined is what is Treason and Obstruction of Justice. A second social science problem is why no one from this region stood forward in open opposition. I have frequented the region several times spending 4 summers here. I have written one writ of certiorari Cv 98-7015 and have numerous FBI complaints authored which I also have to defend.

There is a salient confrontation over the Heterosexual versus Homosexual (LGBTi) paradigm. The Gay Rights Movement is identical with torture at this time. Love, Honor and Cherish.org has just filed a petition on September 24, 2009 to challenge Proposition 8 which passed in the 2008 elections banning same sex marriage in California. LAPD and it's Gay Militancy is parasitic to any so called overt civil rights movement run by the LGBTi coalition. This region struck down same sex marriage by about a 60 to 40 percent margin.

There is nothing positive to present as to why these small counties with superior courts and sworn officers did respond nor the communities, institutions, and individuals present.

I have publicly challenged the University of California regarding censorship, sanitization, and academic fraud. I believe an ethnographic study is planned that is scripted to aggrandize the LGBTi agenda. This would result in a strawman or fictitious history inserted in the record.

I have already started a preliminary ethnographic study based on universals and particulars with the particular being my viewpoint outward to the culture, law, and religion based systems.

I am in transit to Mount Shasta. A new review provides that I am the most STALKED PERSON IN UNITED STATES HISTORY. This is a dubious distinction but it reveals a multifaceted perspective to legally document and analyze events.

Consider that within the last month I was in Blythe along the Colorado River. There was a 7.2 magnitude earthquake on Easter Sunday in San Luis, Mexico along the same river.

The Owens River, Lake Mono, Lake Almanor possibly towards Klamath are despoiled. There has been a major oilspill in the Gulf of Mexico since April 20. This disaster at a British Petroleum BP field may become the worst officially recognized ecological disaster in United States history.

Mob Gang Stalking support groups are the other individuals who have courage to speak out against abuse.

State University of New York SUNY retains the highest level of Criminology and Administrative Justice faculty in this country. I am going to challenge such to remove their certification to train what are Homeland Security Officers. This is consistent with challenging POST here in California. I am already dealing with the FBI in this region.

I am 48.5 years of age. It is clear to me that I will not live forever. The time to write with more directness has been past.

Lassen and definitively Plumas Counties have very poor records on Stalking. Is this genetic or socialized. The earth under our feet is despoiled for hundreds of years and is not worth the assessed value.

This Stalking Culture has raised it's own legacy.

LAPD has recognized that I have the strongest a fortiori presentation. The Gay Militancy culture is antisocial and so are the heterosexuals. The skill of LGBTi code officers is highly suspect at the current date.

It is possible that I could be bottled up here for the summer. This would definitely condense the real legal and empirical history of what is occurring. If McCloud is counted now I believe over 2 years of my life would have transpired in the Eastern High Sierras. There is an attempt by the LGBTi side to sanitize their activities here. I believe I am the most heterosexual male that these people have seen. I am not talking about being a playboy, I have never had 1 same sex act in my life. There is a serious inferiority and narcissistic personality disorder driving a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth. I am also the most heavily stalked person in the history of the United States and the legal history of this area is seriously compromised along these lines.

Governor Schwarzenegger is easily the most damaging leader in the history of California. He defeated then Governor Davis on squandering over 15 billion in bonds due to the Enron Scandal. He knew that the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth and Gang Stalking was occurring. He chose to follow a scripted story board even considering to run for president if laws were changed to facilitate this. He is a lame duck leaving before 2011.

I have already identified The Fly. This is the officer from LAPD who chose to initiate the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth and recruit the Gang Stalkers here and elsewhere.

As the term of you husband ends as Governor of California, I believe that the real record of the state should be recognized over the sanitized account that you are helping create to the injury of the People of California.

Recently on June 30, 2010 you made the following statement:

"Just to become governor is a huge thing, and to do it twice is a huge accomplishment," Shriver told Pop Tarts at the Million Plates Campaign in Los Angeles on Monday. "I think he has so much to be proud of certainly his work on the environment, job creation, selling California on all the reforms he's been able to institute. I think when all is said and done, people will look at him as a great performer.

When Arnold ran against Gray Davis in the recall election both he and the governor were aware of a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth imposed over both my natural person and citizenship. I had previously sued Gray Davis to end this abuse as well as Pete Wilson.

Arnold is part of a System of A Perfect Dictator. He under the theory of consequentialism have thrown all the natural persons and citizens of this under the bus.

I am in Westwood, California. The surface water as Robber's Creek is chemically polluted to stalk me. This likely pollute Lake Almanor and other tributaries. Persons continually drive by with chemicals in the engines contaminating the air. Food is stores has been attacked from the factory. Water will not run out of taps when I am near a building. Present Governor Schwarzenegger is under the color of law. He should of used emergency powers of the governor to halt actions lead by a LGBTi militancy run out of LAPD.

It is my analysis that citizens in California and the United States will clamor to strip of his citizenship in the future. I had originally prepared to spend this summer in McCloud. Due to cold weather I became trapped here again. At this point I hope to be a juggernaut or at least one of the innovators to strip Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger of his United States citizenship. David Nollmeyer files a criminal complaint against Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger of California for systematically condoning a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth that has despoiled surface water as the Owens Canal in Inyo County, Colorado River in Riverside County, and Robber's Creek in Lassen County. Water in taps and faucets is also contaminated when I am in the proximity of the source of water. Air is chemically contaminated by the burning of acids and caustic substances in combustion engines. The activities in question predate Governor Schwarzenegger's term to June 17, 1987. He was aware of manifest constitutional violations during his campaign to oust then Governor Davis in 2003. The Governor is clearly in violation from December 2003 in continuo.

I am a heterosexual who is being prevented from the opportunities of marrying a person of my choice. Impunity from the courts facilitates the dismissing of criminal and civil complaints.The authorship in it's own thinking wished to develop a same sex platform. This is hedonistic and is biased to the preferences of same sex and bisexual males and their own tastes. Lesbianism and female bisexuality are used to front the male same authorship, code enforcement and their informants.

The recent reversal of Proposition 8, in effect the Right To Marry has also given rise to my predicament here in California under a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth. LAPD has very seriously attempted to promote the myth that I belong to the LGBTi paradigm in identity or by behavior. What has emerged quite prominently is that an inferiority complex in same sex males is driving a displacement or an attack on substitute targets as myself. In reality the lesbianism is really bisexuality although strict lesbianism could occur this would not be attractive to males.

A double arguments is quite prominent where lesbianism is offered as a choice to recruit heterosexual males. Since the format is a double bind refusing lesbianism only leaves an option of another category in the LGBTi paradigm. This now is transgenderism which is a catch all category where the individual is not happy with the biological body received at birth. I am quite happy with the male body I received. I am also quite happy to profess that I am a pure heterosexual for all of 49 years of age and counting.

Totalitarianism will seek to isolate. LAPD is generating the LGBTi material and imposing such over my natural person. A RICO structure exists where blackmail and extortion occurs. The term Gay Placement has emerged. My score would be zero from a 0 to 100 scale. I have committed zero same sex acts. This forces the next person in the roster to be exposed as a LGBTi member. In essence I enjoy being a male in the biologically male body I was born in. I am very confident, strong, and deliberate in accepting the framework in which I was born into and developed as a heterosexual male. In a expression of the maturation of being male I would one day like to express to the woman that I love that I would want to be the husband and father of her children in marriage.

This is not possible and this is also symbiotic to the overturning of Proposition 8 and Don't Ask, Don't Tell in the military.

(What is very wonderful is that the realization is that a woman of African descent is my first preference. This is new for me personally and others also.)

The United States is staging an act of Chemical Assault Scorched Earth. This is a Crime Against Humanity. Since the press, NGOs, universities and academics refuse to do also I will state my authorized position.

LAPD contains a cell(s) of Male Same Sex Male MSM militants. I am stating to you here from Westwood, Lassen County here in Northern California that I have been a heterosexual for all of my 49 years of life. My birthday was August 3, 2010.

The alienation of constitutional rights of which you, Barack Obama, and LAPD have sworn to uphold has been attacked because I have never had a male same sex partner or committed any same activity. This is especially true in San Diego from the late 1970s to the San Francisco Bay area 1986.

I am also a ritvik Hare Krishna. I converted on August 2, 1977. I have been vegetarian since this time also.

As a Gaudiya Vaishnava, there are four regulations:

No Meat Eating

No Illicit Sex (This includes LGBTi practices same sex)

No Drug, Alcohol, or Marijuana

No Gambling

I have been severely stalked here and across the United States. As a citizen If I am not free you will be free. I am heterosexual male who enjoys fighting this atrocity to it's final conclusion under US federal law and the Vedas. I am open, strong, clear, and composed under very brutal conditions. I find that being a heterosexual male supports my spiritual development in Madhurya rasa or the Conjugal Mood in Krishna Consciousness.

This is in contrast to the LGBTi code officers who are leading this attack and the stalkers they recruit. I will be traveling through Reno, Inyo County, Barstow, Palm Springs to the Salton Sea. Currently all the lakes and surface water are likely to be contaminated in this assault on civilization.
