In the past days newly elected Representative Alexandria Ocasio Cortez D N.Y. suggested the government can fund her ambitious Green New Deal agenda by imposing a 70 percent income tax on the wealthiest Americans.

In a clip of the interview released Friday, Ocasio Cortez argues more Americans should pay "their fair share" in taxes to fund an extensive clean energy infrastructure initiative she and her fellow freshman progressive lawmakers have dubbed the green new deal.

Reinhold Hanning, one of the last surviving SS guards from the Auschwitz death camp, has died, a year after he was sentenced to five years in jail as an accessory to 170,000 murders during the time he worked at the camp. He was 95.

Mr. Hanning was convicted last June in a state court in the northwestern German city of Detmold.

"I am ashamed that I saw injustice and never did anything about it," he told the court in a weak voice from a wheelchair, reading from a statement and speaking into a microphone, "and I apologize for my actions."

Mr. Hanning joined the Hitler Youth at age 13 and the Waffen SS at 18. He was wounded by grenade splinters on the Eastern front in 1941 and assigned to guard duty in a tower at Auschwitz in early 1942. He remained there until June 1944.

Chelsea Manning has been jailed for refusing to testify before an investigation into Wikileaks.

US District Judge Claude Hilton ordered her taken into custody until the grand jury's work is finished or she decides to testify.

Manning stated she shared everything she knows during her court martial.

Manning was convicted in 2013 of charges including espionage for leaking secret military files to Wikileaks, but she was pardoned by Barack Obama.

Manning, 31, stated that she would "accept whatever you bring upon me", but would not testify," the Associated Press reported.

US prosecutors have been investigating Wikileaks for years, and in November prosecutors inadvertently revealed possible charges against Wikileaks founder Julian Assange, in court documents from a separate case.

Manning said, "Imprisoning me for my refusal to answer questions only subjects me to additional punishment for my repeatedly stated ethical objections to the grand jury system."

Prosecutor Tracy McCormick said Manning could be freed if she changes her mind and cooperates.

Manning was arrested in Iraq in 2010 for disclosing more than 700,000 confidential documents, videos and diplomatic cables to the anti secrecy website.

She was sentenced to 35 years after being found guilty of 20 charges related to the leak, but only served seven before former President Barack Obama commuted her sentence in 2017.

Her sentence was the longest given for a leak in US history. Mr. Obama said it was "disproportionate" to her crimes.

Republicans criticized the Democratic president's decision at the time.

Speaker of the House of Representatives Paul Ryan said Mr Obama had set "a dangerous precedent that those who compromise our national security won't be held accountable," the New York Times reported.

President Donald Trump has called Manning an "ungrateful traitor" who "should never have been released from prison."

I am writing to you today in relation to the Unrecognized and In Continuo Chemical Assault Scorched Earth that is imposed over my natural person and United States Citizenship. I have resided along the Colorado River between Blythe CA and Ehrenberg AZ over the winter. The Colorado River has been Chemically Scorched since the beginning of November, 2018.

The non stop barrage of 24 hour Electronic Surveillance and stalking has continued with the latter slightly decreased because the contamination is increased to damage Donald Trump vis a vis to Barack Obama. Obama has the worse concrete human rights record concerning Chemical Assault Scorched Earth. It has been suggested that Barack and Michelle have received book writing and a Netflix contracts worth $130 million.

Monalisa Perez, 19, was attempting to make a viral video with boyfriend Pedro Ruiz III, 22, to post to their YouTube account according to a Norman County Sheriff's Department arrest report. Monalisa Perez shot Pedro Ruiz III in the chest from about a foot away with a .50 caliber Desert Eagle pistol while they recorded the stunt with two cameras, according to court documents obtained by Heavy. Their 3 year old daughter was also in the room watching, police said.

The current text is near complete. A summary Chapter 6 will posted before August, 2019. This is as early as I have ever accomplished. In 2024 I would like to take a step back to consider if I should begin consolidating and or reworking any of MOEC Studies. This endeavor has been a headlong flight. I would like to finish with more craftsmanship other than sacrificing such for practical functionality. If a NP problem can be proved with a P polynomial non deterministic time algorithm by satisfiability and reduction, the problem is NP complete. Hence if the system state tree of both are equivalent a robust proof is attainable and the theory work is finished. The domain of P problems has expanded. P is a subset of NP. Most theorist believe that P does not equal NP.

1. This complaint is openly conformed to the formatting of an Extraordinary Writ as an amicus curiae. In this instance I argue that I am providing information to this organization that concerns chess and titled players that it is not aware of and that FIDE has an interest in.

Conclusion

Impeachment of the Irrationalist Presidents

The apperception of sworn partisan officials is manifestly apparent in the Impeachment Inquiry concerning Donald Trump. Bill Clinton was impeached but not convicted over the Monica Lewinsky Scandal. However Reagan, Bush Sr., Bush, and Obama easily passed scrutiny with an in continuo Chemical Assault Scorched Earth ongoing. Duplicity and hypocrisy reign as Intelligence Accelerates. Defection under prisoner's dilemma by observation is 95%. Hence the attack is creating more mass destruction. The so called Tournament that MOEC proclaims is a sham within a RICO Criminal Enterprise.

Prisoner's Dilemma as a Social Disorder

The culture of incompetence and corruption has continued defection towards the beginning of the second quintile of the millennium. This is a very poor artifact for the human race especially the LGBTi Movement. In an algorithm decision time is yes no and optimization is min max or a scale from 1 to 100. Igors Rausis is Banned From Chess

Igors Rausis, the 58 year old Latvian Czech player who was caught with his phone during a game at the Strasbourg Open earlier this year, was stripped of his GM title and received a six year ban from the FIDE Ethics Commission.

The news was published on the FIDE website last night before a full resolution by the FIDE Ethics Commission has been published.

The FIDE Ethics Commission discussed the Rausis case among other matters. The members of the meeting are Yolander Persaud, Ravindra Dongre, Rajesh Hari Joshi, and chairman Francois Strydom. Also present were Yuri Garrett of the FIDE Fair Play Commission and Kenneth Regan, an associate professor at the State University of New York at Buffalo, who has advised FIDE for several years based on a model that he has developed for making statistical tests for cheating with computers at chess.

The commission's unanimous decision is as follows, taken from FIDE's press release:

Taking into account Mr Rausis' acknowledgment of guilt, his cooperation at the hearing and remorse displayed, as well as his personal circumstances, but keeping in mind the precedent established by the ETH's decision in case no. 7/2015 [the Nigalidze case PD], the ETH unanimously decided to sanction Mr. Igor Rausis with a worldwide ban of 6 (six) years to take effect from 31 July 2019 and to end on 30 July 2025. During this period Mr. Rausis is prohibited from participating as a player in any FIDE rated over the board chess competition (whether classical, rapid, blitz or Fischer random chess), and from any chess related activity as an arbiter, organizer or representative of a chess federation. In addition, Mr. Rausis' grandmaster title is revoked effective from the date of publishing this decision.

Alexandria Botez 24, is a female Canadian FM whom has emerged as a popular twitch and Youtube chess personality. In chess the difference between Aronian and her is significant. A FM has a rating of 2100. I have hit 1800 ELO on Shredder. On a reset this year it took 454 games to do such. I was winning most of the games in white playing semi slav gambits. I believe the program does not become accurate in these lines until the 1800 level and above. It is most likely reflecting human play by averaging. The soundness of the attacks is questionable however was I got into my lines Stockfish 10 was winning about 2 out of 3. I thought it was good maybe to 1900.
