Censorship and Sanitization of Chemical Assault Scorched Earth in the USA

On June 17, 1987 Los Angeles Police Department California, LAPD launched a preemptive attack against then President Ronald Reagan. I was in Dover, Delaware. This attack alienated my natural person from my United States Citizenship and Bill of Right protections.

The allegation is the Cambridge Law School is the authorship or Proximate Cause sine qua non.

The resultant action has created a Crime Against Humanity and Treason Against the United States and United Kingdom.

The algorithm of the operation is:

The principals, accessories, and accomplices extend to further local jurisdictions, organizations, and individuals in a Storyboard Reverse Sting.

The actual name of this structure and process is Mobilization of Empire and Civilization or MOEC.

Origin, is the General User Interface GUI. It was presented as the Organic Cell. I regard Origin as the Artificial Virus. It is prima facie that the United States is undergoing an in continuo Chemical Assault Scorched Earth. This is facilitated by recruiting Informants along a career defection path. Cuesta College of San Luis Obispo County, California is one of the most prominent features in the history of the entrapment of myself against a backdrop of abstract human rights and positive rights of the United States Constitution. This school is only a junior college but is six miles down the road from the California State College at San Luis Obispo which is one of the finest schools in the region and country. When I was in attendance in the spring and fall terms of 2002 the county was the sixth most expensive location to find housing in the United States. The median income of the county is about $60,000 per household. This would make such the upper bound for areas that have had a three month exposure to this event.

Cuesta College is being identified as it was the target for a civil suit. All my suits should be read as criminal. The reason the issues are not brought before standard code enforcement as the California Highway Patrol or the San Luis Obispo Sheriff is that the culture of impunity prevents any action from be undertaken.

This is facilitated by LAPD.

As far as human rights violations it is one of the worst locations and so is Cuesta College. This was code named sick red and is occurring in continuo since early 2007. The abuses at the school are Civil Rights violations and Racketeered Influenced Behaviors as intimidating a witness, hostaging, and obstructing justice. The problem was widespread throughout the entire school which has an enrollment of 10,000. The staff and students at this institution are going to be a showcase for human rights and academic legitimacy.

Currently the image of the location as elite and as well as profiles of some of the students there are being offered as distractions and third party hostages to obstruct justice and civil rights.

I began my studies here in Spring of 2002. My course of study was:

International Marketing, Principles of Economics, and Beginning Keyboard and Document Processing. In the Fall of 2002 I perused Counter Point, and Beginning Conversational Spanish.

There was harassment in all classes and throughout the school property. One of the main problems here is the marijuana culture. The best class was the Beginning Conversational Spanish Class. What is interesting to note is that there were students mainly here from a high school charter school obtaining advance placement.

I obtained a GPA of 3.62 for 16.00 credits. I also in the ensuing years attended Columbia College of Missouri, which is a four year school here on Campus and by distance from the computer in this area.

In spite of the prestige of this area, the school and the San Luis Obispo County have a inferior record on human rights. The towns of Cambria, Paso Robles, Morro Bay, and San Luis Obispo are the worst in both criminal and civil liabilities.

What is unique here and in all places is the substitution of individual rights based on abstract citizenship or more particularly one's rights as specified in the Bill of Rights with subjective profiles that are criminal and subjective in nature and given folkish names as Bill, Day, and so forth.

In the economics class I sat behind whom is probably one the most beautiful girls I have ever seen. She along with three other girls were bisexual or lesbian. In this instance LAPD will attack and humiliate these persons but when I travel attempt to hostage the community with these profiles especially of this girl.

In court the concept of artificial Jane or John Doe is a legal fact. If such is a natural person and not a concept usually this person must come to be identified.

To continue I will reprint a selection from the journal of powereality. This event reflects the inappropriate use of students and a young prostitute in San Luis Obispo County. This event occurred about December 20, 2004 when I was finishing my last session of college.

At the last motel room I was at in San Luis Obispo County, two young prostitutes rented the next room. One was quite attractive the other of average looks. I did not see the more attractive one at first but could hear her talking through the walls. She was someone I was not really interested in meeting. I was in the last week of sessions. Needless to say she was offended and a walking riot. Girl Interrupted personified. I did not wish to call the police on her and this was a mistake. She simply escalated her antisocial behavior on cue.

Regardless here in Inyo County she has been offered as my choice of spouse and superior than persons I have known in the past. She is clearly one of the worst females I have had the misfortune of meeting. This isolation tactic is used to support gay pride here for the local community. If I hear anything of this when I walk into a store or public place I will now flat out state that she was a prostitute.

We are dealing with hostage taking and a shield concept here. This is California versus Delaware and gay and bisexual versus heterosexual. I will easily stand up against LAPD and their cronies. Here other mates are two strike felons from Delaware whom I do know. They are mostly losers to drug prosecutions. I would wish to elaborate more on this issue but it reflects on the psychopathy at play here and the fatalism and dependency of the culture.

I am going to personally confront Arnold Schwarzenegger over his management of the Scorched Earth situation and this event.

In an absurd miscalculation this motel prostitute is being advertised as a bride to be. There is no doubt that LAPD is creating liaisons between private persons. There are famous or infamous genealogies related to nativistic theories or criminality in which one of the parents was a prostitute.

Diksa gurus at the current time in ISKCON are living. Ritviks hold that at this time in Kali Yuga it is acceptable to accept Prabhupada through his Authorized Original Books, Lectures, and directives as guru.

LAPD's use of torture and chemical assault here and elsewhere does nothing to promote the LGBTi agenda. I have identified this activity as Gay Irrationalism and Gay Know Nothing. The latter is an extension of nativism Know Nothing of the 1800s which was anti immigrant. Drug dealers, criminals, prostitutes of both sexes, and criminals which are LGBTi oriented are use to spread crime. This is embedded within the Democratic Party and modern Liberalism to yield less punitive legislation.

What is unfortunate is that LAPD believes that it can substitute defection based on their twisted version of the LGBTi agenda for abstract civil and human rights. In the United States this is the Bill of Rights, primarily 1-9, the tenth returning rights to the state. By abusing force and creating impunity LAPD believes that they can create the illusion that I am gay or bisexual and or that a LGBTi individual will create some special restoration of my personal predicament.

My most recent stay and hopefully my last I the area began in October of 2007 and ended in the middle of April, 2008. This covered the most intense chemical assault and the proclamation by myself of the end of the gay baiting by LAPD. The Gay Militancy still continues to attempt such but records are totally polarized. They are using an emic folk based hearsay approach that makes LGBTi persons appear irrational, illiterate, and debauched.

One of LAPD's last attempts at attacking me involves using a the figure of a older (60 years) homeless person that would ride the bus from San Luis Obispo to San Simeon. I would encounter him on occasion and sometimes we would talk. There was never any mention of LGBTi concerns. LAPD is attempting to equate him with a female friend I had when I was in Dover High School. This would be around 1978 1979. We were in the tenth grade. This person was not my girlfriend. I do not consider men as girls or that they could be girlfriends. In this instance I would quite distance from LGBTi concerns who view issues in this manner.

Herein one of the greatest instances of Gay Militancy tactics is proved. These persons believe that framing a heterosexual as LGBTi person is one of the greatest punishments that they can inflict. My overwork has slowed although such is becoming more spiritual and conservative.

Overall I do not drugs, alcohol, gamble or engage in illicit sex. I am not enamored nor do I follow rock and roll groups or watch movies.

Convention Against Torture

PART I

Article I

1. 2. This article is without prejudice to any international instrument or national legislation which does or may contain provisions of wider application.

Article II

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.

Amendment VII

In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise reexamined in any court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.

Amendment VIII

Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

2006. Act Jan. 5, 2006, substituted this section for one which read: 2261A. Interstate stalking.

Whoever-

(1) travels in interstate or foreign commerce or within the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States, or enters or leaves Indian country, with the intent to kill, injure, harass, or intimidate another person, and in the course of, or as a result of, such travel places that person in reasonable fear of the death of, or serious bodily injury to, that person, a member of the immediate family (as defined in section 115) of that person, or the spouse or intimate partner of that person; or

(2) with the intent-

(A) to kill or injure a person in another State or tribal jurisdiction or within the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States; or

(B) to place a person in another State or tribal jurisdiction, or within the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States, in reasonable fear of the death of, or serious bodily injury to-

(i) that person;

(ii) a member of the immediate family (as defined in section 115) of that person; or

(iii) a spouse or intimate partner of that person, uses the mail or any facility of interstate or foreign commerce to engage in a course of conduct that places that person in reasonable fear of the death of, or serious bodily injury to, any of the persons described in clauses (i) through (iii), shall be punished as provided in section 2261(b).

As seen there is no shortage of standing political law or jurisdiction to decapitate and prosecute bellicose actors.

Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act

The RICO Statutes or more correctly the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act are fast becoming a major source of legal code for both criminal and civil actions. More formally RICO is TITLE 18, PART 1, CHAPTER 96, Section 1961 of the United States Code.

The concept of RICO is to deny the intent of one or an association to conceptualize and or carry out a criminal conspiracy. It is also a check to recruit membership or diversity of such. In the United States most non sundry felonies under U.S. jurisdiction at the state or federal level committed by an adult may be certified as a predicate act. Upon two such certifiable felonies, the prosecutor or petitioner may ask the Court to certify the defendant(s) or respondent(s) as a RICO enterprise. An array of acts are covered which are known as racketeer influenced behavior. They are: intimidating a witness, hostage taking, kidnapping, and murder. In combination at any level of this structure may be blackmail and extortion.

The Department of Justice Criminal Resource Manual describes (DOJ):

An "enterprise" is defined as including any individual, partnership, corporation, association, or other legal entity, and any union or group of individuals associated in fact although not a legal entity. 18 U.S.C.A. 1961(4) (West 1984). Many courts have noted that Congress mandated a liberal construction of the RICO statute in order to effectuate its remedial purposes by holding that the term "enterprise" has an expansive statutory definition. United States v. Delano, 825 F. Supp. 534, 538-39 (W.D.N.Y. 1993), aff'd in part, rev'd in part, 55 F. 3d 720 (2d Cir. 1995), cases cited therein.

The Informant Based System

The entire Chemical Assault Scorched Earth that is in continuo is based on defection and criminality. Quid pro quos are delivered to informants to create a hostile environment. Hence these two components are the elements of Hate Crime. The issue at hand is how do these informants emerge? Is this genetic, socialized, or both? When will the first person from the High Sierras other than myself emerge to confront this attack on the human race and the United States.

Merton's Structural Functional Idea of Deviance and Anomie

The term anomie, derived from Emile Durkheim, for Merton means: a discontinuity between cultural goals and the legitimate means available for reaching them. Applied to the United States he sees the American dream as an emphasis on the goal of monetary success but without the corresponding emphasis on the legitimate avenues to march toward this goal. This leads to a considerable amount of (the Parsonian term of) deviance. This theory is commonly used in the study of criminology specifically the strain theory.

Conformity is the attaining of societal goals by societal accepted means, while innovation is the attaining of those goals in unaccepted ways. Ritualism is the acceptance of the means but the forfeit of the goals. Retreatism is the rejection of both the means and the goals and rebellion is a combination of rejection of societal goals and means and a substitution of other goals and means. Innovation and ritualism are the pure cases of anomie as Merton defined it because in both cases there is a discontinuity between goals and means.

Identity and Polarization

Currently in Lassen County during the summer of 2010 two structures exist that are prominent: 1. Chemical Assault Scorched Earth 2. Red Herring Strawman. The first is prima facie the second is subtle. The event is authored by Male Same Sex Male MSM practitioners. The term Gay usually refers to men or can be distributed over the LGBTi Paradigm: Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, intersex.

The area is being entrapped in homosexual blackmail, extortion, hostaging, and intimidation of a witness ring. This is a RICO racketeering criminal enterprise that is supported by an inferiority complex.

The phrase that I am deposing homosexuality is often heard. This equivocal strawman argument states nothing in the positive. By modus ponens I am supporting heterosexual marriage.

Currently LAPD is attempting to state that I am transgendered. This most likely reflects their same sex orientation. This is a red herring or a distraction as well as a strawman. True chronology will reveal that I have never engaged in sexual activity with another male. This area supported Proposition 8 70 to 30 percent. I still support Proposition 8. Westwood and Lassen County males are more same sex orientated than I am.

Summer 2010: Stripping Schwarzenegger of His Citizenship

I had originally intended to spend this summer in McCloud. Due to cold weather I became trapped here again. At this point I hope to be a juggernaut or at least one of the innovators to strip Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger of his United States citizenship. The escalation of the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth and the Red Herring Strawman are extremely poor foundations for the mythological charade that he and Maria Shriver are illegally attempting to promote.

Arnold Schwarzenegger had a priori knowledge of the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth. The human rights abuse and environmental destruction he has left behind does not befit one who had proposed that naturalized citizens should have the right to be President. He has clearly alienated Americans from their rights as Governor of California. He should lose his citizenship.

Pathological Lying Revisited

Although pathological lying was first described in the medical literature over 100 years ago, it remains a poorly understood concept. Psychiatrists continue to grapple with the full ramifications of the condition, even though interest specifically in pathological lying seems to have waned in recent times. The impact of pathological lying deserves critical attention from forensic psychiatrists because of the implications that untruths have in a legal context. In this article, the authors review the considerable vagueness and confusion that has surrounded this concept and examine the extent to which a person can control lying behavior and the related question of whether pathological liars have responsibility for their actions. While providing a structured framework for considering pathological lying in the forensic context, the authors conclude that further systematic research is needed to resolve the questions raised in this article.

In August 2001, the State of California Commission on Judicial Performance ordered the removal from office of Judge Patrick Couwenberg for making misrepresentations to become a judge, continuing to make misrepresentations while a judge, and deliberately providing false information to the Commission in the course of it's investigation. The judge had lied at various times to judges, attorneys, a newspaper reporter, and the Commission on Judicial Performance. He told the Commission, under oath, that he had participated in covert CIA operations in Southeast Asia and Africa and that he had a master's degree in psychology when, in reality, he had never been in the CIA nor did he have a degree in psychology. He had committed many other misrepresentations, including stating that he had received a Purple Heart for injuries sustained in Vietnam and dramatically reporting that shrapnel was still lodged in his groin. In reality, he was never in Vietnam during the war.

A psychiatrist expert witness testifying before a panel of three judges sitting as special masters investigating Judge Couwenberg concluded that the judge was suffering from pseudologia fantastica which he described as "story telling that often has sort of a matrix of fantasy interwoven with some facts" (Ref.1, p 10). The expert further testified that pseudologia fantastica is treatable with therapy and did not render Judge Couwenberg unfit for judicial service. The basis for the conclusions regarding treatment and fitness for judicial service was not stated in the reference article and therefore is not available for review.

Cases like Judge Couwenberg's continue to emerge from time to time. Recent media articles chronicling the lying behavior of prominent men such as Joseph J. Ellis, a Pulitzer Prize winning historian and professor of history at Mount Holyoke College; Jeffery Archer, member of the House of Lords of England; and Sir Laurens Van der Post, former spiritual adviser to Prince Charles and godfather to Prince William, have generated significant interest. A former student of Professor Ellis, upon learning of his mentor's lies was quoted as saying, "He seemed so genuine. Perhaps it was a fantasy he came to believe himself" (Ref. 5, p A12). This observation raised important questions: did the just named individuals consciously and willfully engage in spewing their lies or were they unable to control their lying?

The concept of pathological lying, in which an individual repeatedly and apparently compulsively tells false stories, is not new to psychiatry. Numerous articles were written on it in the first half of the 20th century. However, interest in it waned drastically, to the extent that in recent years, it has received very little mention. Yet, the relatively modest light shed on pathological lying in recent psychiatric literature may not reflect its true prevalence in the pathology encountered routinely by clinical psychiatrists. Rather, it may be that psychiatrists simply know little about the subject and have difficulty recognizing the phenomenon.

Lies have been written about and classified for centuries. However, as noted by Healy and Healy, it was a German physician, Dr. Delbruck, who first clearly described the concept of pathological lying after an extensive examination of lies told by five of his patients. He concluded that these lies were so abnormal and out of proportion that they deserved a special category, which he described as pseudologia phantastica, terminology that is used interchangeably with pseudologia fantastica, which may be an Americanized spelling. Pathological lying, pseudologia fantastica, mythomania and morbid lying are generally used interchangeably, although it remains debatable whether they all describe the same phenomenon. Indeed, Bursten's description of Manipulative Personality shows characteristics similar to those of pathological lying. Nevertheless, for the purpose of this article, we make no distinction among the terms just described. In addition, we confine our discussion to the narrow phenomenon of pathological lying and do not consider the broader concept of lying. The latter subject has been the object of considerable discussion.

Many articles have variously defined pseudologia fantastica, but a commonly quoted definition is that put forth by Healy and Healy who described it as "falsification entirely disproportionate to any discernible end in view, may be extensive and very complicated, manifesting over a period of years or even a lifetime, in the absence of definite insanity, feeble mindedness or epilepsy" (Ref. 8, p 1). While this is a very comprehensive definition, it raises the question of whether definite insanity, feeble mindedness, or epilepsy must be absent for lying to be considered pathological.

Selling disagreed. He believed that "obvious mental disease, particularly a diagnosable psychopathic personality of some type" (Ref. 9, p 336) was responsible for pseudologia fantastica.

While no consensus definition for pathological lying currently exists in the literature, the identified functional elements of the phenomenon are: the repeated utterance of untruths; the lies are often repeated over a period of years, with the lies eventually becoming a lifestyle; material reward or social advantage does not appear to be the primary motivating force but the lying is an end in itself; an inner dynamic rather than an external reason drives the lies, but when an external reason is suspected, the lies are far in excess of the suspected external reason; the lies are often woven into complex narratives.

Pseudologia fantastica was therefore described as a fantasy lie, a daydream communicated as reality, in which the lie can be a gratification in itself, for pleasure only and not for any other obvious gain. It was described as an intermediary phase between psychic health and neurosis. The notion of double consciousness, in which two forms of life run side by side, the actual and the desired, and the desired becomes preponderant and decisive, has been proposed as the mechanism underlying pathological lying. It has also been suggested that the mental processes similar to those forming the basis of the impulse to literary creation in normal people is the foundation of the morbid romances and fantasies of those with pseudologia fantastica. The impulse that forces the fabrication of stories is supposedly bound up with the desire to play the role of the person depicted; fiction and real life are not separated. Further support for intact reality testing in pseudologia fantastica is the proposition that pseudologues usually have sound judgment in other matters, an observation that makes it difficult to prove that the pseudologue does not know that what he or she is doing is wrong.
