I have to perform site maintenance at the present. It is imperative that I begin to directly focus on a more linear direct approach. The role of LGBTi persons in the military currently is in dispute. If the present activities are exposed these same sex gendered orientated will suffer not only in the military ranks but the paramilitary ranks as being a police officer.

I an fighting this event from a spiritual platform but are conforming the basic principles to a prosecution under positive law prosecution either here in the United States or in the exterior under the United Nations as the case exists.

The death of one time LAPD Chief Daryl Gates brings to a close one of the most enigmatic eras within United States History. Gates, who was chief of police in the United States' second largest city from 1978 to 1992, died of cancer at his home in Newport Beach, California.

The easiest manner and procedure for me to attempt to close texture and bring forth a criminal prosecution is to focus on Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and First Lady Maria Shriver. Arnold is the worst governor of any state in history. Here is an athlete actor turned politician who ran as an agent to change the way things are run in Sacramento to being the symbol of corruption for his level of office. His wife Maria is also increasingly in jeopardy of being prosecuted as she may outlive her husband.

The officers of LAPD who carried out the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth from their department have catastrophically damaged the environment of the state, natural persons health, and LGBTi history. The Schwarzenegger, Shriver, Kennedy Dynasty are one of the major casualties.

The average citizen of the future who wishes for justice will have to file criminal and civil complaints as I have done. If they have any reason to question their health, damaged property, and reputation it is because the governor, president, attorney general, policeman, your grandparents, parents, and possibly yourself did nothing to stop it.

Here we can begin to see how different systems effect one another. LAPD is hegemonic and was able to create an upward movement entangling higher state, federal, and international levels of government.

You as Los Angeles District Attorney and all other candidates are running for office as sworn officials in California without recognizing the system of torture and other cruel and inhuman treatment that has been ongoing since June 17, 1987. This is the 200th Anniversary of the United States Constitution.

This event is being driven from Los Angeles Police Department by a cell(s) of LGBTi militants. This appears to be mostly male. If I am alienated from constitutional rights, EVERYONE WILL LOSE. You were sworn to uphold my rights and I have a very strong presence in Los Angeles during your term. This will be extraordinary if you become the Attorney General for California.

Due Process is a right and I have almost none whatsoever.

Present Governor Schwarzenegger is under the color of law. He should of used emergency powers of the governor to halt actions lead by a LGBTi militancy run out of LAPD.

Dear Councilperson Bernard Parks,

I am writing to supply information that concerns the overt Chemical Assault Scorched Earth ongoing in California. I am presenting the argument that you are culpable. What is disturbing is that the police officers that are running the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth are officers in LAPD. This has occurred since at least 1960s. It clearly emerges through your tenure as Chief of LAPD in 1997 and your terms as Councilman in 2003.

Consider this point. I am a PURE HETEROSEXUAL. I have had zero same sex acts in 49 year of life. I turned 49 August 3, 2010 one day before Obama and the reversal of Proposition 8.

The officers involved are a perfect examples of an inferiority complex in same sex males. At this point in time I would argue that I am the most stalked person in world history as the United States federal government and President Barack Obama condone an attack on the human race which is prosecutable here as federal crime.

Their primary tactic is to use Lesbianism to front Gay or Male Same Sex Male MSM persons. Within the LGBTi continuum if a heterosexual male does not accept lesbianism or bisexual females he is gay baited. Here this is a simple double bind. It is quite possible that a heterosexual or opposite sex female is one's sexual preference.

Totalitarianism will seek to isolate. I am a fairly simple but strong practitioner of Gaudiya Vaishnavism if one takes the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth that is imposed over my natural person and citizenship.

At this point in time if I maintain networking or email communications with females that are natural persons LAPD attempts to advertise such as male homosexual Hare Krishnas.

I have already emailed a complaint against Governor Schwarzenegger to AG Holder regarding the alienation of my right to marry. Overall if Californians wish to file a grievance over their loss of health or property it is due to the facts mentioned here that they were injured.

I believe that the Governor's naturalized citizenship is in jeopardy as all 38 million persons in this state are victims.

The City of Los Angeles is in jeopardy as you are as a sworn officials. You should also be disturbed in that racism is also highly prevalent. The entire entrapment of what is known as MOEC is a composite of many scripted profiles at various levels of systems. One part of this is the continuum of generation to generation.

Currently in 2010 if a 75 year old grandfather has died and amassed an estate of $500,000 and has a 50 year old son who is an heir, and he has a 25 year old son who is an heir, the grandfather dies and leaves a legacy of being unsuccessful in defending the family from a spurious attack by a Gay Militia with an alleged Origination in Cambridge Law School. The son has spent almost half of his 50 years in some manner of accommodation to the same mechanism. The grandson has just lived less of two years of his life outside of a fullblown Chemical Assault Scorched Earth.

Totalitarianism desires to create a culture of fatalism and dependency. I am writing from Along the Salton Sea. There are date farms just north of where I am. If such a grandfather had amassed his estate in a date farms they are almost assuredly worth less than the paper value.

I have just passed my 49th birthday. In analogy to the toxic aluminum spill in Hungary where a dam broke spilling chemicals into towns, I am not able to show up with my boots and shovel to lend a hand. I have my own land to attend to. The location of the Coachella Valley posits a very large LGBTi community located in Cathedral City and Palm Springs. This is being pandered to very strongly. The use of profiling called Interloper and Revenuer is prevalent and goes back to the High Sierras where I spend my summers.

It appears prima facie two central ideas of political philosophy motivated the construction of MOEC. This is He who controls the Hinterland controls the world and He who controls History controls the world. From these two dynamics that for the United Kingdom, the latter, controlling history through defection is more realistic than recreating a collapsing empire.

With a clique of same sex males allegedly from Cambridge Law School finalizing most of the design, a deification of the LGBTi platform emerges. The exposing of this racketeering conspiracy was weighted in a ratio with the success of it’s survival. It appears that the world leadership and population are sufficiently corrupt to accept a path of irrational nihilism.

This is stated in that there is no comprehensible moral or legal model, theistic or mechanistic to justify a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth based on the alienation of positive rights. I clearly am heterosexual or opposite sex. I will not cave into sexual extortion or blackmail for my rights or quid pro quo payoffs. (If adequate discovery is taken trading homosexual or samesex activity under extortion or defection is the price one pays for impunity.)

The falsification of the LGBTi Studies paradigm and structural shift from at least June17, 1987 will occur. The moral theories of John Stuart Mill"s Hedonistic Calculus and consequentialism are defeated by the deontology of Immanuel Kant. Relative morality is defeated by Absolute Morality.

So here with my alienation of rights under the United States Constitution approaching en toto, I will choose to negate the LGBTi Studies and History discipline areas. I have emailed the American Psychiatric Association, who has a section on violence concerning HIV AIDS and LGBTi persons of my decision as of January 9, 2011.

This will guarantee a more focused study of my personal views that are freely willed and how I have emerged as stateless and right less person in plain view of the entire world.

Technological Singularity has emerged as one of the organizing principles of our culture. Technology has driven the economy and has also inflated the economy. Regardless of economic impacts Technology is here to stay. Law enforcement is becoming more heavily dependent on technology.

Singularity now appears somewhere between a magic show and Star Trek to many regarding the positive benefits that could be incurred.

I personally believe that the technologies to build a system or computer that has human intelligence is well under way and at least machine speeds will be achieved.

The fears that the Singularity will be against humans art well founded. I am working under extreme circumstances and reflect the abuse of officials who are under the color of law.

Singularity will be a new theme that will complement the exposition of law officers in the present and future. LAPD is a very large department and the newest innovations in criminal justice will almost certainly be used here.

Currently I am traveling to McCloud. I am also in Columbia College. Today is the end of the half session. There are are four more weeks. I am taking CJAD Criminal Law and MGMT- Managing Cross Cultural Diversity. I hope to obtain two A's. However the situation is recalcitrant after over 24 years.

What is unique is I will have very close to an AA in Administration of Justice in about one year.

This reentry by distance education is very unique. As seen the president does not appear to have any concern over the effects of Scorched Earth.

Forensic science and Federal Rules of Evidence will decisively defeat many propositions that LAPD has attempted to disguise as philosophy, phenomenology, morality and determinism. Under the more liberal Daubert standards there are no established experts to support determinism of a person's lifespan.

The attempt to isolate and Gay Bait is a devastating blow to LGBTi History which is now mandated by the State of California.

In civil torts the forensic proof of a Chemical Assault and Scorched Earth will be compelling fodder and will establish the trajectory of forensic evidence and both criminal and civil law.

The impact on the presidency and the governorships of the states is also paired with liability. As I perceive this issue attacking these sworn officials as natural persons is a very clear methodology to peruse.

It is interesting that many of the heirs of the estates of presidents and governors are easily in the trust fund baby category as the mass of persons are suffering heavy damage to their assets.

I am doing very well in CJAD and am considering a MA or juris doctorate in law sometime in the future.

Happy New Year! I am finished with college in the short term. I have earned an A in Forensic Science and Small Business Management. I have a GPA of 3.27 and a UC GPA of 3.42. I need 6 courses to obtain a BA.

Currently a Hare Krishna guru named David Bruce Hughes has been exposed is extreme homosexual misconduct. Stating that he is Bruce Hughes or David Hughes or Dasanudas Babaji and implying that on the basis of Male Same Sex behaviors MSM or identity is characteristic of the damage that is being done to the legitimate LGBTi platform.

I do have many LGBTi friends on internet. Internet is internet.

I have still maintained a strong support for Proposition 8 or the legal definition of marriage only being between one man and one woman.

This is true in Arizona. This has been true for my entire life.
