Happy New Year!!! There is an allegation that this event could end circa Spring of 2017. As seen the conditions are so deplorable at the present that being at least healthy at that date is a very poor assumption.

In degree I will state that my version of history and facts are the superior performance since June 17, 1987. I have only ascertained one other direct performance. This concerns gang stalking, mob stalking, and stalking. These issues also concern the LGBTi platform.

I will passing of a more victorious lead in the trajectory of time and space. I say this because Gay Triumphalism is part of the mission for this act of terror and torture.

All sides must reconcile accountability with the development of a non merit based de facto informant culture. The environment is destroyed and life exists in an environment.

I am performing site maintenance and will elaborate in the future.

Planned Obsolescence

One of the intriguing structures and processes involving human resources is the loyalties involved. If the authorship is Cambridge Law School, and if they are same sex LGBTi orientated men, than it superficially appears irrational that they would create and empower incompetent proxies as provocateurs within the same orientation. Here we have cell(s) of same sex male LGBTi orientated males attempting to entrapment a opposite sex male, myself.

This is has failed miserably. I am clearly moving from birth to death with no male sex contacts during a fullblown Chemical Assault Scorched Earth imposed over me.

I am having almost no internal problems with this. The need is to be more assertive in the culture. The attempt to hostage me with symbols from my Vedic Faith, deceased relatives, natural persons as entertainers, politicians ad hoc is extremely condescending once one begins to clearly to deliberate all the stakes at hand.

One, this is personal survival, two it means defending not only faith and principles and family.

I do not doubt that there are LGBTi individuals in my family. If one were to average ten to fifteen percent this would be normative. This would not prevent me from exposing systematic human rights abuse against myself and the human race even if this damages the so called leadership of the United States.

The Vedic perspective is simpler in that the shastra and scriptures against same sex or homosexuality of either males or females. The fear is against the so called preachers and devotees that are being blackmailed and extorted to look the other way because of these concerns. This would not prevent such either.

To return it appears that second strike considerations were deliberated by Cambridge. They wish to be exposed and want to measure how strong I am and how the culture adapts to what I present on my behalf. I believe they were well aware the the American Presidents and religious leaders would do nothing based on past incidents they have orchestrated. This appears to be career paths to the expansion of United Kingdom interests.

In this instance I would state that authors are out for their OWN SURVIVAL. There is little doubt that they are embedded with a standing government. Here the implications for the United Kingdom are profound in that they control only an island in the main.

There would have to be a major shift in planners securities. The professorships that are involved would not be safe openly teaching if it is true that they are planners of crimes of this magnitude.

This material is of a latent nature. If this event is linked to Africa and biological warfare, there would be an unmasking of a team of LGBTi Heinrich Himmlers. This is something out of my range of direct perception but the externality leads to this and nuclear concerns. Hence Strategic Warfare: 1. Nuclear 2. Biological 3. Chemical. What is problematic is this event is bathtub quality. There is no expertise only it is spread through impunity.

Everyday it appears the use of targeted Chemical Assaults and Poisonings increases. The biological aspect is severe. The United States has cleared an anthrax case. I will comment in this later.

There are certain figures that are explaining Gang Stalking, Mob Stalking, Stalking through Narcissistic Personality Disorder. This is being welcomed here. It appears that LGBTi officers and the authorship, more than likely same sex practicing males are behind the destruction from Chemical Assault Scorched Earth to various Stalking techniques. Lombroso a famous criminologist stated that he believed that 90% of persons he examined were criminals. There is no doubt that from a negative socialization standpoint, YOU ARE LIVING THROUGH A RICO BASED EXTORTION AND BLACKMAIL RING. The diagnostics of DSM IV and the theory of Stalking are supports for behaviors that legally break the law.

The United States sworn officers are under the color of law. They are firewalls in the destruction of the state and the nation. The former are simply the sovereign property of the United States and the latter are the natural citizens.

I always have strived to be DIRECT. This has not always occurred. At this point of my lifespan IT WILL. I am thinking in terms of three years to write a large paper or book of 300 pages. In practicality I am emailing Congress members and the FBI at least two or more times a month with complaints.

I am emerging from winter from a right arm and hand injury. The wind in California has picked up considerably. This will mean sandstorms and wildfires which sloe production down.

I openly state that I am the strongest journalist or blogger working under domestic United States jurisdiction. As a researcher my linking of others contributions on stalking, (they are indirectly discussing me near the lowest boundary) to the criminalization of the state apparatus of social control (military police), informant creation, gangs, marginalization, and genocide are rational and demonstrable. This is by prisoner's dilemma.

This is not a strictly analytical ivory tower pursuit. I seek both academic systematization and direct prosecution.

A working draft of Holon 10 is now up. This paper is over due. It is being heavily attacked as I work. It demonstrates an inferiority complex. As seen below in differential association one can observe how white gay males in the main are attacking to create spelling and syntax errors in the English language. by observation here the persons of European descent especially the males are more frequent in the practice of same sex. This is true in contrast to Latinos and Asians.

This polarization will that is the entire subject of this website will form a core discussion. This definitely true in the destruction of the legacy of sworn officials, natural persons, and the environment.

The weather is constraining me as per sandstorms. The end of the first quarter is near and I am nowhere near on schedule.

This is a very quick memo composed to GLAAD a LGBTi advocacy group. The trajectory of torture is disintegrating. It is in my interest to perform in an open, clean, and hard manner within the law.

This means creating authentic records in the face of unprecedented censorship and sanitization.

Dear GLAAD,

I am writing you today to express my concerns over the unrecognized Chemical Assault Scorched Earth. By observation your organization is concerned with the defamation and real world treatment of LGBTi persons. This is why my life history, legal records, and communications should be of the greatest concern to you.

I am strict heterosexual and a member of the ritvik Hare Krishna Movement. This states that I am not following a living diksa teacher (guru) as per se a living a pope. The ritvik platform tends to be more conservative but not exclusively.

I have accused LGBTi officers in Los Angeles Police Department of implementing what is now a FULL BLOWN SCORCHED EARTH.

I am focusing my personal and civil response on to sworn competent officials in the main. GLADD has lawyers that are members of the bar and their licensing requires that they report crimes.

I am in Ehrenberg AZ Blythe CA area along the Colorado River. The river is chemically despoiled. It is the source of drinking water for large areas of Southern California, Arizona, and Mexico.

Here the isolation of my person is also paired with propaganda that I am supporting same sex behaviors this false and irrational. Here is an example of what is driving this act of torture in LGBTi history.

The core concept is driven by same sex males of white European descent. They are using lesbian and bisexual females as a front. This will also hostage such persons and possibly implicate such if they willing take part of the conspiracy.

If I state that I am opposed to Gay practices. The methodology will state that it Gay only means lesbianism. They will then attempt to Gay Bait one as Male Same Sex Male MSM practitioner. They will state that this is due to ethnic nationalism. They will attempt to recruit a minority lawyer, possibly a Latino or African American to advocate me.

This is a notorious Strawman tactic, not a logical use of distribution.

What has occurred is a what computer hackers call a Joe Virus. The directionality of the attack is against heterosexuals. It is blowing back against groups as GLADD and the Campaign for Courage.

There are many levels of analysis. Currently the Gay Marriage and the repeal of Don't Ask Don' Tell will be damaged against your interests.

The Chemical Assault Scorched Earth severely damages those who are HIV positive.

The world's most powerful investors have been advised to buy farmland, stock up on gold and prepare for a "dirty war" by Marc Faber, the notoriously bearish market pundit, who predicted the 1987 stock market crash.

The bleak warning of social and financial meltdown was delivered today in Tokyo at a gathering of 700 pension and sovereign wealth fund managers.

Dr Faber, who advised his audience to pull out of American stocks one week before the 1987 crash and was among a handful who predicted the more recent financial crisis, vies with the Nouriel Roubini, the economist, as a rival claimant for the nickname Dr Doom.

Speaking today, Dr Faber said that investors, who control billions of dollars of assets, should start considering the effects of more disruptive events than mere market volatility.

"The next war will be a dirty war," he told fund managers: "What are you going to do when your mobile phone gets shut down or the internet stops working or the city water supplies get poisoned?”

His investment advice, which was the first keynote speech of CLSA’s annual investment forum in Tokyo, included a suggestion that fund managers buy houses in the countryside because it was more likely that violence, biological attack and other acts of a "dirty war" would happen in cities.

He also said that they should consider holding part of their wealth in the form of precious metals "because they can be carried."

We are slowly starting to focus on the main sworn officials and the main human right, and academic groups that have exposure. Here the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth and Gang Stalking culture is going to have severe historical consequences for LGBTi concerns. The heterosexuals in many cases are being rightly accused. I argue there is a linkage to LAPD and possibility University of Cambridge in the UK.

Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger was supposed to be the subject of a complaint today. However a militia group is emailing all governors. In lieu of this I will wait before mailing my complaint.

The Governor and his supporters have much to lose. His Excel sheet style has failed. An audit would prove incalculable damage during his stewardship which ends near the end of 2010.

Happy Easter. Holon 10 is rough completed sans a summary. This outline in itself was worth several texts. It is a capstone for the Strategic Mission of MOEC hence part of the expansion and contraction of United Kingdom interests.

This attack has state sponsorship here in the United States and is still censored and sanitized worldwide.

I will press GLAAD and other LGBTi groups more assertively for their input or they lose.

It is that simple. I am running essentially against myself without rebuttal. I will falsify obvious errors from leadership. One has to stay in the public eye and demonstrate merit at some level.

I believe the benefit to cost ratio will break this, not concern over my wellbeing.

I have just corrected Holon 10 again with a small summary. This has to be done continually. Here we see the inferiority complex at work in same sex males vis to vis within a sibling rivalry with heterosexual, my person. The hacking wishes to create a lower performance to other persons especially those on internet. This will tremendously fail.

The Stalking advocacy in the main is abstract but decent. I will name individuals, groups, places, and dates as well as use Stalking analysis.

Asexuality, which states it is not LGBTi but it's members appear to have broken away from such to not having any sexual identity is attempting to be imposed.

It is my position that all sworn officers from 1987 should face criminal prosecution. This is the 100th Congress on forward at the federal level par minimum.

The projection of an inferiority complex appears within a Narcissistic Personality disorder. This results in displacement where substitute targets are blamed for infractions.

I am openly heterosexual and have opposed the formation of Gay Irrationalism Gay Know Nothing. Here there are persons who were placed into their jobs without merit and cannot be fired. This economically will create a diseconomy of scale. This was clearly seen in the bursting of the mortgage bubble.

In California and Arizona I have strong record of public support for traditional opposite sex marriage. This is unambiguous. In connection with this I would like to eliminate much of the corruption in academics particularly history. Pressure will kept on the University of California.

There are persons who have the courage to confront the stalkers on the web. There are the majority however who are the stalkers on the web and on the ground. They should be prosecuted.

I am exhausted physically. The dust bowl in formation in the American West has given me some time to think although it does debilitate. Cosmetically on a good day I appear very strong for someone who is near 50 years of age.

If persons do not stick up for themselves, their children, family, and faith then the posterity bears the cost of cowardice.

There are no excuses. This is true for both the LGBTi and heterosexuals.

I am still in the rough on this site but working when I am able. People must understand that I am the main opposition the the Gay Militancy that has attacked the United States with low grade Chemical Warfare. If I can write only a few paragraphs it is meaningful at this stage.

What are Transformations?

Here we are dealing when one system exchanges materials (energy) or operates on another system totally replacing or rearranging it's structure and content. The original system may be changed or unchanged by this process.

What does role does identity play?

My identity and behavior is heterosexual at the natural law level. I do not accept what I would call spurious interpolations at the eternal law platform especially in the Lila of Krishna in my Vedic faith. Lower level police officers are implementing conditioning, censorship, and propaganda that I would be transformed by persons in the LGBTi paradigm especially in San Diego, California. This appears disproportionately important to this operation, a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth on the United States and then President Reagan.

So I am gradually confronting mostly sworn officials and academics at this point. Since most of the activity is emanating from LAPD California, this state and the president are quite prominent. I am attempting to get LGBTi advocates to recognize what is happening as in Amnesty International and GLAAD. They are unresponsive.

I will attempt to relocate this week. Holon 10 is up and running as a rough document. The outline in itself is a working modus operandi. One can witness the attempt to develop some form of LGBTi culture. What is bizarre is that it simultaneously attacks such. The positive side of LGBTi has lost out to the informants. This is also an overlap with STALKERS. This is becoming more prominent.

This unrecognized attack has lead to what I am have stated are the Irrationalist Presidents. This is inclusive of all presidents since June 17, 1987:

In addition to the Chemical Assault, Gang Mob Stalking has proliferated. The president has tacitly looked the other way manifest overt acts of torture continue. I am the most stalked person in history. In order for me to travel form one location to another all the surface water must be Chemically Despoiled. In the current instance the Colorado River from Blythe, Owens River, June Lake, Lake Mono, Lake Tahoe, and Lake Almanor in California must be attacked. Tap water will not run clean in my vicinity. Food must be contaminated at factories and sent to stores. All the restaurants will serve despoiled food.

I am in the clarity of mind that records most be made against all sworn competent officials.

The use of hostaging is absurd at this level of abuse if one has any will power or cognition. Attempting to constrain me postulating past acquaintances that LAPD claims are LGBTi symbols is absurd. The greatest security I can create for anyone who has associated with me in the past or will in the future is to legally attempt to prosecute the principals.

Academically I have openly challenged the University of California. I do not believe that the academics are fulfilling their legal or professional duties. The History of California is absurd. NGO LGBTi groups as the Courage Campaign will also be brought in for a one on one comparison.

Closing the texture on the actors in what is a purge of an Informant State is desired and is the best chance for transparency. I believe that these persons are the most qualified to present the LGBTi side of this event.

Transitioning to Northern California

I have arrived back to Inyo County. The weather has been just short of hurricane force winds. There is a major oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. The circular folly continues and my positions are constant. I am focused and wish to finish the sites and papers. Even at this level LAPD is acknowledging that my work is the STRONGEST or the a fortiori default selection worldwide.

So here that rabbit is actually more than a pace setter. Here personally at 48.5 years of age many so called experts have passed away in History, Journalism, and Law. If this occurs these persons have no output then they are overrated and those that have put themselves to risk are being marginalized.

I have travelled the United States extensively as the most STALKED CITIZEN in the History of the United States.

This cannot be understated. All the surface lakes must be contaminated ahead as I move north.

I would like to finish of Chapter 1 of the Ethnography and Myth of the Contemporary Man this summer.

Barack Obama is slowly becoming a disaster president as was George W. Bush. A car bomb failed in Times Square. This has implications for Homeland Secretary Janet Reno.

As seen here this attack emerges parallel to the LGBTi platform. These actors have yet to address abuse within their paradigm. This is a fatal error and will damage credibility and careers.

An interesting note in Gay HIV Positive populations: Baltimore 40%, New York City 25%, San Francisco 14%, and Washington DC 15%. This is a major catastrophe for Gay Males.

Totalitarianism and Irrationalist Presidents

The effect of the Gay militancy is embedded within totalitarianism. This is a police state as a structure and process. It does not make a difference if the principal morality is absolute or relative it turns relative due to the crimes and lies needed to perpetuate it.

Plato has stated that, "Relative morality chooses it's own life, which leads to nihilism."

This is axiomatic in this pursuit.

How are LGBTi Studies courses going to teach the real history of what has happened? I am clearly heterosexual and support this wholeheartedly under systematic torture while a Campaign for Courage is under way by LGBTi groups.

What is the value of the Gay Militancy. It is the worst event in Gay History. If one discussed HIV AIDS Pandora's Box will be open. If the authorship is not guilty in part for AIDS they are for the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth.

This a major defeat for their effort.

The maturation level of the militants appears to be about 15 years old.

Obama and The Future

It is my growing perception that the forces that be have slowly entangled Barack Obama in his own snare. This has significant ramifications for the LGBTi Coalition. These groups and individuals have supported him and Obama is slowly delivering. The Gulf of Mexico Oilspill has damaged Obama. The spill is between 25,000 and 40,000 barrels per day. There is also a direct parallel to the chemical despoliation of the environment under this program now almost 24 years running.

So far only the victims of Gang - Mob Stalking have emerged to make a stand in opposition to the criminality condoned by the president and society.

If this pattern continues I imagine that HIV positive persons and the direct heirs of those departed may challenge the United States government both criminally and civilly. This will contradict the show bottle LGBTi Coalition. I am sure this will happen and it is the correct thing to due.

The price one pays for silence is defeat. Even though these persons have made strides on obtaining some LGBTi rights they have thrown the HIV population under the bus. This is the defect of Consequentialism. I believe that ethicists and moralists have to wake up. They are easily defeated by the forces of totalitarianism.

I am not exactly sure where I will spend the summer. The winter has finally broke here and I am off stride.

California and the Schwarzeneggers Are Targets

It is has clearly emerged that the State of California and the Schwarzenegger's will be the targets and catalyst for the six remaining months of his term. It is clear that the LGBTi militancy has catastrophically damaged the first family.

Maria has recently of June 30, 2010 made the following statement:

"Just to become governor is a huge thing, and to do it twice is a huge accomplishment," Shriver told Pop Tarts at the Million Plates Campaign in Los Angeles on Monday. "I think he has so much to be proud of certainly his work on the environment, job creation, selling California on all the reforms he's been able to institute. I think when all is said and done, people will look at him as a great performer."

I believe that she may be guilty of obstructing justice. She is 54 and Arnold is 63. She may pay the ultimate legal price by surviving past her husband's death and being prosecuted.

I will write the Campaign for Courage in the next two weeks. As these groups press forward, the Trojan Horse in glass closet individuals become a drag for their agenda. I am clearly heterosexual.The LGBTi militancy is so submerged and contradictory, they are the Joe Virus. One must go open, clean, and hard. They are realizing they are so perverse in speech patterns and lies in combination with a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth that they cannot depose any one under oath.

It does not matter if I am homosexual or heterosexual their guilt alone damages same sex males and posits lesbians and female bisexuals only as dupes and shields. The crimes are being driven by Gay Bisexual men.

I will state that all 38 million persons in the state are victims. I am the most stalked person in the history of the United States and California. This is a concrete fact that the governor and first lady will not be able to run from. The University of California and samesex students will have to face the fact that their orientation and greed drove the destruction of California. This is the correct manner to teach this from. Persons of German, Japanese, and Italian backgrounds still sit through discussions of fascism in class.

The Gulf of Mexico Oilspill may be 60,000 barrels per day. The contamination here will function as a catalyst. The HIV and hypo allergy suffers should stand up to the criminality of the Schwarzeneggers. Very little will constrain me at this point in my life.

I am now focusing on this political dynasty and the Golden State because it is structurally more focused and has prominence on it's own merits.

I have made some small contacts will my sibling cohorts, I am overwhelmingly probably the straightest person to emerge from Kent County, Delaware in the Class of 1979. I do not drink alcohol, do drugs, gamble, and maintaining celibacy now. As a ritvik Hare Krishna, again the lack of transparency in the so called gurus and sannyasis is becoming a sore point and their most loyal followers will not be able to insulate all of these preachers.

The tipping point has been achieved by lifespan and deprivation of environment. The act is also scripted around these features.

Dear Advocates,

As the trajectory of history emerges through the present decade towards 2020 the empirical basis of events should deserve your attention and action. Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has been the head of California since November of 2003. He won the recall election against then Governor Gray Davis by pledging to return government back to the People of California. This phrase appears on the cover sheet of California.

Governor Schwarzenegger knew then that I was under attack by Chemical Assault Scorched Earth and Gang Stalking. I have lived almost continuously since 1997 in California. I am writing from Westwood, California.

Since February 2007 a condition known as Radhanatha was imposed over the structure causing an escalation which the governor miscalculated. In Earp CA Parker AZ the Colorado River became Chemically Attacked. This is drinking and agricultural water for Southern California, Arizona, and Mexico. Currently all the lakes in Lassen and Plumas Counties are attacked from my knowledge.

I AM THE MOST STALKED PERSON IN UNITED STATES AND CALIFORNIA HISTORY.

I am fighting this event historically and legally from a ritvik Hare Krishna standpoint. This is slowly maturing as the worship of Radha Krishna. In this regards Sri Krishna is the ONLY MALE in existence. Simply put everything alive is wedded to Krishna with Krishna the husband and the living entity the bride. This position is extremely skewed by LGBTi concerns. This is the epitome of the Vedas or what westerners call Hinduism. As of yesterday Hawaii refuted a legislative attempt to legalize civil unions. In California I have and continue to support Proposition 8.

The younger sworn officials, for instance those that are 40 years of age in 2010 are very high targets for prosecution. I would approach such figures as Lt. Governor Abel Maldonado as approaching a 100 percent for being arrested within thirty years. This would also have President Barack Obama in jeopardy and would also implicate Michele Obama. Maldonado is 43 this year.

The attack by the LGBTi militancy has taken on a new dimension. This is something that has been thought about previously but now in prominence. This is the right to marry. At the current so called official level the LGBTi community is usually being considered as victims. I am a heterosexual who is being prevented from the opportunities of marrying a person of my choice. This has become increasingly obvious within the last hours of working on the computer. Consider that Arnold Schwarzenegger has upwards of $200 million and has married Maria Shriver niece of John F. and Ted Kennedy. This is very high profile marriage. Also Chelsea Clinton is planning a wedding that is estimated to cost $2 million USD. She is 30 years old this year.

I will be 49 on August 3. I am in strong physical condition in comparison to my siblings who were born in 1961. I have never married and am a supporter of Proposition 8 which defines marriage as only between one man and one woman. I also support this concept through the Vedas of which I participate as a member of the Gaudiya Sampradaya or the Hare Krishna Movement.

LAPD is attempting to script an ethnography that posits that I have been transformed by LGBTi acquaintances. This is based on a scenario from natural individuals who are from San Diego who are also treated symbolically They LGBTi orientated. Proposition 8 has been overturned by Judge Walker. I am continually being demonized and slandered here in Westwood. I have emerged over 49 years of age, my birthday was the 3rd, as a PURE HETEROSEXUAL. This means I have had zero same sex behaviors over my entire life. I do not do illegal drugs, drink alcohol, support marijuana, or gamble. I am forced to practice vegetarianism in spurts due to the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth which affects the food supply.

My identity which is spiritual excludes both homosexuality and heterosexuality although it accepts eternity in human forms. The use of polymorphous perversity is highly escalated. The official position that I have taken is that abuse is generated from an inferiority complex in same sex males. Stalking and the use of polymorphous perversity is the displacement of attacking a substitute target as one attempts to defend one's undeveloped ego.

If I make contact on Facebook with natural females, LAPD will state that these real persons are homosexual male Hare Krishnas from New Raman Reti, Florida.

If one returns to the statement that I am PURE HETEROSEXUAL WITH NO SAME SEX BEHAVIORS OVER 49 YEARS, LAPD will struggle to refute this and will invent a Strawman to attack me. This is to portray me as a same sex victim.

Crime Against Humanity: The Linear Function

Since June 17, 1987 an unrecognized Systematic Act of Torture has occurred mainly within the United States. The de facto Chemical Assault Scorched Earth program targeted against myself openly in a manifest function comprises a Crime Against Humanity. The allegation is that Cambridge Law School has authored this event against me to promote LGBTi interests as Gay Marriage (same sex). In this regards my United States Primary constitutional rights are almost totally alienated is due to the fact that I am pure heterosexual. Los Angeles Police Department contains the LGBTi militancy that is directing the attacks. I have had no same sex partners and zero same sex activity over 49 years of my life in continuo.

I am an orthodox devotee of the Vedas or Gaudiya Vaishnavism. This is the Hare Krishna Movement. I am a ritvik Prabhupadanuga which states that I worship Krishna through a spiritual master who is no longer is present on this earth, His Divine Grace AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada. The mainstream practice is the diksa paradigm which approaches Krishna through a guru who is present on this earth.

Overall the authorship has developed a scripted Gay Irrationalism Gay Know Nothing ideology. These are the terms developed by the Origin not by my person. This will be made more evident by the red herring or distraction from prosecution.

As such I only support Traditional Marriage (opposite sex). My sexual preference includes 1. opposite sex females 2. bisexual females. This is very important. Los Angeles Police is following a scripted entrapment that will dehumanize and demonize my natural history as person to reflects their and the authorships same sex preferences.

In LAPD's interest my sexual preferences should be bisexual female first. Male Same Sex Male persons are never a preference within the LGBTi paradigm. I am strictly heterosexual.

This Chemical Assault Scorched Earth Program has overlapped the LGBTi push for Gay Marriage. Proposition 8 was overturned in California August 4, 2010 while I was in Westwood, Lassen County in this state. The Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell policy was just overturned a few days past in Orange County, California.

In degree the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth is a Crime Against Humanity. The attack is designed around an epistemological or theory of knowledge approach.

1. Sight: Hence all the objects I can see are sprayed with chemicals. This is mainly the air by placing chemicals in combustion engines.

2. Touch: All objects I can touch are sprayed. All the clothes I wear are sprayed. It is impossible to purchase uncontaminated clothing in any store in my vicinity. An aloe vera skin lotion I attempted to use recently would burn the skin.

3. Taste: Almost all of my food is chemically contaminated. Almost all the food in stores has been contaminated at the factory in my vicinity. Since I am a lacto vegetarian, these items are targeted more severely than meat items. If I eat say a bag of peanuts, whatever is spayed on the bag is sprayed into the air.

4. Smell: Olfaction is primarily taste. In degree any liquid that can be evaporated may be smelled through the nose. Almost all commercial perfumes are contaminated.

5. Hearing: I am almost constantly harassed by electronic surveillance 24/7 365 days per year. Various sleep deprivation tactics are used.

The Red Herring Strawman

The diversion from recognizing the Crime Against Humanity rests in the choosing of the LGBTi militancy in LAPD. They comprise a Joe Virus. Their repertoire consists in circular arguments, double binds arguments and inventing a false chronological person and history of my life.

Hence Lesbianism (in reality female bisexuality) is used as front for Male Same Sex Male preferences. If one does not prefer lesbians bisexual one is Gay Baited. This would occur as a Male Gay Bisexual Transgendered person. Heterosexuality is never an option to complete a double bind.

I am a pure heterosexual male. For a 49 year male I have a very small sex life. There are ZERO male partners and ZERO same sex acts. If one would construct a 100 percentile score I would have a PERFECT SCORE OF ZERO as a heterosexual male with 100 being a perfect score for a pure Gay Male.

This event is embedded in a Racketeered Influenced Corrupt Organization Structure. Since I have never engaged in same sex I can never be blackmailed or extorted due to sexual activity. I am one of it not the strongest individuals I have seen over 24 years. Most male police officers have at least some same sex experience.

Abnormal Psychology

The work differentiation of job duties in LAPD have been developed through an inferiority complex. This will result in displacement or an attack on substitute parties as myself. It is also developed with narcissistic personality disorder. This component includes psychopathology as antisocial, sociopath, and psychopath.

Hence LAPD officers are Glass Closet Bisexuals who are ashamed of their identity and behavior. They attempt to out persons based on electronic surveillance. This develops Gang Stalking. I am the most stalked person in world history. Polymorphous perversity is attacking or defending oneself through sexual vulgar speech. The main cell of LAPD officers is about 20 persons in three shifts. They are about 50 to 60 years old. They have a Body Mass Index of about 40 with 30 being obese. My BMI is less than 25 which is normal.

The Joe Virus will debilitate LGBTi activists.

Cambridge Law School and the LAPD Militancy can not state that they are correct in using a Crime Against Humanity to promote Gay Rights.

I have filed a complaint against Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger of California for impeding my Right to Marry. This was done also in consideration to cultures in the world where genocide is used to extinct entire groups not just families.

I am using California as test case. 38 million persons in this state alone are victims of a Crime Against Humanity. Function defines what a structure is. I noticed the beach walkers, silent wanderers, silent wonderers, and knew that they were feeling the same thing, unexpressed, and that this place, this time, where all things could be examined in new light, was something that we all had to return to.

I believe it is accurate for Obama to paint the colors in broad strokes regarding his support for bullied LGBTi kids. He is entirely serving up a red herring by not addressing the stalking committed against my person since July when at least five youths committed suicide.

I certainly show disdain for the intimidation of LGBTi youths. What needs to be legally addressed is that OUTING by LGBTi members helps foster the climate for stalking. This has occurred to me. Since I am straight the outing failed. Rep. R Asburn of Bakersfield came out while this wave of hatred escalated.

Morality and demonstrable behavior is not consistent with my persecution which is gender based LGBTi versus straight.

I have returned to the Coachella Valley and the Salton Sea area. R Mary Bono Mack 45th District is the federal representative for the Coachella Valley eastward to Blythe. I will most likely spend the winters in either or location. On the even years I will most likely be near the Salton Sea. Hence Mary Bono Mack who was born on October 25, 1961 is a cohort in a crossectional longitudinal research model. This is true of Barack Obama who was born August 4, 1961 one day later than myself.

This area is a mini holon of the United States. A leader must show the way and demonstrate how to get there by example. This also includes accountability. I am writing and compiling a refutation of Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger between and 2010 and January 1, 2010. His term of office ends in late December. Next weeks election is likely to be perceived as a referendum against Obama and Schwarzenegger. Mary Bono Mack will likely be reelected.

The issue of the Right to Marry and LGBTi in the military has emerged. I am straight and my Right to Marry is severely impeded. There is a symbiotic pairing in place. I do have a complaint against the governor with AG Eric Holder.

What is disturbing is that LAPD, who call themselves a Gay Militia, have created a profile of a homeless person that is a homosexual male. This profile is composed of using real female contacts from Facebook and claiming that they are homosexual men. This is a very serious case of misogyny. It clearly damages LGBTi homeland security officers or law enforcement.

There is no other STRONGER OR MORE SYSTEMATIC PRESENTATION ON LEGAL RECORD OR ON THE WEB.

Gang or Mob Stalking continues to be a problem. If one argues that the LGBTi population is 10 to 15% of the total then the Stalking by observation has LGBTi persons over represented. This is contrary to the victimization being portrayed in sociology courses. LGBTi studies will be no more than sanitization with the recognition of this Chemical Assault Scorched Earth against the human race. This is exactly what this is. It has LGBTi authorship and implementation.

It is my right, security interest, and posterity to expose as honestly as possible my knowledge of it's history.

I believe the entire Right To Marry campaign has to reorganize under conditions of REALITY. Since June 17, 1987 the 200th Anniversary of the United States Constitution.I have lived under a constant Chemical Assault Scorched Earth.

Regardless I am a heterosexual male, currently living in Desert Shores along the Salton Sea. The Salton Sea is chemically contaminated. All my air, food, and clothing are contaminated. I am the most stalked individual in World History. An attempt to OUT ME September 15, 2010 failed.

During this time period several persons were Outed as Rep. R Asburn of Bakersfield. Several of our youths committed suicide. Most appeared to be LGBTi. All appeared to have been sexually harassed.

Freedom to Marry, Courage Campaign et al. have yet to recognize the scripted panorama that PREVENTS ME FROM MARRYING also.

This is a Symbiotic Entrapment. The Chemical Assault Scorched Earth is also debilitating to the HIV positive community which is also heavily LGBTi populated.

The end of the Schwarzenegger era and the 2010 general elections provides for a time frame that provides significant indications in the collective and individual will of the people.

The resilience of the America is quite strong but the effect of the damage to internal cohesion is incalculable and is only being kept in check by obstruction of justice and intimidation.

I find very few compelling arguments that are is support of our sworn officials as the president, governors, and sworn officials. The usurpation of a Gay Militia has made their apprenticeship through history a perspective that has not been undertaken with any diligence. This study in abnormality is of the utmost importance. My victimization is almost predicated on my heterosexuality and Japanese ancestry. These facts are not deniable.

The Coachella Valley contains a very large LGBTi community based in Cathedral City and Palm Springs. My position is that I am supporting opposite sex marriage or traditional marriage. There is no Gay Marriage in the Vedas or the Hare Krishna Movement of which faith I practice. The LGBTi is basically driven by same sex males MSM. Hence I am not supporting the pro Gay Sannyasis of ISKCON or the Gaudiya Sampradaya. Even Narayana Maharaj who is very tolerant of LGBTi devotees will not bless a Gay Union or Gay Marriage as men living with men and females living with females is not found in the Vedas. He has stated this would of been discussed in the Hari Bhakta Vilas.

LAPD and their Gay Militia are falsely appealing to Cathedral City. They are damaging one of the strongest and best organized LGBTi communities in the world with a very serious HATE CRIME. Happy Holidays! Evan Wolfson the leader of Freedom to Marriage and myself are a good example of how the Gay Militia of LAPD operates. I have openly opposed Same Sex Marriage and still support Proposition 8 here in California. LAPD continues to attempt to pair bisexual females with me, which is not my first preference in the abstract. Men are never are never a sexual preference.

In continuation I will usually state the compatibility may be a problem but at a social level as school or work there would be no difference as far as I am concerned.

LAPD will then attempt to Gay Bait one. This is double bind. Also if I mention a name as Maria, Barbara, Mary, or Dianne LAPD will states homosexual MALES THAT I AM PROPOSITIONING.

This from abnormal psychology perspectives demonstrates a very disturbed mind. The above names are of course from California public figures. The real female names I use are of real natural woman. This represents depersonalization and misogyny.

LAPD is attempting to embed their militia violence in the LGBTi culture. I am clearly heterosexual. They are arranging a confrontation with Evan Wolfson who presents himself as a knowledgeable leader. LAPD and the Gay Militia and his public life are antagonistic and both can sustain in the positive.

Another feature is the attack on Gaudiya Vaishnavism. LAPD is presenting their night club lifestyle, hence drinking alcohol and eating meat as a correct setting for asta kaliya pastimes. Dear Rick Jacobs,

Currently I can see that Courage Campaign is active in repealing Proposition 8, defeating Don't Ask Don't Tell, DADT and has considerable input in AIDS HIV issues.

This presents a unique challenge for LGBTi leadership individuals as Evan Wolfson, Kevin Cathcart, Kamala Harris and Gavin Newsom. I say this because The Right to Marry campaign has not addressed my Right to Marry. I have been a strict heterosexual for every moment of my life. I am trapped in a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth here Along the Salton Sea, Desert Shores, California to be exact. This is in the same area as Palm Springs Cathedral City, one of the premier LGBTi communities in the world. The Salton Sea is a Scorched Earth. Food, clothing, and air are also heavily ruined.

If Courage Campaign is exactly that, the organization that you founded and lead, why have you not stepped forward to address my conditions and the suffering of those with AIDS HIV?

The attack is lead by a Gay Militia from LAPD, their choice of label. This also effects the DADT issue as homeland security officers are paramilitary. START talks are about to begin and Presidents Reagan through Obama have all been blackmailed and extorted at my and the human race’s expense.

As the founder and head of one of the largest and most prestigious LGBTi groups I find it distressing that no one within this community has stepped forward to challenge systematic abuse that appears to have been authored in this orientation and in a consequentialist manner abuses the most vulnerable persons as those that are HIV AIDS Positive.

As LGBTi persons are struggling for the positive (legal) Right to Marry and serve openly in the armed services, it appears that LGBTi members of Cambridge Law School have authored a defection model that has blackmailed and extorted five United States Presidents:

A systematic Chemical Assault Scorched Earth campaign has emerged from a Gay Militia since June 17, 1987. Since February 12, 2007 all surface water and most food products near me have been despoiled at the factory. It is impossible for me to enter a building without police contaminating the ventilation.

Gang Stalking or bullying on my person is the most serious on a living person in the world. The Ku Klux Klan was the militia for the Democrat Party in 1930s and the Gay Militia also known as the Gay Company or Company (several names are used) which is composed of LAPD members are leading these attacks which have also lead to the suicide of many LGBTi youths.

The Chemical Assault Scorched Earth is a linear function. A red herring straw man is a distraction which is a Joe Virus. It is developed by polymorphous perversity and stereotypes of LGBTi persons. A double bind fallacy is used in impunity within a circular argument under 24/7 electronic surveillance.

Gay male same sex interests drive the destructive informant based activities of a RICO styled extortion and blackmail ring. Lesbianism, which in reality is only female bisexuality is used to recruit and develop LGBTi interests. If a heterosexual male does not prefer lesbianism he is baited as a Gay Male. This is a double bind bait and switch tactic. Equal choices of opposite sex females are not provided. Hence operatives will argue from MSM interests across the LGBTi platform to insulate gay males. I believe this is due to lesbianism and female bisexuality is perceived as more favorable, less damaging, and perhaps even desirable in contrast to the behavior and identity groups MSM males pertain to.

A corollary to this structure and process is that racism is used to falsely divide the argument. If I state that gays are not my preference than this is presented as Asian and gay refers only to female bisexuals and lesbians. This is further support for an inferiority complex as a basis for displacement within male same sex male MSM individuals who authored these acts and LAPD. Narcissistic Personality Disorder also is part of the development of informants with psychopathic characteristics.

I am a lifelong heterosexual. My Right to Marry is violated. It is desired that the end of Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger two terms be emphasized as he has looked away while the citizens and natural persons of California and the world have been victimized.

The Chemical Assault Scorched Earth is a manifest function which is independently verifiable by third parties. Currently the Salton Sea adjacent to my person is despoiled.

I and others do have resources against sworn competent officials. This also includes professionals as members of the APA, AMA, and ABA. Why professional psychiatrists, doctors, and lawyers have not stepped forward is illegal.

Emergence and the Pre Paradigm: Confounding of the LGBTi Movement

The social sciences present a problematic in the search for an ordered universal system of existing laws and principles which lend to the accurate prediction of consequent events. In the territoriality of human culture the very question of deterministic outcomes and their implication in the preference of choices and opportunity in itself develops confounding of any type to establish universal standards.

With this said the Lesbian Gay Transgender Intersex movement is an emergent social movement and has it's own discipline area as LGBTi Studies and History. These two labels will be used inclusively to ordinate all abstract and empirical processes and structures relevant to this communities concerns and the interaction and transformations that occur to it and other communities and social structures of which it has interaction.

The need to undertake such an inquiry is do to the alienation of my rights under the United States Constitution and the ICCPR. This has been lead by Los Angeles Police Department and allegedly Cambridge Law School of the United Kingdom. This has occurred from June 17, 1987 in Dover, Delaware.

Kuhn proposes the idea that it is the attainment of a common paradigm, by the community of scientists working in a given discipline area distinguishes science from other forms of study. He used the term in a very specific way to denote four defining characteristics of a uniquely scientific conceptual framework. These are: (1) a set of shared symbolic generalizations; (2) a common model of reality; (3) shared values as to standards and legitimate procedures; and (4) shared exemplars in the form of concrete problem solutions typical of the approach of the relevant scientific community. He explained that it is the assimilation of these standards and exemplars, rather than the conscious acquisition of formal rules, which is the end result of the socialization process by which a student becomes a member of the community of professional scientists (Hutcheon 1995).

The complex syndrome of a linear event (quantifiable according to mathematical standards versus crystal or experience based or other faith based criteria.) emerging through a scripted attempt at state planning posits contradictory problems in a setting which posits same sex (homosexuality) versus opposite sex (heterosexual) individuals in space and time. Happy Valentines Day! The video supra is an explanation by Ray Kurzweil over the hypothetical arrival of The Singularity which he predicts in 2045. In this year computational machines and systems will equal that of humans. In this regards it is possible that the leadership into the future will be made by machines. The abstract perfect science is stated in the pure. However the impure area of applied technology demonstrates that a hacking and virus culture pervades computer science and many of the superior virus writers can write legitimate code.

The attack of MOEC is designed with a Joe Virus embedded in homeland security officers who distribute rewards to informants which support the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth.

What is deliriously incompetent is that this event is to the benefit of the LGBTi community. The ends is the measure. The present is here and the future is coming.

Is diversity desired?

As stated I have no same sex preferences. Since being on Facebook I have developed many contacts who are obviously same sex, transsexual, and Intersex. I am a friendlier person to those in the last two categories.

How will the LGBTi approach be affected by Singularity? Many LGBTi persons are employed in the technology sector. Many at the other spectrum have genetic, substance abuse, and educational issues which limit social mobility. Will the access to technology stratify the LGBTi community.

In short Mobilization of Empire and Civilization or MOEC is a Cultural Singularity that is an antagonistic motion to marginalize Technological Singularity. University of Cambridge was rated the Number 1 school in the world in 2010. My position that they have crafted the defection model and censorship is supported. Dear Joe Solmonese & Human Rights Campaign,

Within days the 24th Anniversary of a Manifest Chemical Assault will occur. This should highly concern a group that claims it is at the forefront of LGBTi Advocacy. Currently the CDC estimates that over 1 million persons living in the United States are HIV AIDS positive.

I live in an environment here in the Owens Valley in the Eastern High Sierras where my air, food, and clothing have been Chemically Attacked.

This has been perpetrated and condoned by all human rights, LGBTi groups and sworn officials as Presidents Barack Obama and George W Bush.

The event is alleged to be authored from the United Kingdom by past Cambridge Law School lawyers.

It is an attack on the human race using the United Kingdom, United States, California, and LGBTi persons as catalyst. I am alleging that these authors and the LAPD which is carrying this event out are Male Same Sex Male or MSM.

Hence I am Opposite Sex or Straight male. This Gang Militia refers to Gay as only being female. If your preference is opposite sex they will attempt Gay Bait you as Male Same Sex.

I am the most Stalked Person in the History of the World bar none. I am openly challenging sworn officials as Barack Obama and George W. Bush to their legal and historical credibility.

The systematic abuse of human rights now occurring in Siskiyou California is an attack on the human race. It is designed to act from Cambridge University through Scotland Yard and the United Kingdom. It then is passed off to LAPD where the United States, California, LAPD and whatever local jurisdiction I am localized in.

This is a clear purge of informants. The main strategic interest is the LGBTi platform. With New York State granting Gay Marriage and the Don't Ask, Don't Tell repeal being certified the stalking by LGBTi and other persons here on cue is illegal and repulsive.

Governor Brown of California has also signed legislation to teach LGBTi History in California.

The lack of use of plain language reveals the racism and hate crime basis of the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth.

Gay only refers to females. Attractive lesbians only live in San Diego others are bisexuals. Male Same Sex Male or MSM is a correct manner to confront the emergence of Gay Irrationalism Gay Know Nothing.

The stalkers who lay in wait can not claim self defense by taking quid pro quo deals from LAPD.

The creation of a Gay Militia is an embarrassment in it's own right to the LGBTi Movement.

In Criminal Procedures response time is very critical. A local crime may find a response of only minutes. This event is approaching 25 years.

I will begin to write more to professional associations with my observations after the first of the year.

I have finished four upper division courses at Columbia College with straight A grades. Overall what you are reading here is historically and legally more valuable.

The individual and collective psychology that is supporting this Chemical Assault Scorched Earth is clearly with the antisocial to psychopathic range.

How is Obama or the other presidents gong to be classified? They have condoned violence when they had the legal duty and resources to act. Obama dedicated a memorial to Martin Luther King today in Washington DC. I believe if Obama lives a normal lifespan he will be criminally prosecuted.

How are LGBTi leaders and so called conservative leaders going to be treated? The press and journalism are a total disgrace to honesty and truth. Happy Holidays! Below is the speech given by Hillary Clinton. It is a good speech. I agree in the main with Clinton. However her empirical performance is impeachable and worse. As many persons are enjoying the Holiday Season, many persons as myself are enduring a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth as persons here along the Colorado River which is despoiled.

While it is noble to help others, such must be done in a sincere manner, not in photo op cover up.

The Gay Militia that is leading the attack are not assets to the LGBTi Movement. I will openly add that I believe that Barack Obama will get prosecuted in his lifetime.

The free gift is that persons in the LGBTi Movement should aspire to the maxim that Charity Begins at Home.

I have made many LGBTi friends mainly from internet.

While my sexual preferences are heterosexual, strictly female, the Origin wished me to be bisexual and marry a lesbian (really a bisexual) to start a Gay family.

This is not my preference. I will state that there is a 1 in 20 chance that this could happen.
