The Fronting of The Democratic Party: Rank and File

An interesting trajectory that is focalizing is the use of the Democratic Party and membership to front this attack. Ronald Reagan was a subjective target that also subsequently damaged his followers as Bill Clinton. Hillary Clinton is the favorite for LAPD and I would posit that Barack Obama is for the Baltimore Studio. In the case of the latter one can see how Jesse Jackson Jr. and Al Sharpton's Rainbow Coalition never was as advertised.

LAPD will attempt to bait me as part of the New Left Radicalism. I have lived in Berkeley California and was a registered Libertarian who voted for Ronald Reagan.

Here in Cambria the hoax is to create a symbol who supports Gay Militancy. Militancy in this case as others worldwide involves the use of terror and intimidation. LGBT concerns are not getting carte blanche here or heterosexuals. Also unique is corporate and media history in the use of the state to attack it's own citizens.

I am slow to get started this year but will increase as the weather breaks more favorably.

I have received very nice stone japa beads and two mp3 lecture tapes by His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada. My life is one a very slowly maturing spiritual practice in Gaudiya Vaishnava not one of pop culture.

I will state that any direct electronic evidence that one attempts to produce alleging LGBT conduct against me as manufactured by this Studio.

The gayest person in this music studio to use LAPD's own words is George. One has to slowly deliberate the long term effects that are identity and behavior based due to tyranny.

I am advocating a strict heterosexual individual to develop spirituality.

March 24, 2008 is going to be the date that my estate and my agents will use to refute any claim that I was or am LGBT. This is only a symbolic date. I have been heterosexual all my life. It is clear that if any evidence is produced this studio or another is at blame.

Using extortion and blackmail to induce or prevent an act is deplorable and criminal. Delivering extortion and blackmail is also criminal. The mutilation or creation of electronic surveillance is also criminal. The Fourth Amendment or the Right to Remain Secure In One's Person guarantees such.

I am more relaxed about this. The date will also pertain to Cambria CA. Persons have to remember that one is an ambassador for whatever alignment one is advocating. My religious identity prescribes exclusive heterosexuality and sex for procreation within marriage.

It is also clear to ascertain that I do not use illegal drugs or alcohol. This is no form of marijuana, speed, LSD, cocaine, wine or beer.

My musical taste is Vedic Classical and Western Classical. I will listen World or Folk if such is not too commercial. I do not know of any artist that have artistically denounced my treatment.

Move to Northern California for Summer

I have just arrived in Westwood, CA for the summer. This area is along the Lassen Plumas County border. I have written significant historical and legal records here as a writ of certiorari to the Supreme Court, cv-98-7015 that was denied on January 19, 1999.

LAPD is using a tactic of gay militancy where it is believed that the greatest damage that they can do to a heterosexual is to gaybait one.

I am sure that this is in part a facet of their agenda and one that has lost. This studio does no more than create and mutilate evidence. I have just been able to use faster than dial up internet. For the sake of fun of it, I watched a few videos of progressive rock groups that I once followed, classical musicians, and some of child prodigies. The latter were quite good.

Neither Fine or Popular Art has any significant contribution to do the morally and legally correct thing.

I am still composing albeit quite slowly and I will defend my own original scores.

The LGBT community is going to be quite embarrassed as well as the heterosexual community in the analysis of the informant culture that is destroying civilization and the environment. The culture wrecking ongoing is irrationalist and know nothing.

This studio has willingly thrown down any attempt to seriously study music. Youtube videos of musicians 6 years and up confirms that they take drug dealing and the like in a higher priority.

California struck down a ban on Gay Marriage on May 15, 2008. I am supporting http://protectmarriage.com to constitutionally amend the code to support only marriage between a man and a woman. This has worked in 16 states.

Also interesting is that Bo Diddley lived in Gainesville, Florida. New Raman Reti is an ISKCON farm in Alachua, Florida just outside Gainesville. I know the President of Gainesville ISKCON, Kalakantha dasa. He may not recognize my name by now but if we saw each other we would be on speaking terms.

This posture is taken because he is a senior devotee and diksa vada. I believe his guru is Satsvarupa Maharaj now living in Bethany Beach, Delaware. I am a ritvik vada follower of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada Founder Acharya of ISKCON.

Criminal Determinism: Nativism, Socialization, and Sexuality

One of the most important observations in the history of MOEC is that criminal determinism is largely predicated on being an informant. Within this argument there is a conflict between a priori internal genetics and inductive socialization.

Here it is observable that the construction of the Gay Militia within LAPD and The Baltimore Studio are LGBT. The Delaware State Police are mostly heterosexual. I am not sure of the Baltimore PD. This information is what I have heard from these individuals hence again what is called hearsay. This is the auditory stimulus that I am being exposed to allegedly from the membership of theses structures. Conversely I am solidly heterosexual and any study of my lifespan will verify such.

Hence the LGBT platform is creating the worst criminals at the public non managemental unsworn officials. LAPD will create crime multipliers from informants and hierarchically aim such at competent officials as the president, governor, homeland security secretary, and attorney general.

It is clear that incest, LGBT orientation, and molestation as a child are the greatest indicator of future criminality. This is compounded by being an informant. Drug abuse, alcohol use, and other behavior that is socialized by a negative relation with a code enforcement official is also prominent.

In this regards with the groups mentioned, the County of Los Angeles, California, Delaware, and the Western Shore of Maryland have produced the most career and pathological criminals. The Baltimore Washington area is most likely to have also produced the highest crime rate in the last twenty years.

The construction in Los Angeles PD for permitting twenty white LGBT officers to work exclusively is a tremendous error. This cell structure will only magnify their worst characteristics without checks. There should have been diversity and direct supervision both within and without LAPD.

The Baltimore Studio or The Studio has a five to two ratio of African Americans and two Caucasians.

The systematic torture is also predicated on an inferiority complex. Most displacement or the use of a substitute target is related to such. A nexus with body dysmorphic disorder is observed in a supporting role to psychopathy. The average Body Mass Index for LGBT persons is easily between 30 to 38. Obesity is over 30. I have had a BMI of less than 23 almost 47 years of age. LGBT member are near thirty in groups supra. The age is a range of 51 to 57 with one member about 66.

The whole posture of the culture eternal, natural, and positive law is on it's head. There is no recognition as to the systematic torture that has been ongoing for over 20 years. In this regard I am engaging the FBI with criminal complaints as to why parties have not been charged and bound over to the courts. Homeland Security has jurisdiction over all code enforcement officials in the United States. It is clear that these parties are under the color of law.

The content of the website is at issue. This region is in the top 10 jurisdictions for prosecution. Historically there is no manner to explain what has happened without this area. Grand Jury Indicts Baltimore Mayor

BALTIMORE (Jan. 9) Mayor Sheila Dixon was indicted Friday on charges that she accepted illegal gifts during her time as mayor and City Council president, including travel, fur coats and gift cards that she allegedly used for a holiday shopping spree.

A grand jury indicted Dixon on 12 counts, including four counts of perjury and two counts of theft over $500. She was also charged with theft under $500, fraudulent misappropriation by a fiduciary and misconduct in office.

The State Prosecutor's Office, which has been investigating corruption at City Hall for nearly three years, said Dixon received holiday gift cards for four years from several people. Prosecutors said the gift cards were to be distributed to needy families, but were instead used by Dixon to buy herself electronics, clothes and other merchandise and also handed out to members of her staff.

"I am being unfairly accused," Dixon said in a statement. "Time will prove that I have done nothing wrong, and I am confident that I will be found innocent of these charges."

Dixon said she would not step down. "I will not let these charges deter me from keeping Baltimore on the path that we have set, or from carrying forward the significant progress we have made thus far," she said.

Dixon, a Democrat, served on the City Council from 1988 through 2007 and as council president from 1999 through 2007. She became mayor in January 2007, finishing the term of Democratic Gov. Martin O'Malley, and was easily elected to a full, four year term later that year.

The indictment against Dixon does not name Ronald H. Lipscomb, a prominent developer who briefly dated the mayor and who was indicted Wednesday on one charge of bribing a City Council member. However, previous court documents leave no doubt that Lipscomb is the "Developer A" mentioned in the indictment who showered the mayor with gifts and took several lavish trips with her in late 2003 and early 2004.

Both were married at the time, although they were separated from their spouses. Dixon has since divorced.

The area could be seen as fragile. If such were to decay it could possibly emerge as San Francisco Berkeley in the future from an LGBTi perspective. I believe that the authorship would prefer the Santa Monica West Hollywood culture to the Bay Area.

Dear Governor O'Malley

The sanitization of a Chemical Assault upon myself has also brought with it possible catastrophic implications for the people of Maryland and the United States. There are strong allegations that electronic surveillance is being mutilated in the City of Baltimore by a music studio.

You have proclaimed that Homeland Security is an issue that you have pursued to the benefit of your constituents. I find these claims to be the work of charlatanism. The conditions that are prevailing to date have implications in the study of evolutionary biology.

To date I do not see how any claims of protecting the United States by any competent authority in this country will hold weight.

The nation is entering another era of McCarthyism as impunity in Homeland Security permits the scapegoating of persons while the natural persons and environment are crushed by de facto elements.

LAPD is the Gay Militancy that acts from within this country. As Maryland has been despoiled, why have you not stepped forward to lead and find the authorship?

Dear Senator Mikulski,

It is time to put the affairs of the United States and Maryland in order. The United States is in a State of Treason. There is a full blown Chemical Assault Scorched Earth in continuo.

Surface water in the Owens Valley as the Owens River Canal is completely contaminated. I have to wash my clothes in the canal, I am totally caustic. Maryland has a role in this events as I have lived in Oxford.

The Unnamed Baltimore Studio, a commercial jingle operation are alleged to be mutilating evidence. Much of this pertains to gender orientation and sexual behavior.

As seen it appears that the California Supreme Court is most likely going to sustain Proposition 8 upholding the peoples rights to direct democracy to define that Gay Marriage is not an absolute right and is clearly a state issue.

I argue that my right to have clean air, fresh food, and to be free from cruel and unusual treatment, and suffrage before the court is an absolute and approaches such within the continuum of judicial review in Anglo Saxon and American Jurisprudence.

I am a Proposition 8 supporter, cradle to grave heterosexual as most of my correspondence to you will bear out.

If LAPD which contains a Gay Militancy can target me with Chemical Assault to promote a Gay Agenda then they will simultaneously attack this country and Maryland as the poisoning of the Chesapeake Bay.

I will state that it is incomprehensible for state police and other homeland security agencies to take the tax payers money and purchase caustic chemicals, transport, store, and apply these agents to our air, land, and water.

This is a designed treason. Big Pine, California is a town of 1500 persons and Big Pine High School has about 200 students max. I first appeared here around 17 years ago. The police used to send ladies with their babies in strollers to say hello right in front of the school. These students are about to graduate now somewhere. I went to Oxford Elementary school, two grades to a room, 1 to 6 for the second grade.

This country has been subverted into an informant state. Oxford is one of the oldest incorporated towns in the United States. My relatives are buried in the graveyard which dates to 1812. Exclusive Heterosexuality: Motive for Chemical Assault

Today is the next day after the 22nd Anniversary of the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth. It is becoming clear that exclusive heterosexuality was one if not the prime supports for this event against the United States and Ronald Reagan.

Exclusive heterosexuality under a faith based system where a heterosexual male and female have a monogamous marriage that only sanctions sex life for procreation is focal. In continuation the children should be reared as heterosexuals under this faith and to create further generations into perpetuity. This facet which also includes a biological basis since homosexuals or LGBTi persons cannot naturally reproduce.

I am totally concerned as to how all members of this Congress on both sides of the aisle do not take domestic homeland security seriously. There is a culture of cowardice that must be corrected. All of our concerns seem to be focused on Barack Obama and multilateral or unilateral relations with Korea or Iran.

There is a 22 year old CHEMICAL ASSAULT SCORCHED EARTH IN PROGRESS.

There are strong allegations that Baltimore PD and a Baltimore Studio are engaged in mutilating evidence.

This pertains to aggrandizing some form of Gay Triumphalism.

I am a lifelong heterosexual and speak out openly against this security threat. Iran has two major rivers. All of the major clear lakes in Northern California are despoiled as Lake Almanor. This barbarism encourages fanaticism as Achminejead. Israel is the country most likely to lose if the payoffs are considered outside of direct attacks on Iran if this charlatanism is escalated.

It has been a year and a half since Is have worked on this site. The status quo of The Studio has the operation aging and possibly turning into a family operation.

The Studio is a structure in a hostage blackmail extortion operation. I have maintained a BMI or Body mass Index of under 25. I weigh only 155 max. The group here probably average 260 at 6 foot. The Deification of the LGBTi Paradigm

In the United States an extraordinary trajectory of empirical history has occurred which is an aperture for Irrationalist and Pre Fascist thought. This trend is developed within ideology as Gay Irrationalism Gay Know Nothing. Such is directed as a Joe Virus. This is an analogy to a virus which assembles many small computers as bot armies to attack a server. Impunity from the courts facilitates the dismissing of criminal and civil complaints The authorship in it's own thinking wished to develop a same sex platform and radiate such clandestinely and overtly. This is hedonistic and is biased to the preferences of same sex and bisexual males and their tastes. Lesbianism and female bisexuality are used to front the male same sex male MSM authorship, code enforcement, and their informants.

What is emerging increasingly in prominence is the reality to discuss this event as a Crime Against Humanity prosecutable within the United States Federal Court system domestically and through the Universal System and treaties internationally.

A focal perspective is that I am being isolated from full legal and social life. I am alive but alienated from a full cultural life. I believe this is due to lesbianism and female bisexuality as perceived as more favorable, less damaging, and perhaps even desirable in contrast to the behavior and identity groups which pertain to MSM males.

A corollary to this structure and process is that racism is used to falsely divide the argument. If I state that gays are not my preference than this is presented as Asian and gay refers only to female bisexuals and lesbians. I have basic computer literacy. I have been using WYSIWYG editors mainly and add correct HTML or add JavaScript snippets if needed. Recently I have decided to increase my knowledge of how computers think. I begun to manually code and migrate my sites to HTML 5 CSS. Python is now emerging as the code of choice. I am clearly interested in the implications of Artificial Intelligence or Accelerating Intelligence AI.

Artificial Intelligence as Moral Agent

All phenomena that exists within a manifold must have a history. This is true regardless if there is a sensate or inorganic observer as a computer program. The Singularity Movement, both Technological and Cultural have emerged with a planned Chemical Assault Scorched Earth program designed as an antagonistic movement to Undermine Technological Singularity. Technological Singularity is that future date when thinking machines equal then surpass humans in ability. This date has been deduced as 2046 due to exponential specializations as nano technologies (Singularity Institute). A major component of Singularity is the creation of Superintelligence. This is Artificial Intelligence, or AI systems that equal or surpass the skill of humans.

It appears that in the domain of hard sciences as engineering, architecture, pharmacology, math, building software and computer systems, Superintelligence has a very strong probability of occurring In the liberal arts where moral discernment and action as a moral agent is required whether Superintelligence is attainable by 2046 is quite problematic and questionable (Anissimov 2003).

Proposition: Superintelligence cannot be achieved unless a computer program or system defines the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth, identifies all criminal actors, aids in the prosecution and transparent documentation of all criminal actors. It must also develop a rational and transparent pedagogical method of instruction and critique concerning the rights and duties of all sworn and non sworn parties that were responsible to terminate the processes and structures of this attack and remedy these deficiencies to the Proximate Cause sine qua non.

In the instance of computing and Artificial Intelligence or AI it is clear also that denying the empirical History of the United States and all of it's relevant subspecies seriously damages the competency of a supercomputer to develop Superintelligence and act as moral agent for the positive transformation of the human species to a higher level of consciousness. Since the moral agent is part of the study of moral philosophy it would be irrational for this AI program to deny what has occurred and the damage to human life, life writ large and the environment of the earth in which we live. It has clearly narrowed the most likely success for Machine Superintelligence to the engineering and hard sciences not the liberal arts or social science.

The lack of volition in Technological Singularity movement as moral agents, and performance of sworn officials themselves have legally implicated Obama and actors born 1955 and later as targets for future prosecution. There is a strong likelihood of victims stepping forward. This in the main appears to be HIV AIDS positive and Hepatitis C positive persons. Nationstates, corporations, groups, or persons acting as fiduciary for various concerns are likely to act before 2046. If any group proclaims Singularity without Official Recognition of this Chemical Assault Scorched Earth it is a fraud on it's face.

I am writing from Blythe, California, and Ehrenberg, Arizona as March 25 to April 8, 2012. I have attempted to engage most competent sworn federal officials where I have resided over two months since June 1987.

Personally this will focus mainly on California, Arizona, Delaware, New Mexico, and Nevada as I am trapped mainly in the deserts and the mountains. This activity develops as Targeted Chemical Assaults TCA and escalates into the full blown manifest Chemical Assault Scorched Earth that has and is in the cognition of the Irrationalist United States Presidents Reagan Obama of whom Barack Obama is now seeking his second term in 2012.

The legal dynamics of sworn competent officials refusing to perform their legal duties to protect life, limb, and property develop an emergent scenario resembling a Nuremberg Trial under United States Federal Law. If the United States Attorney General is duty bound to prosecute all crimes in this nationstate a truly autonomous moral agent must be opposed to activity in which I would state all 313 million persons have a claim against LAPD, State of California, United States, and the United Kingdom.

I am an undergraduate student in Social Sciences and pre law. I have a GPA of 3.27 with 161 credits and a University of California transferable GPA of 3.42 151 credits. I need six classes to graduate with a BA. I will probably opt to retake three more courses to bring the 3.27 up closer to 3.50. After taking 9 courses both GPAs should be near 3.50 and by merit have my standing in consideration for at least a half to full scholarship at law or other graduate programs.The stalking and defamation of my person is unprecedented in the United States and the world.In an ethnographic sense, my ability to survive and mount a credible legal challenge to LAPD and President Obama et al. is considerable. Barack Obama is completely locked into a legal and historical bubble. His entire life history as a president and world leader is ruined. The University of Cambridge has created a Gay Militia and the Baltimore Studio. This location in Siskiyou will be a major defining point for Obama. I will be in Desert Shores for the election.

Siskiyou as all locations has a deep problem with stalking. Any future legal action and historical teaching especially at the University of California level will have to deal strongly with these events or it is a fraud.

Currently the LGBTi community is very ungrateful to permit the attack. However the presidents themselves have more than enough power to end the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth.

The Studio has been ensnared in the blackmail and extortion ring. They all have BMI indexes over 30 which is severely obese.

Boycott the 2012 Presidential Election

I am endorsing a Boycott of the 2012 Presidential Election. The American Presidency since Ronald Reagan on June 17, 1987 has been aware of a Manifest Chemical Assault Scorched Earth Program.

Barack Obama has run for the presidency twice with the Salton Sea Chemically Attacked. The first time being in 2008. Mitt Romney, Paul Ran, and Joe Biden are no strangers to incompetence and corruption. The Republicans and Democrats are collusive in what appears to be a universal attack on the human race itself.

It appears that professors from Cambridge Law School many years past designed the defection model and have implemented such from Scotland Yard and Los Angeles Police Department. The attack is focused on Gay Marriage and LGBTi issues. A central component of this structure and process is Marriage Breaking. This is disguised as Marriage Making but in particular the females that following the dating that is arranged through the police suffer a very high divorce rate.

If I reflect over my high school years the divorce rate in certain circles is near 60 percent. Some cliques of friends are 100 percent. What is unique is that I lived in the same working class neighborhood as Joe Biden when he first ran for the Senate in 1972. He has probably shook has with every person that I knew from this era that has divorced.

Equally confusing now is whether LGBTi persons have a right to marry under the Equal Protection and Due Process Clause of the 14th Amendment.

As far as Obama is concerning the United States is on the verge of war with Iran over nuclear development. Syria, it's ally has been accused of using Chemical Weapons. At least 25 persons have been killed by Hurricane Sandy on the east coast. There are over 400 cases of fungal meningitis with about 30 deaths and increasing.

In a manifest attack, there are over 1.2 million HIV AIDS cases with perhaps 300,000 infected without realizing such. 3 million persons are infected with Hepatitis C.

Obama and Romney are clearly obstacles in creating a just society.

As per the United Kingdom they have either attacked the United States or they have not. They have also undermined LGBTi History or they have not. The United States has been attacked by actors pursuing a LGBTi Mission.
