I have completed Chapter 5 of Fall of the Anglo American Paradigm Part III. I hope to have the entire text online about Christmas of this year. The United States has been undergoing an in continuo Chemical Assault Scorched Earth since June 17, 1987 when I was in Dover, Delaware. 1987 is the year of the 200th Anniversary of the United States Constitution. The attack is alleged to be designed by Cambridge Law School, United Kingdom.

This attack was focused on then President Ronald Reagan.

As of June 17, 2017 one generation or 30 years will have transpired without Official Recognition from the United States, United Nation or any NGO organization as Stanford.

The ontological ends of this attack is a Nuremberg War Crimes Tribunal seated in the appropriate jurisdiction. This is most likely US Federal Court for our nationstate. The prima facie allegation is argues that Cambridge Law School or as Mobilization of Empire and Civilization or MOEC as they wished to style themselves are the mechanism that expands and contracts the British Empire. This is facilitated by a hub and node system of Informants in every police stationhouse worldwide.

The GUI of the system is presented below. As the ontological ends of an implied computer system what is seen is a suprasystem controlling all the systems, subsystems, and components similar to an operating system.

Mobilization of Empire and Civilization MOEC is the name of this operation. It is Cambridge planning that expands and contracts the British Empire. MOEC is imposed over only one person in it's entirety. I am the only person to have these components over my natural person and citizenship:

A focal theme that I wish to emphasize is Organic and Mechanistic Solidarity. As seen homo sapiens exists as a natural species in an environ in an environment. Clearly we cannot live under water or in Antarctica without tools. In this consideration humans are capable of creating cognitive and motor skill amplifiers outside and within themselves. Human technology is a clear agent in individual and class stratification.

At hand is a failed attempt to Eugenically Engineer a LGBTi Civilization. In this consideration the Authorship and Proximate Cause have intentionally collapsed the Anglo American Paradigm and Democracy. MOEC as the strongest know defection model could easily collapse any form of government, faith, or mechanistic ideological system.

MOEC has a Strategic Mission of Gay Marriage. This attack is based on a Homosexual Qualification of Rights before the court. I am a heterosexual, and a so called Japanese American ritvik Hare Krishna terms I do not like this labelling but such satisfies technical legal codes as the 14th and 8th Amendment and civil right standards.

MOEC is designed under a neo Freudian Impure Synchronicity where man made Artifacts are introduced into the social environment and under a pseudo experimentation sweeps are conducted to measure results. The Oedipal and Electra complexes prominently feature a sibling cohort rivalry under an unseen father and mother figure.

There is a very complicated system of z, t, and Anova based data collecting in continuo.

Hypothetically Barack Obama is the Target of the Nuremberg War Crimes Tribunal as Ronald Reagan was in 1987. I am stating that there is a Theater of War from actual warfare as the Syrian War supported by an equivalent of FBI Part I and Part II Unified Crime Reporting at both felony and misdemeanor levels.

The ontological ends is the prosecution of Barack Obama as a War Criminal. Hence much of the world's criminal deviance has been orchestrated under this prosecution. Hence how many drug infractions does a jurisdiction have correlated to one homicide.

Lycurgus is characterized while I am under Electronic Surveillance and a Targeted Chemical Assault. Akbar the condition where I am subjected to a fullblown Chemical Assault Scorched Earth. The world has existed under Akbar since June 17, 1987.

MOEC Studies argues that the Fall of the Anglo American Paradigm is based on a Despotism where an Informant rises to the Despot and replicates himself in the individual and culture. In this instance I argue that every major leader in Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Vedanta, and Buddhism has been chosen through MOEC. I am clearly the only target of Operation Akbar that has the in continuo Chemical Assault Scorched Earth imposed over their natural person. The remainder of the 7.5 billion inhabitants of our earth a re Fractals of Kroni. Kroni is an Antichrist figure in Ayyavazh branch of Vedanta.

Platonism or the worship of Zeus comprises part of what is considered a cornerstone of Western Civilization along with Christianity. The Republic and the Bible are the two touchstone texts.

Hence the driver of MOEC and the Anglo American Irrationalist Era are heavily Scripted in a Theater of War. This is reflective of the Greek Drama which is a polarity of humor and pathos. In the instance it appears that Francis Macdonald Cornford is being presented as the Machiavelli who exacts revenge on the other traditions for allegations of extincting Platonism. An example is that if I were to choose to start or be part of Christian, Jewish, Islamic, Vedic, or Buddhist church, temple, or synagogue, would such be authentic if I am following the Scripting of MOEC or any other actor that has orchestrated War Crimes or other serious deviance of magnitude?

In continuation, I am located in Weed, Siskiyou, California just north of Mt. Shasta. The Battle of Gaugamela is imposed over the area reflecting the Revelation of Krishna to Arjuna and the Angel Presenting a City to Gabriel.

In MOEC, a very ancient tactic of placing the most incompetent and corrupt policeman as a microsystem against the most talented person (summon bonum).

In MOEC there is a Scripted macropolarization conflict between homosexuality and heterosexuality. This descends from the Ex Deux Maquina and into my person. I am the only individual with the totality of MOEC imposed over one. The remaining population then form the Fractals of Kroni.

The Battle of Gaugamela is the decisive battle of Alexander the Great's invasion of the Persian Achaemenid Empire. Alexander’s army of the Hellenic League defeated the Persian army of Darius III at Gaugamela, near present day Mosul in Iraq. Alexander the Great is considered by many to the world's greatest general. In interest a mosaic of him was discovered in a Jewish temple. All of the other frescos were based on Jewish scripture save for Alexander.

This battle classically assumes almost mythical proportions with estimates of Darius having 300,000 soldiers to Alexander's 50,000. Modern estimates diminish to about a third.

The Western United States

The Presidential Oath of Office:

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.

Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution requires that before presidents can assume their duties they must take the oath of office. The completion of this thirty five word oath ends one president's term and begins the next.

History is being driven by an American Vichy constructed by the Enemy. I am arguing that MOEC is the fourth war fought against Britain.

The alienation of my Bill of Rights protections is based on a same sex qualification. This is three anal sex acts to prevent the Manifest Chemical Assault.

Girlfriend Shoots Boyfriend Making YouTube Video

A Minnesota woman killed her boyfriend Monday by shooting at a book he was holding over his chest, in a YouTube video stunt gone wrong. Monalisa Perez,19, was attempting to make a viral video with boyfriend Pedro Ruiz III, 22, to post to their YouTube account, according to a Norman County Sheriff's Department arrest report.

Original reports stated that a high caliber pistol was shot at an encyclopedia that Ruiz was holding in front of him. Origin was an encyclopedia I was asked to write near the beginning of Akbar. Such was the first book I had attempted. It was mainly written in two takes single spaced on spiral bound and composition notebooks about 1997 by hand in Ruidoso, New Mexico. I had just published such on Kindle on June 27, 2017.

It also worthy to note that 34.7 percent of persons over 25 years of age have a 4 year degree in the United States. I am predicting in 2025 about 45 percent of adults over 25 will have a 4 year degree or greater. This is a support of Organic and Mechanistic Solidarity.

If you were the only person alienated with a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth, how would you fight back?

One should clearly be aware that MOEC or any other intelligent bases system may use a parametric or numeral score for evaluating a population. On the night of October 1, 2017, 59 people were killed and another 489 injured when a gunman opened fire on a large crowd of fans at the Route 91 Harvest music festival on the Las Vegas Strip in Nevada. The perpetrator was 64 year old Stephen Paddock of Mesquite, Nevada. Between 10:05 and 10:15 p.m. PDT, hundreds of rifle rounds were from his suite on the 32nd floor of the nearby Mandalay Bay hotel. About an hour after firing ceased, Paddock was found dead in his hotel room from a self inflicted gunshot wound. His motive remains unknown.

The incident is the deadliest mass shooting committed by a lone gunman in U.S. history. The crime reignited the debate about gun laws in the U.S., with attention focused on bump firing, a technique Paddock used to allow his semiautomatic weapons to fire at a rate similar to that of a fully automatic weapon.

Just over two years ago, Vice President Joe Biden announced that he would not run to succeed President Barack Obama in 2016. This week he admitted he regrets that he doesn't occupy the Oval Office, given the potential he sees in the United States.

"I regret that I am not president because I think there is so much opportunity," Biden told Oprah Winfrey in a clip from an OWN interview aired exclusively by "Good Morning America" on Thursday. "I think America is so incredibly well positioned."

Biden, who served eight years as Obama's vice president after 36 years in the U.S. Senate, said he did not have second thoughts, however, about the reasons he passed on the race.

"I don't regret the decision I made because it was the right decision for my family," he said.

Biden announced in October 2015 that he would not be a candidate in the following year's Democratic presidential primaries, less than five months removed from the death of his son Beau Biden, a former Delaware attorney general, due to brain cancer at the age of 46. Only six weeks after Joe Biden's first election to the Senate in 1972, his wife, Neila Biden, and daughter Naomi were killed in an automobile accident that seriously injured Beau and other son Hunter.

Joe Biden explained that in order for people to decide whether they will run for president, they need to be able to answer two questions.

"One, do they truly believe they are the most qualified person for that moment? I believed I was," Biden said. "But was I prepared to be able to give my whole heart, my whole soul and all my attention to the endeavor?

"I knew I wasn't."

Donald Trump will delivery his first State of the Union this evening. I will respond to his speech within the first week of February. The lack of apperception and volition of the past six Presidents Reagan Trump has increased the strength of Totalitarianism in the United States and abroad. Over 30 years of Chemical Assault and Scorched Earth have transpired. An informant based population signals the death of the nation then the state. The Syrian Civil War has killed perhaps 300,000 and counting with very little stability in view. Afghanistan is week as the Taliban regroup. Separatists in Yemen have seized the capital today.

If the police fall the population will fall. Over 63,000 persons were killed by opioids last year. Thirty years is a generation and there is no end in site in the United States.

Caesar Rodney School District is in the news once again. My work should be of great concern to any alumnus of the Capitol or Caesar Rodney School Districts or their families.

Dr. Kevin Fitzgerald, superintendent of the Caesar Rodney School District, has been named the 2018 Superintendent of the Year by the National Association of School Superintendents.

Dr. Fitzgerald has been the Caesar Rodney School District's superintendent since 2007, previously serving as a principal and assistant principal at Caesar Rodney High School. His experience also includes 13 years as a social studies teacher in Maryland.

"I am humbled by this honor," Dr. Fitzgerald said. "When you enter the field of education it's not about winning awards or seeking individual recognition. This is about students and making sure they are provided with the tools necessary to succeed in an ever changing world.

Lycurgus: Preliminaries

Within the concept of an Ecological System the use of autobiographical memory and recall are important components in MOEC's Conditioning. This in a very basic manner will pertain to feedback loops, and if there are positive and negative transformations to individuals, objects, the environment and MOEC itself as a system over chronological time.

Persons whom are LGBTi, part of certain groups, or proximate to such individuals are able to hear the entrapment of MOEC. These events which have occurred during my entire life as well as the rest of the world are extremely important as they are the staging and support for the current in continuo Chemical Assault Scorched Earth. These events form the basis of the text Lycurgus which currently has only one chapter but is highly informative (Nollmeyer 1995e).

I was using a very basic Mel Bay chord book. In about one year I was able to pick out the basics of guitar solos. I remember being very close to covering Always Crashing in the Same Car on David Bowie's Low album.

This is important because as stated we are in a subjective Franz Schubert to George Orwell line. I am stating we because I am the only person to have the entirety of Akbar or the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth imposed over their person. I was exposed to Stockhausen as a child in kindergarten in Puerto Rico. This is covered in Lycurgus I. I would later read his his Autobiography which is in the form of interviews in the Martin Luther King Jr. Library in Washington DC. I also studied Dr. King there. Coretta King studied opera.

Open Letter To The Technological Singularity Movement

My allegation is that the Singularity Movement is condoning this pre genocidal activity. Persons are clearly being isolated by the gender identity and sexual preferences.

Barack Obama's childhood nanny, Evie (Turdi), was a biological male who lived as female when she cared for the Obama household in Indonesia. Turdi is therefore a member of the transgendered persons under the LGBTi or Lesbian, Gay Bisexual, Transgendered, intersex movement. She is now openly living as a male abandoning her female clothing.

Evie (Turdi) found a transgendered friend murdered in Indonesia face down in a contaminated sewage canal two decades ago.

This morning on the way to buy what food I can eat I had to wash my hands in a chemically contaminated irrigation canal.

The Colorado River AZ CA and Salton Sea, CA have been chemically contaminated. I have been told that up to one third of the United States may have products contaminated from factory. Such products are sent near me in stores. The cotton fields and wheat fields are ruined. It would burn your hand to touch a bale of wheat or cotton. There are sheep grazing in a wheat field just west of where I am writing and they too are contaminated.

This attack has spanned over 30 years or one generation. It has been authored in the United States or overseas. I am alleging that University of Cambridge, United Kingdom are the Authorship and Proximate Cause.

I am claiming that this attack is a War Crime. According to the Geneva Convention and US Federal Law these acts are at issue. It is clear that the Chemical Assault affects the entire world.

I am stating that a Gay Militia is operating out of LAPD, California as a hegemonic hub controlling other state agencies for the Wizard of Oz Cambridge Law School. It is evident that state planning is logarithmic based on distributive justice as the Authorship wishes to be dead before their strategy is activated.

This endeavor will begins with the tabula rasa or that the mind is a blank page on which to write. This also has an engineering perspective associated with such where a system is constructed with components that may changed. It is very clear that state planning is theater. We are living under a Perfect Dictator where the entire population are conditioned as informants then purged as needed.

This is particularly important for LGBTi rights as demonstrated by the history of Rep. Roem the nation's first transgender official. I will mention Mack Beggs a transgender boy, and two time Texas state high school girls wrestling champion.

Earlier in my life in Kent County, Delaware I was instructed to go in front of Michael Zaragoza's home. His parents are both doctors. He does not have a backyard. The family are tennis fanatics and they have a tennis court. Zaragoza is a two time state champion. He is now a doctor. He is also graduated from Harvard in 2003 with Obama. Joe Purzycki and Larry Stith were in the backyard. Purzycki was the Caesar Rodney High School football coach and Stith the soccer coach.

In front of the home I heard comment that was generated from an unknown concerning being a champion. Hence being a champion every day. This reflects an interview that Mack Begg's gave after winning in 2017.

An issue here is drug use and cheating. Mack is taking testosterone. There is also issue with illegal psychoactive drugs.

Bernie Sanders is a proclaimed Democratic Socialist has done nothing about opposition leadership. Gabbard has supported Sanders in his failed 2016 Presidential Campaign.

Sanders has built a reputation as a leading progressive voice on issues such as corporate welfare, global warming, income inequality, LGBT rights, and universal healthcare. Sanders has been critical of U.S. foreign policy and was an early and outspoken opponent of the Iraq War, the First Gulf War, and U.S. support for the Contras in Nicaragua. He is also outspoken on civil liberties and civil rights, criticizing racial discrimination in the criminal justice and advocating for privacy rights against mass surveillance policies such as the USA Patriot Act and the NSA surveillance programs.

Gabbard and I both use the Bhagavad Gita As It Is by Srila Prabhupada as our Bible.

Hence there is no free Get Out of Jail Card that has been authored to attack me and the population in the United States and world.

Conclusion

MOEC is a prima facie War Crime. The abuse that has occurred between 2008 and 2016 would arise to the most grievous human rights abuse against Obama. I would argue that Joe Biden, Janet Napolitano, and Eric Holder are also in jeopardy.

I do not exclude the other five Irrationalist Presidents Reagan Trump from the same legal standard as Obama. I consider a baseline of prosecution of 1955 forward.

There is a world population of 7.6 billion persons affected. Persons should consider the sworn testimony under oath at War Crimes Tribunal.

On June 17, 1987 while I was in Dover, Delaware, a Gay Militia in Los Angeles Police Department began an in continuo Chemical Assault Scorched Earth Program named Mobilization of Empire and Civilization or MOEC. This system has an ecology of alienating only one individual, my person against the population. This most likely includes the world's historic population of civilization.

Ronald Reagan had previously given his historic Berlin Wall speech on June 12, 1987 with Mikhail Gorbachev.

MOEC was allegedly Authored by Cambridge Law School, United Kingdom.

The attack has a Strategic Mission of Gay Marriage. I was attacked because I have been a strict heterosexual all of my life.

There is an acute polarization between LGBTi persons and opposite sex persons in MOEC. As a result the United States, Constitution, Presidency, and democracy have been undermined via an attack on one citizen versus the nation.

MOEC has been Censored and Sanitized for over 31 years or a generation.

I am addressing this letter to the individuals cited as they are sworn competent officials in jurisdictions that are or have been affected or in the case of Joe Biden and Evan Wolfson whom are prominent leaders.

Biden lived on Nathaniel Mitchell Drive. I lived ABOUT FIVE HOUSE AWAY. His wife and infant were killed just after his election. Charles Hagadorn who lived a few houses away was killed in the third degree. Preston Gravatt, Mark Hoster, Pam Tiedgen, Michael Mimmelo, and Kim Inverso have committed suicide. The first three lived only houses away from Biden. Thomas Schiller, Ann Paleski, and Carl Baltrusch have been killed in auto accidents. Preston Gravatt was the driver of a vehicle in which Mrs. Gladden of Rodney Village died.

If one were to go to the adjacent neighborhood Mayfair, Phil Moore has died in a motorcycle accident. Recently a Blake Cahall, Blake Cahall whose father taught me to drive as a drivers ed teacher, had a daughter who was involved in an accident with six fatalities. Gary Kueskeski's father was a federal agent who drowned in the Delaware Bay while attempting to inspect a cargo vessel. Ann Wiezoreck was married to Calvin Eicko. He died in an accident. She married Mark Hoster who committed suicide. To return to Rodney Village, David Laurea was convicted of the murder by arson death of his wife, child, and friend in a house perhaps four away. He was put to death by lethal injection.

There are a few more fatalities. I apologize for my any incorrect spelling of names. I was known by all the parties mentioned.

In 1977 I was told by the police to go to the lunchroom in Caesar Rodney High School. Karen Proudford the future valedictorian of Class of 1979 sometimes studied there. I found this interesting. I asked to checkout Orwell's 1984. Of interest I carried a paperbook copy of Easy Journey to Other Planets by Srila Prabhupada of the Hare Krishna Movement. It centered on material and spiritual anti material particles and science in the liner of my coat.

A few days later I was arrested and then expelled from the school for marijuana during one of the synchronicity sweeps which are named Lycurgus.

I believe in 1977 after I was expelled from Caesar Rodney High School my family moved to Southwood Acres outside of Magnolia. I believe Dr. Fitzgerald was present during another of the sweeps. I had the copy of 1984 stored in a Converse shoe box. I was originally going to keep the book since I was expelled. The police I believe Officer Daring or Marvel asked me to return such and I did.

There has been one generation of Censorship and Sanitization. I have organized MOEC Studies as an interdisciplinary social science to an approach. Part of the briefing I was given in 1987 proposed an organization from George Orwell to Franz Schubert, the German music composer whom died in poverty. It appears that Cambridge is the social engineer of Orwell and Huxley.

I am arguing that MOEC Studies has surpassed both in the concrete ontological study of Totalitarianism. Lycurgus is a vary basic study of the Reverse Sting Operation. It is highly based on Kent County, Delaware and is accurate concerning the racketeering of contraband whether such is human, goods, or drugs.
