Converging Lycurgus into Texts and Journals

I have promised to merge the Lycurgus series into texts. In consequence this focuses on what has been known as the Pied Piper of Hamelin. In our instance The Pied Piper of Hamilton and The Grand Parade has been used in Delaware. This event resembles The Dick Van Dyke Show or Underdog for those who may not be familiar with this Prisoner's Dilemma format.
When I was living in San Diego in the early 1980s these events were infrequent but very intense. On one occasion Coach Joe Purzycki flew in with Captain Marvel of the Delaware State Police. I was living on Adams Avenue. I saw Coach Purzycki outside my apartment. I could hear Periander one of the code names that LAPD uses telling Purzycki that he flew in to hear that he has lost 5 Hall of Fames. At this point in time I do not believe that Purzycki had been inducted into any Hall of Fames.
While sleeping in the rough in Big Pine, CA I have been awakened on at least two occasions to have Dodo, another code name of LAPD to proclaim the same thing. The last time being in 2020. So if this occurs what is the material implication. The Pied Piper of Hamilton in Delaware with Captain Marvel, Larry Stith, and Joe Purzycki was the blasting cap for the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth.
It is possible for the 500,000 COVID 19 death to occur any hour.
The areas of the Colorado River Valley, Inyo County, and the Eastern High Sierras are focal targets for a War Crime Prosecution of MOEC. I am certain that if Purzycki indeed loses 5 Hall of Fames these areas and my persecution in these areas by what is known as the Gay Militia will be connected. I do not know if Purzycki will be dead or alive. The issue is that LAPD officer on the Yellow Brick treat these statements in the concrete.
There is an argument of fatalism and dependency at hand. I am being a Fair Warner. Caesar Rodney and Capitol School Districts and Alumnus whom are aware of these events should prepare as well as those persons in California.

There is a Fall of the Anglo American Paradigm Part V (Working Draft) online. I am also beginning a Fall of the Anglo American Paradigm Part VI which will have a Preface by August. COVID 19 has caused an intense scramble along with the Wildfire Season. The new text will have some focus on Delaware.

Open Letters 8

I have created an new site Open Letters 8. This will be home to all consequent Open Letters. I will use Open Letters more frequently in the future. Letters are more effective instruments than basic journal entries. I would also advise any persons whom are or were in Delaware who personally knew me from the Caesar Rodney or Capitol School Districts to realize that I will be 60 years old on August 3, 1961. I will be more direct in my approach. There are many persons whom are facing statute of limitations in relation to what is a clear act of treason.

Dixie Fire Update

What is now called the Dixie Fire began around June 13, as the Fly Fire. On about July 15 the Dixie Fire began and has exploded to over 900,000 acres. The location along Lake Almanor where I have been writing from Chester most likely has burned. Greenville lost 70 percent of the town on August 4. I wrote my Supreme Court writ of certiorari CV-98-7015 there in 1999. I was located about 1 mile north of town. The Delaware State Police were mentioned in the suit.
I am now in northern Arizona until winter.
False Patriotism

The rise of Nativism and Populism have lead to false patriotism. It is impossible to be a patriot of a nation state while it is being attacked by Chemical Assault Scorched Earth. As Delaware is the First State, it is a lightening rod and subsequent scapegoat.
In February 2022, I hope to begin work of the first chapter of Fall of the Anglo American Paradigm Part VI. Eventually this will include time spent at Caesar Rodney and Capitol School Districts. With COVID 19 and wildfires, it is impossible to make any concrete schedules at the present. This style will be direct. I hope to have more Open Letters in the offering soon.

For those persons whom are alumnus of the police sweeps at Caesar Rodney and Capitol School Districts from the 1970s to at least 1980, this topic will form part of Fall of the Anglo American Paradigm Part VI. These sweeps which resemble The Dick Van Dyke Show, are the support for the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth Program.
I am 60 years of age or equivalent to the Class of 79. Many persons have passed away. Regardless this issue may find it's way to the courts sooner or later. What is gone is gone and whomever is still standing is still standing.
The collapse of Democracy and the United States that I do no not want hanging over my head while alive or dead. In this consideration I will attempt to be just and very direct in what few years I may have left.
