The following format is integral to a future War Crimes Trial and the teaching of the catastrophe which has occurred in the United States and the World. The Riverside County jurisdiction will be a focus of any attempt to legally decapitate MOEC. In this consideration a homosexual MSM lineage from Cambridge Law School is apparent. I do not believe any local person is even close to equaling this level of performance.The average person should consider the citizen criminal dichotomy and achieving an Algebra III level competency to remain competitive with the new Common Core High School Graduation Requirements. The Gay Militia is an embarrassment. I will openly state that I will meet and beat the two Algebra III courses mandated by the strictest states as Arizona.

This means I will pass two Algebra III courses and maintain such. I support employee testing at Algebra III every two to three years.

I support a Masters Degree and Calculus for any management level position. This would be an Algebra 5 level course in a domain where another math is preferable. I support a BA or BS for all academic based hiring at $40,000 per year with Algebra 3. I recommend testing every three years. Policing, nursing, and construction technologies should require Algebra 3 also. High School graduation standards internationally is Algebra 3.

I believe that exit testing should occur at the 6th, 9th and 12th grade s. At the 6th grade Mobilization of Empire and Civilization MOEC should clearly identified as the source of the in continuo Chemical Assault Scorched Earth ongoing since June 17, 1987:

California is one of the 14 that maintain an inferior standard. If Algebra 3 testing would have been maintained before June 17, 1987 this attack would of not happened because all the police involved only average 8th grade math if 9th grade math is Algebra 1.

The United States has been a catalyst to the Collapse of Democracy. This has been an empirical fact since the Ronald Reagan Administration on June 17, 1987 when I was in Dover, Delaware. The return to the Salton Sea near a Presidential Election is a confirmation of the Fall of Democracy. This actually began on June 17, 1987 during Ronald Reagan. I have not physically walked over to the SaltonSea. I am assuming that the Sea is contaminated as it was in 2008 and 2012 when Barack Obama won. This escalation can be attributed to George W Bush. Hillary Clinton is winning by about 3 to 7 percent. A victory by her would beginto seal the Clinton's and the Democrats fate.

Many political scientists have postulated that Democracy may be the final stage of government before Totalitarianism. I recommend that all persons, particularly devotees Boycott the 2016 Presidential Election betweenHillary Clinton and Donald Trump. The Salton Sea adjacent to where I am is Chemically Despoiled. In a historic twist of fate Donald Trump defeated Hillary Clinton in the Electoral College while losing the popular vote to win the Presidency on November 8, 2016. This aligns an Alter Ego conceptualization of the Black Swan with Barack Obama. Trump won while the final polling had him losing by about 4%. The key swing states of Michigan, Wisconsin, West Virginia, and Iowa were fatal to the Red Democrats hopes.

Trump won the Electoral College 279 to 228. Clinton won 48 percent of the popular vote to 47 percent or 59,588,437 votes to 59,794,935.

In this region between Palm Springs, Blythe, Yuma, El Centro, and the Salton Sea, there are upwards of 20 to percent illegal immigrants that may be affected if Trump cancels Obama's policies.
