Obama: America Does Not Torture

Desert Shores CA

January 9, 2009

Here we have a public statement regarding the hypocrisy of Barack Obama. HE HAS LIED DURING HIS CAMPAIGN AND WE NOW HAVE TO WAIT FOR HIS INAUGURATION.

Open Letter to President George W Bush

Desert Shores CA

January 14, 2009

Dear President Bush,

As the end of your 8 year term as president nears I believe it is necessary for both historians and Homeland Security to confront was has transpired during your capacity as president.

From the day of your inauguration in January of 2000, the United States was in it's 13th year of a chemical assault scorched earth attack. This event appears to be authored by the United Kingdom. It is a Gay Militancy. The chemical assault is imposed over one's person from genealogy, a crime of blood. It is also superimposed over certain crimes a drugs and steroid use to name a few. LAPD is running the attack.

What occurs is that the full blown scorched earth, what is occurring now is codenamed AKBAR will be fallaciously attributed by LAPD that attack originates from me. In degree it is a product of their volition. I do not pay or order Homeland Security Officers to spray any chemicals on food, clothing, or the air in general.

I am the only person who exists in this condition however the natural species and environment also are attacked.

The country is in an informant antisocial mode. Persons defect to LAPD instead of cooperating with the Constitution. Hence it is easy to get the population to attack myself and others in mob rule. No federal or public employee will step forward. In degree they also get chemically assaulted.

THIS IS A PURGE OF INFORMANTS. I ARGUE THAT YOU, RONALD REAGAN, GEORGE H.W. BUSH, WILLIAM CLINTON, AND PRESIDENT ELECT BARACK OBAMA HAVE COMMITTED TREASON AGAINST THE UNITED STATES.

I AM THE ONLY KNOWN PERSON ON THIS EARTH WHO HAS COMMITTED TO BEING THE OPPOSITION TO TYRANNY.

Thank you for your consideration.

Open Letter to Senator Joe Biden D Delaware

Desert Shores CA

January 15, 2009

Dear Senator Biden,

I am writing to you for the final time during your last days as senator from Delaware. You were chosen by Barack Obama to be vice president due to his perception of your skill in international relations and dedication to public service.

Since June 17, 1987 in Dover, Delaware, the United States has undergone a chemical assault scorched earth. This has been imposed over my natural person and citizenship which you have sworn several times to uphold.

LAPD is running this operation which is alleged to have a United Kingdom authorship. This event codenamed Akbar, I have testified in this regard in federal court several time pre 9-11, runs through the Baltimore and Delaware State Police Departments.

I am the main opposition, the only public one to my knowledge to a GAY MILITANCY. This has spawned one of the worst blackmail and extortion rings in human history. No one at any level worldwide has stepped forward other than myself with open transparent public records.

I am in Desert Shores, California. The Salton Sea is chemically despoiled.

In review I was in Delaware during 9-11 and the Anthrax scare. I was also present during the return of the USS Cole crewmen through Dover AFB. This was a disgrace under chemical assault.

You, Barack Obama, and his administration are knowingly subjecting United States citizens to HARM.

I have a credible legal confrontation with Gov. Janet Napolitano. I have complaints against here and Arizona from her days as attorney general.

I am being severely derived and marginalized from STATE SPONSORED activities and corruption.

This level of incompetence will damage the United States and human race for centuries to come.

Thank you for your consideration.

Open Letter to Governor Janet Napolitano D Arizona

January 16, 2009

Dear Governor Napolitano,

In consideration of your career as attorney general and governor of Arizona in context to your nomination as homeland security, it is necessary to point out that there is huge Chemical Assault ongoing in the United States.

The Salton Sea is chemically contaminated. All my clothing and almost anything I can touch or eat is likewise contaminated at the hands of homeland security officers of which you will most likely order.

In panorama, Barack Obama has demonstrated no leadership in this area nor has Joe Biden or Hillary Clinton. Indeed these selections inclusive of your self posit a classic confrontation abstract rights, constitutional rights and a conflict between the individual and state.

I have a reasonable body of sworn legal history that contradicts the resume of all persons named supra.

It is my position that the restoration of legal person before the government per the Bill of Rights negating this chemical assault, electronic surveillance, and harassment will be the measure of presidents for centuries to come.

I am enclosing a photo file of myself outside Flagstaff May of 2007. I was considering a direct confrontation with you realizing it would most only be a hand wave or tacit recognition that I was even standing there so opted not for this event.

Open Letter to Senator Hillary Clinton D New York

Desert Shores CA

January 17, 2009

Dear Senator Clinton,

I am writing you for the last time during your term as senator. During this time you have not stepped forward to confront the Chemical Assault that has endured from June 17, 1987 through your husband's term as president into the Barack Obama era.

Barack Obama in nominating you, Joe Biden of Delaware, and Janet Napolitano of Arizona creates one of the most polarizing cabinets in attempting to restore the constitutional equilibrium of the nation.

The people themselves have responded poorly to A CHEMICAL ATTACK.

President Bush fallaciously claims to have prevented a terrorist attack on this country in the last seven years.

I am at the Salton Sea, California and it is chemically contaminated.

As secretary of state you will have to prove to other nations that you and the United States can not be blackmailed or extorted when it comes to nuclear, chemical, and biological weapons.

Barack Obama will most likely meet with Medeyev and other CIS officials regarding nuclear deterrence soon.

What type of assurance can you or Obama provide?

My health will not last. All my clothes and even my food are contaminated. The bag of tortillas I ate this morning were caustic but I ate about half anyway. This type of stupidity is what this entire 22 year event represents.

Thank you for your consideration.

The Bush Farewell Speech

Desert Shores CA

January 17, 2009

Over the past seven years, a new Department of Homeland Security has been created. The military, the intelligence community, and the FBI have been transformed. Our nation is equipped with new tools to monitor the terrorists' movements, freeze their finances, and break up their plots. And with strong allies at our side, we have taken the fight to the terrorists and those who support them. Afghanistan has gone from a nation where the Taliban harbored al Qaeda and stoned women in the streets to a young democracy that is fighting terror and encouraging girls to go to school. Iraq has gone from a brutal dictatorship and a sworn enemy of America to an Arab democracy at the heart of the Middle East and a friend of the United States.

There is legitimate debate about many of these decisions. But there can be little debate about the results. America has gone more than seven years without another terrorist attack on our soil. This is a tribute to those who toil day and night to keep us safe, law enforcement officers, intelligence analysts, homeland security and diplomatic personnel, and the men and women of the United States Armed Forces.

Our nation is blessed to have citizens who volunteer to defend us in this time of danger. I have cherished meeting these selfless patriots and their families. America owes you a debt of gratitude. And to all our men and women in uniform listening tonight: There has been no higher honor than serving as your Commander in Chief.

The Obama Reality Check

Desert Shores CA

January 23, 2009

The following excerpts from Barack Obama's Inauguration demonstrate his character. He is not a champion against fascism, he is catalyst for such. When our children's children study his life this will be made clear by the damage he has inflicted on them and the environment. I do not know why Barack Obama is invoking God. These conditions of which he is condoning and misleading the nation and world through are quite the opposite.

Evil is real Barack Obama.

David Nollmeyer

Today I say to you that the challenges we face are real. They are serious and they are many. They will not be met easily or in a short span of time. But know this, America, they will be met. On this day, we gather because we have chosen hope over fear, unity of purpose over conflict and discord...

In reaffirming the greatness of our nation, we understand that greatness is never a given. It must be earned. Our journey has never been one of shortcuts or settling for less. It has not been the path for the faint hearted, for those who prefer leisure over work, or seek only the pleasures of riches and fame...

What the cynics fail to understand is that the ground has shifted beneath them, that the stale political arguments that have consumed us for so long no longer apply. The question we ask today is not whether our government is too big or too small, but whether it works, whether it helps families find jobs at a decent wage, care they can afford, a retirement that is dignified. Where the answer is yes, we intend to move forward. Where the answer is no, programs will end. And those of us who manage the public's dollars will be held to account to spend wisely, reform bad habits, and do our business in the light of day because only then can we restore the vital trust between a people and their government...

We are the keepers of this legacy. Guided by these principles once more, we can meet those new threats that demand even greater effort, even greater cooperation and understanding between nations. We will begin to responsibly leave Iraq to it's people, and forge a hard earned peace in Afghanistan. With old friends and former foes, we will work tirelessly to lessen the nuclear threat, and roll back the specter of a warming planet. We will not apologize for our way of life, nor will we waver in its defense, and for those who seek to advance their aims by inducing terror and slaughtering innocents, we say to you now that our spirit is stronger and cannot be broken; you cannot outlast us, and we will defeat you...

In the face of our common dangers, in this winter of our hardship, let us remember these timeless words. With hope and virtue, let us brave once more the icy currents, and endure what storms may come. Let it be said by our children's children that when we were tested we refused to let this journey end, that we did not turn back nor did we falter; and with eyes fixed on the horizon and God's grace upon us, we carried forth that great gift of freedom and delivered it safely to future generations...

Open Letter to House Speaker Pelosi D California

Desert Shores CA

February 17, 2009

Dear House Speaker Pelosi,

It is a clear unambiguous fact that Barack Obama is acting as President of the United States signing one of the largest pieces of legislation ever today. Obama and the leadership of both parties are clearly negligent in NOT RECOGNIZING A CHEMICAL SCORCHED EARTH ATTACK ON THE UNITED STATES. They form a Perfect Dictatorship of democratically elected tyranny.

THIS IS BEING PERFORMED UNDER THE BANNER OF GAY IRRATIONALISM GAY FASCISM.

THIS IS A VIRULENT STRAIN OF ANTI INTELLECTUAL PHILOSOPHY. RECENTLY I BELIEVE THAT THE OLDEST OF BARACK OBAMA’S CHILDREN STATED THAT SHE WISHED TO WRITE HER BOOK REPORTS FROM ABRAHAM'S LINCOLN’S DESK IN THE LINCOLN ROOM.

MY REQUEST IS THAT SHE WRITE HER BOOK REPORT ON ME. I AM ONE DAY OLDER THAN HER FATHER. Barack has assembled a staff of Hillary Clinton, Joseph Biden, and Janet Napolitano. All these persons are from backgrounds and jurisdictions that are the most severely affected. The addition of yourself and Harry Reid complement this polarization.

The picture attached is from Flagstaff, Arizona. I decided not to attempt to confront then Governor Napolitano face to face. I do have complaints against her from her days as Governor.

THE SALTON SEA IS COMPLETELY CONTAMINATED.

THE OTHER COMPONENT IS THAT LAPD, WHICH CONTAINS A CELL(S) OF GAY MILITANTS CONTINUES TO ATTEMPT TO FRAME A RED HERRING/STRAWMAN REGARDING THAT I HAVE BEEN OR ACCEPTED A HOMOSEXUAL OR LGBT ORIENTATION.

This is totally absurd as I have contacted over 75 lawmakers at various levels over the past 13 years advocating heterosexual marriage. I have contacted you also here on Proposition 8 in California which I continue to support.

You are the first woman Speaker of the House. You should be deeply concerned with misogyny or the hatred of woman. I have enumerated to you and the California contingency over the damage to the emerging corps of female public officials.

I have over 26 federal lawsuits attempting to open criminal prosecutions to halt this attack on this country. It is obvious also that I act to save what is left of my own life.

THIS IS A RELIGIOUS HATE CRIME. THERE IS NO WAY TO COMPREHEND MY IDENTITY OR ORIENTATION WITHOUT ENTERING INTO SOME CONSIDERATION OF MY HARE KRISHNA FAITH. I HAVE FIRST AMENDMENT PROTECTION TO PRACTICE MY BELIEFS AND I ACT UPON THIS AS WELL AS THE EIGHT AMENDMENT TO REMAIN FREE FROM CRUEL AND UNUSUAL TREATMENT WHICH IS TO YOUR INJURY AS WELL AS BARACK OBAMA'S.

In History and as well in our legal lives we will forever be linked in these two areas:

1. Chemical Scorched Earth attack against the United States.

2. The attempt to gay bait me.

My ritvik orientation positions me in a continuum where Gaudiya Vaishnavism is in a position similar to the Lutherans and Episcopalians. There is controversy and faction over LGBT monogamy and civil unions. Recently Hridayananda Maharaj (Howard Resnick) a diksa guru of ISKCON blessed a gay union. He issued an apology almost immediately.

I only present this information knowing that the federal court will only entertain a minimum of religious content, hence this is a HATE CRIME. ALL MY RELIGIOUS PRACTICES ARE LEGAL. I DO NOT USE DRUGS, ALCOHOL, MARIJUANA, GAMBLE, ENGAGE IN ILLICIT SEX (THIS INCLUDES LGBT BEHAVIOR).

I PREFER BEING A STRICT LACTO VEGETARIAN BUT THESE FOODS ARE THE FIRST CHOICE FOR CHEMICAL CONTAMINATION.

The Salton Sea area will be a lightning rod for refuting the Red Herring and as well as the chemical assault. I will promote these facts throughout Congress and to other agencies and competent authorities.

I will attempt to be fair but DIRECT WITH YOU AND THE PAST PRESIDENTS WHO DID NOT ACT ON THE UNITED STATES OR MY INTEREST.

Thank you for your consideration.

Open Letter to Senator Feinstein D California

Desert Shores CA

March 2, 2009

Dear Senator Feinstein,

In response to Attorney General Holder's proclamation that Americans are cowards when dealing with racism, I am compelled to become more direct in my confrontation with the United States government when dealing with CHEMICAL SCORCHED EARTH.

The first issue is Gay Irrationalism/Gay Fascism. It appears I may lose my life to a Gay Militancy being run out of LAPD. YOUR POLITICAL CAREER IS RUINED!

The study of Evolutionary Biology has emerged as a template to organize the emergence of Gay Irrationalism Gay Fascism. This study discusses the mechanistic origins of species. Here we can focus on the choice of mating pairs to select the sex of their offspring.

This is an emergent interdisciplinary science. The above discussion can be argued as intra sex. Here we can see why LGBTi individuals and couples would have an interest in this issue. This is a highly complex study and I make no pretensions of having an expertise other than Cambridge University is guilty of practicing eugenics in a chemical scorched earth.

FOR THE LEGAL AND HISTORICAL RECORD I HOLD THAT YOU ARE GUILTY AND UNDER THE COLOR OF LAW.

I ARGUE THAT THE ENTIRE CONGRESS FROM THE 100TH FORWARD HAVE BEEN ENGAGED IN A HAND WASHING RITUAL OF SANITIZATION AND CLEANSING.

Today lawyers for Proposition 8 have went to court to decided that fate of Gay Marriage.

I am solidly in favor of Proposition 8 and the ban on Gay Marriage.

I am doing such under my religious faith which is also splitting along these and other lines.

Ritvik Organizations

The two major ritvik groups are the ISKCON REVIVAL MOVEMENT (IRM) and the HARE KRISHNA SOCIETY (HKS). I have no formal association with any group. I am an independent ritvik. The text The Final Order on the IRM site describes in detail the ritvik position versus the diksa position.

http://www.iskconirm.com/

http://www.krishnaconsciousnessmovement.com/

Not once has any person or group stepped forward to help RE ESTABLISH MY CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS.

I AM NOT REQUESTING THAT THE GOVERNMENT UPHOLD MY RELIGIOUS VIEWS ONLY MY RIGHT TO LIVE FREE, MOVE ABOUT AND BE FREE FROM CRUEL AND UNUSUAL TREATMENT.

It will be of great irony and disgrace that a person of your statue who has done more than most public officials for LGBT concerns has come to ruin because of Gay Irrationalism/Fascism.

Here to mark the event the Salton Sea is CHEMICALLY DESTROYED as is most of my food, clothing and shelter.

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO CLEAN WATER. I HAVE NOT DRANK UNCONTAMINATED WATER IN OVER TWO YEARS.

It is clearly evident the Barack Obama, Joe Biden, and Eric Holder do take hard science or the Constitution seriously.

When a critical amount of persons reach the critical point of no return and realize their health is gone due to scorched earth. The equilibrium of sanitization will be broken and the impunity lost.

It appears you will outlive this fiasco. Mary Bono, Barack Obama, and myself are all born within two months of one another. I believe they will be prosecuted alive.

U.S. Code as of: 01/19/04

Section 242. Deprivation of rights under color of law

Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or to different punishments, pains, or penalties, on account of such person being an alien, or by reason of his color, or race, than are prescribed for the punishment of citizens, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

Kazakhstan Demands Krishna Society to Vacate by March 1st

Desert Shores CA

March 28, 2009

By Maxim Varfolomeyev on 28 Feb 2009

On February 19th, 2009 the assistant Hakim of Almaty province, S. Mukanov, has demanded the farm property occupied by the Krishna Society be vacated by March 1, 2009. Mukanov emphasized that failure to vacate will result in new court cases against the Krishna Society.

Mukanov visited the Krishna farm on February 14, 2009. During the visit he demanded the directors to confirm in writing that they are satisfied with the Kazakh government allocation of a garbage dump. He also demanded a written statement confirming that the Society will relocate to the dump.

The proposed property has been a point of serious contention for the past ten months. It is actively used as a garbage dump that has no water for drinking or irrigation. The property has been seen by international observers and deemed unfit for usage.

Despite numerous appeals the Krishna Society has not been offered an alternative land plot. The Kazakh government states that there is no other land to offer the in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Mukanov's order was unacceptable to the Krishna Society. He then issued the ultimatum that the Krishna Society vacates the property by March 1, 2009. He stated that if his demand is not satisfied new court cases would be opened against the Krishna Society.

The last case against the Krishna Society was heard from October 28, 2008 till December 1, 2008. The Kazakh government argued that the Temple and barn of the Krishna Society were illegal and moved for the demolition of the structures. During the trial the Kazakh government failed to present documents to support it's argument.

In the same hearing it was found that the buildings of the Krishna Society had been constructed and brought into service on legal grounds. On December 1, 2008, the Kazakh government withdrew it's claim against the Krishna Society.

Following the case Mukanov instructed the Society to independently search for a suitable land plot in the Iliysk district. Mukanov promised the help of district authorities in exchanging the garbage plot for the land plot which the Krishna Society would find suitable.

In December 2008 and January 2009 the Krishna Society found three suitable plots of land in the Iliysk district. However, on January 19, 2009, neglecting the previous agreement, the Kazakh government refused to help exchange the plots. The government officials emphasized that the garbage dump allotted to the Society was the only alternative.

The struggle of the Krishna Society has continued for the past four years. The Kazakh government destroyed 26 homes of Hindu practitioners and confiscated 47.5 hectare (116 acres) of legally registered property. The land was transferred to the land reserve of the Kazakh government for resale and the Krishna followers who were left homeless were never given humanitarian aid or compensation. Since the systematic demolition of the Krishna community began other minority religious communities in Kazakhstan have had their properties confiscated.

Open Letter To Senator McConnell R Kentucky

Desert Shores CA

March 30, 2009

Senator Mitch McConnell

Senator McConnell

Dear Senator McConnell,

The last five presidents of the United States have failed to prioritize the homeland security needs of this country and thus protect the Constitution, citizen's lives, and wellbeing. The country has been under a Chemical Scorched Earth since June 17th 1987, the 200th birthday of the Constitution.

The creation of Homeland Security under George W. Bush itself is a farce. The Salton Sea here in California is chemically destroyed. Lake Almanor and the Owens River have also suffered catastrophic attacks.

This event or terrorist attack is being driven out of LAPD. Such contains a cell(s) of LGBTi militants. I am staunch heterosexual and defender of traditional marriage. I am supporting Proposition 8 here in California.

THERE IS NO LEADERSHIP IN CONGRESS! No individual that I know of, sworn official or homeland security officer has stepped forward to defend the natural lives of persons in this country and place the rule of law back in order.

The Republican Party most focus on reality not just tax cuts. Is AIG capable of paying on the trillions of dollars in damage?

The historical and legal record provides for documentation in the negligence to defend the United States since 1987. Hopefully the will to govern will be found before the damage to health and property necessitates such.

Thank you for your consideration.

In Re: Finucane

Desert Shores CA

April 3, 2009

1 April 2009

Dear Mr Nollmeyer,

Thank you for your correspondence of 31 March to the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland in connection with the case of Patrick Finucane. I have been asked to respond on his behalf.

Let me begin by saying that the murder of Mr Finucane in 1989 was an outrageous crime which the Government condemns absolutely.

You ask the Government to "live up" to "promises to instigate a properly independent public inquiry into the killing of Patrick Finucane." Our position remains that if there is to be a statutory inquiry into Mr Finucane's death the only way such an inquiry could take place is under the Inquiries Act 2005. The Inquiries Act is the only statutory basis for all inquiries because all the old legislation has been repealed.

The Government is clear that the Inquiries Act provides for fully independent and effective inquiries.

The Government has already established three of the public inquiries recommended by Judge Peter Cory. Importantly the judges chairing two of those, the Billy Wright and Robert Hamill inquiries themselves asked the Government to apply the Inquiries Act because they felt that it would enable them to carry out their work more effectively. They are continuing to carry our robust and effective investigations under the terms of the Act. The Act has is also being used for a number of other inquiries currently taking place elsewhere in the UK.

A Finucane inquiry under the Inquiries Act would have full statutory powers to compel evidence and witnesses and the hearings, in Judge Cory's words, would be public "to the extent possible". The independent Chairman would have full access to all the evidence and would see every witness and read every document.

The Inquiries Act 2005 also requires inquiry reports to be published. This was not the case under the Tribunals of Inquiry (Evidence) Act 1921, which has now been repealed.

The Government is currently in correspondence with the Finucane family's legal representatives about the basis on which any inquiry would be established. Once these discussions have included we will need to take a decision on the way forward .

Thank you for raising your concerns I hope this response has helped to address them.

Yours sincerely,

Simon Marsh

Future Implications for the United Kingdom

Big Pine CA

May 7, 2009

I am beginning to consider the implications to the origin of the authorship for the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth. As seen the allegation implicates the United Kingdom. The credibility of this nationstate is also highly intertwined with the United States. As I analyze some basic historical events it is clear that England has had problems with Germany which will drive them towards Canada, Australia, and the United States. There are also historical Christian Muslim issues that could cause conflicts as in present day Serbia Albania.

The event clearly attacks the concept of the Social Contract where primary rights and punishments are clearly written and promulgated in a constitution.

The United States is argued to have the strongest and this has been wrecked successfully.

Currently the H1N1 pandemic is working slowly around the world. The flu is mild and I probably caught the virus while I wintered in the Salton Sea area. The seasonal virus here in Inyo County can be quite scary as well as the virus in New Mexico. I never caught the flu as a youth in Delaware. I have twice since 1987. I am not permitted to get a flu shot as the public servants, elderly, and youths are first.

A plethora of questionable events are occurring, wildfires in the West, insurgencies in the MidEast and Muslim lands, various biological events, of which all must have some valid cause.

I will more assertively press United States officials in the style of Simon Wiesenthal. I do not believe they ever intend to do anything to stop Chemical Assault and Convergent Totalitarianism.

Good Afternoon

My Name is Rodrigo Rosenberg Manzano and If you are reading this message it is because I have been murdered by Gustavo Alejos, the President's Private Secretariat and his partner Gregorio Valdez, with the approval of Alvaro Colom (The President) and Sandra de Colom (The First Lady).

The reason why Gustavo Alejos and Gregorio Valdez have ordered my death and the President of the Republic, Alvaro Colom approved it, is because until the day they killed me, I was the lawyer of two incredible Guatemalans, Mr. Khalil Musa and his daughter Marjorie Musa, and I knew exactly how Alvaro Colom, Sandra de Colom, Gustavo Alejos and Gregorio Valdez were responsible for that cowardly murder, and I told them so and told those who wanted and could hear.

I was a 47 year old Guatemalan, with 4 divine children, with the best brother one could ask life for, with incredible friends, who wanted very much to live in my country, but I could not have lived with myself without rebelling, being brave and denouncing to all Guatemalans that have principles and values about the real reasons for the death of Mr. Kahlil Musa and his daughter Marjorie Musa, with no regards to the consequences and in the understanding that my life was in danger I wanted to leave this testament in case something happened to me and it unfortunately did.

Queen of England Awards Chief Bratton

Big Pine CA

June 7, 2009

On June 4, 2009 Queen Elizabeth II of England awarded England's second highest honor to Chief William Bratton of LAPD with the honorary title of Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire. This peerage was awarded due to his efforts to promote cooperation between England and the United States. Bratton's work as a consultant to diffuse tension in Northern Ireland is cited as a reason. In consideration of my past twenty plus years of alienation under Chemical Assault I have to assail the Queen's judgment. I have openly accused LAPD and Scotland Yard for complicity in events here in the United States since June 17, 1987. June 17th is Queen's day in England. The Queen appears to use peerage out of political expediency. If my allegations are true and Chief Bratton if found to be guilty this will result in more than embarrassment for England and the awarding of peerage. The Chemical Assault Scorched Earth is also alleged to be authored in the United Kingdom by Cambridge Law School. If Bratton continues his career in Scotland Yard this will also add to the intrigue.

Murder of Natalia Estemirova

Westwood CA

July 26, 2009

Brief Introduction

Natalia Estemirova, one of the leading human rights defenders who worked in the North Caucasus region, was abducted in Grozny, Chechnya on July 15th on her way to work. She was dragged into a car by several men and driven off in an unknown direction. According to witnesses, Natalia Estemirova managed to shout out that she was being abducted. Her body was found several hours later in the neighboring Republic of Ingushetia with gunshot wounds to the head and chest.

Background Information:

In April this year the Russian authorities announced the end of the Anti Terrorist Operation in Chechnya. However, in the North Caucasus in recent months there have been a number of high profile killings amid signs that tensions in the region are on the rise.

In a report published earlier this month, Rule without law: Human rights violations in the North Caucasus, Amnesty International called for full accountability for the human rights violations that have taken place as the only way to bring about real stability and a return to civil peace in Chechnya and the North Caucasus. Natalia Estemirova's work was crucial in documenting human rights violations in the region, such as torture and other ill treatment, unlawful killings and enforced disappearances, since the start of the second Chechnya war in 2000. Her work has been recognized both at home and internationally by numerous awards, including the Robert Schuman medal of the European Parliament (2005), the Right Livelihood Award of the Swedish Parliament (2004 the so called Alternative Nobel Peace Prize), and she was the first recipient of the Anna Politkovskaya Award (2007).

Dear _______:

I am writing to express my shock and extreme alarm at the recent murder of human rights defender Natalia Estemirova. I call for your immediate attention to this outrageous crime and for doing everything to guarantee a thorough investigation of this killing. Every effort must be made to bring those responsible to justice. Amnesty International believes that Natalia Estemirova was murdered due to her professional human rights activities. She was a courageous woman who had investigated and reported human rights abuses in Chechnya, such as torture and other ill treatment, unlawful killings and enforced disappearances and had provided assistance to displaced and disadvantaged people. The murder of Natalia Estemirova sheds further light on the precarious circumstances in which human rights defenders work in the Russian Federation. It follows the killings earlier this year of human rights lawyer Stanislav Markelov, journalist Anastasia Baburova, and Anna Politkovskaya in 2006.

President Dmitry Medvedev's expressed outrage at Natalia Estemirova's murder and his concerns that this killing could be related to her human rights activities, and ordered the investigation at the highest level. I urge you to guarantee that this terrible killing is thoroughly investigated in line with internationally recognized standards. I call for an end of impunity for the murder of human rights defenders in Russia and for their full protection under Russian and international law. Human rights violations in Russia should no longer be ignored.

I would appreciate your urgent attention to this matter.

Sincerely,

Open Letter to Bud McKeon R California

Westwood CA

August 11, 2009

Dear Representative McKeon,

I am continuing to pursue justice and recognition for the de facto Chemical Assault Scorched Earth ongoing in this country and designed from within California. In light of this process and structure it is evident that UC Berkeley or California is de facto or under the color of law. Under construction from the Merrill Land Grant they are given exclusivity to grant degrees and carry out research. This activity is understood to be preeminent or world class. It includes all the schools in the system.

II. The Master Plan for Higher Education in California

As a campus in the University of California, UCI participates in the mission of the UC system as a whole. Formally articulated as part of A Master Plan for Higher Education in California, 1960 1975, that mission was written into law in 1960 as the Donahoe Higher Education Act:

The distinctive mission of the university is to serve society as a center of higher learning, providing longterm societal benefits through transmitting advanced knowledge, discovering new knowledge, and functioning as an active working repository of organized knowledge. That obligation, more specifically, includes undergraduate education, graduate and professional education, research, and other kinds of public service, which are shaped and bounded by the central pervasive mission of discovering and advancing knowledge.

Prima facie this has not occurred the University is engaged in wholesale censorship and fraud.

What is disturbing is history, presidential studies, evolutionary biology, psychology, and areas of national security.

I am in Westwood California. I am an undergraduate with 149.5 credits with a 3.18 GPA. I am an interdisciplinary social scientist. My memos to you and fellow members of Congress are more accurate than the charade being perpetuated against me. If UC Berkeley fails the consequences in California, United States, and the world will be catastrophic.

How is that Congress and one of the greatest academic institutions the world has created can fulfill it's LEGAL OBLIGATIONS? I EMAILED A COMPLAINT TO THE FBI IN SACRAMENTO AGAINST LAPD ON AUGUST 5, 2009? CHIEF WILLIAM BRATTON ANNOUNCED HIS RETIREMENT ALSO.

It is also interesting that is a LGBTi militancy that has injured the presidency from Ronald Reagan to Barack Obama. Part of the LGBTi platform today decided not promote Marriage Equality on a ballot in 2010.

I consider the Gay Militancy as no more than common criminals and thugs. They have no legal standing and if UC Berkeley ever begins to research this they will discover why are they are degrading.

On Facebook there are now over 850 persons who are aware of Chemical Assault Challenge to Leadership.

Norwegian Nobel Prize

It is my personal opinion that this misdeed will return to haunt this organization. The conditions here are quite severe. Barack Obama has done nothing to prevent the proliferation of CHEMICAL WARFARE. This is a non military grade event. I do not see how the history of California will remember Obama as a individual who respected life, peace, and the environment.

The Nobel Peace Prize for 2009

The Norwegian Nobel Committee has decided that the Nobel Peace Prize for 2009 is to be awarded to President Barack Obama for his extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples. The Committee has attached special importance to Obama's vision of and work for a world without nuclear weapons. Obama has as President created a new climate in international politics. Multilateral diplomacy has regained a central position, with emphasis on the role that the United Nations and other international institutions can play. Dialogue and negotiations are preferred as instruments for resolving even the most difficult international conflicts. The vision of a world free from nuclear arms has powerfully stimulated disarmament and arms control negotiations. Thanks to Obama's initiative, the USA is now playing a more constructive role in meeting the great climatic challenges the world is confronting. Democracy and human rights are to be strengthened. Only very rarely has a person to the same extent as Obama captured the world's attention and given it's people hope for a better future. His diplomacy is founded in the concept that those who are to lead the world must do so on the basis of values and attitudes that are shared by the majority of the world's population. For 108 years, the Norwegian Nobel Committee has sought to stimulate precisely that international policy and those attitudes for which Obama is now the world's leading spokesman. The Committee endorses Obama's appeal that "Now is the time for all of us to take our share of responsibility for a global response to global challenges."

Support The ICC

Blythe CA Ehrenberg AZ

November 11, 2009

(The Hague) International Criminal Court member countries should use their annual meeting to strengthen international support for the court's mission and independence, Human Rights Watch said today. The ICC Assembly of States Parties, which oversees court administration, will meet in The Hague for nine days beginning November 18, 2009.

The ICC has made mistakes that need to be tackled," said Elizabeth Evenson, counsel in the International Justice Program at Human Rights Watch. "But the ICC's 110 member countries should step up their efforts to uphold it's critical role as a court of last resort and to respond vigorously to the court's unprincipled opponents."

Many ICC members, including African members, are working to reaffirm their commitment to international justice. For example, at least two African ICC members South Africa and Botswana rejected an African Union decision in July to withhold cooperation to arrest President al Bashir. Human Rights Watch called on ICC members to use the annual meeting to speak out forcefully on the ICC's crucial function and to encourage the court to strengthen it's own public information activities.

ICC members will also gather next May in Kampala, Uganda for a review conference mandated by the Rome Statute, which created the court and entered into force in 2002. At the meeting, member countries will take stock of the state of international criminal justice and consider amendments to the Rome Statute. Extending the reach of international justice and assessing its impact on communities affected by crimes within the ICC's jurisdiction are among the topics states should address at that conference, Human Rights Watch said.

"Taking stock of the achievements and shortcomings of international justice at the review conference will help to identify and meet challenges in the years ahead," Evenson said. "ICC member countries should ensure that careful preparation for the review conference is made now to deliver results in Kampala."

Increased international cooperation is essential to the success of the court, Human Rights Watch said. ICC member countries should bolster these efforts by creating a permanent working group to address such issues as concluding witness relocation and sentence enforcement agreements.

In reviewing the court's annual budget at the meeting, member countries should ensure that the court has the resources it needs in The Hague and through it's presence in countries where it is conducting investigations, as well as in key capitals including New York and Addis Ababa. The ICC prosecutor recently announced he would seek authorization to open a fifth ICC investigation, in Kenya.

"Increasing ICC activities and fulfilling higher expectations of justice mean that governments will need to continue to invest in the court," said Evenson.

In a memorandum sent to governments last week, Human Rights Watch called attention to a number of other issues likely to be under discussion during the meeting. These include the need to set a policy for court paid family visits for indigent ICC detainees, make certain that two judges to be elected during the meeting are the most highly qualified candidates, and prepare to elect the next ICC prosecutor. Human Rights Watch also reiterated the need for court officials to continue to make progress in building an effective, fair, and credible institution.

Background

The International Criminal Court is the world's first permanent court mandated to bring to justice perpetrators of war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide when national courts are unable or unwilling to do so.

The ICC prosecutor has opened investigations in the Democratic Republic of Congo, northern Uganda, the Darfur region of Sudan, and the Central African Republic. Based on those investigations, 13 arrest warrants and one summons to appear have been issued. The ICC prosecutor also is looking at a number of other situations in countries around the world. These include Kenya, Colombia, Georgia, Cote d'Ivoire, Afghanistan, and Guinea. The Palestinian National Authority has also petitioned the ICC prosecutor to accept jurisdiction over crimes committed in Gaza.

To date, four individuals are in ICC custody in The Hague. A fifth individual, Bahr Idriss Abu Garda who is charged with war crimes in connection with an attack on African Union peacekeepers in Darfur has appeared voluntarily during pre trial proceedings. The court began it's first trial, of the Congolese militia leader Thomas Lubanga Dyilo, on January 26, and completed pre trial proceedings in two additional cases. The court's second trial, against the Congolese rebel leaders Germain Katanga and Mathieu Ngudjolo Chui, is expected to start on November 24.

In addition to President al Bashir and two other individuals in the Darfur situation, arrest warrants remain outstanding for leaders of the Lord's Resistance Army in northern Uganda and for Bosco Ntaganda, a former rebel commander now integrated into the Congolese national army.

The Assembly of States Parties was created by the Rome Statute to provide management oversight of the administration of the court. It consists of representatives of each state member and is required to meet at least once a year but can meet more often as required.

The ICC's jurisdiction may be triggered in one of three ways. States parties or the UN Security Council can refer a situation (meaning a specific set of events) to the ICC prosecutor, or the ICC prosecutor can seek on his own motion the authorization of a pre trial chamber of ICC judges to open an investigation.

The Rome Statute mandates that seven years after the treaty enters into force, the UN secretary general is to convene a review conference to consider any amendments to the treaty. At it's seventh Assembly of States Parties, in 2008, ICC members agreed to hold the conference in Kampala. It is scheduled to begin on May 31, 2010.

Obama 2009 Nobel Peace Prize

Obama Accepts Nobel Prize

Nobel Peace Prize

This excerpt of Barack Obama's acceptance speech of the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize on December 10, 2009 in Oslo Norway, demonstrates the concept that Totalitarianism Seeks To Isolate. Obama starts his exposition on a manifest function that peace must be have a positive latent support on the inherent rights and dignity of every person.

This in the concrete will verify the President Obama is using power and control tactics in a maker taker world by isolating my in continuo persecution or citizens and natural persons along the Colorado River Valley into Mexico. The Chemical Assault Scorched Earth conditions began on June 17, 1987, the year of the 200th Anniversary of the United States Constitution.

Obama invokes the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) which the United States has not ratified. This country has ratified the Convention Against Torture (CAT). President Obama has sworn to uphold the Bill of Rights which are the substantive guarantees of his country and the model in part of the UDHR.

A neo realist position is a concrete based idealists position that stresses anarchy, order, and constraints. In the concrete the United States in anarchic and is engaging in a dangerous game of brinkmanship with Iran and North Korea. Obama demonstrates that he can be blackmailed and extorted to alienate me from owed guarantees under the Bill of Rights as the 8th Amendment to remain free from cruel and unusual treatment.

I reject these choices. I believe that peace is unstable where citizens are denied the right to speak freely or worship as they please; choose their own leaders or assemble without fear. Pent up grievances fester, and the suppression of tribal and religious identity can lead to violence. We also know that the opposite is true.

I am a ritvik Hare Krishna, never initiated. I have never have associated in person with any other devotee of my faith in person, only online, I know devotees who are diksa vadis, those that maintain a living teacher guru must be followed. I became a ritvik in April of 2004 after reading records online.

In close President Obama's duplicity has damaged the United States and the Nobel Peace Organization's prestige. The country is the world's only super power. It has the resources to project destructive lethal power, and constrain economies by forcing defection to it's resources and capabilities.

Obama has closed stating that America has never fought a war against another country. Without mangling his words Obama is condoning an attack against the democracy of the United States.

The unproved latent function is the Cambridge Law School is behind these orchestrations.

Britain is the Mind, the United States is the Bodyguard.

Ars longa, Vita Brevis

Art is Long, life is short

America has never fought a war against a democracy, and our closest friends are governments that protect the rights of their citizens. No matter how callously defined, neither America's interests, nor the world's, are served by the denial of human aspirations.

This brings me to a second point, the nature of the peace that we seek. For peace is not merely the absence of visible conflict. Only a just peace based on the inherent rights and dignity of every individual can truly be lasting.

It was this insight that drove drafters of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights after the Second World War. In the wake of devastation, they recognized that if human rights are not protected, peace is a hollow promise.

And yet too often, these words are ignored. For some countries, the failure to uphold human rights is excused by the false suggestion that these are somehow Western principles, foreign to local cultures or stages of a nation's development. And within America, there has long been a tension between those who describe themselves as realists or idealists, a tension that suggests a stark choice between the narrow pursuit of interests or an endless campaign to impose our values around the world.

I reject these choices. I believe that peace is unstable where citizens are denied the right to speak freely or worship as they please; choose their own leaders or assemble without fear. Pent up grievances fester, and the suppression of tribal and religious identity can lead to violence. We also know that the opposite is true. Only when Europe became free did it finally find peace. America has never fought a war against a democracy, and our closest friends are governments that protect the rights of their citizens. No matter how callously defined, neither America's interests, nor the world's, are served by the denial of human aspirations.

So even as we respect the unique culture and traditions of different countries, America will always be a voice for those aspirations that are universal. We will bear witness to the quiet dignity of reformers like Aung Sang Suu Kyi; to the bravery of Zimbabweans who cast their ballots in the face of beatings; to the hundreds of thousands who have marched silently through the streets of Iran. It is telling that the leaders of these governments fear the aspirations of their own people more than the power of any other nation. And it is the responsibility of all free people and free nations to make clear that these movements, these movements of hope and history, they have us on their side.

Chemical Ali Receives 4th Death Sentence

Blythe CA Ehrenberg AZ

January 17, 2010

Chemical Ali

Ali Hassan al Majeed

7:14 a.m. PT, Sun., Jan. 17, 2010

BAGHDAD Saddam Hussein's notorious cousin Chemical Ali was convicted and sentenced to death by hanging on Sunday for ordering the gassing of Kurds in 1988, killing more than 5,000 in the worst such attack ever against civilians.

It was Ali Hassan al Majid's fourth death sentence for crimes against humanity in Iraq. The previous three have not been carried out, in part because survivors of the poison gas attack on the Kurdish town of Halabja wanted to have their case against al Majid heard.

Relatives of Halabja victims cheered in the courtroom when chief judge Aboud Mustafa handed down the guilty verdict against al Majid, one of the chief architects of Saddam's repression and among the last to face trial.

Nazik Tawfiq, a 45 year old Kurdish woman who said she lost six relatives in the attack, fell to her knees to pray upon hearing the verdict.

"I am so happy today," she said. "Now the souls of our victims will rest in peace."

Another senior figure in Saddam's regime, former Foreign Minister Tariq Aziz, suffered a severe stroke over the weekend and cannot speak, his son said Sunday. Aziz was the international face of Saddam's regime for several years. He was convicted and sentenced to prison for his involvement in the forced displacement of Kurds in northern Iraq and the deaths of Baghdad merchants in the early 1990s.

Al Majid earned his nickname because of his willingness to use poison gas against the Kurds. The 1988 killings remain a source of deep pain, particularly for Iraq's Kurds. Many in Halabja still suffer physically from the effects of the nerve and mustard gas that were unleashed on the village at the end of the Iran Iraq War.

Sense of Injustice

Survivors feel a sense of injustice that Saddam was hanged for the killings of Shiites following a 1982 assassination attempt, but did not live to face justice for the Halabja attack.

The gassing of the town was considered the most extensive use of chemical weapons on civilians in history.

The court also convicted and sentenced other former officials to jail terms on Sunday for their roles in the Halabja attack.

Former Defense Minister Sultan Hashim al Taie faces 15 years in prison, as does Iraq's former director of military intelligence, Sabir Azizi al Douri. Farhan Mutlaq al Jubouri, a former top military intelligence official, was sentenced to 10 years.

Evidence against the defendants included eyewitness accounts, official documents and films seized after the fall of Saddam's regime, and military correspondence among commanders.

Al Majid faces three previous death sentences for atrocities committed during Saddam's rule particularly government campaigns against Shiites and Kurds in the late 1980s and early 1990s.

He was previously sentenced to hang for his role in a brutal crackdown against the Kurds in the late 1980s, known as the Anfal campaign, that killed hundreds of thousands.

The court later issued separate death sentences for his role in the 1991 suppression of a Shiite uprising and for a 1999 crackdown that sought to quell a Shiite backlash to the slaying of Grand Ayatollah Mohammed al Sadr.

The earlier death sentences against al Majid have not been carried out in part because of a desire by victims of the gas attacks to see him tried for one of the former regime's most vicious attacks.

Another obstacle was a political dispute involving al-Taie, who was also sentenced to death along with Chemical Ali in the Anfal trial.

Vice President Tariq al Hashemi, a Sunni, and President Jalal Talabani, a Kurd, have both refused to sign the execution order against al Taie, who signed the ceasefire with U.S. led forces that ended the 1991 Gulf War. Al Taie is a Sunni Arab viewed by many as a respected career soldier who was forced to follow Saddam's orders in the purges against Kurds.

The three member presidency council must approve all death sentences, and the failure to find agreement on al Taie delayed the execution of al Majid as well.

Prime Minister Nouri al Maliki, a Shiite, has pushed the presidency council to approve the death sentences pending against al Majid and al Taie.

Al Taie surrendered to U.S. forces in September 2003 after weeks of negotiations. His defense has claimed the Americans had promised al Taie "protection and good treatment" before he turned himself in.

Many Sunni Arabs saw his sentence as evidence that Shiite and Kurdish officials are persecuting their once dominant minority by using their influence over the judiciary.

Another reason for the delay is that the Kurds from Halabja have also been pushing to have their day in court with al Majid.

Mohammed Saeed Ali, a Kurdish city official in Halabja, said al Majid ought to be hanged in Halabja to bring closure to victims' relatives.

"Chemical Ali massacred us and we want to see him getting what he deserves," he said.

Amnesty International Denounces Chemical Ali Execution

Blythe CA Ehrenberg AZ

February 9, 2010

Amnesty International has denounced the execution of Chemical Ali. I am inclined to disagree, Ali Hassan al Majeed, aka Chemical Ali received a punishment that was well earned and swiftly compensated on victim's side.

Bhakta David Nollmeyer

January 26, 2010

Amnesty International deplores the execution in Baghdad of Ali Hassan al Majeed, also known as Chemical Ali, for his involvement in one of the worst atrocities committed under the government of Saddam Hussein.

Ali Hassan al Majeed had been sentenced to death for a fourth time on 17 January for ordering a poison gas attack on the town of Halabja in 1988, which killed more than 5,600 members of Iraq's Kurdish minority, many of them children and women.

He was executed by hanging on Monday following his conviction by the Supreme Iraqi Criminal Tribunal (SICT), which was set up to deal with crimes committed by the former government of Saddam Hussein.

Amnesty International has repeatedly expressed concerns about trial proceedings at the SICT, which have been undermined by political interference and fall far short of international standards for fair trial.

"Despite the enormity of the crimes of which Al Hassan al Majid was convicted, we deplore his execution and consider it a step backwards," said Malcolm Smart, Amnesty International's Middle East and North Africa Director.

"In fact, it is only the latest of a mounting number of executions, some of whom did not receive fair trials, in gross violation of human rights."

The execution of al Majeed comes at a time when the Iraqi authorities are making increased use of the death penalty. Currently, more than 900 prisoners are reported to be on death row, many of whom could be executed in the near future. Many were sentenced to death by the Central Criminal Court of Iraq after trials that failed to conform to international standards of fair trial.

Al Majid had been sentenced to death for genocide and crimes against humanity in three previous trials before the SICT.

"The execution of Al Hassan al Majid was long expected and, no doubt, many people who suffered because of the crimes of which he was found guilty will see it as bringing to a close a very sad, a very bad, chapter in Iraq's history," said Malcolm Smart.

"However, all executions brutalize society and in Iraq, where killing has become the order of the day, the time has come to say 'Enough!'"

Anthrax Investigation Closed

Blythe CA Ehrenberg AZ

February 23, 2010

WASHINGTON The FBI sought to close the book on it's long, frustrating hunt for the killer behind the 2001 anthrax letters Friday, formally ending it's investigation and concluding a mentally unhinged scientist was responsible for killing five people and unnerving Americans nationwide. After years of false leads, no arrests and public criticism, the FBI and Justice Department said Dr. Bruce Ivins, a government researcher, acted alone.

Ivins killed himself in 2008 as prosecutors prepared to indict him for the attacks. He had denied involvement, and his family and some friends have continued to insist he was innocent.

Investigators had tried earlier to build a case against biowarfare expert Steven Hatfill, who had worked for a time in the same military lab as Ivins, but ultimately turned away from that theory and had to pay him a multimillion dollar settlement.

Many details of the case have already been disclosed, but newly released FBI documents paint a fuller portrait of Ivins as a troubled doctor whose life's work was teetering toward failure at the time the letters laced with anthrax were sent. As the U.S. responded to the mailings, that work was given new importance by the government, and he was even honored for his efforts on anthrax.

The documents also describe what investigators say was Ivins' bizarre, decades long obsession with a sorority. The anthrax letters were dropped in a mailbox near the sorority's office in Princeton, N.J.

The letters were sent to lawmakers and news organizations as the nation reeled in the aftermath of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. Postal facilities, U.S. Capitol buildings and private offices were shut for inspection and cleaning by workers in hazardous materials "space suits" from Florida to Washington to New York and beyond.

In closing the case, officials also released reams of evidence, and a 92 page summary of their findings.

To the FBI's critics, the mountain of new documents could not paper over what they say are glaring holes in the case.

Marc Faber Predicts Dirty War

Blythe CA Ehrenberg AZ

March 2, 2010

Investment Adviser Marc Faber has predicted a Dirty War scenario for the United States. My cellphone has blown up, I have already complained to the FBI that the Colorado River is despoiled. I have also criticized Barack Obama winning the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize.

Leo Lewis, Asia Business Correspondent

The world’s most powerful investors have been advised to buy farmland, stock up on gold and prepare for a "dirty war" by Marc Faber, the notoriously bearish market pundit, who predicted the 1987 stock market crash.

The bleak warning of social and financial meltdown was delivered today in Tokyo at a gathering of 700 pension and sovereign wealth fund managers.

Dr Faber, who advised his audience to pull out of American stocks one week before the 1987 crash and was among a handful who predicted the more recent financial crisis, vies with the Nouriel Roubini, the economist, as a rival claimant for the nickname Dr Doom.

Speaking today, Dr Faber said that investors, who control billions of dollars of assets, should start considering the effects of more disruptive events than mere market volatility.

"The next war will be a dirty war," he told fund managers: "What are you going to do when your mobile phone gets shut down or the internet stops working or the city water supplies get poisoned?"

His investment advice, which was the first keynote speech of CLSA’s annual investment forum in Tokyo, included a suggestion that fund managers buy houses in the countryside because it was more likely that violence, biological attack and other acts of a "dirty war" would happen in cities.

He also said that they should consider holding part of their wealth in the form of precious metals "because they can be carried".

One London based hedge fund manager described Mr Faber’s address as "excellent, chilling stuff: good at putting you off lunch, but not something I can tell clients asking me about quarterly returns at the end of March."

Dr Faber did offer a few more traditional investment tips, although their theme fitted his general mode of pessimism.

In Asia, particularly, he said, stock pickers should play on future food and water shortages by buying into companies with exposure to agriculture and water treatment technologies.

World Water Day

Blythe CA Ehrenberg AZ

March 25, 2010

The celebration of World Water Day essentially focuses on LDC countries. California is emerging as the mother of all basket cases as the hedonistic culture here continues to accept ritualistic worship of blatantly corrupt leaders that look away while the water resources are destroyed.

Saving half the water lost through leaky pipes and ill maintained sewage networks could supply 90 million people with clean water, says a UN report released on World Water Day.

By Mike Pflanz, Correspondent March 22, 2010

Lamu, Kenya

Dirty water is killing more people than wars and other violence, the United Nations announced on World Water Day.

Almost all dirty water produced in homes, businesses, farms, and factories in developing countries is washed into rivers and seas without being decontaminated.

And up to 60 percent of supplies that have been purified to the point that they are potable are lost through leaky pipes and ill maintained sewage networks, according to a report released today. Saving half of these lost supplies could give clean water to 90 million people without the need for costly new infrastructure, says the UN.

"The sheer scale of dirty water means more people now die from contaminated and polluted water than from all forms of violence including wars," the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) said.

This includes 2.2 million people whose deaths are attributed to diarrhea, mostly from dirty water, and 1.8 million children aged under five who succumb to water borne diseases. This equates to one infant every 20 seconds.

The findings were presented during a three day conference held in the Kenyan capital, Nairobi, to coincide with the annual focus on clean and sustained water supplies for a human population expected to grow by 50 percent in the next four decades.

"If the world is to survive on a planet of 6 billion people heading to over 9 billion by 2050, we need to get smarter about how we manage wastewaters," Achim Steiner, UNEP's director, said in a press release. "Wastewater is quite literally killing people."

Rivers of Sewage In the Slums

Less than five miles from the downtown conference center hosting the water conference, Grace Gathura spent Monday morning as she always does, queuing for water at a communal tap in Nairobi's Kibera slum.

The shantytown, home to 1 million people largely ignored by the city authorities, is notorious for it's flying toilets.

Without decent latrines in their iron walled huts, people are forced to defecate into plastic bags, which are then unceremoniously thrown out of the door.

The waste is among the 2 million tons of sewage and industrial or agricultural waste that ends up in rivers and streams each day.

Most of those water sources are then also used for cooking and cleaning water.

"I have lived here in Kibera for 12 years, and it is only two years ago that this tap was constructed," Mrs. Gathura said. "Before, there were people selling clean water at prices which are too high for us. But even now, there are many of us who do not find clean water every day, and so many are sick."

According to the UNEP report, more than half of the world’s hospital beds are occupied by people struggling with illnesses linked to contaminated water.

Easy Solutions?

"It may seem like an overwhelming challenge but there are enough solutions where human ingenuity allied to technology and investments in nature's purification systems such as wetlands, forests, and mangroves can deliver clean water for a healthy world," said Mr Steiner.

Aside from recommending a focus on fixing leaky pipes, the World Water Day meeting called for water recycling systems and multimillion dollar investments in sewage treatment works.

But, the UN added, just $20 million could pay for drip irrigation and tread pumps to draw water from wells, which could lift 100 million poor farming families out of extreme poverty.

Open Letter to GLADD

Blythe CA Ehrenberg AZ

April 3, 2010

Friends,

This is a very quick memo composed to GLADD a LGBTi advocacy group. The trajectory of torture is disintegrating. It is in my interest to perform in an open, clean, and hard manner within the law.

This means creating authentic records in the face of unprecedented censorship and sanitization.

David Nollmeyer

Dear GLADD,

I am writing you today to express my concerns over the unrecognized Chemical Assault Scorched Earth. By observation your organization is concerned with the defamation and real world treatment of LGBTi persons. This is why my life history, legal records, and communications should be of the greatest concern to you.

I am strict heterosexual and a member of the ritvik Hare Krishna Movement. This states that I am not following a living diksa teacher (guru) as per se a living a pope. The ritvik platform tends to be more conservative but not exclusively.

This Chemical Assault Scorched Earth has been imposed my natural person. At a lower, but legal level, my United States Citizenship is also attacked.

I have accused LGBTi officers in Los Angeles Police Department of implementing what is now a FULL BLOWN SCORCHED EARTH.

I am focusing my personal and civil response on to sworn competent officials in the main. GLADD has lawyers that are members of the bar and their licensing requires that they report crimes.

I am in Ehrenberg AZ Blythe CA area along the Colorado River. The river is chemically despoiled. It is the source of drinking water for large areas of Southern California, Arizona, and Mexico.

Here the isolation of my person is also paired with propaganda that I am supporting same sex behaviors this false and irrational. Here is an example of what is driving this act of torture in LGBTi history.

The core concept is driven by same sex males of white European descent. They are using lesbian and bisexual females as a front. This will also hostage such persons and possibly implicate such if they willing take part of the conspiracy.

If I state that I am opposed to Gay practices. The methodology will state that it Gay only means lesbianism. They will then attempt to Gay Bait one as Male Same Sex Male MSM practitioner. They will state that this is due to ethnic nationalism. They will attempt to recruit a minority lawyer, possibly a Latino or African American to advocate me.

This is a notorious Strawman tactic. Not a logical use of distribution.

What has occurred is a what computer hackers call a Joe Virus. The directionality of the attack is against heterosexuals. It is blowing back against groups as GLADD and the Campaign for Courage.

There are many levels of analysis. Currently the Gay Marriage and the repeal of Don't Ask, Don't Tell will be damaged against your interests.

The Chemical Assault Scorched Earth severely damages those who are HIV positive.

I will close now with this reference by that was made by Marc Faber. This event concerning my cell phone did happen. My Moto Q was destroyed because I wrote a refutation of Geir Lundestad and the Nobel Organizations choice of Barack Obama for the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize.

Thank you for your consideration.

The Role of Michele Obama and Maria Shriver

Westwood CA

June 18, 2010

As the historical escalation has now risen to 23 years of manifest Chemical Assault Scorched Earth, the role of the first ladies of both the presidency and governor's mansion has also risen in stature. This specific emergence is facilitated by impunity and exposes Presidential First Lady Michelle Obama and Governor First Lady Maria Shriver. Legally I am not sure what liability the two will incur. They are citizens and have intimate knowledge of their husband intents. Their age also exposes the pair to legal and historical scrutiny. Obama is 46 years of age and Shriver is 54. Barack Obama and I will both be 49 in August, Arnold Schwarzenegger is 63. It appears he will die before this event is prosecuted. In 2028 Obama will be 77 years old. Males live slightly longer. If Obama is targeted for a real prosecution his wife will most likely be alive also. Maria Shriver will be statistically dead if one argues that woman live to 79 years.

Both figures are mothers, Michelle with two children and Maria with four. All were born after June 17, 1987. I have no legal issue with these parties at present. These individuals have no concrete experience of life in America without convergent totalitarianism that their parents helped develop and evolve.

There is a catastrophic oilspill in the Gulf of Mexico which began on April 20, 2010 while I was in Blythe. This was committed by British Petroleum BP. The company has created a $20 Billion escrow for liabilities due Gulf residents. No such compensation has even been considered especially for California.

This polarized apperception by the sworn officials and the media creates a very severe differential treatment of citizens. All most all of the areas I have lived in have poor reputations on human rights. Schwarzenegger and Obama should be prosecuted. They do not look like they will step forward. It is also quite difficult for locals to take action because criminals may not receive anything. California would most likely go into bankruptcy attempting to pay and rely on the federal government.

I would be highly interested in seeing both Michelle Obama and Maria Shriver sworn under a Grand Jury to see then perform without the benefit of impunity.

Arsenic Poisoning in Bangladesh Largest in History

Bangladesh Arsenic

Poisoned Feet

(CNN) It could be the worst mass poisoning in history. And the terrible irony is that it may all be due to an idealistic push to clean up drinking water for some of the world's poorest people.A new study published in British medical journal The Lancet says that up to 77 million people in Bangladesh are being exposed to toxic levels of arsenic, potentially taking years or decades off their lives. An international team of researchers from Chicago, New York and Bangladesh followed 12,000 people over the past decade, monitoring their arsenic intake and mortality rates from contaminated wells. By the end of the study, one in five deaths were determined to be directly related to elevated arsenic levels in their system. Stretch that over the entire population that takes it's water from wells, and the impact is daunting. The problem has been known about for years, if not the overall deadly impact.

As far back as a decade ago, the World Health Organization called it "the largest mass poisoning of a population in history... beyond the accidents at Bhopal, India, in 1984, and Chernobyl, Ukraine, in 1986." Well meaning development groups had encouraged remote villages across Bangladesh to dig wells over the past decades, rather than rely on potentially contaminated surface water and dirty rivers. But now potentially a much worse problem has been found far below the surface. Arsenic is a deadly poison with a history of use in intrigue and assassination. Some have even theorized that Napoleon Bonaparte succumbed to long term poisoning with the substance by his enemies while in exile on the island of St. Helena. But the element and it's derivatives are also used in many industries, such as metal smelting and as a component in products ranging from insecticide to microchips.

And unfortunately, it is also found in abundance in the soil and rock in Bangladesh. It's leached up through the water table in tens of millions of water wells across the country. The study showed that the top quarter of those exposed had a 70 percent higher mortality rate than would be expected in the population as a whole. The authors hope for more study, and a long term plan to deal with the damage already done. But a solution for those already poisoned may remain decades away. Other long term health studies have shown it takes 20 years for the negative morbidity effects of arsenic poisoning to dissipate, even after they stopped using contaminated wells.

Iranian Women Sentenced to Stoning

Westwood CA

July 6, 2010

Sakine Mohammedie Ashtiani

Sakine Mohammedie Ashtiani

(CNN) Sajjad Mohammedie Ashtiani travels to a Tabriz jail in Iran every Monday to see his mother. And for 15 minutes each week, he speaks to his mother, Sakine Mohammedie Ashtiani, through the prison glass that divides them.Neither mother nor son ever know if the visit will be their last.

Convicted of adultery in 2006, Ashtiani has been sentenced to be stoned to death for her alleged crime. Originally sentenced to 99 lashes for her alleged "illicit relationship outside of marriage," Ashtiani endured that punishment in front of her then 17 year old son.

"The authorities asked if I wanted to wait outside. I said no. I could not leave my mother alone." Sajjad says it is a day he will never forget. But, he says, that day he thought the worst was over. "I was thinking, OK, they hit her, now it's finished. They told me this process was finished. She's done. She's free to go. "But then a judges' panel in Tabriz suspected Ashtiani of being involved in her husband's murder and re opened her case. She was cleared of the murder charges, but the panel re examined Ashtiani's adultery sentence, and based on unspecified "judges' knowledge," decided she should be put to death for the alleged affair. "At that time it should have been finished. They should have punished her only once," says her son. "Her documents say she is innocent. She paid for the crime five years ago. Human rights activist Mina Ahadi, herself forced to flee a death sentence in Iran almost 30 years ago, has also taken up Ashtiani's cause, working with Sajjad and his sister Farideh to get their message out.She says pressure from outside Iran can make a difference.

"Legally, it's all over, and we have no chance. It's a done deal. Sakine can be stoned at any minute. But we have experienced again and again that when we organize events worldwide, when we protest worldwide, and in particular when we contact European governments and these governments put pressure on the Islamic regime in Iran, sometimes we have a chance." So far, there has been no response from Iranian officials about the Ashtiani case.

And with all legal appeals virtually exhausted, Sajjad says the Tabriz court has told him there is only one thing that can stop his mother's imminent execution. "They told me if supreme leader Ayatollah Khamenei... or Judiciary Chairman Sadegh Larijani grant my mother a letter of pardon, she will go free." Sajjad says he travelled to Tehran six times to obtain that letter, but has been unable to gain an audience with either man. But he refuses to give up. He is turning to the international community in hopes the Iranian government will hear his voice."It is crucial I tell these men what I have to say.

"Dear Mr. Khamenei, Mister Ahmadinejad, and Mister Larijani:

"All I ask for is a letter. I want a letter for my dear mother. Please write this letter of pardon because she is innocent, 100 percent innocent. If you do not have respect for what I am saying, just take a look at her file. You will see she is innocent. "To the people of the world, I want to say, for this situation we are in: Help us. Whoever can tell the government to stop this, please do. If you can pressure Ayatollah Khamenei or Sadegh Larijani to give my family a letter, please get them to send it to us." Sajjad knows he is taking a risk by speaking out so publicly, but says he is not afraid for his own safety." I am just fighting for what is right," he says.

"My mother is a housewife, a good person, a caring mother," Sajjad says. And she has has grown weary of the what seems to be a punishment without end. On his last visit with her she told him, "I can't stay in this prison any longer."

And so Sajjad and his sister Farideh are reaching out in any way they can to try and save their mother's life. In their open letter to the international community circulated on websites, Facebook pages and through human rights organizations late last week their anguish is clear. "Today we stretch out our hands to the people of the whole world," the letter reads. "It is now five years that we have lived in fear and in horror, deprived of motherly love. Is the world so cruel that it can watch this catastrophe and do nothing about it? "We resort to the people of the world, no matter who you are and where in the world you live. Help to prevent this nightmare from becoming reality. Save our mother. "We are unable to explain the anguish of every moment, every second of our lives. Words are unable to articulate our fear." CNN's Mitra Mobasherat and Ben Brumfield contributed to this report.

Open Letter to Attorney General Brown D California

Westwood CA

October 14, 2010

Dear Attorney General Brown,

Tomorrow is the Appearance Day of Srimati Radharini in the Gaudiya Vaishnavism (Hare Krishna Faith). As a prelude to this event I remain isolated in a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth and have lost all drinking materials. I have to purchase all my fluids as the lakes, streams, and tap water in my vicinity here in Westwood, Lassen County are attacked.

In August as Proposition 8 was being overturned I also decided to assert my Right to Marry as a heterosexual. I am increasingly glad I did such. This appears to be aimed at a step ladder sting against President Barack Obama by eventually attempting to strip Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger of his naturalized citizenship. Your political career is also under scrutiny as all other sworn California officials and candidates for office this election.

It appears that events are storyboarded and scripted similar to a movie. Persons respond by defecting to LAPD which contains a Gay Militancy.

Persons should know why they are being Chemically Assaulted. Currently there is a severely confrontation of my personal history. I am claiming that I am PURE HETEROSEXUAL MALE. I HAVE HAD ZERO SAME SEX PARTNERS AND ZERO ACTS OVER 100 PERCENT OF MY LIFESPAN.

Any claim to LGBTi practices would be hate speech. This is religious persecution as well as a sexual orientation hate crime. I have and continue to support Proposition 8.

In this instance Gay Male Same Sex Male MSM officers of LAPD use lesbianism bisexuality to front their MSM lifestyles. They are suffering an inferiority complex and are extorting and blackmailing people from a Glass Closet. As stated I would have a perfect score of 0 as a straight male if 100 was a pure gay male.

I do not support outing of LGBTi persons. This is Racketeering Based and violent in this instance.

LAPD officers are racially biased. They are preferring blonde white bisexuals over females.

My first sexual preference would be heterosexual or opposite sex females. There is certain roster of individuals that LAPD sweeps through this especially important when I can not be ousted. If I have a score of 0 the next person will be exposed as LGBTi whether they are or not.

At this point I would state the second preference is bisexual females. I have no sexual preference for males.

What has been learned and is remarkably positive is that a black bisexual female may emerge as my first preference. This act of emergence has totally damaged any credibility LAPD gay militants may have in the LGBTi community in the future as official recognition of torture comes forward.

I am spiritual person of Japanese American ancestry who is being trained to view persons from a spiritual platform not a bodily platform. I am not attempting to develop any salacious material by stating what is occurring here in California while you are the attorney general and running for governor.

Srimati Radharini is the Supreme Female Personality of Godhead for millions of Vedic practitioners around the world. Having her Appearance Day attacked by Gay Militants in LAPD is very poor act of Gay Misogyny.

As California Attorney General you need to legally respond.

Radhe! Radhe!

New Jersey Governor Christie On Tyler Clementi Suicide

Bishop CA

October 5, 2010

New Jersey Governor Chris Christie today called the suicide of Rutgers University freshman Tyler Clementi an "unspeakable tragedy" and said he can't imagine how the two students accused of secretly filming Clementi can sleep at night "knowing that they contributed to driving that young man" to suicide.

The governor spoke hours after a body that was pulled from the Hudson River was identified as Clementi. The student leaped to his death after his roommate allegedly secretly filmed him during a "sexual encounter" with a man and posted it live on the Internet.

The medical examiner's office said an autopsy revealed the 18 year old had drowned and suffered blunt impact injuries to his torso.

Christie grew emotional when discussing Clementi's death.

"As the father of a 17 year old... I can't imagine what those parents are feeling today, I can't. You send your son to school to get an education with great hopes and aspirations, and I can't imagine what those parents are feeling today," he said.

The governor also wondered about the two students accused of taping Clementi, bragging about it online and then trying to catch him on video a second time.

"There might be some people who can take that type of treatment and deal with it, and there might be others, as this young man obviously was, who was much more greatly affected by it," Christie said. "I have to tell you, I don't know how those two folks are going to sleep at night, knowing that they contributed to driving that young man to that alternative."

The governor said he would not push to have the case prosecuted as a hate crime and would leave that up to the prosecutor, and Middlesex County Prosecutor Bruce J. Kaplan today indicated he would consider bias as an aggravating factor in bringing charges against the two students.

"Now that two individuals have been charged with invasion of privacy, we will be making every effort to assess whether bias played a role in the incident, and, if so, we will bring appropriate charges," Kaplan said.

Clementi's friends who have been reeling since news of the suicide was confirmed Wednesday by the student's family.

"I am just devastated that this happened, especially to such an amazing person," Christina Guentert wrote to ABC News in an email. "Tyler was a remarkable person in many ways; he was always kind, generous, sweet and loyal.

"He always had a smile on his face, and would joke around with me during class even on bad days," wrote Guentert, who went to school with Clementi for seven years in Ridgewood, N.J. "Tyler came off as innocent and sweet, the kind of person that you could rely on and go to for anything."

Clementi was enrolled in Rutger's music program and was an accomplished violinist.

"Not only was Tyler incredibly intelligent, but he was an amazing violin player," said Guentert. "He stood out at every school concert, and never seemed to get nervous. The music really came from his heart."

Obama: It's Getting Better?

Desert Shores CA

October 27, 2010

I believe it is accurate for Obama to paint the colors in broad strokes regarding his support for bullied LGBTi kids. He is entirely serving up a red herring by not addressing the stalking committed against my person since July when at least five youths committed suicide.

I certainly show disdain for the intimidation of LGBTi youths. What needs to be legally addressed is that OUTING by LGBTi members helps foster the climate for stalking. This has occurred to me. Since I am straight the outing failed. Rep. R Asburn of Bakersfield came out while this wave of hatred escalated.

Morality and demonstrable behavior is not consistent with my persecution which is gender based LGBTi versus straight.

Tariq Aziz: Saddam's Dangerously Loyal Courtier

Desert Shores CA

October 27, 2010

Tariq Aziz

Tariq Aziz

By John Simpson

World Affairs Editor, BBC News

Tariq Aziz was Saddam Hussein's loyal courtier.

It is not hard to detect a whiff of revenge in the Iraqi Supreme Court's decision to sentence Tariq Aziz, one of President Saddam Hussein's most loyal supporters, to death.

The accusation by his lawyer, Badee Izzat Aref, that the verdict is politically motivated, will no doubt be angrily dismissed by most Shia politicians in Iraq. But many Sunni politicians will agree, at least quietly.

Tariq Aziz's sharp brain and even sharper tongue made him a great many enemies.

When Saddam Hussein was overthrown by the US led invasion of 2003, Aziz was one of the most hated of his officials.

There was a clear determination in parts of the dysfunctional administration headed by Paul Bremer to see that Tariq Aziz was charged with serious crimes, with the intention of hanging him.

There is little doubt that Aziz's success in winning support in the Arab world, in Russia, and other areas where hostility to the US led invasion was strongest had made him a marked man.

Slowly, though, the US lawyers in Baghdad ceased to insist on his trial for the more serious crimes. But Iraqi lawyers still wanted him put on trial.

He was eventually charged over his supposed part in the execution of several dozen merchants in Baghdad and elsewhere for profiteering in other words, overcharging their customers.

Saddam's Front Man

The court which tried him heard plenty of accusations that Aziz had argued for the execution of the merchants.

Tariq Aziz claimed he tried to dissuade Saddam Hussein from invading Kuwait.

But there was no evidence that a Western court would regard as compelling that he had anything like final responsibility for the carrying out of the executions.

Five months afterwards he received a further seven year sentence for what amounted to the ethnic cleansing of Kurds.

Again, it was clear that Tariq Aziz had strongly supported the policy. But there was no real evidence of his personal involvement and guilt.

His crime, essentially, was that he was Saddam's front man, arguing publicly and cleverly for some of his worst policies.

The Iraqi opposition, like the Americans and their supporters, felt a particular hatred for him.

He was a strong supporter of violent action against Shia and other resistance groups, the crime for which he has been sentenced to death.

But again, it is hard to feel that final proof of his involvement in this kind of action was demonstrated.

Many Iraqis will believe hanging a sick man of 74 will create sympathy for someone who scarcely deserves it.

Tariq Aziz was Saddam Hussein's loyal courtier. If he had questioned his judgments, he would have died. This is not an argument for his innocence, but it does temper his direct responsibility for the policies he backed.

Close To the Edge

Various former figures in Saddam's administration over the years have confirmed that in private, where he dared, Tariq Aziz tried to modify some of his master's views and decisions.

He himself has claimed that he tried to dissuade Saddam from invading Kuwait in 1990, and this seems to be true.

But he was always a dangerous figure, often close to the edge of savage violence.

In January 1991, in the early days of the first Gulf War, I met him in a hotel and started asking him questions he did not like. "If you ask me anything else," he screamed, "I shall have you liquidated." He was clearly capable of carrying out the threat.

Now, though, Tariq Aziz is an old man, broken in health. His execution would reflect badly on Iraq's system of justice, and on the growing influence of extremist Shia on the government.

The carrying out of the death sentence in Iraq in the last five years has not strengthened the country's reputation.

Many Iraqis will also believe that hanging a sick man of 74 will create sympathy for someone who scarcely deserves it.

Open Letter to Rick Jacobs Courage Campaign

Desert Shores CA

December 17, 2010

Rick Jacobs

Rick Jacobs

Dear Rick Jacobs,

Currently I can see that Courage Campaign is active in repealing Proposition 8, defeating Don't Ask, Don't Tell DADT and has considerable input in AIDS HIV issues.

This presents a unique challenge for LGBTi leadership individuals as Evan Wolfson, Kevin Cathcart, Kamala Harris and Gavin Newsom. I say this because The Right to Marry campaign has not addressed my Right to Marry. I have been a strict heterosexual for every moment of my life. I am trapped in a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth here Along the Salton Sea, Desert Shores, California to be exact. This is in the same area as Palm Springs Cathedral City, one of the premier LGBTi communities in the world. The Salton Sea is a Scorched Earth. Food, clothing, and air are also heavily ruined.

If Courage Campaign is exactly that, the organization that you founded and lead, why have you not stepped forward to address my conditions and the suffering of those with AIDS HIV?

The attack is lead by a Gay Militia from LAPD, their choice of label. This also effects the DADT issue as homeland security officers are paramilitary. LGBTi persons are the only group to have failed as police officers. START talks are about to begin and Presidents Reagan through Obama have all been blackmailed and extorted at my and the human race's expense.

This Chemical Assault Scorched Earth is a linear attack on human civilization. The Gay Militia is a Joe Virus. Literally this group will invert all reason resulting in Gay Irrationalism Pre Fascism. Gay Fascism will emerge when LGBTi apologists emerge to condone the history of this attack which started exactly on June 17, 1987 in Dover, Delaware. This is the 200th Anniversary of the United States Constitution.

The allegation is the attack was authored in the past by Cambridge lawyers who were also blackmailed and extorted. They wished to end this event without turning themselves in. In lieu of this I have been trained in the basic process and structure of the design. It reduces to prisoner's dilemma.

What is unique is that if this is movement of Anglo American design it should benefit the Chinese, Iranian, Korean tryad.

It will also damage LGBTi studies which is emergent. There is no manner in which my relationship to the Right to Marry Movement as headed by Courage Campaign et. al. can be valid.

One reason I wrote today is that victims are outperforming mercenaries. This positions the AIDS HIV population as a very powerful contingency. Currently the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth is clearly against those with compromised immune systems. If the spread of AIDS has any other process and structural relationship with my torture, this would be devastating to the current understanding of AIDS HIV.

You and your colleagues should begin to step up an call LAPD and President Obama out on this attack. It is scripted to occur from what I understand in the future. My realization in the past few days is that AIDS HIV population will definitively be factor in reconciling the damage that a Gay Militia has caused.

I wish to live just as dearly as those infected members of the LGBTi community.

Thank you for your consideration.

Radhe Radhe!!!
