Dr. Britt's comparison of mainly Italian and Spanish Fascism lends itself as a template to the emergent New Fascism that is emerging from the United States. This activity appears to have been socially engineered by Cambridge Law School, UK. It appears they have easily blackmailed and extorted the United States Presidents from Reagan to Obama.

The Republican 2012 candidates appear eager to sanitize what is occurring to disguise their histories.

I will give some developmental comments over what has occurred in my perceptions since June 17, 1987.

1. Powerful and Continuing Nationalism: Fascist regimes tend to make constant use of patriotic mottos, slogans, symbols, songs, and other paraphernalia. Flags are seen everywhere, as are flag symbols on clothing and in public displays.

This has not been seen directly but there is a direct attack on American Exceptionalism and Patriotism. Since this activity is designed within treason the absence of any patriots is ambiguous. North Korea alternatively is using tactics to attempt to unify control over their citizens.

2. Disdain for the Recognition of Human Rights: Because of fear of enemies and the need for security, the people in fascist regimes are persuaded that human rights can be ignored in certain cases because of need. The people tend to look the other way or even approve of torture, summary executions, assassinations, long incarcerations of prisoners, etc.

The issue here is that Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch appear to be informant based only seeing what is told or ordered to them. A Chemical Assault Scorched Earth Program based over one citizen out of 313 million persons directly proves cronyism.

3. Identification of Enemies Scapegoats as a Unifying Cause: The people are rallied into a unifying patriotic frenzy over the need to eliminate a perceived common threat or foe: racial, ethnic or religious minorities; liberals; communists; socialists, terrorists, etc.

I am a heterosexual male and have been such for over 50 years. This event is a sexual blackmail and extortion event. Rights are obtained by defection for performing same sex activity. Homosexuality is equivalent to LGBTi or Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgendered intersex. Transgendered persons believe they are trapped in the opposite body of their gender identity. So this activity is being driven by MSM or male same sex male police officers from LAPD California.

5. Rampant Sexism: The governments of fascist nations tend to be almost exclusively male dominated. Under fascist regimes, traditional gender roles are made more rigid. Divorce, abortion and homosexuality are suppressed and the state is represented as the ultimate guardian of the family institution.

See the explanation supra. There is an inverted case where reverse discrimination from LGBTi persons are attacking heterosexuals. If you are same sex you are attacked with a lesser chemical assault. Since I am purely heterosexual the Bill of Rights has been suspended for me. My loss of citizenship means everyone will lose a fractal amount of their rights to destroy United States and United Kingdom legitimacy.

6. Controlled Mass Media: Sometimes the media is directly controlled by the government, but in other cases, the media is indirectly controlled by government regulation, or sympathetic media spokespeople and executives. Censorship, especially in war time, is very common.

As seen the AP, Reuters, CNN, Fox, USATODAY, and New York Times et al. are all part of a Singularity of Censorship. The New Hampshire Primary is tomorrow January 9, 2012 and Barack Obama nor Mitt Romney are anywhere near mentioning the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth on the Colorado River.

9. Corporate Power is Protected: The industrial and business aristocracy of a fascist nation often are the ones who put the government leaders into power, creating a mutually beneficial business government relationship and power elite.

It is easily seen that the Military Complex routinely receives no bid contracts, Chrysler is bailed out continually, the insurance and medical services industries are due to receive several outlays. The federal reserve can order banks to loan and shut others down.

10. Labor Power is Suppressed: Because the organizing power of labor is the only real threat to a fascist government, labor unions are either eliminated entirely, or are severely suppressed.

Wisconsin is attempting a recall of their governor due to labor union constraint legislation.

11. Disdain for Intellectuals and the Arts: Fascist nations tend to promote and tolerate open hostility to higher education, and academia. It is not uncommon for professors and other academics to be censored or even arrested. Free expression in the arts and letters is openly attacked.

There is total hostility of free speech. This presentation is part of the strongest seen out of a 7 billion person world population. The University of California and Ivy League schools are complicit in sanitizing abuse.

12. Obsession with Crime and Punishment: Under fascist regimes, the police are given almost limitless power to enforce laws. The people are often willing to overlook police abuses and even forgo civil liberties in the name of patriotism. There is often a national police force with virtually unlimited power in fascist nations.

The effects of Gay Irrationalism Gay Know Nothing are reflected in creating an anarchic state of liberal hedonism which gives license to acts of sexual abuse. Anyone accused of child abuse, pedophilia is innocent due to the fact that same sex may be an issue children have consented to the sex acts. Their welfare is subordinate to same sex. This a form of antinomianism.

13. Rampant Cronyism and Corruption: Fascist regimes almost always are governed by groups of friends and associates who appoint each other to government positions and use governmental power and authority to protect their friends from accountability. It is not uncommon in fascist regimes for national resources and even treasures to be appropriated or even outright stolen by government leaders.

Barack Obama is a good example. Joe Biden is from Delaware. I worked on his first campaign. His wife and child killed soon after. Janet Napolitano is a US Attorney and governor from Arizona and now Homeland Security Secretary. Arizona is currently an focal target as the Colorado River is despoiled. Hillary Clinton now Secretary of State and was involved in her husband Bill Clinton's administration.

Summary

The current Irrationalism is a forbearer of Anglo American New Fascism. Individualism drives an extortion and blackmail ring with a veneer of LGBTi rights. There is an antagonistic movement between the tacit police activities of stalking, marriage making, breaking, and Chemical Assault Scorched Earth and acts that are overt.

The lack of analization without considering the antagonism between reactionary Gay extremism in the United States and the Islamic states is inferior without recognizing CONCRETE ACTS.

It appears that world peace is being predicated on the power and control of one superpower. The United States is accusing other states of bellicose acts when it is attacking it’s own citizens under censorship.

The pump and dump economics of Fiat Money alienates the poor and places their survival on marginal support of the state. Others may continue as entrepreneurs. A majority of the population work for quid pro quo deals that eventual attack the real white economy. Black market activities are a mainstay of failing states as Mexico. Many cartel figures may seek refuge in smaller states where they will be isolated and arrested or killed.

The emergence of MOEC Studies is a serious academic field. Over 25 years of United States Federal Court work and over11 years of internet journals have supported the position that MOEC is a Cultural Singularity designed as reverse engineering to Technological Singularity. The concept of Superintelligence is severely damaged by MOEC. How can a field as Cognitive Science develop rationality when there are ZERO thinkers in Technological Singularity that are willing to admit that there is a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth Program undermining their study?

In continuation, I believe that mini pads, new data plans with unlimited data, and tablet phones of at least 5 inches are one of the most practical examples of exponential technology.

Solar power, batteries, and solid state are improving as well as HTML 5.

Simply placing technology in the hands of the masses has it's wisdom. The leadership is corrupt and decision making is dependent.

As the 2012 Presidential Campaign is under way, it is clear that Barack Obama or his possible follower has very little interest in the rule of law or human rights. The hypocrisy of environmental abuse and double standards especially those who are HIV AIDS or Hepatitis positive shock the mind. I am doing site maintenance that is nearly three years over due. Obama has proclaimed, "America does not torture." By the hand it appears it is our way or the highway.

Mitt Romney is ahead going into the Florida Primary. I believe that Obama has hit Michelle with the Cinderella story and his children with Midas Man.

He is clearly in a rundown for his physical survival regardless if I am live to see him prosecuted. Historically Pilate has washed his hands.

Since June 17, 1987 there has been a Manifest Chemical Assault Scorched Earth operating in continuo in the United States. I am writing from Desert Shores just west of the Salton Sea in the Coachella Valley in California. This is the third time that the Coachella Music Festival which has a combined attendance of 200,000 has occurred while the Salton Sea has been despoiled.

This attack has been imposed over my natural person and citizenship throughout this time period.

The air is kept contaminated by persons driving with caustic substances in their gas. Air is also contaminated in buildings in my vicinity.

Food is contaminated on site and in factories and shipped.

The Sports Entertainment Complex has emerged quite strongly in this time period with 9 figure net worth $100,000,000 common for the stars.

This is attack is paired with Same Sex Marriage. Proposition 8 and DOMA were both heard by the Supreme Court on March 26 and 27, 2013 respectively. Judgment is expected by July.

This non normative event is also a Singularity Experiment with myself as the subject and President Barack Obama as the target.

The Irrationalist Presidents are Reagan through Obama.

There is a credible belief that Obama may be prosecuted by near 2040. The Singularity is predicted for 2046. The death of British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher in the past days also strengthens this argument.

The music community in the main has supported Obama. The Republicans and Democrats both have sworn officials that will be implicated.

This time period between June 17, 1987 is the Anglo American Irrationalist Era. There is a prima facie case to state that the Irrationalist Presidents: Reagan Obama have been blackmailed into forming an American Vichy.

Undermining tactics are driven by defection via prisoner's dilemma. This includes crime creation. There are 3 million persons infected with Hepatitis C and 1.3 million have been infected by HIV AIDS.

Supporting any of the Irrationalist Presidents would destroy an artists credibility. This type of culture has been directed at Dmitri Shostakovitch and Karlheinz Stockhausen, two true musical geniuses who would clearly stand out. Shostakovitch under Stalin and Stockhausen under the Nazis.

President Barack Obama and his predecessors should be held accountable for criminal and civil liabilities.

I am 51 years old being born August 3, 1961 in Roswell, New Mexico, one day before Obama in Hawaii.

At this point in my life, my opportunities are limited. Obama may be the last President in a planned decadence.

This is a Crime Against Humanity and Treason, Obstruction of Justice, and Intimidation of a witness against the United States.

Art and music is about making a positive statement. It is a positive statement to fill space and time with something spiritual, moral, and legitimate.

To date there are no proponents of Technological Singularity that have recognized the de facto Chemical Assault Scorched Earth program manifested by the United States. This action is imposed over my natural person and citizenship Undermining the human race by an attack on the United States, the Bill of Rights, and President.

This action was a manifest function on June 17, 1987 in an effort to Undermine then President Ronald Reagan.

This tactic is a scripted Cultural Singularity that also is antagonistic to Technological Singularity. It is alleged to be the work of Cambridge Law School professors. These actors appear to be the main authorities in developing the expansion and contraction of the British Empire. The Chemical Assault Scorched Earth is one component of Mobilization of Empire and Civilization or MOEC that is paired with the strategic mission Gay Marriage. The acronym MOEC is not in dispute as a fact.

This attack is currently centered over Westwood, Lassen County, California. It has totally despoiled prominent bodies of water as Lake Almanor in neighboring Plumas County and the Salton Sea in Riverside County.

The issue of Technological Singularity is that if computers become as smart or superior to humans then many Crimes Against Humanity will be uncovered by forensic logic and other technologies. These acts are totally discernible now by hand but would be unavoidable if a POSITIVE SINGULARITY occurs with Superintelligence.

Hence the allegation that Technological Singularity is a Sanitization Program developed by the Anglo American Paradigm is sustained.

The crux of the action alienates one person (my name: Bhakta David Nollmeyer) from my positive Bill of Right protections in the United States and UNDHR rights internationally. This attack is specifically based on a homosexual or same sex qualification. Hence my rights have been alienated strictly on the basis of my being a heterosexual.

There are three main functions of the attack:

The structure and controlling topology of MOEC is (United Kingdom) Cambridge Law School, Scotland Yard, (United States) Los Angeles Police Department, California, Delaware, Delaware State Police, Maryland, Baltimore Police Department, and the Unnamed Baltimore Studio. Here is my long personal article on my decision (and mostly accidental statement!) on not returning to Russia for the time being.

I cannot fight Putin from a cage, whether it's my home in Moscow or a jail cell.

1963 April 13, Garry Kimovich Kasparov was born in Baku, Azerbaijan, then part of the USSR.

1968 Age 5, taught by his father, Kasparov begins playing chess.

1976 Age 12, in January, Kasparov wins Soviet Junior Championship and repeats one year later.

1980 Age 17, Kasparov wins World Junior Championship and earns Grandmaster status.

1984 Challenged Karpov for the world title, resulting in the longest and most famous match in chess history.

After five months, the President of the International Chess Federation called the match off citing player fatigue.

1985 Age 22, Kasparov beats Karpov and becomes youngest World Champion in history: Moscow Nov 9th, 1985.

Exclusive interview with Borislav Ivanov, 25, a low ranked master from Bulgaria, who won five games,drew two others and lost two at a tournament in Zadar, Croatia. What happened in the Zadar Open 2012?

The Zadar Open is a tournament that I've played every year for some time now. Well this was the first time that I tried the A tournament and I think my performance was fantastic although there was so much speculation afterwards.

How did you react to the accusation that you were cheating?

At first I wasn't surprised about the speculations but suddenly they turned very ridiculous. Some people accused me of using technical equipment that only NASA has, I even heard that I had had my own satellite that transmitted moves during the games... this is horrible! I never thought that human imagination can turn so fantastic just because a 2200 ElO player has played some nice games in a tournament

Did the arbiter take your clothes off, or did they just check your pockets?

Well, I know my body is handsome and beautiful, but I didn't find it enough to show them the real sexual affection I have for other people around me, so I just said no, although they checked my pockets very slowly and my jacket and after they found nothing.... well, may be they were a bit disappointed, cause they were 100% sure I was cheating and of course that's a total lie.

How did you manage to beat the Croatian grandmasters?

I don't think there was anything special in my games at all. The Croatian GMs made some horrible mistakes during our games. Of course I practiced a lot with the computer, and after beating Rybka and Houdini by 10-0 each, I was absolutely sure that no one was gonna stop me winning. After all the arbiters were kind of polite and intelligent, you know, the other players weren't though...

Did the arbiters make some mistakes during the chess tournament?

I don't think they made any mistakes at all in the last two rounds they stopped my live streaming because of the speculations, but of course that didn't affect my games much. The most disturbing thing happened on my birthday, the 21st of December! I was kind of celebrating and preparing for a night out to reduce the stress and get rid a bit of the long chess tournament, but the arbiters and the GMs made me a special birthday present, a petition that asks the referee to check if I had any technical equipment on me, one of the best presents I have ever had in my life!

Which is your main profession?

I am actually a student in my home town Blagoevgrad, it's a nice town in South West Bulgaria.

Do you have some other hobby but chess?

Hanging out with friends of mine, visiting night clubs, meeting beautiful girls and so on. [There is a nice picture to illustrate this on the WhyChess page.] Actually, before the Zadar Scandal I wasn't so popular at all, but now I see that the more time is turning the more my popularity rises, I just want to play my own chess style and to have fun playing chess it's still a pity that I am famous for these ridiculous accusations.

Since when do you play chess? Who was your first teacher of chess?

Well I have been playing chess for about ten years, but 2012 was the first time I started learning seriously the chess theory and practicing with a computer. My first chess teacher is my coach Marin Atanasov. He has helped me a lot in my chess progress ever since I have been playing chess. My club is on my side in this scandal, of course and I would like to thank all the people who support me and even make me feel better despite the endless rudeness that I am receiving.

Some people say that you are genius, other that you are cheat, what would you say to them?

Genius or a cheat, that sounds interesting... Well, I'm not a genius, nor a cheat, but just a normal boy that wants to have fun playing chess.

Dear Attorney General Kamala Harris,

In the past week ex Homeland Secretary Janet Napolitano has resigned from the Obama Administration. The regents approved her for the post of the President of the University of California on July 18, 2013. This rapid paradigm shift has focalized what is named MOEC or Mobilization of Empire and Civilization. This is the name of the actual in continuo Chemical Assault Scorched Earth program imposed over my natural person and citizenship here in Westwood, Lassen County, California.

Two Simultaneous Eternities Can Not Exist

At issue is the Sovereign Citizen Relationship and the alienation of my Bill of Right protections. For simplicities purpose we will argue the 8th Amendment, There shall be no cruel and unusual punishment, and the 14th Amendment Equal Protection and Due Process clause.

This Undermining attack is alleged to be the authorship of Cambridge Law School, United Kingdom. These actors have developed a Gay Militia that is guiding the attack from Los Angeles Police Department. There is an ideological construction known as Gay Irrationalism Gay Know Nothing that reflects these actor's human repertoire of intents and actions.

The attack is predicated on a Same Sex Qualification for Constitutional Rights. I am heterosexual.

The algorithm moves from (United Kingdom) Cambridge Law School, Scotland Yard, (United States), LAPD, State of California, the LGBTi Movement to attack my natural person and citizenship. Heterosexuals as myself are involved also but the bias is overwhelmingly LGBTi.

This action is an informant based operation where one either cooperates with the United States Constitution or betrays to MOEC.

There are three major components of this stage of MOEC: Gang Stalking, Electronic Surveillance, Chemical Warfare.

MOEC attempts to create a pathology of failure. Hence one LGBTi police officer is able to decide whether to halt the above three components directly attacking my person.

MOEC is a chemical assault, homosexual blackmail, extortion, obstruction of justice, and intimidation of a witness ring.

Marijuana trafficking and growing is a basis to create a racketeering informant system to Undermine Civilization. This spreads to food, clothing, shelter, and reproduction.

There have been three code names of officers that are prominent in MOEC: Periander, The Fly, Dodo.

Dodo is the officer in question who is running the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth.

I am the Singularity Experiment and Barack Obama is the Singularity Target.

I was born in Roswell, New Mexico in 1961. I will be 52 on August 3, and Obama will be 52 on August 4. We are therefore cohort rivals under both an Ideal Father and Mother Figure and our natural parents.

As seen, I am first a natural person and then a citizen of the United States and California. It is clear the the proximate cause sine qua non has transformed the United States and California into the Machinery of Torture.

If criminal and civil charges were filed against the Sheriff and District Attorney of Lassen, this County would go immediately into bankruptcy. Plumas alone is $1.5 behind on it’s budget. The very first suit would push these rural counties over the edge. The insurance companies will not pay out on simple liability claims to criminals. There is a problem with 90 percent of the population. Lassen will attempt to press charges and counter sue LAPD, City of Los Angeles, County of Los Angeles, United States, Cambridge Law School and the United Kingdom.

You are correctly brought as the County can represent the State in all actions in California. Internationally you are also criminally and civilly liable as LAPD is responsible for many actions especially in Mexico.

On June 17, 1987 in Dover, Delaware, Los Angeles Police Department, California, LAPD launched a preemptive strike against then President Ronald Reagan by imposing Mobilization of Empire and Civilization MOEC over my natural person and citizenship. The allegation here is that Cambridge Law School contains a circle of professors who oversee the expansion and contraction of the British Empire. It appears that between the 1880s and 1930s, most likely the later, a clique of Trinity Theologians wished to expose widespread Crimes Against Humanity that were committed under the color of British Homeland Security.

The Theologians failed to win control over this operation but it appears that they were strong enough to strike an arrangement where this defection model would become exposed. The model was named MOEC to define a Crime Against Humanity that moves through the United Kingdom, Cambridge Law School, Scotland Yard, United States, LAPD, a Gay Militia, and informants in a local jurisdiction.

The Cambridge Lawyers' gender identification was more homosexual then that of the Trinity Theologians whose identity was heterosexual. One should use a behavioral baseline of one consensual same sex act every six months to be considered homosexual.

It appears that the heterosexuals were appalled at the amount of victims that the homosexual side were creating which triggered the confrontation. The same sex platform members were in the minority and needed the defection of the heterosexuals to operate.

MOEC in practice at this stage in History reflects a Tournament between homosexual versus heterosexual individuals.

This structure and process is an Undermining Trojan Horse Virus which reduces to Prisoner's Dilemma. Prima facie MOEC is only a novelty of this model.

MOEC contains two subsystems: 1. Lycurgus 2. Syrinx

Lycurgus is the subsystem where the population is experiencing Targeted Chemical Assaults TCAs and Stalking under Electronic Surveillance. Akbar is the condition where one individual is experiencing the fullblown program converging the TCAs and the Target.

MOEC contains three main components:

The Trojan Horse presentation is built around a false Marriage Program which is indeed a Divorce or Family Breaking program. This action reflects all conjugal relationships.

The family is the main collective unit of governance.

MOEC is a Storyboard reverse sting entrapment. This in reduction yields crime creation as an informant turns evidence on another suspect to remain free from prosecution. Hence by defecting through a policeman, a criminal remains free expanding a criminal enterprise.

MOEC is designed in a hub and node conspiracy. The Proximate Cause are the Cambridge Law School Membership cited above.

To demonstrate their prowess and the sloppiness of Homeland Security, these actors designed the Organic Cell of MOEC.

This model is Prisoner's Dilemma based and processes a holon through various subsystems towards Atomization or ordination under an Ideal social system as the Universal Village Model of the United Nations or per se Varna Asrama of the Vedas. Any social systems paradigm is possible.

MOEC is also designed as a cell with an attempt to create a morphology of a social body similar to the Artificial Man of the Social Contract Theory. Hence in a continuum of development, MOEC is developing reinforcement of itself at the cellular level towards it's expansion.

In physics the primary unit of development is the atom. In biology the primary unit is the cell.

Here the authorship has prepared a parallel analogy of HIV AIDS and MOEC and introduced such into the social environment.

The entire model is also designed as an artificial virus similar to a computer program. Control is the outer boundary of the cell at rest. Any of it's subsystems may operate embedded within or as the outer boundary of the cell. Hence any subsystem may temporarily may act as the suprasystem guiding transformations on other subsystems and components.

Control: This is the cell wall. All social systems have control as part of a mission goal. The military and police are the agents of social control. Here this is achieved by defection. Thus Power and Control rather than Order then Power which is correct. Real rule of law is possible but will always be in disintegration due to self interest and defection.

Particular History and Justice: A combination of events that are historical and supply a basis for justice. Here events as slavery are used as a basis for leveling. This is reality oppression and marginalization. Genealogy and family history are used to redistribute the benefits of the state. Arranging marriages and the like occur from here.

Parameters: This a wall were events take there body from PHJ. This is an analogy to Tatasha Shakti of the Vedas. In reality this is the time, space, and elements of the defection (entrapment) that the police are attempting to implement.

Maze: Space Time: This is the largest space. This is the environment with the Police operating on you. One is under defection and are being entrapped.

Consciousness: This is one's awareness of what is going on. This is stated in the positive.

Rationality: One's ability to make moral decisions based on deduction and induction.

Behaviorism: This is one's external relationship with the environment.

Atomization: This is returning to the elements of nature. This is also the complete fallacy of composition as to claim that 1% of a 100% is the subject and not the accident of a case.

Varna Asrama: Ideal Vedic Social System, any ideal state or end state may be used that is collective.

The direct linkage to HIV AIDS would concern the subsystem Atomization.

The briefing I was given described a history of western actors discovering a disease in Africa Slim or a sleeping disease. The indigenous population was aware of the disease(s). It appears that what is now being presented in the current Wikipedia History of AIDS was at least partially organized as early as June 17, 1987. The most important issue is what is known as Bushmeat Practice. This model describes a theory of zoonosis or the movement of Simian Immunodeficiency Virus SIV from monkeys to humans. Areas as Cameroon have populations that actively hunt wild game resulting in the harvesting and sale of Bush Meat. There is also a blackmarket for these products with expatriates in England. MOEC is claiming that via Prisoner's Dilemma they can import Bush Meat to England with the current SIV type and thus create a new mutation related to HIV AIDS. This implies that they are responsible for the migration of SIV HIV AIDS from Africa to other targets worldwide as one smuggles contraband as narcotics.

The United States and other areas are prone to exposure of Bush Meat Practice and the importation of exotic pets.

Bushmeat Practice

The natural transfer theory Hunter Theory or Bushmeat Theory postulates the virus was transmitted to humans after a hunter or bushmeat vendor handler was bitten or cut while hunting or butchering an ape or monkey. Hence exposure to blood and bodily fluids of the game resulted in SIV infection.

In Central Africa SIV infection has been recorded where the seroreactivity to antigens was 2.3% in the general population of Cameroon; and 7.8% in locations where bushmeat is hunted or consumed. The most exposed persons of these areas had a 17.1% infection rate providing evidence of past or present SIV infection.

It is generally accepted that once SIV infection was present in humans, it's mutation would not be improbable.

The BBC has reported on the blackmarket sale of Bush Meat in Britain and the linkage to SIV.

On Monday, August 3, 2009 02:20 UK, the British Broadcasting Company BBC reported in an article, Scientists find new strain of HIV that, "Gorillas have been found, for the first time, to be a source of HIV."

The main source of human infections HIV 1 strain, t, with 33m cases worldwide at this time, originated from a virus in a chimpanzee.

Researcher Dr David Robertson, from the University of Manchester, stated, "This demonstrates that HIV evolution is an ongoing process."

"The virus can jump from species to species, from primate to primate, and that includes us; pathogens have been with us for millions of years and routinely switch host species."

June 17, 1987 was the date that then President Ronald Reagan was targeted and MOEC imposed over my person.

On June 17, 2010 the BBC reported from the journal Conservation Letters that it is possible that 270 tonnes of illegal bushmeat could be passing through Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris, one of Europe's busiest airports each year, the first study of it's kind estimates.

Research was based on seizures over 17 days. The researchers concluded that, "the illicit trade could pose a risk to human or animal health and increase the demand for meat from threatened species."

During the 17 day study, a total of 134 passengers on 29 flights from 14 African nations were searched.

Nine individuals were smuggling bushmeat, for a mass of 188kg. It is estimated that a lucrative trade in bushmeat products results in a 5 tonne per week traffic.

On January 11, 2012 the BBC reported, Confiscated bushmeat 'poses virus threat, this concerned the interdiction of bushmeat smuggled into the United States with known pathogens and viruses.

Retroviruses and herpesviruses were discovered with samples from remains of endangered monkey species.

Raw, smoked and dried meats were tested for viruses known to be capable of infecting humans.

Pathogens identified were zoonotic retrovirus, simian foamy viruses, and several non human primate herpesviruses.

The journal PLoS One published the findings. In their final Discussions these researchers noted:

Although we did not find SIV or STLV in the limited number of specimens in this study, these viruses have been found in high prevalences in NHP specimens at bushmeat markets and in hunted NHPs (non human primates). HIV 1 and HIV 2 emerged as a result of several spillover events of SIV from chimpanzees and mangabeys, respectively, that were likely hunted for bushmeat in central and western Africa. Serosurveillance studies have shown thirty five different species of African NHPs harbor lentivirus infections, with a prevalence of SIV in up to 35% of free ranging chimpanzees, and 30 to 60% of free ranging sooty mangabeys and green monkeys.

Ian Lipkin of Columbia University's Mailman School of Public Health stated, "Exotic wildlife pets and bushmeat are Trojan horses that threaten humankind at sites where they are collected in the developing world as well as the US."

Theory of HIV Origination and Epidemic Emergence

It is epidemiologically certain that HIV AIDS has a SIV or Simian origination.

The central unresolved issue is whether there is a criminal conspiracy guiding it's transmission or is such an act of randomness and lack of cognitive awareness of the HIV AIDS virus and it's transmission through behaviors.

Simply because two similar events exist does not prove that the events arise from a common Origin.

One must consider the concrete circumstances of the fitness of an individual for the environment of the world of our experience. It is prima facie that I am being held under a program of live human experimentation.

Here HIV AIDS transmission can be attributable to the maladaptation of the individual to the Totality of Circumstances in the cultural setting and environment.

The case being postulated here is that Prisoner's Dilemma provides a very strong axiological support for the exposure of an individual through behaviors with another individual or to Bush Meat products.

An informant who is reciprocating on a quid pro quo basis with a law officer in person or through electronic medium is being conditioned to respond to the color of authority of the officer and the reward.

As seen in the T Maze model the polarity of the an award and punishment may be reversed. Hence navigating the environment to a reward may become in turn a movement towards a punishment.

The childhood game of Simon Says has been proffered as a method to demonstrate the importance of following rules.

In one variation one actor is Simon. This person stands at the head of an array of 16 persons arranged in a symmetrical 4 by 4 square. Simon will give orders as Simon Says, "Put your hands on your head! Do not put your hands on your head!"

Only orders and commands that follow Simon Says are to be followed. Hence "Do not put your hands on your head!," should not be followed. If one does then he or she is out.

Similarly, Simon Says, "Take two steps to your left." Simon Says, "Take two steps forward!." "Put your hands on your head!." The first two commands should be followed not the third. Simon Says, "Grab the person in front of you!" This should be done.

In this manner Simon attempts to keep the players from winning. The last person standing or not out wins and becomes the next Simon.

My alienation under MOEC and it's conditions of cruel and unusual treatment, censorship and sanitization is gender based. My alienation of positive rights is based on my heterosexuality.

HIV AIDS is an infection and a disease that is transmitted through behaviors that pass bodily fluids, especially blood from one individual to another. Hence a lack of simple cognition in the comprehension of the theory and protocols that prevent the spread of HIV AIDS is evident sociologically in many exposed groups of society.

The Center for Disease Control CDC has published the following facts that were inclusive of the year 2010:

1.1 million people in the United States are living with HIV infection. 1 in 5 (18.1%) are unaware of their infection.

Gay, bisexual, and men who have sex with men (MSM), young black African American MSM, are most seriously infected by HIV.

By ethnicity, African Americans suffer the highest incidence of HIV.

In 2010, the CDC estimates that 1,148,200 persons aged 13 years and older are living with HIV infection. There were 207,600 (18.1%) persons unaware of their infection. In the last ten years the number of individuals living with HIV has increased. New infections have decreased annually.

HIV Incidence (new infections): The estimated incidence of HIV is stable at about 50,000 new HIV infections per year.

In 2011, an estimated 49,273 people were diagnosed with HIV. An estimated 32,052 people were diagnosed with AIDS. An estimated 1,155,792 people in the United States have been diagnosed with AIDS since the epidemic began.

Deaths: An estimated 15,529 people with an AIDS diagnosis died in 2010. 636,000 people in the United States with an AIDS diagnosis have died since the epidemic began. An AIDS diagnosis can be due to any cause not only HIV AIDS.

Diagnosis of HIV Infection among Adults: Sex and Transmission Category (2010)

Heterosexuals accounted for 25% of estimated new HIV infections in 2010. They were 27% of people living with HIV infection in 2009. Historically almost 85,000 persons with an AIDS diagnosis, infected through heterosexual sex, have died, with 4,003 in 2010.

Women have accounted for 84% in 2010 of new HIV infections attributed to heterosexual contact or 16% in 2010 by injection drug use. Women are 20% of estimated new HIV infections in 2010 and were 24% of those living with HIV infection in 2009.

Injection drug users represented 8% of new HIV infections in 2010 and 16% of those living with HIV in 2009.

Historically, nearly 182,000 injection drug users with an AIDS diagnosis have died, inclusive of 4,218 in 2010.

One must consider the implications of MOEC as an eclectic defection model which Undermines civilization through the recruitment of informants. Why have I been alienated from Bill of Right Protections based on homosexual or same sex qualification of rights?

It is clear that MOEC has a Strategic Mission of Gay Marriage at the present.

It is designed as a Perfect Dictator System. Part of this mechanism permits the model to be exposed. In turn after analyzing the feedback, the system will purge and harden itself into perpetuity. In this instance the case that Artificial Intelligence or Technological Singularity is being developed to sanitize History and condition Memory is very strong.

MOEC Studies is a defection model approach that argues the United Kingdom is orchestrated by a clique of Cambridge Lawyers who operate in a logarithm to distribute complicity away from the most culpable planners over a span of History.

There is a very strong trend in recognizing that racketeering, especially those systems that involve the piracy and trafficking of goods are related to MOEC or the interests of the United Kingdom. The Iran Contra Scandal with Oliver North being that governmental connection to Barry Seals, then the largest informant flipped by the United States was televised live while my briefing was ongoing under very intense electronic surveillance in Dover, Delaware during 1987. Then Senator Joseph Biden D Delaware was a lead interrogator of the Senate Foreign Relations. Barry Seals was a known importer of tons of cocaine into the United States through his private crop dusting company. Seals was a seasoned pilot in possession of a C 131. His testimony implicated Carlos Leherder of the Medellin Cartel. This crippled the Caribbean Sea routes shifting traffic overland through Mexico towards Los Angeles.

The spread of cocaine is consist with the spread of HIV AIDS especially in African Americans. In Russia, CIS, HIV AIDS and Hepatitis C are strongly linked to Taliban Heroin grown in Afghanistan due to the war and hostilities there.

This linkage also reflect the cognitive behavioristic problem that cocaine, heroin, methamphetamine, alcohol, and marijuana are highly present in the setting in which HIV AIDS is transmitted.

The United States Department of Justice reported in June 2013 that by 2010, state and federal prisons held 20,093 inmates who had HIV or AIDS, down from 20,880 in 2009. The estimated rate of HIV AIDS among persons in custody dropped from 151 HIV AIDS cases per 10,000 inmates in 2009 to 146 per 10,000 in 2010.

The number of state and federal inmates who died from AIDS related diagnosis declined between 2009 and 2010, from 94 to 72 deaths. The rate of AIDS related deaths among inmates with HIV AIDS declined from 47 deaths per 10,000 inmates to 38 per 10,000.

Syria options weighed as U.S. forces move closer

WASHINGTON U.S. naval forces are moving closer to Syria as President Obama considers military options for responding to the alleged use of chemical weapons by the Assad government. The president emphasized that a quick intervention in the Syrian civil war was problematic, given the international considerations that should precede a military strike.

Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel declined to discuss any specific force movements while saying that Mr. Obama had asked the Pentagon to prepare military options for Syria.

The Pentagon has dispatched into the eastern Mediterranean a fourth warship armed with ballistic missiles capable of striking Syrian targets.

A CBS News national security correspondent David Martin reported Friday that the Pentagon is making the initial preparations for a cruise missile attack on Syrian government forces. Such an attack wouldn't happen until the president gives the green light, and it was clear during an interview on CNN Friday that he is not there yet.

Joint Chiefs Chairman Gen. Martin Dempsey is expected to present options for a strike at a White House meeting on Saturday, Martin reported.

On Saturday, a White House official said Mr. Obama would "make an informed decision" about the U.S. response to Wednesday's attack "once we ascertain the facts."

The official referred to the president directing the U.S. intelligence community Thursday to investigate the attack because of the alleged use of chemical weapons.

"We have a range of options available, and we are going to act very deliberately so that we're making decisions consistent with our national interest as well as our assessment of what can advance our objectives in Syria," the official said Saturday.

U.S. Navy ships are capable of a variety of military action, including launching Tomahawk cruise missiles, as they did against Libya in 2011 as part of an international action that led to the overthrow of the Libyan government.

"The Defense Department has a responsibility to provide the president with options for contingencies, and that requires positioning our forces, positioning our assets, to be able to carry out different options whatever options the president might choose," Hagel told reporters traveling with him to Asia.

Hagel said the U.S. is coordinating with the international community to determine "what exactly did happen" near Damascus earlier this week. According to reports, a chemical attack in a suburb of the capital killed at least 1,000 people. It would be the most heinous use of chemical weapons since Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein gassed thousands of Kurds in the town of Halabja in 1988.

Hagel left little doubt that he thinks the attack in Syria involved chemical weapons, although he stressed there is not yet a final answer. In discussing the matter, he said, "it appears to be what happened use of chemical weapons."

In a preview of a "Face the Nation" interview broadcast on "CBS This Morning" Friday, former Secretary of State Colin Powell told CBS News chief Washington correspondent Bob Schieffer that the U.S. has few options in Syria.

"In both Egypt and Syria, America has to take a much more, a much more clever role," Powell told Schieffer in the interview to be broadcast in full on Sunday. "We shouldn't go around thinking that we can really make things happen. We can influence things, and we can be ready to help people when problems have been resolved or one side has prevailed over the other. That's when I think we can play a role."

On "CBS This Morning" Friday, Schieffer said he didn't think the president would send American troops to Syria and that the conflict has to somehow be solved diplomatically.

The United Nations disarmament chief, Angela Kane, arrived in Damascus on Saturday to press the Syrian government to allow U.N. experts to investigate the alleged chemical attacks.

Mr. Obama remained cautious about getting involved in a war that has killed more than 100,000 people and now includes Hezbollah and al Qaeda. He made no mention of the "red line" of chemical weapons use that he marked out for Syrian President Bashar Assad a year ago and that U.S. intelligence says has been breached at least on a small scale several times since.

"If the U.S. goes in and attacks another country without a U.N. mandate and without clear evidence that can be presented, then there are questions in terms of whether international law supports it do we have the coalition to make it work?" Mr. Obama said Friday. "Those are considerations that we have to take into account."

Mr. Obama conceded in an interview on CNN's "New Day" program that the episode is a "big event of grave concern" that requires American attention. He said any large scale chemical weapons usage would affect "core national interests" of the United States and it's allies. But nothing he said signaled a shift toward U.S. action.

U.S. defense officials spoke on condition of anonymity because they weren't authorized to discuss ship movements publicly. But if the U.S. wants to send a message to Assad, the most likely military action would be a Tomahawk missile strike, launched from a ship in the Mediterranean.

For a year now, Mr. Obama has threatened to punish Assad's regime if it resorted to its chemical weapons arsenal, among the world's vastest, saying use or even deployment of such weapons of mass destruction constituted a "red line" for him. A U.S. intelligence assessment concluded in June chemical weapons have been used in Syria's civil war, but Washington has taken no military action against Assad's forces.

U.S. officials have instead focused on trying to organize a peace conference between the government and opposition. Mr. Obama has authorized weapons deliveries to rebel groups, but none are believed to have been sent so far.

In his first comments on Syria since the alleged chemical attack, Mr. Obama said the U.S. is still trying to find out what happened. Hagel said Friday that a determination on the chemical attack should be made swiftly because "there may be another attack coming," although he added that "we don't know" whether that will happen.

After rebels similarly reported chemical attacks in February, U.S. confirmation took more than four months. In this instance, a U.N. chemical weapons team is already on the ground in Syria. Assad's government, then as now, has rejected the claims as baseless.

Mr. Obama also cited the need for the U.S. to be part of a coalition in dealing with Syria. America's ability by itself to solve the Arab country's sectarian fighting is "overstated," he said.

Well, for the last several days President Obama and his entire national security team have been reviewing the situation in Syria, and today I want to provide an update on our efforts as we consider our response to the use of chemical weapons.

What we saw in Syria last week should shock the conscience of the world. It defies any code of morality. Let me be clear: The indiscriminate slaughter of civilians, the killing of women and children and innocent bystanders, by chemical weapons is a moral obscenity. By any standard it is inexcusable, and despite the excuses and equivocations that some have manufactured, it is undeniable.

The meaning of this attack goes beyond the conflict in Syria itself, and that conflict has already brought so much terrible suffering. This is about the large scale, indiscriminate use of weapons that the civilized world long ago decided must never be used at all a conviction shared even by countries that agree on little else. There is a clear reason that the world has banned entirely the use of chemical weapons. There is a reason the international community has set a clear standard and why many countries have taken major steps to eradicate these weapons. There is a reason why President Obama has made it such a priority to stop the proliferation of these weapons and lock them down where they do exist. There is a reason why President Obama has made clear to the Assad regime that this international norm cannot be violated without consequences. And there is a reason why no matter what you believe about Syria, all peoples and all nations who believe in the cause of our common humanity must stand up to assure that there is accountability for the use of chemical weapons so that it never happens again.

Last night after speaking with foreign ministers from around the world about the gravity of this situation, I went back and I watched the videos, the videos that anybody can watch in the social media, and I watched them one more gut wrenching time. It is really hard to express in words the human suffering that they lay out before us. As a father, I can't get the image out of my head of a man who held up his dead child, wailing while chaos swirled around him; the images of entire families dead in their beds without a drop of blood or even a visible wound; bodies contorting in spasms; human suffering that we can never ignore or forget. Anyone who can claim that an attack of this staggering scale could be contrived or fabricated needs to check their conscience and their own moral compass.

What is before us today is real, and it is compelling. So I also want to underscore that while investigators are gathering additional evidence on the ground, our understanding of what has already happened in Syria is grounded in facts informed by conscience and guided by common sense. The reported number of victims, the reported symptoms of those who were killed or injured, the firsthand accounts from humanitarian organizations on the ground like Doctors Without Borders and the Syria Human Rights Commission, these all strongly indicate that everything these images are already screaming at us is real, that chemical weapons were used in Syria.

Moreover, we know that the Syrian regime maintains custody of these chemical weapons. We know that the Syrian regime has the capacity to do this with rockets. We know that the regime has been determined to clear the opposition from those very places where the attacks took place. And with our own eyes, we have all of us become witnesses.

We have additional information about this attack, and that information is being compiled and reviewed together with our partners, and we will provide that information in the days ahead.

Our sense of basic humanity is offended not only by this cowardly crime but also by the cynical attempt to cover it up. At every turn, the Syrian regime has failed to cooperate with the UN investigation, using it only to stall and to stymie the important effort to bring to light what happened in Damascus in the dead of night. And as Ban Ki moon said last week, the UN investigation will not determine who used these chemical weapons, only whether such weapons were used, a judgment that is already clear to the world.

I spoke on Thursday with Syrian Foreign Minister Muallim and I made it very clear to him that if the regime, as he argued, had nothing to hide, then their response should be immediate, immediate transparency, immediate access, not shelling. Their response needed to be unrestricted and immediate access. Failure to permit that, I told him, would tell its own story.

Instead, for five days, the Syrian regime refused to allow the UN investigators access to the site of the attack that would allegedly exonerate them. Instead, it attacked the area further, shelling it and systematically destroying evidence. That is not the behavior of a government that has nothing to hide. That is not the action of a regime eager to prove to the world that it had not used chemical weapons. In fact, the regime's belated decision to allow access is too late, and it's too late to be credible. Today's reports of an attack on the UN investigators, together with the continued shelling of these very neighborhoods, only further weakens the regime's credibility.

At President Obama's direction, I've spent many hours over the last few days on the phone with foreign ministers and other leaders. The Administration is actively consulting with members of Congress and we will continue to have these conversations in the days ahead. President Obama has also been in close touch with the leaders of our key allies, and the President will be making an informed decision about how to respond to this indiscriminate use of chemical weapons. But make no mistake: President Obama believes there must be accountability for those who would use the world's most heinous weapons against the world's most vulnerable people. Nothing today is more serious and nothing is receiving more serious scrutiny.

Myth of the Contemporary Man Part I

September 16, 2001: I arrived in Dover, DE September 9, 2001. On September 11, 2001, four passenger planes were hijacked and piloted into the World Trade Center, Pentagon, and Somerset County, Pennsylvania and thus attacked the United States. The bodies from the Pentagon site are here in Delaware. Similarly the bodies of the U.S.S. Cole were sent to Dover AFB in the last year. I argue that this event known as Akbar is 100% linked to the recent terrorist attacks.

September 11, 2001 may be rendered as 9-11-01; hence the emergency number for the police or fire department. To date Misc. 99-100 and 99-101 are awaiting final orders in the Eastern District for CA (Fresno).

On August 27, 2001 I was in Fort Bragg, Mendocino, California. The situation here is one of the worst from a human rights perspective in the history of the United States. I filed a criminal complaint against the Mendocino Co. Sheriff, District Attorney, and agents et al. The latter would include a total cross section that would be representative of the entire county. Without any cognition of other events, I attempted to file a complaint regarding slander, obstruction of justice, and false imprisonment. I discussed this issue with Lt. Miller of the Mendocino Sheriff Department. He stated that my claims did not rise to the level of a claim. I then had to walk across the hall where I presented the claim to the D.A.'s office. I had to write in N. Vroman on the defendant's side of the cover sheet. The D.A. will review the issue without a formal record.

The substance is one, I am awaiting the final orders in two federal lawsuits and while awaiting such I am still being alienated from my state rights. This is effected by isolating my person and proclaiming that I am a homosexual, bisexual, or transgender. In the previous years, although I do not vote, I worked very hard to ban civil unions and gay marriage. I do not support gay adoption in support of species life. The US federal court upheld the right to dissent from these issues as a private matter although they may be a protected right for the collective.All these acts are malicious and frivolous. I do not cave in to the blackmail and extortion used by LAPD and their agents to facilitate torture. (Currently in 2004 Chief William Bratton is culpable for his department's disgrace).

In the afternoon as I was presenting the complaint, a drug lab was allegedly being set fire to by the chemist or cooks. The resulting fire in Ukiah caused two fire air tankers to collide in mid air. Both pilots were killed. In addition to the fire that is deemed responsible for the crash the general anarchy and sulfuric air mixture surrounding me must also be figured.Due to reasons of health, I dropped school and took a Greyhound bus eastwards on September 7th. I arrived in Dover on September 9th. As stated what was originally part I of this paper was in my Army duffel bag. The last that I saw of the bag was in Chicago at the bus terminal.

Somewhere during the 8th to 10th of the month I awoke and began to listen to National Public Radio. There was a piece on censorship is Singapore. It appears that this citystate and Islamic nation censors music out of fear of national security versus corrupt morals. I remembered from an earlier TV broadcast that I have seen that Singapore boasts the world’s tallest buildings in two inspired office towers. An Islamic heavy metal group named Coffin Cancer was not yet censored and had recorded their version of Bob Marley’s, Get Up, Stand Up and had been interviewed.

The next day or so The Early Show on TV was interrupted. I was able to witness the crash of a jetliner into Building #2 of the World Trade Center live.

As is noted this manuscript is the discovery of a conspiratol act, also to be noted is it's classification of a system and it's name, MOEC. I argue that the events regarding David Nollmeyer and the World Trade Center are related. There is in my opinion a common authorship and abettor. This is University of Cambridge and the United Kingdom. The analysis argues higher structural levels of cognition. Hence, the terrorist cells may be in fact against MOEC, but do not realize their acts are scripted and abetted by a de facto intelligence system. Hence the terrorists are furthering an agenda with different mission goals or ends. This is also a problem of multilateralism. As dependent and lower level agents they are subject to de facto and de jure elimination.

To review, the original Myth of the Contemporary Man was started in Glenwood, NM in about March of 1999. The writ of certiorari of Cv-98-7015 was denied on January 19, 1999. President Clinton was impeached and the Microsoft antimonopoly suit was begun nearly concurrently.

September 20, 2001: President Bush has addressed the congress at 9:00 pm eastern time. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is 8300. The NASDAQ is 1400. The week is shaping up as the worst crash since the Great Depression. Sector investing as airlines and tourism are being disintegrated.

In recapitulation, I read my response of the Organization of American States (OAS) Commission on Human Rights In re: Cv- 99-7018 writ of certiorari denied. I am held under very severe electronic surveillance. Everything I say at times may be heard live on television. All the major media as ABC, NBC, CBS, and CNN are inclusive. Disarmament of Chemical Weapons in Syria

INTERNATIONAL disarmament experts have arrived in the Syrian capital to begin the daunting task of cataloguing the country's arsenal of chemical weapons ahead of it's destruction. Nineteen inspectors from The Hague based Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons travelled by road from Lebanon a day after UN experts left Damascus after probing alleged gas attacks.

Syria's information minister meanwhile insisted that President Bashar al Assad would stay in office and that he had the option to run for another term in elections next year.

Assad's departure is a key demand of the opposition, who insist it must be a pillar of a mooted peace conference in Geneva.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitoring group released a new toll in the conflict, saying more than 115,000 people had been killed since March 2011.

The OPCW inspectors are in Syria to implement UN Security Council Resolution 2118 ordering the elimination of the chemical arsenal by mid 2014.

The UN said they were accompanied by 14 staffers and would begin in the coming days to verify data provided by Assad's regime and plan how the weapons will be destroyed.

The task is huge as the arsenal is believed to include more than 1,000 tonnes of sarin, mustard gas and other banned chemicals stored at an estimated 45 sites across the war torn country.

The OPCW said the inspectors, all volunteers, would meet Syrian government officials late Tuesday before setting off to work.

The mission is the first in OPCW history to take place in a country embroiled by civil war, and the inspectors are to check a list of sites provided by the Damascus regime and conduct on the spot testing.

The UN team that left Damascus on Monday probed seven alleged gas attacks and hopes to present a final report by late October, after an initial one in September confirmed sarin gas was used in August 21 attacks on the outskirts of Damascus.

The United States threatened military action in response, accusing Assad's forces of deliberately killing hundreds of civilians with rocket delivered nerve agents.

Syria denied this but agreed to relinquish it's chemical arsenal, effectively heading off a strike, under a US Russian deal enshrined in the UN resolution.

The OPCW has said it has no reason to doubt information provided by Syria on it's chemical weapons and Assad has said he will comply with the terms of the resolution.

Top on the list of the inspectors, who drove from Beirut to a five star Damascus hotel in a 20 vehicle UN convoy, will be production sites which are to be disabled by late October or early November.

"Expedient methods" will be used to render these production facilities unusable, said an OPCW official.

UN Resolution 2118 also calls for a peace conference to be held as soon as possible in Geneva, and UN chief Ban Ki moon set a target date of mid November.

The prospects for such a conference remain uncertain, however, with Syria insisting Assad's departure is not on the table, despite it being a key demand of the rebels and their backers.

"Syria is staying put: the state, the nation, the people and the president. This is the Syrians' choice," said Information Minister Omran al Zohbi.

"All the people call for President Bashar al Assad to be president of this state, whatever the opposition, the Americans and the traitors say."

Mr Zohbi added Assad had the "right to take a decision" on whether he would run for a new term in mid 2014, when his mandate expires.

Foreign Minister Walid Muallem, speaking at the UN on Monday, also insisted no pre conditions be set for the planned peace conference.

"It is now for those who claim to support a political solution in Syria to stop all hostile practices and policies against Syria, and to head to Geneva without preconditions," he said.

On Tuesday, the Observatory said the toll since the beginning of the conflict had now reached 115,000 people, most of them fighters from both sides.

More than four million people have been displaced inside Syria, and more than 2.1 million have fled across it's borders.

The opposition National Coalition, meanwhile, accused the regime of pressing a campaign to "starve and displace" residents from Moadamiyet al Sham, a Damascus suburb allegedly hit by poisonous gas.

The Observatory reported violence in flashpoints around Damascus and in the northern province of Aleppo, where at least 20 rebels including from al Qaeda affiliate the Al Nusra Front were killed in army bombing intended to open a new supply route between central Syria and Aleppo city.

Malala Yousafzai, the Pakistani teen who survived an assassination attempt by Taliban gunmen, will return to her new home in England after a whirlwind U.S. tour without the Nobel Peace Prize but a round of applause from Americans nonetheless.

Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama thanked Malala at the White House Friday afternoon for her inspiring mission for education. Declaring Oct. 11th the International Day of the Girl, President Obama touted Malala's unwavering conviction to promote the right for all girls to attend schools in spite of increasing threats from the Taliban.

"Across the globe there are girls who will one day lead nations, if only we afford them the chance to choose their own destinies," the president said. "And on every continent, there are girls who will go on to change the world in ways we can only imagine, if only we allow them the freedom to dream. We salute Malala's efforts to help make these dreams come true."

Only 16 years old, she would have been the youngest recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize in history, sharing the prestigious honor with an exclusive club of world leaders past and present like Martin Luther King, Jr., President Obama and Nelson Mandela. She was a popular choice in the West to win the award from among 258 other nominees for the title.

The global non proliferation group, Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, which is working to remove chemical weapons from Syria, won the prize early Friday. The Malala Fund, which works to further the young activist's goal of promoting girls' education, tweeted it's congratulations to the OPCW.

Robin Hanson: One set of issues has to do with existing institutions and what kinds of experts they tend to select, and what kinds of topics they tend to select. Another set of issues has to do with, if you have time and attention and interest, to what degree can you acquire expertise on any given subject, including AGI impacts, or tech forecasting more generally? A somewhat third subject which overlaps the first two is, if you did acquire such expertise, how would you convince anybody that you had it?

I think some people have been brought up in a Popperian paradigm, where there’s a limited scientific method and there’s a limited range of topics it can apply to, and you turn the crank and if it can apply to those topics then you have science and you have truth, and you have something you’ve learned and otherwise everything else is opinion, equally undifferentiated opinion.

I think that's completely wrong. That is, we have a wide range of intellectual methods out there and a wide range of social institutions that coordinate efforts.

Some of those methods work better than others, and then there are some topics on which progress is easier than others, just by the nature of the topic. But honestly, there are very few topics on which you can't learn more if you just sit down and work at it.

Of course, that doesn't mean you simply stare at a wall. Most topics are related to other topics on which people have learned some things. Whatever your topic is, figure out the related topics, learn about those related topics, learn as many different things as you can about what other people know about the related topic, and then start to intersect and connect them to your topic and work on it.

Just blood sweat work can get you a lot of way in a very wide range of topics. Of course, just because you can learn about almost anything doesn't mean you should. It doesn't mean it's worth the effort to society or yourself, and it doesn't mean that there are, for any subject, easy ways to convince other people that you've learned something.

There are methods that you can use, where it becomes easier to convince people of things, and you might prefer to focus on those topics or methods where it is easier to convince people that you know something. A related issue is, how impressed are people about you knowing something?

Many of the existing institutions like academic institutions or media institutions that identify and credential people as experts on a variety of topics function primarily as ways to distinguish and label people as impressive.

People want to associate with, connect with, read about, and hear talks from people who are acknowledged as impressive as part of a network of experts who co acknowledge each other as impressive. It's called status.

Some institutions are dominated by people who are mainly trying to acquire credentials as being impressive, so they can seem impressive, be hired for impressive jobs, have punditry positions that are reserved for impressive people, be on boards of directors, etc.

Also, there are standard procedures by which you would do things so people could say, "Yes, he knows the procedures," and "Yes, you can follow them," and "Yes, those are damn hard procedures. Anybody who can do that must be damn impressive."

But there are things you can learn about that it's harder to become credentialed as impressive at.

Generically, when you just pick any topic in the world because it's interesting or important in some more basic way, it isn't necessarily well suited for being an impressiveness display.

What about futurism? For various aspects of the future, if you sit down and work at it, you can make progress. It's not very well suited for proving that you've made progress, because the future takes a while to get here. Of course, when it does get here, it will be too late for you to gain much advantage from finally having been proven as impressive on the subject.

I like to compare the future to history. History is also something we are uncertain about. We have to take a lot of little clues and put them together, to draw inferences about the past. We have a lot of very concrete artifacts that we focus on. We can at least demonstrate our impressive command of all those concrete artifacts, and their details, and locations, and their patterns. We don't have something like that for the future. We will eventually, of course.

It's much harder to demonstrate your command of the future. You can study the future somewhat by using complicated statistical techniques that we've applied to other subjects. That's possible. It still doesn't tend to demonstrate impressiveness in quite as dramatic a way as applying statistical techniques to something where you can get more data next week that verifies what you just showed in your statistical analysis.

I also think the future is where people project a lot of hopes. They’re just less willing to be neutral about it. People are more willing to say, "Yes, sad and terrible things happened in the past, but we get it. We once believed that our founding fathers were great people, and now we can see they were shits." I guess that's so, but for the future their hopes are a little more hard to knock off.

You can't prove to them the future isn't the future they hope it is. They've got a lot emotion wrapped up in it. Often it's just easier to show you're being an impressive academic on subjects that most people don’t have a very strong emotional commitment for, because that tends to get in the way.

Luke: I have some hunches about some types of scientific training that might give people different perspectives on how well we can do at medium to longterm tech forecasting. I wanted to get your thoughts on whether you think my hunches match up with your experience.

One hunch is that, for example, if someone is raised in a Popperian paradigm, as opposed to maybe somebody younger who was raised in a Bayesian paradigm, the Popperian will have a strong falsificationist mindset, and because you don't get to falsify hypotheses about the future until the future comes, these kinds of people will be more skeptical of the idea that you can learn things about the future.

Or in the risk analysis community, there’s a tradition there that's being trained in the idea that there is risk, which is something that you can attach a probability to, and then there's uncertainty, which is something that you don’t know enough about to even attach a probability to. A lot of the things that are decades away would fall into that latter category. Whereas for me, as a Bayesian, uncertainty just collapses into risk. Because of this, maybe I'm more willing to try to think hard about the future.

Nelson Mandela: Died December 6, 2013

World leaders and stars of entertainment and sport joined South Africans in eulogizing Nelson Mandela on Friday as people from all corners of the globe mourned the revered former president.

A weary looking Jacob Zuma, South Africa’s president, said the outpouring of love was unprecedented and demonstrated the calibre of leader Mandela was. He said the country’s first black president would be given a state funeral on December 15 in Qunu, his rural home in the Eastern Cape province. A memorial service would also be held on Tuesday at the Johannesburg soccer stadium that hosted the 2010 World Cup final.

"We should all work together to organize the most befitting funeral for this outstanding son of our country and the father of our nation," Mr Zuma said. "We'll spend the week mourning his passing and... celebrating a life well lived and a life that we must all emulate for the betterment of our country and Africa."

South Africans reacted to his death, which was announced late on Thursday when many were sleeping, with a mixture of realism and grief. They had known for a long time that Mandela was ailing but with some people uncertain of the future the reality of such an iconic figure finally passing away was still sinking in.

Yet his death is not expected to have a great effect on the stability of Africa's largest economy because he had not been involved in politics for years and his approaching demise was clear. On Friday, an unusually grey summer's day, business mostly continued as usual, albeit under a cloud of sorrow.

"We are relieved that his suffering is over but our relief is drowned in our grief," an emotional Archbishop Desmond Tutu told reporters. "He has taught us how to care together and believe in ourselves and each other."

Still, while also mourning, many chose to celebrate the incredible life of their leader, who marked his 95th birthday earlier this year. "He's irreplaceable," said Paballo Thebe, in the township of Soweto where Mandela once lived. Recalling shaking the elder statesman's hand when he visited his school more than a decade ago, Mr Thebe said: "It [his presence] was like something I’ve not seen."

"Like a prophet, like a super being, that's how powerful he was," he added. "He left something with me."

Sheriff Baca Resigns

Los Angeles County Sheriff Lee Baca announced Tuesday that he would not seek a fifth term in office and would instead retire at the end of the month. Baca, who spent 48 years with the department including 15 as sheriff, was at times emotional as he explained his decision, which he said he made three days ago.

"I will go out on my terms," Baca, 71, said. "The reasons for doing so are so many, most personal and private."

Baca insisted his decision to step down was "based on the highest of concern for the future of the Sheriff's Department." He repeatedly cited the upcoming campaign, which he said had already brought "negative perception" to the department.

"I don't see myself as the future," he said. "I see myself as part of the past."Baca declined to endorse a candidate in the upcoming election but said he had recommended that the L.A. County Board of Supervisors appoint Asst. Sheriff Terri McDonald to oversee the department after he leaves.

He said his greatest accomplishment would be reducing crime rates, and he commended his deputies for their work.

"They have conducted themselves with the utmost integrity and professionalism resulting in yet another year of historic crime reductions in nearly half a century," he said. "In my opinion, your Sheriff's Department is the greatest law enforcement agency in the world."

During the press conference, Baca was asked whether his retirement was connected to the ongoing federal corruption investigation into jail violence and other problems in the department.

Baca indicated it was not, saying: "I'm not afraid of reality. I'm only afraid of people who don't tell the truth."

The news of Baca's decision to step down stunned people inside and outside the agency. He was locked in a tough reelection battle amid several scandals that had beset the department.

Baca told top officials in county government late Monday that he believed stepping down would help the department recover after several years of tumult and criticism, according to sources familiar with the conversations.

His announcement comes a month after federal prosecutors filed criminal charges against 18 current and former sheriff's deputies accused of beating jail inmates and visitors, trying to obstruct the FBI and other crimes following an investigation of corruption inside the nation's largest jail system.

Baca won office in 1998 after his rival, incumbent Sheriff Sherman Block, died days before the election. In the next three elections, Baca easily won in primaries against fields of lesser known candidates, avoiding head to head runoff elections. By 2010, no one bothered to challenge him.

During his career Baca advocated education and rehabilitation programs inside the county jails and reached out to the Muslim community after the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. But his tenure was also marked by periods of violence in the jails as well as overcrowding, which prompted the department to release inmates after serving only a fraction of their terms.

Recently, Baca was coping not just with the FBI probe but searing criticism of his leadership from a blue ribbon commission appointed by the Board of Supervisors to examine allegations of jail abuse.

Last year, the U.S. Department of Justice accused sheriff's deputies of engaging in widespread unlawful searches of homes, improper detentions and unreasonable force as Antelope Valley authorities conducted a systematic effort to discriminate against African Americans who received low income subsidized housing.

The two outside investigations portrayed a troubled department sharply at odds with the vision Baca preached during his 15 years as sheriff. More recently, The Times also reported that the department had hired dozens of officers in 2010 despite background investigations that found they had committed significant misconduct.

Doubts were growing that the previously popular sheriff would be able to win a fifth term as sheriff while facing a challenge from his former top aide, Paul Tanaka, and retired Cmdr. Bob Olmsted.

Earlier Monday, Baca had thrown his support behind a proposal to set up an oversight commission for the Sheriff's Department.

Supervisors Mark Ridley Thomas and Gloria Molina proposed setting up a permanent civilian oversight commission in September, after the U.S. Department of Justice announced that it's civil rights division would investigate the treatment of mentally ill jail inmates in county custody.

Baca publicly took a stance on the proposal in a statement declaring that such a commission would be "consistent with my view on strengthening transparency and accountability, and would serve to further develop law enforcement skills regarding constitutional policing, procedural justice, civil rights and human rights as a whole."

Super PAC Supports Hillary

In the latest sign that Hillary Rodham Clinton will run for president, the nation's largest left leaning super PAC said Thursday that it is raising money for the former secretary of state, an effort that will be led in part by two Bay Area residents.

Jennifer Granholm, a former Michigan governor who now lives in Oakland and teaches public policy at UC Berkeley, will co chair the Priorities Action USA political action committee, along with President Obama's former campaign manager, Jim Messina. UC Berkeley law Professor Maria Echaveste, White House deputy chief of staff under President Bill Clinton, was also named Thursday to the PAC's 14 member board.

Messina's presence is a sign that animosities that built up between the Clinton and Obama camps during the 2008 Democratic primaries have eased. Another indication of improved ties: The executive director of Priorities Action USA is Buffy Wicks, Obama's 2008 California field director.

The group's challenge, Granholm said Thursday, is to keep up with conservative run super PACs. Priorities Action USA raised $79 million during the 2012 campaign, while the pro Mitt Romney RestoreOur Future tallied $153 million and the Karl Rove affiliated American Crossroads, $117 million, according to the nonpartisan Center for Responsive Politics.

This will be very acute due to the despoliation of the Salton Sea and the quid pro quo system.

An interesting facet to MOEC is the Tournament which is a scripted hoax. I have managed to organize MOEC Studies into an Approach. There are about 250 college courses to a University with about 125 taught in a cycle. Considering this, it make take many years under Kuhn Popper methodologies to reach systematization.

The LAPD members who have challenged me have failed to achieve this level of organization while having an asymmetry of information. They are only able to provide particular details without any overall organization.

A further test is that they have damaged the LGBTi Movement while such is achieving some of it's greatest goals.

An interesting sideline is the game of chess. The Gay Militia Members believe that they can work their jobs and surpass in intellectual and physical ability.

They have been crushed in chess. I began studying chess as an adult February 2012. On a good day I practice about 1.5 hours. I have purchased about $300 worth of lessons and Fritz 11. I also use Arena and Lucas.

I am about 1400 give or take 50 ELO points. I should easily hit 1500 by years end. On my tablet I play in the Mobirex 2200 level. It took about six weeks to unlock the program. It starts out at 1000. I fell to 735 slowed down and have an ELO of 1300. This means I have been playing and winning tournaments against higher level players that the program pits against one.

Needless to state, I know basic opening systems in the ECO or Encyclopedia of Chess system. I play E4, D4, Reti, C4 and Nimzo Larsen a flank opening.

What Cambridge has designed is that under the theory of Employment General Equilibrium I am placed with cohort rivals.

The top three chess player are: 1. Magnus Carlsen 2. Levon Aronian 3. Vladimir Kramnik. Aronian has an ELO of about 2800 so he is twice my skill level.

The ELO system is used to rate player vis a vis to one another. It appears that Cambridge is attempting to use the ELO system develop a summon bonum.

LAPD Dodo is falling on his sword. It appears that his ELO in Mobirex is less than 500 during the same time period.

While this may appear superfluous one needs to consider non-normative and normative developmental environments to qualify a perspective.

The Anglo American Oprichniki

The Oprichniki form the trajectory that developed the Russian Mafia and KGB. There is analogy here to a A Clockwork Orange where a futuristic punk gang lead by Alex and his droogs manifest ultraviolent behavior lead by cue of the police and speak strains of Russian.

Expert Witness

The state's case in DeBoer v. Snyder began Monday, and the state's first witness was rejected by the judge. Sherif Girgis, a law student, was scheduled to offer testimony defending opposite sex marriage. The judge said Girgis may become an expert witness some day:

"The fact is you're still a student. Someone else is still grading your papers," said attorney Ken Mogill, co counsel for two Detroit area nurses challenging the gay marriage ban.U.S. District Judge Bernard Friedman said Girgis is smart, articulate and bound to become an expert in his field.

"But not quite yet," Friedman said.

Reuters reports that the judge had a further comment:

U.S. District Judge Bernard Friedman said that Sherif Girgis, a doctoral student in philosophy who wrote a book defending marriage as between a man and woman, did not have enough accomplishments to be considered an expert witness. "Someday you’re going to be a great witness, but you’re not ready yet," Friedman said.

ON THE OCCASION OF THE CANONIZATION OF BLESSED JOHN PAUL II

Dear Fellow Countrymen of Blessed John Paul II!

The moment is near for the canonization of that great man and great pope, known to history by the name of John Paul II. I am happy to have been called to proclaim his sainthood, this Divine Mercy Sunday, at the close of the Easter Octave. I am grateful to John Paul II, as are all members of the People of God, for his inexhaustible service, for his spiritual leadership, for having introduced the Church to the third millennium of the faith and for his extraordinary witness of holiness.

Pope Benedict XVI rightly observed, three years ago, on the day of the beatification of his Predecessor, that what John Paul II asked of everyone, that is, not to be afraid and to open wide the doors to Christ, he was himself the first to do: "society, culture, political and economic systems he opened up to Christ, turning back with the strength of a titan, a strength which came to him from God; a tide which appeared irreversible. By his witness of faith, love and apostolic courage, accompanied by great human charisma, this exemplary son of Poland helped believers throughout the world not to be afraid to be called Christian, to belong to the Church, to speak of the Gospel. In a word: he helped us not to fear the truth, because truth is the guarantee of liberty"(Homily, 1 May 2011). I fully identify with Pope Benedict XVI's words.

We all know that, before travelling the roads of the world, Karol Wojtyla grew in service to Christ and to the Church in his homeland, Poland. It was there his heart was formed, a heart that then swelled to universal dimensions, firstly by participating in the Second Vatican Council, and above all after 16 October 1978, for in him all nations, languages and cultures were given a place. John Paul II was everything for all people.

I thank the Polish people and the Church in Poland for the gift of John Paul II. We have all been enriched by this gift. John Paul II continues to inspire us. He inspires us by his words, his writings, his actions, his style of serving. He inspires us by the suffering he endured with heroic hope. He inspires us by his total self entrustment to Christ, the Redeemer of man, and to the Mother of God.

During the recent visit ad Limina Apostolorum of Polish Bishops, I underlined that the Church in Poland continues to have great potential in faith, prayer, charity and Christian practice. I also focused on the pastoral challenges facing the family, the youth, the poor and vocations to the priesthood and consecrated life. I hope that the canonization of John Paul II, and that of John XXIII as well, may give new impulse to the daily and persevering work of the Church in your homeland. I rejoice in the fact that, God willing, in two year's time I shall for the first time visit your country for World Youth Day.

I invite all of you to profoundly live the canonizations of Blessed John Paul II and Blessed John XXIII. Some of you will be coming to Rome, but thanks to mass media, many more will be able to participate in this great event. Thus, I would like as of today to thank all the journalists of newspapers, radio and television for their service to the canonization this Sunday.

I greet all the fellow countrymen of John Paul II, as well as those who do not belong to the Catholic Church. I carry all of you in my heart. May God bless you all!

Euro Irrationalism Emerges

BRUSSELS: After four days of voting in a sprawling election with nearly 400 million eligible voters spread across 28 countries, fringe political groups pugnaciously hostile to the European Union scored dramatic gains in voting for the European Parliament and delivered a blow to the bruised but still dominant mainstream parties.

Preliminary results indicated that parties strongly opposed to the European Union performed well in several countries, including France, Greece, Britain and Denmark, presenting a stark challenge to champions of greater European integration.

In France, according to official figures announced early Monday, the National Front, the country's largest far right party, won 26 percent of the vote to defeat both the governing Socialists and the Union for a Popular Movement, a center right party. Greece's radical left wing Syriza coalition looked set to beat the party of Prime Minister Antonis Samaras, while Golden Dawn, a neo Nazi outfit that Greek authorities tried in vain to outlaw, also picked up seats.

France's prime minister, Manuel Valls, a Socialist, likened the results to an earthquake while Jean Pierre Bel, the president of the French Senate, denounced them as a "real trauma." Henri Malosse, the president of the European Economic and Social Committee, a Brussels grouping of trade unions and employers, warned that "this may be the last European election if Europe does not change."

But Nigel Farage, the leader of the United Kingdom Independence Party, or UKIP, cheered the outcome and said it would help those in Britain and elsewhere who want to slash the European Union's powers and return decision making to individual states.

"The real effect of these elections, with big Euroskeptic gains in many countries, will be less what happens in Brussels and more what happens within the member states," he told reporters in Brussels via a video link. "I think the day when we have more referendums on E.U. membership and membership of the euro will have come much, much closer with these results tonight."

After more than three decades of falling turnout, however, this year's election managed, barely, to halt the downward spiral, with a parliamentary official saying preliminary results showed 43.1 percent of eligible voters had cast their ballots compared with 43 percent in 2009.

Mainstream center right and center left blocs will continue to dominate the assembly, with the center right European People's Party expected to emerge with 212 seats in the 751 member legislature. But fringe forces will gain a larger platform to promote their hostility to the bureaucracy in Brussels and to immigrants in their home countries.

Leaders of some of the mainstream parliamentary parties held out hope that voters' drift to extremist parties could be reversed.

"This is a bad day for the European Union when the party with such an openly racist, xenophobic and anti Semitic program gets 25 or 24 percent of the vote in France," Martin Schulz, the current president of the European Parliament and the Socialist contender to run the E.U.'s main policy making body, the European Commission, told a news conference early Monday morning. "The reasons behind such a vote for a party like this party in France is not that people are hard core extremists," he said. "They are disappointed. They have lost trust and hope," he said.

Hailed by Europe’s boosters as a way to hold back a wave of public disenchantment and narrow the chasm between citizens and officials, voting for the legislature began last Thursday under the slogan "This time it's different."

But a series of televised debates between the leaders of rival political blocs and other efforts to engage with voters have had scant success breaking through a wall of public indifference to what many Europeans scorn as a remote and overly costly Tower of Babel. The legislature has 24 official languages and shuttles between Brussels, the headquarters of union’s administrative machinery, and the French city of Strasbourg, 270 miles away.

"The European Parliament is predicated on the idea of a European demos," Charles Grant, director of the Center for European Reform, a London based research group, said, using a term meaning shared political culture. "But if this demos does not exist, the Parliament has a very hard time connecting with people."

Politics in Europe remains highly local, making it hard to identify Continent wide trends despite regular pleas from officials in Brussels that voters need to think more as Europeans and widen their horizons beyond national borders. Voter turnout slumped in 17 countries, including Italy, Poland and the Czech Republic, but rose in 11 others like Sweden and Germany.

Aside from it's efforts to restrict snooping by American intelligence agencies in the wake of revelations by Edward J. Snowden, Mr. Grant said, the European legislature "exists inside the Brussels bubble and doesn't talk about things most people care about." It's principal concern, he added, "has been to get more power for itself and more money for the European Union."

The entire assembly decamps once a month to Strasbourg, only to return to Brussels a few days later at a significant cost to taxpayers. Scrapping the trips to Strasbourg would save about $140 million a year.

The shuttles have left the Parliament open to ridicule as a traveling circus. But the arrangement is required by a treaty that cannot be changed without unanimous approval by member states, something that is impossible so long as France refuses to abandon a role for Strasbourg.

National Park Service Recognizes LGBTi History

New York City: The National Park Service, part of the U.S. Department of the Interior, will be conducting a new theme study to help identify places and events associated with the story of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) Americans for inclusion in the parks and programs of the agency, Secretary of the Interior Sally Jewell said. Jewell made the announcement outside the Stonewall Inn in New York City, the site of a riot in 1969 that is widely recognized as a catalyst for the modern civil rights movement in the LGBT community. It is currently the only LGBT associated site that has been designated a national historic landmark by the National Park Service as a property having extraordinary significance in American history.

"We know that there are other sites, like Stonewall Inn, that have played important roles in our nation's ongoing struggle for civil rights," Jewell said. "The contributions of women, minorities and members of the LGBT community have been historically underrepresented in the National Park Service, and the LGBT theme study will help ensure that we understand, commemorate and share these key chapters in our nation's complex and diverse history."

The theme study will be a public private partnership, with funding provided by the Gill Foundation through the National Park Foundation. It is part of the Obama administration's National Park Service Heritage Initiative to ensure that the National Park Service reflects and tells a more complete story of the people and events responsible for building the United States.

"LGBT history is American history," said Gill Foundation founder Tim Gill. "The contributions of LGBT people are part of the great American journey toward full equality, freedom and liberty for all our citizens. While we take this important step to recognize the courageous contributions of LGBT Americans, we need to unite together in the days ahead to ensure we leave none of our fellow Americans behind."

Over the next 12 to 18 months, the National Park Service will work with scholars to explore ways to celebrate and interpret LGBT heritage. The scholars will hold their first meeting in Washington on June 10. The public will be invited to take part in this meeting to learn more about the initiative and share comments on it's initial phases.

The goals of the National Park Service Heritage Initiative include engaging scholars, preservationists and community members to identify, research and tell the stories of LGBT associated properties; encouraging national parks, national heritage areas and other affiliated areas to interpret LGBT stories associated with them; identifying, documenting and nominating LGBT associated sites as national historic landmarks; and increasing the number of listings of LGBT associated properties in the National Register of Historic Places.

The National Register of Historic Places is the nation's inventory of properties deemed to be central to it's history and worthy of recognition and preservation. Currently it includes only four LGBT history related properties.

In 2010, the National Historic Landmark (NHL) Program began actively looking for sites associated with LGBT history that may have the potential to be designated as NHLs or listed in the National Register of Historic Places. The LGBT theme study will expand upon this work, and provide a framework for future site nominations for both the NHL's and National Register of Historic Places. Owner approval for these sites is necessary before nominations can be prepared, and the NHL Program has begun working with the LGBT community to encourage both outreach to owners and the completion of nominations for these properties.

"The National Park Service is America's storyteller and protector of the places where America's history can be found," National Park Service Director Jonathan B. Jarvis said. "As we prepare to celebrate the National Park Service's centennial in 2016, we have rededicated ourselves to sharing more diverse stories of our nation's history, particularly the struggles for civil rights. The last two months have been extremely productive as history convergent with study. Historically the hiring of ex Homeland Secretary Janet Napolitano by UC California and creation of the Islamic State have been two prongs where on could take the bull by the horns. I do not consider this an accident but theater.

Here passivity and prophylaxis could have been made up immediately by seizing upon History with decisiveness.

MOEC is a War Crime. Many persons who were born in 2000 are almost 15 years of age. I believe they on average will live to 100 years of age in the developed countries.

As such they are witnesses to History and should be aware of the duty and responsibility that is being placed upon them.

Chess prodigies are likely to be among these persons. It is not odd to see an under 18 Grandmaster with a 2500 ELO. It takes about five hours per day to achieve this skill level.

Currently I am ready to break through the 1650 barrier. I started playing as an adult in February 2012. My chess career is very close to only 2.5 years. I can only practice 1.5 hours a day. I play mostly blitz and my games last about 3 to 6 minutes.

I will openly state I will try to achieve a UCSF Expert level with a 2000 ELO.

I have developed MOEC Studies to where I am in a near exponential curve.

This began in earnest last October. I have been writing larger books for over three years. This is crystallizing. I do not wish to produce over 1 page per day six days per week. This would be 300 pages a year. This is production. I have been in this mode. I would to develop more finished work. I have to be adaptive however.

World's Mind Games 2014

The fourth SportAccord Mind Games will be held in Beijing, China, between the 9th and 18th of December 2014. The event consisted of five disciplines: chess, bridge, draughts (checkers), go, and xiangqi. This year the chess field is sterling: Carlsen, Aronian, Caruana, Nakamura, Anand, Grischuk, Kramnik, Polgar, Hou Yifan, Muzychuk, Humpy, and Lagno at least according to FIDE.

The World Mind Games are an international multisport event featuring mind sports. Five sports are included on the program: bridge, chess, draughts, go, and xiangqi. The Games were initiated by SportAccord, the umbrella organization for international sports federations and organizers of sports events, in order to bring these sports closer to a worldwide public. The event is staged annually. So far three editions have been held in December in Beijing, China.

I believe as it stands www.powereality.net is a miracle in itself. I will need to rest and finish sanding as much as possible. My classical guitar, math, and chess could use some work. However I am making progress in chess. In the last week I beat Mobialia at the 1900 ELO setting twice once in the B27 Accelerated Dragon and A45 Trompowski.

Not bad considering I was lucky to win at 1400 in January.

Scientists from Princeton University claimed that they have discovered a particle that has the characteristics of a matter and antimatter. The discovery was published online in the Journal Science.

Physics professor and lead researcher Ali Yazdanis aid, "This is more exciting and can actually be practically beneficial, because it allows scientists to manipulate exotic particles for potential applications, such as quantum computing."

For the experiment, researchers placed a long chain made up of a pre magnetic iron atoms on a superconductor composed of lead. Later the team cooled the material to almost sub 457 degrees Fahrenheit and observed them through the huge scanning tunneling microscope.

A central figure, nicknamed Jihadi John, a member of the ISIL cell that uses the name the Beatles, appears in several videos speaking English with an English accent, and appears to have personally conducted the beheadings.

The beheadings received wide coverage around the world along with international condemnation. Political scientist Max Abrahms posited that ISIL may be using well publicized beheadings as a means of differentiating itself from Al Qaeda in Iraq (AQI), and identifying itself with Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the Al Qaeda member who beheaded Daniel Pearl.
