The leader of Gay Militia is code named The Fly. It is apparent that all members of three shifts of officers will call themselves the Fly(ies). Herein they attempt to secure the worst performer morally and legally. This person may retire this year. This would place him at or about 64 to 65 years of age. He or they in turn claim to be Gay advocates for me which is ludicrous and a Red Herring Strawman.

Herein in the journal and other sites a trait of totalitarianism will be seen as to isolate. The Flies claim that I am LGBT and that this will legitimize the scorched earth chemical attacks and electronic surveillance. This is a cognitive defect and abnormal. The rule of law ascertains the Bill of Rights in the United States. I will argue all arguments to have a basis in a resource with criminal and civil laws. The agents of The Flies believe that this cell of LAPD officers, A Gay Militia can obstruct justice indefinitely.

It is no effort for me to remain heterosexual and I will write and continue to advocate this position as I communicate with competent authorities.

As I attempt to work LAPD attempts to constrain my work to below that of The Baltimore Studio or the Girl named Brenda who hassled me when I was finishing college in San Luis Obispo CA. This appears frivolous but this would be less than high school. One should compare the success of the female leadership which is damaged.

There was a massive homicide at Virginia Tech. One of my childhood best friends was an undergraduate at this school. HE IS A SURGEON NOW. This in my opinion is quit humbling because I was slightly smarter at that time.

The VT shooter made similar claims of debauchery and charlatanism against various parties. One can see from my writings that I am non violent in orientation. I am still being portrayed as biker, gangbanger, dealer guy and gay bisexual.

The boundary created by using the profiles above will not help promote the LGBT process.

The conditions now are at an all time low. There has been a sever escalation in the environment depriving me of clean water and clothing. The use of an esoteric emotional state called manjari bhava is used to attack Gaudiya Vaishnavism or the followers of Caitanya. Manjari bhava is Caitanya's contribution to universal religion. This is an advanced state of ecstasy which is based on intense bhakti to Sri Krishna. It is the source of renunciation of SAGES. It is not the basis to smoke ganja or homosexuality. It is quite the opposite. Most of the noteworthy sages who have attained such were traveling mendicant preachers with no possessions save for the clothing which were either found or given in charity.

I have moved to Humboldt County where I first attended College of the Redwoods in 2000. I am falsely baited again as a biker gang member. I do not use drugs, alcohol or gamble. What is also clear here is class stratification and the willingness of the drug and LGBT culture here to entrap and attack one another. Similar to gang cultures I will openly state here that this type of antisocialization will be easy to measure statistically and teach.

What is ongoing everywhere but is more pronounced here is similar to a pool game of cutthroat where one shoots the opponents balls into the pockets.

The external conditions have forced me into Arizona. LAPD appears to mirror every move I make to develop a red herring strawman. Here there is an intense effort to preserve Gov. Janet Napolitano at the expense of Attorney General Stoddard.

I will mount an intense anti drug message. I do not use:

There is also an intense Apollo versus Dionysus paradigm to bait the Vedic paths to drug use while at the end creating less damage to the Christians. A firewall is the LGBT community and it's political and social leaders.

This is bogus and I am in the process of faxing and emailing the largest sworn and unsworn officials.

The Baltimore Studio or The Studio appear to have remuneration in the form of impunity for drug dealing and keeping the proceeds. This is only small perhaps $4000 per anum. The message is to use legal means to economize.

This is absurd. Today I have just written the White House requesting that President Bush resign due to Human Rights abuse. I have also emailed Rudy Giuliani requesting that he drop out of the 2008 Presidential Race.

Prisoner's Dilemma

The core concept of Prisoner's Dilemma has been confirmed. At this escalated level in time. The proactive of always DEFECTING yields a unsustainable Nash Equilibrium.

Informally, a set of strategies is a Nash equilibrium if no player can do better by unilaterally changing his or her strategy. As a heuristic, one can imagine that each player is told the strategies of the other players. If any player would want to do something different after being informed about the others' strategies, then that set of strategies is not a Nash equilibrium. If, however, the player does not want to switch (or is indifferent between switching and not) the set of strategies is a Nash equilibrium.

This simple process of bearing an allegiance to this structure is under the color of law.

There is a tremendous cognitive defect here.

I am going to make a strong defense of my position in Inyo County. Events have occurred here since 1992. I am obviously promoting a faith based religious conservative position. This is also anti drug and anti gang.

I will begin a pro heterosexual position which means donate money to known groups shortly. The use of torture is condoned here as it is with all humans in this country in a general manner which is antisocial. The earth is scorched here. There is a 17,000 care wildfire now.

Here there is a propaganda campaign that is also mixed with the use of illegal drugs. In my Vedic faith, the mainstream Gaudiya Vaishnavas as ISKCON or Gaudiya Math will not accept meat eating, illicit sex, drug use, and gambling.

I do not use drugs and am not part of the subculture. If persons are subpoenaed or seriously investigate, this low level Nash Equilibrium in Prisoner's Dilemma will attack LGBT history. By having all twenty or so members in this cell LGBT there is no check or balance. Moral relativism is not consistent with Vedic though either. The 2008 Presidential candidates also have their integrity compromised.

These officers should have considered the damage to multicultural law enforcement before acting and escalating this event. In this connection one can easily discern the entrapment of the Hare Krishnas. The mainstream faithful should not be using drugs which include marijuana, eating meat, gambling, or having sex outside of marriage. This would only be heterosexual sex.

The Retirement of The Fly

July 13, 2007 allegedly was the retirement of The Fly. This once 65 year old bisexual officer in my opinion will be the baseline archetype personality in the study of pathological lying. This cannot be understated. It appears that a dependent fatalistic culture was orchestrated under a suboptimal Nash Equilibrium.

In focus the Radhanatha escalation occurred on February 13, 2007 along the Colorado River. The Inyo Complex Fire is 80% contained here and the county has been in a state of emergency.

Any water taken from a surface source would have been chemically contaminated. The June Fire still burning as over 80 acres in Mono County has no clean surface water as June Lake has been hit by The Fly.

The remainder of the Gay Militia is LAPD are about twenty members who are about 53 to no more than 59 years of age. They average about 260 pounds in weight.

The Fly has handed off a major escalation. The youngest member is at the most risk for retaliation and prosecution. I am no doubt chemically contaminated from head to toe. I am writing this off a solar panel and a 5 amp battery.

I am a ritvik follower of Srila Prabhupada whose appearance day is today. Jayadvaitya goswami has permission to edit Srila Prabhupada's books. He is more or less rewriting.

What is unique is that if someone were to impeach and place the entire Bush Administration in prison, this event could still endure. LAPD is clearly a higher structural controller over the three executive branches of government. This demonstrates a level of impotence and collusion at what are the highest levels of domestic leadership and the world.

The other law enforcement agencies as Baltimore PD and the Delaware State Police could also be decapitated and LAPD could still substitute personnel.

Single Issue Terror Groups

Here listening to 24/7 365 day a year aggrandizement of Lowest Common Denominator Homosexuality is alarming. LAPD nor any law enforcement figure is legally permitted to aggrandize a political position. LAPD uses a LCD approach to insulate themselves and informant henchpersons. There position is that pornography, drug use dealing, male prostitution female prostitution, pedophilia is a part of accepting the LGBT culture.

Here in Cambria male prostitution is an embarrassment to the entire country. Calling the area an "enclave" in attempt that is immune to being exposed is part of the corrupt task master informant trap. I am afraid of the LGBT groupist? Not in the least. Leading nativistic criminologist Adrian Raine of University of Pennsylvania after analyzing research on 1400 persons stated that killers and antisocial people are more likely to have abnormalities in the prefrontal cortex. This location in forehead is involved in making moral decisions.

"The prefrontal cortex is like the guardian angel of behavior," stated Raine.

Guido Frank, a University of Colorado Denver researcher argues that after analysis of brain scans of aggressive teenage males that abnormalities in the amygdala may also be prevalent.

These preliminary findings according to Raine are the strongest to link abnormalities in the brain to violent behavior. Raine also states that proving brain damage that predisposes one to violence may not be excusable in court.

Motivation Categories

Motivation categories describe terrorist groups in terms of their ultimate goals or objectives. Social

Often particular social policies or issues will be so contentious that they will incite extremist behavior and terrorism. Frequently this is referred to as single issue or special interest terrorism. Some issues that have produced terrorist activities in the United States and other countries are:

Networked Structure

Terrorists are now increasingly part of far more indistinct and broader system of networks than previously experienced. Groups based on religious or single issue motives lack a specific political or nationalistic agenda; they therefore have less need for a hierarchical structure to coordinate the achievement of their goals. Instead, they can depend and even thrive on loose affiliation with like minded groups or individuals from a variety of locations. General goals and targets are announced, and individuals or cells are expected to use flexibility and initiative to conduct the necessary action.

Basic Concepts

Networks consist of nodes. A node may be an individual, a cell, another networked organization, or a hierarchical organization. They may also consist of parts of other organizations, even governments, which are acting in ways that can be exploited to achieve the network's organizational goals.

The effectiveness of a networked organization is dependent on several things. The network achieves longterm organizational effectiveness when the nodes share a unifying ideology, common goals or mutual interests. When there is failure to accept the overall goals of the organization, pieces of the network will drop out. This is less catastrophic than a splintering within a hierarchical group.

Another difficulty for network organizations not sharing a unifying ideology is that nodes can pursue objectives or take actions that do not meet the goals of the organization, or are actually counterproductive. In this instance, the independence of nodes fails to develop synergy between their activities or contribute to common objectives.

Networks distribute the responsibility for operations, and provide redundancies for key functions. The various cells need not contact or coordinate with other cells except for those essential to a particular operation or function. The avoidance of unnecessary coordination or command approval for action provides deniability to the leadership and enhances operational security.

Networks are not necessarily dependent on the latest information technology for their effect. The organizational structure and the flow of information inside the organization are the defining aspects of networks. While information technology can make networks more effective, low tech means such as couriers and landline telephones can enable networks to operate effectively in certain circumstances.

Hub or Star and Wheel

Nodes communicate with one central node. The central node need not be the leader or decision maker for the network. A variation of the hub is a wheel design where the outer nodes communicate with one or two other outer nodes in addition to the hub. A wheel configuration is a common feature of a financial or economic network.

Government Affiliation Categories

Categorizing terrorist groups by their affiliation with governments provides indications of their means for intelligence, operations, and access to types of weapons. U.S. joint doctrine identifies three affiliations: non state supported, state supported, and state directed terrorist groups.

Non state supported. These are terrorist groups that operate autonomously, receiving no significant support from any government.

State supported. These are groups that generally operate independently but receive support from one or more governments.

The definition of the structure is quite profound. The strategic mission to attack the United States has been successful. The intent to arrange my natural person as a LGBT victim has lost. William Bratton has just had his picture attributed here. He is a left of center ideologist from a moral perspective. I have an overlap with Bratton in his Broken Windows theory of criminality which is a socialization theory.

I base my standpoint on an eclectic mix of prominent theories that I apply on a case by case methodology. I believe that that what are most Part 1 felons (individuals) at the psychopath level, hence very cruel persons with multiple victims, I argue that determinism has to be figured in than socialization added to argue aggravation mitigation against the code and the suspect's record.

I base the collective theory on the Hierarchical Crime Multiplier. For every murder how many Part II misdemeanors are there. I would start with drugs as marijuana and substance abuse. The intrusion of government into one's life has been a battleground from classic times to the present day. On Tuesday November 4, 2008 the United States will vote and elect a new president. This individual is in the position to do more damage to the human race, no doubt those living in the jurisdiction of this country than any other person.

The United States is leading the charge in convergent totalitarianism. The presidential elections have been no more than a choice in Perfect Dictator, a democratically elected tyrant. Here totalitarianism replaces the rule of law. Defection to a hegemonic police system, here LAPD trumps constitutional rights.

In the background and dominating the entire system of torture at this time is LGBT rights and an attack on religion.I am emerging as a more devout Gaudiya Vaishnava practitioner as opportunities in the external environment are deprived (bahiranga). Neither candidate, both who are sworn public officials, who are US Senators have recognized systematic human rights abuses ongoing since June 17, 1987. This is the 200th anniversary of the United States Constitution.

Currently I am along the Salton Sea in California. The entire lake is chemically polluted. The air is polluted and exposed food products and as well as packaged products are contaminated.

This election is a convergence of a Perfect Dictator System.

Any individual or group supporting the acts of tyranny committed by the previous four presidents have contributed to one of the largest and definitely most successful acts of censorship in the history of the world.

Corporate History is becoming an important study. The actual emergence and consolidation of many abstract firms is and will be done at the expense of human life. I have lived in Delaware. Dupont is the most prestigious company with a pedigree that dates back to making gunpowder for the Revolutionary War against the British.

Needless to state propping up figures as George W. Bush and Barack Obama with 2000 dollar contributions and soft money will not produce any positive figures from the private sector.

Lord Of The Flies

In this text a plane full of students from a boys military academy crash lands in the ocean. Many boys survive and swim to an island.

Since this is known by the dyad with the hero he is soon hunted down on the island. A fire breaks out and the two are saved by the military.

Queen of England Awards Chief Bratton

On June 4, 2009 Queen Elizabeth II of England awarded England's second highest honor to chief William Bratton of LAPD with the honorary title of Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire.

This peerage was awarded due to his efforts to promote cooperation between England and the United States. Bratton's work as a consultant to diffuse tension in Northern Ireland is cited as a reason.

In consideration of my past twenty plus years of alienation under chemical assault I have to assail the Queen's judgment. I have openly accused LAPD and Scotland Yard for complicity in events here in the United States since June17, 1987. June 17th is Queen's day in England.

The Queen appears to use peerage out of political expediency. If my allegations are true and Chief Bratton if found to be guilty this will result in more than embarrassment for England and the awarding of peerage.
