Australian WWII Strategy:

Australia's defensive doctrine saw a fierce campaign fought along the Kokoda track in New Guinea. This campaign sought to further stretch Japanese supply lines, preventing the invasion of the Australian mainland until the arrival of fresh American troops and the return of seasoned Australian soldiers from Europe. This can be seen as a variant of the war of attrition strategy, where the defender out of necessity had to hold the aggressor at a semi static defensive line, rather than falling back in the face of superior numbers. This method is in stark contrast to the Russian scorched earth policy against Napoleon in 1812, where the defenders yielded home territory in favour of avoiding open battle. In both cases the lack of supplies was successful in blunting the assaults, following exhaustive defensive efforts.

The concepts given as essential in the United States Army Field Manual of Military Operations (FM 3–0) are:

1. Objective (Direct every military operation towards a clearly defined, decisive, and attainable objective)

2. Offensive (Seize, retain, and exploit the initiative)

3. Mass (Concentrate combat power at the decisive place and time)

4. Economy of Force (Allocate minimum essential combat power to secondary efforts)

5. Maneuver (Place the enemy in a disadvantageous position through the flexible application of combat power)

6. Unity of Command (For every objective, ensure unity of effort under one responsible commander)

7. Security (Never permit the enemy to acquire an unexpected advantage)

8. Surprise (Strike the enemy at a time, at a place, or in a manner for which he is unprepared)

9. Simplicity (Prepare clear, uncomplicated plans and clear, concise orders to ensure thorough understanding)

Abstract policies are needed. The failure of human resources as sworn officers has doomed the United States to an inferior level of performance. The military and police are the agents of social control. There will extreme major re evaluations of theory and personnel.

Your text Smart on Crime: A Career Prosecutor's Plan to Make Us Safer (2009) appears to focus on opportunities and economic incentives for criminal and remedies. While I do not totally disagree with this approach I have a very direct observation on crime not only here in the United State but world wide.

I am the only witness of an operation named Mobilization of Empire and Civilization or MOEC. This is synonym made by the Proximate Cause sine qua non which is alleged to be Cambridge Law School.

The criminal knows his own crime. A legal direct confession is the strongest evidence.

I am claiming that crime from International War Crimes to local crime is directed by Prisoner's Dilemma. This is no more than crime creation. Hence there is a hub and node conspiracy developing events from Cambridge Law School.

The two major hubs would be Scotland Yard and Los Angeles Police Department. LAPD then directs nodes into every state and local agency. This would create criminal and civil liabilities for California and Los Angeles County worldwide.

Economics stresses the creation of wealth and storing such in a value as land or money.

A sworn duty bound officer must protect life, limb, and property. My constitutional rights are not being upheld by you as the Attorney General of California. I am in the jurisdiction of this state and so is Los Angeles Police Department. Due process and Equal Protection are a right. You are de facto and negligent in the duties of your office. HIV AIDS positive persons are the next group most likely to trigger a response.

Here is a small example of what real criminal discovery will encounter: MOEC is very rich in gambit and trap lines similar to the game of chess. Such emerged in India and is known by the Hindi name chaturanga or Four Divisions. The staging of MOEC as the Reverse Sting Operation in a Storyboard Entrapment is very acute. Hence the expansion and growth of an empire is designed as a scripted play imposed over territory and actors. Hence imposed over by a third legislator. This implies de facto control.

In Military Strategy the Theater of War specifies that national interests and sovereignty are at stake. An interesting skit has reemerged reflective of the film The Entertainer. I lived in the Bay Area Oakland and Berkeley, California from 1984 to about 1987. In this time frame at the University Theater, A Clockwork Orange was a mainstay. This futuristic movie based on the novel by Anthony Burgess focuses on a futuristic punk gang lead by Alex and his droogs. Located in England, this psychopathic scenario develops the emergence of crime by police leading gangs. Such gangs and police officers break into a theater. The two gangs fight each other on cue on stage until their police leaders can decide whom is stronger.

At the Berkeley Hare Krishna Temple around 1984 to 1986 I was introduced to street preacher who was handing out Bible Tracts in Berkeley and at the University of California Campus. Several key devotees there also met this person. I also was observed this person distributing Bible Tracts on the Campus in Sproule Plaza near the Bear's Lair the campus pub. There were devotees there and Officer Sanchez of Berkeley PD was present. The kidnapping of Jaycee Lee Dugard occurred on June 10, 1991, in South Lake Tahoe, California. Dugard was 11 years old at the time. She remained captive for more than 18 years. On August 24 and 25, 2009, convicted sex offender Phillip Craig Garrido visited the campus of UC Berkeley accompanied by two girls. Their unusual behavior sparked an investigation that led to his bringing the girls to a parole office in Concord, California on August 26, accompanied by a young woman who was then identified as Dugard.

On Facebook I had posted that I had met Garrido at the Temple. In 1976, Garrido kidnapped Katherine Callaway in South Lake Tahoe, California. Garrido was convicted on March 9, 1977 and began serving a 50 year federal sentence on June 30, 1977, at Leavenworth Penitentiary in Kansas. At Leavenworth, Garrido met Nancy Bocanegra, who was visiting another prisoner, her uncle. On October 5, 1981, Garrido and Bocanegra were married at Leavenworth.

On January 22, 1988, Garrido was released from Leavenworth to Nevada State Prison, where he served seven months of a five years to life Nevada sentence. He was transferred to federal parole authorities in Antioch on August 26, 1988. Arrest and Conviction In August 2009, Phillip Garrido began passing out fliers about his new church, God's Desire, on the campus of the University of California, Berkeley. He was with Jaycee, and their two daughters, at the time.

During his solicitation, campus security officers approached him and asked him to register his organization with campus offices. When he did, they discovered Garrido's criminal past and decided to do a quick background check by calling his parole agent. The call proved to be monumental: Garrido's agent was shocked when security officers mentioned his children, as his records showed that he had no children. Authorities were quickly called and soon after, on August 26, 2009, Phillip and his wife, Nancy Garrido, were arrested. Two days later, the Garridos were charged with 29 felony counts, including rape and false imprisonment. According to this data I could not of metGarrido. The original facts are correct sans the fact that this first actor looked like Garrido but was not him.

Acting President Oleksandr Turchynov said in his opening remarks at the Kiev talks that authorities were "ready for a dialogue," but insisted they will not talk to the pro Russia gunmen, which the government has denounced as "terrorists."

"Those armed people who are trying to wage a war on their own country, those who are with arms in their hands trying to dictate their will, or rather the will of another country, we will use legal procedures against them and they will face justice," he said.

Chief Beck Receives Second Term

The Los Angeles Police Commission on Tuesday appointed Charlie Beck to a second term as chief of the city's police department.

With Beck enjoying the strong support of Mayor Eric Garcetti, who appointed the commissioners and made clear in recent weeks that he wanted Beck to remain, the panel's 4 to 1 vote was widely anticipated.

Calling Beck, "a man who has been a distinguished part of this department for 37 years," commission President Steve Soboroff highlighted the city's low crime levels under the chief, including a reduction in gang crime, and his success strengthening the LAPD’s ties to various communities.

"When crimes hit record lows and positive community partnerships hit records highs, good things happen," Soboroff said. "For my vote, the positives far outweigh the negatives."

LAPD Chief Charlie Beck Appointed to Second Term in 4 to 1 Police Commission Vote

Watch: The Los Angeles Police Commission on Tuesday appointed Charlie Beck to a second term as chief of the city's police department.

At a news conference after the vote, Garcetti praised Beck's work as chief, saying, "Today’s LAPD is leap years ahead of where we were."

The decision to keep Beck for a second five year term, however, was not a rubber stamp. In comments made before they cast their votes, some commissioners credited Beck with his accomplishments as chief, but expressed concerns about his leadership style and said they expected him to make improvements quickly.

Commissioner Robert Saltzman, who cast the lone vote against Beck, said the chief had "fallen short of the commission's expectations" in some areas.

The pointed comments punctuated several tough months for Beck, in which he has endured criticism from commissioners and rank and file officers, who have objected to what they see as his uneven approach to disciplining officers. Commissioners also have questioned whether Beck is committed to working closely with his civilian bosses.

At the news conference with Garcetti, Beck reflected on the rough run up to Tuesday's vote.

"The reappointment process was much more difficult than I anticipated," he said. "Just like anything that is difficult, it builds character. Just like anything that is difficult, it teaches lessons. And believe me, I learned lessons."

The recent turmoil muddied what had been a largely successful first term for Beck at the head of the nation's third largest police department.

Under Beck's command, the LAPD has posted statistics showing continued drops in overall crime and dramatic declines in gang crime. The chief is also credited for keeping the agency on an even keel in the wake of considerable budget cuts that included the near elimination of cash payments to officers for working overtime.

In many ways Beck also picked up the mantle of his predecessor, William Bratton. In particular, Beck built on Bratton’s success building the LAPD's ties to poor and minority communities, where the police had long been distrusted as abusive and corrupt.

Saying she "wholeheartedly" supported a second term for Beck, Maria Elena Durazo, executive secretary treasurer of the L.A. County Federation of Labor, highlighted Beck’s close working relationship with unions in the city. "On behalf of labor, I want to say we have never had the level of trust we do today with Chief Beck."

Are they heroes to other towns that are being attacked worldwide? What about the companies that are here which are transnational or local? There is Walmart, Kmart, Shell, Mobil, Chevron, Annehauser Busch, FedEx, and UPS. Are their employees good or are they corrupt?

There is domestic violence being exposed in the NFL which is scripted.

Dodo and the Gay Militia have their family trees placed next to mine and the locals in these areas. Their repertoire is low IQ. It provides ample support for employee testing.

If you follow their line of being here or localism, you are an embarrassment to your family.

This is 2014. MOEC is scripted decadence. Who is going to restore such. This stalking is why workers are being replaced by automation. Anyone whose born and raised here in California should step forward and explain who is liable for the damage.

I would completely expose how LAPD and Cambridge have destroyed their families the families in these, these locations and damaged these companies.

The Islamic State is an alter ego to this event. The Cambridge planners who were being exposed evidently were still functional to script the fraud of al Baghdadi and Obama.

The Weed Boles Fire was no accident. If I had spent the summer their I would have been waiting to catch the Greyhound while the fire happened.

Ghost Patrols

Los Angeles Police deliberately falsified records to make it appear that officers were patrolling city streets when they were not, an investigation by the LAPD's independent watchdog has found.

The deception occurred in at least five of the department's 21 patrol divisions, according to the Police Commission's inspector general, who released a report Friday on the "ghost car" phenomenon. Officers working desk jobs, handing out equipment in stations or performing other duties were logged into squad car computers to make it appear they were on patrol.

The findings bolstered allegations union officials have made in recent months that patrol commanders around the city were using the scheme to mask the fact that they did not have enough officers on patrol to meet staffing levels set by department brass. There is this intentional misperception being put out there that there are more officers on the street than are actually there.

"This has been going on for years," said veteran Officer Mark Cronin, a director in the Police Protective League, which represents rank and file cops. "It is more prevalent in some areas, but it's happening throughout the city...There is this intentional misperception being put out there that there are more officers on the street than are actually there."

LAPD Cmdr. Andrew Smith declined to comment on the findings, citing a meeting Tuesday during which the commission will review the report.

The findings underscore long running struggles within the department to keep a sufficient portion of the roughly 9,900 officers assigned to traditional patrol duties, while also filling the many speciality units and administrative jobs at the department. With nearly 4 million people in a city that sprawls over more than 500 square miles, the LAPD is widely viewed as significantly undersized.

Alex Bustamante, the inspector general, wrote in his report that the practice of manipulating patrol statistics "occurred during multiple shifts at different times of day, involved officers of differing ranks, and was carried out differently depending on who was involved and where they were assigned."

The department's Office of Operations, which oversees patrol deployments, relies on a computer program to analyze various factors and to determine the workload in each division at various times during the day. The program calculates how many patrol cars are needed to allow officers to respond to emergency calls within seven minutes, the department's long established standard, Bustamante wrote.

To keep tabs on the deployment levels, department officials require station supervisors to document in a computer database what assignment each officer was given on every shift. And twice every day, at noon and 10 p.m., a snapshot of deployment statistics for each division and the department's four bureaus is sent by email to senior officials.

The patrol staffing levels are closely monitored and captains who run each division are held accountable if they fall short, Bustamante wrote.

The entire culture, white and grey collar workers are implicated in white, grey, and black market racketeering.

Here there is no manner to accumulate external wealth that is not subject to degradation by Chemical Assault Scorched Earth. Marriages are faced with a 45 percent divorce rate. There are five Gay Marriage cases awaiting certification at the Supreme Court.

The repertoire of Homeland Security is highly suspect. This structure is placed vis a vis with it's alter ego the Islamic State.

These actors wish to confront the British intervention in their culture's ascendancy. They are entrapped in MOEC.

Washington (CNN) Here's a look at some of the techniques the CIA used to interrogate detainees that were included in a Senate Intelligence Committee report released Tuesday.

1. The CIA conducted at least two mock executions among other techniques that went unreported in the agency's cables. Others included "nudity, dietary manipulation, exposure to cold temperatures, cold showers," and rough takedowns.

In another passage, the mock executions are included in a section that also mentions techniques like "placing pressure on a detainee's artery... blowing cigarette or cigar smoke into a detainee's face, using cold water to interrogate detainees, and subjecting a detainee to a 'hard takedown.'"

2. Those rough or hard" takedowns involved CIA officers rushing into a detainee's cell, stripping him naked and running him up and down a long hall while slapping and punching him. "As they ran him along the corridor, a couple of times he fell and they dragged him through the dirt," the report says.

3. The CIA often used sleep deprivation, which "involved keeping detainees awake for up to 180 hours, usually standing or in stress positions, at times with their hands shackled above their heads."

4. The CIA decided that interrogating Abu Zubaydah would take precedence over his medical care. He almost died as a result of waterboarding. In at least one waterboarding session, Abu Zubaydah "became completely unresponsive, with bubbles rising through his open, full mouth." He remained unresponsive until medical intervention, when he regained consciousness and expelled "copious amounts of liquid."

5. The first prisoner at the COBALT detention facility, Redha al Najar, was kept in "isolation in total darkness." The CIA gave him increasingly worse food, kept him in uncomfortably cold temperatures, kept him shackled and hooded and played music 24 hours a day. He wore a diaper and had no access to toilets. And he was described as being left hanging with one or both wrists handcuffed to an overhead bar so he couldn't lower his arms for 22 hours a day for two straight days in an attempt to "'break' his resistance."

6. The CIA threatened the families of detainees. It used that prisoner's "fear for the wellbeing of his family to our benefit," according to the report, by "using 'vague threats' to create a 'mind virus.'" In another section, the report says "CIA officers also threatened at least three detainees with harm to their families to include threats to harm the children of a detainee, threats to sexually abuse the mother of a detainee and a threat to 'cut [a detainee's] mother's throat.'"

7. One detainee faced particularly rough treatment in late 2005. Per the report: "According to CIA records, Abu Ja'far al Iraqi was subjected to nudity, dietary manipulation, insult slaps, abdominal slaps, attention grasps, facial holds, walling, stress positions and water dousing with 44 degree Fahrenheit water for 18 minutes. He was shackled in the standing position for 54 hours as part of sleep deprivation, and experienced swelling in his lower legs requiring blood thinner and spiral ace bandages.

"He was moved to a sitting position, and his sleep deprivation was extended to 78 hours. After the swelling subsided, he was provided with more blood thinner and was returned to the standing position. The sleep deprivation was extended to 102 hours. After four hours of sleep, Abu Ja'far al Iraqi was subjected to an additional 52 hours of sleep deprivation, after which CIA Headquarters informed interrogators that eight hours was the minimum rest period between sleep deprivation sessions exceeding 48 hours. In addition to the swelling, Abu Ja'far al Iraqi also experienced an edema on his head due to walling, abrasions on his neck and blisters on his ankles from shackles."

8. "At least five CIA detainees were subjected to 'rectal rehydration' or rectal feeding without documented medical necessity," the report said. More specifically, "Majid Khan's 'lunch tray' of hummus, pasta with sauce, nuts and raisins was 'pureed' and rectally infused."

9. The CIA officers involved in the detention and interrogation program weren't the most savory bunch. The group "included individuals who, among other issues, had engaged in inappropriate detainee interrogations, had workplace anger management issues and had reportedly admitted to sexual assault," the report said.

10. Some of those who were interrogated didn't have the best thought out plans. After reading a satirical web story called "How to Make an H bomb," U.S. citizen Jose Padilla and his associate, Binyam Mohammed, conceived the "Dirty Bomb Plot."

The report says: "The article instructed would be bomb makers to enrich uranium by placing it "in a bucket, attaching it to a six foot rope, and swinging it around your head as fast as possible for 45 minutes. Padilla and Mohammed approached Abu Zubaydah in early 2002, and later [Khalid Sheikh Mohammed], with their idea to build and use this device in the United States.

"Neither Abu Zubaydah nor KSM believed the plan was viable, but KSM provided funding for, and tasked Padilla to conduct, an operation using natural gas to create explosions in tall buildings in the United States, later known as the 'Tall Buildings Plot.'"

My opinion on the recent terror attacks in France argues that these acts are in part an entrapment of the French themselves by being dependent on the Anglo American Paradigm.

This manner of fatalism dependency reflects the emergence of the Jihadhi Movement itself. Australia, and Germany are also having issues.

The United States and Western Europe are too passive concerning Boko Haram in Nigeria. This static posture will have consequences.

Jon Jay College is considered the Harvard of police work in the United States. I find such suspicious that there is no formal response to MOEC. The conditions since June 17, 1987 define an existential threat against the school itself.

This ideology teaches that no one has the right, regardless of whom he may be, to impose any creed or set of morals on anyone else even if that creed or set of morals is the truth revealed by Allah. FIFA, the international organization that governs soccer has been struck under racketeering statutes where bribery over the past 25 years may total $135 million USD.

Corruption by sworn officials and sports figures is scripted. The use of steroids worldwide begins in pre school and continues well into pro sports, and million dollar contracts. The fact that this took place in a black church obviously also raises questions about a dark part of our history. This is not the first time that black churches have been attacked. And we know that hatred across races and faiths pose a particular threat to our democracy and our ideals.

The hiring practices of LAPD and the lack of employee testing are too low. It is harder to pass high school in the United States then to be a policeman. High School graduation under Common Core is about Algebra III or College Algebra. To start at over $50,000 USD and not have any mathematical acumen is absurd. Dear John Jay,

I am writing you to call your attention to the lack of concern and Official Recognition by the old Department of Justice or now Homeland Security to acknowledge and decapitate the proximate cause of the in continuo Chemical Assault Scorched Earth which began it's manifest function on June 17, 1987 under then President Ronald Reagan whom was a particular target of this structure which is name Mobilization of Empire and Civilization or by it's acronym MOEC. In this instance the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth is imposed over my natural person and citizenship. Hence all other targets whether they are human or physical are fractals.

As John Jay College of Criminal Justice is considered the Harvard of policework this should deeply concern the staff and students of this institution. The alienation of my Bill of Right protections immediately places my person into conflict with the sovereign. Here the classical political philosophy question of the Individual versus the State is concrete with both criminal and civil liabilities.

The authorship is alleged to be a Membership of actors in Cambridge Law School whom have created a hub and node system of informants through prisoner's dilemma worldwide through every police stationhouse. In this manner MOEC is able to expand and contract the British Empire. This allegation is supported by the rise of the Atlantic Group which is now NATO. The Islamic State is also attempting to refute Shirk Conspiracy which posits similar allegations concerning their emergence.

This is higher than the minimum at agencies as LAPD which is only 60 credits. In Arizona four years of math with two Algebra III courses are needed to graduate high school.

This Chemical Assault Scorched Earth would have been prevented had employee testing been rigorous in LAPD. The Gay Militia are well below Algebra III with many officers proficient at only Pre Algebra Arithmetic.

I am a straight A student in Administration of Justice. I believe I would have at least 160 credits at a GPA of 3.27 at CUNY. At University of California grading I have a 151 credits at a GPA of 3.42. It is clearly apparent in several dimensions that as the Singularity Experiment my ability to oppose MOEC and decapitate such as the Proximate Cause sine qua non is forming a baseline of performance.

I have developed what is called MOEC Studies which is an descriptive overview of MOEC. The capstone would be a Nuremberg War Crimes Tribunal. This is already devastating for the average police officer. Hence the recent conflicts between the police and public are corollaries under MOEC.

Here it is not legal for the police to posses hazardous chemicals in the stationhouse. The police do no have the legal right to transport or disseminate these chemicals either. The President of the United States can not condone a War Crime from the White House. I do have the legal right to confront the United States Government. Summary

In close there is no legal right for any actor to use the property of the City University of New York as a principal, accomplice, or accessory to MOEC which a highly elevated conspiracy. The implications of statutes of limitations, pardons, and amnesty are becoming focalized as the damage converges over one's natural life span.

I sincerely believe that any accomplishment in any domain especially computer science is developing a future War Crimes Tribunal targeting Barack Obama.
