A first question emerges. What is Consciousness? Is such a substance or spiritual or matter based and mechanistic? Herein on can discern that two schools of thought exist. Hence we can posit Mechanism versus Faith.
As a process MOEC is has a parametric baseline model from which predictions are deduced from. These predictions are then measured longitudinally over time and space to measure MOEC's success. The success of the Membership is not efficient and MOEC is sustained ad bacuulum or by force.

I will attempt to post such to it's website after February 17, 2014. Events are quite fluid. This text is the quality low hanging fruit. Several texts could easily be written. Taking the initiative is important as many so called experts and standard interpretations are the product of censorship and sanitization.
One should use a minimax baseline to gauge my ability. I state that I have about a 130 IQ and am a 3.5 GPA student in MOEC Studies with a social science concentration. My theology in the Vedanta, Christianity and the History of Political Philosophy is also strong.
I am 5 ft. 10.5 inches. My BMI is less than 25. I never weigh more than 160 lbs. I exercise at least five days per weak.

There is empirically credible evidence to argue that the Authorship of MOEC developed their profiling based on a Tyrant and Informant. A despot would be the upper end of a tyranny. The more universal baseline is the Informant. One becomes a traitor to oneself. The strongest informant rises to the despot. The Platonic system describes this condition.
I am positing that the Anglo American Oprichniki is the secret police that the civilization has become fatalistically dependent upon destroying expertise in socially engineered decadence. Hence there is an in continuo censorship and sanitization of the world's 7.3 billion persons.
At question is also the IQ of the Membership. If I use a baseline 130 + or - 3 points in either direction, the IQ of these actors should be scrutinized with other dimensions of personality. The creation of Gay Irrationalism Gay Know Nothing requires some ability. However the differentiation in Killing off Conscience, hence a value system of what is right or wrong and replicating such through a Gay Militia reveals a dark side. A priori IQ will not guarantee performance.
Theodore Kaczynski, a UC Professor had tested for a 160 IQ in the fifth grade but is was lucky to escape capital punishment.
The creation of Informants will Undermine a culture depriving of the unity a society needs to sustain.
Since this Informant system is at first based in the LGBTi Community they are damaged first. Hence the Wrong Side of History. Persons are entitled to be judged as individuals. At issue still is that I was attacked for being heterosexual. Many Gay Marriage cases are moving through the US Court system. The LGBTi or straight leaders have no response. This is the equivalent to failure.
It is also clear that an ELO system was desired to compare performance vis a vis of two actors.
Chess is a sport that reflects this diagnostic. I have been attempting to learn Chess for two years since 2012. I am about 1400 ELO. On a good day I train about 1.5 hours. A 2500 titled Grandmaster needs to train about 5 hours a day to remain in Tournament shape. Lessons at this level are about $40 to 100 dollars USD per hour.
The Gay Militia will not be competitive is discussing how to place. They will most likely fail in every domain that I choose. This is because I do believe in training. Philosophy, Business (they claim to be salesmen), math, and law will easily fall. This bogus Tournament of much historical interest.
It appears that MOEC Membership Eyeballs a behavior in what they perceive an IQ interval to be. I will reemphasize that the Gay Militia is based on the 80 IQ category. Hence their Undermining will attempt to create a Standard Deviation in a Genius 145 > towards 80.

One of the first trap lines to emerge involves evangelical and Greek translator Benjamin Jowett of Oxford. Thousands of students have read his Penguin Classic The Republic.

The civil war in Syria with it's attendant disintegration is having its predictable and malign effect. Iraq is now in mortal danger. The whole of the Middle East is under threat.
We will have to re think our strategy towards Syria; support the Iraqi Government in beating back the insurgency; whilst making it clear that Iraq's politics will have to change for any resolution of the current crisis to be sustained. Then we need a comprehensive plan for the Middle East that correctly learns the lessons of the past decade. In doing so, we should listen to and work closely with our allies across the region, whose understanding of these issues is crucial and who are prepared to work with us in fighting the root causes of this extremism which goes far beyond the crisis in Iraq or Syria.
It is inevitable that events in Mosul have led to a re run of the arguments over the decision to remove Saddam Hussein in 2003. The key question obviously is what to do now. But because some of the commentary has gone immediately to claim that but for that decision, Iraq would not be facing this challenge; or even more extraordinary, implying that but for the decision, the Middle East would be at peace right now; it is necessary that certain points are made forcefully before putting forward a solution to what is happening now.
3/4 years ago Al Qaida in Iraq was a beaten force. The country had massive challenges but had a prospect, at least, of overcoming them. It did not pose a threat to its neighbours. Indeed, since the removal of Saddam, and despite the bloodshed, Iraq had contained it's own instability mostly within it's own borders.
Though the challenge of terrorism was and is very real, the sectarianism of the Maliki Government snuffed out what was a genuine opportunity to build a cohesive Iraq. This, combined with the failure to use the oil money to rebuild the country, and the inadequacy of the Iraqi forces have led to the alienation of the Sunni community and the inability of the Iraqi army to repulse the attack on Mosul and the earlier loss of Fallujah. And there will be debate about whether the withdrawal of US forces happened too soon.
However there is also no doubt that a major proximate cause of the takeover of Mosul by ISIS is the situation in Syria. To argue otherwise is willful. The operation in Mosul was planned and organised from Raqqa across the Syria border. The fighters were trained and battle hardened in the Syrian war. It is true that they originate in Iraq and have shifted focus to Iraq over the past months. But, Islamist extremism in all it's different manifestations as a group, rebuilt refinanced and re armed mainly as a result of it's ability to grow and gain experience through the war in Syria.
As for how these events reflect on the original decision to remove Saddam, if we want to have this debate, we have to do something that is rarely done: put the counterfactual i.e. suppose in 2003, Saddam had been left running Iraq. Now take each of the arguments against the decision in turn.
The first is there was no WMD risk from Saddam and therefore the casus belli was wrong. What we now know from Syria is that Assad, without any detection from the West, was manufacturing chemical weapons. We only discovered this when he used them. We also know, from the final weapons inspectors reports, that though it is true that Saddam got rid of the physical weapons, he retained the expertise and capability to manufacture them. Is it likely that, knowing what we now know about Assad, Saddam, who had used chemical weapons against both the Iranians in the 1980s war that resulted in over 1m casualties and against his own people, would have refrained from returning to his old ways? Surely it is at least as likely that he would have gone back to them.
The second argument is that but for the invasion of 2003, Iraq would be a stable country today. Leave aside the treatment Saddam meted out to the majority of his people whether Kurds, Shia or marsh Arabs, whose position of stability was that of appalling oppression. Consider the post 2011 Arab uprisings. Put into the equation the counterfactual that Saddam and his two sons would be running Iraq in 2011 when the uprisings began. Is it seriously being said that the revolution sweeping the Arab world would have hit Tunisia, Libya, Egypt, Yemen, Bahrain, Syria, to say nothing of the smaller upheavals all over the region, but miraculously Iraq, under the most brutal and tyrannical of all the regimes, would have been an oasis of calm?
Easily the most likely scenario is that Iraq would have been engulfed by precisely the same convulsion. Take the hypothesis further. The most likely response of Saddam would have been to fight to stay in power. We would have a Sunni leader trying to retain power in the face of a Shia revolt. Imagine the consequences. Next door in Syria a Shia backed minority would be clinging to power trying to stop a Sunni majority insurgency. In Iraq the opposite would be the case. The risk would have been of a full blown sectarian war across the region, with States not fighting by proxy, but with national armies.
So it is a bizarre reading of the cauldron that is the Middle East today, to claim that but for the removal of Saddam, we would not have a crisis.
And it is here that if we want the right policy for the future, we have to learn properly the lessons not just of Iraq in 2003 but of the Arab uprisings from 2011 onwards.
The reality is that the whole of the Middle East and beyond is going through a huge, agonising and protracted transition. We have to liberate ourselves from the notion that wehave caused this. We haven't. We can argue as to whether our policies at points have helped or not; and whether action or inaction is the best policy and there is a lot to be said on both sides. But the fundamental cause of the crisis lies within the region not outside it.
The problems of the Middle East are the product of bad systems of politics mixed with a bad abuse of religion going back over a long time. Poor governance, weak institutions, oppressive rule and a failure within parts of Islam to work out a sensible relationship between religion and Government have combined to create countries which are simply unprepared for the modern world. Put into that mix, young populations with no effective job opportunities and education systems that do not correspond to the requirements of the future economy, and you have a toxic, inherently unstable matrix of factors that was always, repeat always, going to lead to a revolution.
But because of the way these factors interrelate, the revolution was never going to be straightforward. This is the true lesson of Iraq. But it is also the lesson from the whole of the so called Arab Spring. The fact is that as a result of the way these societies have developed and because Islamism of various descriptions became the focal point of opposition to oppression, the removal of the dictatorship is only the beginning not the end of the challenge. Once the regime changes, then out come pouring all the tensions, tribal, ethnic and of course above all religious; and the rebuilding of the country, with functioning institutions and systems of Government, becomes incredibly hard. The extremism destabilizes the country, hinders the attempts at development, the sectarian divisions become even more acute and the result is the mess we see all over the region. And beyond it. Look at Pakistan or Afghanistan and the same elements are present.
Understanding this and analysing properly what has happened, is absolutely vital to the severe challenge of working out what we can do about it. So rather than continuing to re run the debate over Iraq from over 11 years ago, realise that whatever we had done or not done, we would be facing a big challenge today.
Indeed we now have three examples of Western policy towards regime change in the region. In Iraq, we called for the regime to change, removed it and put in troops to try to rebuild the country. But intervention proved very tough and today the country is at risk again. In Libya, we called for the regime to change, we removed it by airpower, but refused to put in troops and now Libya is racked by instability, violence and has exported vast amounts of trouble and weapons across North Africa and down into sub Saharan Africa. In Syria we called for the regime to change, took no action and it is in the worst state of all.
And when we do act, it is often difficult to discern the governing principles of action. Gaddafi, who in 2003 had given up his WMD and cooperated with us in the fight against terrorism, is removed by us on the basis he threatens to kill his people but Assad, who actually kills his people on a vast scale including with chemical weapons, is left in power.
So what does all this mean? How do we make sense of it? I speak with humility on this issue because I went through the post 9/11 world and know how tough the decisions are in respect of it. But I have also, since leaving office, spent a great deal of time in the region and have studied it's dynamics carefully.
The beginning of understanding is to appreciate that resolving this situation is immensely complex. This is a generation long struggle. It is not a war which you win or lose in some clear and clean cut way. There is no easy or painless solution. Intervention is hard. Partial intervention is hard. Non intervention is hard.
Ok, so if it is that hard, why not stay out of it all, the current default position of the West? The answer is because the outcome of this long transition impacts us profoundly. At its simplest, the jihadist groups are never going to leave us alone. 9/11 happened for a reason. That reason and the ideology behind it have not disappeared.
However more than that, in this struggle will be decided many things: the fate of individual countries, the future of the Middle East, and the direction of the relationship between politics and the religion of Islam. This last point will affect us in a large number of ways. It will affect the radicalism within our own societies which now have significant Muslim populations. And it will affect how Islam develops across the world. If the extremism is defeated in the Middle East it will eventually be defeated the world over, because this region is it's spiritual home and from this region has been spread the extremist message.
There is no sensible policy for the West based on indifference. This is, in part, our struggle, whether we like it or not.
Already the security agencies of Europe believe our biggest future threat will come from returning fighters from Syria. There is a real risk that Syria becomes a haven for terrorism worse than Afghanistan in the 1990s. But think also of the effect that Syria is having on Lebanon and Jordan. There is no way this conflagration was ever going to stay confined to Syria. I understand all the reasons following Afghanistan and Iraq why public opinion was so hostile to involvement. Action in Syria did not and need not be as in those military engagements. But every time we put off action, the action we will be forced to take will ultimately be greater.
On the immediate challenge President Obama is right to put all options on the table in respect of Iraq, including military strikes on the extremists; and right also to insist on a change in the way the Iraqi Government takes responsibility for the politics of the country.
The moderate and sensible elements of the Syria Opposition should be given the support they need; Assad should know he cannot win an outright victory; and the extremist groups, whether in Syria or Iraq, should be targeted, in coordination and with the agreement of the Arab countries. However unpalatable this may seem, the alternative is worse.
But acting in Syria alone or Iraq, will not solve the challenge across the region or the wider world. We need a plan for the Middle East and for dealing with the extremism worldwide that comes out of it.
The starting point is to identify the nature of the battle. It is against Islamist extremism. That is the fight. People shy away from the starkness of that statement. But it is because we are constantly looking for ways of avoiding facing up to this issue, that we can't make progress in the battle.
Of course in every case, there are reasons of history and tribe and territory which add layers of complexity. Of course, too, as I said at the outset, bad governance has played a baleful role in exacerbating the challenges. But all those problems become infinitely tougher to resolve, when religious extremism overlays everything. Then unity in a nation is impossible. Stability is impossible. Therefore progress is impossible. Government ceases to build for the future and manages each day as it can. Division tears apart cohesion. Hatred replaces hope.
We have to unite with those in the Muslim world, who agree with this analysis to fight the extremism. Parts of the Western media are missing a critical new element in the Middle East today. There are people, many of them, in the region who now understand this is the battle and are prepared to wage it. We have to stand with them.
Repressive systems of Government have played their part in the breeding of the extremism. A return to the past for the Middle East is neither right nor feasible. On the contrary there has to be change and there will be. However, we have to have a more graduated approach, which tries to help change happen without the chaos.
We were naïve about the Arab uprisings which began in 2011. Evolution is preferable to revolution. I said this at the time, precisely because of what we learnt from Iraq and Afghanistan.
Sometimes evolution is not possible. But where we can, we should be helping countries make steady progress towards change. We should be actively trying to encourage and help the reform process and using the full weight of the international community to do so.
Where there has been revolution, we have to be clear we will not support systems or Governments based on sectarian religious politics.
Where the extremists are fighting, they have to be countered hard, with force. This does not mean Western troops as in Iraq. There are masses of responses we can make short of that. But they need to know that wherever they're engaged in terror, we will be hitting them.
Longer term, we have to make a concerted effort to reform the education systems, formal and informal which are giving rise to the extremism. It should be part of our dialogue and partnership with all nations that we expect education to be open minded and respectful of difference whether of faith culture or race. We should make sure our systems reflect these values; they should do the same. This is the very reason why, after I left office I established a Foundation now active in the education systems of over 20 different countries, including in the Middle East, promoting a programme of religious and cultural coexistence.
We should make this a focal point of cooperation between East and West. China, Russia, Europe and the USA all have the same challenge of extremism. For the avoidance of doubt, I am neither minimising our differences especially over issues like Ukraine, nor suggesting a weakening of our position there; simply that on this issue of extremism, we can and should work together.
We should acknowledge that the challenge goes far further afield than the Middle East. Africa faces it as the ghastly events in Nigeria show. The Far East faces it. Central Asia too.
The point is that we won't win the fight until we accept the nature of it.
Iraq is part of a much bigger picture. By all means argue about the wisdom of earlier decisions. But it is the decisions now that will matter. The choices are all pretty ugly, it is true. But for 3 years we have watched Syria descend into the abyss and as it is going down, it is slowly but surely wrapping its cords around us pulling us down with it. We have to put aside the differences of the past and act now to save the future.

The Book of Daniel can be seen as holon in a system that has been modelled.
In a mechanistic view of this scripture MOEC Studies would argue that a hegemonic alliance has decided Nebuchadnezzar King of Babylon's fate. Every person in the kingdom has been judged. The King also has been measured, quantified, and is being rejected. The hegemonic party has redistributed Babylon and it's resources to other actors: the Medes and Persians.
To date June 19, which is two days after June 17, 2014 the 27th Anniversary of MOEC, ISIS or the Islamic State in Syria and Iraq have stunningly captured a large swath of Iraq. This occurred after major desertion in the Iraqi Army in Mosul, a city of 2 million. Subsequently in 2009 Bowe Berghadahl went missing in Afghanistan. He had been held prisoner until he was released for five Taliban prisoners in the middle of June, just previous to the ISIS surge. He may or may not face charges of desertion.
Collaboration in a War Crime which is a direct attack on the United States has occurred. There is mounting proof that this leg of the mission alone is over 100 years in planning.
Desertion or dereliction of duty, obstruction of justice and treason are charges that sworn officers in the United States and it's citizens must confront.
This is severely acute in Lassen and Plumas Counties in California. The Sarin attacks in Syria occurred last summer and the ISIS this year. Desertion and treason under psychological warfare is problem in both regions read The Wizard of Oz and study defection under the Anglo American Paradigm.
In essence the use of continuous variables versus a discreet system enables War Criminals to weave a Gordian Knot to obstruct justice as they escape.
I have performed the most work in organizing the content of MOEC and it's strategy and tactics.
MOEC has a very dominating structure as a Reverse Sting Operation RSO. In a Sting Operation certified law officers are used undercover to entrap criminals. In a Reverse Sting Operation certified law officers use criminals to entrap other criminals. The dealing of marijuana provides an instructive example (Nollmeyer 2013a).

The use of defection posits directionality. In general an officer should honor his informant. In drug dealing the connection is a priori stronger than the purchaser. The criminal knows his own crime. There shall be no use, manufacture, possession, or distribution of a crime. One can not guide, participate, or receive any proceeds from the enterprise.
In transactional immunity all criminal activity is forgiven if one remains a citizen after turning state's witness. In production or use immunity only activity related to one's criminal activity in question is forgiven. Hence in another case criminal charges could apply.
This system is abused and is crime creation. One literally trades busts for freedom to continue one's racketeering.
The trafficking of marijuana is the focal target of the Ex Deux Maquina. In light of the corruption of the Reverse Sting Operation and Cartel Building, the United States under Obama is experimenting legalization of marijuana.
The major boundary for an expansion of an Empire is to entrap or Reverse Sting History.
At the minimum is desiring to stay in Control.
It appears the Epitaph confirms that creation and exposure of MOEC would occur as a component of the expansion and contraction of the British Empire. This evolves with a future bust out of the United States, it's President, and a vast network of Informants called the Fractals of Kroni.
In the Ayyavazhi faith, the Nadutheerpu (Tamil: நடுத்தீர்ப்பு) is the Final Judgement from which Kroni, the primordial Manifestation of Evil was sentenced to hell. Cambridge has missed a major Target in it's Reverse Sting on History. In it's entrapment it was desired to see all actors attempt to replicate the lead lawyer or The Hand. This is described in Holons I-X. A lottery or relay of a victim desires to entrap the victim to retaliate with the same tactics that are used against him or her. Four takes a stone threatens three to attack two and for two to threaten one. One attempts to reverse this pattern only to get stoned by the first three parties.
This is a very basic Script where informants are the Fractals of Kroni. At issue is that they are also fractals with part of the Chemical Assault imposed over them. Some parties are miniature nodes with a significant Targeted Chemical Assault TCA imposed over them.
Hence a party who goes to the office only to find it filled with a Chemical Mixture is a target. The other workers are also fractals. This will most likely continue after I am dead unless MOEC is decapitated. One should read Origin and Lycurgus I.
Heuristics Versus Algorithms
By necessity a heuristic was always a short term resource to solve a problem. A pure science solution could follow later. There are two qualifications used for a heuristic in computer science (computer science heuristic).
Virus Scanning
Many virus scanners use heuristic rules for detecting viruses and other forms of malware. Heuristic scanning looks for code and or behavioral patterns indicative of a class or family of viruses, with different sets of rules for different viruses.
• Accuracy and precision: Can the heuristic provide a confidence interval for the purported solution? Is the error bar on the solution unreasonably large?
• Execution time: Is this the best known heuristic for solving this type of problem? Some heuristics converge faster than others. Some heuristics are only marginally quicker than classic methods.
Ask the Wizard for a Brain
Dodo is the Prototype for the development of a universal diagnostic for the DSM V Antisocial Psychopath continuum. It is alleged that his superior officers in part are Lieutenant Computer Scientists at LAPD. They too are MSM. It is Dodo's personality that has been prepared as the extension of the Ex Deux Maquina. This component is driving the maladaptation and lack of cognitive behaviorism is the failure to respond to MOEC.
Dodo essentially is the provocateur Red Herring Strawman actor who has a limited repertoire and is the fall guy for the Lieutenant. The Lieutenant is inept. He is a command level officer and should fire Dodo. He should expose MOEC as War Crime.
This is renunciation of the conspiracy. Non performance of this duty is a fatal error with catastrophic implications for a Yellow Brick Road defection culture.
This action also will develop the Fatalistic Dependency framework in a stepladder operation through sworn officials and academics to the Membership of MOEC.
The supervising MSM Lieutenants who are allegedly BS Computer Science majors who have been entrapped with Dodo form a holon. This event can be replicated at various structural levels in Systems. This holon is targeting Singularity scientists, thinkers and sworn and unsworn leadership in a Stepladder Operation and average people, the Joes and Janes in a Downward Operation.
This pattern has a very deep implication. One target is Ray Kurzweil, Chief Engineer of Google and the world's most prominent futurist and proponent of Technological Singularity. Kurzweil prefers Accelerating Intelligence rather than Artificial Intelligence as AI.
An Archetype in question is a conflict between two brothers emerge in which there is no reconciliation. In lieu of such the bothers agree to plan the creation and destruction of the family lineage or dharma gani in the kingdom.
The Spanish classic 100 Years of Solitude by Vargas also follows this plot.
Cambridge has missed another MAJOR TARGET in their Reverse Sting. The writing of a History text by the Cliff Foundation concerning the Park Service and LGBTi History is focalized. The social engineering has resulted in the creation of Gay Irrationalism pre Gay Fascism. Natural Systems
An entity that does not degrade it's structure to thermodynamic equilibrium but maintains itself through the utilization of the energies available in it's environment is a natural system. Natural systems contrast with entities which obey the statistical predictions of entropy production dictated by the second law of thermodynamics.
Stable atoms are natural systems, and so are molecules, cells, multicellular organisms, ecologies and societies. Individual cognitive maps, complex sociocultural systems, and indeed the global system itself, form natural systems in contrast to artificial systems (Lazlo).
To navigate the world of our experience one is undergoing what is known as Maze Learning. This has an equivalent in MOEC. Maze is the finite space of our existing. MOEC is imposed over one as is one's government or citizenship is. As seen they are in competition or natural predators to one another.
In a Reverse Sting the following needs are targeted in a manner that will attack not only biological needs but the legal rights one has to obtain these objects (Nollmeyer 2013a).

Taxis: A taxis is the movement of an organism in response to a stimulus such as light or the presence of food. Taxes are innate behavioral responses. A taxis differs from a tropism (turning response, often growth towards or away from a stimulus) in that the organism has motility and demonstrates guided movement towards or away from the stimulus source.
Tropic Nastic Movements: Tropisms responses are directionally related to the stimulus such as light, gravity, water, and touch.
Nastic Movements: Responses are not obviously related to any vector in the stimulus; directionality is inherent in the tissue.
History
On June 10, 2014, ISIS or the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria began an offensive which resulted in the capture of Mosul, a city of 2 million.
The homeland security as the army and police deserted. These actors took of their uniforms and fled. Many captured Shia soldiers were isolated and executed by the Sunni ISIS.
This act of desertion and dereliction of duty and citizenship has occurred in the United States since June 17, 1987.
This component of MOEC is known as Akbar. This material will be dealt with in Chapter 6 which follows.
On June 25, 2014, in an important trajectory, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals struck down Utah's ban on Gay Marriage. A very profuse amount of the arguments centered on biological reproduction from the state. Scientifically this is called the completion of species life. If natural science were the law that has to be modelled, LGBTi persons would lose prima facie and under Rational Basis. Same Sex persons do not naturally reproduce.
Human laws are created by men and woman to equalize the disparities that were created in nature as the big versus small, the larger numbers versus smaller number, man versus woman, and in this instance heterosexual versus homosexual.
Circuit Judge Carlos F. Lucero wrote for the two judge Circuit Court majority. He was joined by Circuit Judge Jerome A. Holmes. Circuit Judge Paul J. Kelly, Jr., dissented, arguing that the Supreme Court had settled the issue against same sex marriage as long ago as 1972. (Circuit Judge Paul J. Kelly, Jr. also was involved in Cv. 97-2306, Nollmeyer v. U.S. Gov., Delaware State Police, et. al..
The Court argued that:
"We hold that the Fourteenth Amendment protects the fundamental right to marry, establish a family, raise children, and enjoy the full protection of a state's marital laws. A state may not deny the issuance of a marriage license to two persons, or refuse to recognize their marriage, based solely upon the sex of the persons in the marriage union. For the reasons stated in this opinion, we affirm."
The Court argued that under the 14th Amendment a claim based on discrimination regarding a fundamental right be held under strict scrutiny, the highest level. Generally speaking:

Script a movie about Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger emphasizing the overturning of Proposition 8 until January 1, 2011. This will focus on July 2010 until January 1, 2011. A review of salient events from November 11, 2003 is possible.
I would argue any content regarding MOEC Studies or my persecution in the United States. Cambridge and the United Kingdom can be included with or without a LGBTi perspective.
The Challenge also centers on my signature piece of which is there is none. In a one on one debate I would defeat the Lieutenants on MOEC Studies.
This is very complicated and involves the Totality of Circumstances Test.
Under the consequentialism of Mills, "No one with a higher education would be willing to again, if it were possible, be uneducated. It is better to be a Socrates dissatisfied than a fool satisfied" (Kirti 2008).

The damage to LGBTi History, especially during the week of it's most important legal victory in the United States is substantial signpost in world culture.

Future State
The Anglo American Irrationalist Era is a historical bubble that has a manifest existence from June 17, 1987. To date 27 years have transpired under censorship and sanitization of 7.3 billion persons. What will incur over the future will be the modelling of MOEC as a War Crime across over the 250 to 500 academic domains par minimum.
The allegation is that Cambridge Law School is the Proximate Cause sine qua non. Hence decapitation of the System MOEC and all of it's principals, accomplices, and accessories is the true demonstration of skill, intent, and act.
The algorithm of (United Kingdom) University of Cambridge , Scotland Yard (United States) Los Angeles Police Department, California, Baltimore Police Department, Maryland, and Delaware State Police, Delaware. The Unnamed Baltimore Studio Baltimore is LAPD and this has been corrected (Nollmeyer 2013a). There is no Baltimore Studio. These actors are alleged to to be LAPD Lieutenants who are computer scientists operating a digital synthesizer. They are supervisors over Dodo and the cells that operate 24/7.
This rank and file originates with the Membership and forms a holon in a step ladder reverse sting towards sworn officials and downward into nativism. The culture of Gay Irrationalism Gay Know Nothing is embedded in nativism reflecting a Gemeinschaft Folk State (Tonnies).
In a criminal and cognitive blunder, the duo are both engaged in the use of informal fallacies, especially ad hominem, and false sets in a very simple but effective bait and switch tactic.
Gary Kasparov has stated that chess reduces to logic. We can observe this holon as it replicates both upward and downward.
The Great Checkers Tournament Scandal can be presented. We have a formal and informal system format. Attention should be given to Undermining and Marginalization. This heuristic device, hence checkers versus chess reappears quite regularly. Chess programs are amongst the client side or end user based AI applications that have advanced towards Singularity.

In it's circular folly, the Membership, as War Criminals on the Run, have left their imprint on History through the Artificial Artifact it has created. Modelling is a tool. It is passive. A linear concept that will be complimentary in prosecuting MOEC and it's actors in a War Crime is the Schrodinger Equation is the model equation or formula in MOEC.
One should extract the Hamiltonian Operator, Particle in a Box, it's solution is the Wave Form Function (x,y,z,t) and finish with Tunneling.
"It's a bit like a ball of mass m rolling along and encountering a hill of height H: if it has enough energy to move to the top of the hill, then it's potential energy there will be V = mgH, where g is acceleration due to gravity. If its energy is less than a Vector of Mass x (Acceleration) Gravity x Height it will not make it up the hill and over to the other side" (Freiderberger).
This should not happen by classical physics or by even common sense.
The Particle in a Box
A particle is bouncing back and forth between two walls in a box or well. The particle moves in one dimension only, along the x axis, between vertical, impenetrable walls at x=0 and x=L. There are no forces acting on the particle inside the box, so it's potential energy is zero here: V(x,t)=0 for 0 Hence, there is not enough energy for the particle to escape the box. MOEC is considered the Well and the particle is any human or system within such. This specific gambit trap line of all MSM males alienating my rights here is a set. These actors alone have damaged LGBTi History.
Tunnelling
The team of Hanns Christoph Nägerl, Institute for Experimental Physics of the University of Innsbruck, Austria,published in June 2014 that they have successfully demonstrated tunnelling through five barriers (Maynard, J. 2014).
The scientists place a gas of Cesium atoms at temperatures just above absolute zero. This lattice forms a regular and perfect structure similar to a washboard. Temperatures are low and the atoms' kinetic energies are so tiny preventing movement through barriers. The tunneling motion is initiated by applying a small electrical charge onto the atoms along one of the lattice axes.
In this experiment which is similar to sorting rolling seeds down a plane, the molecules arranged themselves in a certain order then moved themselves through five barriers.
This phenomena may be useful as a switch.
Tunneling is used in analogy to demonstrate the failure of external and internal threat analysis by the police, Department of Justice and what is now Homeland Security. This is an Undermining system of Prisoner's Dilemma which develops to what is now a Title 18 RICO is TITLE 18, PART 1, CHAPTER 96, Section 1961 RICO Enterprise. Los Angeles Police Department is a major hub. In turn such will develop informants in nodes through every police department nationwide. This is a gambit line where are all the main actors are in cells which are Male Same Sex Male or MSM.
The System of Equations and System of Equations in Three Variables demonstrates a mathematical model of Social Engineering. A System of Equations in Three Variables is the Suprasystem controlling two subordinate subsystems of System of Equations in Three Variables under Prisoner's Dilemma. This will result in a three dimensional model in x, y, z.
Here in combination of with tunnelling, a continuous system of object confusion can be created. The two subsystems either attempt to decapitate or defect to the Suprasystem. In this manner one can over time can create a culture and isolate such if one desires in an environment. This action can be recorded as an extensible tree.
Hence we have a human created artifact.

A nonlinear system in contrast to a linear system is a system which does not satisfy the superposition principle meaning that the output of a nonlinear system is not directly proportional to the input.

This works well up to some accuracy and some range for the input values, but some interesting phenomena such as chaos and singularities are hidden by linearization.

A sensory system is a part of the nervous system responsible for processing sensory information. A sensory system consists of sensory receptors, neural pathways, and structures of the brain involved in sensory perception. Hridayananda Das Goswami, aka Howard Resnick Jr., is an ISKCON diksa or initiating guru of ISKCON. He also holds a PhD in Indology. He was a lower degree scholar at the University of California (Hridayananda 2014).

In a musical tradition in which improvisation predominates, and written notation, when used, is skeletal, the music of past generations is irrevocably lost."

Summary
The revelation of MOEC and the study of it's structure and process, reveal a history of techniques used to expand and contract the United Kingdom or British Empire. This has significant penetration into the Anglo American Paradigm.

I have been informed that if I had obtained a Masters Degree I would have been safe from having my rights alienated. Currently about 156 credits, 130 for a Bachelors Degree and 36 credits from a 500 level equivalent course would earn a Masters in California.

There were small traces of blood on the dashboard and the front seat, along with shredded identification papers. Krebs had been receiving medical treatment at the time of her disappearance for emotional difficulties. It is possible that Krebs became disoriented the night she vanished.
Several sightings of Kristi were reported in Texas, Salt Lake City, and California. Kristi may have been hitchhiking with truckers across the country.

I am attempting to migrate to HTML5 CSS. It would take about 7 hours of lessons, a one day seminar obtaining .5 credit to accomplish this task.UC California has not given credit for HTML. Code must contain calculus for college credit.
