There is a very large LGBTi community here in the Coachella Valley centered in Cathedral City and Palm Springs. LAPD and their Gay Militia is attempting to appeal ad misericordium to such. The damage is severe. I have to plan to retire here along the Salton Sea and hope for the best.

It is quite possible for many persons to die or become incapacitated whom I rely on due to Chemical Assault  Scorched Earth.

The lack of education and leadership that UC has failed to provide also is startling. I believe I can live for several more years. The amount of persons that have been born and a-socialized under an Informant State shocks and their values that are being formed.

California State Democrats are on the verge of a sweep in spite of huge setbacks nationwide for Barack Obama and the national party. Republicans have won at least 60 house seats and control while in the senate a pick up of six seats is assured. Nancy Pelosi will no longer be Speaker of the House. The future of Universal Healthcare lies in the balance. Here Democrats have won handedly.

I am more concerned with Governor Schwarzenegger and his final two months in office. He has a catastrophic record on human rights and the environment. He will leave California in a state of unparalleled disequilibrium. His business side balance sheet politics was easy prey to Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth. The volition to stand up to an attack from below by uncommissioned officers was not evident in his stewardship.

Barack Obama has not fared better. It is apparent that his social agenda will be muted. He will probably focus on job creation, the deficit, and extracting America from adventurism. His positions of inclusiveness on the LGBTi front is playing out now through the federal court system.

Locally I do not see how Mary Bono R - 45th District can survive future examination due to despoliation of the Salton Sea, date farms, and vineyards. With the Gulf of Mexico Oilspill escalating to at least 25,000 barrels per day up from 5,000 barrels the week of April 20, 2010 and a $20 billion dollar escrow fund for Gulf residents, California has emerged as the showcase for a purged informant state. One can read Sovereign Citizen here and then will be able to comprehend how developing a purge of informants through a pattern of defection and reward and punishments is carried out to fruition.

The contrast between the president recognizing the systematic human rights abuse of Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth and remedying such in a timely manner is the difference between sustainability and degradation. The hedonistic culture of greed and materialism is still a very potent catalyst to still recruit tacit deals from economic and family life in lieu of merit based promotion. California was the intended negative externality (spillover) target and cost if the LGBTi alienated me from my constitutional rights. The other immediate implication is the attack and defeat of University of California is sealed. The school has about 250 courses in it's catalog and teaches about 125 per cycle.

I have been aware that California was a target. The drug culture is a reverse sting culture. The outdoor marijuana culture is becoming increasingly violent.

I have been forced to layover and possibly spend the summer once again here in Westwood CA. The summer has finally broke with the first days in the 80s. I am suffering from minor frostbite. It was snowing into early July above 5000 feet. The Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth is critical. There is intense pressure of Barack Obama and BP. There is an estimated 25,000 to 40,000 barrels of oil being released per day into the Gulf. This is a significant increase over the original 5,000 barrel estimate.

I am keeping pressure on the sworn public officials. Obama is clamoring for liability payments to Gulf residents. He nor UC will even admit to the despoliation here in this state or elsewhere.

The first chapter of the ethnography is rough and I would like to add more citations. However it is the basic idea. I will go with such as a sketch to help develop the remaining chapters.

I have thrown out the schedule I made at the beginning of the year. I have 2 weeks left in the first half. I prefer to organize a schedule after July fir the remainder of the year based on the concrete circumstances and perceived opportunities.

I have also dual booted my netbook with full desktop Ubuntu 10.4. I am waiting for an update to Droid which is Froyo 2.2. I can then use the phone as a wifi router for Ubuntu which is Linux based. There are freeware applications which may enhance my presentation.

With a major oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico more pressure has been placed on Obama. There has also been a major bombing avoided in Times Square, a volcano in Iceland, and a growing debt crisis in Europe crowding out the equilibrium.

If UC is not discussing this Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth within the context of the past five Irrationalist Presidents then the system has achieved entropy and is no longer efficient. War and History may be the final courts. In questioning Governor Kaine's proclamation for a Confederate History Day, Obama plays the power-game which he denounces elsewhere. Totalitarianism seeks to isolate the individual and collective from the social life of the whole. Slavery in the United States is a brilliant example of this tactic of despotism. Here I have concrete proof that United States History is being censored and sanitized.

This morning nearly 100 person in the Polish government died enroute to a memorial for a massacre in Katyn Russia which killed over 20,000 Polish officers. There is a written record of Joseph Stalin ordering the exexution.

I am civil. I have produced over 26 federal court cases as positive record.

I am by no means a megalomaniac. I do enjoy political philosophy and would like to continue living the full life of my cohort.

(CNN) -- Virginia's proclamation of Confederate History Month without any reference to slavery was unacceptable, President Obama said in an interview broadcast Friday.

"Well, you know, I'm a big history buff. And I think that understanding the history of the Confederacy and understanding the history of the Civil War is something that every American and every young American should be a part of," he told ABC in an interview taped Thursday.

"Now, I don't think you can understand the Confederacy and the Civil War unless you understand slavery. And so, I think that was a -- an unacceptable omission. I think the governor's now acknowledged that."

Obama was referring to Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell, who apologized Wednesday for leaving out any reference to slavery in his recent proclamation designating April as Confederate History Month, calling it a "major omission."

McDonnell, a Republican, also said he would amend the proclamation.

ABC asked the nation's first African-American president to weigh in on the controversy.

"I think it's just a reminder that when we talk about issues like slavery that are so fraught with pain and emotion, that we'd better do so thinking through how this is going to affect a lot of people, and their sense of whether they're part of a commonwealth or part of our broader society."

McDonnell's written apology said, "The failure to include any reference to slavery was a mistake, and for that I apologize to any fellow Virginian who has been offended or disappointed."

"The abomination of slavery divided our nation, deprived people of their God-given inalienable rights, and led to the Civil War," the statement said. "Slavery was an evil, vicious and inhumane practice which degraded human beings to property, and it has left a stain on the soul of this state and nation."

The new language added to the proclamation says that "it is important for all Virginians to understand that the institution of slavery led to this war and was an evil and inhumane practice that deprived people of their God-given inalienable rights."

It adds that "all Virginians are thankful for its permanent eradication from our orders."

McDonnell's statement noted that while Virginia was home to the capital of the Confederacy, it was also the first state in the nation to elect an African-American governor, L. Douglas Wilder, whom McDonnell called "my friend."

In an interview with CNN on Wednesday, Wilder said McDonnell's apology and his introduction of additional proclamation language was "the right thing for him to have done."

"Most people recognize that slavery was the cause of the [Civil] war," Wilder said, noting that McDonnell had called him Wednesday. "The war was not a glorious thing in our past. It was something that we were able to withstand in terms of tearing the country apart. ... Thank God that war ended with the Confederacy losing."

Not all of Wilder's fellow Democrats were willing to forgive McDonnell so quickly Wednesday.

"He has a right to apologize," Virginia state Sen. Henry Marsh III, who is also African-American, told CNN on Wednesday. "But I don't accept that as a good answer, because this is a pattern of this governor.

"He says the wrong thing, he sends a signal to his base, and then he makes an apology," Marsh said. "It's a question of whether or not he's sincere or not."

McDonnell is the first Virginia governor in eight years to issue a proclamation declaring April as Confederate History Month.

Two previous Democratic administrations refused to do so.

"It is important for all Virginians to reflect upon our Commonwealth's shared history, to understand the sacrifices of the Confederate leaders, soldiers and citizens during the period of the Civil War, and to recognize how our history has led to our present," the proclamation reads in part.

Former Virginia Gov. Tim Kaine, now the Democratic National Committee chairman, issued a statement Wednesday blasting the exclusion of slavery from the original proclamation.

"Governor McDonnell's decision to designate April as Confederate History Month without condemning, or even acknowledging, the pernicious stain of slavery or its role in the war disregards history, is insensitive to the extraordinary efforts of Americans to eliminate slavery and bind the nation's wounds, and offends millions of Americans of all races and in all parts of our nation," Kaine wrote.

"A failure to acknowledge the central role of slavery in the Confederacy and deeming insignificant the reprehensible transgression of moral standards of liberty and equality that slavery represented is simply not acceptable in the America of the 21st century," he continued.

Some type  open textured experiment exists on a generational basis to test the fitness and success of individuals and groups. The University of California is quite selective in it's admissions and staff selections. Even within this criteria it appears that the institution has been hijacked is operating under defection instead of independently implementing it's own criteria.

There is a very serious sibling rivalry ongoing under an unseen father and mother figure (Ideal male or female - God) and one's natural mother and father.

LAPD is committing very severe damage due to immaturity to very high officials be escalating and prolonging the Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth. I will focus on sworn public servants while acknowledging cohort effects.

I was born in 1961 as was Barack Obama and Mary Bono. Prima Facie these two sworn public servants at the federal level appear to be the most likely prosecuted. Beau Biden, son of Joe Biden, Delaware Attorney General, and Robert Coupe the Superintendent of the Delaware State Police are slightly younger and also are in jeopardy.

A cursory look at surviving members of the Class of 1979 in Kent County, Delaware reveals many fatalities due to automobile wrecks, drug and alcohol related suicides, and at least one plane and helicopter crash.

As I slowly develop the ethnography here, currently just above a cut and paste sketch, one has to keep in mind that this topology in itself will explain the attack on rationality and academia. UC  has never addressed me by name or taught against my torture. President Ronald Reagan through Barack Obama are ruined. California is heavily debilitated under Scorched Earth.

The fraud to develop me under the LGBTi platform was handed off by most likely Cambridge lawyers to common officers in Scotland Yard and LAPD. This element here is more concerned with pornography and drug dealing. This is based on Narcissistic Personality Disorder and is heavily skewed toward psychopathy. There is a heavy obsession with believing that are an asset to LGBTi members. Speech patterns are based on circular lies which contradict prior statements within minutes. False Narcissism develops delusional mastery based on the degree of impunity that the courts, sworn officials, priests, business executives, academia, entertainers, sports figures, and leaders have given by omission to a systematic tyranny appears to make the morally unethical more emboldened in deviance. This is both intellectual and in manifest behaviors.

The Community College System here is California is part of the UC System. Palos Verde, College of the Redwoods, Cuesta College, Hancock, an the San Diego Community College District all have SERIOUS PROBLEMS WITH STALKING.

The area where I am currently does also. I went to Palos Verde CC here. It is probably the poorest school in the state.

Anyone may be a stalker. Minorities or majority, gay or straight, rich or poor, faith or atheists, there is serious damage.

The cowardliness is on the stalker platform. These persons are not acting in self defense they are the attackers. There is a serious moral and cognitive defect present.

The lack of recognition by the United States government or academia has increased the exponentially the level of fraud and charlatism. The actual human and dollar cost is incalculable. I have been too passive. My rights have been extremely alienated by what is systematic torture. The only novel event is that this is the United States and the officers in the main are same-sex orientated. I am heterosexual orientated. This cannot not be understated. Theories of nativism and socialization will be altered.

The new decade begins. I am more concerned at present writing a critique of the Nobel Organization Secretary Geir Lundestad. I argue he has committed grievous academic fraud in this capacity. His claims that that the Nobel Committee researched Obama's activities for the past year are critical and catastrophic fraud. The University of California would be GUILTY IN THE 1ST DEGREE FOR MANUFACTURING, MUTILATING, AND/OR FALSIFYING PUBLIC RECORDS BY ACCEPTING HIS WORK AS OFFICIAL FOR THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.

Lundestad is a prolific author. His reputation and the Nobel Organization is severely damaged. I will target his work with the concrete history of California and the United States with the University of California.

The implications here are quite pronounced. The population is heavily subordinate as dependents to a System of a Perfect Dictator content on being marginalized by quid pro quos that are despoiled by Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth.

Hence it is academically demonstrable the severe to catastrophic fraud is occurring and being driven from the United States.

Integral to this event is personality transformations over one's lifetime.

As seen this attack has been provoked by LGBTi members particularly MSM or male same sex individuals.

I am a lifelong pure heterosexual which has been claimed numerous times. Here cohorts from where I have lived in Delaware and San Diego are proffered as agents who have transformed me to a same sex identity and behavior. This is false.

The Victims' Rights Amendment is sponsored by Senators Dianne Feinstein of California and Jon Kyl of Arizona. The Senators introduced their proposal on January 7, 2003. It will provide under civil law eight specific rights (Feinstein 2006). The Victims' Right Amendment, or VRA, is a proposed constitutional amendment, currently being considered in Congress, that would enumerate various "rights" for crime victims.  To become law, the proposed amendment would need two-thirds vote in Congress and has to be ratified by two-thirds of all of the states (ACLU). The basic rights are:

 Reasonable and timely notice of any public proceeding involving the crime, the release or escape of the defendant

                A crime victim is defined as person who is directly and proximately harmed as a result of a criminal offense. If the victim is a minor of less than 18 years, incompetent, incapacitated, deceased, the legal guardians or representatives of that person's estate, family members or persons appointed by the court may assert the victim's right. The person accused may not be a guardian or representative (Feinstein 2006).

            Other unique provisions of the proposed amendment are that if there are a large number of victims, “The court must fashion a procedure to provide for the rights of the victims, when the number of victims makes it impracticable to accord all them the rights outlined in the legislation” (Feinstein 2006). The Attorney General within one year of passage must establish regulations to enforce victim's rights and compliance (Feinstein 2006).

            The Modern Crime Victims’ Rights Movement began 30 years ago after the 1973 United States Supreme Court decision in Linda R.S. v. Richard D., 410 U.S. 614 (1972). The Supreme Court ruled on the issue if an unmarried woman could seek to the prosecutors’ office from discriminately applying a statute regarding the non-payment of child support. This was by refusing to prosecute fathers of children to unmarried women. The Court’ holding stated that Linda R.S. “ could not demonstrate a nexus between the prosecutor’s alleged discriminatory enforcement of the child support statute and the woman’s failure to secure child support payments, and as such, the victim did not have standing to seek the relief she requested”, in specification the Court stated, “a private citizen lacks a judicially cognizable interest in the prosecution or non prosecution of another” (History). However in further consideration the court provided an outline for a remedy, that Congress could “enact statutes creating legal rights, the invasion of which creates standing, even though no injury would exist without the statute” (History).

            On April 3, 1982, 22-year-old Stephanie Roper accidently veered off a dark rural road an evening in Washington, DC.  Two men stopped. Stephanie was abducted and taken to an abandoned farmhouse in Maryland. Stephanie was tortured and raped. The two men killed Stephanie, dismembering and burning her body (Kyl 2011).

            Stephanie's parents, Vince and Roberta were notified of the intitial proceedings. However they  were not notified of subsequent continuances. The defendant's defense counsel argued that the parents would be emotional, irrelevant, and would argue for probable cause for reversal if the parents were permitted to appear. The court agreed and Vince and Roberta were not permitted to speak at trial (Kyl 2011).

             In congressional testimony in 2002, Roberta Roper stated  how that court ruling affected her family: “Like countless other families then and now, we struggled not only with the devastating effects of the crimes committed against our loved ones, but the consequences … of being shut out of the criminal justice system we depended on and trusted ” (Kyl 2011).

            At the federal level Congress passed in the Victim and Witness Protection  Act in 1982, the first of several pieces of crime victims’ rights legislation. This was an impetus giving greater legislative recognition to the rights of crime victims. Since this time 33 states have amended their constitutions to create Victims Rights. Other states have passed crime victims’ rights legislation that complements a constitutional amendment.

            The victim's rights movement has increased it's presence in the last decade on the basis that if criminals are permitted to speak at trial than victims or their lawful representatives should also. Recently on September 6, 2011 Senator Kyl made reference to the Crime Victims Rights Act (CVRA), which was passed five years ago. The CVRA  is the most comprehensive legislation ever passed to protect the rights of crime victims. “It established the rights to be reasonably protected and to be notified, present, and heard at critical stages of the legal process.... Most significantly, the new law provides victims with legal standing to enforce these rights, including access to federal appeals courts (Kyl 2011).  The CVRA also created crime victims’ rights clinics nationwide that are dedicated to changing the legal culture with respect to victims’ rights. This culture is concerned with providing direct representation to individual victims in criminal court and proceedings. Here the momentum and organization towards a Victim's Rights Amendment is growing (Kyl 2011).

            In conclusion, in Payne v. Tennessee , the United States Supreme Court  recognized that crime victims are not nameless or faceless in criminal justice system. In his concurring opinion, Justice Scalia stated, “a public sense of justice keen enough that it has found voice in a nationwide ‘victims’ rights movement ” (History). What he referred to is the substance of the right enumerated in the introduction. These form the basis of the Victims Rights Amendment.

            “For too long, our court system has tilted in favor of accused criminals and has proven appallingly indifferent to the suffering of crime victims”(Kyl 2011).

Macro and Microsystems

In the domain of human culture there exists the inner spiritual and psychical world and the external social world. Hence culture defines shared values and behaviors of humans and their subgroups, not the individual (Anderson 1999). This is would be true of substance based faith systems and a mechanized analytical perspective of collective psychology and behavior. This is an important issue as advances in mechanism have approached a quantum level in physics and an exponential level in computing towards what some are predicting as a coming Technological Singularity (Kurzweil 2001).

Society can refer to two categories: 1. Species - homo sapiens 2. Group - a culture perspective of culture which binds individuals into a group inclusive as manner, morals, tools, and techniques (Anderson 1999).

Humans are not a self generating phenomena. Either we emerged from lower level material carbon based elements or were created by a higher level order.

A system defines the highest level order. It is not chaos although it may be a process in a flux. The substantive faith base approach would argue that we are controlled under a deity who lives in a higher dimensional space. Such a macro system would be highly ordered and eternally stable. Other teological and eshatological end states which control lower level systems and microsystems are possible.

Hence the Vedas are a system as is Mechanism. Christianity, Islam, and Buddhism are also systems. Socialism and Communism are also systems. In a concept of society and culture these systems have a common baseline in that they aspire to ordinate the individual in a collective culture.

In contrast crime can also be a system. War crimes and other criminal enterprises are also systemic. Hence defining these organized collective acts means that they have risen to the highest level of severity.

Here we are primarily, but not in it's entirety focused on stating events in the positive first then negative or other lesser degree second.

Systemic analysis concentrates on recognizing patterns, unity, and coherent wholeness. It seeks to establish relationships between the suprasystem and it's components, subcomponents, and elements in a manner that can be mastered (Anderson 1999).

Hence a holon may be seen to both part and a whole. This is equivalent to part and parcel. The Vedic concept of Acintya bhedabheda tattva - Hence things are simultaneously one and different.

Systemic thinking intends to grasp in it's entirety the relationship of a holon or the part and the whole (Anderson 1999).

The concept of holon considers that the object being analyzed is an entity in itself but part of a whole which is the suprasystem. It simultaneously may be part of subsystem or components. Here the concept of autonomy, randomness, and determinism are in itself a focal system and are holons that can each receive primary attention (Koestler 1979).

The suprasystem is a macrosystem that controls lower level systems. Hence your nervous system is the suprasystem in a human and an operating system is the suprasystem in your personal computer. However if we analyze a file as the letter (a) it can not be seen in your browser if there are not other applications that work with operating system. Hence the letter (a) is not autonomous but it's existence determined by other systems.

Koestler approach states that no one system is determinant nor is behavior determined at one level whether part or whole (Koestler 1979).

Here we can see the concept of energy and flux near a baseline. Hence process and structure with emergence and complexity are seen.

Hard determinism reduces to physics and math.

The same patterns and archetypical elements that create the physical universe at the level of the Cosmos, universe, solar system, and planet to the atom must also have created the individual and social environment in mechanism.

There is no unified field theory at hand. However social systems and general system are converging to provide common language and parsimony in a very gradual manner. This is also in a trajectory under Singularity.

Polarities exist in a positive and negative pattern in dualism. This is a disjunctive either or postulation. In a system based more on oneness or simultaneously one and different this polarity is recognized but perceived more as flux or energy transforming.

Hence energy transforming is a process. It becomes a structure when it is more stable. Hence systems organize their energy become hierarchical reach their apex then disintegrate (Anderson 1999).

Hence a culture raises itself when it's energy is ordinated and becomes decadent when it is entropic and unfocused. This concept of the structural - process is now prominent.

The Implications for Education in California

The history of the Siskiyou and Lassen County area are quite considerable. Brown, Harris, and Newsom have are considerable stakeholders here in criminal liability. The LGBTi Movement also will be seen with scrutiny as the acts are alleged to help them but in the concrete have damaged their most important actors.

I am in Columbia College. I am finishing Criminal Law and Cross Cultural Management. I have never worked harder. I hope to obtain two 4.0. I am regaining the assertivity I had as a youth.

This area should strive to produce a culture that is more sustainability. Stalking me in a small town helps me prosecute this event. Barack Obama has a tremendous amount to lose here. If Mitt Romney or Rick Perry wins next year's election, I am even handed.

Former Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger and his wife, Maria Shriver, have separated, with Shriver moving out of their Brentwood mansion while the two determine the next step in their 25-year marriage.

Shriver has been residing apart from the actor-turned-politician for the last few weeks. The former first couple confirmed the separation in a joint statement released Monday after questions from The Times.

"This has been a time of great personal and professional transition for each of us," the statement read. "After a great deal of thought, reflection, discussion and prayer, we came to this decision together. At this time, we are living apart while we work on the future of our relationship.

"We are continuing to parent our four children together. They are the light and the center of both of our lives. We consider this a private matter and neither we nor any of our friends or family will have further comment. We ask for compassion and respect from the media and the public."

Over the years, the marriage between the international celebrity and the daughter of the Kennedy dynasty has come under close scrutiny, especially during the 2003 recall of Gov. Gray Davis, when The Times reported on Schwarzenegger's lengthy history of groping women. At the time, Shriver defended her husband, helping lift him to victory in the free-for-all contest.

Since Schwarzenegger left office, it had seemed as though the two were living separate lives. Shriver, a former contributing anchor on NBC's "Dateline," has worked on her women's empowerment website, guest edited an issue of Oprah Winfrey's magazine and promoted causes near to her heart, such as Alzheimer's research. She struggled with the death of her father, Sargent Shriver, in January, and took her son Patrick and some of his friends on an East Coast college tour in April.

Shriver, 55, spoke openly about the uncertainty she felt about moving on to the next phase of her life. "It is so stressful to not know what you're doing next," Shriver said in a March 28 YouTube video to supporters. Though there was no intimation of a split, Shriver appeared without her wedding ring. "I'd like to hear from other people in transition," Shriver said. "How did you get through it? What were three things that enabled you to get through your transition?"

The former governor, 63, told a Times reporter in April that he yearned for a show business comeback. It was later announced that Schwarzenegger had signed on to star in three films, including another installment in the "Terminator" series.

"The whole industry has not come up with a new line of action heroes so [people say] let's go see the mature ones -- that's what I call them, the mature ones -- because there's nothing new around," Schwarzenegger said in the interview. "That's good news for me."

The couple met in 1977, when NBC's Tom Brokaw introduced Shriver to Schwarzenegger at a charity tennis tournament. The two married in 1986, and have four children, ages 14, 18, 20 and 21. Their marriage united Republican Schwarzenegger with Shriver, the daughter of the late Eunice Kennedy Shriver.

Their odd-couple political match was a source of endless interest to outsiders, and good-natured ribbing on the part of the couple, who often found themselves on opposites sides of political campaigns. In 2008, Shriver delivered a high-profile endorsement of Barack Obama on the eve of the California primary. Schwarzenegger backed the GOP nominee, Arizona Sen. John McCain.

Schwarzenegger was immensely popular in his first year in office, animated by dramatic Hollywood-style campaigning. But he left office last January sobered by years of budget difficulties and suffering from a fractious relationship with legislators from both parties.

Shriver emerged as perhaps the most prominent and powerful first lady in California history, promoting volunteerism and assuming control of cultural institutions like the state history museum in Sacramento.

She also presided over the state's annual California Governor's Conference on Women and Families, turning the event into an affair that drew tens of thousands of women, a raft of celebrity attendees and a crowd of corporate sponsors.

Perhaps her most crucial role as political helpmate came in the waning days of the recall election, after The Times report on Schwarzenegger's behavior. At a rally in San Diego, the actor acknowledged before several hundred chanting supporters that, "Yes, I have behaved badly sometimes."

"Yes, it is true that I was on rowdy movie sets," he went on, "and I have done things that were not right, which I thought then was playful. But I now recognize that I have offended people. And to those people that I have offended, I want to say to them, I am deeply sorry about that, and I apologize."

Appearing alongside her husband later that day at a news conference, Shriver blunted the political impact of the story by vouching for Schwarzenegger, saying the sexual misconduct allegations "show why really good people don't want to go into politics anymore."

"I don't get into specifics," she told reporters. "As I say to my children, it always takes great courage to do -- stand before anybody and apologize," she said. "I think that's what Arnold did today. I think he handled it and his statement speaks for itself."

The two celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary on April 26, a day they let pass without public comment, in contrast to their usual stream of commentary in various social media.

Their postings over the last few months offered a picture of a couple leading separate lives. Since Schwarzenegger left office, he has been jetting around the world, heading to Brazil's Xingu River with director James Cameron, to London for Mikhail Gorbachev's 80th birthday party, to Val d'Isère in France for skiing and to Washington, D.C., to attend a White House summit on immigration.

In late March, Schwarzenegger announced a collaboration with famed comic book creator Stan Lee, saying, "I have never had a conversation with Maria about any of this. I think it will be a big surprise." Shriver mentioned the East Coast college tour and, in early April, visited the Bahamas while Schwarzenegger headed to Cannes to receive the Legion D'Honneur medal.

The Fallacy of a Super Crime

The convergence of a two Singularities defines the emergence of a planned crime multiplier that is so large that it is not prosecutable. MOEC is a Cultural Singularity. The alienation of my rights, I am a heterosexual male by MSM or Male Same Sex Male policemen is unprecedented. The censorship and sanitization of this event is also of magnitude. There is a censorship of 6.9 billion persons in place.

The Cultural Singularity has occurred. The Technological Singularity movement is now being debilitated. Their devs, AI software developers have not responded to the challenge made to them.

I am learning HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and Python on this machine. I am concentrating on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript snippets. It works quite well.

I will attempt to correct the ethnography which has several levels. I have sketched a 80 page paper on MOEC as a Singularity whivh is 60 pages rough to date.

The creation of a Perfect Crime or a crime that is committed and not detected or a crime that is committed and not prosecuted is an intriguing notion. Here on it’s face a naïve reality appears to posit some manner or criminal ingenuity that avoids the detection of the authorities. This does not at all appear likely under concrete world conditions of the 21^st century. The most likely scenario is defection under prisoner’s dilemma. This would entail that a very powerful interest would be sponsoring and or condoning such activity.

What is needed is a crime multiplier to implicate the majority of persons in supporting the crime and or the individuals involved in the criminal activity itself. Here the use of defection and quid pro quos are the modus operandi. Intimidation, extortion, and blackmail are also other instruments of racketeering.

Obstructing justice at the courts is integral. If there is no judge willing to sign an order the law is left up to vigilance of the citizenry if there is any to begin with. Here in this manner cells of de facto code enforcement officials are able to co-op the judiciary and do the bidding of a state planner or other more traditional crime organizations.

The use of ad vericundium, or an appeal to a famous person, a president, pope, rabbi, guru, or imam is a likelihood. A red herring as appealing to a foreign invasion is the traditional choice of military usurpation. Entangling a majority of both important and average families always is a support. The more people under defection in the government and homeland security forces the more likely there will be a success.

Controlling the media through a Yellow Brick Road of career paths and access is essential to censor and sanitization. This is also true for the sworn professions. These are the doctors, lawyers, psychiatrists, and PhDs of academia. If these persons are hand picked and reinforced with careers a very large Supercrime has the cultural support to be successful.

These processes and structures were and are in place regarding a Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth attack on the United States that began on this country’s 200^th Anniversary on June 17, 1987. This movement was code named Mobilization of Empire and Civilization or MOEC for short. It demonstrates the defection capabilities of the collapse of the British Empire. It appears that Cambridge Law School lawyers are behind the defection.

Their strategic interest in this act is Gay Marriage and LGBTi platform. It also appears they wish to expose the mechanism without the original Origin being prosecuted. This planning has been handed off to Los Angeles Police Department - LAPD who contains cells of a Gay Militia. This is a planned decadence that creates Gay Irrationalism - Gay Know Nothing. Open Letter to Gavin Newsom

Dear Lt. Governor Newsom,

Since accepting your legal oath of office you have been de facto and negligent in recognizing the cruel, inhumane, and degrading circumstances that persist in the State of California and are radiating outward from Los Angeles Police Department towards the remaining states and world

My name is Bhakta David Nollmeyer. I have been residing in Desert Shores, California and the Salton Sea is deliberately contaminated to alienate me from my state and federal constitutional rights.

This is a gender and faith based hate crime. I am alienated because I am an opposite sex (heterosexual male). LAPD has cell(s) of a Gay Militia. There is a sexual behavior based qualification through defection to have your rights guaranteed. I am 49.5 years of age and have zero same events or partners my entire life.

I am also a ritvik Hare Krishna.

All surface water, products in stores, and air has been contaminated. I can not even approach a building or the police will spray chemicals through the ventilation.

The strategic mission of this attack which began on June 17, 1987 in Delaware is Gay Marriage, a potential right of which you have been a considerable leader. A negative spillover is that the alienation of my right attacks the whole.

I am using the estimate that there are 600,000 living HIV AIDS positive persons living in the United States. This based on a estimated caseload of 1.3 million persons.

As Lt. Governor, if you do not uphold my rights you are also attacking this population.

There is a clear manifest function. There is a linearly observably Chemical Assault ongoing against the human race. From a crystal intelligence perspective it is being protected in part by a red herring (distraction) that is polymorphous perversity based. This states that the Gay Militia will attack you ad hominem with sexual based innuendo reflecting a Male Same Sex Male MSM lifestyle. The Gay Militia is attempting to condition the population to a Stockholm Syndrome - Cognitive Dissonance schema. This states that under a survival situation victims reconcile or defend their egos by becoming sympathetic to their captors. This reflects a cult culture.

I am maintaining my legal right to practice Krishna Consciousness of which I am also being attacked. I need to have vegetarian food, be able to chant, and read shastras (scriptures). I have not drank water in over 4 years. I just ate a half gallon of ice cream this morning. The milk is polluted.

I am the most stalked person in the history of the United States.

This attack has a code name Mobilization of Empire and Civilization or MOEC. It is been leaked as the work of Cambridge Law School. Part of it’s emergence is fitness training for Singularity. Technological Singularity is predicted to occur in 2045. This is based on mostly hardware and software creating Super Intelligence. At this stage machines will lead humans transforming culture. This is technological determinism.

The Gay Militia is a Joe Virus. This is the equivalent of taking any army of pcs and attacking a server. This is a very shameful live experiment on human beings with my person being the prime experimental subject.

I have not broken although I have to be highly adaptable. I am using as Asus 1000he netbook (2GB Ram) dual boot XP Home and Ubuntu 10.4 , 30 Watt Top Solar Panels, Droid as modem, and Tempest 12 volt 9 amp battery to write to you.

The Tempest is beginning to spark as it is a sealed lead acid battery and is probably corroding internally and I have to wait for it to stabilize. It is superior product for it’s primitive design.

Governor Brown, Attorney General Harris and yourself are extremely insensitive and anti-social for permitting the human race, environment, California, and the United States to be damaged at this level. The criminal and civil liabilities to your persons and the State of California is incalculable.

As an opposite sex or heterosexual male I have no legal rights to stop this attack, you do. I would have to had married a bisexual female and/or have children in order for to prevent a full blown Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth. Targeted Chemical Assaults TCA would have continued and will likely after this operation at this magnitude terminates.

I actually saw Reagan for a few seconds in Houston, Texas many years past as he was on fundraiser for George H.W. Bush. One of the Hunt brothers and his wife landed in a helicopter behind me in front of the auditorium before Reagan arrived. He was very polite and introduced himself and wife.

I later traveled to Atlanta where I saw the second Martin Luther King Jr. parade. I had a spot almost directly across from Jesse Jackson Jr., Coretta Scott King and the rest of the King family.

I was present as close as one could get to the opening of the Ronald Reagan Library in Simi Valley. I stood near several policemen.

Governor Schwarzenegger’s two terms have ended with the inauguration of Jerry Brown. Schwarzenegger leaves a very disturbing trend of ritualism. He knowingly lead a recall of Gray Davis in 2003 because of the Enron Scandal that left California some 15 billion USD in red. Bond debt has tripled in 7 years from $27.6 billion to $77 billion USD.

He began his political career knowing that a Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth was ongoing and leaves the state with this event escalated. The Salton Sea is contaminated. The Colorado River, where this escalation code-named Radhanatha began on February 12, 2007 has been hit twice and flows into Mexico. Northern California lakes in the Eastern High Sierra are also being wrecked.

Totally disturbing is the HIV/AIDS - Hepatitis population. 1.3 million persons are estimated to be positive for HIV/AIDS with 600,000 alive and the remainder not tested.. Currently about 230,000 persons per year are infected with Hepatitis C. Some 28,000 to 38,000 are chronically infected. They will die of complications of this liver based illness.
