Janet Napolitano to Step Down in August 2020

On September 19, 2019 Janet Napolitano announced she would resign in August 2020. She would then take time on and then return as a professor.
In my analysis Napolitano is a War Criminal with a very severe human mortality count. Her damage to the environment is probably uncountable.
After she steps down on August 1, 2020, Napolitano plans to take a sabbatical before teaching at the Goldman School of Public Policy at UC Berkeley where she is currently a tenured professor.
Napolitano's time at UC is part of her distinguished, decades long career in public service. Napolitano has served as Secretary of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security from 2009 to 2013, two term governor of Arizona from 2003 to 2009, and Attorney General of Arizona from 1998 to 2003. As seen Napolitano has held a high sworn post in what is now considered Homeland Security from 1998 to 2013.
The University of California has lost it's legitimacy and credibility by sanitizing her role in a brutal attack of the Human Race.
COVID 19 and Synchronicity

The novel COVID 19 virus has infected over 100,000 worldwide and killed just over 3500. There are many declared emergencies worldwide. This activity is surprisingly analogous to MOEC's GUI and one of it's names the Joe Virus. I did not like using this appellative as it smacks of ad hominem. However the Gay Irrationalism Gay Know Nothing is severe. There is a plethora of anti science fake news as flat earth and anti vaccers. This activity is very poor on Facebook.
Interestingly enough the Greek Gift of the God's Caveman Attack has real FIDE titled chess players involved. There is a possible link between Carla Hess head of the Social Science Department and American GM Robert Hess of www.chess.com. It appears that a recessive line of entrapment features chess legend Levon Aronian as a target. This is not a joke. I am the main target. The mapping of targets will look like The Dick van Dyke Show. It was proffered that Will Stewart of www.ichess.net should train him. This is an analogy of Susan Polgar a former female GM World Champion training her sister Judit Polgar the strongest female player in history.
I am recommending the Treatise on Law by Aquinas and On History By Kant as two texts that Aronian should read if has not.

Will Stewart an IM, also has a BA in Psychology from University of Georgia. His partner is GM Damien Lemos. I have hit 1805 on the Shredder app. Last night I played until 5:45 and lost about 120 ELO. This morning my phone reset wiping all of my files. It took 454 games on my last speed run which began this year to hit 1800. I play about I hour per day. It took six years from almost exactly January 1, 2014 to accomplish this. A strong person could do it in two or three years with 3 to 5 hours per day.
There are about 12,000 titled FIDE players with less than 2000 having attained GM or Grand Master.
The Candidates Tournament to field a challenger to Magnus Carlsen begins this month. Levon Aronian is easily the greatest player to never win the Candidates.
He is one the Cinderella Men if not the main one in MOEC's sweeps.
John Searle Loses Emeritus Status

John Searle was stripped of emeritus status June 19, 2019. He was a a subject of an Open Letter that I was working on but did not publish until January, 2020. As COVID 19 has surpassed 1.5 million cases to date I have struggled to maintain my production.

UC Berkeley professor of philosophy John Searle was stripped of his emeritus status June 19 for violating university policies regarding sexual harassment and retaliation, according to spokesperson Janet Gilmore.
Searle is known as "one of the most prominent philosophy scholars in the world, according to the California Civil Rights Law Group. UC President Janet Napolitano revoked Searle's title of emeritus professor. Revoking this title is, according to Gilmore, the most extreme disciplinary action the campus can take against an emeritus professor.
The removal of Searle's title occurred in the wake of allegations regarding a series of incidents involving UC Berkeley alumna Joanna Ong during her time at the John Searle Center for Social Ontology, according to a lawsuit filed by the firm Kristensen Weisberg LLP against the UC Board of Regents and Searle on May 21, 2017. Ong was as a research assistant to Searle and a consultant for the center from July to September 2016. She was dismissed from her position by her adviser Jennifer Hudin, according to the lawsuit.
"While Ong was employed at U.C. Berkeley, Searle sexually assaulted Ong and then continued to harass her as her employment continued," the lawsuit stated.
Ong's lawyers listed five causes of action in the lawsuit, including sexual assault, assault and battery, wrongful termination and retaliation. According to the lawsuit, Ong's pay was docked and her work environment became hostile after she rejected Searle's sexual advances.
The complaint alleges that "U.C. Berkeley was well aware of Searle's prior similar behavior with other young women including... his students and research assistants."
The incidents were formally reported in November 2016 to the campus Office for the Prevention of Harassment and Discrimination, according to Gilmore. The Committee on Privilege and Tenure within the Berkeley Division of the Academic Senate heard the case, after which Chancellor Carol Christ made a recommendation for the removal of Searle's emeritus status to the UC president.
"Sexual harassment and retaliation have no place in the UC Berkeley Community," Gilmore said in an email. "We understand that such actions have the potential to cause great harm and are fundamentally detrimental to our educational mission."

The Theater of War that MOEC is involves a HIGH degree of cheating based on Irrationalist defection under Prisoner's Dilemma. Of interest I am serious amateur chess player at the club level 1600 to 2300 ELO. I am 1730 ELO. My last game was a B23 Grand Prix at 1786 against Shredder. This is not a high one off victory. I would not be surprised if I won at 2000 ELO. I am consistently winning in white at 1700 plus.
There have been about 12,000 titled FIDE players. There are almost 8 billion natural persons. How does a state actor as Cambridge target persons in a Caveman Attack? One method that is used is to embed a player's name in a story. Hence if you hear a statement as quote "Nigel Davies Sidestep in Julius Caesar at the pub after the game with locals in London"; this is isolating British GM Nigel Davies, born in 1960. The Sidestep is a Chess Opening that Davies has presented for Foxy.
Julius Caesar is referring to the play by Shakespeare and the natural person whom has been dead for 2 centuries.
Hence Davis is a target as a fractal against my person which has the entirety of MOEC imposed over their natural person. The concepts of equal protection and due process are being violated. If the speaker (the Gay Militia of LAPD) states phrases as knot, weave, twist; this refers to descriptive alphabetism of Knot Theory which is extremely advanced. There are 2 billion knots in Cambridge's Library. There is an indirect reference to the Gordian Knot myth concerning Alexander the Great.
Any mention of a natural person clearly posits that person as a Target in MOEC. The weaving of natural persons within books, plays, and music is a fallacy that forms a basis for much literature. In the United States, the Bill of Rights protects one from arbitrary treatment which is under the color of law.
Returning to chess I am the author of MOEC Studies. I believe the term to be a universal. I am not attempting to brand such, a problem emerges as Republicanism or Socialism where new actors emerge and claim to be the innovator or new messenger. Lenin and his text Materialism and Empirio Criticism addressed such a conflict against Earnst Mach and others whom some argued were successors to Marx and Engels.
Lenin formulates the fundamental philosophical contradiction between idealism and materialism as follows: "Materialism is the recognition of 'objects in themselves' or objects outside the mind; the ideas and sensations are copies or images of these objects. The opposite doctrine (idealism) says: the objects do not exist, outside the mind'; they are 'connections of sensations'."
The Proximate Cause Test sine qua non is the efficient test. Hence decapitating the Structure that is operating a War Crime is the correct. In continuation, Game Theory is intertwined with Singularity. There are many different natural persons whom are formally and informally targeted.

Michael V. Drake Named University of California President

University of California, Irvine Chancellor Emeritus Michael V. Drake, M.D., who led the campus through an unparalleled era of growth, has been named president of the University of California system.
A longtime UC faculty member and administrator, Drake was selected for the system's top leadership role by the UC regents. Janet Napolitano retired on August, 1. Drake served as UCI's chancellor from 2005 to 2014 and was president of The Ohio State University until last month.
"The regents could not have made a finer choice than Michael Drake as the next president of the University of California," said UCI Chancellor Howard Gillman. "As an academic physician, a system administrator and a university leader, he has served the people of this state with the utmost distinction, putting students first and promoting inclusive excellence. He has been an influential national leader on issues vital to the mission of research universities. I was very grateful when he recruited me to join the UCI community, and I am delighted that we have this opportunity to work together again."
The choice of Drake is compelling. He is a proven UC insider. He has close connections to Obama. I will compose an Open Letter of which Drake will be one of the principals addressed. Joe Biden is likely to choose an African American woman as his VP in the next days. UC alumnus Kamala Harris clearly ranking high in any of Biden's Cabinet level selections.
The George Floyd protests are ongoing. More seriously COVID 19 appears to have a solid track to 180,000 deaths by month's end. It is unclear how UC and other students will fair under Drake.

Myth of the Contemporary Man: Updated

I would like to acknowledge the victims of 9-11 today. I clearly believe that University of Cambridge, UK is the Authorship of this event and MOEC. Currently several wildfires are burning in the west with 16 persons confirmed dead. I will state that the region has a poor human rights history and is simultaneously opposing COVID 19 which is on the verge of claiming 200,000 persons in the United States.
The Myth of the Contemporary Man which was my first book and which has underwent numerous editing due to inferiority complexes of the Gay Militia is online. I have followed the emergence of Kamala Harris and Gavin Newsom. Both actors will receive critical legal scrutiny over what is a clear War Crime historically.
The convergence of FIDE Titled Players is foreshadowed as MOEC recruits and purges under fatalism and dependency. Cheating is pandemic whether is is a Yellow Brick Road to the University of California or beyond. I need to rest and continue researching and writing. I am clearly in the endgame stages of my career and would like to finish my output more academically and professionally.

Kamala Harris: Victorious as Vice President

UC Alumnus Kamala Harris and Joe Biden defeated Donald Trump and Mike Pence in the Presidential Election on November 3, 2020. Trump is still litigating the returns but his odds are long in overturning the electorate.
Kamala Harris symbolizes the American dream. She was born and raised in Oakland and Berkeley in the 1960s and 1970s, She is the daughter of Jamaican and South Indian immigrants, Harris checks multiple diversity boxes. She has served as a Bay Area prosecutor in Alameda and San Francisco counties. Harris shot to political fame as the first woman of color to be elected San Francisco district attorney, and state attorney general. In 2016, she became the second Black woman elected to the U.S. Senate.
Harris, 56, will be the first woman and person of color to become U.S. vice president. "While I may be the first woman in this office, I will not be the last," she told an elated crowd at her victory speech in Wilmington, Delaware, on November 7.
I have a modest record of Open Letters to Kamala Harris, Joe Biden, and UC Berkeley. I attempted several times to interest John Searle in my cause. He has since been severed from the school.
As the election is still fluid, I will wait for the texture to settle before developing any depth to her office.

Singularity Alignment

MIRI has posted a clarification of AI Alignment terminology. This is unique in that I have a developed an Image of X which is a Composition of Functions that is basal which defines an intent to map human behaviors onto the population. In this manner this Image is negative and Antisocial to Psychopathic in repertoire. There is a very intense effort to model and map the Ecology of Human Behavior abstractly and over concrete maps. The Gay Militia is one such Antisocial informal group derived from the Image of X. There is an in continuo Chemical Assault Scorched Earth ongoing which is traitorous. We have a confrontation with FIDE Titled Chess Players. They are get beat badly over a two year challenge which will end January 1, 2021.
If one presents a problem to an engineer, FIDE Titled Player, the Population N or my my person whom solves the puzzle most efficiently? All, some, or none? It appears there is a war of attrition to be last mad person standing.
Arizona high school is rigorous with 4 maths and two Algebra 3 courses to graduate standard. The historical discourse over a layman understanding of the Riemann Hypothesis and Discrete Math has resulted in the worst performance which was heavily Scripted resulting in the worst intellectual presentation since June 17, 1987 for LAPD and LGBTi Paradigm.
Alignments should be stated in the positive. I do not see me as a human losing any time soon to a decision theory AI whom wishes to present History in the concrete and demonstrate a proof and algorithm. I will attempt to study the emergence of the Alignment Movement to prevent any fallacious equivocation. Kurzweil has predicted AGI by 2029. It is not happening.
I am interested in seeing more content by serious academics and open source providers as MIT and Stanford to define the spurious elements.
