I am writing not to congratulate you but to oppose the the Profile in Courage Award that John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum is presenting you on May 7, 2017. The annual award is named for a 1957 Pulitzer Prize winning book by Kennedy that profiled eight U.S. senators who risked their careers by taking principled though unpopular positions.

Ambassador Caroline Kennedy and her son, Jack Schlossberg, present the 2017 John F. Kennedy Profile in Courage Award to former President Barack H. Obama as part of the centennial celebration of John F. Kennedy's birth. Held at the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum in Boston, the evening will include a special performance by James Taylor with Kim Taylor and Owen Young.

Origin supra is the Graphical User Interface of a Prisoner's Dilemma defection model allegedly of Cambridge Law School Authorship. Geir Lundestad and the Nobel Organization had the audacity to award Obama the Nobel Peace Prize on my Grandmother's Birthday October 9, 2009. I was in Big Pine, California along the Owens Canal which is Los Angeles County's drinking water. Such was a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth. I am in Chester, California and Lake Almanor is no better than a running sewer at best.

On about February 12, 2007 Operation Radhanath began resulting in the Colorado River being contaminated which is drinking and farm water for Arizona, Mexico, and California. Since this time well over 60,000 persons have been killed in Cartel Violence.

Kennedy Jr. born in 1960 is now deceased whom was a US Attorney. I have filed about 26 plus federal court cases which are respectful records that will refute Barack Obama.

Obama is one of the worst practitioners of Chemical Assault Scorched Earth. His was elected president in 2008 and 2012 while I was adjacent to the the Salton Sea which was Chemically Assaulted. The inland lake has no exit and water evaporated from such. I am clearly stating that the engineering blunder that recreated the lake in 1905 was intentional. I am stating this operation name Mobilization of Empire and Civilization is the fourth time the United States has fought Britain as an enemy combatant.

In conclusion I do not believe that Barack Obama represents any Profile in Courage related to John F. Kennedy. If I wish to drink clean water I have to wait for the snow.

In continuation, I am located in Weed, Siskiyou, California just north of Mount Shasta. The Battle of Gaugamela is imposed over the area reflecting the Revelation of Krishna to Arjuna and the Angel Presenting a City to Gabriel.

In MOEC there is a Scripted macropolarization conflict between homosexuality and heterosexuality. This descends from the Ex Deux Maquina and into my person. I am the only individual with the totality of MOEC imposed over one. The remaining population then form the Fractals of Kroni.

The Battle of Gaugamela is the decisive battle of Alexander the Great's invasion of the Persian Achaemenid Empire. Alexander's army of the Hellenic League defeated the Persian army of Darius III at Gaugamela, near present day Mosul in Iraq. Alexander the Great is considered by many to the world's greatest general. In interest a mosaic of him was discovered in a Jewish temple. All of the other frescos were based on Jewish scripture save for Alexander.

This battle classically assumes almost mythical proportions with estimates of Darius having 300,000 soldiers to Alexander's 50,000. Modern estimates diminish to about a third.

The Western United States

The Battle of Gaugamela is imposed over Weed, California. Alexander would be facing north of Mount Shasta and Darius facing south toward the mountain.

The Presidential Oath of Office:

Brinkmanship has escalated between North Korea and the United States. There is a perceived weakness in Donald Trump and the Populist Natavistic Movements in Russia, Europe, and the United States. Communism and Fascism are natural predators in some perspectives of political philosophy. At this point time North Korea can posture on refuting this anti socialist manifestation.

Korea executed a huge nuclear test Sunday, Nikki Haley, the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, stated that North Korean leader Kim Jong Un was "begging for war." The United States has openly intimidated the world with a manifest Chemical Assault Scorched Earth since June 17, 1987. It is very clear that this event is an exposure of a LGBTi defect for play quid pro quo system. I would argue that the model would posit that North Korea is also infected.

Officials are still trying to confirm whether Texas floodwaters have spread contamination from decades old toxic waste sites, as water recedes and residents return to homes that, in some cases, were flooded with water that passed over known contaminated areas.

The Environmental Protection Agency says 13 Superfund sites were flooded and potentially damaged by Hurricane Harvey. I placed my order for www.moec-studies on Sunday, October 1, 2017. That evening the worst mass murder in United States History occurred.

On the night of October 1, 2017, 59 people were killed and another 489 injured when a gunman opened fire on a large crowd of fans at the Route 91 Harvest music festival on the Las Vegas Strip in Nevada. The perpetrator was 64 year old Stephen Paddock of Mesquite, Nevada. Between 10:05 and 10:15 p.m. PDT, hundreds of rifle rounds were from his suite on the 32nd floor of the nearby Mandalay Bay hotel. About an hour after firing ceased, Paddock was found dead in his hotel room from a self inflicted gunshot wound. His motive remains unknown.

The incident is the deadliest mass shooting committed by a lone gunman in U.S. history. The crime reignited the debate about gun laws in the U.S., with attention focused on bump firing, a technique Paddock used to allow his semiautomatic weapons to fire at a rate similar to that of a fully automatic weapon.

2017 was perhaps the best organized year for MOEC Studies. The future will decidedly witness a more honest, simple and direct approach based on writing books and direct letters. I am doing my best to maintain the project but I am only a one man show. However the impact of 30 years of Censorship and Sanitization is extreme. I do not see how sworn officials born after 1955 have a bright future. The Yellow Road is deep and cradle to grave.

My best advice is to be the last honest person standing.

The theme of a culture of incompetence and corruption prevails. I would present that Barack Obama, George W.Bush, Donald Trump, William Clinton, George HW Bush, and Ronald Reagan are the six worst presidents. Barack Obama will face the worst human rights charges based on mortality rates. A current insight is the presidency is being levelled against Joseph Stalin. Rottinghaus and Vaughn need to take a reality test. It is inconceivable that this nonsense is published by the main stream media and taught at University.

The 2018 Presidents and Executive Politics Presidential Greatness Survey, released Monday, was based on 170 usable responses from current and former members of the American Political Science Association's presidents and executive politics section. The presidents were graded on a 0-100 scale "for overall greatness," with zero being failure, 50 being average and 100 being great. Fifty seven percent of the respondents were Democrats, 13% were Republicans and 27% were independents (3% selected "Other").

Trump came in dead last. The seven greatest presidents are Abraham Lincoln, George Washington, Franklin D. Roosevelt, Theodore Roosevelt, Thomas Jefferson, Harry S. Truman and Dwight Eisenhower. Trump did not fare well even when parsing the results by party and ideology. He ranked 40th out of 44 among Republicans and conservatives. Republicans and conservatives also ranked Washington above Lincoln as the all time greatest president Bill Clinton fell to 13th best after being ranked eighth in 2014. Obama came in eighth, up 10 spots from 18th in 2014. George W. Bush moved up five spots, from 35th to 30th. Reagan also moved into the top 10, ranking ninth. In 2014, he was at 11.

In his remarks, Obama expressed concern that Americans have segregated themselves into two "entirely different realities" where not just opinions but basic facts are in dispute, claimed to have left office without a major "embarrassing" scandal, and proved that he really loves basketball.

Obama is being figured as the fifth of the Irrationalist Presidents Reagan Trump. These actors are being levelled against Joseph Stalin and the USSR. The USSR and Stalin are the standard model for Totalitarianism.

Obama is being held in theater under Prisoner's Dilemma. He clearly functions in this reality. This speech gives some insights into his mindset. It is however Preaching to the Choir here at MIT.

1) Obama thinks Google, Facebook, etc., are "a public good as well as a commercial enterprise," and should consider whether they are corroding our democracy.

Obama described social media platforms as a "hugely powerful potential force for good," but then immediately hedged. "What's also true is that our social media platforms are just a tool," he said. "ISIS can use that tool. Neo Nazis can use that tool. I do think the large platforms, Google and Facebook being the most obvious, Twitter and others as well, are part of that ecosystem, have to have a conversation about their business model that recognizes they are a public good as well as a commercial enterprise. They're not just an invisible platform, they're shaping our culture in powerful ways."

... "Essentially we now have entirely different realities that are being created with not just different opinions, but now different facts," he said. "And this isn't just by the way Russian inspired bots and fake news. This is Fox News vs. The New York Times editorial page. If you look at these different sources of information, they do not describe the same thing. In some cases, they don't even talk about the same thing. And so it is very difficult to figure out how democracy works over the long term in those circumstances."

Obama noted that in other countries, like China, the government simply decides which viewpoints can be aired in public, but "that's not who we are, and that's not the society I want to live in." Even so, media giants like Facebook and Google should keep in mind that the U.S. government has a role to play in ensuring there are "basic rules of the road in place that create level playing fields."

But, "I can't have that same debate with somebody who just holds up a snowball in the middle of the Senate chamber in winter and says, 'look there's no climate change because it's snowing!' Which happened by the way. I didn't just make that up."

On the evening of December 14, 2010, U.S. Border Patrol agent Brian Terry and others were patrolling Peck Canyon, Santa Cruz County, Arizona, 11 miles from the Mexican border. The group came across five suspected illegal immigrants. When they fired non lethal beanbag guns, the suspects responded with their own weapons, leading to a firefight. 5) Obama thinks the stereotype about lazy government employees is wrong.

The idea that people in the private sector work harder than the feds is a misperception, said Obama.

"At least at the top levels of the federal government, people work harder than in the private sector," Obama."When I came out of the White House, everything looked like it was in slow motion. I felt like I was Neo in The Matrix. Our folks were putting in 80 hour work weeks and barely getting vacations and under unimaginable pressure."

The remark came in the context of a discussion about child leave policies, Obama suggested that since he had found a way to accommodate his hard working staff members with familial commitments, despite the demanding nature of the job, so too could the private sector.

"We set up policies that if you had a child, you had a parent teacher conference, you had the things that needed to be done to raise someone, that was part of the deal," he said. "The private sector has to step up because it's smart business. The data shows it."

Two days after MOEC's 31st Anniversary the Trump Administration has announced that the United States is withdrawing from the United Nations Commission on Human Rights. The Administration argued a pathological position on Israel. Trump is also facing sharp criticism based on the separation of 2000 children whom have been separated from their parents after illegally crossing the border.

After more than a year of complaints and warnings the Trump administration has announced that the United States is withdrawing from the United Nations Human Rights Council. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and Ambassador to the U.N. Nikki Haley announced the decision in a joint statement Tuesday.

"I want to make it crystal clear that this step is not a retreat from human rights commitments," Haley told the media. "On the contrary, we take this step because our commitment does not allow us to remain a part of a hypocritical and self serving organization that makes a mockery of human rights."

The move comes as little surprise from an administration that frequently has lambasted the 47 member body for a gamut of perceived failures, particularly the dubious rights records of many of it's member countries, as well as what Haley has repeatedly called the council's "chronic bias against Israel."

Haley harked back to a speech she delivered to the council one year ago this month, in which she laid down something of an ultimatum. At that point, she told members that they must stop singling out Israel for condemnation and must clean up their roster which includes Venezuela, China, and Saudi Arabia or the council could bid the U.S. farewell.

In remarks to the Graduate Institute of Geneva, given the same day as her council speech, Haley made the matter plain.

"If the Human Rights Council is going to be an organization we entrust to protect and promote human rights, it must change," she said. "If it fails to change, then we must pursue the advancement of human rights outside of the council."

In the year that has elapsed since those speeches, such reforms never happened. Instead, she said, the council stayed silent on violent repression in Venezuela, a member state, and welcomed another country with a problematic record of its own, the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

"The council ceases to be worthy of it's name," Haley said, explaining the U.S. withdrawal. "Such a council in fact damages the cause of human rights."

Justice Kennedy Comments on Kavanaugh Nomination

Former Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy made an appearance in his hometown of Sacramento, CA. to celebrate Constitution Day and teach students about the document's importance. One of the topics that came up was, of course, the confirmation hearings and sexual assault allegations surrounding Judge Brett Kavanaugh, who was Kennedy's former law clerk.

Kennedy refused to take comments from the audience or the press because he was being careful not to comment on the Kavanaugh hearings, the Associated Press reported. However he did state that situation was "toxic".

Kennedy noted that democracy is in decline.

"Perhaps we didn't do too good a job teaching the importance of preserving democracy by an enlightened civic discourse," he said. "In the first part of this century we're seeing the death and decline of democracy."

Kennedy also said Americans have not focused on how to maintain democracy. Government teacher Ellen Wong said it's difficult to teach students civil discourse with the way politics is today.

"I want them to have faith in the system, I want them to appreciate the rule of law, I want them to know the Constitution and want to defend it," Wong told the AP. "And they're watching in real time people at the helm not being civil."

"Nobody's behaving like adults," Maya Steinhart, a high school senior who will vote for the first time in November, said. "It's absolute chaos and it makes no sense and it's terrifying and it's not working."

Kennedy encouraged students to continue to study the Constitution. "You have to transmit it to the next generation," he reminded the audience.

In a discussion with the Washington Post Trump stated:

"People like myself, we have very high levels of intelligence but we’re not necessarily such believers... I don't believe it."

"As to whether or not it's manmade and whether or not the effects that you're talking about are there, I don't see it," he added. A recent Trump administration climate report says damage is 'intensifying'.

Trump did not address the fundamental cause of climate change. The president focused on pollution in other parts of the world. He talked about trash in the oceans, opined on forest management practices, but did not elaborate on the warming of the planet emissions of carbon dioxide from the burning of fossil fuels.

"You look at our air and our water and it's right now at a record clean. But when you look at China and you look at parts of Asia and you look at South America, and when you look at many other places in this world, including Russia, including many other places, the air is incredibly dirty, and when you're talking about an atmosphere, oceans are very small," Trump said in an apparent reference to pollution around the globe. "And it blows over and it sails over. I mean we take thousands of tons of garbage off our beaches all the time that comes over from Asia. It just flows right down the Pacific. It flows and we say, ‘Where does this come from?’ And it takes many people, to start off with."

Trump was elected in 2016 when I was in Desert Shores. The Salton Sea which only evaporates was heavily Chemically Contaminated. Barack Obama won in 2008 and 2012 under the exact conditions.

George HW Bush or 41 is dead at 94. Bush the United States 41st President died on Friday November 30 in Houston, Texas.

Under Ronald Reagan, Bush served as the 43rd Vice President of the United States from 1981 to 1989. He had previously been a U.S. Representative, Ambassador and Director of Central Intelligence.

Bush was born in Milton, Massachusetts to Prescott Bush and Dorothy Walker Bush. Bush postponed his university studies, enlisted in the United States Navy on his 18th birthday, and became the youngest aviator in the U.S. Navy at the time after Pearl Harbor in 1941. Bush ran for President in 1980, but was defeated in the Republican primary by Ronald Reagan. Reagan chose Bush as his running mate, and Bush became vice president after the Reagan Bush ticket won the 1980 election. During his eight year tenure as vice president, Bush headed administration task forces on deregulation and fighting the War on Drugs.

In 1988, Bush ran a successful campaign to succeed Reagan as President, defeating Democratic opponent Michael Dukakis, becoming the first sitting vice president in 152 years to be elected president. Foreign policy drove the Bush presidency: military operations were conducted in Panama and the Persian Gulf; the Berlin Wall fell in 1989, and the Soviet Union dissolved two years later.

I attended a Bush Campaign Rally in Los Angeles. Bush actually pointed me out. In this regards only Lycurgus Akbar was ongoing, not Operation Radhanatha which is the full blown Chemical Assault Scorched Earth. As a member of the Irrationalist Presidents Reagan Trump he will be compared to Joseph Stalin. Reagan began the manifest collapse of the United States and Democracy.
