President Bush Speaks of Evil in the Holy Land

President Bush in a recent trip to the Holy Land spoke of evil in the world. After visiting the Holocaust Museum Yad Vashem, Bush stated, "I would hope as many people in the world would come to this place. It would be a sobering reminder that evil exists, and a call that when we find evil we must resist."

Here we can discern the moral integrity of President Bush and his irrationalism. The environmental despoliation have been deliberately escalated to absurd levels with his condonement. 2008 Presidential candidates of all parties are similarly following this pattern in the mode of sycophants.

The Michigan Primary is today and the results will hopefully be known within two hours.

Similarly the preaching of all faiths including my own are negligent in defecting or remaining silent. Christians are being retaliated against in Orissa, India which is a stronghold of Gaudiya Vaishnavism of which I practice. The United States is producing quantum amounts of contaminated produce and goods while attacking China of who I suspect is retaliating.

In a turn of the cards John McCain has emerged as the front runner in the Republican Primary. Hillary Clinton technically is ahead of Barack Obama but it appears that Obama will win win more delegates in last evening's contest.

There is no clear reliable candidate on Homeland Security on either side of the aisle. What is clear is that the media is a handmaiden to disinformation. This has been a negative campaign from a logical standpoint.

The population of the United States is an informant based one attempting to sanitize history. There is my sovereign citizenship relationship with the president which is also universal for persons in the country and has ramifications in the social contract theory and as well as international law.

Secondly there is an intense and desperate attempt to gay bait me which I will easily defeat. The County of San Luis Obispo and Cambria were chosen to be a showcase for LGBT concerns. What is occurring is the emergence of Gay Irrationalism/Fascism with a no nothing culture involved in torture.

My orientation is Anti Gay Militancy. This area and the entire country has been destroyed by these persons. Local individuals and business reputations are damaged. I am not afraid of such criminals and be history should reject this anti moral based philosophy for what is is.

Earlier this morning at 10:00 am I called John McCain's Washington DC office to directly complain about conditions in Arizona and here in California.

Romney Quits the Race

Mitt Romney has quit the race giving the McCain an almost sure candidacy on the Republican side. I believe that the Democratic Party is biased to Hillary Clinton regarding Super Delegates. Several states are voting today.

I have phoned both Barack Obama and John McCain's Senate offices in Washington DC directly opposing the scorched earth and de facto posturing. I believe I spoke to a Shawn and a Robert respectively.

Cambria is a proverbial bodyguard of lies has been created to use me as a foil for the Gay Militancy behind the torture and chemical assault. I will deliver a decisive legal and historical presentation on the side of the pro heterosexual individual and value system which should be as universal as possible.

Tomorrow is Presidents Day. Kosovo has declared independence from Serbia this morning. It is shocking to note the brazen corruption of the race for president now and since 1987. John McCain is almost assuredly the Republican nominee while Barack Obama is surging past Hillary Clinton. The Democratic Party is the least democratic with Superdelegates more than likely the key to securing their nominee.

This is reflected in the rise of group type philosophies.

I am not a partisan of the Democrat or Republican Party and will oppose nominees of both parties.

The Gay Irrationalism and Know Nothing orientation is a testimony to the failure of the culture to remedy a threat to the human race, not just the United States. There is a connection to eternal law which LAPD is attempting to use me as a front for their Gay Militancy which I am claiming that I have defeated.

Cambria and San Luis Obispo are heavily damaged. This area can be used as a point of departure for this although the trajectory predates my first entry here. Persons who act as militants under LAPD's instruction are exposed and easy scapegoats. I can now turn more attention to direct confrontations with sworn officials who de facto and negligent.

The political witchhunt season has opened with Barack Obama on the verge of bandwagonning Hillary Clinton. To make issues worse for Clinton a Dallas motorcycle officer was killed while providing security for her in Texas this morning.

Yesterday the New York Times published a story that attempted to link John McCain with a lobbyist in a romantic manner. Republican representative Renzi has been indicted in Arizona regarding land deals.

I have a strong linkage to Arizona and Senator McCain has less than a heroic record defending this state. He has stated in his refutation of the Times article that he has never performed and act that would compromise his public service.

Barack Obama has found success in the Democratic forum with change for the sake of change.

As seen he should be directly contrasted with the real history of the United States and myself.

Barack Obama is a perpetuation of a Perfect Dictator.

Barack Obama's spiritual orientation and patriotic inclinations have recently come under scrutiny by means of onetime Pastor Jeremiah Wright’s sermons. Obama has given a response on March 18, 2008.

And yet words on a parchment would not be enough to deliver slaves from bondage, or provide men and women of every color and creed their full rights and obligations as citizens of the United States. What would be needed were Americans in successive generations who were willing to do their part through protests and struggle, on the streets and in the courts, through a civil war and civil disobedience and always at great risk to narrow that gap between the promise of our ideals and the reality of their time.

The preceding excerpt of the speech only clarifies Obama’s intent to sanitize reality. The country that Barack states he loves came under attack on June 17, 1987. The electronic surveillance and scorched earth is clearly known too him. He is a sworn official as a United States senator from Illinois and a member of the Bar. He can not allow a crime to occur in his cognition without reporting such.

Barack Obama speaks of racial healing when he is condoning a systematic race and religious crime against myself and America. In this regard he is not change but the status quo.

The Clintons have released their tax returns from 2001 2007. The Clintons have earned $109 million and have paid $33,783,507 million in taxes. The range of earnings falls between $7.9 million and $20 million dollars per anum. The Obamas earned $1.6 million in 2005 and $991,296 in 2006. Sen. McCain has not released returns. His wife is a beneficiary of a reputed $100 million trust.

The books and magazines in stores are completely contaminated and you would have to be insane to wear earbuds or headphones.

Homeland security is a disgrace to human civilization. Code enforcement is secondary law and they should act as duty bound officials.

I have been persecuted severely and the use of autarky on a Malthusian scale will dominate future studies of whom gained or lost an advantage from June 17, 1987 onward. The history of which these figures especially the Clintons have created is a bogus fiction of sanitized destruction.

I have spent $20,000 dollars about $1300 in court costs for cases that would have ended this despotism. Analysis of Candidates

There are three major candidates left standing as the last round of primaries are scheduled to resume April 22, 2008. Barack Obama has about a 120 delegate lead. Hillary Clinton appears to be winning in Pennsylvania and Indiana while Barack Obama appears to have secured North Carolina. John McCain is said to defeat either democrat by about 300 delegates to 200 in a hypothetical election.

Barack Obama Obama is campaigning on a platform of hollow change. This change seems to be based more on a belief that he himself is change than any practical tangible agenda. Presidents are evaluated on their ability to identify problems and solve them. Obama has made just over 4 million dollars as an author in 2007. Where has he ever did anything to oppose the systematic torture that has been placed over me? Barack Obama suffers from selective perception which needs to be corrected so he can see what needs to changed.

Hillary Clinton: The New York Senator is campaigning with universal healthcare and her experience in the White House as her cornerstones. President Bill Clinton condoned the Orwellian chemical assault by gay militants which continues today. Hillary must have White House experience in this abuse. She is now the classic profile of Munchhausen's by proxy syndrome of a mother that deliberately sickens her child than goes to any length to restore its health This is an ad absurdium but is working to some degree.

John McCain: McCain a Vietnam War Veteran with 5 and 1/2 years spent in the Hanoi Hilton. He is campaigning on a platform of Homeland Security, securing the borders, and eliminating earmarks. The senator can expect to have his reputation as a hero destroyed as the casualties and damages from systematic torture during his tenure becomes manifest and cannot be contained by an informant state.

Change or Status Quo?

Hillary Clinton has continued her odyssey and Quixotic quest to be the Democratic presidential nominee. Her 55 to 45 percent victory in Pennsylvania has gained at least 11 delegates and 3.5 million dollars which she badly needs.

Barack Obama emerged from the bruising contest condemning the trivial spectacles that are dominating a very close contest with dedicated surrogates exploiting every cut and weakness. Obama appealed to followers to help him change the world. My response is that Hillary and Bill Clinton helped destroy the United States by not recognizing the chemical attack over person and the legal sovereign citizen relation to protect the nation.

Obama is not change. Any continuation of the status quo is damage to him and he is a sworn official. John McCain if elected, and the strife in the Democratic race is helping, will be the oldest president if elected. I have a respectable record against him and Governor Janet Napolitano as I have been an Arizona resident and frequent the Colorado River area often.

Chelsea Clinton is emerging as a latent political force. Slowly but surely she has appeared regularly and as needed to aid in her mother's Quixotic presidential campaign. As the race has narrowed she has also faced greater scrutiny than standard photo op fare.

Chelsea Clinton has more than a story to tell. She has spent most of her adolescent and adult life in the shadow of presidential and power politics. When Bill Clinton was first elected president I was in San Diego, California I remember sitting in Balboa Park just north of the Navy Hospital when he won the 1992 election. I slept at night right at the beginning of the 163 Highway entrance into downtown. This was amazing given the horrid conditions. I used to marvel at the eagles that still survived there and a red fox that had it's home under the hospital.

I was in Washington DC for the Vietnam Vet ceremony. I can remember the photos of tie dye Chelsea in the papers and how she was an excellent student at a top flight prep school.

The air every evening was chemically sprayed most likely from the police. Hillary Clinton is using her work in promoting Universal Healthcare as a cornerstone of experience and career. Chelsea along with Barack Obama and the Bush twins, Barbara and Jenna are being groomed as the scapegoats for this debacle. Chelsea was born on February 27, 1980. The Twins were born November 25, 1981. Obama was born August 4, 1961.

Hence, in 2116 I would be prepared to suffer the implications for OFFICIAL RECOGNITION, defection, and the Sanitization of History.

Just as Zeus had to slay his father Cronus. Chelsea, Jenna, and Barbara might need transactional immunity as they will be sworn under oath in a grand jury to testify against their father and mother.

Chelsea has had a life sheltered from criticism. She is an active political operative in the win or lose political game.

I have arrived to Lassen, Plumas County CA. It is very beautiful. When I am in the forest it is quite serene. In the towns as Susanville the effects of being an informant are still evident in antisocial behavior.

Hillary Clinton is 121 delegates away from being defeated. Ted Kennedy is in the hospital. President Bush has claimed that the Democrats may appease agents of terrorism. This proclamation was made to the Israeli Knesset on the 60th anniversary of Israel. Appeasement is a cornerstone of the Irrationalist Presidents' folly.

Barack Obama appears to be everything but change. His stated offer to debate homeland security "anytime, anyplace, anywhere" will only prove that he is part of the Perfect Dictator. Change: Poetic Justice is No Justice At All

Barack Obama, on June 3, 2008 became the first African American to clinch the presidential nomination of a major political party. Obama by using a mantra of Change defeated a resurgent Hillary Clinton who seeked to be the first woman to stake such a claim. Clinton's main policy issue was universal healthcare. It took within one hour of the close of an arduous primary campaign to cinch the nomination. A orchestrated flow of Superdelegates gave Obama the needed majority at the close of the South Dakota polls which he lost. Obama won the final Montana primary which closed an hour later.

Personally, I was in Westwood, California and had just turned on my laptop after recharging such with a small battery of solar panels in the forest. This was slightly before 6:00 PST. On MSNBC, Hillary Clinton was speaking in New York City. I was able to view this live. Only recently has the modem speed on my smartphone service been able to delivery about the equivalent of 54kbs which would permit me to watch such in real time. I normally would not watch regular television and I just left my small handheld transistor radio at the bus stop for whomever wanted it.

John McCain has already locked up the Republican nomination and Barack Obama will face this war hero for the presidency.

One of the most prominent measures of a president is the ability to identify and solve the problem and crises that the nation faces. Hence George Washington in defeating the British and being the first president is considered by many to be the greatest leader. Abraham Lincoln is gaining strongly in this measure by ending slavery.

George Bush is the crisis president. One must consider that 9-11 must have some blame placed on his predecessors. Needless to state Bush did not recognize me. I usually state such in the subject header of emails as In re: Nollmeyer. This is in conformity with the Rules For the United States Supreme Court and one could recognize such as in the styling of an extraordinary writ.

The United States or the leadership still has not recognized a chemical assault against the nation. All public officials in my cognition have no known objective remedy and records to the internal crisis which may construed as an act of war. At the present date neither candidate for the president is an agent of positive real change. John McCain and Barack Obama will only prove that democracy does not lead to freedom. In lieu of this on has to consider if the Democratic and Republican Parties are not RICO structures hence racketeered influenced corrupt organizations that should be dismantled and divested.

Criminal Determinism: Nativism, Socialization, and Sexuality

One of the most important observations in the history of MOEC is that criminal determinism is largely predicated on being an informant. Within this argument there is a conflict between a priori internal genetics and inductive socialization.

Here it is observable that the construction of the Gay Militia within LAPD and The Baltimore Studio are LGBT. The Delaware State Police are mostly heterosexual. I am not sure of the Baltimore PD. This information is what I have heard from these individuals hence again what is called hearsay. This is the auditory stimulus that I am being exposed to allegedly from the membership of theses structures. Conversely I am solidly heterosexual and any study of my lifespan will verify such.

Hence the LGBT platform is creating the worst criminals at the public non managemental unsworn officials. LAPD will create crime multipliers from informants and hierarchically aim such at competent officials as the president, governor, homeland security secretary, and attorney general.

It is clear that incest, LGBT orientation, and molestation as a child are the greatest indicator of future criminality. This is compounded by being an informant. Drug abuse, alcohol use, and other behavior that is socialized by a negative relation with a code enforcement official is also prominent.

In this regards with the groups mentioned, the County of Los Angeles, California, Delaware, and the Western Shore of Maryland have produced the most career and pathological criminals. The Baltimore Washington area is most likely to have also produced the highest crime rate in the last twenty years.

The construction in Los Angeles PD for permitting twenty white LGBT officers to work exclusively is a tremendous error. This cell structure will only magnify their worst characteristics without checks. There should have been diversity and direct supervision both within and without LAPD.

Currently I have spent much time and energy refuting personal ad hominem as a red herring attack against myself that I pertain to the LGBT orientation. The truth is that the law enforcement officials that are running this operation are LGBT oriented. This in degree is LAPD. They are a Gay Militia that is attempting to avenge LGBT history.

In this regards they also do not have anything positive to contribute to so such. They have created a know nothing culture. This in essence is a subcomponent of Gay Irrationalism. This has definitively affected the presidents of whom I am attempting to make a refutation.

The current president, George W. Bush is the nation's disaster president. He has severely mismanaged the country. Homeland Security is going to be his death knell in posterity. He has been dogged by scandal as well. Only Vice President Cheney and Secretary of State Rice remain.

His page on the site is nearly empty yet he to date is the most important figure as more despoliation has clearly occurred during his two terms.

Gay Marriage has become legal as of June 16, 2008 in California. I strongly oppose such. I am a spiritual conservative and will easily have my ideological values contrasted with Bush and his predecessors.

Now that the primary season has produced the presumptive candidates of the two major parties; one has to deliberate over the folly of the ritualism of these persons and the culture.

The emperor has no clothes...

The barbaric conditions that have persisted over the last 21 years has no agenda with either figure. The economy is being wrecked along with a despoiled environment. Monetarism has debased the American dollar to the point where it has been displaced by the Euro. America has flourished when it genuinely was a true leader.

In contrast a true electoral fraud is ongoing today in Zimbabwe courtesy of the despot Robert Mugabe who has no shame in laying bare an ole school power play to retain power.

The American culture and human species has a great lesson to learn in the exploitative marginalization tactics that are being used to oppress and alienate one and the collective from spiritual and civil justice.

The American presidency is probably within a decade or two from being exposed as a system of charlatans who sold their citizens down the river.

I genuinely enjoy pointing out that I am one day senior in age to Barack Obama being born August 3, 1961 in Roswell, New Mexico. At the present the myth is more important than the person.

The two candidates are most surely investing time in vetting their vice presidential candidates and raising funds.

I personally have two choices as spiritual survivalist. Externally one can find a defensible spot and hunker down and wait for aid or attempt to walk out or fight. Since I have no access to real courts (I have made over 26 federal suits that would have stopped this event.), the rational use of legal documents in a historical context is and was a correct territorial decision.

I do not see how any real transparent legal venue could vindicate any sworn duty bound official who was correctly brought before the court.

The War on Terror: Barack Obama and John McCain

Neither Barack Obama nor John McCain have the courage to identify REAL Homeland Security issues. The strawman presentation between the two main rivals oscillates between Iraq and Afghanistan neglecting the needs to address the greater escalating threat present at the end of the Bush term.

California is facing a record fire season with 288 burning fires down from over 1500 since June 21, 2008. The nearest fire to me personally is the Cub complex at over 15,000 acres and 85% containment.

The major lakes in the area as Lake Almanor and smaller tributaries are chemically contaminated. The fire fighting may involve contaminated water.

It is clear that President Bush and his last four predecessors can be blackmailed. They do not look capable of preventing nuclear blackmail and black marketing of materials to rogue groups. This is one of McCain's claims.

Obama wishes to withdraw from Iraq in sixteen months after a presidential victory. McCain position is longer term. Both candidates favor shifting the focus to Afghanistan. Obama wishes to shift the focus to the Taliban. McCain claims that he will capture Osama bin Laden.

The fact of reality demonstrates that both are strawmen ritualists who place personal and party interests over the true priority of health and justice here in the United States for a problem that was the real beginning of the War on Terror.

I, David Nollmeyer brings a criminal complaint against former United States Attorney General John Ashcroft for violating the due process rights by engaging in de facto and negligent activities that are a chemical assault against the United States citizens and territories. The attack is orchestrated by a Gay Militancy run by a cell of LAPD California officers. During his tenure between the dates of 2001 and 2004 John Ashcroft as the chief code enforcement officer of the United States obstructed justice as CHAPTER 73—OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE § 1513. The month of July will be remembered in human rights history for several reasons. Serbian strongman Radovan Karadzic was finally detained in Belgrade. Syncretism and Dystopia

Syncretism is the moving and combining of two different paradigm shifts into a different end state than either existing model. This is an experiential not abstract consideration or a priori conceptual model. (See synthetic logic)

Many faith based practices claim an ideal state where humans have originated from or could return to a perfected status.

The word dystopia appears to have emerged in common practice as an inversion to the utopia movement of Christians and the like although there appears to be a Greek etymology.

John Stuart Mills, who has some knowledge of Greek stated, "It is, perhaps, too complimentary to call them Utopians, they ought rather to be called dystopians, or cacotopians. What is commonly called Utopian is something too good to be practicable; but what they appear to favor is too bad to be practicable."

The taxonomy of dystopia is disputed academically. One consideration is that a dystopia does not lay claim to be a utopia. Anti utopian in this instance refers to a society that lays claim to an ideal state but with a fatal flaw.

The dystopia is a bad place laying in opposition to the utopia or good place. In our consideration this simple disjunction gives an opening logically to de facto efforts by clandestine overt planners and code enforcement to wreck by prisoner's dilemma religious missions and other political paradigms by use of informants and wrecking.

The most powerful example of this tactic is the era of Irrationalist Presidents of the past 21 years in continuo. There is a credible belief to be live that Cambridge Law School is behind the state planning of the United Kingdom. 1984 and Dystopia

George Orwell's 1984 is considered a classic in a literary genre dealing with totalitarianism and dystopia. There is a credible belief that actors in a system or cell of Cambridge Law School lawyers designed and help provide datum to Orwell. I perceive Orwell as an informant himself to some degree. I see him as Winston Smith, performing crimes for Big Brother to survive. I argue the Cambridge Law School is the mastermind of British Intelligence and that many of their tactics lay well outside of morality and law.

In the United States I have authored under duress twenty six United States Federal lawsuits making such claims. I have also linked this origin to implementers who are ordinary code enforcement officials; not an elitist M16 or CIA.

Orwell wrote 1984 in London. The world in which he had experience of that he considered alarming was the totalitarianism of Spain and Russia. Orwell himself was a socialist in the Trotsky line. He correctly links the despotism of absolute power and technology to the enslavement of the individual. The party or groupist mechanism he frames is duplicit and always right.

My alienation and torture gives some vindication to his claims that he thought that England and capitalism would fall. On June 17, 1987, which is Queen's Day in England so called Western Christianity did indeed take a beating. The myth of democracy being a fool proof system for liberty and freedom is defeated.

As I write Russia is pounding Georgia for an armed attempt to return South Assetia to it's control.

The local police use ad hominem and actual criminal history to illegally invade the privacy of many persons. The right to remain secure is covered in the 4th Amendment. What is also unique is that totalitarianism here in the United States emerges under the height of capitalism. The current mortgage debacle appears designed by Cambridge using banking capital. Hence destroying enemies with one's own resources. The Illuminati theory of a New World Order are only partial truths. Bankers do no have the skills to design a society. So recently Kosovo's independence is one up and Georgia's imminent defeat is one down. In this power game there is now a concrete history of how Russia will engage NATO's interests.

The State Versus Civil Liberties

After 9-11 the Bush Administration began to reorganize code enforcement in the United States under Homeland Security. In this regards the expansion of state powers versus the individual began as part of a design that many attribute to Vice President Cheney.

Bush issued an executive order authorizing the NSA to monitor communications between suspected terrorists outside the United States and parties within the country without obtaining a warrant pursuant to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act. Bush reasoned that the warrant requirements of FISA were implicitly superseded by the subsequent passage of the Authorization for Use of Military Force. In August 2006, a U.S. district court judge ruled that the Terrorist Surveillance Program was unconstitutional. This decision was later reversed. On January 17, 2007, Attorney General Alberto Gonzales informed U.S. Senate leaders that the program would not be reauthorized by the president, but would be subjected to judicial oversight.

We can see an overt manifestation of Homeland Security issues which could be credible contrasted with my isolation and 24 hours no holds barred electronic surveillance with no right of legal person in spite of 26 federal court suits. The last case being dismissed in March of 2008.

I had promised to construct a website on University of Cambridge by September. The recent nomination of Joseph Biden by Barack Obama provides an excellent opportunity form me to contrast my contributions to their culture of corruption and impunity. The history of Delaware that overlaps Joseph Biden's senate career and this tragedy cannot be ignored. It is easier to prosecute these sworn officials that to implicate a foreign actor.

The vice presidential candidacy of Joe Biden of Delaware adds greater emphasis to the leadership vacuum. Delaware and Arizona are among the four most hardest hit states during the chemical assault which began in Delaware on June 17, 1987.

I have a modest amount of correspondence with both McCain and Biden on the undeclared attack on this country. I stuffed envelopes for Biden in his 1972 campaign. He is an alumnus of Rodney Village, a working class neighborhood of average persons and military personnel.

I was born August 3, 1961 in Roswell, NM. The amount of tragedy from this neighborhood is immense. Persons who lived in this neighborhood die at an astonishing rate. Biden lived on Nathaniel Mitchell Drive. I lived ABOUT FIVE HOUSE AWAY. His wife and infant were killed just after his election. Charles Hagadorn who lived a few houses away was killed in the third degree. Preston Gravatt, Mark Hoster, Pam Tiedgen, Michael Mimmelo, and Kim Inverso have committed suicide. The first three lived only houses away from Biden. Thomas Schiller, Ann Poleski, and Carl Baltrusch have been killed in auto accidents. Preston Gravatt was the driver of a vehicle in which Mrs. Gladden of Rodney Village died.

If one were to go to the adjacent neighborhood Mayfair, Phil Moore has died in a motorcycle accident. Recently a Blake Cahall, Blake Cahall whose father taught me to drive as a drivers ed teacher, had a daughter who was involved in an accident with six fatalities. Gary Kueskeski's father was a federal agent who drowned in the Delaware Bay while attempting to inspect a cargo vessel. Anne Wiezoreck was married to Calvin Eicko. He died in an accident. She married Mark Hoster who committed suicide. To return to Rodney Village, David Laurea was convicted of the murder by arson death of his wife, child, and friend in a house perhaps four away. He was put to death by lethal injection.

I have sued the Delaware State Police in a habeas corpus action stating that then Officer Shaner was an accomplice in permitting three persons to target shoot. One of the individuals was killed by the shotgun in question. The shotgun was brandished against me at an earlier date. Shaner was present the day I stuffed envelopes for Biden. Thomas Schiller brought me to the Biden Campaign. I am not sure if I met Joe Biden's wife that evening.

There are a few more fatalities. I apologize for my any incorrect spelling of names. I was known by all the parties mentioned.

One lesson to be learned is DO NOT DRINK ALCOHOL.

Beau Biden, is now Attorney General of Delaware.

Barack Obama, Joseph Biden, and Beau Biden should resign from office. None are prepared to lead.

Hillary Takes the Stage

Hillary Clinton takes to the stage of the Democratic Convention to help define her mythology and thus create a strawman to protect the legacy of husband president Bill Clinton. The last four Irrationalist Presidents have thrown the country under the bus, and we now await anointing of the next idol to steer toward the abyss of the Doomsday Hellhole.

Bill Clinton to his credit used international multilateralism to intervene in Bosnia to shutdown the Serbian War Machine. In an act of impotence he did not bomb the smithereens out of the Srebrenica genocide machinery. People count not buildings and infrastructure in the long term.

Michelle Obama in her sermon last evening stated We want our children in this nation to know the only limit to the height of your achievements is the reach of your dreams and your willingness to work for them."

Our children hopefully will learn the concrete power realities of our current history a well planned Orwellian Chemical Assault that began in the Ronald Reagan era.

Hillary Clinton hopes to accent the aperture of the American Woman as head of state. Margaret Thatcher at 84 now suffers from dementia as did Ronald Reagan who also died a freeman without any accountability for this time period.

Hillary Clinton most likely will not use her time at the Democrat Convention to oppose the abuse of persons in America. She may attempt to define her arrival to the pinnacle of American Politics with a staged role call of the delegates which she stops to entrench support for Barack Obama in what is a very close electoral battle with John McCain.

Barack Obama arrival to the near pinnacle of American politics has occurred by following a yellow brick road which mistakenly portrays him as the wizard. Vice president candidate Joseph Biden has honed an insider track after a youthful victor some thirty years past in the Senate.

All the candidates are strawmen for cultural and financial interests. Today is the anniversary of Martin Luther King's I Have a Dream Speech. Barack Obama's aloofness will work well in the pop media cum op ed for profit political market. It will not last the test of time as virtuoso craft as a Bach or perhaps a Beethoven. The fault of the Romantics was that they believed that they were producing the art that would endure forever. Much of their legacy is still standing. However their notions and bombast has not resounded through experience.

Obama's is not bombastic. Intellectualizing every detail and opportunity only reveals the folly of mortality.

Obama's Achilles' Heal is Reality. The strawmen will lack substance against the chemical scorched earth of his political emergence. Biden's home state Delaware, as well as McCain's Arizona are heavily damaged. Barack Obama's easy likability is poor match for a gallows humour and the luck that only comes only with a ghost of a chance.

The Republican Convention begins today in Minneapolis today as Hurricane Gustav struck Louisiana and Tropical Storm Hanna became a hurricane and headed towards South Carolina.

John McCain's choice of unknown Alaskan Governor Sarah Palin as vice president caught myself and the country off guard. Palin like myself opposes abortion and gay marriage. Her seventeen year old daughter has announced that she is pregnant and will marry the father.

Palin speaks of breaking the glass ceiling or class stratification of upper boundaries for women versus men. She is a 44 year old beauty queen one term governor of Alaska. So she is fresher and cleaner than the fast learning Barack Obama or his foreign policy mentor Joe Biden. It will be interesting to see the fresh and clean Palin debate Biden.

Welcome to the Machine. I am speaking of the machinery of torture that co option of the instruments of the state and other resources to be degrade, oppress, and marginalize one or the collective until death.

The Transition Towards A New President

The presidential campaign is entering the final two weeks with Barack Obama maintaining an over 5 percent lead and raising over 150 million dollars last month to top out at 650 million so far. Regardless if this pattern holds all the candidates are critically wounded historically and possible legally.

Joseph Biden lived in the same neighborhood as I did, Rodney Village in Kent County in the 1970s. His house at that time could be worth no more than 25,000 dollars.

If a correct and transparent discovery is undertaken the path to power cradle to grave will unfold. This is non merit based pattern of systematic defection to police. This is no more than a glorified good ol boy network.

Racketeering influenced corrupt patterns of behavior will emerge as non cash remuneration as jobs and career paths are discovered. The police, courts, and legislators are firewalls in this endeavor.

I have not been able to break through on any level. It also demonstrates the informant character of the human race. Concerns over patriotism and the like are no more than fronts to insulate the class stratification.

In this consideration I would ban both the Republican and Democratic parties. Ronald Reagan, George H. W. Bush and George W. Bush have committed severe abuses under this party’s banner. The Nazi Party is banned in some nations in Europe. I ardently support this well though out and deliberate conclusion. Barack Obama appears more charmed by fired up crowds than the nihilism he ignores in show bottle intellectual exhibitions. He is neglecting the power realities and using blind faith that the corrupt security apparatus will not turn on him as it has the entire country.

Regardless of who the next president is the Republican and Democratic Parties are corrupt and negligent.

Boycott the 2008 Presidential Election

It is my opinion and analysis that the correct step to guarantee one's present integrity and future posterity is to BOYCOTT THE 2008 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION between Barack Obama and John McCain. Neither candidate, both who are sworn public officials, who are US Senators have recognized systematic human rights abuses ongoing since June 17, 1987. This is the 200th anniversary of the United States Constitution.

Currently I am along the Salton Sea in California. The entire lake is chemically polluted. The air is polluted and exposed food products and as well as packaged products are contaminated.

This election is a convergence of a Perfect Dictator System.

Any individual or group supporting the acts of tyranny committed by the previous four presidents have contributed to one of the largest and definitely most successful acts of censorship in the history of the world.

Corporate History is becoming an important study. The actual emergence and consolidation of many abstract firms is and will be done at the expense of human life. I have lived in Delaware. Dupont is the most prestigious company with a pedigree that dates back to making gunpowder for the Revolutionary War against the British.

Needless to state propping up figures as George W. Bush and Barack Obama with $2000 dollar contributions and soft money will not produce any positive figures from the private sector.

The individual or firm supporting TOTALITARIANISM only chooses to become it's slave. Poetic justice is no justice at all. This will become apparent if Barack Obama wins for African Americans and for women if Sarah Palin is elected with John McCain.

Any spiritual leader supporting any despotic regime also defeats his own mission by negating a performance by lack of consciousness.

THE MOST MORAL, INTELLIGENT, AND SECURE POSITION IS TO BOYCOTT THESE CANDIDATES AND CREATE A CREDIBLE RECORD OF OPPOSITION TO TYRANNY.

Election Day 2008

It is about 2:00 pm California time. Unless a miracle occurs Barack Obama is predicted to win the election. Most polls have Obama at 7 percent ahead and near 350 electoral votes. A ban on gay marriage is on the ballot in three states as California, Arizona, and Florida. The ban will most likely pass in Arizona but is too close to call in the other two states.

If Obama wins the culpability of this event which is also a personal attack on my life will begin to shift to the Democrats. I do not wish to speculate and beg the question. This website was created in recognition that it would stronger to have authorized positions from myself in public and presented to authorities even though it is impossible to maintain a productive schedule.

I will be more assertive against the next president.

This will also occur against California, Delaware, Maryland, and Arizona officials at all levels.

Neither Obama nor McCain have directly stated or signaled and constituently remedy for deep institutionalized human rights abuses.

Since I am only one day older than Obama and have lived in the same neighborhood as Biden if such win the texture will be more closed and focused as Delaware is heavily involved.

Lord Of The Flies

Several different archetypes are used to develop the entrapment used for the last twenty two years. An interesting perspective is derived by a basic comparison to the novel Lord of the Flies. In this text a plane full of students from a boy's military academy crash lands in the ocean. Many boys survive and swim to an island. Their teacher is saved but has neurological injuries.

Without rules and punishment the boys turn savage. Two tribes form. From here on remaining survivors cooperate with the hero or defect (prisoner's dilemma) to the hero or the protagonist.

In short the hero is left with only friend ally. This is a dyadic formation and other triadic or other numeric groupings fail to constrain of the larger bellicose grouping.

The original teacher has come to live in a cave and is subsequently murdered by the protagonist.

Since this is known by all the dyad with the hero is soon hunted down on the island. A fire breaks out and the two are saved by the military.

LAPD is the renegade grouping. The contain a LGBT militia. The officer that lead the attack against Ronald Reagan which contained a scorched earth component is code named The Fly. I am a religiously conservative ritvik Hare Krishna. I am usually a vegetarian, do not do drugs or alcohol, gamble or engage in illicit sex.

As we await the transition from George W. Bush to Barack Obama this is an interesting insight.

The Aftermath

If there is anyone out there who still doubts that America is a place where all things are possible; who still wonders if the dream of our founders is alive in our time; who still questions the power of our democracy, tonight is your answer.

Let us resist the temptation to fall back on the same partisanship and pettiness and immaturity that has poisoned our politics for so long. Let us remember that it was a man from this state who first carried the banner of the Republican Party to the White House a party founded on the values of self reliance, individual liberty, and national unity. Those are values we all share, and while the Democratic Party has won a great victory tonight, we do so with a measure of humility and determination to heal the divides that have held back our progress. As Lincoln said to a nation far more divided than ours, "We are not enemies, but friends...though passion may have strained it must not break our bonds of affection." And to those Americans whose support I have yet to earn, I may not have won your vote, but I hear your voices, I need your help, and I will be your President too.

My response to Barack Obama is all things are possible, in the degree that it is historical proof that the president of the United States will condone and support Institutionalized Torture. Barack Obama will be the fifth Irrationalist President within a system of a Perfect Dictator.

The Democratic Party will soon be the standard bearer of torture most likely within two years. I am in Salton City in California and the area is poisoned. Barack Obama speaks in a code to his followers not about change. One must judge by the hand not the mouth. Concrete Reality is a better measure of performance than long range rhetoric and semantics which so far are the only qualities that Obama has demonstrated. These are the same qualities that the first Irrationalist President Ronald Reagan exhibited very well.

From Ronald Reagan Onward

In continuo it is still difficult to weigh the implications of the failure of leadership that Ronald Reagan committed. It is clear that the failure to recognize the primary rights of the citizen and due process have deteriorated the rule of law domestically and internationally. Ronald Reagan did not take any official action to remedy human rights abuse that would of most likely no more than implicated the federal government and three states: 1. California 2. Delaware 3. Maryland.

This de facto and negligent act also directly has had a negative multiplier on the succeeding four presidencies of George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, and president elect Barack Obama.

What is needed now in the present instance is to define a clear rule and measure based on constitutional law and direct activities equally from Ronald Reagan through the subsequent presidencies.

Barack Obama in choosing Joseph Biden of Delaware selects and individual whom I share an interesting linkage. During one of his campaigns Biden visited my families home in Rodney Village in Kent County. I am 100 percent sure that he heard the events of scorched earth foretold in the household. This involves totalitarianism and scorched earth. This would include racketeering and violation of mutual aid with LAPD, California.

Under a subpoena this evidence should be easily obtainable.

Barack Obama is risking having the worst human rights record historically which is now the propriety of George W. Bush.

Transitions To a Perfect Dictator

Happy Thanksgiving! President Barack Obama clearly demonstrates the defense mechanism known as intellectualization. There is no doubt that Obama is intellectually gifted. He has a a flaw in that he is confident that he can abstractly think his way out of problems that are based in concrete reality. I am very conservative and have a similar problem that I have been successful as an undergraduate only but believe at times I am the smartest person in the room to my own injury. Joseph Biden also contains this flaw.

Obama is surrounded with a continuum of Democrat and Clinton insiders. The global economy is a wreck based on a lack of regulation in the mortgage industry. A scourge of piracy envelopes Somalia Coast and a major terrorist attack is ongoing in Mumbai, India with 100 dead and several hundred injuries. There is a perception perhaps that a Jimmy Carter styled diplomacy is emerging where such is not balanced with the counterweight of the United States superior capabilities of projecting military might.

President Bush has not helped this transition either by positioning the country in this economic chaos.

The Salton Sea is despoiled. I am chemically toxic and take my chances with almost anything I eat, drink, or wear.

The United States has chosen the embrace of totalitarianism, not freedom under democratic institutions.

Barack Obama's slogan of change is no more than this convergence of totalitarianism which is democratically elected dictatorship. Obama is the model for ritualistic criminality. If one plays the game and goes along with crowd, he blends in and someone at a lower level is prosecuted.

Obama Requests Blagojevich To Resign

In an inauspicious event Barack Obama has asked for disgraced Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich to resign after being arrested on attempting to extort benefits for appointing the successor to Barack Obama's Senate seat. This appears typical of the informant based defection culture in the United States now that is destroying the country.

Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich is just the latest in a recent string of high profile political officials accused or convicted by the federal government of mystifyingly blatant public corruption.

From Sen. Ted Stevens R of Alaska, convicted in October of hiding hundreds of thousands of dollars in gifts and home renovations given to him by a political supporter, to Rep. William Jefferson D of Louisiana, who faces a trial on bribery charges next year following the FBI's discovery of $90,000 in his freezer, the list of tainted politicians is long and colorful.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation in recent years has redoubled it's efforts to root out public misconduct, accounting for some of the apparent trend. But in general, the catching of multiple hands in multiple cookie jars is a reminder that corruption has no party, temptation is constant, and constant vigilance is a good mantra for voters to keep in mind.

"This proves once again that power can make people stupid," says Bob Edgar, president of Common Cause, of the Blagojevich allegations.

Governor Blagojevich returned to work Wednesday, a day after his arrest on charges that included scheming to enrich himself by selling President elect Obama's former Senate seat to the highest bidder.

Meanwhile, Senate majority whip Dick Durbin D of Illinois called on the Illinois legislature to immediately pass legislation that would require the seat to be filled in a special election, instead of by gubernatorial appointment.

State lawmakers indicated they could move swiftly to draft and pass such legislation. "No appointment by this governor, under these circumstances, could produce a credible replacement," said Senator Durbin on Dec. 9.

The profane, crass nature of Blagojevich's comments, as alleged by federal prosecutors in an indictment, stunned even longtime political observers in Washington.

Discussing his power to appoint a replacement to Mr. Obama's old seat, Blagojevich said, "I've got this thing and it's [expletive] golden," prosecutors alleged.

"It came as a shock," says Mr. Edgar, who served 12 years in the House as a Democratic lawmaker from Pennsylvania. "It's appalling."

The case against the Illinois governor is being directed by Patrick Fitzgerald, the US Attorney for Northern Illinois. Mr. Fitzgerald has been particularly active in attacking state political corruption. He directed the successful prosecution of Blagojevich's predecessor, George Ryan, for steering state contracts to political cronies, among other cases.

But he's not the only US attorney pursuing politicians. In New York, former Gov. Eliot Spitzer of New York was forced to resign after federal investigators found that he was a regular customer of a high end prostitution ring.

That's in addition to Senator Stevens and Representative Jefferson. Both men were indicted by the feds and, in Stevens' case, convicted. Both lost reelection bids in November's vote.

Overall, the FBI now has more than 2,500 pending public corruption investigations, according to bureau spokesperson Jason Pack. That’s an increase of more than 50 percent since 2003.

In the past five years, the number of agents working the public corruption beat has also gone up by 50 percent, according to the FBI. More than 1,800 federal, state, and local officials have been convicted in the last two years alone.

"Unfortunately, the private sector has by no means cornered the market on greed," said FBI Director Robert Mueller in a speech earlier this year.

Public corruption is now one of the bureau's top investigative priorities, behind only terrorism, espionage, and cybercrimes, according to official statements.

The Blagojevich case has captured national headlines, but recent investigations have also targeted lower profile politicians. These politicians include Massachusetts state Sen. Dianne Wilkerson, who was arrested in October on charges that she accepted $20,000 in cash as payment for the introduction of legislation.

"I think some politicians get a sense of entitlement after they’ve been in office a long time," says Wendy Schiller, an associate professor of political science and public policy at Brown University. "They deal with lots of wealthy people and they think, 'Why can't I live like that?'"

In historical terms, high level political corruption today is less than it used to be, says Professor Schiller, who studies the subject.

Prior to the Progressive Era at the turn of the 20th century, which led to public Senate elections, paying for a Senate seat was not uncommon. In 1899, hoping to be appointed senators from Montana, W.G. Conrad and William Clark laid out $1 million in bribes apiece.

Following the Watergate scandal of President Nixon's presidency, the federal and many state governments passed laws establishing transparency of the political process, further reducing opportunities for corruption, according to Schiller.

As the recent cases show, corruption continues. "But so much of that stuff really can't be done anymore," says Schiller.
