President Donald Trump Impeached

The US House of Representatives has impeached President Donald Trump for "incitement of insurrection" at last week's Save The Steal Capitol riot on January 6, 2021.

Ten Republicans sided with Democrats to impeach the president by a vote of 232 to 197.

Trump is the first president in United States History to be impeached twice, or charged with crimes by Congress.

Mr. Trump, a Republican, will now face a trial in the Senate, if convicted he could face being barred from ever holding office again.

The President will not have to leave the White House before his term ends in one week because the Senate will not reconvene until January 19, 2021.

Mr Trump leaves office on January 20, 2021 following his electoral defeat last November to Democrat Joe Biden.

The Democratic controlled House voted on Wednesday after several hours of impassioned debate as armed National Guard troops stood guard inside and outside the Capitol. The FBI has warned of possible armed protests planned for Washington DC and all 50 US state capitals ahead of Mr Biden's inauguration next week.

Mr Trump called on his followers to remain peaceful but he did not refer after the fact that he had been impeached n a video released after the vote in Congress,. "Violence and vandalism have no place in our country... No true supporter of mine would ever endorse political violence," he stated, striking a sombre and conciliatory tone.

There is a current to define Trumpism as Fascism. I am clearly no. It is a form of Charismatic Economic Nationalism with Irrationalist overtones. One should peruse Mussolini to define what Fascism or Neo Fascism is. Trumpism will fall short. Trump himself is not an apologist to many accusations so this on it's face nearly forms a rebuttal.

After Socialism, Fascism combats the whole complex system of democratic ideology, and repudiates it, whether in it's theoretical premises or in it's practical application. Fascism denies that the majority, by the simple fact that it is a majority, can direct human society; it denies that numbers alone can govern by means of a periodical consultation, and it affirms the immutable, beneficial, and fruitful inequality of mankind, which can never be permanently leveled through the mere operation of a mechanical process such as universal suffrage. The democratic regime may be defined as from time to time being in the hands of other concealed and irresponsible forces. Democracy is a regime nominally without a king, but is ruled by many kings more absolute, tyrannical, and ruinous than one sole king, even though a tyrant...

Fascism denies, in democracy, the absurd conventional untruth of political equality dressed out in the garb of collective irresponsibility, and the myth of "happiness" and infinite progress. But if democracy may be conceived in diverse forms that is to say, taking democracy to mean a state of society in which the populace is not reduced to impotence in the State, Fascism may write itself down as "an organized, centralized, and authoritative democracy."

But the Fascist negation of Socialism, Democracy, and Liberalism must not be taken to mean that Fascism desires to lead the world back to the state of affairs before 1789, the date which seems to be the opening years of the semi Liberal century; we do not desire to turn back. As for the privileges of the feudal "have beens" and the division of society into castes impenetrable from outside and with no intercommunication among themselves, the Fascist conception of authority has nothing to do with such a policy... Fascism uses whatever elements in the Liberal, Socialist, or Democratic doctrines still have a living value ... but it rejects all the rest... Political doctrines pass, but humanity remains, and it may be expected that this will be a century of authority. George Pratt Schultz born December 13, 1920 died on February 6, 2021 was an American economist, diplomat, and businessman. He served in various positions under three different Republican presidents, He is one of only two persons to have held four different Cabinet level positions. Shultz played a major role in shaping the foreign policy of the Ronald Reagan administration from July 16, 1982 to January 20, 1989.

He is a key figure in the Ronald Reagan mythology. He had significant sworn duties to protect the United States.

President Mikhail Gorbachev of Russia came to power in 1985. Shultz advocated that Reagan pursue a personal dialogue with him. Reagan gradually changed his perception of Gorbachev's strategic intentions in 1987, when the two leaders signed the Intermediate Range Nuclear Forces Treaty. The treaty, which eliminated an entire class of missiles in Europe, was a milestone in the history of the Cold War. Gorbachev took the initiative, Reagan was well prepared by the State Department to negotiate. Two more events in 1988 persuaded Shultz that Soviet intentions were changing. First, the Soviet Union's initial withdrawal from Afghanistan indicated that the Brezhnev Doctrine was dead. "If the Soviets left Afghanistan, the Brezhnev Doctrine would be breached, and the principle of 'never letting go' would be violated", Shultz reasoned. The second event, according to Keren Yarhi Milo of Princeton University,happened during the 19th Communist Party Conference, "at which Gorbachev proposed major domestic reforms such as the establishment of competitive elections with secret ballots; term limits for elected officials; separation of powers with an independent judiciary; and provisions for freedom of speech, assembly, conscience, and the press." These proposals indicated that Gorbachev was making revolutionary and irreversible changes.

Donald Trump's second Impeachment trial began on February 9, 2021. This is as serial disintegration in the Anglo American Paradigm.

Then President Ronald Reagan, Vice President George HW Bush, and Attorney General Edwin Meese bear a significant amount of blame for being de facto and negligent officials in not immediately terminating MOEC in 1987. As a result the miscalculation and escalation has lead to seven Irrationalist Presidents Reagan Biden.

Blame must also be laid in California. Governor George Deukmejian, Attorney General John Van De Kamp, Los Angeles Mayor Thomas Bradley, and LAPD Chief Daryl Gates also must be factored in as well as their consequent replacements. MOEC is following a very simple algorithm on this issue of guilt. Each successive official will be more culpable if they serve an equal term of office.

Evacuating the Dixie Fire

I have evacuated Northern California. I have travelled to Mountainaire AZ and returned to Salton City CA. The location that I have been used for composing is most likely burned in this massive wildfire season. Greenville where I composed my Supreme Court Case CV-98-7015 burned on August 4, 2021 which is Barack Obama's birthday. I have been in a total scramble.

I believe I have over 600 citations. I have begun work on The System, which for me is unique because again, no one has the will to attempt this endeavor which falls to Christian scholars. I will attempt to perform at my best. I have turned 60 years of age as of August 3, 2021.

Colin Powell Dead

Secretary of State Colin Luther Powell April 5, 1937 to October 18, 2021 was an American politician, statesman, diplomat, and United States Army officer who served as the 65th United States Secretary of State from 2001 to 2005 under George W Bush. He was the first African American to serve in this position. He was the 16th United States National Security Advisor from 1987 to 1989 and as the 12th chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff from 1989 to 1993.

Powell became infamous for proclaiming that Saddam Hussain and Iraq were in possession of weapons of mass destruction as Sarin. This position was the rational for the war with Iraq.

Bob Dole Dead

Robert Joseph Dole July 22, 1923 passed away December 5, 2021. He an American politician and attorney who represented Kansas in the United States Senate from 1969 to 1996. He was the Republican Leader of the Senate during the final 11 years of his tenure, including three nonconsecutive years as Senate Majority Leader. Dole served 27 years in the Senate, and in the United States House of Representatives from 1961 to 1969. Dole was also the Republican presidential nominee in the 1996 election and the vice presidential nominee in the 1976 election.

Dole is a WWII war hero. However as one of the last Reagan era icons he is liable for the catastrophe that has befallen the United States and world.

Dole is to lie in state on Thursday December 9, 2021. His career is consistent with the bureaucratic and convergent totalitarian models. He is part of the Machinery of Censorship and Sanitization that transcends nationstates, groups, and party lines. As the COVID 19 pandemic has claimed over 800,000 lives while there is a Chemical Assault Scorched Earth, the nation honors a sworn leader whom had it in his discretion to end it.

Harry Reid Dead

Harry Mason Reid Jr. December 2, 1939 December 28, 2021 Senate Minority Leader has died. He served as a United States senator from Nevada from 1987 to 2017. He led the Senate Democratic Caucus from 2005 to 2017 and was the Senate Majority Leader from 2007 to 2015.

Reid began his public career as the city attorney for Henderson, Nevada, before being elected to the Nevada Assembly in 1968. Reid's former boxing coach, Mike O'Callaghan, chose Reid as his running mate in the 1970 Nevada gubernatorial election, and Reid served as Lieutenant Governor of Nevada from 1971 to 1975. After being defeated in races for the United States Senate and mayor of Las Vegas, Reid served as chairman of the Nevada Gaming Commission from 1977 to 1981. From 1983 to 1987, Reid represented Nevada's 1st district in the United States House of Representatives.

Reid was elected to the United States Senate in 1986 and served in the Senate from 1987 to 2017. He succeeded Tom Daschle as Senate Minority Leader. The Democrats won control of the Senate after the 2006 United States Senate elections. Reid then became the Senate Majority Leader in 2007 holding the position for the final two years of George W. Bush's presidency and for the first six years of Barack Obama's presidency. Republicans took control of the Senate following the 2014 United States Senate elections, and Reid served as Senate Minority Leader from 2015 until his retirement in 2017.
