Cinderella Man

Mobilization of Empire and Civilization or MOEC is a failed attempt by a Membership of University of Cambridge Law School Lawyers whose original goal was to social engineer a LGBTi Civilization. This attempt was based on a continuum of a British Fight Fire with Fire mentality which results in no more than fighting crime with crime.

It is evident that Cambridge orchestrates the expansion and contraction of the United Kingdom. It is also apparent that these activities are in part clandestine. Hence these Actors were able to conceive and implement their planning with or without formal approval or records.

The importance of the Ecological Systems model is becoming more acute concerning not only the structure, process, and feedback components but the resulting transformations on the population, environment, and the system itself. In MOEC ontological and internal consistency is highly important in analyzing a system's efficiency and sustainability. In this consideration convergent and divergent evolution is highly Scripted and intentional. This has resulted in individual and cultural personality diffusion.

MOEC in the present is a Tournament between Mechanism and Theism and LGBTi (homosexuality) and Opposite Sex (heterosexuality).

MOEC's social engineering embraces the tabula rasa. This is the idea that the mind is like a blank page on which one may write upon. This concept in systems thinking gives rise to the replacement and interchangeability of components. Transhumanism is based on such. Other examples are genetically modified food GMO and transgenderism.

An ontological consideration that is highly prominent in MOEC was the attempted discovery or creation of a Unified Field Theory that descends from Eternal Law or refutes such with Natural Law. This would also then reinforce Positive Law and concrete human governance.

This issue is severely sharpened under the Sovereign Citizen model. Power and control of the individual, collective, and resources are factors in emergent Totalitarianism. It is this ontology that defines the Tournament between homosexuality and heterosexuality. This results in massive ad hominem attacks within the in continuo Chemical Assault Scorched Earth Program under cult like asocialization.

What in modern times is discussed as Prisoner's Dilemma and defection is the process that drives MOEC. The ethical battle between relative and absolute morality in combination with consequentialism and deontology has given rise to the creation of a Gordian Knot.

MOEC is a defection model. It currently is Undermining all major faith systems to achieve it's goals.

MOEC has a deus ex machina or God from the machine. This plot device provided a solution to a seemingly unsolvable problem in a story by suddenly and abruptly by inserting a seemingly unlikely occurrence, within to the extents that such appeared contrived.

In comedy this was used to provide a happy ending.

In Greek tragedy, a machine was a times used to bring actors performing as Gods to the stage. The machine could be either a crane (mechane) that used to lower actors from above or a riser that brought actors up through a trapdoor in the floor.

In MOEC, preparation to pick a sample population to be tracked as cohorts both crossectionally and longitudinally under electronic sweeps has been extensive. This negates any chance of a true random sample or independent observation. This eugenic activity has given rise to George Orwell and Aldous Huxley's works. MOEC Studies is ontologically stronger and more consistent. It represents in part the conflict between the Membership and their creation, the Ex Deux Maquina and myself to expose such.

The concept of governance and war as theater is highly supported by MOEC Studies and empirical History since June 17, 1987.

Cambridge has lost in designing a universal masterpiece or a Song for All Seasons.

The LGBTi Movement is on the Wrong Side of History.

Their Gordian Knot is an attack on the Srimad Bhagavatam of the Vedas as well as other scriptures as the Bible. The Gordian Knot concept will be discussed as the Cinderella Man leading into the Monalisa Perez Reverse Sting.

We will return to the briefing period between June 17, 1987 in Dover, Delaware after MOEC began it's Manifest Function. I had naively believed that President Ronald Reagan, Governor Thomas Carper, or Governor George Deukmejian would intervene. Reagan died in 2004. Deukmejian has just died as of May 28, 2018. Reagan's Vice President George HW Bush is 94 and wheelchair bound and it does not appear that he will survive much longer. Pope John Paul II has been canonized as a saint and Fidel Castro has died. Michal Gorbachev is still living.

The Monalisa Perez Reverse Sting appears to be the main component and framework for a longitudinal attack and assessment of MOEC's Eugenics. This clearly implies defection. This time frame also embeds the Cinderella Man period. In reality, I primarily argue this primarily as a conflict between Barack Obama and myself. There is also a roster of persons after Obama and likely my person. Obama has turned 57 today August 4, 2018. My 57th birthday was yesterday. We are witnessing a folk system competing with the Western Scientific Method to transmit information and create the future. One should be aware that MOEC is Irrational especially in relation to Western Mechanism. This activity has been discerned as a line of Ethnic Nationalism as a Source of War.

The culture creates the conditions of it's own elimination.

I had received a very intense two month briefing. One should read Origin and the Position Papers to familiarize themselves with the primary thinking within MOEC that was gathered from this time period as Origin, The Organic Cell of MOEC which is represented by it's GUI (Nollmeyer 2013a, Nollmeyer 1997d).

It's Mopar Y'all

The GUI is one of the very few objects albeit negative, that MOEC has created that demonstrates intellectual acuity (GUI). Many of their mechanizations are no more than brute force displays of defection of informants along a Yellow Brick Road. The conflict that MOEC has arranged between Barack Obama and my self exemplify this factor.

Mopar is the part line of now Fiat Chrysler. In 1987 a discussion of a small vehicle embedded in an Excel spreadsheet was described. Windows 95 did not appear commercially until 1995. I actually saw the vehicle that was triggered by code embedded in the comments in College of the Redwoods in early 2000s. This clearly demonstrates defection by Microsoft coders.

Waymo, the AV or automated vehicle company of Google is currently testing in Phoenix gearing up for a future launch of an AV fleet.

Another reference to objects created by MOEC were the two games, Mouse Trap and Operation. These games were available when I was in the third grade. I attended W.B. Simpson School. I remember Mouse Trap as a game where a ball would roll and be raised up and dropped into a hole and proceed to trigger a vast array of tasks. Operation was a game where opponents had a pair of electronic tweezers and attempted to remove objects as a bone from with a game board designed as a body. If the metal tweezers hit the side of the hole's shape where that object was then a buzzer would sound.

I noticed a resemblance to Diantetics and LR Hubbard's work. I have read portions of Dianetics (L. Ron Hubbard 2020). I was offered an opportunity to resurrect Manicheanism, the first faith of Saint Augustine. There was also a reference to Gurdjieff and his book Meetings with Remarkable Men. Gurdjieff was a Soviet secret agent whom started his own religious system based on Sufism. Part of his work is predicated on his being a master of disguise which he learned from his secret agent career (Gurdjieff 2020).

A description of Barack and Michelle Obama was given. Michelle Obama is definitively a Cinderella in MOEC. There are most likely several main figures. Others would descend from her in a roster manner in feedback loops over time. She will need to get home before midnight before her carriage turns into a pumpkin. There is an artistic link here to Round Midnight, the chromatically infused jazz piano classic by Thelonious Monk.

Of interest is the mention of now UCLA Professor Terrence (Terry) Tao. He was born July 17, 1975 in Adelaide, Australia. Many have placed his IQ at over 200. Terry exhibited prodigal mathematical ability from an early age. He attended university level mathematics courses beginning at 9. He and Lenhard Ng are the only children in the history of the Johns Hopkins' Study of Exceptional Talent program to have achieved a score of 700 or greater on the SAT math section while nine years old. Tao scored a 760. Tao was the youngest participant to date in the International Mathematical Olympiad, first competing at the age of ten. In 1986, 1987, and 1988, he won a bronze, silver, and gold medal. He remains the youngest winner of each of the three medals in the Olympiad's history, winning a gold medal shortly after his thirteenth birthday (Tao).

Tao's wife, Laura, is an engineer at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory. The couple live with their son and daughter in Los Angeles, California. The couple are clearly mentioned as in the Cinderella Man component.

Simon Kim Williams whom was born November 30, 1979 is an English chess grandmaster and author is also known as Ginger GM. He would have been only 8 in 1987. He was mentioned as doing chess puzzles in the tub. Ironically I own most of his chess DVDs. He is currently considered the world's expert in the Classical Dutch defense (Williams 2019).

The Tin Soldier or the historical toy of a soldier with a mechanical screw in his back is referenced. Hence the skilled toy maker now about to die can wind up his toys and watch them as the surveillance unfolds around him. The toy maker is permitted to hear the state planning. He sees the planned marriages as his toys move around in front of him.

In this instance we are exposed to the creation of the Prototype. This is intended to develop a standard model of the antisocial psychopath. The Myth of Metals of Plato is the model. Hence there is also an implication of class stratification (Myth of Metals 2020).

Dodo of LAPD is the target.

The Prototype has a head of gold, shoulders of silver, waste of bronze, and feet of iron. This is similar to the Man of Iron in the Book of Daniel, and the varna asrama system of the Vedas. I was familiar with all three.

In order to hear the entrapment I would have to go to Belo Horizonte, Brazil where there is an ISKCON farm run by Hridayananda Das Goswami. I also would have to go to Mountain Hall, Idaho where Joey Zaleski lived. The David Zaleski family were friends when I was in the fourth grade in Kent County, Delaware.

This is no more than a wild goose hunt. The information given about the conditioning of the Gay Militia is accurate but is differentiated and there are traps.

Robert Fripp of King Crimson is a disciple of Gurdjieff. In retrospect King Crimson and Adrian Belew were mentioned to me in Puerto Rico when I was in kindergarten or first grade when we learning counting in different bases. This leads to the more advanced codecs. The Beatles' Sergeant Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band album was released at about this time (Beatles 2018). As mentioned Karlheinz Stockhausen is in the collage on the cover. He is one of the first synthesists.

As MOEC's Manifest Function escalated, I was exercising every day doing three or four sets of hundreds of push ups. I was jogging three times a day five miles for 15 miles a day. My weight was 145 lbs. I weigh just under 160 lbs now.

Towards the end of 1987 I was beginning to realize the electronic surveillance was not ending. I was told that the Chemical Assault would gradually escalate.

One important point that I have never published is that I was informed that a death squad could form in the United States. A reference was made to so called bread basket America as Oklahoma. This was in reference to a Red October film.

As previously stated, I was offered a chance to revive the early Manichean faith of Saint Augustine. I declined. We are following in the Franz Schubert George Orwell line. This appears to be fine art and political science. Hence individuals would be placed in a roster manner under MOEC's General Equilibrium. I would argue that Schubert is the greater master over Orwell but the latter's worked particularly 1984 has had a much greater transformational effect over civilization (Orwell, G. 1949).

This unceremoniously ends up as the Full Monty in a bar or pub.

Various predictions were made. The most integral was whether I would become LGBTi over time, I have not. This will statistically lead to a massive error rate resulting in further failure, implications in tit for tat formal, informal punishments, and academic disrepute.

MOEC has occurred as a Reverse Sting that expands and contracts the British Empire. I was attacked because I am a heterosexual male. I have not been a party to the Yellow Brick Road same sex quid pro quos. These same sex behaviors are the inverse of legal prosecution of deviant sexual behaviors.

MOEC is a very severe attack on Equal Protection and Due Process. This includes the breadth of one's Bill of Rights Protections. It was discerned that I could still legally purchase a firearm. Hence the 2nd Amendment is the only right I have retained under MOEC.

The Sovereign Citizen model is focalized. Ronald Reagan was the target. I am the unwitting rock to be tossed at Reagan, the Constitution, and Democracy. The United States is sustaining on power in a very corrupt multipolar defection model under MOEC.

The Ex Deux Maquina was briefed. This highly important component begins to explain MOEC's choice of objects. Marijuana was the target of the Reverse Sting Operation. Why abortion, prostitution, or gambling was not chosen defines the arbitrariness and capriciousness of MOEC's principles and ethics. The actual logarithm was re enacted by persons whom portrayed law officers who were attacking one another concerning their homosexuality. One officer withstood the attacks. This briefing was quite comical but real.

One should read the Ex Deux Maquina paper in the Position Papers (Nollmeyer 2013a).

One should examine the characters that were chosen in the skits that develop the Cinderella Man. One should peruse Copi's Logic as well as informal fallacies (Copi, Cohen, & McMahon 1961). Conversely I have published a section of informal fallacies in Origin (Nollmeyer 1997d).

When I would look out of the window towards the road in Dover, I could hear the surveillance and so could the neighbors. This would be facing north. Very intense screaming bouts occurred as the Gay Militia constantly would accuse me of being homosexual. I can not understate the severity of these events

A breadth of MOEC's entrapment is retold as skits. Hence this gives support to the Storyboard format in Lycurgus (Nollmeyer 1995e).

The historian for the LGBTi interest is a Reiki Master. This is also a real natural person. I believe it is one of the leaders of the various international Reiki associations. Reiki is a system of energy healing that was developed by a Japanese monk. It is also a self healing method. I listen to Reiki treatments to fall asleep. It seems to work for this with me personally.

The background has a Gay Militia officer driving up the road in a car. To the east the unfolding of the Cinderella Man would begin. This would be of a young man raking autumn leaves in the yard. A young female would approach and point out to the policeman that this is the person she would like to marry. This is accurate in relation to Nicole Simpson, the Playboy model, and her first marriage.

On reflection, in 2018, there is also a linkage to the jazz standard Autumn Leaves. What is old becomes new again. I did not see this in 1987. Many performers on YouTube are recording variations of this tune.

During this time period Thom Metz, now a doctor married his wife whom is a nurse. The two met when he was at Virginia Tech. Crystal Farrell Friday also had her picture in the paper as a model for Boscov's, a local big box store similar to Macy's in the Dover Mall.

The linkage to the creation of art is pronounced. In degree King Crimson is the group whom the most data has been attached to. The album Starless and Bible Black is a Black Box.

The group Rush is also prominent. The trilogy of 2112, Farewell to Kings, and Hemispheres is important. Cambridge is the figure of the British Gentleman which is common to many Rush insignias. The most important would be the cover of Hemispheres. According to the modern interpretation of Plato one should be a gentleman and live the good life.

The prediction of the death of Neil Peart's wife and daughter were made in a traffic accident in California. The most tragic rock groups are Lynyrd Skynrd and the Grateful Dead. Two other interesting facts are the plane crash of Jim Croce which had occurred while he was in his prime. The death of John Denver may have been foretold. He is the most famous person from Roswell, New Mexico which is also my hometown.

Most of the tragedies are Scripted.

One of my music teachers, George Stone has an arrangement recorded of The Good Life by the Bob Cole Conservatory of Music at Long Beach State. It is very impressive (George Stone 2020).

References and predictions were made to whom I was similar to. The nickname of Blue was proffered. This is not accurate.

Another reference was made to a black police chief whom was pulled over in his vehicle. He was ordered to go over and sit on the guardrail. This actually happened; I believe in Georgia.

I could not understand what the import of this was at the time. There is a natural person, a female whom I actually have met during the Akbar time period that has this song imposed over her as part of her conditioning.

I actually saw the ELP Works tour in Philadelphia, where the song was played by Greg Lake, now deceased as is Keith Emerson. It has been stated that Emerson committed suicide in Santa Monica on March 11, 2016 because he could no longer perform to the high standard of his earlier work. Some of his video on social media received negative commentary and this adversely affected him.

I actually have a two octave Xkey midi controller. The reason I am writing now is that after 2 hours of practicing the guitar, I actually finished a through composed version of Daydream, an original Blues in A tune, I nearly wrecked my hand playing diminished 7th bar chords in the ending. After 15 minutes of practicing basic major, minor, harmonic minor, melodic and jazz minor scales in C and A on the Xkey, I called it quits.

Bela Bartok's Microcosmos is an important piece and pedagological system. I played piano for a year when I was about 20. I would sight read through Microcosmos1. I am using Microcosmos 2 for my counterpoint now.

In 1987 after the Electronic Surveillance began, I decided only to listen to deceased musicians as none were recognizing what was occurring. This devolved to mainly classical music. Over the years I would listen to NPR over mainly inexpensive portable radios I would buy at thrift stores. At one time I had a very decent collection of classical cds and mp3s.

With my Vedic, progressive, and formal music background I would not be surprised if I was the most advanced listener of my cohorts from Kent County during this time period.

Childhood narcissism regarding musical skill and taste is integral in defining a person's repertoire in employment equilibrium in MOEC. At this historical time, do others listen to your albums and cassettes or do you listen to theirs?

In early 1988 I left hitchhiking West. I eventually travelled to Mexico City and attempted to request political asylum from the Cuban Embassy. This was in itself a farce. There was 24/7 Orwellian Electronic Surveillance ongoing. Mexico and the United States are no more than informant puppets in defection under MOEC.

Summary

Currently in August, 2018, there are severe fires burning in the West, especially in Northern California. The Mendocino Complex and Carr Fire are approaching 500,000 acres. I am posting what I have at this time due to the uncertainty of the conditions.

A major letter will also address what is the Monalisa Perez Reverse Sting. Other issues will be be defined in Chapter 4 and the letter will likely be an Appendix.

The analogy to Franz Schubert whom died poor with an unfinished symphony takes on new dimensions.

John McCain has died at 81 of brain cancer. Dianne Feinstein and John McCain are two long term senators whom have enabled the culture of incompetence and corruption. Arizona as seen is pivotal in the eventual prosecution of those actors who are still amongst the living.

Historically we are witnessing the Cinderella Man scenario spiral out of control to what it is now 31 years later without recognizing the Morgenthau Pathology: 1. Miscalculation 2. Escalation 3. Failure to systematically remedy deficiencies. 4. Failure to discipline members within their own corps. The future should take heed and decapitate those de facto and omissive officials with prudence or pay the exponential costs down the road.

The cornerstone that constructor rejected returns to be the headstone.

Chapter 4

Meritocracy

This chapter of Fall of the Anglo American Paradigm Part IV develops meritocracy as a theme over a holon. This holon is a miniature capstone that I was permitted to hear before Lycurgus Akbar occurred. My autobiographical memory was triggered by the naming of Dr. Kevin Fitzgerald, Superintendent of the Caesar Rodney School District, as the 2018 Superintendent of the Year by the National Association of School Superintendents (Fitzgerald, K. 2018). Dan Rigby, the head coach of the Caesar Rodney Wrestling Team lead the school to a state championship. Rigby won his position over Darell Gravatt, a childhood cohort whom I share a nephew, Kevin. This occurred during the summer of 2018 when I was in Lake Shastina during one of California's most prolific wildfire seasons.

Meritocracy (merit, from Latin mereo, and cracy, from Ancient Greek kratos strength, power) is a political philosophy which posits that objects as economic goods or power; should be vested in individuals on the basis of talent, effort, and achievement, in contrast to factors as family heritage, sexuality, race, gender, or wealth (Meritocracy).

As has been forcefully emphasized, MOEC reduces to Prisoner's Dilemma. We will present a Mechanistic perspective that very closely follows Cambridge's analysis. An archetypal pattern that reflects the defectional model of MOEC's Lycurgus sweeps is Chapter 11 of the Bhagavad Gita As It Is or The Universal Form. Arjuna was delusioned by Maya before the Battle of Kurukestra when Krishna, his charioteer, drew his chariot between the Pandus and Pandavas. After receiving instruction from Krishna, Arjuna's mental equilibrium was restored. Krishna then revealed his Universal Form as Garbhodakasayi Vishnu, the second Vishnu. Arjuna was permitted to see anything in creation he desired (Prabhupada, 1972).

Cambridge fashions itself as a priesthood as needs be. Their design is a defection pattern that expands and contracts the British Empire. In their analysis Arjuna was permitted to hear the future and battle plans.

Rasa Lila is the dance that only Godhead can perform with gopis. No men are permitted in Rasa Lila. This dance is the epitome of Bhakti Yoga as preached by Caitanya. It can not be compared to the material dancing of humans.

In the Vedas, Krishna performed Rasa Lila first then went to kill the demons.

This is highly complicated theology. I am in no position to elaborate on these pastimes.

By reading these namittika (occasional) lilas or pastimes of killing the twenty demons mentioned in the Tenth Canto of Srimad Bhagavatam, the sadhaka or spiritual practitioner, purifies his heart of all the impediments, obstacles, anarthas and aparadhas, or offenses. Then one becomes eligible to read, reflect upon and taste the asta kaliya lilas of Radha Krishna (Knapp).

Cambridge considers Rasa Lila as a mating ritual that is designed to guarantee the procreation of a dynasty or population that is equivalent to social engineering.

In Plato's The Republic Book V, it is ascertained that females will be reared and trained alongside males; thus receiving the same education and assuming the same political roles. Plato acknowledges that in many respects men and women have different natures. He believes that there are divisions among appetitive, spirited, and rational people. Women develop along the same natural lines as men. The ideal city will acknowledge these differences and make use of them as such.

Socrates argues for a requirement that all spouses and children be held in common. For guardians, sexual intercourse will only occur during certain fixed times of year, during festivals. Males and females will be made husband and wife at festivals for roughly the duration of sexual intercourse. The pairings will be determined by lot. Those persons whom are most admirable and thus whom we most wish to reproduce, may have up to four or five spouses at single festivals. All the children produced by these mating festivals will be removed from their parents and reared communally, so that no one knows the parentage of which children. Sex would be proscribed through the remainder of the year. If guardians have sex at an undesignated time and a child is produced, then this child must be killed (Sparknotes).

The Oedipal and Electra Conflicts of Freudian Analysis as discussed in the Outline of Psychoanalysis also form structure and support for the pattern of entrapment (Freud 1949).

I believe that Dr. Fitzgerald was present in the so called Pied Piper of Hamilton (Hamelin) ruse several times over my life.

In 1977, I was asked by the Delaware State Police to go to the lunchroom in Caesar Rodney High School. Karen Proudford, the future valedictorian of Class of 1979 would sometimes study there. I found this interesting. I was asked to checkout George Orwell's 1984 (Orwell, G. 1949). Of interest I had a paperbook copy of Easy Journey to Other Planets by Srila Prabhupada of the Hare Krishna Movement. It's discussion concerns material and spiritual antimaterial particles and science. I carried the small book in the liner of my coat.

These sweeps are extremely bizarre. They are entirely warrantless and invasive. I used to eat a bag lunch that the school offered outside in the west field. There was a small greenhouse near a parking lot that opened to the greenspace where the field hockey and baseball teams would practice. As I was walking in from lunch outside, several students, Jon Littlefield and Michael Zaragoza for certain arrived near the greenhouse. Littlefield is now a Dover City policeman. Zaragoza is a MD urologist who graduated from Harvard in 1979, the same year and class as Barack Obama. I believe that David Valeski, John Hahn, and Tom Metz were nearby. Valeski is now a helicopter pilot for the Delaware State Police. Hahn graduated with a Masters Degree and is at least a Lieutenant Colonel in the Marines. Metz graduated from Virginia Tech and is a Medical Doctor.

Tom Metz had the strongest defection path or Yellow Brick Road. The main occupation is a Medical Doctor.

What is extremely bizarre is that Michael Zaragoza was dressed up in a space suit. I am not sure if this was a Halloween costume or a real one from International Latex. This local firm manufactured the real space suits for NASA.

I had a Yellow Brick Road path to being an astronaut. This is very dangerous. This is straight from the 1960s television program I Dream of Jeannie. The odds of being selected to the Astronaut Program are extremely small. One of the best occupations to support this career track is to be a military pilot.

I was experiencing hostility from the students because I was not following the Yellow Brick Road. At the time I did not know there was one.

It appears that Zaragoza could follow almost any career path he wanted to. Both of his parents are medical doctors and he was an A student.

As I reentered the Student Center, Eddie Hoffrage, whose father was the head of the Delaware State Prison in Smyrna opened the door. This entry was a Parameter or a boundary. He had done this several times previously. I believe it was always under the direction of LAPD. He would also occasionally buy my bag lunch for 50 cents.

As I proceeded through the Student Center, I was directed to the hallway that lead to the Principal's Office. The Student Center was lined with seats. Students were permitted to sit in the Center, lunch room, or outside in the field for lunch.

I believe Officer Darling followed me.

Of high interest now is that during these Lycurgus sweeps, the Delaware State Police and other law officers would approach myself and others and say, "That you have a phone in your shoe." Cheaters in chess have been accused of having a mobile handset in their shoe. A conspirator watches a simulcast of a game. Then this actor feeds the position into a chess engine as Houdini. A coded signal perhaps vibrations is sent to the phone. The player at the board then replicates the line in the actual game.

In contrast in the Zadar Open 2012, a one Boris Ivanov was accused of cheating. His chess games reflect the Houdini Chess program 2.0 or 3.0. Ivanov was a 2200 ElO player whom beat several Croatian Grandmasters. He has since been imprisoned for selling forged driver's licenses (Ivanov).

As I entered the building, I believe the name of Damien Lemos was mentioned. Lemos was born April 2, 1990. He emerges as a nearly self taught chess prodigy from Argentina. On March 15, a Brenton Torrant, 27 years, shot and killed at least 49 persons and injuring an equal number of persons attending two mosques in Christchurch, New Zealand. Torrant, an Australian in his manifesto The Great Replacement, describes himself as an Eco Fascist. He survived the attack. His thesis is based on fertility rates of replacement cultures and the failings of white or European peoples.

Torrant livestreamed his attack on social media. His manifesto was also posted.

Nunn's first installation, a hydroelectric plant, was built in Telluride, Colorado, and has recently been restored, and another Nunn project at the Olmsted Power Station in Provo, Utah, was in operation from 1904 until 2015, and is on the National Register for Historic Places.

In image recognition, an AI might learn to identify images that contain cats by analyzing example images that have been manually labeled as cat or no cat and using the results to identify cats in other images.

In neural networks heuristics are developed to do this without any prior knowledge about cats, as traits as fur, tails, whiskers and catlike faces. Knowledge is automatically generated identifying characteristics from the learning material that they process.

In 2012, Lance Armstrong was punished for using EPO and other PED Performance Enhancing Drugs.

Armstrong had been the subject of doping allegations since winning the 1999 Tour de France. In 2012, a United States Anti Doping Agency (USADA) investigation concluded that Armstrong had used performance enhancing drugs over the course of his career. He was identified as the ringleader of "the most sophisticated, professionalized and successful doping program that sport has ever seen." They further reported measuring small amounts of nuclear reaction byproducts, including neutrons and tritium. The small tabletop experiment involved electrolysis of heavy water on the surface of a palladium (Pd) electrode.

The reported results received wide media attention. and raised hopes of a cheap and abundant source of energy. However their work was not replicated.

In 1989, most scientists considered cold fusion claims as invalid. Cold fusion subsequently gained a reputation as pathological science. The United StatesDepartment of Energy (DOE) concluded that the reported results of excess heat did not present convincing evidence of a useful source of energy. Funding specifically for cold fusion was denied.

As one would face east towards the Eastern High Sierras and the backside of Yosemite National Park, one would hear the name of Terrence Tao, whom many regard as the world's greatest living mathematician. As of 2015, he holds the James and Carol Collins chair in mathematics at the University of California, Los Angeles. Tao was a recipient of the 2006 Fields Medal and the 2014 Breakthrough Prize in Mathematics.

Tao is known for his collaboration with Ben J. Green of Oxford University; together they proved the Green Tao theorem.

In 2008 he attempted to run against Vladimir Putin for President of Russia. Due to what he considered obstruction of justice he was forced to withdraw. Tensions have forced Kasparov to live abroad in the United States and Croatia since 2014.

Kasparov is currently chairman for the Human Rights Foundation and it's International Council. In 2017, he founded the Renew Democracy Initiative (RDI), promoting and defending liberal democracy in the U.S. and abroad.

The Revenge of Boris Ivanov concludes the 2012 presentation although such has seriously reemerged especially when I am in Blythe, California.

Borislav Krastev Ivanov born December 21, 1987 is a Bulgarian chess FIDE Master. During 2012 and 2013 his tournament performances improved significantly, as he beat several grandmasters. Summary

Today is June 17, 2019, which is the 32nd Anniversary of MOEC's Manifest Function. Vice President Joe Biden is the front runner to challenge President Donald Trump in the 2020 Presidential Election. June is also PRIDE Month for the LGBTi community.

MOEC is very clearly a Tournament Challenge to creating governance for the human race.

In Plato's political philosophy in The Republic Book IV society was divided into Guardians and Auxiliaries to protect the state. The first three lived only houses away from Biden. Thomas Schiller, Ann Paleski, and Carl Baltrusch have been killed in auto accidents. Preston Gravatt was the driver of a vehicle in which Mrs. Gladden of Rodney Village died.

If one were to go to the adjacent neighborhood Mayfair, Phil Moore has died in a motorcycle accident. Recently a Blake Cahall, Blake Cahall whose father taught me to drive as a drivers ed teacher, had a daughter who was involved in an accident with six fatalities. Gary Kueskeski's father was a federal agent who drowned in the Delaware Bay while attempting to inspect a cargo vessel. Ann Wiezoreck was married to Calvin Eicko. He died in an accident. She married Mark Hoster who committed suicide. To return to Rodney Village, David Laurea was convicted of the murder by arson death of his wife, child, and friend in a house perhaps four away. He was put to death by lethal injection.

There are a few more fatalities. I apologize for any of my incorrect spelling of names. I was known by all the parties mentioned.

Dr. Kevin Fitzgerald, superintendent of the Caesar Rodney School District, has been named the 2018 Superintendent of the Year by the National Association of School Superintendents.

Dr. Fitzgerald has been the Caesar Rodney School District's superintendent since 2007, previously serving as a principal and assistant principal at Caesar Rodney High School. His experience also includes 13 years as a social studies teacher in Maryland.

"I am humbled by this honor," Dr. Fitzgerald said. "When you enter the field of education it's not about winning awards or seeking individual recognition. This is about students and making sure they are provided with the tools necessary to succeed in an ever changing world."

I am sure that he and Biden will recognize many of the individuals and families mentioned. Of interest I personally know Dr. Victor Valeski, Darell Gravatt, Corrine Cuba, and Amy Zaragoza whom are all employees of Caesar Rodney School District.

In 1977 I was told by the police to go to the lunchroom in Caesar Rodney High School. Karen Proudford the future valedictorian of Class of 1979 sometimes studied there. I found this interesting. I was asked to checkout Orwell's 1984. Of interest I carried a paperbook copy of Easy Journey to Other Planets by Srila Prabhupada of the Hare Krishna Movement. It centered on material and spiritual anti material particles and science.

A few days later I was arrested and then expelled from the school for marijuana during one of the synchronicity sweeps which are named Lycurgus.

In 1977 after I was expelled from Caesar Rodney High School my family moved to Southwood Acres outside of Magnolia. I believe Dr. Fitzgerald was present during another of the sweeps. I had the copy of 1984 stored in a Converse shoe box. I was originally going to keep the book since I was expelled. The police, I believe Officer Darling or Marvel asked me to return such and I did.

There has been one generation of Censorship and Sanitization. I have organized MOEC Studies as an interdisciplinary social science to an approach. Part of the briefing I was given in 1987 proposed an organization from George Orwell to Franz Schubert, the German music composer whom died in poverty. It appears that Cambridge is the social engineer of Orwell and Huxley.

I am arguing that MOEC Studies has surpassed both in the concrete ontological study of Totalitarianism. Lycurgus is a vary basic study of the Reverse Sting Operation. About an hour after firing ceased, Paddock was found dead in his hotel room from a self inflicted gunshot wound. His motive remains unknown.

In about 2006, in Big Pine, California I was briefed on what is now known as the Monalisa Perez sting. I was practicing 2 hours a day of mainly classical guitar on a Martin Backpacker model. The Colorado River is drinking and farming water and runs into Mexico. Since this time almost 80,000 persons have been killed in Cartel violence in that nationstate.

Consequently Barack Obama has won two Presidential Elections in 2008 and 2012 while the Salton Sea which has no exit to the ocean was attacked. The air, food and products were also despoiled.

Nobel Secretary Lundestad stated that the Obama's 2009 Nobel Peace Prize was made deliberately based on Alfred Nobel's will for accomplishments in the preceding year. There are three criteria which were used:

Reduction in standing armies Vision of nuclear free world Expecting substantial arms control treaties

The holding of peace congresses Modern version is international diplomacy

President Barack Obama has produced a new international climate. This is based on the United Nations not electoral structures stated Lundestad.

The emphasis is on dialog and negotiations. The emphasis is on arms control and disarmament and the zero option. The emphasis is on a new climate agreement with the United States being a very important partner. The emphasis is on democracy and human rights.

Lundestad argues that creating a new climate and defining a new order is a concrete achievement. These are the ideals of the Norwegian Nobel Committee that have been followed for 108 years. This Nobel Committee in selecting Obama has a "wonderful spokesman for these ideals" and is attempting to give the president support for the ideals of which he is the primary spokesperson, stated Lundestad. Under these circumstances the committee wishes to give Obama whatever support it can.

I was in Big Pine, California on October 9, 2009. The Owens Canal which supplies Los Angeles County's drinking water was contaminated.

My allegation is that the Singularity Movement is condoning this pre genocidal activity. Persons are clearly being isolated by the gender identity and sexual preferences.

Barack Obama's childhood nanny, Evie (Turdi), was a biological male who lived as female when she cared for the Obama household in Indonesia. Turdi is therefore a member of the transgendered persons under the LGBTi or Lesbian, Gay Bisexual, Transgendered, intersex movement. She is now openly living as a male abandoning her female clothing.

Evie (Turdi) found a transgendered friend murdered in Indonesia face down in a contaminated sewage canal two decades ago.

This morning on the way to buy what food I can eat I had to wash my hands in a chemically contaminated irrigation canal.

The Colorado River Ehrenberg, AZ and Salton Sea, CA have been chemically contaminated. I have been told that up to one third of the United States may have products contaminated from factory. Such products are sent near me in stores. The cotton fields and wheat fields are ruined. It would burn your hand to touch a bale of wheat or cotton. There are sheep grazing in a wheat field just west of where I am writing and they too are contaminated.

This attack has spanned over 30 years or one generation. It has been authored in the United States or overseas. I am alleging that University of Cambridge, United Kingdom are the Authorship and Proximate Cause.

I am claiming that this attack is a War Crime. According to the Geneva Convention and US Federal Law these acts are at issue. It is clear that the Chemical Assault affects the entire world.

I am stating that a Gay Militia is operating out of LAPD, California as a hegemonic hub controlling other state agencies for the Wizard of Oz Cambridge Law School. It is evident that state planning is logarithmic based on distributive justice as the Authorship wishes to be dead before their strategy is activated.

This endeavor will begin with the tabula rasa or that the mind is a blank page on which to write. This also has an engineering perspective associated with such where a system is constructed with components that may changed. It is very clear that state planning is theater. We are living under a Perfect Dictator where the entire population are conditioned as informants then purged as needed.

This is particularly important for LGBTi rights as demonstrated by the history of Rep. Roem the nation's first transgender official. I will mention Mack Beggs a transgender boy, and two time Texas state high school girls wrestling champion.

Earlier in my life in Kent County, Delaware I was instructed to go in front of Michael Zaragoza's home. His parents are both doctors. He does not have a backyard. The family are tennis fanatics and they have a tennis court. Zaragoza is a two time state champion. He is now a doctor. He is also graduated from Harvard in 2003 with Obama. Joe Purzycki and Larry Stith were in the backyard. Purzycki was the Caesar Rodney High School football coach and Stith the soccer coach.

In front of the home I heard comment that was generated from an unknown concerning being a champion. Hence being a champion every day. This reflects an interview that Mack Begg's gave after winning in 2017.

An issue here is drug use and cheating. Mack is taking testosterone. There is also issue with illegal psychoactive drugs.

Bernie Sanders is a proclaimed Democratic Socialist has done nothing about opposition leadership. Gabbard has supported Sanders in his failed 2016 Presidential Campaign.

Sanders has built a reputation as a leading progressive voice on issues such as corporate welfare, global warming, income inequality, LGBT rights, and universal healthcare. Sanders has been critical of U.S. foreign policy and was an early and outspoken opponent of the Iraq War, the First Gulf War, and U.S. support for the Contras in Nicaragua. He is also outspoken on civil liberties and civil rights, criticizing racial discrimination in the criminal justice and advocating for privacy rights against mass surveillance policies such as the USA Patriot Act and the NSA surveillance programs.

Gabbard and I both use the Bhagavad Gita As It Is by Srila Prabhupada as our Bible.

Hence there is no free Get Out of Jail Card that has been authored to attack me and the population in the United States and world.

Conclusion

MOEC is a prima facie War Crime. The abuse that has occurred between 2008 and 2016 would arise to the most grievous human rights abuse against Obama. I would argue that Joe Biden, Janet Napolitano, and Eric Holder are also in jeopardy.

I do not exclude the other five Irrationalist Presidents Reagan Trump from the same legal standard as Obama. I consider a baseline of prosecution of 1955 forward.

There is a world population of 7.6 billion persons affected. Persons should consider the sworn testimony under oath at War Crimes Tribunal.
