The divorce rate is about 45 percent nationwide down from just over 50 percent.

The empirical history ascertains an Undermining Marginalization operation against the United States. A key feature is the attack on the family as the first political and socialization unit.

Lycurgus is the conventional warfare subsystem of MOEC. Akbar is a strategic component. Akbar functions as a subsystem covering warfare at military grade levels or unconventional levels: 1. Nuclear 2. Chemical 3. Biological. I am in a condition known as Akbar having a full blown Chemical Assault Scorched Earth imposed over my natural person and citizenship. I am told that it appears that a bloodline from a Japanese matrilineal line has been targeted. Otherwise the attack would descend from a patriarchal Irish line of ancestry.

I am told that a Targeted Chemical Assault would only be imposed over my progeny. I have been single my entire and have no charge. This material forms the majority of Lycurgus I and Lycurgus II.

Lycurgus II will incorporate these issues in the side White versus side Black. The White side is the Gay or LGBTi side. I am the side Black. White side represents the sanitization of MOEC. The Black side is the revelation of corruption. This revelation usually occurs after one is legally entrapped. This historically has followed a libertarian line of drugs, gambling, and prostitution leading to other felonies and misdemeanors.

The tension between what is right or wrong leads to the development of a conscience. Here we will witness that the White side taking the gambit to develop a Gay or LGBTi culture by fighting Fire with Fire. Hence, this is crime with crime. The correct methodology is to use law to fight crime.

Any two type of classes will create complexity and a class system. There is a primary class concept between homosexuality and heterosexuality. There is also a class friction between management and labor or the Pros versus the Joes. Within this tension the equivocal Gay Marriages also emerge which have a broader meaning more akin to a marriage with at least LGBTi partner. This focuses on the transitional period of high school and college.

The United States v. Windsor, a DOMA or defense of marriage case has been granted Supreme Court writ of certiorari. I believe that these issues will solidify state rights or federalism based on that nine states have provided for Gay Marriage while the federal government does not recognize such. Hollingsworth v. Perry or Proposition 8 has also been granted writ of certiorari. The conservatives have lost but the question they have placed on appeal is whether the Equal Protection of the Fourteenth Amendment provides Same Sex Couples the same right to marry as Opposite Sex Couples.

It appears that Justice Anthony Kennedy is the pivotal figure if Gays are to prevail at the Supreme Court.

The major issue other than the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth Program that is current with the Gay Marriage issue and the Divorce Program disguised as Gay Marriage or Gay Merge is the alienation of primary rights as equal protection and due process. John is three year's old. He is aware of his surroundings. He knows he is three years old and points out to his three fingers when he says, "I am three." John's father will soon be deployed offshore for his final tour of duty before retiring. He will be stationed at an island USAF Airbase. Before leaving Periander arranges a Grand Parade in front of his house. The home is a small bungalow with only two bedrooms. John is young and usually is in the constant purview of his mother. Since he can walk she has to tie up the cabinets to prevent John's explorations.

One day a stream of strangers parade by the house. Some are from the area and others have travelled to hear Periander. Some of John's relatives are inclusive. Two of the individuals will be school teachers at John's high school. At this point in time they are completing their prep school before going to college. They are both excellent athletes who could receive scholarships and turn professional.

John's aunt and uncle are welcomed in the home.

Later before John's father is deployed, John is given a horse ride on the neighbor's white horse. Laura is friends with the family. The horse is brought outside the house and John is saddled on a horse for the first time.

When the family flies into the island, John will be sedated. He will not remember the flight.

John completes kindergarten at the new base. John only has to attend school for half a day in the morning. Learning to read is a priority. Music and crafts are also important. Various folk songs from all over the world are taught to the children. The children enjoy singing the songs and playing hand instruments.

Security is tight on base. A military identification card is needed to enter. The ID card is a prize. It permits entry into many of the base facilities as the PX store where American goods are more abundant at military prices.

The temperature was a predictable 88 degrees Fahrenheit for much of the year. T shirts and short pants prevailed on the island. It could rain almost at will and this attire was durable. Bathing trunks were required at the pools. When was five John he signed up for swimming lessons at the pool. He had to swim across the pool which was Olympic size. John simply held his breathe and swam underwater to the other side. The teacher put him in the class a year ahead. The lessons were very good. Since the weather was tropical, swimming was available year round. Almost all the children were adept at correctly swimming freestyle and the backstroke. Many scuba dived and snorkeled regularly at the beach.

John and his family would usually frequent the NCO pool. One summer John's Aunt Ruth visited the island. The NCO pool is for the enlisted personnel. However the pool had stunning views of the ocean as it was situated on a bluff. A family meal was also had one evening at the NCO Club.

Summer lessons and access to gym facilities were one of the benefits of military life. Dropping the kids off at the pool with a parent or an older kid was the de facto babysitter during the summer. This appears normative to any location with a pool during the summer vacation.

The beach was also a main attraction and formed a major backdrop for John's development. Barbecues, wading in the tide pools, collecting shells, and lounging at the beach were part of the family culture for base personnel. John's family would drive to the beach in a full sized family station wagon. The appearance of fold up nylon and aluminum lawn chairs was ubiquitous. The tropical beach setting would form one of the most dramatic and lasting impressions for him. The beach was the favored spot for the families to socialize and relax. The base had beaches that were on base and secure.

John passes to first grade. He has been successful in kindergarten and first year. Periander has already attempted to establish a status quo based on defection throughout John's elementary school. This is rigged and not merit based. This process also bears an analogy to the game of Chess, it's strategy, and nomenclature. The concept of Undermining Threats is a universal theme to Chess and Prisoner's Dilemma.

John's elementary school contains kindergarten and grades 1 through 6. John has two sisters. One Laura is in the third grade and Betty is in the second grade. John walks to school with his sisters.

Periander is stationed in Los Angeles Police Department in California. Periander operates through mutual aid protocols to contact local agencies. John's father is a military policeman or MP in the United States Air Force. The police are not the primary socialization microsystem of the family. The parents, teachers, and siblings are more functional in the education of the child. Periander adopts the role of the Spielleiter or Game Master. Spielleiter also refers to the board game of roulette which is a very sharp analogy to the opportunities and payoffs used in the entrapment.

Periander has been monitoring John, his siblings, and various cohorts throughout the world. John is the Experiment and the United States President is the Target. The children and various configurations of sets and false sets will be monitored over the course of everyone's lifespan. The intensity of the play reflects the competitive nature of a Tournament. The girls also are prepared very gradually to compete with the boys if they are willing to try. There is then a competition between genders as a class.

Periander states he is the referee. This component would in part support Conflict Theory.

John is very young and the choice to play sports or with toys is emerging. John by his own volition prefers sports. The tropical weather and topography of the island give him many opportunities to play.

John developed quickly in playground sports as tetherball, dodgeball, and kickball. John and the children in the five to six year old range were too young to have the coordination to hit a baseball and would run bases when the older kids played.

In this instance, Periander instructed the older kids to play bean ball. This was with a real hardball. The young kids did not know this was wrong and accepted being struck and being out.

John's first remembrances of Christmas occur. John wanted a bike for his birthday. He did not receive one at six years. However he did receive a bike as a gift for Christmas. The family had an artificial Christmas tree. The family has spent three Christmases on the island. All the kids received a modest amount of presents but nothing extravagant.

John was a little late in learning to ride a bike. It appears this late start was coordinated under the direction of Periander. Training wheels were used instead of having someone hold the bike saddle while running along the side then gradually letting go when the rider was unaware. This results in many crashes.

One unique form of play is conducted on the swing set. The swings were now equipped with strap seats replacing the more traditional wood board seat. The kids would compete to see who could swing the highest. Boys and girls both competed. There was also a competition to see who could bail out and land the furthest from the set. What differentiated John's school apart from others was the school was located on the bluff of a cliff. There were two high barbed wire fences in front of the cliff which was a hundred or so feet above the beach below. The view was stunning and one could observe whales frolicking in the ocean offshore.

The swing sets faced the fences. Under the direction of Periander the kids would swing to a certain height then bail out and land on the closer of the two fences. This was quite stunning to watch. The kids were between five and 12 years old and could swing to well over ten feet in height high, bail out and land on a diamond patterned steel wire fence underneath the strands of barbed wire. The children had the skill of the many lizards that lived on the island. Their small hands and feet would fit inside the diamond patterned fence. After they landed they could climb or drop to the ground.

So here one can observe the Game Meister introducing a fad into the culture.

News of this activity spread. Periander arranged for base personnel to film the kids swinging before this was stopped.

Playing and collecting painted wooden tops is very popular. Winding them tightly with a cord and tossing them one against the other for keeps in a circle results in John amassing and losing some of the best tops in the neighborhood from the other kids. The tops are bought in a small store right outside the base gates.

Sugarcane is the island's main product. A field grows outside the gate. Sugarcane is a favorite snack. John can get a piece of sugarcane from the field workers who cut the stalks with very long machetes. Machetes are a prominent work tool to hack through the vegetation which grows rapidly on the tropical heat and rain.

John's mom shops at the store for Japanese food items that are sold there. She does her best to present objects from her upbringing to John. John is naturally more concerned with adapting to his current setting. A candy bar, a bottle of soda or a comic book cost only a dime. Glass bottled sodas are gradually being replaced by cans. The cans have pull of tops. Soon the cans will be made of aluminum and the tops replaced by a snap up pushdown mechanism. Arts and crafts are huge on the island and the pull off rings are a facet of island pop folk art. John knows it is OK to ask for a snack or comic book each weekend if he wants.

Mangoes are the favorite fruit and they can be bought or taken from trees. Cinnamon ice cream cones are also a staple for both children and adults alike.

Tree climbing is also very popular. Climbing a coconut tree to obtain a coconut was a right of passage. There were people on the island that made their living by climbing coconut trees. There were various techniques. One was similar to monkeys where one would grasp around the tree and from the sides or front. The feet were placed on the front or side of the trunk. The worker then quickly moved up the tree with the agility of a monkey. The other method was to hold the tree tight and shimmy up with the legs also squeezing the trunk. John was instructed to try this technique. He was also given his first pair of blue jeans to wear. So John was wearing blue jeans on his first successful climb on a tree on the base golf course. All was witnessed by parents and friends.

After learning to ride his bike John became skilled for his age in breaking his bike down and reassembling it with basic hand tools. This was most likely the result of having the bikes called or attacked by other kids through Periander.

John also tries his hand at skateboarding. He does not have a skateboard. Many of the kids make their own boards from rollerskates. Polyurethane wheels are just being developed and are expensive. The kids on the island are fairly advanced skateboarders. The base has a roller rink and skating is especially popular with the girls.

There is a hill on the adjacent street that runs parallel to John's street.

Periander is creating territoriality between the subjects in Lycurgus. The kids are instructed to stake out turf of their streets. On the street with the hill there is also a large park. John goes over to the park regardless. If fights break out he has very little problem with the other kids his age. If this does not work Laura or Betty can be called to fill in. This tactic ends up with boys the same age neutralizing the older girls from besting the younger guys.

On Hill Street the older kids attempt to skate from the top to the bottom in one turn. The hill permits the buildup of decent speeds. John is given a skateboard to ride. Since he is young he does not stand but sits. He can get to the end of the street. As he is going down the hill a car pulls out of a driveway hitting him. An ambulance is called a John ends up in the hospital. The crash creates quite a scene.

The person that hit John is an African American MP who works with John's father.

John's knee is badly scraped. John is crying all the way to the hospital and into his room. He will have to spend three days in the hospital John spends three days in a hospital room with a young girl a few years senior in age. There are no serious injuries. The only other time John sees a doctor is due to catching poison ivy which thrives on the island.

The island is very strong in arts and crafts. Laura is a natural artist. John has not been precocious in arts. John was given trace paper and a paint by numbers kit. Laura can create a paint by number piece at the level of an adult.

Music is becoming popular. Rock and Roll is quite a sensation. John's mom buys an inexpensive acoustic guitar and takes a few lessons. The zeitgeist reflects the end of the old White Hats Good Guys and Black Hat Bad Guys mentality. The emergence of pop music is throwing convention to the side. Part of this reflects sensationalism and possibly expression emerging through the cracks where possible.

Show and Tell is popular at school. One day a gentleman arrives at the class with a phonographic record. It is Gestang der Jungerlinge or Song of the Youths by Karlheinz Stockhausen. Many considered him to be one of the greatest musicians alive. The genre is new music; specifically electronic classical. Stockhausen is controversial and for every critic that appreciates him, one can be found that does not. His picture is also part of the collage on the Beatles Sergeant Pepper Lonely Hearts Club Band album. The children hear Kontakte which is the b side of the record. They clap after hearing part of the selection.

The teacher favors reading Aesop's Fables to the class. A favorite story is about the fox who tried to eat grapes from the vine. There are moral principles in the story and this is why they are considered important.

Saturday matinée movies were an addiction. Films on base were 50 cents per adult and 25 cents for kids.

Silent Running, was a science fiction film about a greenhouse which is orbiting in space with the last known plants from earth. The space craft is maintained by a small crew and robots. The robots actually had paraplegics inside their costumes. A murder occurs on the ship and the pods are jettisoned into space with only the happy robots maintaining the garden.

John is given a private screening of Silent Running with only one other person in the theater. The theater would normally seat about 650 people. A very odd occurrence happens when the Sound of Music arrives to the base. The film is highly acclaimed about the Trap family and the music instruction of children. The film would win many Academy Awards. John arrives with Laura and Betty to the theater. He is then deliberately confused and told to leave after only listening to the Muzak being played before the cartoons and main feature started.

The cultural zeitgeist is beginning to diffuse. Movies and pop music are changing the heroes of the masses and many are questioning the United States involvement in Vietnam.

In consideration of this Periander listens to the psychologist Carl Jung's work on archetypes and heroes.

John's favorite movie was Planet of the Apes. His heroes are Johnny Unitas and James Bond.

The Hare Krishna Movement or Gaudiya Vaishnavism has arrived to the Western Hemisphere. The orange robed devotees with shaved heads and ponytails are quite a spectacle. They engage in sankirtan yanja or collective chanting of bhajana or devotional songs. They are lacto vegetarians. Prasadam is the name of Vedic sacrificial food. It is quite good.

Walkie Talkies were a favorite present for birthdays and Christmas. Since the male kids lived in a military setting playing Army was very popular. The Walkie Talkies gave whoever was in possession a distinct advantage in surveillance. The Military Police were in possession of the superior brand of Walkie Talkies at this time. The walkie talkies permitted Periander to communicate to the John and the other kids. Periander's voice could be heard in the background. LAPD had also wired their signal over the radio frequency of a local radio station creating a form of pirate radio. Hence when a radio was near a subject, Periander's instructions could be heard.

The tree in the corner of the lot where John lives is an area where Periander will usually talk to John while he is climbing the trees. This was facilitated by having the MPs positioned around him out of site. A small radio could also be placed in the window of a home pointing outward. There were two Mimosa trees in the left front corner when facing the house from the street and an Almond tree on the right next to the driveway. The yard is barren and several attempts to plant grass seed have strangely not born fruit. The trees are easy to climb. John is asked to try to hang on one branch and then swing off and catch the branch on the next tree. The distance between the trees is over five feet not very far. This maneuver would be similar to a trapeze performer at the circus. The only issue is that the branches are easily over ten feet off the ground. John can easily perform the task. Eventually he tries, leaps catches the other branch swings up, loses his grip and lands flat on his back. This time, John is like the lizards that climb the trees and the windows of the house. He lies still on the ground for a few seconds then shrugs the fall off.

One day after climbing the Mimosa trees. Periander surrounds John with a description of Joseph Stalin, The Man of Steel. Stalin or Uncle Joe was the leader of the USSR in the 1930s through WWII and the Marshall Plan. The Allies had a very difficult time in defeating the Axis powers. The Soviet annexation of Eastern Europe created the Cold War. This extended onto the base. The base was part of the Strategic Air Command or SAC. F 4 Phantoms, F 106, F 101 were the attack fighter jets that were stationed at the base. B 52 planes were the main bombers in the USAF. C 141 and C 131 cargo planes were also a staple.

Stalin emerged a as a child who was taunted due to a deformity in his left hand to one of the most powerful persons in World History.

The childhood rivalries continued. Rock fights were a staple of childhood. Gathering the most rocks and throwing them at one another usually resulted in the occasional strike in the face and escalation. Since not all of the kids developed coordination equally this could be lopsided even in when teams were picked. John was becoming very good at this. Whoever had older brothers or an older ally would ultimately prevail. The rock fights caused outrage from the mothers. Throwing water balloons was substituted. Someone eventually would get stung in the eye from the balloon fragments and this too had to be stopped.

The base was small. The kids were more adept at swimming and skateboarding then their mainland cohorts.

After a very intense wave of rock fights staged by Periander was shut down by the parents. John was invited to the Officers Pool by the family of a friend. Periander has created artificial barriers over many objects especially those that function as gateways. The low diving board was a structure that had what is known as Parameters in the Lycurgus entrapment. John arrives at the pool. After swimming he goes to the deeper side of the pool. He steps up and grabs the shiny aluminum handrails on the low diving board. The board is set to a stiff setting so that it will not bounce. John runs off the board and lands feet first in the pool and swims to the side.

Periander has electronically recorded John's behavior.

John has to be careful and measured in his bravado against the challenges from Periander and the other kids.

Flying kites from the hill and over the ocean can bring throngs of personnel to the park. Various types of kites are used. The traditional diamond shaped kite with a tail made from a bed sheet is popular. Box kites fly the highest. Bat kites are becoming popular. They are made with modern materials and best for dog fights. John has to make his own. The balsa wood sticks that form the backbone can be bought. A newspaper, kite string, a glob of paste, and some ingenuity complete a ritual of childhood. A kite is fashioned that easily flies as well as the others. If a dog fight challenge is made losses are also minimized.

One day as John is walking up the hill in the park. John is isolated by Periander. Periander specifically mentions the names of internet websites. This is unique in that it is only the 1960s. Names of various persons, some who are not even born that John may meet are heard. John stands next to his next door neighbor and best friend Bill and his father. They are flying a kite with a fishing rod. They let the kite fly over the ocean which would be at least a half mile.

When John is playing in the schoolyard, the students can hear Periander discussing children and schools throughout the United States and the world. John will meet some of these persons later in his academic career.

Periander also discusses children whom live throughout the world and their probable careers. The occupation of a doctor, astronaut, and engineer are considered important as technology has begun to bloom.

John is preparing for the second grade. John struggled slightly due to a speech disorder in kindergarten which was corrected by therapy. This was due to lisp in his pronunciation of the R sound. After speech therapy John had more confidence in reading aloud in front of the class. Of great importance is the game of Spelling Bee where the children compete to spell words dictated by the teacher. John's penmanship was also cryptic. Writing was learned with big black pencils and green paper that had guidelines so the children could learn how to correctly script the characters.

John is in a military family and his father is ready to retire. John's father and mother are feeling some strain in their marriage. A decision has been made to move back near John's paternal grandparents. It is likely that second grade will be at the new school. The country's economy is slowing down. The military has provided housing and security for John and his family. This is going to change.

When John moves from the military housing he will leave behind the first friends he has made outside of his family. Many families in the military are transferred about every three years. John and his family will transfer to a base along with several other families.

The nature of identity unfolds as the military base is on an island that is a commonwealth of the United States. Tensions are at times strained because of the difference in class between the military and the civilians. There is also a difference between rank and file of members in the United States Air Force, USAF. John's father is an enlisted man and his family goes to the NCO or non commissioned officer's pool and the parents go to the NCO club. Conversely there is an officer's pool and Officer's Club.

Periander is only a sergeant in the police department. John's father is only a tech sergeant slightly higher than Periander.

There are only a few hours of TV time on base. John's family has a black and white set. A very small VHF antenna is place next to the ranch house. The base has a movie theater. The cost for a movie is twenty five cents for kids and fifty cents for adults. John, Laura, and Betty go as often as possible. This usually occurred on the weekends.

Kracko the Clown is a kid's program made on the base. Laura, Betty, and John all got to be part of the audience for the program. So the three were able to be on TV and seen by their friends.

John's home is ranch house with two bedrooms. John has his own bedroom. John's mother and father have the other. Laura and Betty sleep together on a fold out bed in the sofa. The house has a carport which comes in handy during the torrential deluges that occur.

The President of the United States is scheduled to visit. The base has a decent golf course and which could substitute for a resort.

Periander attempts to set up one of the major traps that John will encounter over the course of his life.

John has two friends who are 5 and six years old. Bill and James are told to go to the garage where the golf carts are stored and go for a joyride with John. If they get caught John will get put on restriction.

John does not see anything wrong with this. The three go to the garage a few days later. The garage door is unlocked. This is a trap. There are other adults that are aware of what is occurring. Bill is the ring leader. The three enter the garage and sit in a golf cart. Bill asks John to drive. The cart starts and John attempts to get the cart out of the garage. Bill jumps out of the cart. In doing so he rams the cart backwards and then forward before being able to exit the garage. John after a few crashes is now driving on the golf course. John is not a skilled driver in the least after several minutes he appears to have control over the cart. What he is not aware of is that there are several sand traps placed around all of the pins on the course.

John drives up over a small hill only to learn that there is a trap on the other side. The cart lands unmercifully in the sand and is stuck. The MP Officers who helped set up the trap have witnessed such go awry. They have chased the golf cart and John and it is now stuck. The kids run home and the MPs will have to inform John's father.

John's father is far from amused. John is grounded until summer vacation.

The President arrives. John has been on restriction for a month and a half. Bill and James father approaches John while he is playing in the yard. He tells him should go to the Club House and see the President. John is under strict orders to leave the yard.

The scenario is arranged. John father is part of the MP squad that will protect the President as his motorcade arrives to the Club House. John decides to go as Bill and James are allowed to go. They did not get grounded.

At the Club House, there is a circular driveway where cars can drop guests off in front of the main entrance. John's father is standing with other MPs. He does not have a gun in his holster. His father was not permitted to bring his gun. His career is ending. This is one of the last merits that will be seen on his record.

John sees his father, he shows John that his hand is in the holster where his gun should have been.

John father sees that Bill's father had queued him to run over to the Club House from the yard.

The President's motorcade arrives and a small crowd applauds. Johns sees a president for the first time.

There is a faint yellow haze in the air.

It is nearly time for John's family to be transferred out.

Periander starts up a game of Simon Says. This occurs on the golf course as there is more room.

Periander arranges the children in an array of rows and columns. The boys and girls are mixed together. Some of the girls are eager to challenge the boys. The children are uniformly spaced. Periander plays a variation where the last player standing or not eliminated may become Simon. Periander states, "Simon says, Put your hands on your head!" Simon says, "Take two steps forward."; Periander continues, "Grab the person on your right!" Whoever did is out.

One only follows the order after Simon Says.

Periander attempts to entangle the children. His orders nearly guarantee that no one can win and become Simon.

Later in the summer many families are leaving the island so their children can be settled before the new school year. There is a war in Vietnam.

When John returns stateside he will meet his grandparents once again.
