CHAPTER 115 - TREASON, SEDITION, AND SUBVERSIVE ACTIVITIES

§ 2381. Treason

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

§ 2382. Misprision of treason

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States and having knowledge of the commission of any treason against them, conceals and does not, as soon as may be, disclose and make known the same to the President or to some judge of the United States, or to the governor or to some judge or justice of a particular State, is guilty of misprision of treason and shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than seven years, or both.

An important component of Justice is to identify the perpetrators. The victim has the right to confront one's perpetrators. This public disclosure also has a deterrent effect on future aggressors. There is tremendous damage to individuals and families in the United States. I am acting strongly to positively identify and criminal actors. The State has the right to press criminal charges. Here the culture of impunity, censorship, and sanitization also is detrimental to the human race and individual nationstates.

In this text we will examine the intent of the Authorship and their scheme to develop and embed a system of racketeering within all forms and concrete positive governments worldwide. This is a very complex task. It is the direct work of the efforts of a defected humanity to develop the current equilibrium as developed by Cambridge. Being unsatisfied at any particular stage can result in fixation. Satisfaction and developing through each stage can result in the development of healthy personality. Freud argues that if the child experienced frustration during any of the psychosexual developmental stages, anxiety could develop that would persist into adulthood. It thus could emerge as a neurosis, a functional mental disorder.

In MOEC Studies humans are polymorphous perverse, not only infants in that individuals can derive sexual pleasure from any part of their bodies. This is acute in speech. In the current zeitgeist manifests with intensity in homosexual misogyny and sexual ad hominem attacks against the person. Socialization directs the instinctual libidinal drives into adult heterosexuality (Myre, S. 1974).

Origin or the Graphical User Interface of MOEC is one of if not the most important artifacts created by the University of Cambridge. It is a supervariant of Prisoner's Dilemma. It is being argued as the strongest known model in existence. It is designed as a stem cell, neuron, and virus. This is quite novel now that COVID 19 is being reconsidered as possibly having escaped from a Chinese defense laboratory in Wuhan.

Eric Fromm, a Democratic Socialist, works appear to have been a guidepost in this area. Kim Han Kyung in a review of Psychoanalysis and Religion quotes that Fromm believes religion is "any system of thought and action shared by a group which gives the individual a frame of orientation and object of devotion." There is a difference between Authoritarian Religious Experience and Humanistic Religious Experience. Fromm argues that humans are born in nature. They consequently attempt to emerge or transcend their fate. An individual whom joins a group then becomes part of something larger than oneself originally. The surrender to this transcending power focuses personal misery while also giving a dimension of being protected (Han Kyung 2001).

Fromm argues that Man lived in nature in the Garden of Eden. He did not know his self, disobeys a command, and is thrown out. His conception in the womb of his mother and birth reflects this position of lacking conscious (Fromm, E. 1956). Humans have lost their original home and can no longer be animals. One of their dilemmas is that humanity will spend their entire lives attempting to return to their mother, Nature. The latter is the position of the Freudians whom argue that the infant in the womb is helpless and dependent and continues so after birth.

Freud's pleasure seeking sexual libido is not agreed to by Fromm. Man is driven to seeking to "unite himself with the world, and to acquire at the same time a sense of integrity and individuality and this is love" (Fromm , E. 1956 p. 30). In Mechanism the world is binary. Freudians attempt to reconcile the instinctual sexual drive of unlimited vaginal coitus with females and destruction, hence the death instinct. However the drive that we are undergoing in MOEC is also sadistic and masochistic in the Freudian sense (Freud, S. 1938).

The following point regarding the incest taboo is clarified by Fromm. According to Fromm, an individual must severe the incestuous striving for the mother which is entangled in our longing to return to nature resulting in myths of blood and soil. Pertaining to one of these groups, institutions, or faiths is to be engaged in idolatry. Nationalism is also within this category. This point illustrates the static nature and neurosis of the design of MOEC as being ethnocentric, nativistic, and populistic but at the same time attempting to create a positive externality for socialism while attacking capitalism.

The System

We must consider the identity of the System. It is clear that the abstraction is LGBTi or same sex individuals or those whom identify within this framework. I am arguing that this is collective rather than individual. However in the concrete, I believe that the Authorship are only interested in their survival and of MOEC to shield them from detection. We observe a distinction between individual and collective identities between various systems that were used to construct MOEC. Socialization theories as Ecological Systems of Brofenbrenner argue that the social environment is a greater factor in determining the outcome of the individual and collective. The visiting angels whom pulled Lot back into the house instructed Lot that they would destroy Sodom in the morning for the wickedness of the people. A return issue is the incest taboo. Fromm argues this as relating to the attempt to return to mother nature. The preceding arguments represent a mapping system of a Greek Gift of the God's Caveman Attack through every police stationhouse worldwide. I will attempt to focus on my preparatory school years from about 1976 to 1980 time period and will continue as needed to the present location which is Chester, California where I should be able to finish this Preface. The so called Tournament is a Swindle. It is an embarrassment of the Scripted Ideology Gay Irrationalism Gay Know Nothing. The schools of Relative Morality, Consequentialism, Phenomenology, and tabula rasa are damaged in Circulo Demonstrando. The greatest and most successful Censorship and Sanitization of History continues to inflict damage on life, limb, and property.

A legal decision in the appropriate jurisdiction is needed to bring perpetrators, accomplices, and accessories to justice. A Marshall Plan is needed to rebuild and compensate victims. The Untied Kingdom and the United States should incur the majority of the expenses.

Chapter 1

The Authorship

A central intent of any legitimate person or group attempting to decapitate and prosecute MOEC or Mobilization of Empire and Civilization is to identify the Proximate Cause sine qua non, principals, accomplices, and accessories to the fact. It is mute that I am arguing the University of Cambridge, particularly principals from the Cambridge Law School as bellicose. These Actors, and others whom we will identify as the Membership have attempted to hide themselves from detection by an ecological system using hidden layers. This particularly entails themselves being trapped as an initiation and subsequently training Scotland Yard, then later Los Angeles Police Department LAPD of the United States to operate the enterprise.

The key feature of this network is that there was an intent to use all white Male Same Sex Males. The final leg of this operation initiated the attack on then President Reagan and my person, Bhakta David Nollmeyer. I was told that I needed to have performed three anal same sex acts to avoid what is known as Lycurgus Akbar, or the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth. Alternatively a marriage to a majority of females, especially LGBTi females would procure security. Alternatively a Masters Degree would also shield me from human rights abuse.

It is clearly seen that my substantive Bill of Rights protections have been abrogated. I do have protection under the Convention Against Torture and the Geneva Conventions. However, Official Recognition is needed by some legal jurisdiction.

In continuation, the transformative effects on humanity and civilization are in question from the Authorship. It has been surmised that the individual whom devised the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth Program is considered the worst Actor. This entire activity of attempting to eugenically design a LGBTi Civilization is spurious. It has created no more than a war of attrition where the last person standing is victor. Prima facie if 90 percent is an A score at college grading, a rank of thirty to twenty five is befalling the last persons engaged.

The Dunning Kruger effect is a cognitive bias wherein persons with low ability at skillsets overestimate their performance. Researchers also include the opposite effect for high performers which is a tendency to underestimate their skills. The Dunning Kruger effect is measured by comparing self assessment with objective performance (Dunning Kruger effect 2022).

An example is students in a study are asked to complete a quiz and estimate their score. This subjective assessment is then compared to their concrete score. The correlation in performance may be to a peer group.

The Dunning Kruger effect is more pronounced in relative terms. The bottom quartile of performers perceive themselves as being members the top two quartiles.

David Dunning and Justin Kruger are the two researchers whom first undertook this study. Logical reasoning, grammar, and social skills were first considered. Further testing has occurred across a wide range of domains. Skillsets as business, politics, medicine, driving, aviation, spatial memory, literacy and school examinations have been researched.

In our interest, the forces of fatalism and dependency, the Stockholm Syndrome, and sexual emancipation are paired with the Dunning Kruger Effect in the formation of the Greek Gift of the God's Caveman Attack. I clearly argue that personality differentiation in the Authorship is pronounced. For individuals with lawyer skills, the ability to be human and create a government is highly impaired. I have survived through seven Irrationalist Presidents.
