This dichotomy posits primary psychopaths within the purview of what is most likely considered psychopathic while secondary psychopathy is a subset within such (Snyder 2010).

Research has supported primary psychopathy, which maps well onto the first factor of the Revised Psychopathy Checklist, PCL R, correlated positively with hypercompetition. Secondary psychopathy, which aligns with the second factor of the PCL R, correlating negatively with cooperation and goal engagement. Hence Primary Psychopaths may be successful while Secondary Psychopaths are socially delinquent (Andershed 2007).

The Vedas state that cosmography is a cycle and will be perpetual as long as there are fallen souls.

Platonic Cosmography is also cyclic. The Vedas and Platonism are both considered Historical Monarchialism with Krishna and Zeus as the Godhead respectively. They are both qualified monotheisms. Judeo Christianity and Islam are within Historical Monotheism. They claim creation from the Book of Genesis or about 8,000 years of age. Creation is linear. YHWH, Jehovah, Allah are the names of the one Godhead. Christianity claims Three Persons of the deity with Jesus being the Son of God. Judaism does not accept this and Islam only accepts Jesus as a man and Prophet as Mohammed. Historical Monotheism is also a qualified monotheism.

Creation is ex nihelo or from nothing, linear, and fulfills Divine Providence. There is only one cosmos and you live once. Heaven is meant for the human species. There is an eternal Hell as punishment for those unemancipated.

Buddhism is a pure monotheism. If Nirvana is the highest stage where all individuals originate and return this provides for pure monotheism. I published the Fall of the Anglo American Paradigm Chapter 3 Antisocial Sociopath the same day without knowing about such beforehand.

I was complaining out loud in Westwood, California during the first week of June over my distaste of having to pay $100 for textbooks and $1000 per course for a college education. At a $20,000 year school this would be $2,000 per course. Obama has just signed a presidential order freezing college debt at 10 percent of income. The average graduate is about $30,000 in debt after fours years plus of school.

On June 8 in Las Vegas two white extremists, a couple, Jared Miller 31, and Amanda Miller 23, gunned down two police officers, Alyn Beck and Igor Soldo at a pizza restaurant, then fled to a Walmart where another person Joseph Wilcox was mortally wounded. The duo ambushed the officers stating, "This is a revolution." A note "The revolution is beginning" was pinned on Saldo's body. The Revolutionary War era Gadsden flag, which depicts a coiled snake and the words "Don’t Tread On Me," were left on Beck. This is also a Confederate symbol.

On June 10 and 11, ISIS, an Islamist group that even is extreme for it's parent Al Qaeda overran Mosul a city of 2 million on the 10th and Tikrit, a city of 180,000 on the 11th. Their goal is to form a caliphate. They have claimed to have emancipated Mosul. The police threw off their uniforms and fled with the population. Over 500,000 have been displaced. The fleeing officers and soldier set fire to fuel and an ammunitions in a deliberate scorched earth.

ISIS now controls eastern Syria and western Iraq to within 80 miles of Baghdad, a city of 7 million. This confirms MOEC Structural Process Strategy of creating Informants through a node system of police stations.

MOEC is the most powerful defection model in use contemporaneously. It is capable of defining International Relations in continuo and as a forensic tool to examine other Empires and social organizational levels descending to the individual. MOEC can also be used to demonstrate arguments below the level of humans or life as the Origination of matter at the quantum level in the development of the Mechanism versus Theism debate (Mechanism 2021). Regardless of how matter hierachializes into life, the intent and repertoire of the individual is intercepted under defection along a Yellow Brick Road.

MOEC is a monolithic agent with a controlling system. It's components can posses a global view of the system while transforming materials. It can operate in virtual, discreet, and continuous environments (Multi-agent system).

MOEC is an open system with a suprasystem of Control. There are seven systems in the Organic Cell including Control that are agents which can transform the system and also act as the suprasystem. In homeostasis, Control is the outer boundary of MOEC. MOEC uses imperfect information and creates a very large continuous amount of probability distributions over spacetime rather than discreet vectors (Complex adaptive system).

It is a combinatorial game where chance is a variable. Hence decision making occurs using tools where the process or the outcome is not known but goals or outcomes are targeted.

MOEC is based on cooperation and defection. Imperfect information and asymmetry of information are integral to success. Players are isolated and do not know all the players previous moves. Play is extensible and can be known by graphs. Play is positive sum. This reflects the point that players can exponentially gain or lose resources. Strategy is associative in that the function of MOEC components are strongly related to the players navigation through it's environment.

MOEC is social engineering. It is eclectic. If one model appeared to quantify MOEC, I am sure the Authorship would have mutated such increasing complexity in a Bayesian Variable concept to create confounding as a defense mechanism. This point must be understood by the fact that this function by LGBTi members, apparently all MSM men, became contested as they endeavored to develop a LGBTi civilization in their image. To navigate space and time one responds to a stimulus. Generally speaking this stimulus is outside the boundary of one's body. Why does one choose to lift a glass of water off a table and drink? The concepts of determinism and volition arise as well as perception or lack of such, apperception.

In physical science, the reduction or use of a single stimuli is often found. General Systems Theory GST is the framework that links and provides organization to phenomena in the hard and soft sciences.

The main issue arising in MOEC's quasi experimental sweeps of Impure Synchronicity can be simplified by Materialist versus Theists (Kerr, L.K. 2013)

MOEC is attempting at unifying the two approaches, Unum.

Every person in the kingdom has been judged. The King also has been measured, quantified, and is being rejected. This system is abused and is crime creation. One literally trades busts for freedom to continue one's racketeering.

The trafficking of marijuana is the focal target of the Ex Deux Maquina. In light of the corruption of the Reverse Sting Operation and Cartel Building, the United States under Obama is experimenting the legalization of marijuana.

It appears the Epitaph confirms that creation and exposure of MOEC would occur as a component of the expansion and contraction of the British Empire. Heuristics Versus Algorithms

By necessity a heuristic was always a short term resource to solve a problem. A pure science solution could follow later. There are two qualifications used for a heuristic in computer science (computer science heuristic).

Virus Scanning

Many virus scanners use heuristic rules for detecting viruses and other forms of malware. Heuristic scanning looks for code and or behavioral patterns indicative of a class or family of viruses, with different sets of rules for different viruses.

• Accuracy and precision: Can the heuristic provide a confidence interval for the purported solution? Is the error bar on the solution unreasonably large?

• Execution time: Is this the best known heuristic for solving this type of problem? Some heuristics converge faster than others. Some heuristics are only marginally quicker than classic methods.

This is renunciation of the conspiracy. Non performance of this duty is a fatal error with catastrophic implications for a Yellow Brick Road defection culture. This action also will develop the Fatalistic Dependency framework in a stepladder operation through sworn officials and academics to the Membership of MOEC.

The supervising MSM Lieutenants who are allegedly BS Computer Science majors who have been entrapped with Dodo form a holon. This event can be replicated at various structural levels in Systems. This holon is targeting Singularity scientists, thinkers and sworn and unsworn leadership in a Stepladder Operation and average people, the Joes and Janes in a Downward Operation.

This pattern has a very deep implication. One target is Ray Kurzweil, Chief Engineer of Google, and the world's most prominent futurist and proponent of Technological Singularity. Kurzweil prefers Accelerating Intelligence rather than Artificial Intelligence as AI.

An archetype in question is a conflict between two brothers emerge in which there is no reconciliation. In lieu of such the bothers agree to plan the creation and destruction of the family lineage or dharma gani in the kingdom.

The Spanish classic 100 Years of Solitude by Márquez also follows this plot (Márquez, G. 1967).

Natural Systems

An entity that does not degrade it's structure to thermodynamic equilibrium but maintains itself through the utilization of the energies available in it's environment is a natural system. Natural systems contrast with entities which obey the statistical predictions of entropy production dictated by the second law of thermodynamics. Stable atoms are natural systems, and so are molecules, cells, multicellular organisms, ecologies and societies. Individual cognitive maps, complex sociocultural systems, and indeed the global system itself, form natural systems in contrast to artificial systems (Lazlo).

To navigate the world of our experience one is undergoing what is known as Maze Learning. This has an equivalent in MOEC. Maze is the finite space of our existing. Reflex: A reflex action is an involuntary and nearly instantaneous movement in response to a stimulus. Scientific use of the term reflex refers to a behavior that is mediated via the reflex arc.

Taxis: A taxis is the movement of an organism in response to a stimulus such as light or the presence of food. Taxes are innate behavioral responses. A taxis differs from a tropism (turning response, often growth towards or away from a stimulus) in that the organism has motility and demonstrates guided movement towards or away from the stimulus source.

Tropic Nastic Movements: Tropisms responses are directionally related to the stimulus such as light, gravity, water, and touch.

History

On June 10, 2014, ISIS or the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria began an offensive which resulted in the capture of Mosul, a city of 2 million. The homeland security as the army and police deserted. On June 25, 2014, in an important trajectory, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals struck down Utah's ban on Gay Marriage. A very profuse amount of the arguments centered on biological reproduction from the state. Scientifically this is called the completion of species life. The Court argued that under the 14th Amendment a claim based on discrimination regarding a fundamental right be held under strict scrutiny, the highest level. Generally speaking:

Tunnelling

The team of Hanns Christoph Nägerl, Institute for Experimental Physics of the University of Innsbruck, Austria, published in June, 2014 that they have successfully demonstrated tunnelling through five barriers (Maynard, J. 2014).

The scientists place a gas of Cesium atoms at temperatures just above absolute zero. This lattice forms a regular and perfect structure similar to a washboard. Temperatures are low and the atoms' kinetic energies are so tiny preventing movement through barriers. A sensory system is a part of the nervous system responsible for processing sensory information. Hridayananda Das Goswami, Howard Resnick Jr., is an ISKCON diksa or initiating guru of ISKCON. He also holds a PhD in Indology. He was a lower degree scholar at the University of California (Hridayananda 2014).

In a musical tradition in which improvisation predominates, and written notation, when used, is skeletal, the music of past generations is irrevocably lost."

Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act

The RICO Statutes or more correctly the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act are fast becoming a major source of legal code for both criminal and civil actions. More formally RICO is TITLE 18, PART 1, CHAPTER 96, Section 1961 of the United States Code (RICO 1970).

The concept of RICO is to deny the intent of one or an association to conceptualize and or carry out a criminal conspiracy. It is also a check to recruit membership or diversity of such. In the United States most non sundry felonies under U.S. jurisdiction at the state or federal level committed by an adult may be certified as a predicate act. Upon two such certifiable felonies, the prosecutor or petitioner may ask the Court to certify the defendant(s) or respondent(s) as a RICO enterprise. An array of acts are covered which are known as racketeer influenced behaviors. They are intimidating a witness, hostage taking, kidnapping, and murder. In combination at any level of this structure may be blackmail and extortion.

The Department of Justice Criminal Resource Manual describes (DOJ):

An "enterprise" is defined as including any individual, partnership, corporation, association, or other legal entity, and any union or group of individuals associated in fact although not a legal entity. 18 U.S.C.A. § 1961(4) (West 1984). Many courts have noted that Congress mandated a liberal construction of the RICO statute in order to effectuate its remedial purposes by holding that the term "enterprise" has an expansive statutory definition.
