Mobilization of Empire and Civilization or MOEC is a Prisoner's Dilemma Reverse Sting Entrapment devised by the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom. This text will primarily analyze from a theistic social science perspective the anthropological basis for despotism as the invertebration of the polity.

The social sciences consist of six disciplines: 1. sociology 2. psychology 3. political science 4. economics 5. physical anthropology 6. cultural anthropology.

An alternative perspective is one used by Eric Fromm in his The Sane Society (Fromm, E. 1956). Fromm questions Freud's anthropological materialism in the development of the individual and political society. A focus are two drives of humans. 1. The sexual drive for unlimited sexual pleasure. 2. The death instinct. These two apparently antagonistic drives give way to the emergence and evolution of homo sapiens. This search involves a discussion of the Oedipal and Electra Complexes. At issue is the satisfactory resolution of the Oedipal Complex in males; hence the sexual attraction of a young boy to his mother. Objectively research has to consider both young boys and girls may experience these complexes and their outcomes.

The incest taboo is based on humans being born in nature. As one is a higher animal with intelligence he or she attempts to emerge from such. In the long term the individual experiences alienation. A male's attempt to return to nature is based on a sexual attraction to his natural mother whom reared him. This is the Oedipal Complex. Hence this is covered and subconscious. In a female this is a sexual attraction to the mother. This is the Electra Complex. The failed reconciliation in males may lead to criminality. The same is true in females or lesbianism or bisexuality. The Electra Complex in females is considered least damaging.

A criticism of Freudianism is it's negative evaluations related to the defense of the ego.

The British Authorship at Cambridge were eclectic Freudians. In this instance we are attempting to objectively study social science as well as forensically solve an event of mass destruction.

The focus is upon the Ideal Father and Mother Figure and one's Natural Father and Mother. The social activity is completed by the addition of siblings and cohorts within the social system.

Mechanism argues life is carbon based. Theism posits a variety of causation in it's etiology. I will posit Vedic and Judeo Christian models as I am more familiar with their perspectives.

True Chronology is important. Mechanism argues our cosmos is roughly 13.2 million years old. Modern science argues that the Earth formed 4.5 billion years ago. Life emerges from a common ancestor between 3.7 to 4.1 billion years ago.

The Hollow Earth or Flat Earth Paradigm may be discussed in a comparative format. In Vedic thinking many still argue the earth as flat or a globe embedded in a plane that is flat.

A common format used by Durkheim and followed by Fromm is that 1. God is seen in nature. 2. It is then observed universally. 3. It is followed by realizing a personal Godhead (Durkheim, E. 1916). This format has antecedent in the Vedas as 1. Atma 2. Paratma 3. Bhagavan (Prabhupada, Srila 1972).

In Vedic shastra, Krishna and Radha are the Godheads. They are Personalities that play Paschi or Chaturanga, a precursor to chess. The Kuru Empire was swindled by Dronacarya from the rightful heir Yudhishthira over a game of Paschi. Shakuni rolled his loaded dice made of human bones to defeat Yudhishthira.

In the concrete, MOEC has entrapped Fide Titled Chess Players as accomplices. This is a form of artistic tyranny that reflects a Nietzschean line of Apollo versus Dionysus.

The swindle considers Origin which is the GUI or Graphical User Interface of MOEC.

The main conflict arises between LGBTi Homosexuality and Opposite Sex Heterosexuality. This will be inclusive of the completion of species life.

A first question emerges. What is Consciousness? Is such material based or Mechanistic or Spiritual substance? Herein one can discern that two schools of thought exist. Mechanism has an epistemology of 1. object 2. sensation 3. mind. Theism posits 1. mind 2. sensation 3. object.

The familiar models in MOEC can be considered Archetypes or first patterns. They in turn develop an axiology and support for the Gegenstand or object. This is a return to Godhead and a creation of a LGBTi government on earth.

This is the matrix for Classical Prisoner's Dilemma. The context for MOEC is state planning or state creation through eugenics. In MOEC an individual is conditioned to a Scripting of one's life in a Storyboard.

Prisoner's Dilemma

The Scripting of defection focuses on a Neo Freudian model and is not exclusive. The cognitive and behavioristic protocols are used if such functions to complete tasks to goals is efficient. Criminology is a branch of sociology that ascertains that collective forces outside the individual develop criminality.

Classical Behaviorism is the strongest deterministic or nativistic model. It also stresses that behavior can be displaced or modified. The issue is the antisocial psychopathy continuum.

This is extremely important as one should peruse Karl Popper's The Open Society and It's Enemies as a baseline for inquiry and discussion.

The substantive content of Gay Irrationalism Gay Know Nothing is based on the works of Mussolini versus Reich. This is Fascism versus Sexology. Sexology is a Freudian Marxist critique of Fascism.

An obsession with the Reverse Sting Operation is tantamount. This structure and process defines the decision making and faulty choices that develop Irrationalism.

In a RICO Criminal Enterprise there is no use, manufacture, or distribution of a crime. One may not work for, put in any resources, receive any remuneration, or guide or manage the enterprise. The RICO Statutes or more correctly the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act are fast becoming a major source of legal code for both criminal and civil actions. Cognitive Behaviorism reflects MOEC if one were to reduce the approaches and systems to one methodology (Cognitive Behaviorism 2022). Punishment is the short term solution for maladaptation. Education and training is the long run solution.

The critique of HIV AIDS provides direct insight into Cognitive Behaviorism. HIV is the virus that is the origin of AIDS which is the disease. HIV AIDS infection is transmitted through behaviors. This is specifically the transmission of bodily fluids. The awareness of what behaviors transmit HIV is integral to halting the AIDS Epidemic. Hence anal, genital, and intravenous drug use are the main behaviors involved in contracting HIV.

MOEC is a Cultural Singularity versus Technological Singularity.

David Nollmeyer was born on August 3, 1961 in Roswell, New Mexico.

We are therefore cohort rivals.

In our brief introduction we provide a basal point of departure for a critique of how humans developed and supported a War Crime such as MOEC. In this instance MOEC is a particular but it also has a model, Prisoner's Dilemma from which it was derived from and distinct from. I have provided this beginning interestingly after reading of the death of Rush Limbaugh. There is a Gay Militia that operates from LAPD. These actors fashion themselves as a Rush Limbaugh. There is a hub and and node network that support MOEC through every police stationhouse worldwide.
